Took the time to patiently work with us to find what we wanted. Not a "big" purchase, so it was nice to have someone look to solve it for us rather than brush us off for a potential small sale.

A king bed was sent instead of a queen. The dining table did not have all the pieces and the king size frame for the other room did not have the footboard. The delivery guys returned 4 days later and got the dining table and the king bed frame finished but they also had a king size bed instead of a queen for the other room AGAIN! So they are taking it back again and I was told by Brian at Ashley’s that I would receive the correct bed in a week or longer. I am disappointed in the organization there. The delivery guys did their job well with what they had to do it with. They were very courteous and efficient.

My daughter and I were greeted immediately by a salesman. He asked if we needed help, however when we said we were just looking, he allowed us to browse alone. He occasionally checked with us and helped when we had questions. He even loaned us his tape measure to use while we shopped. I was looking to purchase living room furniture. There was no pressure on us to order, but he was ready to help when we were leaving. (I needed to go home and check our measurements.) When we returned he was ready to help us make sure we had the correct items ordered, that all our available discounts were included, and even helped carry items to my car. No pressure, no opinions, just a positive and enjoyable experience!

D'Angelo and his teammate were excellent! They delivered my order promptly and even helped me make sure it was in the correct place.

Ordered online and was immediately contacted with order details. All updates were prompt throughout the process. Delivery itself was a breeze, I had constant updates for where the driver was so I was able to make sure I was here to sign. The gentlemen who delivered were friendly and professional.

Sales staff was clearly not interested in helping us. When I asked about a particular line of furniture, I was told they didn't have it on the floor, but that Ivan Smith did. Just so happened that we had just been to Ivan Smith, they didn't have that line. The sales man at Ivan was friendly and did talk to us about a different line of modular furniture that I was interested in. The guy at Ashley said they didn't have any modular sectionals. I liketo shop around before spending up to 10,000 in furniture, so I guess Ashley is off the list.

I walked into the store and greeted the older, dark-skinned gentleman at the front—he didn’t respond or acknowledge me. Another man stood up and introduced himself, but by that point, I had already decided I didn’t want any help, simply because I had been ignored when I walked in. As I looked around, I noticed a table without a price tag. I asked the woman behind the counter if she knew the price. She said it should be on a tag. There wasn’t one. She told me to check the other side—still nothing. Then she directed me to a flyer, where I finally found the price. I thanked her. After that, she asked who was helping me. I said no one, I was just browsing. She then told me I should’ve asked the men up front if I had a question. That could have been said from the start—instead, she added unnecessary attitude. This experience was disappointing. I may not have looked like a big spender, but I came in with genuine interest. I love dressing down—on a six-figure salary. You just lost a potential customer. Not to mention, the gentleman at the front—who had no words for me when I walked in—suddenly became energetic and overly attentive when white customers came through the door. The contrast in treatment was hard to ignore and added to the overall disappointing experience.

Sales person was good. Third party delivery was suppose to be that evening but was changed to the next morning at 10:00am then changed to 1:00-1:30 pm. At 3:00pm had to call and find out where my order was at . Was told he was on the way. 30 minutes later got a text indicating he was picking up my order at the warehouse. The delivery cost me $130.00. To be changed and changed and changed. Probably will not use them again.

Bryan Gaines is an excellent representative. He thoroughly explained the details and benefits of a Temperpedic mattress and I purchased it. Im looking forward to the greatest sleep of my life. Thank you, Ashley’s and Bryan!!!

We spent two or three hours or more at the store and everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Adnan Bdah was the person that helped us and we never felt rushed or hurried. We were encouraged to take our time to find what suited us. We had the third party delivery service deliver and set everything up and they were very friendly and professional.

Bought a bed and mattress, very uncomfortable, head board had a couple of small flaws in the stain finish. Way to much work to take back. Mattress bumps and humps, because it's not a 3 inch hump, 3000$ not enough hump to replace in 2 weeks. Sales person was very nice though.

Repair man was really nice and seemed to be a great guy. He fixed my recliner in a timely manner and also inspected his work before he left.

We bought a nice piece of furniture, but decided we preferred another peace. So the delivery guys brought the new piece and picked up the old one. Just like the first delivery, they were prompt, professional, and very polite, and Ashley sends text that keep you up-to-date with the delivery times and they are very accurate. Very, very pleased with the whole process, from sales to delivery.

Every corner is cut. From customer service to product. Its dirt cheap for a reason.

The manager, Bob, was very helpful and thoughtful. The deals were amazing for Black Friday! We purchased a purple #7 firm mattress for recovering from a hip surgery as recommended by physicians. I am excited to try out the purple pillows, also! The delivery is same day as their warehouse was well stocked. Feeling grateful to be treated so well by Bob.

Walked in and the employees walked right past us without greeting us or attempting to help us. I stood in front of a sofa waiting to purchase it and they still continued to walk past us. Half of the staff were gossiping at a desk while the other man stood just texting on his phone at the front also letting more customers walk past him. This was around 4pm not even busy. Don’t waste your money on a place where you have to chase an employee for help if you don’t fit the demographic of who they want to make a sale to.

I had a positive shopping experience with Ashley Furniture in Shrevport. I was update on my order and expected arrival dates. When my order was scheduled for delivery a couple of items didn't make it on the truck, I was informed promptly and those missing items were delivered within a couple of days as promised.Delevery guys were excellent I left instructions and they were executed with not problems.

Awesome customer service from Larry, and everyone I encountered, starting the second I walked in the store! He was professional, pateint and didn't use the high pressure sales tactics you sometimes encounter when furniture shopping. This store has a huge selection! Manager called me "combative" after I had to call the store more than once to find our when my furniture would be delivered. He kept talking over me and interrupting me rather than acknowledging the fact that the delivery was outside the window I was promised the delivery would occur in when I originally purchased the furniture. I really don't think it's professional when I have to remind someone at the management level that I'm the customer and ultimately we have the same goal - to get my purchase delivered. The salesman was courteous and personable, but I don't think I'll shop that this location because of the way the manager acted over the phone.

Today Todd Berdan helped me find the perfect accent chair for my living room. I also got six throw pillows to match my existing sofa and loveseat and my new chair. Thanks so much for your help.

If you want a cheap couch that will last less than a year, this is your place. Otherwise don't waste your money. I'm pretty sure the floor models are made better than the ones you receive because they feel completely different. Less than a week, and the couch and loveseat are already caving in.

Walked in on a Thursday knowing we needed a new table. Floyd sold me a minor accent piece of furniture,about a month ago. I told him I would ask for him if I ever came back. I did today. It was his day off, but he was there to help another customer. I asked for him and he was eager to help - even on his day off! This time I needed an,adjustable king bed base. He showed me the basic and the top of the line. Overpriced and incompetent. Literally makes no sense to go to the store since everything is cheaper online. Found my dresser for $200 cheaper on Amazon and they refused to price match. Also they delivered the wrong table…not once but twice! Avoid…

My sales person was Javion Henderson. From the moment i walked in the Ashley Homestore Javion was totally devoted to my well being. He provided a wheelchair for my comfort to aid in my disability to walk over the large and well decorated store. I told Jevion what i was interested in and he whelled me to the rear of the store and showed me the merchandise i was looking for. He gave me several styles to choose from and let me test the comfort of the piece i was interested in. After choosing what i wanted Jevion wheeled me to the front desk where i talked with Ms Karen who made the financing of my merchandise efficiently, quickly and friendly. My visit to the Ashley Home store was a very enjoyable experience. I will return to this store for future purchases. I look forward to working with Jevion and the entire friendly staff.

My experience with this store location was not good. I was greeted and asked if I could be helped. 2 I asked if I could walk around and look for a gif. No one asked to assist me after that. 3 other employees were working and no one said a word until I checked out. Not many places I go I don’t feel welcome and I don’t like bad reviews but tonight I honestly felt uncomfortable. I really needed a nice gift for my son that I could charge due to my funds being limited. I purchased a beautiful vase I can’t even give the checkout person a decent review.

I needed something in stock and able to be delivered before Christmas. Heaven and Ivan helped me find a sleeper sofa, in stock, and they arranged delivery. As long as delivery goes well…this was a 5 star experience. Thank you!

Our sales person at the Youree Drive, Shreveport. LA Ashley Furniture location was Heaven. Even though Heaven had only been working with Ashley Furniture for a couple of weeks, she had a delightful disposition and the will to find what we were looking for. Her manager, Jamie, was also wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this store and these people.

I have shop at Ashley many times before and never had any problems Shopping at Ashley, this time the atmosphere was different the people wasn’t as nice and One of the salesperson had her kid running around in front of customers in his pj’s not professional at all.

¡¡DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I will never order from these people ever again. What a nightmare?! I should have just ordered online from Amazon. I ordered in store, after picking out some items. They didn't have it all for a few weeks. Delivery was scheduled and they stained one item and couldn't deliver the other because they couldn't assemble it correctly. I had to call MULTIPLE times to get my missing piece. It still isn't here, 5 days later. They lie and refuse to give me information. Terribly incompetent and negligent. Not worth the hassle. Never again. Also, DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICE PLAN -- you're only buying a headache.

When I bought my sofa online it never said anything about backorder or a delay in receiving it. Now the page for the sofa says backorder and my order status says 5-6 weeks. I would have ordered something different if I knew it was going to take that long or I would have gone somewhere else. Edit: It was delivered in about 3 weeks

I got a reclining sofa online. I ordered it, within 5 days, it was delivered pre-assembled. The sofa is nice quality and very comfy. I even got the sofa on a great deal because of the memorial day sales. I am very excited about it!

If I could give it zero stars I would.

I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help looking for anything in particular. As soon as I found what I was looking for, I was immediately helped to write up a ticket and pay. I will be called to set up delivery and hassle-free set up as soon as my items arrive at the store. Extremely friendly and helpful staff all around. Excellent range of styles and choices of different furniture to choose from.

This was the second furniture store my fiancé and I went to, and we were very pleased. They had a huge selection to choose from, and there were quite a few sets we both liked. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Sarah. They didn’t rush us or push us to buy anything and we ended up going back a day later to buy the set we’d decided on. All the furniture we saw seemed to be pretty good quality, too.

The salesman was courteous and helpful. He gave us time to look and then answered our questions.

Walked in and immediately found exactly what I wanted. The place was empty of customers at the time so all salespeople were at the ready near the front. Keith approached me and was very helpful with placing my order but told me the furniture came with a protection plan and could be financed for 4 years. I was sent to the back service desk to complete the order. The older woman there seemed snippy and I had to pull information out of her. I asked her about the 4 year financing and she looked shocked and said, “no we do 24-48 months.” …. 48 months = 4 years but okay lol. Then she had me start signing things to take out the credit card for their store and the first thing she wanted me to sign was to decline the protection plan. I asked why I was declining it and she said “yes” … I said “why am I declining it if it comes with the furniture?” She just stared at me and I said, “Does it not come with the furniture?” She said no. I said that was odd bc Keith said it came with it and she again just stared at me. I said fine and declined it bc it was more expensive than I cared for. So I waited like 25 mins for her to take care of everything and then she handed me my receipt but none of the paperwork for the credit card I had just opened with them. When I asked her for it she said I didn’t need it. That’s fine but I want proof of what’s happened here since I just spent $1500 with them. She huffily said she could make me a copy and I said I can just take a picture of it if that’s okay. She handed it to me and I took the picture and left. Glad I got the furniture but honestly the experience felt a lot like a car dealership with sales and service people that always have eyes on you.

High quality furniture at affordable prices! We were greeted when we walked in, ushered to the vicinity of what we were shopping for, didn't feel overshadowed by a lurking salesman, so we were more at ease and more comfortable to look around. Although, we were checked on periodically to make sure we didn't need help with anything or have questions which I liked. We didn't feel pressured. After looking over a few items, we found what we wanted and made our purchase. The transition was smooth sailing! I will definitely use them for future purchases!

We were excited to order our beautiful sectional! Ordered it in October & told them i wanted delivered & put together and it arrived in February still missing a piece. I understand how long some furniture has been taking and I tried to be patient. Here are my main issues: Our salesman hardly ever called me to let me know any updates about my furniture. I called them 3 times to try to get information & after they knew we weren't pleased, they called more. So I was very excited about today because my furniture was arriving. Two very nice gentlemen came & I politely told them where I would like it set up. He replied, " No mam, the store in Shreveport said to just deliver it & not set it up". I think I was in shock, & after all I had been through, paid this store, and they literally dropped it in my living room and left. I thought I was going to cry. My living room looks like a warehouse & now my husband & I are trying to put this together???? And why would i want it delivered & not assembled? I will never order from Ashley furniture again being treated this way. Hate to be disappointed, but I am.

I'll never purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again. It's been 3 months and I'm still waiting on an order that stated it wouldn't take more than 2 months. It would probably take 5 months to buy a lamp from Ashley Furniture at this point. STOP HAVING SALES IF YOUR INVENTORY CANT KEEP UP.

I understand covid impact on supply chains really I do. But selling furniture on the showroom floor that cannot be had in hand for nearly 6 months is ridiculously bad taste. We looked at three separate pieces of furniture for dining and all were late January or later. I find this asinine because if it cannot be had then do not present it and attempt to sell it unless it can be. Perhaps this is a little persnickety but it's a peeve of mine and an absolute turn off for doing business.

I was looking for a couch and wasn't real sure what I wanted. My salesman Greg helped me narrow down my search with a coupleof questions. Then he pointed out the areas I need to go and look and gave me time to look at all of my options. I found one that was very comfortable and hit what I had in mine and or leaning towards. Check out was painless. The price was right and feel confident that I made the right choice.

I walked in, I knew what I wanted so I spent a quick $500 plus. I walked around looking for more decor. No “can I help you with anything else or nothing”. It was like take my money and go pay and go. As I walked out the store 4 sales people were sitting at a table no “ thank you come back or anything”. I actually wanted a couple of more items, but never again. I normally shop at this location next time I will definitely elsewhere. Very disappointed.

After my back surgery I needed a lift chair. The place sold me a waste of money leather heap lift chair. It’s a leather lift chair that was on sale for $800. Called it the Yandel. It had rained so they put a thick pad on the seat to keep it from getting wet when I tested it out. This made it very comfortable. But when I got it home it is the most uncomfortable chair you ever sat in. And it is not just me. I loaned it to a heart surgery patient that needed a lift chair thanking the uncomfortableness was just me. My friend could not sit in it for making his backside hurt. I have a folded blanket for a seat pad which makes it somewhat tolerable now. But I would’ve never bought this piece of junk. And don’t believe the YouTube review someone made up about it how comfortable it is. It is not.

I have NEVER had such a horrible shopping experience. Purchased a piece of furniture Feb 28th and we still don't have it. I have been outright lied to and given every excuse in the book. There was no offer of compensation for the inconvenience, I had to ask. What I was then told was not even considerable. It was a slap in the face. When we purchased the furniture we were told that Saturday shipping could be done, now they are backing out on that too. Let me say just once more for the record THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST PURCHASING EXPERIENCES EVER! I will be contacting anyone and everyone I can such as news media, BBB, every social media I can think of, every review site, etc. to report this company. I will NEVER deal with Ashley again after this ordeal. My suggestion is that you shop elsewhere. UPDATE: I have spoken with Mr. Robinson, the store manager and he has taken appropriate steps to correct the issues and make up for the inconvenience. I changed my rating based on his ability to provide an amazing customer experience. As a matter of fact my faith in Mr. Robinson has convinced me to give the store another try with my future furniture purchases. Customer service is what makes the difference. I am not a "customer is always right " kind of people but there is a right way to treat others. Mr. Robinson is well versed in that. Oh and one more thing, I forgot to follow advice I regularly give. Never say never. I did that in a moment of anger and now I am eating my words.

Friendly and helpful

We went in knowing what we wanted but needed to see it and go over our options. The experience started off personable and attentive but we ended up being handed off to a completely different sales associate at the end of our purchase. They had our purchase mixed up with another family during check out and we almost ended up financing a full bedroom set instead of a chest of drawers. It was easily fixed. I feel the experience could’ve been more personable and we could’ve also handled this easily ourselves by purchasing it online because that’s basically what the sales associates did. We went in to have a full experience but it was very lackluster.

HORRIBLE ! I ordered furniture in March didn’t receive it until June . The sectional I ordered not only took three months ,but the day I received it , the delivery guys broke it . So now I’m having to wait another month or so just to get the rest of my sectional .

Manager got mad at me because I received a different price at another store that was lower than his price so I told him I would buy from there. Manager then went and called the other store and told them to not sell it any lower than his price. Will use another company to purchase all my furniture.

Do not pick up furniture yourself. I bought a recliner and in 7 months the back broke off. When I called to ask about warranty they told me because I had picked it up instead of having it delivered the warranty was void. Would have been nice to know beforehand. $600 down the drain.
