This was my first visit to Ashleys but had set up all details for purchasing a new power recliner online working with Colton who was most courteous and very knowledgeable. I also met the manager, Mr. Baker and complimented the attractive floor display. I was very happy to find a comfortable chair.

My husband and I are so glad mattress shopping is done! Jessica was very personable and not pushy. She let us figure it out and answered questions when we were ready. We were meant to meet her today to make this purchase. Thank you, Alisha Mowery.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience shopping at this Ashley furniture store! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly associate named Jessica who made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the products, answered all my questions patiently, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of quality furniture at reasonable prices. I really appreciated how Jessica took the time to understand my needs and offered helpful suggestions that fit my style and budget. Overall, excellent customer service and a smooth shopping experience. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great furniture and friendly service!

I recommend. Cat and assistant manager were very helpful and to the point. No slimmy sales pitch tactics like you will find at the hagerstown location and thats what I enjoyed most. I was disappointed that the 24 months interest free was not able to be applied to the "promotion" like I was led to believe (not from this location) but I do not hold that against them. Maybe a little BUT they still get 4 stars due to the agent Cat I worked with. Im not a fan of 3 week delivery either. All in all I would definitely go again but plan ahead.

We went into the Chambersburg store with what we wanted pretty well picked out. The staff was very helpful in directing us to the items and answering any questions we had, especially regarding our finance options and the benefits of purchasing in-store vs. online. At checkout, we had the pleasure of dealing with Steph in customer service, who walked us through the final process step by step and explained what we could expect in the next few days as far as processing and delivery. She was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with.

I went in looking for a new mattress. Jessica introduced herself and asked us to let her know if we had any questions. I really appreciated the non-pushy demeanor. We also spoke with Aaron, the store manager, and together, he and Jessica helped me pick a new mattress without any slimy sales tactics or pressure. Even Claudia, the customer service rep, was friendly and fun to work with. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service, the attention, the selection... I'll definitely shop here again for my next furniture purchase. Now I just hope I enjoy the new mattress as much as this experience.

I’ve been searching for a new bed frame and dresser, and finally found exactly what I wanted online. Both the Chambersburg and Hagerstown Ashley Furniture stores were helpful when I called or stopped in, answering questions about pricing and details about weight limit, etc. Tonight, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. We chose the Chambersburg store because it offered the fastest delivery time, even compared to ordering online. Cat was our sales associate, and even though we already knew what we wanted, she still took the time to go over everything with us. She gathered all the information on cost and delivery and made the whole process easy and smooth. She was very kind and helpful. We ended up purchasing the Jorlaina King upholstered panel bed and the matching upright dresser. I love the look of this set, but since we don’t have it yet, I’ll update my review in a few months once I can speak to the quality.

For a man that does not like shopping I had an amazing experience at the Chambersburg PA Ashley Homestore. The help provided by Customer Service Rep. Steph and Sales Associate Megan made my almost 2 hours at the store go by very quickly. The store was more concerned with how I will be living and using the furniture than making a sale so I would know I am making the correct choices. For example the furniture is for a Senior Living independent living apartment and we spent at least 10 minutes just discussing the effort needed for different drawer slides and because I cannot slow down the aging process settled on a slide using real ball bearings that glide open every time. Every one of the 10 items on the order form was checked against Ashley's online price and adjusted when necessary to the lower of the two prices. What really impressed me was when I came up short for qualifying for the free delivery, we went back to the mattress section and spent more time testing higher quality mattresses and by making an upgrade I was able to apply the money that would have gone to this non-furniture line item into a better sleep and receive free delivery. Even store manager Aaron took time to discuss my purchase and ensure I was fully satisfied before I left the store. Thank you Ashley Homestore for helping someone who does not like to shop have a great start with my retirement.

My husband and I recently purchased a couch from the Ashley Furniture in Chambersburg and had the best experience! We were honest with the sales associate from the beginning - we were just there to look and Jess L still took great care of us! She was very attentive while giving us space to browse and talk. Jess ran multiple quotes for us and was professional and warm the entire time. She mentioned she was new but we wouldn't have known! Jess did a great job helping us explore our options and explaining the different pieces we were interested in. We did go back a few days later to place the order and we were so bummed that Jess wasn't working - we wanted her to know her hard work paid off. The manager at the Chambersburg location took care of us and was also very polite and professional. Possibly the best furniture buying experience we've ever had. This store will never get my money or business again! At first they're nice and make sweet offers and deals they apparently can not keep! I've been waiting over a month for my furniture and my delivery date has moved more than 3 times! Clearly, they can't keep up with their demands and they can't even secure a delivery date that they prematurely canceled even though my furniture was at their warehouse! Disorganized!

We took two hours to pick out a sofa. We finally found one that we like and had it delivered. It arrived Saturday, August 18th. My wife sat on the chaise lounge section, and I on the other end of the sofa. We watched a two hour movie. She tride to get up and realized that she was sinking in the outside corner of the chaise. I tried to get up and realized that my end also had sunk in. The center section of the sofa was still firm as no one sat there yet. In the photo you can see the dimple where it is sinking. You can also see that the back cushion does not line-up with the chaise. I called within 72 hours to have it returned and was told that I have to pay for them to pick-up this defective item, plus a 10% restocking Fee. I refuse to pay. Just so that you know, Ashley's sofas do not have springs or other support. There is just material stretched across the sofa frame. This is all that is supporting the cushion and you. This is why it is stretching out like it is. I do not recommend buying a sofa from Ashley furniture. I just got a call back from Colton Statler. He said that corporate will only give us a store credit if we return this defective sofa. Avoid buying at this store.

Went back to store the next day and everyone was more than helpful in finishing my transaction. Delivery is about 3-4 weeks. I also saw a rug I liked but that was online only. My wife and I went to Ashley a couple weeks ago (11 April 2025) to start looking for furniture for a new house. Colton was our sales rep and he was fantastic. We ended up buying a floor model sofa and love seat that was exactly what we were looking for. Aaron, the store manager, gave us a great deal. Everyone was so easy to work with. We went back for their Easter sale 2 days later and bought around 20 pieces of furniture. Colton spent about 4 hours with us and he was great again. Stephanie finalized the deal and she really took care of us. Very happy with what we got and the price we paid. Megan checked us out and set us up for future delivery. We were in over the past weekend for a new sectional couch. We had specific criteria in mind and Colton was able to show us a couch that (hopefully) exceeds expectations and will be perfect for our home. He even showed us how durable the fabric is with some impressive demonstrations. I was dreading furniture shopping, but it was such an easy process!

LEFT DRUGS LAY OPEN ON MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER’S FLOOR! After spending over $4,000 on furniture, the delivery team left a bag of drugs on my young daughter’s bedroom floor and muddy foot prints on my carpet. The issue was brought to Ashley’s attention and they offered minimal compensation. I had to spend 3-4 hours pursuing this issue and a solution. Not once did Ashley furniture make an effort to reach out. Absolutely disgusting and negligent service from their team. A one star rating is too high. I should’ve called the police and filed a police report. What if my children found this instead of me? Will never recommend this store or any of their products.

Wife and I were hunting two recliners to replace the ones we have. Colton was our salesman, he took the time to show us several selections then when we saw a style we liked he took us over and showed us several similar chairs which we ended up buying. He was very helpful and professional.

A week ago I spent several hours at Ashley furniture looking for pet friendly, comfortable, furniture. Upon entry to the store Kelsey approached my son and I and asked if she could assist us. I told her what I had in mind and she pointed me in the direction of sets she thought I may like. Unlike past experiences when furniture or car shopping, Kelsey didn’t hover. She was pleasant, readily available when we needed her or had questions despite being really busy working with other customers, checked in and gave us useful information about couches we were testing out, and gave us solid advice. She was down to earth, efficient, and helped us pick out great pieces! I am so excited for my new furniture to come and would strongly recommend Kelsey to anyone interested in beds, tables, couches, etc. Kelsey knows her stuff and also knows how to let us as customers make decisions without feeling pressured. Was wonderful.I got model off the floor there was no marks on it.once it was sat up there was a mark on it at the bottom of the dresser and found three legs that wasn't put on it when it was put together. Called them and asked them were the legs went and never heard back.asked about the mark and all was said you got a floor model .so got it as is .but the mark wasn't on it on the floor

He helped to explain why the item we were looking for would be delayed in delivery and helped us feel comfortable with our purchase. I told her my needs and she started explaining the difference types of mattresses that are now available, like hybrid. Janet also explained the different types of adjustable bases and the health benefits that comes along with the. After trying out different ones, I made my decision. One of the absolute worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Impossible to get a straight answer as to when product would arrive. Multiple phone calls with not one call back as was promised. Lack of acknowledgement of my presence when I physically went to the store to take care of cancelling the order. Very, very disappointed in this experience and I will never shop Ashley again and I will tell everyone I know to not do business with this company!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible!!

Yes we'd like to put in a favorable review for the Ashley's in Chambersburg, particularly the staff there...both Ethan, our salesman, and Ms Rodneya, who handled the financing, were EXTREMELY helpful...we were particularly pleased with Ms Rodneya, who'd helped us out on another purchase Earlier this year - both were friendly and efficient, a very nice combination... definitely recommend shopping here..m

We purchased a recliner couch and reclining chair on 7/7/24. It was just dropped off. They put in my garage, still in the box and left. We apparently only signed up for threshold delivery which is them dumping it at the first place they see and leaving. We had absolutely no idea that premium delivery is where they put the item in the room you want. Who would want a still boxed up couch just left wherever and not at least put in the correct room. It was explained to us that they wouldn’t put it together, but we asked multiple times how extensive that process would be and the associate said multiple times, it’s so easy. You just slide the backs into the couch and plug it in. That’s all you have to do. Well that’s all you do after you unbox an entire couch and recliner and lug it into your home, he left that last part out. It would have cost an additional amount of money to have premium delivery, which I would have paid for had I known. That’s a lot to ask after I just spent $3200, but it still beats having your brand new furniture stuck in your garage until you can gather up enough people to help move it in. They want to make a sale and don’t care what happens after that. Btw, I purchased a coffee table from them 2 years ago and they put it in the room I wanted no problem already unboxed. I have no idea why it wouldn’t be made clear that in order to have this giant mechanical couch put in the room you want, here’s what you’ll need to sign up for. It seems scummy to be a furniture store who delivers the merchandise, but not at least put the box in the room the customer wants. Too bad. Trash tactics.

She helped me identify various color selections and styles until I found the right options. Even my Customer Service Rep, Janet, was helpful with a smooth checkout. In fact, everyone I encountered in the store was extremely helpful. It made my overall experience very positive for this store. I will be back if/when I need more furniture!

We had never visited this furniture store before and we were very pleased with the service we received. As we walked into the store, we were immediately greeted by Janet S. She wanted to know if we needed any help. We wanted to just look around at first and she was very respectful of our wishes. Eventually we had some questions and she was a huge help. We found a loveseat, chair and ottoman that we liked. She worked up some pricing for us. She was a pleasure to work with. We had to go home to measure to be sure the furniture fit in our small home. We returned on the 4th of July and were able to place our order. We then met with Kelsey, who helped us with that order and the financing also. Got 6 months same as cash. Kelsey was helpful and easy to work with. Very pleasant experience. We will definitely return in a few months to shop for a mattress. Btw, all of the employees were very kind and friendly.

My wife and I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture in Chambersburg, PA. We had wonderful help with Kelsey the Customer service rep and Janet who was our Sales Associate that showed us numerous recliners, which we bought 2. They were very helpful and patient with us while we tried just about every recliner there. They really made us have an enjoyable shopping experience! We will be seeing them again soon for a new mattress!

This place has really gone downhill since the last time I shopped here a little more than a year ago. Disappointed that they no longer do military discounts. Especially after my talks with my former salesman turned manager who was a veteran himself. Maybe that's why he's not there anymore. Who knows. The sales staff was nice but the furniture was dusty and unkept. Some of the staff had their children running around the store playing on the future. While I like kids, it made shopping difficult. My sister still made a purchase, but we were very disappointed with the cashier's and the store overall. It seems to have gone down hill, And it's sad. We will return again when we have our next project house, and we hope it's a better experience.

They do NOT fulfill their promotions they tell you they will give. Also when they make a mistake or their delivery services make a mistake, they tell you they will compensate you for it, but never do. Some of their staff is also rude when you call, and you call them out on this. I do not recommend them.

Excellent!!! My first shopping experience as Ashley Homestore Chambersburg was the best shopping experience I have ever had at any furniture store. Aaron the Sales Associate was incredible - he took the time (without being pushy) to get to know me, the customer, what I was looking for. I told him what I could afford each month on my limited income (social security and a part time job) and what I could put down and he worked magic. My son was with me and we briefly let the store to get lunch and discuss - we never did get lunch - just went arund the block - as I was so drawn to the furniture pieces Aaron suggested and his kindness, professsionalism and great price was like a magnet drawing me back to the sofa and loveseat I had always dreamed about. He made it work for me. He absolutely did everything right!! After making the decision to purchase, Aaron introduced the rest of the team that would further make this a perfect day for me. These ladies followed up with everything perfectly - the contract, customer service and were there to answer my every question and made me feel special. A special thanks to Melody, Taylor and Candice. They and any staff I may have missed truly deseerve accolades for putting the customer first. They are amazing!!! An added note - your delivery team was also amazing, kind and super efficient. And - I ABSOLUTELY MY FURNITURE!!!

Over the top customer service! I went in with an urgent need for new accent chairs for The Harbor's grand Reopening. They gave me space to shop, but when I needed help, Kelsey Donaldson went above the call of duty to help me carry chairs through the store to assemble my own sitting area. I'm one of those people who just needs to "see it". She helped me do just that! I bought 4 and they look perfect!

I just purchased a chaise lounge/sofa with an ottoman at Ashley's in Chambersburg today. Tiara was my sales associate. She was very pleasant & knowledgeable while left us look around until we were ready for help which I appreciated Melody was my customer service rep & she was very helpful with getting me the best price available . I would definitely go to this store if I needed more furniture.

Sorry for the long review. I received a brand new loveseat and couch for my living room(I also have a coffee table, 2 end tables and 2 lamps coming as well). The furniture is beautiful but after the delivery, I realized that they hadn't tested the power head support of the couch. I tested the head support of the couch and found that it was not working and was stuck in a forward position. I called them immediately(talked to Melody) and let them know that it wasn't working and that I would like it replaced. Melody was very nice and understanding and said that she would get this over to their service department for review. The delivery was on a Saturday(9/2/23) and I understand that it would take some time to get answers. We talked to the manager(Aaron) multiple times and he clearly stated that they would have no issue replacing the couch, but that sometimes the service department took a while to get things resolved. There has been a lot of back and forth(promises) but nothing has really been resolved. On 9/9/23 I saw that there was a piece of metal pushing out of the back of the couch. Clearly something was not hooked up properly and the leather is now damaged. We called the manager immediately to let him know and to send him another picture. He agreed that it was something that was not properly assembled at the warehouse and again reiterated that Ashley would be happy to replace it. Today(9/11) I receive a phone call from the service department stating that I will be getting a call from their third party service technician to come out and see if they can fix the issue. When I asked them "is that standard operating procedure to deliver something damaged and then try to repair it instead of replacing it?", I was told by the service department representative that it is indeed their SOP. It's absurd that on top of being inconvenienced with an expensive item that doesn't work, that a 3rd party service technician needs to come look at it. The item is clearly damaged and you can easily tell that from the pictures. Ashley should have simply had the faulty couch removed and delivered a fully functional couch, preferably at the same time. Between the purchase of the couch, loveseat, 2 end tables, 2 lamps and a coffee table, the total was around $5600. It's clear that there is a disconnect between the service department and the retail store, and that the store only prioritizes getting your sale. Once they get your sale, it appears that they're not overly concerned in creating customer satisfaction. I will see if Ashley furniture in chambersburg decides to make things right, if not, additional steps may need to be taken. Pictures attached, buyer beware.

Went to the store to get a couple of standard chairs and could not have had a better experience. Jimmie took great care of us. He was enthusiastic, showing us multiple alternatives and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. When ready to check out, Melody was super efficient and quickly got us on our way. Other stores seemed to have the same sizes that wouldn't accommodate my room. While at the store Kelsey was very welcoming and helpful, I told her I was just looking and she said that was fine and if I needed something to ask. I asked for a measuring tape and I found something that would be perfect. We talked about price and after I realized the prices were fair I started looking for furniture for the upstairs living room. Needless to say I bought 2 sets of furniture. The manager was very helpful also and Megan was very nice and friendly. I would recommend Ashley and would work with Kelsey and Megan in the future. Thanks to the staff again.

went for box spring and new mattress, left about 30 minutes later, after being shown several and then was shown one that i laid on was satisfied by one that had to be special made, so order was placed and made purchace that could be paid off in 6 months , with no interest, that suited me just fine, awaiting delivery by july 12th, still no problem with the wait, my new place is not quite ready to move into yet, will wait and see if my new purchese arrives on time as they say.

Well Displayed Store, Most Furniture Carried is For Tall People.

Extremely knowledgeable, easygoing, and made sure everything went smoothly. Tiara was patient and outgoing. Mandy was quick and efficient with paperwork. Aaron was just awesome. He made sure I was leaving with a great deal and that i was a very happy customer! Experience was above expectations.

Went in looking for specific items, Aurelia easily picked them out. It was as simple as walking in, paying and taking the items home that day.

Payed 200 dollars for them to mess up our deliver date for our two couches. I took off work and waisted a vacation day for them to call the day before and say there was a “glitch” in the system and we won’t get our couches for two more weeks. Absolutely ridiculous and a waist of time and money.

I gave this store a chance after Hagerstown let me down. Between the two it is the worst customer service and care I have experienced. Will not be returning and will advise all family and friends to shop elsewhere. Disappointed, frustrated, and feel cheated.

This Ashley store has a very nice showroom with great items. I had a lot of questions about the items I was buying and about the whole process and Roshni was very helpful and patient with me. We have been repeat customers to Ashley Furniture in Chambersburg and the staff are always amazing. Our daughter was looking for furniture for her apartment, so we went with her to Ashley. Her Sales Associate was extremely knowledgeable, and didn’t try to “sell” her every piece of furniture in the store. I just bought a sofa I had fallen in love with the first time I visited the store. I wasn’t sure if it was the sofa for me price wise. I went back In because I could not stop thinking about how comfortable it was, Jesse greeted me at the door. I told him about the sofa I loved and he informed me there was a veteran day sale! The thoughtful associate immediately found the original sales associate we had spoken with who let us know how long the great sale would last. He showed me several EZ lounge chairs in my price range until I found a super comfy and wide chair, just the right color with beautiful easy to clean upholstery. High pressure sales, high prices. People were nice, but I just hate the high pressure.

I went to one your stores grand openings, I was looking for a sectional and found it along with a TV stand, rug and end tables. The salesperson was great, she was personable, nice, knew what I wanted when I described it. I got told that it would be 8-12 weeks for it all to come in. Well almost 7 months later and it's finally all in. After several months, the first phone call I made, I was told that they were waiting for 2 pieces to come in. 2nd phone call I made, I was told that they were waiting for 3 pieces to come in. I said We'll last month it was 2, did you give someone my piece, she said "No, we don't do that." 3rd phone call, I was told that it'll be in the warehouse on 4/12. 4th phone call, I was told that is being delivered to the stores warehouse on 4/21. Not what I was told on 3rd phone call. 4/21 finally got a call that my furniture was in and ready to set a date to deliver, the first day available is 5/3, almost 2 weeks later. I got upset and said that you would think you would want to deliver sooner being I waited so long over the 8-12 weeks it was suppose to come. I also did that I should get done money back or the old furniture taken away, guess what no reply. Just felt ignored.

When looking for a bed and mattress for my grandson Aurelia was so helpful, sweet and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase furniture. She will find what you are looking for in your budget.

Not much of a selection and high prices.

I had been shopping for furniture for weeks without success. I visited the Chambersburg store after work one evening, Jeremy and Melissa were so helpful and friendly! Jeremy (sales associate)was very patient, knowledgeable and kind. At checkout Melissa ( customer service rep) explained all details in depth. I will definitely go back!

From the moment I walked in the door I was completely impressed. I seldom write reviews, but these folks went completely above and beyond to assist me with every step of the decision making/buying process. We were able to look freely before being asked if we wanted any assistance. Anthony, the sales lead for the store, was the first to approach us. He wasn’t pushy at all, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their different products and addressed my concerns honestly. He made sure to really listen and learn out my needs for a new living room set and helped me select a set that was right for us. Two weeks after I ordered the set, I decided to finally measure. I was beyond upset to realize the furniture I had fallen in love with, was much larger than our current furniture. I went back in and Anthony spent several more hours helping me make some tough decisions. I decided to go with a different set and Melissa so very kindly cancelled the other order and entered in all the information. She was so friendly as well, and had great attention to detail. Imagine my surprise when I went home and realized, yet again, it would not fit. I went back to the store, afraid to show my face again, and as always, I was greeted with a smile and “how can we help you?” Anthony and Melissa assisted me yet another time and it’s all squared away now. I know I spent no less than seven hours in that store over the last two weeks. The furniture is obviously not here yet, but I know it will be amazing, and if there is anything wrong with it, I know they are going to do whatever they possibly can to make it right. I will most definitely return for future furniture purchases. The team at this store hits it out of the park. Cannot thank them enough.

I knew what I was looking for when I went in and he led me to the right couch making it an easy trip to the furniture store. Their process for checking credit score is very private, and easy. We went into the store with a set idea of what we wanted already. Anthony met us at the door and was super helpful, respectful, and informative. He talked to my son(3yr) and daughter(1yr) and made them comfortable making Spiderman references (son had Spidey socks on). We seemed to of picked a great day to come in as they we running a "We pay tax deal" under the stipulation you retrieve a gold coin from the hat! Anthony bypassed my wife and I and tilted the hat to our 3 year old, SUCCESS! After looking around a bit Anthony checked on us, i told him the sectional we were looking for specifically, and he brought us there. After working on pricing for the unit we came to look at, my wife found something that suited "our" house better! Anthony took everything in stride and got us the new price, explained the warranty, and delivery charges and services. Anthony was super personable, and made the situation fun. Taking time to joke with my children, talk to my wife, and give me a welcomed hard time.(For corporate looking at this, it was a wonderful banter, very welcomed and reciprocated). After we got pricing and warranty in order we went to the Customer Service Desk to check out! There we were assisted by a wonderful woman named Melissa! She also took the time to interact with out kids and make the transaction seamless and quick! Overall 10/10, I appreciate the relaxed nature of the sales people here, i dont feel like im being forced into anything! I will ABSOLUTELY be buying here in the near future, and this is all due to the service Melissa and Anthony provided. ***Side note*** I don't know if these surveys go to the store, or directly to corporate, but............Anthony has some phenomenal ideas, is honest, and genuinely cares for the companies success. I think it would do you all well to have a round table and get some customer facing ideas from him! As a Sales Manager he is directly in touch with the people daily that keep this business afloat. Hearing the customer he is your greatest asset! Give the man a raise, a promotion, and a seat at the round table! He knows what customers want! Happy customers equals more $$$. It was a very nice place the staff in the manager were extremely knowledgeable and competent it was nice to walk in an establishment and talk to people who were willing to help you I'm glad Aaron the general manager was there he answered most of my questions as did his staff I'm a very happy customer I got what I wanted at a reasonable price.

We had a good experience with the employees and pickup. No issues there. Our issue is that this company needs to address the toxic chemical smell that’s comes with their furniture. If I had known our purchase would have to be left outside to air out before it could be used we would have purchased somewhere else that does not heavily treat their furniture with chemicals or at the very least eliminates this toxicity prior to shipping. If this had been a couch we would have immediately gotten rid of it.

Had a great experience ordering the furniture in November. It was to be here in February which is here and gone. Called the store and they don't even have an ETA, was told it could be another month. Five months to wait for furniture is ridiculous. Will be canceling the entire order.

Everything went very smoothly. Aurelia made sure she gave us all of our options and best possible prices, she was very sweet and was there whenever we needed her! Candice checked us out very easily and was very nice as well!

I went in with an idea of what I wanted and Aurelia was incredibly helpful and walked us around the store to show all kinds of couches that were customizable and different styles. The worst experience ever! We paid cash for the couch back in November and it's end of January and we still have not received it and none of them at the store including manager know when it could potentially be delivered. So we asked to cancel and get our money back. This is not even funny.... they are sending us a check which will take 3 weeks to arrive. So to help you spend your money they jump at you at the door but to get what you purchased you have to wait undetermined amount of time and than wait another months for money back! Amazon and Wayfair have much better prices and money back all the time. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Finished running errands that same day and came back to Ashley Furniture to purchase the dining table, such a good price I couldn't pass it up. I had Kim today as my consultant, she was very Respectful, professional Passionate about her work and Customers.kim was very good at telling me about what kind of bed I needed for My sleep and room and made me see different Varieties. I was very glad she took her time with me , and helped me find what I need . I give her a 10 plus!!!!

Aurelia was fantastic. She was professional, responsive, and truly cares about customer satisfaction and good customer service. Aaron, the manager, was wonderful and friendly as well; they helped my family get the best deal possible on our living room set. Would highly recommend! Great staff and clean establishment. Just went again recently for a dresser and Janet and Candice were wonderful as well. Super personable and friendly! Again, they got me a great deal. Would recommend going to this store and asking for either of these ladies!

Aurelia Burleson deserves five stars! She was very nice and helpful. She is very determine to help you! When I had questions, she had the answers. If it was something she didn't know, she will do research or get creditable knowledge from someone. In her hands, you will not be emptied handed/taken care of.

Had a great experience from start to finish with buying our furniture. We were met by Aurelia, who was very attentive, and not pushy. She helped us get the furniture we wanted. Aurelia handed us off to Melissa our customer service rep, who help work a deal so that we will get our furniture Saturday! The folks at Ashley Furniture on Gateway ave in Chambersburg were fantastic. I will definitely be buying from them in the future.

Was crazy busy, mind you that was because it was opening weekend. Though like every Ashley it is over priced. The variety they have is not what we were looking for, looking for real solid wood. Not much with that option. Though the sales people were nice and wanting to help.

I am absolutely thrilled with the new living room set, coffee table, end tables, and lamps I recently purchased from the Ashley Furniture Store in Chambersburg. My furniture arrived last week, and I could not be happier with my purchases. The shopping experience was perfect—no high-pressure salespeople breathing down my neck, but just enough help and advice to assist me in finding exactly what I wanted. Kudos to Aurelia for her aid and patience in running all over the store to find just the right lamps and tables to go with my new sofa, love seat and chair. Loved working with her! Thanks!

We ordered a love seat, matching chair, and tv stand at The Ashley store in Chambersburg PA. Our Customer Service Rep was Katie and she was so helpful and friendly. Amanda helped us check out and was also so friendly and fast. I highly recommend this store and make sure to ask for Katie!

Horrible business practices. They advertise 60% off, but that is not off their price, it is off the compare to price. I will never do business here again and I recommend avoiding this place.

We went in the store to browse. First time in there since they opened up. Nice selection of furniture. Couldn't actually find what we wanted. Talked to Amanda who was very nice and really helpful. We told her what we were looking for showed us a good selection. Finally we found what we were looking for. Great experience with her. Would absolutely recommend this store.

I was not pleased

Our sales associate’s name was Aurelia and she was super nice and helpful. When we walked in she greeted us and made us feel comfortable. She was very professional and was constantly checking on us and answering our questions. I would say that she was on of the best associates that we have ran across while looking for furniture. Her attitude made us purchase the furniture.

We were looking for a dining room table that we could take home that day... Sarah helped us find what we were looking for AND even came out on the dock to help with loading. She unscrewed a few of the legs and safely secured the screws in a box so that we could reassemble once we got home. She was very sweet! Thank you, Sarah!!

My husband and I drove up to Chambersburg from Hagerstown to look for a living room couch. After we walked in, we were greeted by Aurelia. In our past experience, we have had staff running up to us wanting to assist (I know they want their commission $ in hope we buy something - this is something we aren't comfortable with - we like to browse around on the floor ON OUR OWN without staff walking behind us. We both are Deaf. But with Aurelia, she really respected our space. We walked around and found a couch we liked, and we had Aurelia assist us and the entire procedure went smoothly and we were very appreciative of her communicating with us at all effort, with no fear or limit. We will remember our new couch with our positive experience at the Chambersburg store - all because of Aurelia. THANK YOU! :):)

She wasn’t pushy and allowed us to look at things and make decisions and then come back to her to make our purchase when we were ready. The entire experience was pleasant and easy. Once we decided and were ready to purchase the customer service rep Christina was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough with our transaction. Overall... Ask for Aurelia when you go! She helped us picked out our two sets of couches. It was so nice have a salesperson who was actually knowledgeable on her stuff, and not having to constantly look up information about the furniture. She made it super easy and got us the best possible price she can! They have lots of choices here for furniture
