I had ordered a large picture frame, but upon arrival, I realized it was too big for my space. I brought it to the store with the intention of returning it, unaware that online returns are not accepted in-store. When I arrived, I struggled to open the door while carrying the large picture. Despite there being several staff members—at least 10—visible inside the store, no one offered any assistance. As I walked in, many of the staff simply stared at me, which made the situation feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Eventually, one associate approached and asked how she could help. I explained that I was there to return an item purchased online. She told me, rather dismissively, that they don’t accept online returns, and asked what I was returning. When I said it was artwork, she reiterated that they couldn’t help me. The entire interaction felt abrupt and lacking in courtesy. To make matters worse, no one offered to help me carry the large item back to my car—not even the male employees who were standing nearby. All the while, the other staff members continued to watch without saying or doing anything. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I believe that customer service should include at least a basic level of attentiveness, and that staff should be proactive in offering assistance, especially when customers are visibly struggling. Additionally, it would be helpful if there were clearer communication regarding the return policy for online purchases, perhaps on the website and at the store entrance.

Just had the WORST customer service I've ever received. Ordered a couch and waited 3 weeks for delivery, I sent the dimensions to my building and they said it would fit in the elevator but it didn't. The delivery driver called me and was cussing me out, and said they can only walk it up to the 3rd floor and not the 5th floor (because injuries only happen on the 4th and 5th floor apparently) UNLESS I was willing to pay him cash for it... do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else if you need it delivered.
