Codie was awesome. she listened to everything I said, did not tell me what I was looking for. She listened to what I was looking for. She helped me find the exact thing I wanted and even helped me pick a better idea of what I wanted. She was wonderful. She was thoughtful and she listened. That is a rare thing in today’s sales world. She is definitely an asset to the Ashley name. I have her card and if for any reason, I need another Ashley product in the Alexandria, Louisiana area I will be calling her directly.

Friendly staff that took good care of us! The delivery took longer than expected at time of purchase. The rug order was damaged at delivery so we returned it. Couldn't find a suitable replacement at store so we ended up purchasing the rug elsewhere.

Codie helped us find the PERFECT couch for our home! She took the time to listen to all of our needs and concerns- showed us multiple options that could potentially work. Worst place I have ever bought from. I will never buy from them again. I called to check on delivery and the lady that answered had zero respect for me and acted like I was bothering her. Never , ever again. I suggest going somewhere else. This was the Alexandria La location.

Kodie was so helpful to my family with picking out new furniture. I am Not very creative! I showed Her a picture of my living room and she helped pick out the perfect living room for us. She was honest and didn’t over crowd. The ladies at the desk were patient and kind with the finances since the new capital one card gave us issues. The delivery guys were professional and set everything up quickly and got in their way. It has been a smooth process during a very stressful time.

Mr Ingalls was very helpful and showed many options to the style of furniture we wanted.

The Ashsley movers were right on time (give or take 10 min) and moved all items in to the house (and it was raining) with no complaints!! They took instructions on where we wanted the items and was careful to protect our floors. They were also very quick to do all of this. Over all very good service and I highly recommend.

The delivery staff did not introduce themselves at first but were friendly and did a very good job switching out the mattresses. I have a plant that was too close to the entrance of the bedroom and it lost some branches during the switch but no permanent damage was done. Thank you.

We looked around and while she didn’t annoy us whenever we sat for a long period of time, she was there to ask and answer our questions. I loved that about her. Horrible experience!! We purchased 2 bedroom sets and the protection plan a year ago. Upon delivery one of the pieces was damaged. Ashley's resolution was to repair instead of replacing it. Finally after several calls expressing that we didn't want repairs on furniture that was delivered damaged the manager replaced it. The drawer on the dresser mirror fell apart after a year. I called in to file a protection plan claim. After 2 weeks and several call the representative said the protection plan claim was denied. I asked why was it denied she said I don't know it was just denied. We contacted the local Ashley store it was explained to us that the salesperson ONLY included the bedrails on the protection plan even though she explained to us that all pieces were covered. The furniture is of poor quality for the amount we paid for it. WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY AGAIN. The customer service and product quality are poor. ZERO STARS!!!!

My delivery experience was terrible ! I had to assist bringing in my own furniture, while one of the delivery drivers sat in the truck. The other gentlemen made a personal FaceTime call while they were putting my furniture together, not to mention they left a piece of my furniture at the warehouse! My delivery was scheduled for 11am - 2pm, they didn’t come back with my furniture until almost 5! I am highly disappointed and I didn’t pay for delivery just to assist with putting my own furniture in my home. This is unacceptable!

Avoid. They will keep pushing the warehouse delivery date and when you ask for a refund they will try to charge you 30% restocking fee. Very disappointing that will charge a re stocking fee for a product that isn’t even in stock yet. Buy it from Costco they will do better business

At first I was about to walk out the store because an employee walked right past me and asked another guest if they needed help and never asked me. He was on a leg scooter. I walked around the store for about 20 minutes seen the guy with the leg scooter sitting down and still not assisting anyone and Mr. Bobb was done assisting his customer and came to me and asked if I was being helped. I told him no, no one ever came to me to help and he began assisting me. Him along with the ladies at the payment desk gave me excellent exceptional service. Whomever the guy is that is on the leg scooter definitely need customer service skills because I witnessed other customers he did not greet nor help meanwhile sitting down doing nothing. Mr. Wayne and the ladies at the payment desk I give 5 stars and they definitely saved Ashley from losing a customer.

Was looking for a specific item and talked to Lisa, although they did not have it in the store she was very familiar with it. Lisa is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store!!! She will be my go to person from now on!!! She’s very busy but worth the wait!!!

I purchased a sofa and loveseat on sale from Ashley's furniture outlet store in Alexandria. This particular sofa was on sale. I had seen it post on line for the Labor Day sale on Ashley's website. I went to Ashley's main store first. She told me to go to the outlet store for that particular sofa. I then went to the outlet store. The young lady there was very nice and had the sofa set for the price I had seen. She said that she could not sell it to me because Ivan Smith had it for the same price. I then went to Ivan Smith. The salesman had the sofa but had to order the loveseat and it was not the sale price at all. He went on to say that he didn't go into Ashley's store and didn't know what the lady was talking about. The other salesman did not want to assist me at all. I went back to the outlet store and told her what he had said.I purchased the sofa set that I wanted for the price I had seen. She was very nice, willing to go out of her way to help me and very understanding. I will go back to her for any future furniture purchases. A big thank you to Crystal Hawkins - Gable
