I Great Place to Buy a New Recliner Chair

We found the perfect sofa and love seat that is washable. Our sales rep was friendly, helpful and made great recommendations. Highly recommend.

The service technician was attentive to what I described as the problem. He was effective in completing the repair. Thank you for your service. I’m enjoying my furniture.

Delivery guys were great 😊 and professional! My sectional took over a month and I wasn’t happy with that especially because they expected it sooner but I absolutely love 💗 it and I highly recommend purchasing a battery powered charger!!

I was told yesterday that I could use my Ashley card to get 24 months at 0% interest. I went in this evening to pay and was told I could only get 12 months. The shopping experience was great and Randy was very helpful.

Furniture for larger people is slim pickings, but at least they have some.

Furniture was delivered in great condition. It was back ordered so we had to wait a bit. We would have appreciated if they had sent messages regarding order status during the delivery process. Other than that it was great. We waited 3 weeks for our furniture and an update would have been nice.

If I could give no stars, I would. I left out this store feeling robbed and taken advantage of. The salesperson told me whatever she could do to make a sale. The person at the desk never corrected her, just went along with it. We even contacted the manager and he did not do anything about it. I won't be shopping here again.

I am very unhappy with this store. I ordered a new bed set on June 29th. I was told I would have everything in the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks rolls by still no furniture. I called them back, they told me it would be here on August 12. Here is it past August 12th, still no furniture and no communication from them at all. It has been over a month and still no furniture. I will never try to buy from Ashley’s again. When I do call, the receptionists has little to no concern about my frustration. I had my room cleaned out due to them telling me it would be here in 2 weeks. I have been sleeping on the floor and living out of bags because of a promise that I would have my bed in a manner of time. Please save the trouble from buying from here. Update: Just called the store again, now my bed is on backorder and the truck should be arriving next week. It has quite literally been almost 2 months. Super aggravating.

Tom was great! Took his time with us to make sure what we were purchasing was going to work for our needs. He was never pushy and was very knowledgeable about their products. We’ve always liked the ease of dealing with Ashley Furniture. We did learn that all Ashley’s are independently owned and financing options are different store to store. So just make sure you know what your store offers before proceeding. Overall, it was a great experience. Should have our son’s new furniture within a couple of weeks!

Unfortunately this store will sell you things that they don't even have in stock!! We ordered a couch, chair, ottoman, and a whole bedset. Was told 2 to 3 weeks at time of purchase. But when I called 2 weeks later just to check on our items, I was told our whole bed set is not even in stock and they have know idea when it will be. Cancelled everything and had to pick out all new stuff at Ivan Smith last minute. All of our furniture from them was delivered and set up the next business day. Was told that this unfortunately happens all the time at Ashley. SMH.

Went in looking for a bed that I saw online for sale, but was out of stock. They didn’t have it in the store, but one of the sales associates (Shadeidre) was able to deliver it to the store for me and still keep the online sales price of the bed. The workers was AMAZING and very helpful. My mom and I both found beds today!

Randy Hughens along with the rest of the team were absolutely incredible. They were able to help me find all of what I was looking for just off of my descriptions. I also got very good deals this Memorial Day weekend.

He listened to what she wanted in the recliner and looked at several. She found one that she liked, txt me info and photos. Said it had all the features and it was comfortable. Tom worked all the figures out and the price for two of the chairs was fair. Got one chair delivered last Friday. Great chair. The other chair is being delivered tomorrow. A shout out to Tom. Ashley’s Furniture Bossier City Kathy and Kelly were delightful to work with. Kathy made the initial sale, offering in store discounts. This was on Friday 2/16. Over the weekend just by happenchance we found lower prices for the same furniture online. On Monday morning I called the store. I explained to Kelly, as Kathy was not available, the deeper discounts that I discovered. She was most willing to match those prices, which amounted to several hundred dollars. Went in to buy a bed end of December, shopped around and picked a bed out and told the sales person we didn’t want a high bed and would like a bed that didn’t require a box spring, she showed us beds, we picked one out and she said we needed to buy a roll slat. When we purchased the products we were told the bed should come in the following week, well it actually took 3 weeks for the bed to come in, for us to get it home for the bed to not be compatible with the roll slats. I’m disappointed, and do not plan to ever buy from Ashley’s again as the salesperson clearly didn’t know what she was selling us, and I just wasted money. Do not recommend this store.

I feel I should have been able to purchase a product that was listed on the Amazon Ashley’s website in my local store for the same price as it was for sale on Amazon. Doesn’t make much since, and the sale was denied locally because the salesman wouldn’t make any commission, I assume. He said he couldn’t match the price. My salesman was very polite about it and there was no problem with him at all. Either way, I am an Ashley customer and should have been sold the product for customer convenience locally instead of having to buy it from Ashley’s Amazon.

I like that I could shop without being followed around. My salesman was attentive to my needs when I had questions and I have found the furniture for my home.

Bought a mattress and some awesome pillows from Ashley’s! Dee helped us out so much in showing us exactly what we asked for. Delivered to a T with a fantastic smile and attitude. I walked into the store not really expecting to find what i needed. I was immediately greeted by a salesperson- which was nice since I’ve visited other stores and walked around without any acknowledgement. I described what i was looking for and why specifically. He took me direct to what i needed, and noted it was marked down which made it even better. The entire transaction from entering the store to loading up my purchase took less than 30 minutes. I was given a quote for a table and then when I purchased the table some time later they called me and told me they were not going to honor the quote because the table had gone up in price.. It did not matter that I had already received a quote. I tried to speak with the manager about this and they refused to take my phone call or call me back. Very bad business. 1 week later...corporate has called me and honored the quote because the Ashley store was privately owned in Bossier so corporate made it right. Tks

We had Kathy at the bossier store. She was polite and patient with us through the process of picking out the furniture we wanted. She didn't try to push anything on us, checked in to see if we had any questions, and gave us the space we needed to talk and make a decision. Hands down one of the best experiences we had there. I would absolutely recommend her and the bossier store to anyone looking for furniture.

My wife and I went in, obviously, looking for new furniture. We did our research on the website, and had a good idea of what we were looking for. I am so glad we shopped in the store. Not only was the selection better to see with our own eyes, but we met a wonderful young lady, Dee Davidson. They were busy, but you couldn't tell. We told her our needs (comfort, dimensions and price) and we went from there. She was very knowledgeable and just an overall great person. Highly recommend Ashley Furniture and the great sales team.

The quality of furniture is cheap, but nice looking. The sales people are nice. They have mattresses for sale, that seems like a good deal. Ashley even honored the online price because it was lower than the in-store price.

My wife and I went in to find a new sectional sofa for our home. The sales lady was very nice and attentive. She answered all of our questions and helped us make a purchase. Ashley even honored the online price because it was lower than the in-store price. That being said, you have to watch them when they're figuring your price up. They will automatically charge you for furniture "protection" at about $250 unless you tell them that you decline it. Our couch is very nice, but the end table we bought isn't worth near what we paid for it. We asked if they would remove the protection plan since we weren't asked about it and were told that we needed to decline it upon purchase and that there was nothing they could do. I call B.S. That's ok. They gouged us for around $500 in "protection plans" that they failed to disclose or ask if I wanted them. I hope that the around $500 was worth it because I'll not buy another piece of furniture from Ashley. They cost themselves the price of a bedroom set and a dining room table. Buyer beware.

My husband and I went to Ashley Furniture in March made a selection to purchased our living room set. We was lied to about the order 😪 it's May 5th and we still don't have our merchandise that we paid for. We will never ever purchase anything else from them they're dishonest with their customers just to make a sell which is ridiculous and sad. You've definitely lost our business

A young man, Corey, assisted me with my purchase. What I liked about him is that I told him what I was looking for and he escorted me to the area and then gave me his name and left me to look around on my own. I don't like an employee hovering over me as I feel like they are trying to push a sale on me. But, Cory would check on me from time to time and was more than happy to bring parts of other pieces of furniture to What I was looking at so I could decide if I liked the pieces together or not. Not once did he pressure me nor made me feel like I was troubling him. He made me feel so good that I will go back and ask for him again. And he did make the transaction of my purchase very easy.

Our salesperson John was very attentive and helpful. It was an easy quick process to pick something out and he gave us options that weren’t on the floor in case we wanted to change things up which we did. Prices are very reasonable.

My mother bought her furniture for a entire house in June of 2021 it is now March of 2022 and we are still waiting on bed rails for her bed. Yes bed rails I was told Dec then they would be in in January January came them it was February well it's now March and still no bed rails ashley has lost my business and my mother's I will also not refer anyone to Ashley furniture. Almost a year and my mother still has no bed but has to pay for it. Poor customer service

My experience was good shopping at Ashley's in Bossier City! My Salesman Randy, and I looked at sofas for at least an hour and a half, before I made my decision! Randy is Superb!! He's easy to talk to, he's patient, he's kind, and once I told him what I was looking for, without hesitation, he knew exactly which furniture to show Me and explain to Me the functions..... The wrong sofa was bought out to my house, but once I called and spoke to Randy, all was taken care of and I will receive my new sofa in about 3 weeks! Been waiting for a dining table since we bought the set back in nov. They delivered the chairs but not the table, apparently they didn’t have the table in stock, so they told us not until the end of Dec. We called to see when it’s coming beginning of January and was told it’s coming on the 16th, waited all day on the 16th, and called to see when they’ll be delivering it, turns out there’s no truck that runs on Sunday. So then we asked when are they delivering our table, and was told it won’t be till the end of January. We told them that we had been waiting for this table since we bought it, not knowing they didn’t have the table in stock, if we had known that we would have gotten a different set that all would’ve came in together. Now they said they’ll call us back but they never do. At this point we are looking to take the 4 chairs they delivered to us back to the store and just get a refund.

Love their furniture but their back order times are way off!!! I’ve been waiting for couches going on 7 months now. I get it, things are hard to come by with the pandemic, but their website says 3-5 months and my couch arrival dates keeps getting pushed back. I just canceled my bedroom set as it’s been 5 months and I just got a new arrival date of April. I can’t keep waiting!

Needed a twin over full bunk bed they had them in stock and the price was right. Only downside was there was only one style in stock, the other style they had would take over 4 months to get.

Ultimately, we ended up coming back mainly because of the price, but the staff seemed like they actually wanted to be there, unlike other places we went. Also, they show respect for military members, they have designated parking for currently serving members as well as veterans. Randy helped us out and he was very professional. Thanks again!

I miss the days when I give you money, you give me a product/service. The salesperson was really nice and helpful. We bought a recliner and went to pick it up at the distribution warehouse. Seamless process. Why do you need my address and phone number to buy a chair? I didn’t get delivery, I didn’t finance it, why cant I just pay for it and leave. I’d shop here again.

We had a great experIence with Mr. Corey. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our preferences and made our purchase complete. Then a month and a half later we find out on our on accord after being dodged and no return calls that all the items we ordered weren’t expected to be delivered until December!!! This is not what was told to us in the beginning. He said around 30 days, and that they had partial sectional in stock and dinette chairs. My complaint is lack of customer service after purchase was made. No calls with updates, even though he assured us he would, acceptance of what was told to us nor any apologies. So we are getting a full refund. Don’t shop here unless you don’t mind a lengthy wait and no call backs. I considered purchasing online, which was my first choice, but they were on back order by two months. This salesperson told us online back orders was worst than the actual store. No truth to that as you can see!!

If you ask me they really deserve 0stars !!! I ordered my couch waited 3months for 2 Guys look at my door and tell me my couch wasn’t going to fit with out trying let me remind you I have a back door . Then hired third party to deliver my furniture since those guys didn’t want to do they job and get a call back saying they sold my furniture to someone else . The worst experience I ever had . I’ll never purchase again!

If I could give negative stars I would. We previously only purchased our furniture from Ashley's but never again! I am absolutely outraged with this disgusting establishment. My mother purchased a $6,000 bed from them, and these people had the audacity to refuse to remove her original mattress and box spring. They told her it was not their responsibility due to a new policy change that nobody ( from the sales agent to the delivery providers) decided to mention until the new bed had already arrived. So my chemo patient mother and her home health provider had to remove her old mattress and box spring down a flight of steps, while two able bodied men got in their delivery truck ( that she also paid extra for them to be there) and drove off. When she called the store to ask why this was happening and why she was not informed in advance, they had the audacity to try and refer her to a third party mover. What good is that? The bed is already there. Do Better!
