Fast friendly service very helpful large variety of furniture to select from and I think the prices on the lift chair and recliner were very reasonable compared to other furniture stores around the area

So we purchased a couch from Ashley store. The delivery company messed up my wall and trim. I have spoke with them through email back and forth. They asked me to get them a quote I did they then rejected the quote because it was to high. They then demanded I get two more quotes and I said we can’t keep missing work to wait on people to come give quotes. So because I didn’t get two more quotes in there time line they sent me a email letting me know this ship had sailed (the mail words exactly like that). I told them how unprofessional this is. I will never buy anything from them again. Worst delivery/customer service ever.!! Please save yourself some trouble and go to a different place. Also it’s been 3 week and my wall still not fixed…🤔 Update I got them the 3 Quotes asked for and still not good enough. Please save your self the headache with this company.

I ordered a bed from Ashley furniture they said they would match other facilities prices, but after showing the assistant manager the price of a competitive store she said she would not honor that arrangement with Ashley agreed to prior to our visit that day. The assistant manager was very rude to my fiancé and started arguing with her about why she would not honor the other store price. She said she would lose too much money on that, but Ashley‘s Corpo office said she was supposed to honor that because that is what Ashley furniture store does on our other store, competitive prices to get the sale after receiving the bed from Ashley after waiting seven weeks they gave us a used bed that was water damaged. Had scratches all on it and I would not accept it when the delivery people came to install it. They took it back. I paid cash for the bed and now they are telling me I would have to wait 21 days to receive my cash back. This was not credit. This was straight cash sale. The head manager would not honor that agreement as well I tried getting in touch with the regional manager by email and he did not respond to my email or my phone calls that I left at the corporate phone number for him to get back with me about what occurred at his Lake Charles store. I see why the parking lot at Ashley furniture store. is empty all day and into the evening from now on I will visit either Lafayette or Houston or go online to shop for whatever I need when it comes to dealing with furniture stores especially Ashley furniture store. That’s why I gave them a one rating really I wish it would be a zero.
