The experience at Ashley's was great, the staff was very helpful with finding what I was looking for an giving me options for my purchase, actually I was able to find everything i wanted and not go all over town to look

I walked into the store and greeted the older, dark-skinned gentleman at the front—he didn’t respond or acknowledge me. Another man stood up and introduced himself, but by that point, I had already decided I didn’t want any help, simply because I had been ignored when I walked in. As I looked around, I noticed a table without a price tag. I asked the woman behind the counter if she knew the price. She said it should be on a tag. There wasn’t one. She told me to check the other side—still nothing. Then she directed me to a flyer, where I finally found the price. I thanked her. After that, she asked who was helping me. I said no one, I was just browsing. She then told me I should’ve asked the men up front if I had a question. That could have been said from the start—instead, she added unnecessary attitude. This experience was disappointing. I may not have looked like a big spender, but I came in with genuine interest. I love dressing down—on a six-figure salary. You just lost a potential customer. Not to mention, the gentleman at the front—who had no words for me when I walked in—suddenly became energetic and overly attentive when white customers came through the door. The contrast in treatment was hard to ignore and added to the overall disappointing experience.

Sales person was good. Third party delivery was suppose to be that evening but was changed to the next morning at 10:00am then changed to 1:00-1:30 pm. At 3:00pm had to call and find out where my order was at . Was told he was on the way. 30 minutes later got a text indicating he was picking up my order at the warehouse. The delivery cost me $130.00. To be changed and changed and changed. Probably will not use them again.

We spent two or three hours or more at the store and everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Adnan Bdah was the person that helped us and we never felt rushed or hurried. We were encouraged to take our time to find what suited us. We had the third party delivery service deliver and set everything up and they were very friendly and professional.
