I wish I could give this place less than one star. The “office manager” hung up on me TWICE AFTER I was lied to about my delivery date. Stay away from THIS Ashley in particular. They will lie to you and tell you the items are in the warehouse to get a sale and make you wait weeks for your furniture to be delivered. Buyer beware. Now they want me to call so that I can get hung up on for a third time. Yea right! 🤣🤣 Still waiting for the manager to call me back. It’s been over a week and I still don’t have my items or a status update. Stay away! I’m sure you can find plenty of stores that don’t hang up on customers and that call them back when they have an issue. I wish I would have gone to one of them instead. If you’re smart you won’t shop here.

DO NOT BUY HERE. This place is terrible. I bought a sectional from them. We were told 2-6 week wait but they couldn't tell us exactly when. They waited until it had been 72 hours and then told us it won't be available for 5 months and if we wanted to cancel it would be 30% in fees. This place is a scam.
