Snowy day on a Sunday I called the Bensalem Ashley store spoke to a gentleman named Andy who I later found out was the store manager I believe I told him the exact peace’s I wanted and a date that I needed a few weeks out but I didn’t wanna chance it by checking out over the website so he said come in so I ran on over we went over some small details of my sectional I had picked and as we were going over everything about the peace’s and delivery I also met the regional manager both of these men had smiles and were welcoming and personable in every way they had no staff just these two were on the floor I love to see active management I look forward to doing business again GO BIRDS!!!!

Came here for a Brandon Graham signing. The staff didn't win me over. One staff member was great (male with glasses)but the rest was mid.
Extremely Disappointing Customer Service! I purchased a floor model dining set on Sunday evening, and was assured the delivery would take place on Tuesday. However, I received no communication on Monday regarding a delivery time. When I called the store on Tuesday around noon to inquire about the delivery, I was informed that the dining set had not been processed for delivery. I was told the reason for the delay was that they couldn't locate a required code, and now I would have to wait until the following Tuesday for the next delivery attempt. Not once did the store take the initiative to inform me of this delay – I had to make the call to get an update. To make matters worse, when I spoke to the staff, they were unhelpful and completely unapologetic. Their response was simply, "It's only 6 days away," as if that should make the situation acceptable. How is it my responsibility that they failed to fulfill their promise of timely delivery? Furthermore, I was met with unprofessional behavior from both the store staff (Sherry) and the manager (Regi). At the end of the call, I was effectively dismissed, with Regi telling me to come to the store if I wanted a refund, and hanging up on me. This level of service is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I expect a prompt resolution and a genuine apology for the inconvenience caused.
