From the moment I walked up to the door I felt uncomfortable. The lady wiping the windows was staring at me, instead of saying hello welcome to Ashley’s! So i asked her was the store open and she replied yes. Once I got in a big dark skin man started staring at me so by now I’m like what’s going on? Am I supposed to be here? because i have money. They both tried to fix their lack of professionalism and hospitality! I had been in the store earlier that week looking at a bed and was coking back to try to purchase one, but i’m good! cause i really was profiled for entering that store this morning.

The shopping experience is just fine. However warranty service is a complete disaster! We were without a couch for a few months. They tried to deliver my couch more damaged once, then a different couch that was damaged in other places, then my couch even more damaged. They don't want to fix anything. It was never properly repaired. We finally gave up which I guess is their point... Don't waste your time and money. Especially on a warranty! The lady we spoke with at Ashley about warranty was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful as well. This needs major revisions to be anything more than a scam.

I had a wonderful experience with Ashley’s Furniture store! They were good at keeping me updated and the delivery guys were very quick and professional! I am absolutely pleased with my living room and dining sets!
In February my significant other and I went to get a sectional sofa that also had a bed in it. While the staff was nice, they were not very clear on the questions we were asking. Fast forward a MONTH and the couch finally arrives (22nd of March). It is only HALF the sectional, even though we were told we had to be there so that the driver could latch the sectional together. The delivery driver told us to call the store. The store was unresponsive saturday even though we were told “we’ll call you back”. Fast forward to today , my s/o called and got someone on the phone to explain when we were getting the other half. They proceeded to say that we had only financed HALF of the sectional? While trying to navigate HOW someone could make this mistake , or why someone didn’t call and let us know this sooner , we decided to have them come pick up this half sectional , seeing as they weren’t professional enough to be straightforward and accept responsibility for the mistakes they made. I will not do business through them anymore and would not recommend anyone else to either. Terrible customer service.
I love the couch that I purchased from Ashley outlet. From the sales specialist, Kelly Whittington to the delivery man Ladarius, it was a professional, courteous and convenient process. I also got a very good price. Check ‘em out!
Michael Morgan was very nice and showed me every recliner he thought I would like after I described what I wanted. I found one that I like and ordered 2 of them. Mr Morgan explained everything to me about the contract and delivery and told me to contact him if I ever have a problem. I appreciated him very much!

Your Delivery Specialists are Above & Beyond EXCEPTIONAL, Professional, great individuals. I honestly would buy from Ashley Furniture in Monroe, just for your delivery Specialists. I cannot give them a good enough review. The only way they can be given what they deserve is with a raise, in order to keep good individuals. Good, Professional people are RARE these days . KEEP THESE ! The salesperson.? Well, we were specifically in the store in Monroe. • We had 2 separate places to deliver the items we purchased, and our girl got the addresses reversed on items. • I got the text regarding those.items, saw it was reversed, CALLED to correct the specifics immediately upon receival of text. It was supposed to have been corrected. I guess since delivery was the same day and one following the other, they never corrected the specifics, so when the Delivery Specialists got. here, it was still reversed. It was not something I could not handle, but we were roght at the desk, paying when we did it so? Therein was my issue. DELIVERY SPECIALISTS AND OUR SALES GUY ..In the store were great. Only issue was with the reverse addresses on delivery upon payment with the girl at the counter. I guess if there is only 1 address for each person there won't be an issue. Either way it was great. Ashley Furniture had Exactly what we wanted whuch was refreshing. One stop on the Saturday after Black Friday and DONE. Made for a great day. Thank you.

They did not have the product at this store.But they asked me to come in and pay for it and it will be in ,in a few days I.Agreed... When? The product came it did not have all the pieces with it.... Mr. January tried his best to help me, But the manager ignored me and then took me out the system. When I inquire about the missing chairs... I felt he was very unprofessional because he walked off and did not try to help...

We found a mattress that we loved at another furniture store, but it was way outside what we wanted to spend. We went into the Ashley store looking for living room furniture, but found an Ashley brand mattress that was about 1/4 of the price! It has a 10 year warranty and we bought the extended warranty for the base that will cover it. We are in a king bed with an adjustable base for less than $3500! Our sales associate (I think his name was January) was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely come back to the Monroe store to shop for furniture. Happy with service and prices!

The salesman was great but I was totally disappointed in not being able to finance my total purchase. I won’t patronize Ashley anymore. I had to pay a large amount out of my checking account and charge on my American Express. If the bank financed a Lexus to me even though I paid $10,000 down I was very disappointed in not being able to finance $1900 one year no interest, interesting.

The staff was very nice; however, the 'No Credit Needed' is not good for me.. seems more like a rip-off. I just wanted to pay for the item because I will not need it until 3-4 weeks.. that was considered a lay-a-way for a floor clearance item. The 'lease to own' added all these charges, and that was not the program for me. Ashley is not working with the customer. I'm less than 10 miles away, shipping is $129. I can live wth that; however, seems a bit much!

My sales person was Mike Williams. I'd buy anything from him because he's a straight shooter and really cared about my needs in buying the furniture that I was looking for. However, Roxana and Tay did their best to sour the exchange. They were a team of only themselves. They did not want to work with Mike Williams at all, and after they ignored his requests for their cooperation, I had to first ask Roxana the same question at least three times. When it was obvious that she was also trying to ignore me, the CUSTOMER, I turned to Tay for an answer, which she then provided. She could have offered the information on my second query when she saw Roxana ignoring me, but Tay seemed to be taking her cues from Roxana. I'm looking forward to getting my new furniture, but I dread having to interact with Roxana and Tay again.

Michael, the nice salesman that helped me, was determined to find exactly what I needed. He stayed late to help my husband load the recliner we needed. I had looked several places for a power recliner and he kept looking until he found one that fit my needs. I had recently broken my kneecap and needed a way to get out of the recliner without having to call someone to help me.

Do not waste your time shopping there. They do not warranty their work nor follow up on there promises. Made the mistake of purchasing from them twice . They're service people have yet to show up on either one of my purchases. Had to go online and order parts for my recliner and still have a 3 legged bed.

Well the store is set up nicely ,very clean,relaxing..the sales people or nice, don't perster you or no pressure...I really love the admosphere...I had waited awhile to shop for furniture...after hours of my decisions.😓🙂 the computer went down...plus it takes months for a delivery... Patience, it's no one fault...but would rated higher but I didn't receive,but I would recommend and will return....also there different budget type also for good service and nice store...

I won't do business here anymore. First off the sales people are ok, was looking for a recliner showed me a nice one ordered it and it came a week and a half later not mad at that, then the foolery began the recliner was too big for the room so I returned it only had it like four days wanted to get it back to them so I wouldn't mess it up they said keep it til the new one came which should've been a red flag for me. Then they ordered my new recliner said it should take about two weeks to come three weeks later I called they gave me an estimated time for the next week then again they said the next week a month later still haven't received my recliner this is ridiculous never again.

Purchased a mattress on a Wednesday during my lunch break after looking & laying on all the mattresses in the store. It was delivered the following Saturday by two very polite, strong men! This is my second mattress purchase from Ashley and they really are great folks!

My couch broke...it was late in the day and really no time to make it to the store. I was trying to find the exact couch I had. I did an online chat and got Kathy who was actual local. My couch was discontinued..but...Kathy had me text her pictures of what I had and in an hour she had texted me possible matches to what I was looking for and provided prices and time frames of how soon I could get it. I was able to find a couch without leaving my home. Was the easy furniture shopping ever
This store had a wide variety of what I was shopping for which was a recliner. My salesman was friendly and knowledgeable ,and was not pushy. The store was neat and clean and followed covid rules. I WOULD SHOP TGERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

I ordered the sofa and chair today. I’m not sure why they want a review this quickly. Anyway, ordering from the website was very easy and they had the items that I wanted. Other than that I don’t have much to say! I will update once my items arrive. Update as of 03/24/22. The sofa and chair arrived a couple months ago and I am extremely pleased. Delivery went off without a hitch and the items are of a very good quality. I would not hesitate to purchase anything from Ashley Furniture. I have updated from 3 to five stars.
After traveling over the days, 5 cities and umpteen furniture stores, Ashley was a very welcome stop. Some of the friendliest salespeople we've come across. And during a stressful event, it was a wonderful change. Not only did they have near exactly what we needed, they hag it at half the price and twice the quality. I came in with my Bargaining hat on-I had gone to another furniture store however; even though the other store item was cheaper I didn’t get great customer service-so I went to Ashley and Mr January wasn’t able to give me the item for cheaper but he was able to match their price. I went there Feb 27 to look for a couple of End Tables for my Living Room & also ended up ordering a Dresser that matched my Bedroom Suite purchased a in '20. My salesman was helpful, but not pushy. I looked around for a while until deciding which End Tables I liked best, & was told I'd be notified once items arrived. What's funny is, these tables were actually matched up in the store with the sofa & loveseat I'd purchased in '20. Unfortunately while I was reviewing the paperwork, I realized the wrong End Tables had been ordered, based on the item # from the website & the item # on the sales sheet. Called Ashley to make them aware so it could be corrected ASAP, which I'm told it was. Got a call today that items have arrived, so I'm going to pick them up Wednesday. Overall though I would recommend Ashley Furniture.

Maria L Ordered living and dining set w/side board approximately middle of September 2020 in which I paid for in cash (3100.00) I was told it was set for delivery around Oct 30ish. About 2 weeks later they delivered a damaged loveseat. I received no notification. The driver called and said he couldn't find my address. I informed him that address doesn't exist in the city that i live in. I called the store to find when the rest would come. Another date was given by asst store mgr. Shawn (Nov 21st). I called to confirm the delivery time just to find out the couch, side board, and 4 dining chairs were being delivered but the replacement loveseat would not because of an error made the asst mgr. Which i thought would be reliable and it was not. There is more to this story but I do not have time to write a book

I would have given Ashley HomeStore a 5 star rating but you are asking me for a rating before I receive my furniture. If I receive my furniture on Wednesday, which Ashley furniture/finance/Debe promised then and only then, will you receive 5 Star. To make a long story short, Conns furniture stores failure to deliver is still very recent. I am a Registered nurse, working 12 hours for 3 straight days and I refuse to exceed incomplete job satisfaction.

I purchased a livingroom set on September 15, 2020. From the beginning my delivery date was changed. The livingroom set had a tear on the back of one of the sections. But because I had removed my old furniture from my house, I agreed to keep the set until they could replace it with a new one. The next week, they came again. The section they brought also had a tear. They took it back. Approximately a week later, the furniture truck came again. This time as they removed the plastic, they observed damage to this section. They loaded it back on the truck without ever entering my house. After days of silence, I drove to Ashley's. A male employee spoke with me. He apologized about my situation, and set another delivery date. Again I received no phone call. So l called and spoke with a female employee. I explained that I had not heard from them about a delivery. She was very professional and assured me that she would look into it. She said she would have the furniture brought to the warehouse and I could come to the store and inspect it myself before they would bring it to my house. Today is October 17, 2020. I still have the furniture with the tear. This has been an experience to remember. By the way...I paid for the loveseat set and the livingroom set in full. This is my experience.

Well, the buying process was great, our salesperson was nice and friendly. However, today I drove over an hour to pick up our sectional. When we picked it up, I kept telling them something was wrong bc the pieces did not seem right to be able to fit together correctly. They kept telling me it was. So we drove the hour back home to find out that the pieces were wrong and that they would not fit together, and after checking the numbers on the pieces realized that we had two of the same pieces and That what we needed was still at the warehouse an hour away, and that they would have to talk to the manager about getting everything corrected and delivered, which could be weeks away. I’ve already been waiting on my furniture for weeks as it is. We also ordered a coffee table and were told everything was in, but guess what, when we got there they said the coffee table was still 2 weeks away. Overall, I’m Just frustrated and upset that no one would listen to me when I suspected something was wrong at the store. And here I am, waiting even longer to hopefully get our furniture whereof can be usable.

I'll start with the people are great and being in retail myself for a good number of years I understand policy but what don't or didn't understand about this experience was how their business works I drove about 5 miles or so to come do business with this place and I'M LOOKING AT a sectional on the SALES FLOOR but I was told they were out of stock and they would have to order me one and it would arrive in September...mind you its July right now and as I stated I'm LOOKING at one on the SALES FLOOR...key word SALES!!! floor I just didn't understand why I couldn't buy the display model...l was told they don't want the sales floor empty...LIKE I SAID MUST BE SOME NEW WAY OF DOING BUSINESS THESE DAYS!!

I would have never purchased a warranty that could turn into store credit had I known the credit could only be used at that location and the credit could EXPIRE. I was given less than 1 month notice to use it or it’ll be lost money. You cannot use it online either. Had I been informed I would’ve never made the warranty purchase. The business was not handled how it should’ve been. I hope in the future buyers are made aware and get honesty from those selling the warranty.

When we purchased the furniture we were happy with the people and the experience. Once we got the couch home and used it for two days the frame broke. I contacted the store and they wanted me to pay for a service call on something that was under warranty. they sent a serviceman out whom told me it was obviously a defect in the board used and tried to screw a random piece of wood to both sides of the broken frame and then proceeded to tell me he could not fix it due and someone would be in touch to pick it up. After three weeks of not hearing from anyone i called again and was told someone would call me back with a service date. Three weeks again and the same thing. I told them that i had to have furniture for the holidays and was assured it would be taken care of by then. Again i waited and called them today. I was told that they would be able to pick it up Thursday Friday or Saturday. I asked for a time frame on getting it back before the holiday and the lady placed me on hold. when she came back i was then told that only Thursday was available and that it would take about a week. I asked to wait until after the holidays and was told that she could not book it out that far but would call me when she could. Now i sit here in the same situation and it has been almost three months. The people in store are great, be careful what they tell you as far as service, warranty, and what is included, as it changes when you have an actual issue. Customer service department is some of the worst customer service i have ever received. I am very disappointed with this experience and wish i had gone another route when looking for a store to purchase from.

Placed an order March 19, 2019 for sofa, chair and ottoman. Was told 2-3 weeks, called to check and was told another 2-3 weeks called again to check and was told “the chair and ottoman are here but not the sofa” picked up the chair and ottoman. Sofa was to be here today called and was told “maybe May 16”. I love what I selected but the wait time and the non-communication is horrific. Should have ordered online, their wait time with delivery was 3-4 weeks. Won’t purchase from Ashley again.

What I loved about January at the Ashley store was how he made sure I had what I needed while servicing another customer. When he realized he was going to be long he sent over Chester another associate to service me. Chester then did not hard sale me but instead gave me what I needed. January followed up to make sure everything was ok. When my order wouldn't fit in my car...January made sure I got my item home waited to make sure it worked for me and left refusing my tip. Horrible!!! They supposedly sold me a king bed with bottom box frame and 2 recliners. When it was delivered they said I did not buy the box frame and I would have to pay another $1300 For it after I had already paid over $2,000. The salesman assured me and my mother the box frame was included. Also, my recliner has grease stains on it. I do not recommend this place. They do not stand behind what they say.

My Husband, son & I just walked around the entire store... Only 1 lady in the back behind the counter spoke to us. I'm disappointed because we've been searching for a new sectional & I really like Ashley furniture, but we'll be spending our money elsewhere. There were at least 3 salespeople sitting towards the front & not a single one of them spoke to us. I've worked in sales, I know the stance... Each had a nametag, but not one recognized our existence in their establishment. The reviews of this store appear to be misleading! Perfect example of why I shop online...

Very pricey, great furniture but look around for deals
I had a bad experience I ordered a living room set and bed from them 2 year ago it took them 3 month to get it to me. I went back and order chest of drawers 2 months ago they was suppose to deliver it to Ivan's Smith in Jonesboro but it went to the Monroe store they did deliver it to me free of charge but when we took it out of the box it was broken so I had to order another one .I called today to check on it it went again to the Monroe store instead of the Jonesboro store now they won't to charge me $82 to deliver it after I told my story they going to do it for free. I will not buy anything from them again.
