They both took their time in explaining all the details of my purchase and making sure I was not only aware of everything but also comfortable in all aspects. This was my first time ever purchasing a bedroom set on my own, and they helped me a lot. Also, Ms. Rachel was super patient with me in choosing my mattress even after I changed my mind on what it is I wanted a couple of times. I went to Ashley furniture for a side. I ended up buying a very nice and super comfy sectional. The team greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and were very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and a few minutes later I was done! Gene was the absolute best!
