Purchased 2 recliners online. It was easy to find them (what I needed) and easy to finish the process. Will use the site again. I’m just waiting for my delivery. They’ve said it’s about a month out.

I am very unhappy with this store. I ordered a new bed set on June 29th. I was told I would have everything in the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks rolls by still no furniture. I called them back, they told me it would be here on August 12. Here is it past August 12th, still no furniture and no communication from them at all. It has been over a month and still no furniture. I will never try to buy from Ashley’s again. When I do call, the receptionists has little to no concern about my frustration. I had my room cleaned out due to them telling me it would be here in 2 weeks. I have been sleeping on the floor and living out of bags because of a promise that I would have my bed in a manner of time. Please save the trouble from buying from here. Update: Just called the store again, now my bed is on backorder and the truck should be arriving next week. It has quite literally been almost 2 months. Super aggravating.

Tom was great! Took his time with us to make sure what we were purchasing was going to work for our needs. He was never pushy and was very knowledgeable about their products. We’ve always liked the ease of dealing with Ashley Furniture. We did learn that all Ashley’s are independently owned and financing options are different store to store. So just make sure you know what your store offers before proceeding. Overall, it was a great experience. Should have our son’s new furniture within a couple of weeks!

Unfortunately this store will sell you things that they don't even have in stock!! We ordered a couch, chair, ottoman, and a whole bedset. Was told 2 to 3 weeks at time of purchase. But when I called 2 weeks later just to check on our items, I was told our whole bed set is not even in stock and they have know idea when it will be. Cancelled everything and had to pick out all new stuff at Ivan Smith last minute. All of our furniture from them was delivered and set up the next business day. Was told that this unfortunately happens all the time at Ashley. SMH.

Great Customer Service.

Went in looking for a bed that I saw online for sale, but was out of stock. They didn’t have it in the store, but one of the sales associates (Shadeidre) was able to deliver it to the store for me and still keep the online sales price of the bed. The workers was AMAZING and very helpful. My mom and I both found beds today!

He listened to what she wanted in the recliner and looked at several. She found one that she liked, txt me info and photos. Said it had all the features and it was comfortable. Tom worked all the figures out and the price for two of the chairs was fair. Got one chair delivered last Friday. Great chair. The other chair is being delivered tomorrow. A shout out to Tom. Ashley’s Furniture Bossier City Kathy and Kelly were delightful to work with. Kathy made the initial sale, offering in store discounts. This was on Friday 2/16. Over the weekend just by happenchance we found lower prices for the same furniture online. On Monday morning I called the store. I explained to Kelly, as Kathy was not available, the deeper discounts that I discovered. She was most willing to match those prices, which amounted to several hundred dollars. Went in to buy a bed end of December, shopped around and picked a bed out and told the sales person we didn’t want a high bed and would like a bed that didn’t require a box spring, she showed us beds, we picked one out and she said we needed to buy a roll slat. When we purchased the products we were told the bed should come in the following week, well it actually took 3 weeks for the bed to come in, for us to get it home for the bed to not be compatible with the roll slats. I’m disappointed, and do not plan to ever buy from Ashley’s again as the salesperson clearly didn’t know what she was selling us, and I just wasted money. Do not recommend this store.

I feel I should have been able to purchase a product that was listed on the Amazon Ashley’s website in my local store for the same price as it was for sale on Amazon. Doesn’t make much since, and the sale was denied locally because the salesman wouldn’t make any commission, I assume. He said he couldn’t match the price. My salesman was very polite about it and there was no problem with him at all. Either way, I am an Ashley customer and should have been sold the product for customer convenience locally instead of having to buy it from Ashley’s Amazon.

I like that I could shop without being followed around. My salesman was attentive to my needs when I had questions and I have found the furniture for my home.

I don’t know which stores some of these folks are shopping at but the Ashley’s in Bossier City, La have always been amazing! They are attentive, helpful, and respectful. We bought a whole bedroom suite from them and when one of the nightstands had some damage, they promptly replaced it for us no questions asked. I actually came to the page today to see if they are having a Veterans Day sale because we want to get some living room furniture. Those that leave negative posts should put what store they were at because it’s not fair to label this one badly if it’s not the same one.

I walked into the store not really expecting to find what i needed. I was immediately greeted by a salesperson- which was nice since I’ve visited other stores and walked around without any acknowledgement. I described what i was looking for and why specifically. He took me direct to what i needed, and noted it was marked down which made it even better. The entire transaction from entering the store to loading up my purchase took less than 30 minutes. Thank you, Ashley’s, for being customer oriented, friendly and efficient. I will return.

I was given a quote for a table and then when I purchased the table some time later they called me and told me they were not going to honor the quote because the table had gone up in price.. It did not matter that I had already received a quote. I tried to speak with the manager about this and they refused to take my phone call or call me back. Very bad business. 1 week later...corporate has called me and honored the quote because the Ashley store was privately owned in Bossier so corporate made it right. Tks

We had Kathy at the bossier store. She was polite and patient with us through the process of picking out the furniture we wanted. She didn't try to push anything on us, checked in to see if we had any questions, and gave us the space we needed to talk and make a decision. Hands down one of the best experiences we had there. I would absolutely recommend her and the bossier store to anyone looking for furniture.

The quality of furniture is cheap, but nice looking. The sales people are nice. They have mattresses for sale, that seems like a good deal. Ashley even honored the online price because it was lower than the in-store price.

Randy was awesome and helped us find exactly what we were looking for helped us get the best price. Would definitely go back to him for our next big buy!

My wife and I went in to find a new sectional sofa for our home. The sales lady was very nice and attentive. She answered all of our questions and helped us make a purchase. Ashley even honored the online price because it was lower than the in-store price. That being said, you have to watch them when they're figuring your price up. They will automatically charge you for furniture "protection" at about $250 unless you tell them that you decline it. Our couch is very nice, but the end table we bought isn't worth near what we paid for it. We asked if they would remove the protection plan since we weren't asked about it and were told that we needed to decline it upon purchase and that there was nothing they could do. I call B.S. That's ok. They gouged us for around $500 in "protection plans" that they failed to disclose or ask if I wanted them. I hope that the around $500 was worth it because I'll not buy another piece of furniture from Ashley. They cost themselves the price of a bedroom set and a dining room table. Buyer beware.

My husband and I went to Ashley Furniture in March made a selection to purchased our living room set. We was lied to about the order 😪 it's May 5th and we still don't have our merchandise that we paid for. We will never ever purchase anything else from them they're dishonest with their customers just to make a sell which is ridiculous and sad. You've definitely lost our business

A young man, Corey, assisted me with my purchase. What I liked about him is that I told him what I was looking for and he escorted me to the area and then gave me his name and left me to look around on my own. I don't like an employee hovering over me as I feel like they are trying to push a sale on me. But, Cory would check on me from time to time and was more than happy to bring parts of other pieces of furniture to What I was looking at so I could decide if I liked the pieces together or not. Not once did he pressure me nor made me feel like I was troubling him. He made me feel so good that I will go back and ask for him again. And he did make the transaction of my purchase very easy.

NEVER. EVER. AGAIN. I selected a sleeper sofa based on the asst. manager assuring me the materials were in stock and delivery would be within 2 to 3 weeks. I paid half as a deposit. 3 weeks, nothing. Call in and manager tells me ...more like 3 months, if that soon, almost his exact quote. Offers refund. I go in for refund, at that time I am charged for the deposit again (the bank says they charged me again, issued refund a minute later) but then refunded and given a refund receipt...but since I was charged twice and only refunded once, Ashley still had my original deposit. Had to make multiple phone calls to get my money back. So a month later I have no sofa, and got charged multiple times. Not worth the headache. Felt lied to over the delivery date to make a sale. Then felt lied to about refund. Guy on phone says it was a mistake and refund just didn't process. Regions Bank tells me no, 2 separate transactions. where they charged first, then refunded....so slight of hand,l attempt, if you ask me.

Location has went the extra mile to satisfy our requests. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture !!

Our salesperson John was very attentive and helpful. It was an easy quick process to pick something out and he gave us options that weren’t on the floor in case we wanted to change things up which we did. Prices are very reasonable.

My mother bought her furniture for a entire house in June of 2021 it is now March of 2022 and we are still waiting on bed rails for her bed. Yes bed rails I was told Dec then they would be in in January January came them it was February well it's now March and still no bed rails ashley has lost my business and my mother's I will also not refer anyone to Ashley furniture. Almost a year and my mother still has no bed but has to pay for it. Poor customer service

The wrong sofa was bought out to my house, but once I called and spoke to Randy, all was taken care of and I will receive my new sofa in about 3 weeks! I do Not recommend this store . I received my order I placed and paid for in June , last week. I had issues. Called several times was told the sales person and store manager would give me a call. Well it’s a week later and not a call from anyone !!!! Choose a different store to shop and buy. I give a 1 star

Been waiting for a dining table since we bought the set back in nov. They delivered the chairs but not the table, apparently they didn’t have the table in stock, so they told us not until the end of Dec. We called to see when it’s coming beginning of January and was told it’s coming on the 16th, waited all day on the 16th, and called to see when they’ll be delivering it, turns out there’s no truck that runs on Sunday. So then we asked when are they delivering our table, and was told it won’t be till the end of January. We told them that we had been waiting for this table since we bought it, not knowing they didn’t have the table in stock, if we had known that we would have gotten a different set that all would’ve came in together. Now they said they’ll call us back but they never do. At this point we are looking to take the 4 chairs they delivered to us back to the store and just get a refund.

Love their furniture but their back order times are way off!!! I’ve been waiting for couches going on 7 months now. I get it, things are hard to come by with the pandemic, but their website says 3-5 months and my couch arrival dates keeps getting pushed back. I just canceled my bedroom set as it’s been 5 months and I just got a new arrival date of April. I can’t keep waiting!

We had a great experIence with Mr. Corey. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our preferences and made our purchase complete. Then a month and a half later we find out on our on accord after being dodged and no return calls that all the items we ordered weren’t expected to be delivered until December!!! This is not what was told to us in the beginning. He said around 30 days, and that they had partial sectional in stock and dinette chairs. My complaint is lack of customer service after purchase was made. No calls with updates, even though he assured us he would, acceptance of what was told to us nor any apologies. So we are getting a full refund. Don’t shop here unless you don’t mind a lengthy wait and no call backs. I considered purchasing online, which was my first choice, but they were on back order by two months. This salesperson told us online back orders was worst than the actual store. No truth to that as you can see!!

I ordered my couch waited 3months for 2 Guys look at my door and tell me my couch wasn’t going to fit with out trying let me remind you I have a back door . Then hired third party to deliver my furniture since those guys didn’t want to do they job and get a call back saying they sold my furniture to someone else . The worst experience I ever had . I’ll never purchase again!

If I could give negative stars I would. We previously only purchased our furniture from Ashley's but never again! I am absolutely outraged with this disgusting establishment. My mother purchased a $6,000 bed from them, and these people had the audacity to refuse to remove her original mattress and box spring. They told her it was not their responsibility due to a new policy change that nobody ( from the sales agent to the delivery providers) decided to mention until the new bed had already arrived. So my chemo patient mother and her home health provider had to remove her old mattress and box spring down a flight of steps, while two able bodied men got in their delivery truck ( that she also paid extra for them to be there) and drove off. When she called the store to ask why this was happening and why she was not informed in advance, they had the audacity to try and refer her to a third party mover. What good is that? The bed is already there. Do Better!

This is the beat Ashley's store I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. We had an awkward moment in thr store today. I think the sales folk should ask if this is our first visit and if not if we've worked with someone already. That way we don't have to waste anyone's valuable time as time is money. Both sales experts were very professional about it all and shared the credit, but I felt so bad about feeling like we wasted the first guys time. Sorry!

I went to Ashley’s on my lunch break although I was concerned about a high pressure sales person that was not the case. After I was given a great deal , no run around I made a sizable purchase and made it back to work on time! It was an experience like none I’ve ever had at A furniture store! I will be back by Thanksgiving. My salesman Randy was very kind and informative.

The salesman approached me ask if he could help. I told him what I was looking for. He showed me several designs. I found the suit I liked he figured in all the furniture I wanted. It was a price I could afford. Randy did not do any type of pressure pitch was honest and straight forward. He told me approximately when some of the furniture would be in. The only reason this is a 1-star rating is b/c I do not have a lower option. This is, by far, the WORST customer service experience I have ever had on any sector of business. I understand there is a supply shortage but there is NO reason for me to continuously have to call for updates. We were told the day we purchased our furniture that it would be delivered in a couple of weeks. When a couple weeks had gone by, I called to inquire and was told it would be two more weeks. After not hearing anything after two weeks, I called and got the same message. Saturday will be nine weeks ago we ordered and not one time has anyone called me with an update. Completely unsatisfactory, unprofessional, and not customer focused. We will never buy anything from the Bossier City Ashley Furniture Store again. Buyer be ware.

One of the worst customer experiences ever. I had a credit at the Ashley store in Bossier, so I went into the store and chose an outdoor table. They had to order it because it wasn’t in stock. They said “we’ll place the order and let you know when it’s in”. Did not give me any paperwork. I waited a few weeks with no email or call about the status of my order. Over the next month I called and left 4 messages to the salesperson who helped me with no return call. I finally was able to contact Ashley corporate helpline and then I got a call back from the salesperson who said it would be shipping to the distribution center in Shreveport. After a few more weeks, the store called and said it was ready for pickup at the distribution center. I got here this morning and they have no information on my order and are trying to locate my table. Neve gone through so much hassle for furniture in my life.

I ordered the three piece darcy set and only one piece was available. The love seat came on a timely manner but the recliner was was pushed back four times! So they accommodated me by delivering the couch and loveseat for free but once it arrived, it smelled like it was sitting up and it had grass all over the furniture. So I got a refund.

I went in last week and picked out a dinning room table and chairs. They were delivered today but was not what I had picked out. I just wanted to come on here and leave them 4 stars for their help! We accidentally shopped at the wrong Ashely Homestore which is on Youree Drive and it has been a headache ever since. Even though the manager of this store had nothing to do with us or our order she kindly called us and talked with us about everything we were going through and even got us dates for delivery.. something the other store manager wouldn't do. If we ever come back to Ashely we will only go to this one.

These people are liars!! They took forever to get me my couch so they told me they were going to waive the delivery fee and give me a discount and they didn’t do either!!! Now they are saying they must have misunderstood when it was very clear what he said my final price would be. I would never buy from this place again! I should have just canceled while I was waiting. Was wrong. Worse I've ever been treated. Wasted months of my time.

I ordered a table in chairs in the beginning of august. I was told i get them by sept 15. Nobody called so i called and they told me oct 12 due to covid. Oct 12 nobody calls i call back then told oct 22. Oct 22 comes by nobody calls then im told nov 3rd. I ask for manage to call he doesnt of course. Nov 6 i havent heard from then so i call today Manager says nov 10 it will be here then a lady calls and says no thats incorrect nov 19. This is the worse furniture store you can go to. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY Update they gave my order to someone else was told sometime in 2021 and just cancelled my order Go elsewhere

In the midst of changing bases and black Friday we were able to get the best help from Kathy. Such a nice lady and understanding of our situation. :)

They are quick to take your money and even quicker to lie to you about when your furniture will be delivered. They lie about saying they will call and update you on your furnitures status. They use Covid-19 as a crutch to cover for poor management and logistical operations throughout the corporation. Several companies larger and smaller than Ashley are running efficiently during the pandemic. This company was happy to cash my check for $5000 and lie to me continuously. If the situation was reversed, would it be ok to take possession of $5000 worth of furniture and not pay you for months, lying to you along the way? Of course not. So why is it ok to string people along for months? My wife and I have spent close to $30,000 on furniture from Ashley over the past 4 years but we will not spend another dime with this establishment.

I ordered a sectional in July 2020. We still don’t have all of our furniture. They originally told us two weeks. They have moved our delivery date several time. It’s almost December and we are see still waiting on furniture.

We found just what we wanted. Mr. Newberg was very patient and knowledgable and helped us select just the right furniture for our home. We will definitely come to him for any future home furnishings we might need.

We ordered a couch on July 7th and were told it would be a month until it came in. A month later I call and it’s going to be another month. A month later I call again and I’m told it’s going to be ANOTHER month and the pieces to my one couch are coming in 3 different shipments WEEKS apart from each other. Here I am October 19th still and no couch. Called again October 19th and am told this time that the 3rd piece of my sectional will not be coming until JANUARY. That is 7 MONTHS after my purchase. Frustrated is an understatement! No calls giving me an update on my couch I spent over $2,000 on and lied to every time I call. We ended up cancelling the order! Very disappointed with the way Ashley furniture is doing business and will never purchase another piece of furniture there again.

It took me 6months to get merchandise and when I did receive it they sent an item I already had it don't need. Now I don't know how late bg it will take to get the other pier to the wall unit. I have had a terrible experience with Ashley Home Store

We went in to buy a couch about an hour before closing on a week night. Corey was so friendly and helpful!! Would definitely recommend. Went back a few months later to buy a dining set. Even with technical difficulty due to the after effects of Hurricane Laura, Barbara was super helpful and we were served super quickly on a holiday weekend! Just went back to buy another table for our new formal dining room and we got help super fast, found something we loved, ordered it, and got out quick! Wonderful service, clean and pretty showroom. Still recommend!

The service is very nice, however the Ashley company decided to discontinue the sofa my wife and I fell in love with 3 days before we went so no I’m having to drive over an hour away to find one that’s in stock.

So glad that I called directly to order my bedroom furniture. I talked to Kathy in Bossier City, Louisiana. She just did an excellent job of helping me with exactly what I wanted.

My experience with this store was abysmal. After purchasing the product, they said to check back in a week to see if it is in. Ok. I called and it was in and set up a delivery. The day before it was delivered I was told the delivery truck was broke down. Ok...Then I had another delivery set up. When I hadn't heard anything, I called and was told the product was damaged so they had to get a new one. I should not have been the one to call to receive that information. They should have relayed that to me immediately. I had just called to confirm a delivery time for the date. So finally, third time is a charm. Set up a new delivery. I found out it was going to be raining the day of delivery so I called early Thursday to get my Friday delivery changed. The staff member, Patricia told me it was too late to change to Saturday. Well, when I called the delivery guys Friday and let them know it was pouring outside, they said that it would be no problem to switch to Saturday. Patricia has been who I interacted with a lot and she seemedto not know what was going on, but was spouting stuff out as if she knew what she was talking about. The actual salesman Bryan seemed to not know what was going on with my furniture either. Just overall a terrible experience and will never purchase from this location again.

The experience at the store was fine. We were told that our furniture would be in stock 3 weeks from the date we purchased it. I called 2 weeks after purchasing it and was told it would be another month before the two night stands would be in. Our salesman said he didn’t know this information and it changes. This is extremely misleading and not professional. We would have purchased from another company knowing we would be waiting 6 weeks for our furniture. Unacceptable.

I ordered a sofa and loveseat. I was told 1-2 weeks, never more than 3 before it comes in. At two weeks I called for an update, and was told it would be delivered by the 22. Since I didn’t hear from them by the 20th to confirm a delivery, I called back and was told two more weeks. So 1-2 weeks will be a total of 6 weeks IF it comes in by the next date I was given.

I had a great experience there. The salesman sat on the couch with me and just chatted. It was nice.

The store was easy to place an order over the phone. I never did get my receipt emailed to me. I personally went to the distribution facility to get my item and they didn't seem like they were the brightest. Took them awhile just to use the machine to find my order and then awhile to get it. The guy who brought it out to me was more friendly though.

Service at the store was good other than the fact they don’t tell you they changed the hours at the distribution center. They still give you a paper that says 6pm not the actual time it closes. So when you have to drive across town and get there to find out it’s closed. Now that we have wasted time and gas, we have to make other arrangements to pick it up.😡😡😡

Dee is one of the greatest employees at Ashley. From the start she made us feel like home. We connected over football because she was wearing Saints attire. We did not originally decide on an item at the time but she gave us her number so we could contact her anytime we wanted. We did end up coming back the next time she was in and she explained every detail of the couches we were debating on time see which one would be better for us. We have been using Ashley for over a decade and love the staff and furniture.

Had a wonderful experience here yesterday. Walking in I was greeted by John N. who helped me throughout my full experience but was polite enough not to use a salesmen approach and gave my gf and I plenty of time and space to browse. He was knowledgeable on all things I asked of and was helpful in making sure I left the property happy with what I plan to purchase soon instead of insisting on options I didn't need or wasn't looking at. Sales floor was clean and kept nice with plenty of options and styles laid out. I was very excited for the mattress selection in the back of the building as I was actually driving around specifically looking for my next big purchase. I'll be letting others around me know of this great experience when they need recommendations from now on.

When my table was delivered yesterday, one of the table legs, had a large chunk of wood missing, and one of the chair seats had several scratches. Now I just have chairs, waiting for table to be delivered Friday with another chair. These should be inspected before being delivered. The table leg was still wrapped in bubble wrap, so it was shipped damaged.

Do not buy from them .they will lie to u , tell u what ever u wanna just to make sale . Was told my delivery would be around 4 o’clock they call at 1 o’clock telling me they’re on the way I spoke to store manager and the lady we bought it from they say there’s nothing they can do to help us oh but when we were buying it they said that if there is any problems any issues let her know she would get it worked out.

We bought an entire living room set yesterday from the Bossier store. Couch, loveseat, chair, ottoman, rug, coffee table, end tables the works! John helped us and he was the best! I will come back here when I redo our bedrooms and kitchen. He worked with us for almost 3 hours and helped us make our decisions. Definitely recommend his customer service was top notch!

Over the last 20 years I have purchased all my furniture from Ashley's. We would start there getting ideas and prices then go all over town to other stores but nothing would compare. They have the latest styles and make their own furniture. We have been so happy with the products and the service is outstanding. A couple of times we had some slight problems and ASAP it was taken care of. Now when we decide to update no more trips all over town. We drive straight to Ashley's and find what we like. You do it one day. Start there, look at the quality, the price, then drive to all the other stores. You will end back up at Ashley's and will be very happy with your purchase. Over the last 20 years I have purchased all my furniture from Ashley's. We would start there getting ideas and prices then go all over town to other stores but nothing would compare. They have the latest styles and make their own furniture. We have been so happy with the products and the service is outstanding. A couple of times we had some slight problems and ASAP it was taken care of. Now when we decide to update no more trips all over town. We drive straight to Ashley's and find what we like. You do it one day. Start there, look at the quality, the price, then drive to all the other stores. You will end back up at Ashley's and will be very happy with your purchase. Definitely dont pay for delivery if you live on base (rent a truck, it'll be cheaper and more efficient). Customer service wont even consider getting on the EAL to make deliveries. Edit: I just got a receipt to reimburse for the delivery out of no where so thank you. However y'all should still get on that EAL for base deliveries.

Was completely ignored by the staff. Saw some furniture we would've bought had ANYBODY talked to us. Took my business to Ivan Smith on Pines Rd and was extremely happy I did! Will never go to Ashley's again. It was obvious they were only focused on the people they thought were buying. I know I made Ivan Smith happy with my substantial purchase :)

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Absolutely the worst customer service after the sale. Dee was my sales woman and would not respond. I canceled the entire order and going to store in Shreveport. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would

Purchased several pieces of furniture on March 1st, and was told it would be available for delivery around the 4-6th. I was out of town for the following two weeks and unable to follow up, but was told they would follow up with my roommate. After not hearing anything for those two weeks, I called and was informed that the furniture was delayed (understandable but frustrating not being told). Woman I was speaking to advised me that they had notes stating I was called and okay with the delayed delivery (neither my roommate or myself were ever called). I asked for my salesman to call me for more information, and set up a time for him to call. Next day comes, no call. I call again and he tells me that no one informed him to call me. Awesome. He tells me it's delayed and if I want to cancel it will be a 30% restocking fee (furniture hasn't even left their warehouse yet). Last Friday he tells me he'll look into the availability to see if he can get it to us sooner, and he would text me by the end of the day. Here it is Monday afternoon with no update. I texted him and still have yet to get a response. I'm stuck with these unprofessional and unorganized people that can't seem to update anyone on anything so that I won't have to pay 30% for a "restock fee". I understand delays happen, but let someone know. It's not that hard.

I purchased a sectional on February 21st. The employees there said they would have to order it and it would take 10-14 days to be delivered. Today was the 10th business day so I called for an update. After being told every foreseeable excuse a furniture salesman could come up with I was informed my couch will be delivered the 19th, which is an entire month from when I ordered the sectional. I spent $2,700 of hard earned money to wait a month for a couch. Save your money and shop at a store that actually has the furniture in stock at the store. (Ashley does not actually have anything at their store). Now I shall keep my fingers crossed and hope my sectional shows up on the day they have promised. Also, the sales person that is getting commission for my purchase wasn't even at the store when I purchased the sectional, and never called to touch base with me later like I was told he would. Doesn't seem fair to me that he is getting commission..
