Great service, great salesman, smooth transaction. I’m so happy!

Salesman was friendly and personal. He did not pressure me or follow us around. He was available and when I was ready to purchase, he made things nice and easy.

Ashley Furniture Shreveport was a great experience. Mr Bob did excellent taking of me and (not sure of her name) but she handled my finances but she was patient, sweet, and kind. I got a king size bedroom set with mattress complete upgrade from my queen size. Then my movers Mr Tommie was very friendly along with the other man he was working with. They were all professional and I will be back! And with recommendations.

Delivery guys were AMAZING! In and out and respectful! Loved the text notifications!

My daughter bought her living room set from these people. Promised delivery was delayed, when the delivery guy came he said the furniture would not go through the front door, told her to go buy smaller furniture, put it back in the truck and drove off. The manager of the store said he would have it delivered the next day because it would’ve gone straight into the house through the back door two days later and she still waiting on her furniture to be delivered. Not a trustworthy company, the managers word is worthless. Delivery personnel need to be fired.

Repair man was really nice and seemed to be a great guy. He fixed my recliner in a timely manner and also inspected his work before he left.

We bought a nice piece of furniture, but decided we preferred another peace. So the delivery guys brought the new piece and picked up the old one. Just like the first delivery, they were prompt, professional, and very polite, and Ashley sends text that keep you up-to-date with the delivery times and they are very accurate. Very, very pleased with the whole process, from sales to delivery.

SUPERB SERVICE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE OFF THE CHART FROM MR LARRY SELLING IT TO ME TO THE AWESOME DELIVERY YOUNG MEN. WHEN THEY SAID BETWEEN 830/1130. GUESS WHAT THEY WERE THERE 7:30 ON THE BUTTON ! CANNOT BEAT SERVICE LIKE THAT. THE GENTLEMEN GREETED ME WITH A SMILE, THEY WERE COURTEOUS, THEY WERE VERY AND MADE SURE I WAS HAPPY BEFORE THEY LEFT. THEY HAD A SMILE THE WHOLE TIME AND YOU COULD TELL THEY ENJOYED THEIR JOB AND WANTED TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY!! WILL BE BACK JUST BASED ON SERVICE AS WELL AS A BEAUTIFUL SOFA.

Every corner is cut. From customer service to product. Its dirt cheap for a reason.

The manager was very informative on product details and displayed wonderful customer service skills.

The first dining table they delivered had a bad spot on the top. They let us keep the table through Thanksgiving & then brought the new table a couple of weeks later. They were easy to deal with. Before & after pictures below.

Got a 5 pc sectional my first delivery the chaise was wrong but sent it back n a few days later received the right one! The guys put it together n my husband n I love it!!! Great sectional!!

The manager, Bob, was very helpful and thoughtful. The deals were amazing for Black Friday! We purchased a purple #7 firm mattress for recovering from a hip surgery as recommended by physicians. I am excited to try out the purple pillows, also! The delivery is same day as their warehouse was well stocked. Feeling grateful to be treated so well by Bob.

Walked in and the employees walked right past us without greeting us or attempting to help us. I stood in front of a sofa waiting to purchase it and they still continued to walk past us. Half of the staff were gossiping at a desk while the other man stood just texting on his phone at the front also letting more customers walk past him. This was around 4pm not even busy. Don’t waste your money on a place where you have to chase an employee for help if you don’t fit the demographic of who they want to make a sale to.

The employees were very friendly and professional. They were in and out timely. Really appreciated their expediency. They knew their job. Thanks so much!

I had a positive shopping experience with Ashley Furniture in Shrevport. I was update on my order and expected arrival dates. When my order was scheduled for delivery a couple of items didn't make it on the truck, I was informed promptly and those missing items were delivered within a couple of days as promised.Delevery guys were excellent I left instructions and they were executed with not problems.

Awesome customer service from Larry, and everyone I encountered, starting the second I walked in the store! He was professional, pateint and didn't use the high pressure sales tactics you sometimes encounter when furniture shopping. This store has a huge selection! The quality and prices of Ashley Furnituee are worth the hours drive for me!

Always love this place. I can always find what I need. The staff is friendly and accommodating they go out of their way to please the customer.

Manager called me "combative" after I had to call the store more than once to find our when my furniture would be delivered. He kept talking over me and interrupting me rather than acknowledging the fact that the delivery was outside the window I was promised the delivery would occur in when I originally purchased the furniture. I really don't think it's professional when I have to remind someone at the management level that I'm the customer and ultimately we have the same goal - to get my purchase delivered. The salesman was courteous and personable, but I don't think I'll shop that this location because of the way the manager acted over the phone.

Today Todd Berdan helped me find the perfect accent chair for my living room. I also got six throw pillows to match my existing sofa and loveseat and my new chair. Thanks so much for your help.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!Woooahhh... Bought a couch paid extra cash to have delivered and couch had a rip on front. Sent someone to look at it, he took pic and left. Month later they wanted to sew the couch... But said it was their fault and would order another one. The POS salesman wanted us to pay gas money for something they ripped... Do Not Shop Here!

Asia helped us as soon as we walked in. We were on a tight budget and wanted to walk out with furniture and with her help, we got on a payment plan and left with furniture we love. Everyone was very helpful and we were first time buyers so we asked lots of questions and the employees were insightful. Definitely going to be back the next time we need furniture!

If you want a cheap couch that will last less than a year, this is your place. Otherwise don't waste your money. I'm pretty sure the floor models are made better than the ones you receive because they feel completely different. Less than a week, and the couch and loveseat are already caving in.

Walked in on a Thursday knowing we needed a new table. Less than an hour later with the help of the amazing staff (who were very helpful in a non hovering way) walked out with our new table purchased and a delivery date of just two days later. Floyd provided excellent customer service he was well informed on furniture and mattresses. The only thing that I had an issue with is waiting for items to shipped. Salesman stated within 2 weeks. I will be extremely disappointed if items aren’t in within the 2 week period being that the holidays are approaching.

Floyd sold me a minor accent piece of furniture,about a month ago. I told him I would ask for him if I ever came back. I did today. It was his day off, but he was there to help another customer. I asked for him and he was eager to help - even on his day off! This time I needed an,adjustable king bed base. He showed me the basic and the top of the line. Kelly Oldham, my sales associate, was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from greeting me when I walked in the store to setting up delivery within 48 hours upon payment. The whole process took 40 minutes—they even matched the internet price for one piece and applied the Memorial Day discount for the other item. Great experience.

Overpriced and incompetent. Literally makes no sense to go to the store since everything is cheaper online. Found my dresser for $200 cheaper on Amazon and they refused to price match. Also they delivered the wrong table…not once but twice! Avoid…

My sales person was Javion Henderson. From the moment i walked in the Ashley Homestore Javion was totally devoted to my well being. He provided a wheelchair for my comfort to aid in my disability to walk over the large and well decorated store. I told Jevion what i was interested in and he whelled me to the rear of the store and showed me the merchandise i was looking for. He gave me several styles to choose from and let me test the comfort of the piece i was interested in. After choosing what i wanted Jevion wheeled me to the front desk where i talked with Ms Karen who made the financing of my merchandise efficiently, quickly and friendly. My visit to the Ashley Home store was a very enjoyable experience. I will return to this store for future purchases. I look forward to working with Jevion and the entire friendly staff.

The price is good,and the service is wonderful

My experience with this store location was not good. I was greeted and asked if I could be helped. 2 I asked if I could walk around and look for a gif. No one asked to assist me after that. 3 other employees were working and no one said a word until I checked out. Not many places I go I don’t feel welcome and I don’t like bad reviews but tonight I honestly felt uncomfortable. I really needed a nice gift for my son that I could charge due to my funds being limited. I purchased a beautiful vase I can’t even give the checkout person a decent review.

I needed something in stock and able to be delivered before Christmas. Heaven and Ivan helped me find a sleeper sofa, in stock, and they arranged delivery. As long as delivery goes well…this was a 5 star experience. Thank you!

Our sales person at the Youree Drive, Shreveport. LA Ashley Furniture location was Heaven. Even though Heaven had only been working with Ashley Furniture for a couple of weeks, she had a delightful disposition and the will to find what we were looking for. Her manager, Jamie, was also wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this store and these people.

I have shop at Ashley many times before and never had any problems Shopping at Ashley, this time the atmosphere was different the people wasn’t as nice and One of the salesperson had her kid running around in front of customers in his pj’s not professional at all.

¡¡DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I will never order from these people ever again. What a nightmare?! I should have just ordered online from Amazon. I ordered in store, after picking out some items. They didn't have it all for a few weeks. Delivery was scheduled and they stained one item and couldn't deliver the other because they couldn't assemble it correctly. I had to call MULTIPLE times to get my missing piece. It still isn't here, 5 days later. They lie and refuse to give me information. Terribly incompetent and negligent. Not worth the hassle. Never again. Also, DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICE PLAN -- you're only buying a headache.

When I bought my sofa online it never said anything about backorder or a delay in receiving it. Now the page for the sofa says backorder and my order status says 5-6 weeks. I would have ordered something different if I knew it was going to take that long or I would have gone somewhere else. Edit: It was delivered in about 3 weeks

I got a reclining sofa online. I ordered it, within 5 days, it was delivered pre-assembled. The sofa is nice quality and very comfy. I even got the sofa on a great deal because of the memorial day sales. I am very excited about it!

If I could give it zero stars I would.

I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help looking for anything in particular. As soon as I found what I was looking for, I was immediately helped to write up a ticket and pay. I will be called to set up delivery and hassle-free set up as soon as my items arrive at the store. Extremely friendly and helpful staff all around. Excellent range of styles and choices of different furniture to choose from.

This was the second furniture store my fiancé and I went to, and we were very pleased. They had a huge selection to choose from, and there were quite a few sets we both liked. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Sarah. They didn’t rush us or push us to buy anything and we ended up going back a day later to buy the set we’d decided on. All the furniture we saw seemed to be pretty good quality, too.

The salesman was courteous and helpful. He gave us time to look and then answered our questions.

Walked in and immediately found exactly what I wanted. The place was empty of customers at the time so all salespeople were at the ready near the front. Keith approached me and was very helpful with placing my order but told me the furniture came with a protection plan and could be financed for 4 years. I was sent to the back service desk to complete the order. The older woman there seemed snippy and I had to pull information out of her. I asked her about the 4 year financing and she looked shocked and said, “no we do 24-48 months.” …. 48 months = 4 years but okay lol. Then she had me start signing things to take out the credit card for their store and the first thing she wanted me to sign was to decline the protection plan. I asked why I was declining it and she said “yes” … I said “why am I declining it if it comes with the furniture?” She just stared at me and I said, “Does it not come with the furniture?” She said no. I said that was odd bc Keith said it came with it and she again just stared at me. I said fine and declined it bc it was more expensive than I cared for. So I waited like 25 mins for her to take care of everything and then she handed me my receipt but none of the paperwork for the credit card I had just opened with them. When I asked her for it she said I didn’t need it. That’s fine but I want proof of what’s happened here since I just spent $1500 with them. She huffily said she could make me a copy and I said I can just take a picture of it if that’s okay. She handed it to me and I took the picture and left. Glad I got the furniture but honestly the experience felt a lot like a car dealership with sales and service people that always have eyes on you.

High quality furniture at affordable prices! We were greeted when we walked in, ushered to the vicinity of what we were shopping for, didn't feel overshadowed by a lurking salesman, so we were more at ease and more comfortable to look around. Although, we were checked on periodically to make sure we didn't need help with anything or have questions which I liked. We didn't feel pressured. After looking over a few items, we found what we wanted and made our purchase. The transition was smooth sailing! I will definitely use them for future purchases!

We were excited to order our beautiful sectional! Ordered it in October & told them i wanted delivered & put together and it arrived in February still missing a piece. I understand how long some furniture has been taking and I tried to be patient. Here are my main issues: Our salesman hardly ever called me to let me know any updates about my furniture. I called them 3 times to try to get information & after they knew we weren't pleased, they called more. So I was very excited about today because my furniture was arriving. Two very nice gentlemen came & I politely told them where I would like it set up. He replied, " No mam, the store in Shreveport said to just deliver it & not set it up". I think I was in shock, & after all I had been through, paid this store, and they literally dropped it in my living room and left. I thought I was going to cry. My living room looks like a warehouse & now my husband & I are trying to put this together???? And why would i want it delivered & not assembled? I will never order from Ashley furniture again being treated this way. Hate to be disappointed, but I am.

I'll never purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again. It's been 3 months and I'm still waiting on an order that stated it wouldn't take more than 2 months. It would probably take 5 months to buy a lamp from Ashley Furniture at this point. STOP HAVING SALES IF YOUR INVENTORY CANT KEEP UP.

I understand covid impact on supply chains really I do. But selling furniture on the showroom floor that cannot be had in hand for nearly 6 months is ridiculously bad taste. We looked at three separate pieces of furniture for dining and all were late January or later. I find this asinine because if it cannot be had then do not present it and attempt to sell it unless it can be. Perhaps this is a little persnickety but it's a peeve of mine and an absolute turn off for doing business.

The store associate honored a lower price listed on a set of dining table chairs even though the price had increased but, it had not been posted on the merchandise. Great doing business with Ashley’s!!!!

I was looking for a couch and wasn't real sure what I wanted. My salesman Greg helped me narrow down my search with a coupleof questions. Then he pointed out the areas I need to go and look and gave me time to look at all of my options. I found one that was very comfortable and hit what I had in mine and or leaning towards. Check out was painless. The price was right and feel confident that I made the right choice.

Management was courteous knowledgeable and prompt to help and answer any questions that I had. Quality furniture, I would recommend this store to people.

I walked in, I knew what I wanted so I spent a quick $500 plus. I walked around looking for more decor. No “can I help you with anything else or nothing”. It was like take my money and go pay and go. As I walked out the store 4 sales people were sitting at a table no “ thank you come back or anything”. I actually wanted a couple of more items, but never again. I normally shop at this location next time I will definitely elsewhere. Very disappointed.

After my back surgery I needed a lift chair. The place sold me a waste of money leather heap lift chair. It’s a leather lift chair that was on sale for $800. Called it the Yandel. It had rained so they put a thick pad on the seat to keep it from getting wet when I tested it out. This made it very comfortable. But when I got it home it is the most uncomfortable chair you ever sat in. And it is not just me. I loaned it to a heart surgery patient that needed a lift chair thanking the uncomfortableness was just me. My friend could not sit in it for making his backside hurt. I have a folded blanket for a seat pad which makes it somewhat tolerable now. But I would’ve never bought this piece of junk. And don’t believe the YouTube review someone made up about it how comfortable it is. It is not.

I have NEVER had such a horrible shopping experience. Purchased a piece of furniture Feb 28th and we still don't have it. I have been outright lied to and given every excuse in the book. There was no offer of compensation for the inconvenience, I had to ask. What I was then told was not even considerable. It was a slap in the face. When we purchased the furniture we were told that Saturday shipping could be done, now they are backing out on that too. Let me say just once more for the record THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST PURCHASING EXPERIENCES EVER! I will be contacting anyone and everyone I can such as news media, BBB, every social media I can think of, every review site, etc. to report this company. I will NEVER deal with Ashley again after this ordeal. My suggestion is that you shop elsewhere. UPDATE: I have spoken with Mr. Robinson, the store manager and he has taken appropriate steps to correct the issues and make up for the inconvenience. I changed my rating based on his ability to provide an amazing customer experience. As a matter of fact my faith in Mr. Robinson has convinced me to give the store another try with my future furniture purchases. Customer service is what makes the difference. I am not a "customer is always right " kind of people but there is a right way to treat others. Mr. Robinson is well versed in that. Oh and one more thing, I forgot to follow advice I regularly give. Never say never. I did that in a moment of anger and now I am eating my words.

Friendly and helpful

We went in knowing what we wanted but needed to see it and go over our options. The experience started off personable and attentive but we ended up being handed off to a completely different sales associate at the end of our purchase. They had our purchase mixed up with another family during check out and we almost ended up financing a full bedroom set instead of a chest of drawers. It was easily fixed. I feel the experience could’ve been more personable and we could’ve also handled this easily ourselves by purchasing it online because that’s basically what the sales associates did. We went in to have a full experience but it was very lackluster.

HORRIBLE ! I ordered furniture in March didn’t receive it until June . The sectional I ordered not only took three months ,but the day I received it , the delivery guys broke it . So now I’m having to wait another month or so just to get the rest of my sectional .

Manager got mad at me because I received a different price at another store that was lower than his price so I told him I would buy from there. Manager then went and called the other store and told them to not sell it any lower than his price. Will use another company to purchase all my furniture.

The salesman (Tyler Allen) went beyond measure to help me get what i needed. I will return in the future to do more business with this young man and company.

Do not pick up furniture yourself. I bought a recliner and in 7 months the back broke off. When I called to ask about warranty they told me because I had picked it up instead of having it delivered the warranty was void. Would have been nice to know beforehand. $600 down the drain.

Although no one greeted us once we walked through the doors, I saw 2 employees, one sitting at a table, the other was standing with their backs turned. I approached them and greeted them both and told them what I was looking for. Ms. Cindy who was one of the associates assisted. She asked if we were greeted when we arrived , which I said no ma'am and she apologized. No problem. She was very helpful. I spent over $1500 in your store,cash, plus set-up and delivery. I ask for a complimentary gift(maybe covers for mattresses for full size bed and sleeper sofa) but she said , " nooo, We don't have any gifts but you can purchase some. I declined. I wanted to go elsewhere but decided to go ahead and finish the transaction because I really like the furniture and really didn't have time to look elsewhere.

Being very generous giving them 2 stars here.. Ever since we put our ticket in for our purchases (DEC 2020) it has been a HEADACHE. First bump in the road.. they brought us the wrong bed frame.. we went in the following day and ended up switching bed sets because the one we originally ordered wouldn't be in for awhile and the more expensive one we switched to was in stock.. great! Well they forgot to cancel the bed frame and they still brought it to our house.. waste of a trip of their part. In this trip, the brought our couch which was broken and ripped. We got the difference between the two bed sets the closet we can ($159 difference). Fast forward to the last 2 weeks.. we have spent maybe 5 hours in Ashely Furniture trying to find out where our money went.. we are missing nearly $400! We paid the difference of the bed sets cash and even some extra therefore our financed amount shouldn't have changed.. which wasn't reflected on our account. They charged us multiple $99.99 delivery fees and then they have the audacity to tell us "They are tired of making multiple deliveries to our house" They also delivered the wrong coffee table and still haven't gotten the new one.. Once we get the rest of our things and our money back I will never be shopping here. In total, we have been in this store nearly 8 times to fix things that they messed up.. and I guess this will continue until we get our money back and the rest of our furniture. Not to mention the manager from the other Ashley home store in bossier called us and helped us even though she had nothing to do with us or our order!

Called looking for a sofa I saw on the website online Gregg at the youree drive location said come on over I have it here in display for you to see it's comes in 4 colors 45 mins later he was waiting when I walked in greeted me with a smile and showed me a couple sofas 30 mins later I had purchased an out the door ezy pzy!!!!
