My whole experience with Ashley’s Funiture has and always is pleasant! From the moment I walk in I’m greeted with a smile! My salesperson,Brianna, was perfect with me, she didn’t over whelm me with stuff I didn’t want or need, she listened to me! Octavia, my Acima advisor is always willing to help make my experience excellent! The manager Darius and Caleb I believe I’m spelling his name correctly and all the others are what makes me keep coming back! A warm hearted family! I love that!

The Absolute Worst Choice for Furniture I have always been a fan of the furniture in Ashley Furniture. So when I bought a home and wanted to replace my bedroom and living room suite. It was a no brainer where I wanted to purchase my furniture. I started looking in early March. Found a living room suite, and king mattress and boxspring at the end of March 2025. The salesperson Kayla, at store #44 stated that the furniture was in stock and delivery drivers would reach out within a week. After I did not receive a call from delivery within a week I reached out to the store. Kayla of course could not be reached on the number provided. Whomever, phone I called and left the msg, that person managed to inform Kayla. She called me back within 48 hours. She then stated that she had reached out to warehouse personnel that could make the delivery happen sooner. The warehouse person that assisted me was (Blossom). After I was promised that my delivery would take place two weeks later, I assumed it would. Needless to say, all lies… I spoke with two other customer service reps who both contradicted what rhe other rep stated. I was given delivery dates of May 9. and May 16. By each rep respectively. Long story short…. I didn’t receive my furniture until May 23. Did your hear me…. MAY 23! This was after I threatened to send everything back had I not received it on My 23. I purchased my bed from Rooms to Go, and I still could not sleep in my bed, in my brand new home because Ashley Furniture failed to deliver my furniture and mattresses in a timely manner. I also purchased the mattress protector, which I literally forgot I purchased because I waited 531,600 days to get my furniture. When I tried to return it, the store manger said the ticket was closed and I had to get the customer care center to approve it. Blossom stated that once the merchandise leaves the store it could not be returned. Neither of these policies are listed on my actual receipt. So I’m stuck with a $160 mattress cover that I won’t be using. Ashley Furniture, explain to me how this policy is fair to the consumer, especially being that I didn’t receive the merchandise until May. Can someone in upper management at Ashley Furniture make this make sense to me? Also Ashley Furniture upper mgmt… your employees don’t know your policies. Could you start by providing them with accurate information so they may convey accurate information to the consumer. Thank you very much. To the consumer, if you want good furniture with good delivery in an acceptable time frame. I encourage you…NOT to purchase your furniture at ASHLEY FURNITURE! You can thank me later! My experience definitely did not live up to the current 4.3 star rating. If I could choose half a star, I would have. Respectfully, A hardworking educator!
