My wife and I have visited this location numerous times in search of a new mattress and we finally purchased one today. Each time we’ve been there we were assisted by Timotheus and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about our needs for a mattress. He never pressured us into a purchase and was always willing to provide us with information regarding our options. We’d highly recommend this location and Tim helped us tremendously.

Returned to this outlet with my fiance to look at furniture options for our living room and game room. Jason and Esco, were absolutely amazing! They were fast, efficient, really nice, and understanding. They got to my place pretty early too, and exactly within the timeframe they gave me. They assembled everything really well, and kept checking in to make sure everything was where I wanted, they even asked some questions I didn’t even think about. If I ever have people delivering my furniture again, I hope it’s these two!

Good friendly service

Went couch shopping for the first time and left very happy. Everyone there felt incredibly personable and was very helpful. I ended up picking out my couch, cocktail table, two side tables, and the perfect dining table set. So excited for my furniture! Update: I received the delivery (which felt like forever because I was excited and bc I had no furniture and was sitting on the floor). The delivery took about 3 and a half weeks to schedule (I was told I would have all of my furniture delivered in two-three weeks) so it wasn’t too long after I was quoted. I was told someone would reach out to me by the 22nd so when I hadn’t heard from them by the 23rd I called them to schedule the delivery. The delivery itself wasn’t organized which is not the driver’s fault. They were great. I had noticed that the checkered flag on the map ( a link they send when your driver has started their route) wasn’t set for my address. I called Ashley’s to ask and was told the guys were on the way and that everything was fine. The next time I looked at the map, they were back at Ashley’s before they called to ask me for my address. Turns out the address wasn’t completed, whoever put my address down completely forgot to include the street name. Once the drivers got to my place, they came in and asked me where I wanted everything. I gave them the rundown and they told me that the tables I ordered were dropped off at a previous address bc the stickers that were slapped on them were for the wrong order. The guys unloaded the couch and chairs from the truck and said they were going to pick up the tables from the other address and bring them to my place. They were super friendly and very quick with the installation process. Conclusion: In-store experience: 10/10 Scheduling: 4/10 Organization: 3/10 Delivery: 7/10 Customer service: 10/10

Latanya greeted me with a smile and asked what I was looking for today. I told her my exact needs due to my pets and my physical challenges. She listened and was responsive to my needs and comments. She was friendly and very professional. Latanya helped me find two end tables immediately on this date. She also gave me a written quote complete item measurements so I can compare to my room measurements and make the appropriate choice. I would definitely recommend Latanya to others who are looking for new furniture. Her kindness, friendliness, her politeness, her respect, her responsiveness to my needs and her knowledge of the items are a definite plus. I would like to note that just prior to my visiting Ashley’s outlet, I had visited another furniture store very nearby and the staff member I encountered was not responsive to my needs and I found her demeanor to be rude and rather dismissive. I was out of there in less than ten minutes. So thank you Latanya for making today an even more wonderful day ! You are an asset to Ashley’s!

Natasha was great! We knew what we wanted when we got there, she was helpful but let us look on our own (what we preferred). When we made our decision, she made the process easy and took the extra steps to help us save what we could. We couldn’t buy that same day because we were unsure if our dimensions in our living room would do better with a loveseat or a couch. She wrote down all the measurement for us, we went home and the next day measured everything out and were able to order and pay for everything over the phone without any issues. Now waiting for our stuff to come in and I have no doubt Natasha will keep in touch. We are repeat customers to the outlet store and this is why we keep coming back.

I am very pleased with my purchase fromAshley Furniture Outlet (Monroe). Our interactions in store with Natasha was amazing, she is very informative, helpful and knows what she’s talking about. We were looking at the tall barstools and she knew they were too tall just off the description I gave her of my cabinets. I’m glad we trusted her and got the shorter ones they fit perfectly!! The delivery men were amazing as well. They found out where we wanted our furniture and brought everything in and set it up without any damage to our hardwood floors. This was a great experience!

From the store with working with NaTasha it was nothing short of amazing. Throughout the entire process the communication was nothing less than GREAT! I was first scheduled for 4:30-7:30. They made it here at 2:22. They were finish and gone within 10 minutes. Also I love the set ! It is soooooooooo beautiful and goes well in my small living room. Girl!!! I’m about to sit on this couch and eat pizza. Check out my photos.

Employees were extremely nice, furniture arrived quickly and they kept in touch thrpught the entire process. The only issue was my sofa was ripped upon delivery and no one noticed until I did. However, the store has already scheduled a service call to have it repaired.

Very helpful and good prices

Went in late Saturday afternoon looking for a baker’s rack. They don’t carry them anymore but I thought I’d look around anyway since I was there. I was able to find a small side table to go in my back sunroom and a pair of lamps for my living room. Overall it was a win/win trip even though I didn’t get what I was originally hunting. NaTasha was my salesperson and she was very helpful. She was actually the one who greeted me when I arrived and once I had questions about the lamps she helped me pick out ones that would work with my decor. She was knowledgeable about the products the store offers and also has a good sense of decorating, much better than me.

I’m only giving this a 5 star rating because of Natasha @ the Ashley Outlet in Monroe, La, for saving the day & sale… when I firstly walked into Ashley, the main side, Mike was on the phone cackling and never greeted or acknowledged me, in which I thought was strange because he was facing the entrance door looking straight at it, so surely he couldn’t have missed me or so I thought but another thing that I found odd, was that shortly after, another customer came through the door, Mike’s phone call ended and this customer was warmly greeted, now I would have took that Mike would have found me and asked if I needed assistance be that I was there first but sadly to say, he didn’t bother, hey, who knows maybe it was one of his relatives, an old high school friend, college buddy someone who he’s hung out with before… sisters boyfriend or whatever to make him totally over look me and give this customer top tier service, this was strike one, the second strike was when Cheryl, approached me with an abrupt and not very inviting attitude, I would explain it as rude but others say that’s just her personality, is that appropriate when working in customer service….my answer would be no but hey, what do I know as a “customer”, so shortly after all that debacle, I walked over to the Outlet side and was assisted by Natasha with professionalism/knowledge and made my sale seemed as if it mattered … so if it weren’t for Natasha, the sale would have been lost completely. So, thank you Natasha for making my experience satisfying and a reason to return with future purchases ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Natasha and herr team at Ashley are the epitome of customer service! She treats you like family, follows up, and goes the extra mile for her customers! Two small hiccups in our delivery - one item arrived in the wrong size and one piece of furniture was not put together. Natasha insisted on having the unassembled piece taken back to be put together and redelivered when assembled! She also had the delivery team drive back to the warehouse to bring out the proper size bed/mattress and re-deliver it that same evening so that we could sleep in our new bed that night! Cannot recommend Natasha and her Ashley Furniture team highly enough! The prices are fair and the service is excellent! If you are in North Louisiana and are in need of furniture, you only need to go to Ashley by Pecanland Mall and see Natasha! You can thank me later!

Tim Brown is an amazing at his job he got me in and out with my dream couch and love seat overall great experience. … But, there was an older white woman who approached me when I came in and her tone and demeanor were not great like I was out of place there if she’s a greater she needs to be retrained did not feel welcomed felt like an interrogation. Mr. January is a very good salesman. Very customer friendly. However the delivery men weren't professional at all. They delivered my bedroom set, flirted with my sister so hard that they forgot to delivery my end tables. Well after my sister locked up and left, they remembered that they hadn't removed the tables from the truck. They took my tables our of the truck and left them in the parking lot by my apartment after the apartment matenience guy would not let them in. Of course he needed my permission. Then they came back and picked the tables up and took them to the warehouse. This is the most unprofessional experience that I've had with Ashley Furniture in Monroe, La. It happened today 3/24/2024. SMDH

When I finally made my decision I was taken to a young lady at the checkout and she had the same happy personality! These 2 people made my shopping experience a pleasure! The only complaint I had was it was too hot in store which they had no control over! Ashley Corporation set your A/C to make your customers and employees comfortable! This is Louisiana you know!

This was the most pleasant furniture buying experience. I searched online for weeks for the perfect couch. I found the couch online and was very happy there was a physical store so I could get the feel of the furniture. Natasha was super helpful. She let me and my family look and feel the furniture at our leisure. She made us feel welcome.

Actually rating -zero for ashley outlet in Monroe at Pecanland Mall location. The furniture was ordered and three months later it was never delivered. After canceling the order, three months after that the amount was never credited back. A total of 6 months no furniture no credit. When we went into the store the counter person had a decent attitude at first until she made the mistake of charging the account AGAIN while in the process of crediting the account. A complete cluster of horrible events. Not once did she apologize but instead called the accounting dept. to help correct the issue, which is fine, but once I asked her to place the call on speaker she placed her hand towards me and huffed and puffed as if she was blowing out candles and told me to wait and told the person on the phone that she didn’t know why but I was wanting her to place the call on speaker. Excuse me, it’s my business to hear you’ve overcharged our account. Once off the phone she continued to fiddle and ruffle with papers yet no apology for anything but ecxuses why we never received the furniture and that we knew it would be late. But 3 months late! And an additional 3 months for a credit. And then an additional $500+ charge when you should credit an account. There was ample time while I stood in the store to apologize for never receiving furniture that was paid in full and charged twice for, there was ample time in store to explain why it was taking 3 months to issue a refund, there was ample time in store to apologize for charging me the total price of the furniture again instead of a credit. Instead of the blatant disregard and unconcerning attitude from the counter person even though the issue was created by ashley outlet employee. This employee then has the audacity to follow me outside and at my vehicle begin to tell me why she was frustrated. Excuse me. Thank you but no thank you. Once you handed me my paperwork in the store and gave me no apology for your bullying and overpowering attitude for YOUR mistake in front of other customers and employee, how dare you approach me at my car. I am not sure who trained this employee but clearly there needs to be a class on customer service, work place attitude, and concernment for the public. Only fair. Excuse the typos. This lady and her attitude was horrible to us. And the apology you gave me AFTER you walked away from my car back into the store, after you talked over ME explaining how YOU disrespected and screwed us over, fell on the ground where you spewed it. Never ever will we do any business with ashley outlet or it’s affiliate. I’ll sleep on the floor and eat off cow pies before I even dare supply them with my hard earned money. Thanks but no.
