Very happy with the recliner I purchased, can’t wait to get it and take a nap. I like the leather and happy I picked the one that is manual. I had one before that you had to push a power switch to get out of and that wasn’t a good choice because if someone is knocking on the front door, you had to wait for the chair moving slowly before you could get out of the recliner. I like the warranty on the recliner also. If anything happens to it, stain something breaks if they can’t repair it during first four years they give you a replacement.

Called, spoke will salesperson, told her exactly what I needed, She told me my options, told her we would be there shortly. Went to distribution center, picked up, guys had it loaded and we were out of there in 10.minutes. Everyone was very professional. ONLY problem we had was distribution center was not marked as Ashley's just Ivan Smith and we took a guess they were one and the same. Needs to say both!

Explained my needs to salesman and he took me directly to the recliner I bought a few days later. Very comfortable. Checked out a few others in store but the initial one was ideal.

I’ve bought a few pieces from Ashley Furniture and never had an issue but the last purchase did. I contacted them and they immediately started the process to fix the problem and they did within a week my furniture was fixed. The repair man was very nice and started quickly and finished quickly. I appreciate good customer service above good deals but I got both. Very happy

Ashley Furniture in Bossier City LA is amazing! From the time I walked in the door, Dee was so helpful in so many ways, I got exactly what I wanted for the best compared price! Shopping was sooo easy! Big thank you Dee!

Adjustable base delivered broken trash left under the bed and in our room. Then come to find out the receipt we got at purchase wasn’t accurate so now two weeks later after getting a replacement part trying to install it and finding out the bed we have isn’t the one on the receipt we’re just told the model on the receipt is actually not the one they delivered and that they updated in their system but never told us, even when we called about the problem with the base. Now hopefully next week they’ll swap out the base and three weeks after the initial delivery we’ll have a working adjustable bed. Needless to say, we won’t be recommending this or any other Ashley’s store after this experience.

Came in the store this morning. Deidre helped me. Let me look around. She checked on me. I’m asked for her card and I said I’d be back. Texted her later about a recliner, she quoted me a price. I came back in the afternoon and bought it.

Shadiedra hit the perfect balance of being there to answer questions while respecting my desire to scope things out on my own with limited time. Weeks later my husband and I made a decision on furniture. She offered great customer service over the phone multiple times and did some digging to answer my questions, and we were able to complete our purchase. Thank you for never making me feel pressured or rushed.

My wife and I walked into the store looking to buy a bed, mattress, and box springs. It was as if we were invisible. The sales folks never even glanced up to acknowledge our presence. We basically had to go to the back of the store and beg for help. First and last time I will be shopping there

I have been waiting several months for a repair technician to visit and fix the North Shore King Poster Canopy Bed. The store sold my original set and provided the display model, which was damaged. I have brought this issue to their attention multiple times. Initially, I was informed that the repair technician was on vacation and there was a backlog. The delivery driver also notified the store's salesperson and management about the damages. However, each time I call, I receive evasive responses and no follow-up calls.

Getting these recliners to match our 4 year old ones was a breeze! Walked in and showed the rep a picture. Found out they have recently discontinued these but she was able to find 2 for us at other stores and scheduled everything for us. The delivery guys were amazing too! They showed up an hour and a half earlier than expected and I was not ready, but they were super sweet and worked right around my mess- as I had been in the middle of moving all our furniture around trying to have it ready before they came!

Haven't finished purchase yet ordered sectional couch almost 2 weeks ago in store which was great experience no issues was to receive follow up on couch last week so we could set up delivery haven't received call yet

Knowledgeable salesman and offered alternatives when the sofa and chairs I wanted were no longer available. Delivery and setup was quick without problems. Tested all functions (recline, massage, heat and headrest adjustment). Found one light on sofa did not work. Technician scheduled repair person that day. Technician arrived as scheduled (could follow his progress on other calls from a text msg generated by Ashley). Technician was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and had the malfunctioning light repaired in 10 min. Excellent outcome.

Easy & quick drop off . Getting the delivery update didn’t take as long as I thought.

$1100.00 dollar purchase on the 17th of February. Then, I received an email on the 1st of March because they input the wrong phone number. I called corrected the phone number and set up for delivery for the 5th of March. I called on the 4th and they had no record and couldn't deliver then. I am disabled but still moved furniture around to make room for a non-existent delivery. You are only important to them until they get your money. After waiting for 2.5 hours for a call back I had to call again. But they were with customers and would have to call back. Obviously they had to get someone else's money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Furniture for larger people is slim pickings, but at least they have some.

Furniture was delivered in great condition. It was back ordered so we had to wait a bit. We would have appreciated if they had sent messages regarding order status during the delivery process. Other than that it was great. We waited 3 weeks for our furniture and an update would have been nice.

The person at the desk never corrected her, just went along with it. We even contacted the manager and he did not do anything about it. I won't be shopping here again.

I am very unhappy with this store. I ordered a new bed set on June 29th. I was told I would have everything in the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks rolls by still no furniture. I called them back, they told me it would be here on August 12. Here is it past August 12th, still no furniture and no communication from them at all. It has been over a month and still no furniture. I will never try to buy from Ashley’s again. When I do call, the receptionists has little to no concern about my frustration. I had my room cleaned out due to them telling me it would be here in 2 weeks. I have been sleeping on the floor and living out of bags because of a promise that I would have my bed in a manner of time. Please save the trouble from buying from here. Update: Just called the store again, now my bed is on backorder and the truck should be arriving next week. It has quite literally been almost 2 months. Super aggravating.

Tom was great! Took his time with us to make sure what we were purchasing was going to work for our needs. He was never pushy and was very knowledgeable about their products. We’ve always liked the ease of dealing with Ashley Furniture. We did learn that all Ashley’s are independently owned and financing options are different store to store. So just make sure you know what your store offers before proceeding. Overall, it was a great experience. Should have our son’s new furniture within a couple of weeks!

Our sales person, Deidra was absolutely wonderful and we loved her! Everyone else in the store look like sharks wait for their next meal. Let folks look and shop!

Unfortunately this store will sell you things that they don't even have in stock!! We ordered a couch, chair, ottoman, and a whole bedset. Was told 2 to 3 weeks at time of purchase. But when I called 2 weeks later just to check on our items, I was told our whole bed set is not even in stock and they have know idea when it will be. Cancelled everything and had to pick out all new stuff at Ivan Smith last minute. All of our furniture from them was delivered and set up the next business day. Was told that this unfortunately happens all the time at Ashley. SMH.

Great Customer Service.

Went in looking for a bed that I saw online for sale, but was out of stock. They didn’t have it in the store, but one of the sales associates (Shadeidre) was able to deliver it to the store for me and still keep the online sales price of the bed. The workers was AMAZING and very helpful. My mom and I both found beds today!

Tom worked all the figures out and the price for two of the chairs was fair. Got one chair delivered last Friday. Great chair. The other chair is being delivered tomorrow. A shout out to Tom. Ashley’s Furniture Bossier City Kathy and Kelly were delightful to work with. Kathy made the initial sale, offering in store discounts. This was on Friday 2/16. Over the weekend just by happenchance we found lower prices for the same furniture online. On Monday morning I called the store. I explained to Kelly, as Kathy was not available, the deeper discounts that I discovered. She was most willing to match those prices, which amounted to several hundred dollars. Went in to buy a bed end of December, shopped around and picked a bed out and told the sales person we didn’t want a high bed and would like a bed that didn’t require a box spring, she showed us beds, we picked one out and she said we needed to buy a roll slat. When we purchased the products we were told the bed should come in the following week, well it actually took 3 weeks for the bed to come in, for us to get it home for the bed to not be compatible with the roll slats. I’m disappointed, and do not plan to ever buy from Ashley’s again as the salesperson clearly didn’t know what she was selling us, and I just wasted money. Do not recommend this store.

I feel I should have been able to purchase a product that was listed on the Amazon Ashley’s website in my local store for the same price as it was for sale on Amazon. Doesn’t make much since, and the sale was denied locally because the salesman wouldn’t make any commission, I assume. He said he couldn’t match the price. My salesman was very polite about it and there was no problem with him at all. Either way, I am an Ashley customer and should have been sold the product for customer convenience locally instead of having to buy it from Ashley’s Amazon.

I like that I could shop without being followed around. My salesman was attentive to my needs when I had questions and I have found the furniture for my home.

I walked into the store not really expecting to find what i needed. I was immediately greeted by a salesperson- which was nice since I’ve visited other stores and walked around without any acknowledgement. I described what i was looking for and why specifically. He took me direct to what i needed, and noted it was marked down which made it even better. The entire transaction from entering the store to loading up my purchase took less than 30 minutes. I was given a quote for a table and then when I purchased the table some time later they called me and told me they were not going to honor the quote because the table had gone up in price.. It did not matter that I had already received a quote. I tried to speak with the manager about this and they refused to take my phone call or call me back. Very bad business. 1 week later...corporate has called me and honored the quote because the Ashley store was privately owned in Bossier so corporate made it right. Tks

The quality of furniture is cheap, but nice looking. The sales people are nice. They have mattresses for sale, that seems like a good deal. Ashley even honored the online price because it was lower than the in-store price.

My wife and I went in to find a new sectional sofa for our home. The sales lady was very nice and attentive. She answered all of our questions and helped us make a purchase. Ashley even honored the online price because it was lower than the in-store price. That being said, you have to watch them when they're figuring your price up. They will automatically charge you for furniture "protection" at about $250 unless you tell them that you decline it. Our couch is very nice, but the end table we bought isn't worth near what we paid for it. We asked if they would remove the protection plan since we weren't asked about it and were told that we needed to decline it upon purchase and that there was nothing they could do. I call B.S. That's ok. They gouged us for around $500 in "protection plans" that they failed to disclose or ask if I wanted them. I hope that the around $500 was worth it because I'll not buy another piece of furniture from Ashley. They cost themselves the price of a bedroom set and a dining room table. Buyer beware.
