My wife and I went to go just look. While there we found a floor model for sale that was pretty much what we wanted however I was a little to big. The sales woman Sherlyn was very professional and courteous. The store manager made an exception and took away two pieces of the sectional so it would fit our needs and also reduced the price a considerable amount. Very happy with our service we received and would definitely go back. Thank you

The customer service I received from this store was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! My sister and myself were only looking for living room sets and the help from Shalina (I believe that was the sells person name) she was AWESOME!!!! James was great as well. It was a very pleasant environment as well as "ALL" the workers were inviting and pleasant. Thank you guys for all your time and help!

Loved it asked the sales person to help us find a mattress he took us to the mattress section told us to lay down and try them out we found the one we wanted and then asked to see some coaches and love seats found the ones we wanted and they showed us in the color we wanted on a big screen tablet it looked like a TV the size of the screen bought it it was all delivered a we later the delivery company was awesome they got it in our apartment building and unpacked and put it together in 10 minutes nice and smooth and and everyone was pleasant !!

This is my 1st time buying big girl furniture for myself. Sanae was fabulous. She didnt pressure me nor follow me around. She gave me time to look a d wait for the questions i had. She then sat on the couches with me and discussed the difference. I ended up buying a couch im more in love with than the original couch I went in to look at. Everything was made easy for me. I will return when I need end tables or maybe even a new bedroom set. Thank you Sanae!!!

When you purchase furniture they charge you for warranty. You can't say no!!! Brought a sectional last year and 2nd time its being serviced for the same area. Couch is slowly falling apart. I'll be sitting on my floor soon.

My experience started well salesman Yusef was amazing made sure I was able to get what I wanted .....Then the mess started at delivery I received my entertainment center /fireplace with no fireplace 3wks later I said I no longer want it come get it .It was agreed now their delivering my chairs and said he can't take this fireplace so that means my money won't be returned and this thing has to sit in my house😡😡😡😡😡😡I already purchased a new one I need this thing gone B4 thanksgiving

EDIT: 11/19/25...PREDATORY LEASING AT ITS FINEST! And suddenly the have a 4.6 star reviews again! Interesting. Sales man was very helpful. Furniture was delivered yesterday. Great experience. EDIT 11/18/25. 7:03 pm. PREDATORY LEASING AT ITS FINEST! Just returned from the store after realizing leasing with acima was going to cost me $200 more than what I paid at the store. My total price was at check out $1,389.96. after paying with their leasing company my total was $1, 578.30. They charged me tax. On what? The tax was included in my total price of $1389.96! James Aggie, the manager who assisted me, did listen to my concerns, sent an email to higher ups to help reduce the price the predatory lender Acima was charging me. James stated, " Why didn't you wait for a call back?" I didn't wait for a call back scheduled for tomorrow, the trust is gone. I no longer trust anything they say. I needed to get out of this lease immediately. I feel totally uncomfortable with this leasing company and Ashley furniture. James stated it's the same as cash. The contract that I signed, they stated, that was sent to me later in my email was a total of $1,439.96 but again when I checked out to pay my furniture off in full to get out of this leasing contract I paid $1, 578.30. If you buy furniture at Ashley's do not finance it. it's predatory lending at its finest and they are well aware of it at the store yet they push this tactic. Times are tough furniture is expensive. To pay $188 over the price at the store I could have purchased it online for cheaper at $1,050. I'm very disappointed with this transaction. Buyer beware. I should have read all 12 pages of that contract. Ashley furniture, you want to make it right I don't want credit to your store I want the refund back in my bank account. I hope this never happens to another family.

We bought our first sectional from here. They had a good enough collection of couches, both classic and modern. They have good interest free financing options and a 5 year warranty for replacement. Yusef and Sherlyn gave us a very informative and friendly walk through of items within our budget. They were very patient with all our questions.

Dependable and customer friendly. Definitely my new favorite outlet. My experience was enjoyable which isn't common when looking at furniture gifts, but Mr. Ross was patient and rock solid when I couldn't tell the difference between sets. Will definitely recommend.

She was extremely friendly, never pushy, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. It's rare to receive this level of personal attention. Thanks to Sherlyn, I found the perfect pieces for my home. A true professional ask for her when you visit!

I did like the furniture I bought and the delivery of my bed with the assembly was great, but I had a lot of trouble getting in touch with the store regarding remaining items for delivery. I was told I'd get calls to schedule the delivery by a certain day multiple times, and when I didn't get calls, I reached out myself only to be told it was going to be another week or two before I would be able to schedule delivery. The third time I called to check on delivery, the warehouse transferred me to my store where I was promptly put on hold and transferred back to the warehouse. Tyrone from the warehouse (who I would personally give a 5 star review) was the only person to help me. He talked to the store for me and passed me the message that my furniture would be another two weeks. The store did not speak to me, did not call with any updates for delays, and I only got answers by going through Tyrone from the warehouse as a middle man.

The store staff are friendly and professional. The delivery service stinks! Supposed to get everything together but now have to wait until end of month for most of it. only 1 item coming Monday....after I had to take the day off!

I needed to replace my living furniture so, I started looking around for a good replacement furniture and ended up going to this Ashley furniture outlet. I met James who showed me the inventory. Although his interaction was not too pleasant, I ended up settling for a particular leather color set without the recliner. There was a promo going on which required your email to be on file. Although I was informed of the promo, James refused to ask for my email so the 100 gift card could be sent to me as stated on the promo. I returned to the store several days later to purchase the recliner and Mr James was the sales associate that wrote up my receipt. He however refused to inform me that the recliner I was paying for was not in stock nor did he provide the necessary services that one should expect of a Sales associate during such transactions. I had to call the store several times to update my email and to find out why my furniture has not arrived. I was informed that James, the sales associate would call to update me the next day, no call ever came from him or the store. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service so far. The funny aspect of this is the fact that I called to claim gift card as stated on their promo and the third party company had no idea of what I was talking about. I wonder why a company like Ashley would result to a scam tactics to gain foot traffic.

I was aware of Ashley Furniture's positive reputation, and so I went to the Ashley Furniture Outlet store in nearby Clifton Heights, PA. My family & I were greeted by Associate Ms. Sanae K., who was a delight; knowledgeable, professional, patient & personable. The showroom had excellent selections & Sanae helped us see more options on-line. We will be putting down a deposit for living room + dining room pieces which will be purchased when my move is in place. We went to Ashley Clifton Heights to check a color out for a possible living room set. Dan was very nice and extremely helpful. We were able to close the deal thanks to him and another man who helped with figuring out whether the furniture would fit or not. Sorry did not know his name. Final step was with James doing the paperwork and we were done. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire experience was seemless. Highly recommend Ashley Clifton Heights and also all Ashley stores!

I recently moved my couch had to come apart it was big in a tiny place. One of the pillows is ruined my fault. So I ordered a part which was incorrect. While waiting for this part I called a lot due to the manager not keeping his word and not updating me they had computer issues. I was calm not raising my voice or anything. I was even told umm the part is suppose to be delivered to you not the store I was mad but kept it together. The manager literally said to me you keep calling a lot….because you suck at communication dude !!! You need to be taught how to be a manager dude !

Horrible experience. Furniture stitching and screws are falling out of luvseat after 6 months. Tech support is horrible and rude.

Great inventory and prices

Being nice doesn’t give a pass on terrible customer service and sales reps shouldn’t be punished for terrible management. May of 2023 bought new couches but they sent the wrong ones and had to wait an additional 10 days, was supposed to receive a credit that they tried saying they’d give me if I purchased anything else. By August the casings on the cushions began to fray and had some pulls so called to have replaced which even though I bought the warranty I had to argue it for 2 days. After it was situated I was told 4-6 weeks for the casings, they did not arrive until December in which they sent the wrong side casing for the chaise and didn’t send one of the other cushion casings. It’s now 5 days from June and I’m still waiting on the correct sided casing and other casing in which I was told in December they’d be here by March. After stopping in several times and being told they were ordered, one of the reps last week told me no order was put in back in December when I was told they were and it was just recently placed and put in for rush delivery which was supposed to arrive 5/14. Today is 5/26 and still no word on arrival. Would not recommend this location to anyone

Excellent Service, prices and with free (during the Presidents’ Day sale) delivery and assembly you can’t go wrong, very good selection and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Yousef Ross was our sales associate again and was just as helpful this time as last time. (We purchased a couch about a year ago) I would recommend him and the store to everyone. Not only was he extremely nice and gave us plenty of space to look around but when we decided on what we wanted (5 piece Dining set) he got us a great deal and got us a price better than the labeled sale price! Ashley furniture has become our go to store for all of furniture needs. P.S. beware of raymour and flanigan down the street on Baltimore pike. We went there today as well, and asked if they offered free delivery like Ashley and they said no but that Ashley only delivers it to your door, this is a blatant lie, we had our couch delivered by Ashley and they brought it into our house, assembled it, and cleaned up all the packaging and made sure we were satisfied before they left. Looking forward to the same service this time with the table. So be aware the competition lies.

I went to Ashley furniture outlet this morning to get an idea for a kitchen island, a dining room set , and check out the hybrid mattress. Sanae was the very nice salesperson that greeted me and my husband. She was very informative with helping me understand the differences in the mattresses. She measured the tables length and width for me. Sanae helped my decide on my kitchen island so I purchased that today and it will be delivered Thursday (2 days!). Sanae made it fun instead of stressful even when I confused myself! I came home and measured my dining room space and will be getting the set I saw from Sanae. Very happy with the care and service provided.

Very very disappointed, previously has a money furnished, refered many people to this store. Never again!!! Paid a lot of money for sofa and loveseat was told could be delivered on the day i choose. Once the delivery date was meant I purchased the items then seems like once the got the money the delivery could not be meant. Lots of excuses!! Very disappointed. I will never buy here again

I wouldn't give a star. My experience was not a good one. A sale was going on and I was not given the sale price. I was charged for each piece of the sectional instead of the price listed on the furniture tag in store. I was charged an extra $100 dollars on an ottoman and when questioning sales, i was told that the ottom I was receiving was larger than the one in the showroom. I asked the sales person to pull up the item and he was unable to find the item showing the larger size. I am very displeased with the service, being overcharged. Sales people try and move quickly and speaking quickly to make the sale..I will be getting a refund and taking my hard earned money elsewhere. Please pay attention to prices and fees when making these purchases

Asked for and thought I bought a 4 PC. King bedroom set. Paid the bill and when the furniture arrived, I was told by the delivery group that the dresser was on backorder. I called the store since I haven't received a notification of a backorder. The store representative stated that I didn't purchase the dresser, only the other 3 pieces. I stated that I asked for and was priced for the 4 PC set. The representative said that I would need to speak to the sales person but he was currently unavailable. He would have him call me back. 4 days later, I'm still waiting for the callback. Bait and switch from this store. Be very diligence in going over your purchase paperwork if you dare to purchase from them.

I stopped in the Ashley store on Baltimore Pike in Philly one day, and ended up leaving with the perfect bedroom dresser set. The associates were extremely nice, and super helpful. The prices were to my liking and actually less expensive than what I had seen in other stores. The delivery was smooth, the products came already put together and neatly wrapped in plastic wrap.

My experience at Ashley Outlet Store was excited in that the staff are friendly and very patient in answering questions. They are also willing to go extra mile in explaining to you in detail.

Shopping for my daughters new bed, we tested mattresses and she picked the one she wanted. Purple Hybrid keeps you cool and has more bounce. We got the adjustable base because Ashley created a 60 month payment plan at 0%. We are very grateful to the manager, who gave us a bright orange folder with all the paperwork. Now I get a message that we are finally sleeping thru the night. Thanks Ashley Outlet!

I had ordered a bed in july and it had been 4 months almost and they kept delaying the date.

Easy...

So I was ordering the 12 Chime mattress offline but the delivery’ was a few days away (4 day delivery window ) so I decided to call store I called store they said they honor online price and the delivery would be next day just come in. I come in and of course when I ask for the next day delivery the store manager tells me that’s not how it works I explained to him that I would told that by an employee over the phone he says I’m going to have to talk with that employee I think I know exactly who it was because he shouldn’t have told you that I said well I’m sure he was just trying to get me in the store he said no we don’t play games I said ok I proceed to tell him well online they gave me a 5% discount (14.50 off) as well since you guys can’t deliver it sooner then online can you still honor the coupon he says no. He wouldn’t be able too so I proceed to wait for total the total without discount online is $311.01 and his store price was $313 now that’s only two dollars more expensive but (at this point it’s about principle and customer service you guys wasted my time after lying to me on the phone ) your delivery window is the same as online, and you can’t honor the 5% online discount and your price is $2 higher then online. Not to mention I’m not sure if there would have been an additional delivery fee which online there isn’t. I left with out item and ordered online instead. I still recieved my item but I felt like a detailed review of the store location was necessary this is not a reflection on Ashley furniture as a whole but just the Baltimore pike location

I went one night to check out bedroom sets. I was not greeted upon entering. There were 3 employees at front desk. I walked the entire store noone approached me, asked if I needed assistance etc. Even as I left the store noone spoke. I've worked in customer service for years. It's just common courtesy and common sense to greet EVERY customer and check on them for obvious reasons such as potential sales. I decided to not shop here at all. Even though I seen a set I really liked, I rather take my money elsewhere and be treated with respect.

Last week I went to purchase a recliner it was 1600 and some change. The following week they had a sale, the price went up to 1700 and some change they are rip off the representative was nice. But is not his company. What kind of sale was that? Everyone's using covid. To make everything goes up Don't go there They are just taking your money and using covid for an excuse.

I went into the store and was greated right away by Shelly which was very nice. The store didn't have exactly what I was looking for. However, she informed me of other items that may be online as well for their store and gave me many options. Nice first time experience here.

I loved my experience here. Marsha was extremely helpful and professional. Prices are great and there's a lot of options. I went to purchase this set just before COVID hit and the world shut down. However this business did a horrible job with communication and keeping me the customer posted. The set I ordered was sold threw many retail outlets and was very popular. It seems that Ashley sold more than they anticipated which created such a backlog for delivery that I waited over 7 months. I received 1 call to update me at which time I was told to I had to wait another month before delivery. Once delivered I still am in love with my purchase. Not sure if I will buy anything else from Ashley furniture outlet store or recommend them to anyone due to poor communication from the customer service department.

We were looking for a king bed and apparently this time of year they are either really hard to find or Delivery takes up to 13 weeks. The sales associate, Vince, helped us find the best option that was in stock! After double measuring at home and comparing prices, we returned to Ashley's outlet and Kalvin checked us out in 30 minutes! The delivery is only days away and we are so relieved! Both wonderful service and great prices! Highly reccomend!!

Purchased lg picture, saw a kitchen set w/ceramic fruit set on it. In love w/combination went back & purchased table but ceramic fruit set wasnt there, ran to grant location, sales person bubble wrapped. I waited for table to come. Table set arrived, unwrapped ceramic fruit set to place on table 3 shelf. It was broken inside bubble wrapping. Called store, wk later recd msg to pick up ceramic fruit set. i went & was told i picked up item yesterday. I called store 4xs for mgr. They gave me run around for wk. Finally talked to mgr, he was unwilling to understand my situation, which made me upset. Next day i went to another Ashley to purchase ceramic again. They mentioned its a fragile item. They didnt have correct set, so they called nj loc, who said they could not send to store cause its fragile, we had to come to nj store. Every Ashley store knew its a fragile item but me. Grant location knew also & bubbled wrapped & gave to me broken. They refuse to reimburse me

Was greeted by Kalvin and told if we needed assistance to let him know. We then began looking around and found couch, chair, chaise lounge in the color wanted. After we found another piece of furniture we talked numbers and was able to get the furniture quicker than the 2 month wait due to the furniture being in stock. My experience was very good, never felt pressured.
