Terrible experience with Ashley com. They sent stinky rugs. 150$ and I did not open them and they won't take them back I couldn't open them they're that's stinky so they are brand new and packaging I did reach out to the rep and they said oh they can't help me. 10.8.2024
It has been a month now and I still have not gotten a phone call to let me know when my furniture will be arriving. Every time I call I'm told something different. Either the system is down, or that there are people in front of them so they have to take care of the people in the store to call back, or that the manager is busy to call back. My husband requested a call back last week, still nothing. Please reach out to me so that I can get my money back. I no longer want the furniture. I should have just gone to my local Ashley store.
I’ve been a long-time Ashley customer and never had a bad experience until recently. I purchased 3 bar stools ($140 each) and one was delivered to my house broken. I’ve been attempting to have this resolved with both my sales rep, the store manager and service manager for the last 2 weeks and no one will assist. Who treats customers like this especially when pieces are under warranty? Terrible service and terrible product. Shame on you Ashley Furniture.
Gabby helped us through the entire buying process and was very patient with our 3 girls. Gabby stayed after hours to finalize our furniture order as did Kelly and Jessica. They never once made us feel rushed and were so easy to work with. So refreshing to meet people as kind as them in today’s world.

I bought a beautiful canvas art. Brenda was very helpful and very pleasant. She wrapped it very carefully so it wouldn’t get damaged. Would definitely ask for Brenda if I ever needed to buy anything again. She also helped my sister get a bedroom set and was very patient and kind.
Very helpful and attentive
Bought outdoor furniture that did not last. The cushions started to fray, separate at the seams and the fabric split everywhere. The company they use protection plans with is also terrible. It didn't cover any of the damage. Not only was the couch expensive but so was the coverage plan. It was all a waste of money. Very disappointed and will not be coming back for any future furniture.

We visited the Ashely store in Conshohocken a few times recently. Jason was the salesman who assisted us each time. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. His sales practices are exactly what we look for in a sales associate. He was low pressure, informative, patient, helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. Jason took the time to explain the order, delivery and return process so that we had a complete understanding of what we were agreeing to. The couch we ordered arrived within the time frame as promised and so far we are enjoying it. We look forward to receiving the coffee table and hoping that it, too, will meet our expectations. They'll lie to make a sale. Delivery is a week later than expected. I was also told by two different people that I would get a call with a three hour delivery window "a few days before the delivery date". Turns out that they only call you the day before. I, like most people, can't take a partial day off work with only a day's notice, so I'm having to lose a full day to take delivery of a chair. I wouldn't have minded this if it had been presented this way from the start. Given the dishonesty, I won't do business with Ashley again.

It was a pleasant and painless experience!! We found all that we needed. Our salesman Mike was so laid back and had such a calm vibe about him, that made it so much easier and less stressful. He was also busy with another customer and was sure to check in with us every so often.

Avoid buying any furniture from Ashely Furniture, especially anything online. The website will say 3 to 5 days for shipping. They get your money and then you get the email that says 5 to 6 weeks for delivery. No thanks. Spend your money somewhere else.

if I could give zero stars for customer service I would. scheduling and confirmation of delivery time was difficult. the Conshohocken store provided nothing but lies regarding delivery, return, and even information about whereabouts of a manager when trying to request to speak to someone. at time of delivery no additional options provided accept to receive furniture even when it didn't fit up the steps, despite measurements provided by the sales person and manager in store. and now stuck with a sofa with no return options or refund. would never recommend

I walked in and Gabby took care of me all the way. I told her what kind of couch I was looking for and she showed me those types of couches and things that would look nice with it. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. The one I ended up picking after her recommendation (I had a darker model picked out) happened to a little bit of a longer wait cause it was currently out of stock (2 weeks out). So I said thank you and that was the one I really wanted. I told her would get back to her and let her know what I decide after talking it over with my girlfriend. I went into a competitors store and there was not a thing from the sales manager or the selection that I liked better than Ashley. Soon after I called Gabby back and she was at dinner and called me right back which was awesome cause I thought I might have called her a little too late. Anyway I decided to wait the 2 weeks and with free delivery and minimal installation that’s what happened. They called me the day before and gave me a 4 hour window which they came at the next day. About 45 minutes before my stop the driver that dropped off my couch notified me when he was 3 stops away so I could get ready. They came and were very respectful of my rug and cats and assembled and placed the couch very quickly. The whole process really was great and I will definitely be using them again. The thing I liked about Gabby is she showed me everything , but wasn’t too pushy. It was the perfect balance of what I think makes a great saleswoman. Thank you so much I love the couch we picked! 10/10 :)

Warning! I was told that my couch and armchair was going to be delivered the following week. I called the night before and they said it was on back ordered and would not be delivered for a few weeks. I canceled my order. They then told me I would have to come in the store to get my money refunded on my credit card. Will never shop at the store again.
Will not buy any furniture from this place in the future. I bought a beauty rest bed and it is literally killing my back. It started sinking in 4 months after I bought it. I called to tell them that the bed is very uncomfortable and was told that they couldn’t help me. I called beauty rest to tell them about the situation and the same thing happened. Ignorant place selling very poor quality furniture. Stay away from beauty rest name brand.

Went to buy furniture and was putting a deposit down the manager had the ability to say not to put the order in he can't pay it and he not coming back. Very very rude, so I will not go back. The sales lady was very nice

Years ago it was just a mattress and box spring but now it's much different. Joe made the experience very pleasant and we were very happy with our purchase.

Associate was just doing what she was told and was nice which is the only reason I give them one star but the price match guarantee they claim they honor in store is ridiculous. They will not match the price of an “item“ you find online, they only will honor the match of the entire order from online, even if it s from their own online website! I bought a living room set in store and found the loveseat for much cheaper online, they would not match the price of the loveseat which is what you would think a price match guarantee is, they would only match the entire order all together including the other couch, protection plan, delivery etc. they tried to say I couldn’t price match because they were offering a promotion of free delivery. If you are going to price match an item, then price match the item, get rid of the stupid fine print and don’t try to finagle out of it by saying the overall online order is higher, especially if the customer is spending thousands. Give us a break with the ridiculous fine print that appears out of nowhere because it’s “store policy”. I even offered to pickup the item from the distribution plant so delivery would not even be a question in the price match. Ashley’s own online website had the item for cheaper and they still would not price match the item. 962 in store, 899 on Ashley website. This place is a joke like most big retailers. Shop small businesses, never again. Like I said the associate was nice and was trying to help but store owner “Joe” doesn’t cut it.

The fact that I spent $5000. On a bed and they couldn't even throw in a mattress protector for me and charge me another $320 was ridiculous. I bought the mattress a week ago. Went back and got the mattress protector today. Because I couldn't afford the 300 after spending 5 graid on a bed. The lady that helped me today was very pushy to sell me on a bunch of different stuff that I didn't want and kept telling her no. I did not have a good experience today. And it was very uncomfortable when I kept telling her no and she kept trying to push things on me. The guy that helped me a week beforehand by the bed was actually an awesome dude, and that whole transaction was great.

We could not get there until late yesterday we never felt rushed and Brenda was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us find multiple mattresses, frames, and protectors. Both were very nice and offered excellent customer service even with us running a tad over your closing hours.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was looking for a specific item that the sales person Michael walked me right over to. Gave me details about the couch even talk to me about promotions that they had going on in the store it was a great experience overall.
The staff (Joe and the manager) were so kind, patient and knowledgeable. We felt very much at home. Trying to pick out a mattress, was no easy task, but Joe was fun and very patient answering all our questions…two and three times over. Run! Do not spend your money here or at any Ashley's store. They treat you poorly and they do not honor their protection plan (that you paid hundreds of dollars for). Don't believe my story? There is even a facebook group with thousands of people complaining about Ashley Furniture. I wish I discovered it before we spent $5K.
I really loved shopping at Ashley's Furniture the sales associate was very nice explained where everything was in the store & how the signs were displayed with prices & more in the back. I ended up purchasing an accent piece and I love it!! Cashier was very nice too!! Thank you very much!!

Ashley furniture was great! Walked in and was instantly greeted by the employees who offered to help, but also gave me space to perusing on my own. Once I had questions, I worked very closely with Joe, the manager, he was fantastic, and was able to get everything I needed! And supply expected delivery dates for all pieces! After dealing with family members, friends and now myself experiencing significantly cheaper prices on Ashley’s website, while in-store they often overcharge you and will only offer in-store credit for over-charging the customer after the fact; so they still keep the extra money they took. I’ve never experienced a brand raising its own pricing on objects in it’s own store compared to their online counterpart. From five stars with my first order to 1 star now; who likes to be tricked out of money by pushy/irritable salesmen? Not me. Shop on Ashley’s website or make sure to bring the ad with you BEFORE you give them your tender.

I visited the Conshocken branch, after an abysmal time at "Bob's". The store was temporarily understaffed due to a corporate meeting; yet the lone salesperson "Michael", and the receptionist "Cely" valiantly held down the fort, until additional staff returned from the meeting. I am returning in a few days, to make additional purchases! Nice stuff in the store as well. And another receptionist was pleasant, as I needed assistance with the information required, to complete the store review.
Brenda, was an amazing sales reps that was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I recommend you ask for her when you visit the store. Additionally, everyone was very nice and welcoming. Five stars across the board!
Was pleasantly greeted by Daniel as soon as we walked in. Told him what we were looking for, directed to the right area & then gave us time to look. After a decent amount of time, he joined us, was very helpful with measurements & different options & then gave us a print out. Daniel was very knowledgeable & easy to work with. Side note - the store was very inviting the minute you walked in.

We were ridiculed for our choice of mattress because we didn't buy one that was expensive. It had great reviews online and we liked it. He told us they only sell these to Hospices and old age homes which was a lie in an attempt to make us change our minds so he'd get a higher commission with a really expensive mattress. While checking out, he was abusive to another sales person claiming he broke their printer and was rude to the customer service worker. We couldn't wait to leave. If you get stuck with Dan in mattress sales, you might want to consider working with someone else.
I visited the Conshohocken location not really knowing what I was looking for, and Brenda was so wonderful! She was helpful without being clingy. I appreciate how thoughtful she was in pointing me in the right direction and looking up additional information for me. Absolutely recommend asking for Brenda!!!

My husband and I went to several furniture stores where the salespeople were pushy. It was a refreshing experience with Michael at Ashley. He offered great suggestions and we found a wonderful couch.
Leaving this review after 1+ years of using the sofa set and also a reclining armchair. The furniture has not held up well over time. 1. The cushion material/filling is poor quality and has gone flat. Wooden frame inside of recliner has become detached. I can feel the staple pins not put in properly. Overall poor quality furniture.

Great place, our sales associate Jason was the best, so nice and helpful and not pushy at all. He really guided us through a no-fit couch situation and was amazing dealing with two energetic toddlers trying out all the furniture! I will always go to this to this Ashley’s for the customer service and the quality couches (They even will have the couch cut and put back together for tight apartment entry ways!)

10/10 for Brenda! This is my second time purchasing furniture at this location. She was extremely patience, friendly and had a great follow up! The women at the front desk were also super sweet. I honestly went to the North Wales location and tried to close the deal since it was closer to my home, but they told me they were separate entities and to just go back to Plymouth Meeting since they didn’t have the time to look up the information. Kudos to Plymouth Meeting Ashley’s for always putting the customer first and keeping a clean location.

Great experience while shopping in store. Very unhappy with the delivery service. I understand that they couldn’t take my mattress which had a stain but even after speaking with a store associate on the phone who asked the delivery workers if they could wait 10 minutes to bring a mattress cover, they refused and then rushed out. Didn’t take the plastic off new mattress fully, knocked stuff in my bedroom over, and then left my front door wide open. Clearly they were in a huge rush & missed out on a tip.
I am in this store every couple years buying new things. They have great selections, the most awesome staff ever, and nice finance options if needed!

The salesman did a great job with collecting my money. He said all the right things to make me want to make my purchases here. But when I had issues with everything after the sale, no one wanted to help. I had issues with the delivery and issues with the furniture. I called only to get transferred over and over but no one can help. They don’t care about you once you leave the store. This was a bad experience for me.

Went in looking for a bedroom set for my youngest daughter (she's 9), and explained to the sales woman ( who pretty much attacked us before we even had the door opened all the way) that we were looking for a bedroom set that wasn't childish and that she could grow into, and she immediately took us the children's area. I also told her that we were just looking since my wife was not with us ( she has final say, of course), and she was extremely pushy and kept trying to talk my daughter into saying she liked the set that she kept recommending. I understand that they work on commission, but this one in particular was borderline rude and wasn't listening to what we were looking for.....she just made assumptions based on my daughter's age. I wouldn't recommend this store, as there are a lot of other furniture stores in the area, and their sales people listen better and are nicer.

We had the pleasure of buying a new living room with Joe Bell, a delightful salesman, who was no pressure and who indulged our very long review of many different couches, and our reflections on different configurations and different fabrics. There was never pressure, even though there were times when if I had been the salesman, I would’ve pushed for the close, but he gave us space and time. That made our experience all the richer and at the end of the long review, we found what we wanted, and we are grateful. I will buy from them again.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and their delivery. I was not told that they only deliver to the 3rd floor and there is an extra charge upon the discretion of the driver. I told them I have an elevator, however, the couch did not fit. But since I told them I have an elevator, they did not discuss the extra fee and 3rd floor only. So as the driver said $60 cash, which I did not have on me since I was unaware, he said I can cash app it to me. Which made me highly uncomfortable. And at the end of day, they couldn't even get my couch into the stairwell for delivery. So I have NO couch, out $74, got hung up on after being in the phone for 30 mins, and left feeling screwed by this joke of a 3rd party delivery company with truck clearly showing Ashley Furniture on it. Sad to say I will never purchase from this store again.

We have shopped several places for furniture. We tend to wind up back at Ashley every time. Good furniture. Great service. And less $$ than some of the other places which seem to charge way more for comparable pieces. We will keep coming back.

Definitely I will never by here again. First everything was greasy but when something is happening to their merchandise, they don’t like to fix it or being responsible for it. I got a sofa in April and I got the 5 year warranty just in case. In May I realized the bottom part of the sofa was hollow so I called the store and ask for a new one then they sent a technician. The technician said it needed to be changed and it’s October and nothing. Like July they say es they can fix the sofa in my house and I accepted it but they never came and they were always said they don’t have the parts to fix my sofa so I told them again in September I want a new one as it’s factory damaged. 2 weeks ago they send me a “new “sofa but it I was able to see when they were dropping it, it was used and it had a bumped in the bak. So I have basically paid for a sofa and 7 months it’s been damaged in my house. Customer service is the worst! The pictures are for the “new” one that I had to tell driver to send it back I went today to the store and no one there took in charge of my case. Really bad workers in the store. They just liked to replied. Customer service is in charge of that. I had to tell them: you are all Ashley store.
Dan was most helpful. He answered all of my questions and was quite knowledgeable. Lots of styles of tables to see at reasonable prices. The music in the store was exceptional, made you want to stay an keep shopping.
I came back for a second time in two weeks because of the awesome experience I had the first time. I bought my second bedroom set from here. Victor was our salesman and I would highly recommend him. Purchase furniture in May paid in full. Have yet to receive furniture and no communication initiated by Ashley delivery date was two weeks ago. Called and ask to speak with manager and was told one would call me back that has yet to happen. This is the worst service I will definitely never purchase anything from Ashley again. I can’t imagine What I’m going to go through for service

****UPDATE ***** The company is refusing to refund money back for the box spring that was poorly put together! It was only 3 days and the company refused to take it back and refund the money! We paid almost $2000! Had to go to BJs and buy a new box spring and add wood so that our daughter could sleep in a bed. This company is horrible! Please save yourself money and aggravation; shop somewhere else! Horrible experience! 9 months waiting for a bedroom set and 3 failed deliveries! Finally received the bed and it broke as my child slept in bed! It was incorrectly put together. They hire a 3rd party delivery men, who have no idea what they are doing. NO ONE IN THIS ENTIRE COMPANY WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! Do not order from any of these stores!

Found the perfect bedroom set, and called in to order it on Sunday since we were told if we waited to order Sunday, we would get 10% off. We were put on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up, called back, and immediately put back on hold. Called the Ashley in Pottstown and spoke to a guy there who said that he would have a sales associate call us right back, and that never happened. Absolute horrible service.
Brenda Gaines was great in giving a full and positive customer experience with help in understanding of the products. She took a good amount of time with the explanation and quality of what Ashley store had to offer. Overall it was a great experience except for my husband feeling ill and we had to rush at end of the sale but thankfully the staff was accommodating even with that. Looking forward to my delivery.

Great experience shopping at Ashley in Conshohocken. Mike E showed me a variety of couches based on the color, style, and price criteria I shared with him. I thought they had a good selection compared to other furniture stores in the area and he did a great job showing me sofas that appealed to my liking. Mike was very knowledgeable of their stock, prepared with the necessary tools like a tape measure, and helpful as we figured out what would work even though I didn’t have dimensions of the space. I ended up finding a couch that I loved that met all my criteria and was even on sale. The team at checkout (Mikale & Kim) were very friendly and efficient while processing my payment. It was very apparent from his positive and upbeat demeanor that Mikale enjoyed interacting with customers. The couch is slated to arrive to their warehouse in the next month or so, and I’m hoping the delivery process continues to be smooth. Thanks Ashley Team for such a positive experience so far!

They charged for a dining chair $106 which I rejected to accept when they tried to deliver because it an additinal chair which is not agreed in sale closing . I tried to contact this store several times to file this dispute but I am offered a reply where storemanager named Devin will reach back but no follow up has been completed . CANNOT ACCEPT CHEATING BUSINESS

Really nice looking furniture but AWFUL service. I was shocked, I’ve never had bad service at a furniture store before. We were trying to buy all our living room furniture but ended up getting just one piece and buying the rest online. No one greeted us when we walked in. We finally had to flag down some old man (Jim?). He seemed annoyed that we were asking questions about multiple pieces and kept scurrying back to another family who was just wandering around. He’s cut us off mid sentence to just go chitchat with them. Finally, I flagged down another sales person to at least write up the one item we were trying to buy. Almost walked out twice because he kept getting distracted, but at least he was polite. I guess Jim didn’t think we looked like serious buyers… Just glad he didn’t get the commission. Advice to management: Train your staff in customer service. It’s not that hard.

I can’t say enough good things about this store, an absolute lifesaver. I recently moved in the area and I had a newborn baby and I needed to fully furnished my house before Christmas (I came in a week before the holiday) and they were able to accommodate everything for me so I could host for Christmas for my family (mind you this was after I was denied by 4 other local furniture stores). We did have one issue with the delivery where we got a wrong piece and my wife and I were pretty nervous that maybe we had made a mistake or this was going to be a big hassle to correct it. They were professional, they were polite, and they held integrity and accountability through the process. They facilitated an even exchange and once again took the weight and stress that moving and furniture purchasing can bring off of our shoulders. They gained a lifetime customer, if there was an option for 6 stars I would leave 7!
I just want to thank Jasmine for the time she spent with me today. I didn’t realize I was in the market for a new state of the art king size bed, but I am now. I’ll be back. Save one for me.

I bought furniture from this store and was missold a protection plan with a promise of hassle free service and a promise to file a claim anytime when ever I want to no matter how small or big the damage is. I wasn't given any information on the terms and conditions. The store assistant even said that "Buy the protection plan and file a claim in 5th year to get a new one, this is what most of the customers do". First time EVER I filled a claim for my cocktail table and it was denied based on the accumulated damage condition which I had no clue of. This store is misselling their protection plan to their customers by providing false information. I want to warn others to be very careful when buying the protection plan and ask for the term and conditions.

Ashley's the most ripple place that you might want to but some furniture from the leather is not leather is clever the five year agreement contract to repair things that status they do not honor it they send you to another store in Jersey to you that day uphold the contract go back to the store where you bought the stuff at in Philadelphia I think just not very reasonable with the furniture and agreement to see why you giving agreement and again they do not honor it I will not buy anything from Ashley's again they do not honor their contracts.!..!!.
Ashley Furniture stores have the worst customer service! Don't buy in any of their locations or online. You never get your furniture at one time then they say it's coming and they keep pushing the date back. I got stuck with half a bedroom set and they wouldn't take the pieces back that were already delivered. Worst store ever!

The worst customer service I ever had. I was trying to get warranty services. I have been trying to contact them but no picks the call and it will go to voice mails and no matter what how many tiem u leave voice mail no one replies back to us… its really annoying. I recently took some furinture and they are very poor condition and i wanted to get some help but no response from them..very very pathetic store and service
If you are currently in a search for furniture you know how hard this is these days. Walked into Ashley furniture today and told sold associate Dan Sims my dilemma. Within minutes he gave me my options. Dining room set is ordered and being delivered Friday. Thank you Dan for your extremely professional and efficient service!
Very disappointed in this store especially the regional manager Joe Gallo. He was very much all about his business and not customer satisfaction. I spoke to Mr. Gallo several times regarding buying a couch and not once did he mention the strict delivery rules. Long story short I had to be very inconvenienced for the delivery and was told I would be charged extra if the couch is not delivered on they delivery day he chosed. I told the team that I have after school pick up from 3-4pm daily and my weekends were all full. They did not care and stated I need to have the whole day blocked out. Which is unfortunate for people who do not have assistance with school pick up or who may have other obligations. I can’t sit in the house for 24 hours waiting for a couch.

I ordered dining set from here at the beginning they told me it’s going to take between 8 to 16 weeks and it’s already 9 months and still didn’t get it
Basically ikea but not as nice. I had ordered a buffet for my dining room that was dropped on my driveway (way too big for one person to move) struggle to get it inside and once I get all the pieces out realize the one supporting back piece is defective. I am unable to put it together bc of this and the only solution they give me is to put it all back on the box ship it back out. Will not work. Once certain pieces were assembled they do not come apart easily. Learned my lesson with Ashley. Just don’t buy furniture here!!!

This is my favorite Ashley Home store. Everyone here is always pleasant, courteous and professional. I had a question about a price and I asked to speak with the manager. Joe Gallo came over and assisted me. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He didn't rush me or push me into making a purchase. Kim assisted me with my delivery. She was also, pleasant and professional. She took her time to explain all charges and fees to me. I will forever be a loyal customer to this location. Side note, all Ashley stores are not the same! Before I visited this store, I had went to 4 other Ashley locations (Pottstown, Quakertown, Cherry Hill and Maple Shade). The service I received at these locations was horrible. The sales people and management were rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They didn't listen to my concerns and frustrations. I asked for owners information, the manager completely refused to give it to me. I'm glad I didn't let my experience with these locations interfere with my decision to purchase from this company. What I learned during my shopping experience is Ashley is the brand and a lot of these stores are owned by different franchisees. This store SUCKS BIG TIME! Will never buy anything from them again ever!! Ripped me off for a chair I bought it started peeling really bad!!! I had receipt, called, emailed, wrote corporate and corporate never replied to my letter! Called and complained as well ad emailed and they claim I didn't buy it there had the receipt while speaking to them looking at my receipt. Caused me nothing but stress and anxiety. A friend bought same chair and it was fine. A co worker bought something and was not satisfied with her purchase either! Ashley is not a good company!! This was about 4-5 yrs ago. Really should have taken it to court and filed a report with the BBB.
First, Jim was very helpful. When we returned, Jim was not working but Daniel completed what Jim started and was just as helpful and supportive of Jim.
Manager, Joe Gallo, was aggressive, threatening rude .. Threw us out because we had a (service ) dog .. Didn't seem to care.. His response was, "We just had a dog crap in the store, so take your dog and get out.. We were there to add to our order.. We cancelled the existing order and will never go back to any Ashley homestore.. This one was on Alan Wood Road in Conshohocken, Pa.. If you want to be treated with sheer disrespect, in a rude and threatening fashion, then go to that store and ask for Joe Gallo.. We did receive a phone call from someone asking about the incident. Of course, Joe covered his butt with lots of non truths about what happened.. Never again will Ashley see a dime of business from us .. Anyone with a dog may want to consider where they spend their furniture dollars as well .. I should call the county and report them for violation of the ADA.

My wife and I found just what we were looking for today. Joe Bell our salesman was courteous and answered all of our questions. We enjoy shopping at Ashleys. My wife and I returned to Ashleys on Sunday and purchased a new dining room table and some new chairs. We again spoke with Joe Bell and he was very accommodating to us again. Very happy with Joe and Ashleys.

Terrible experience at Ashley’s yesterday. We were quoted a price for delivery and was about to pay for the couch and ottoman and then the sales person increases the delivery fee by 40$ and when we stated we want the first quoted price he then referred back to the discount he told us about that we could call back for on August 1st. He said that’s why he got us that discount. We already knew about that discount when he quoted us the lower delivery fee. He stated he couldn’t do anything about it and that’s what we needed to pay. Terrible customer service will make sure everyone can’t trust these salespeople already more than you shouldn’t.

This is our 4th time buying @ Ashley & we have had a great experience every time. We have bought a living room set & several beds. The sales people as well as the finance people are all great. I'd recommend Ashley to anyone shopping 4 furniture. Just be aware right now post pandemic that everything you purchase takes longer to get!

My job bought 2 dinning room furnitures over $4000.00 ea. Different days & 2 different address, had to wait over 5 months. Ashley called had them come back in cause they did not have what they wanted to pick out something else. By then my job empty the rooms, then recd a delay date again from Ashley. When furniture finally arrived two china cabinets instead of china & buffet. They had their cash all that time while my job waited patiently with no furniture. Ashley furniture takes your money to pay their bills plain & simple.
I was helped by Joe and he made the experience so easy!! When he heard I saw the piece of furniture I was looking at online and wanted to come in to check it out, he ended up seeing that it was listed lower online than in the store and matched the price!! Truly so appreciative of his help as well as the girl behind the desk (I didn’t catch her name) but go to the Conshy location! Friendly people and cheaper than most other places without lacking on quality 😊

Worst Service : I purchased a sofa in 2018 with 5 years extended warranty , I see sofa having peeling & damages near stiches. I called customer care and they are saying service will be done only from 60 miles radius from store I purchased, when I say the warranty document is not saying it should be same store. this customer service lady hung up on me, I relocated to different place and having Ashley near me.
Customer service is awful. They promised my mom a delivery over 8 months ago and she still have not received it. They took her money and sold the item and had the nerve to ask her to pick it up after waiting 8 months. They treated her with no respect. Unprofessional, lying store from the manager down. Don't shop at Ashley in Conshohocken Pa.
Ashley Furniture is always our preferred home store and our sales associate, Heather, went above and beyond to help us find the perfect desk, chair, and lamp combo along with getting us the best possible price. We will absolutely be back for the next room renovation.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. After you buy the furniture they don’t listen to delivery instructions and do not stand by their products we asked for the furniture to not be put together and the did, so we rejected it then we canceled our order and bought the same furniture on line for $500 less when delivered screws were missing the company we got it from has been extremely courteous but we have been waiting for over 4 months for replacement screws and the keep blaming Covid for the delay what a joke company I will never buy Ashley furniture again.

I ended up at IKEA because I wasn't really shopping for an entire bedroom set, just dressers. Ashley's had very nice employees, not following you around the floor just to get a sale(like I previously experienced at Raymour & Flannigan). Ashley's has really nice furniture(aesthetic wise) but the quality just isn't there for the price tag 🥵🥵. If I'm going to pay $1K for 1 chest of 4/5/6 drawers, it'd better be solid wood with deep drawers. Not the flimsy veneer or composite.
I have changed my mind. The store manager was great. The salesman not so good. They did not have my coffee table set so I took the one in the store. The salesman told me there was only one scratch and he would put it in his house. Well after it was delivered there was more than one scratch. He said sorry...maybe the men who delivered scatched it...basically you are screwed. I asked if I could return my twin bed for a larger bed...they don't do returns...needless to say I will not be going back nor will I ever recommend. I will try other places for sure.

Very Helpful and not pushy, like some other furniture stores
From the moment we walked through the door we all enjoyed the hands-free temperature check...step right up to the thermometer and read your temp if it's over a certain number head on home you can come into the store if not...Welcome. We were greeted by Pat who was wonderful, our kids took a likingtl her as she kept them entertained with stories, games, etc her positive energy was refreshing. This staff at this site are so friendly. The selections are excellent and the prices don't require deep breathing and signing away our first born. The urbanology line was my absolute favorite. We ended up making a purchase and went home and changed our mind and decided on another set... the exchange was easy made over the phone with Carlyle and we didn't have to go back into the store, an invoice was sent via email for the difference and we were all set. Excellent experience! (The kids really liked the wire man and wanted to bring him home- the idea of seeing that sitting in our living room in the middle of the night would terrorize us, so it was a no, lol)

We are now still waiting for the end of our sectional.. we have been told there is no date that they know it will be delivered.. maybe possibly end of june but they cannot gaurentee we will ever get it due to now the sectional is discontinued. We are basically stuck with a couch that is not complete. We asked to return the half we have now for a refund for a new sectional and that was not an option. So we are basically stuck with half of a sectional. If you can go to another furniture store i would recommend as they are not willing to refund us when it was not our fault at all

Poor quality furniture
Avoid this store and all other Ashley stores. Their products are made with sub-par materials which are often times fiberboard. We purchased a couch here two years ago and bought the warranty. The couch frame broke and they strung us through two months of calls and a technician visit before saying they were denying the claim due to "accumulation". The furniture is junk and their warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
Today we went to pick a new sofa for our apartment and Anthony Delzingaro helped us so much to figure out measurements and best options for us . He was amazing and went above and beyond.He is Super knowledgeable and nice . Thanks Anthony.
We were looking for a dining table. They didn't have what we wanted but the sales staff was very helpful. We looked at the online catalog together and they had some suggestions on other stores to try. The floor stock rotates so we may go back again and see if they have the style we wanted.
My wife and I went the other day to explore new couches. We coincidentally came when there was an anniversary sale, though we still had the intention of only looking. What made our experience really awesome was that there was no pressure or hunger to get us to purchase anything. We were greeted courteously by an older gentleman at the front. While we were walking around, we were approached by a man named Carlyle, who checked in and then let us be. Later, when we returned to a certain couch we liked, he checked in again, encouraged us to try it a little more comfortable, and gave us some information on customizing. We still weren't sure, and took some time trying different things. We then went to him, and he already had the couch we were circling on screen with more resources. It was perfect salesmanship; not intrusive, but paying attention, and approaching when we were ready and open. He was open, direct and honest about concerns, with his style being transparency; he offered pros and cons and let us make our own decisions. I'm sure that, as a salesman, how things are presented and to what degree are factors, but he seemed to be genuine. He handled our curiosity so well that, after some quick research and discussing between just us, we decided to do the purchase; again, he gave us our space to converse without hanging around like a vulture like some salespeople do in other places. When we started that process, we were happy that both Carlyle and the paperwork person, Tyrone, were great with that too. Tyrone was also a wonderful personality and got our work down swiftly. From beginning to end, it was a great experience, and we have to doubly emphasize that Carlyle and Tyrone made it an enjoyable, careful and secure one. We left feeling good about our purchase because we didn't feel pressured or tricked. They gave us clear directions and next steps, and the store's policies allow us some more time to cancel if we wanted to. Again, another reason we didn't feel rushed or pressured. I would definitely recommend this store and this specific location to other people. Look out for Carlyle and Tyrone!
From the store manager to Heather our sales person, outstanding, courteous, and very helpful! This is the 2nd furniture purchase from the Plymouth Mtg facility in 5 years. I live a block away from a raymour and flanigan showroom in Montgomery Twp. It was worth the trip. We are satisfied with both purchases and will continue, when furniture is needed to be replaced, going to Ashley furniture in Plymouth Mtg. The store manager, and I apologize that I cannot recall his name, went out of his way for us!
I bought 2 of these chairs last year when the pandemic started, when they arrived the bottom the chairs could not be fully assembled as the pre-drilled holes did not align with the circular bottom portion. I ordered and received replacement parts, but as you can see in the other pictures one of the chairs has broken entirely due to poor manufacturing. These chairs are low quality, poorly fabricated, and uncomfortable. I've ordered larger items from here before such as the matching bar/table that accompany the chairs and didn't have any issues. Unfortunately, this new damage is beyond repair and the chair will have to be tossed, a HUGE waste of money.
We had the pleasure of being helped by Brenda at the Conshohocken store. She was very helpful throughout the entire process. We were quoted up to 10 weeks to have the sectional we purchased delivered (damn covid!!!) but within 2 weeks we received the call saying that it was ready for delivery to the house. Could not believe it was that fast after hearing all the horror stories with purchasing furniture during the pandemic. Very pleased with everything from start to finish. Thanks Brenda!

I recently got a sofa bed. Chair w/ ottoman and a Love seat the corners of the the furniture at the very bottom were ripped only had it a few months and the cushions are messed up. Their all lopsided and uneven the fabric inside is balled up inside. Disgraceful. All the money I spent. I dont recommend. Their quality. Its cheap....
I've been to several Ashley home stores and other furniture outlets. This location was quite disappointing as there really wasn't a single item which caught my attention. They seemed to have an overabundance of table sets and not so much cushioned living furniture.

Finishing our basement and we wanted a new table. Vicki was super helpful. She gave us the space we needed to evaluate our options and answered all of our questions. Vicki went above and beyond to help us pick the perfect piece for our home. We highly recommend Ashley Furniture and especially Vicki.
If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a sectional from them over a year ago. Manual Recliner broke on it so we call customer service to have a technician come out and fix it as we purchased the warranty. Got told after arguing back and forth that we never purchased the couch there so again I take pictures and tell them this is what they delivered. Come to find out that Ashley’s manufacturing company made our couch wrong. We were never suppose to have a manual recliner. Everything was suppose to be electric. Finally get told after sending 20+ photos of the couch that they will reorder the couch that was made wrong in the middle of September. End of October I Called to check status they never ordered it. Spoke with Janay from customer service she stated she would order the part and it would come mid-November and keep us updated if any change and for our inconvenience we would receive a credit on our Wells Fargo bill. When I call it’s literally like I am back to square one. The Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I leave voicemails and emails for Janay and I receive no response anymore. She said the credit would show in the following billing cycle and it hasn’t. I have called and fought since April and now it is November and we still have a broken couch that we should have never received and no credit for the trouble Ashley has put us through. It’s getting to the point where we will never buy another thing from Ashley/take it to court if they don’t fix the issue they caused. So frustrating especially when we had a great experience with the sales associate who sold us our furniture.

Jim Kennedy was extremely rude. Couch is being delivered 4 weeks after he said it would. And he couldn’t even apologize about it.
My husband Pat and I stumbled into Ashley furniture tonight hoping to lay on some beds to get an idea of what type of mattress we would like to eventually purchase. I typically do not like to work with sales people on the floor as I sometimes feel pressured. When we first came in Anthony was excited to greet us and enthusiastic to show us the different options. His approach of showing us the beds and what Ashley furniture had to offer was more for our own knowledge rather than trying to push a sale. When Anthony showed us the power base options we immediately started to plan what movie we were going to watch from our bed. Anthony made the experience fun and enjoyable and we really felt like we accomplished a huge milestone in our own personal relationship after leaving the store. Anthony had a ton of knowledge on the options and really pinpointed what would be best for my husband and I. We are so excited for our new bed and we cannot wait to get the phone call from Anthony to plan the next step! Thank you again Anthony for all of your help and encouragement!! We honestly could not have made a better choice!
I bought a sectional on August 22 and was told delivery would take 6-8 weeks, putting it around Oct 3-17. On Sept 11, I got a voicemail from the sales associate stating that I should get the sectional at the end of the month and I would be called with any updates if something changes. On Oct 2, I called for an update and spoke to the sales associate. I was told that two of the three pieces came in and it should be in the following week. On Oct 19, I called again to check the status as I have not received any further updates from Sept 11 despite what was stated in the voicemail. Now I’m told that I’m waiting on all three pieces and to expect delivery third or fourth week of November.
I'm disappointed that the store really didn't have much to offer, but understand that things are listed online nowadays

I am incredibly disappointed in this store. I bought a sectional couch about a year ago from this location. They originally sent us a portion of the sectional that was broken and appeared to have been opened already by another customer. After multiple days of calling and complaining they eventually replaced the piece. The couch has held up decently other than the lack of structure to three of the four back cushions a result of them being incorrectly made. I recently went to clean the back cushions of the couch. Upon unzipping the covers I found that three of the four cushions had no insert and were just stuffed with stuffing. I called customer service multiple times, providing pictures as requested. I finally got a callback and was told that "this is how they are made now". So apparently they are no longer made with inserts they just unzip the cover and throw some stuffing in. In addition, one customer service representative suggested I just remove the stuffing to wash the cover and then put it back in. The three cushions without the insert no longer hold their shape after only one year. For a place that prides itself on quality furniture and customer service, their response and willingness to fix this issue of a lack of quality is disappointing. Their solution to the problem is to send out a technician to stuff the cushions again, this will not fix the issue that the cushions were made incorrectly in the first place and need to be restuffed frequently without the ability to remove the insert and spot clean as recommended. I completely understand that mistakes are made in manufacturing but the way this has been handled is absurd and unacceptable. We will not be purchasing from Ashley furniture again. See attached photos. (the insert on the right is removed from the cover of one of the cushions, while the cushion on the left when unzipped does not have the insert just a ton of stuffing).

We will now have to go to the store to present them with the cushions to try to find someone to rectify this issue. We completely understand that mistakes are made in manufacturing but the way this has been handled is absurd and unacceptable. We will not be purchasing from Ashley furniture again.

Anthony was kind, attentive, and made sure that I found exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. I cannot say enough nice things about Anthony. Like everyone else I would not give any stars if I had the option I purchased a sectional sofa on the 3rd of July and I was told that my furniture would take some time due to Covid so they gave me expected delivery time of the first week of August I am now calling the store on the 6th of August just to get and update when I called earlier the women who picked up could not find my purchase in the system so I told her I would call back with my receipt. I called back later in the evening when the sales associate picked up he immediately knew what I ordered I didn’t not give him and information not even my name he then continued to tell me the sales associate that I worked with is no longer with the company and I asked what did that have to do with my purchase he then said he would have called you to give you updates then he went on to say that my furniture would not be delivered until the end of September I am furious because I don’t feel nothing with a wait for delivery should even be sold due to the fact that there are no accurate times and dates for the warehouse.

Bought what was supposed to be a leather sectional sofa. Bought a warranty to protect our investment. After 3 years the leather( plastic) split on the seat, armrest, and on the back seat cover where your head rest. In February made the first claim. Because of covid19 the repairman couldn’t come till June 2 2020. Put on new seat cover said he would order new pieces. In August was told Ashley will not cover other pieces today I was just told now the manufacturer stop making the leather(plastic) sectional sofa. A lady named Ann was the customer service person I spoke with today and is the only person from Ashley that told the truth to me. Will never shop at Ashley again and will let everyone we know look somewhere else.
We have bought several items from Ashley furniture. Everything was delivered and assembled in a timely fashion. After 2 years, our couch has stood up really well. We just purchased a bedroom set and Dinning Room set. Vincent was extremely helpful and personable. He knew the product well and was not pushy. I highly recommend Vincent as your sales rep.
Had an excellent experience in this store and much of the credit goes to your superb sales associate, Heather. It did not take long for us to have a comfort level with Heather. She knows the merchandise and understood what it is that we wanted. She is professional ,very friendly and understands her customer - we felt like we have a personal furniture buyer assisting us! Heather has a keen eye for color and style. We not only would return as customers but very much would recommend returning to this store with Heather as the sales associate.
After having Bobs call me and state the day of my furniture delivery that my couch was on back order till then end of summer, I decided to give Ashley's a try. I am SO glad I did! Anthony got me what I wanted and at a great price AND within 2 weeks I had my couch! Anthony is a great sales rep and really deserves a raise. He went our of his way to check everyday on the status of the couch delivery and even helped me pick our a matching chair! You will not be disappointed! Just make sure to ask for Anthony!
Horrible customer service agent that answered the phone. I asked a simple question regarding delivery and she blatantly lied. I didn’t catch her name but she is the old women behind the plexiglas with the short hair. Will NEVER come back here. They are all about lying

I went back to the store to see if I could get some new chairs- either replaced or some sort of discount- because I didn&'t purchase the extra protective plan and wasn&'t within warranty they refused to do anything to assist, even if that were a small discount to purchase new chairs. The staff was nice but ultimately were unable to assist. Frustrated and don&'t think I will be purchasing more chairs here.

I wish that I could give a review without having to pick 1 star. That’s how horrific this experience as new customer has been. I spent over 2000.00 on 5/17/20 for furniture, that I should have known better to at least sample first however, this being Ashely’s furniture and having “expertise” I figured it was a trustworthy company. I received nothing but broken furniture and have yet to receive my sofas & bed. I ordered online having good faith in this company to only be scammed. There is no one to answer customer service calls “due to COVID”, how convenient. Now that you’re open, at this point tomorrow, morning I will arrive at your location with the police to obtain my refund.

Our experience with Ashley was totally fine. We purchased the Jinllingsly 3-piece sectional with ottoman from the Conshohocken location in early February 2020. The store is big, clean, and prices are clear. There's the typical furniture salespeople lurking, but our salesman was Tim Corley, and he was helpful and not pushy whatsoever. They price-matched the sofa to a cheaper one listed on another website that wasn't Ashley with no issue whatsoever (check online for cheaper prices before you buy in store!!), and the check-out process with Tim was simple and clear. They even split our order into two shipments because the ottoman wouldn't be available until two weeks after the couch. The only issue we had was the couch was slightly too big for our front door (our fault since we underestimated the size of the couch) so they had to reschedule the delivery for a disassembled couch which would then be reassembled inside our home for an additional fee ($225 in cash). I wish this option had been presented at the time of checkout and we would have just chosen that to avoid any issues since our home is older with narrow doorways. However, all in the all, this location was great, salespeople were friendly, the delivery was on-time (they called when they were 20 minutes away) and the tech who reassembled the couch was great.
Jim is a great salesman. He searched high and low for a new set after I changed the bedroom set I had already purchased. He didn't seem bothered that I wanted to change to something else I liked better.

Would have given zero stars but not an option. Salesman was nice but customer service (people at desk and answering phones) was horrendous. Was told would call back in 30 min, after 2.5 hrs no call back. Spoke with “Jeffrey” Conshohocken store who was rude and kept calling me by wrong name. Kept changing the info he was giving me. Matt the manager was no better told me Friday night furniture would be delivered Saturday. Put out old furniture outside and then no delivery Saturday! Matt had no answer except that it wasn’t his fault. Finally we just cancelled our order because couldn’t trust them. Stay away, at least from this location. Nightmare begins once you place your order.

If you have a furniture claim for the protection plan that they sell you, you spend hours on the phone on hold trying to get a hold of there customer service center which is a franchise. Their sister company Value City Furniture of New Jersey and the parent company is Crest Furniture Inc. So this whole time your thinking you bought from Ashley but really you got it from someone who is owns the Ashley name. So to my point, after spending hours on hold to finely get someone, most likely they are going to deny the claim and tell you that it is from customer neglect.

the only thing this store has going for them is that they are consistantly INCONSISTANT. the only person i can actual talk to is Deborah who is a saint. after 2 months (yes thats correct) an expensive couch that was suppose to be "durable" as sold to me by the salesman, looked like i owned it for 10 years. their protection plan is garbage after multiple attempts to have them fix the issues, they have STILL yet to do so. Fought for a refund ended up with a reselection and the new furniture came defective. waiting for my FULL REFUND!!!!!

Buyer beware! This place is awful. I ordered a sofa that they were unable to deliver to me because it was out of stock. The canceled the order but they have yet to return the money to my credit card. I placed the order 8 weeks ago!! I have followed up by phone numerous times and each time I am told "the manager will call you back". Horrible customer service.

I’ve purchased a total of 5 major furniture items from Ashley furniture. Two couches, a dining room table, three side tables and a Bed. The furniture looks nice and it feels good to sit on/use, But God bless you if you ever have to deal with “customer service”. There is not enough patience in the world to deal with some of these people. It is a nightmare every time single time we have to call because they don’t actually want to fix the problems associated with their products. When you purchase furniture they sell you a warranty, but when try to use that warranty you have to deal with EXTREMELY RUDE staff who does not listen to your concerns and can be extremely short as if your burdening then in some way. They are better off just saying all sales are final because that is the attitude they have after you purchase an item . It’s Unfortunate to get treated so poorly In a place you spent so much money at. I will be purchasing my furniture from Raymour and Flanigan or another furniture store from this point forward. Addendum: 11/24/19 On top of what I said above, Ashley furniture sent the wrong piece in the mail because they were not listening to what we were asking them for , Or paying attention to the pictures that we sent them. Smh

So i went shopping @ashley furniture (Conshohocken store)meet the most wonderful sales associate named Heather. She was absolutely amazing service was a1 she was extremely attentive to my needs. Bought the most beautiful pieces. Love this store service never disappoints this is my 4th time shopping with them.
Ad said sofabed at a fair price and free shipping. No sofabed on showroom floor. Boss said price in add was a corporate ad and had to order on line. Then said I could get price, so I agreed. Would take six weeks. Invoice printed for me to sign, my fault did not read carefully. Read it at home and sales price listed but shipping brought it up to the amount of store price original. When I went in to cancel was told no cancellation after signed. So be sure to read carefully before you sign. By the way, sofa is hard as a rock.

We bought our bedroom set and mattress from Ashley Homestore and had a great experience. Our salesman Anthony was super knowledgeable and completely low pressure. He also made sure that we got the best deal possible on our furntiture and mattress. I would reccomend asking for him if you come in!
I ordered two full size beds three months ago and patiently waited for Ashley Furniture to get their stuff together . Finally the delivery date has been set . However, one day prior to the delivery I received a call from their representative who said that one of the frames was broken in the warehouse and thus I will have only one bed delivered . The representative also doesn’t know when they can deliver the other bed. My children are sleeping on the mattresses on the floor. It’s concerning that it’s going to be cold soon and sleeping on the floor is not such a good idea. So much for three weeks we were initially promised by Ashley Furniture. Never again. Thus is unacceptable

Hi,I recently shopped at Ashley Furniture and I have to tell you the service was Fabulous and Heather helped me multiple times when I visited the store. Heather was prompt, knowledgeable, and very inviting and willing to help......that really means a lot when I'm spending money I would usually spend elsewhere,but I think Ashley will be my new Furniture store and I have been recommending this store as well. Furniture is Good quality and sales are great, I saved slot and am very happy.... Cudos to you Heather and Ashley Furniture!
***AVOID THIS STORE*** I had a couch delivered 8/7/19, two weeks later the entire frame of the couch had BROKEN IN HALFf. I've made multiple calls, and multiple complaints in which Customer service said there is nothing they can do to expedite replacing the couch. So, its not been 5-6 weeks and I still have a broken couch sitting in my living room. They do not stand behind their product and their customer service team was completely unprofessional. I had to call back multiple times (because their managers do not answer calls?) and they just told me there was nothing they can do. Please do yourself a favor, and stay far far away from this store.

Very poor customer service. Never answers the phone. I wish that I would have checked Yelp before placing my order. Why all of those 1 Star reviews? I ordered a Berringer Dining Table, beautiful, but it arrived damaged. I made the request to have it returned on a Friday a week ago. It was supposed to be picked up by UPS on Monday. That Monday has never come. I have made numerous attempts to call; 52, 13, and 3 minute waits on the phone. When I called Crest Furniture, they asked them to call me. Kyra did and made promises. Today is 9/21/19. The table sits in by building foyer. I don&'t know how they will allow me to keep it there. This is very bad service. I would like to order another table, but they have left a very bad taste in my mouth for them. Their service stinks! There is no other way to describe it.Good luck shopping with them.

This is disappointing since its not sturdy and doesn&'t hold it&'s shape. This means I will need to replace the filler since it not going to hold it&'s shape. I always read product description since I tend to purchase online.After the sofa & love seat was delivered there is no way I can replace the filler. I wouldn&'t recommend Clarion sofa & love seat.

I am severely disappointed in the service I received at this store. I purchased a sectional and ottoman from the ashely furniture on 3/9/19 and finally got it delivered 3/31/19. It wasn&'t a great experience from the start. I had called in to get pricing and spoke to Carlyle so when I went to the store, I kept working with him. He knew we were interested in one couch because we wanted the cuddler option and he said okay, look around and I&'ll check in with you. We walked around and still wanted the couch because we thought that was the only one with the cuddler. None of the floor pieces had it showing as an option. About halfway through our order (no cards have been swiped), Carlyle mentioned that another couch had a cuddler option and just wasn&'t shown with it on the floor but brushed it off because we had already started on the other one. That was my first indication that he didn&'t really care about our sale. We finished the transaction and Carlyle told me someone would call me the next week to set up delivery on the 19th. I called them on the 18th because no one called me and they said it was delayed until the next week and that they don&'t deliver to my area everyday - only fridays and sundays. I asked why I wasn&'t called about the delay and why no one told me about the delivery dates until then - Carlyle brushed my questions off and said I would get a call Tuesday the 26th to set up delivery for Friday the 29th. I got a call from Kim on Wednesday - I guess Carlyle had no time for me anymore - saying it was delayed again. Kim was very nice and helpful but overall I just would never shop here again. It was delayed again for another two days - this whole time we are living without a couch - first world problems I know. I looked closely at the ottoman and noticed that the legs were all dinged up. Customer service kindly sent me new legs and offered to come put them on. We didn&'t have them put them on because it&'s easy enough but they sent new ones fairly quickly. We were offered a gift card for our troubles, which is appreciated but again I don&'t want to ever shop there again.
We came into the store today just to get some ideas. We met Todd and he took the time to listen to us and understand what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable on the furniture and mattresses and we ended up purchasing an entire bedroom set and mattress.
I had such a wonderful experience the first time I purchased a mattress there that I just went back for a second mattress in less than 2 weeks.. The manager, Joe Gallo was very informative and was very conscious of staying within my budget. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. Truly a great experience.

This review is specifically for ASHLEY CONSHOHOCKEN-PA The staff is pathetic and is not fulfilling their commitment at all . My order was including a free bike and I have been waiting for last one month for that bike. Store manager JOSEPH is not even giving any date for bike delivery. After one month of wait , he is saying that it is gonna take another 2-4 weeks . Joe told me very rudely that .. THEY DONT EVEN CARE FOR REVIEWS . But I am hoping someone else in ASHLEY will definitely see it and respond.. This is a black mark on Ashley’s customers service. DO NOT fall for attractive offers you see in store . You will never get it . I would recommend everyone not to visit ASHLEY CONSHOHOCKEN PA Store.
I visited this place several times to furnish my first apartment. Dan was very helpful and the prices here are great! I would recommend.
I recently purchased a sofa and sleeper sofa from Ashley’s Furniture. They did a price match and I was told that delivery would be free. A few hours later l receive a phone call saying that the sales associate made a mistake and that I have to pay the delivery charge. Initially I got the protection plan because the delivery charge was free, I asked if I could get the protection plan for free because the associate messed up. I was told I could not and that I could drop the protection plan and just pay for delivery. The protection plan was $129 and delivery was 150.99 and so I still owed about $22. Of an associate makes this kind of mistake, there should be compensation. So disappointed and won’t be shopping there again.

Disclaimer this is a two part review. First part is regarding a online purchase. Calion Sofa & Loveseat great price online but the description is not transparent . Please see actual email below. I purchase a Calion sofa and love seat and the description stated High-resiliency foam cushions wrapped in thick poly fiber. That only seems to pertain to seat cushions not the decorative pillows or the back cushions. The filler for both the pillows and back of the sofa and love seat for a lack of a better term looks like steel wool. The online description doesn't specify that there are different fillers. This is disappointing since its not sturdy and doesn't hold it's shape. This means I will need to replace the filler since it not going to hold it's shape. I always read product description since I tend to purchase online. You may want to update the description online. I just wanted to share that tid bit before I post on YELP. Ok, fast forward to today 06/25/19 Ashley Furniture CS dept caledl me on Sunday (fast turn around kudos). I called today and suggested they be more transparent describing merchandise online. The furniture has a 1 year warranty but you have to report any issues or concerns within 7 days. CSR stated that I would need to wait and see. With my luck it will bottom out in a year and a day. The price was GREAT but if it turns out to be disposable furniture I have a plan B. The craft store sells Poly-Fil that can replace the steel wool if it starts to go. OH FYI delivery was super fast on the sofa and loveseat they said 5-6 weeks. I think it was 1-2 weeks. 2 This review is about Leahlyn Dining set. Again great price online this is a solid dinning set well made I love it. There was a snag the table top was damaged during transport, but to be fair CSR had a new table top delivered the next day!! The current issue is the damage table top has not been picked up. I was given 3 different pick up dates, it's taking up space on the patio. I wrapped with a tarp since it's been raining so much lately. Don't want the box to get wet and fall apart when/if UPS picks up. I have decided if it's not picked up by Friday it's going in the garage. I have emailed Ashley Homestore several times so they know the TT has not been picked up, balls in there court.
Finally writing this review after about a month of trying to resolve this amicably. I First went to Ashley in late April 2019 to furnish a new house and it’s entirety. I knew what I wanted as far as furniture and already picked out everything online but went into the store in April because there was a sale. The majority of the furniture was going to be delivered but I did find three lamps that I liked and was told that I could bring these home. After paying for all of the furniture with a check I was then told that I couldn’t take the lamps with me because I had to wait for the check to clear. I then had to cancel that check that was written and write a separate check for The furniture that was going to be delivered and use a credit card for the lamps. Ciara who helped ring up all the furniture then went to get the three lamps off of the showroom floor and as we are walking out a manager stopped us and told us nothing is allowed to be taken out of the store. We then had to go back and get our money back and re-write a third check to ensure that these would all be delivered. I should have just canceled the whole transaction here. As this would show how the rest of the experience would go. I requested that the furniture be delivered mid to end of May and was told that that wouldn’t be a problem. About two weeks later Ciara called to say that it wouldn’t be available until the first week of June and we settled on a date of June 4 for delivery. Ciara then called on June 2 to tell me that she had good news and bad news. The good news was that some of the furniture was ready for delivery 104th but the bad news was that some of it was not an wouldn’t be ready until June 8 or ninth. I would not be receiving my dining room chair or the matching server. The table would still come though. All of the furniture that she said then arrived June 4. The problems continued here when several pieces arrived defective or damaged. The chaise lounge on the couch was ripped, a nightstand had a large scratch, the dining room table had a much larger scratch, and a drawer on this table was completely broken. The island I ordered also came with out any of the drawers or shelves. The guy who delivered the furniture immediately placed me on the phone with the tech who said that these pieces would be ordered and delivered to my house. In the next two days a different representative from Ashley called to say the missing furniture now May not be available until the end of June. I told her that this was absolutely unacceptable and then I was having a housewarming party June 22 and I had told Ciara this the day I bought the furniture when she assured everything would be there in time. She was able to move some things around and magically the furniture was now ready for a delivery date of June 11. I have been completely unable to reach Ciara since ordering this furniture. Presumably her commission is made and she no longer cares. In the meantime I did not receive any of the pieces promised by Ashley that were missing or broken. I did eventually get them around June 12. I then had to make several calls and leave three or four messages with the furniture Doctor Who was supposed to fix everything before I got a callback. When the tech from the furniture doctor came last Thursday (6/20) he only had an order to put the shelves in and fix the chaise lounge. He knew nothing of the table. Here we sit June 22 and I still do not have my table fixed and I find new problems with the furniture each day. I have had to make all the phone calls to Ashley. My messages are never returned and I repeatedly have to call. I am not sure I will ever get um table fixed which is extremely disappointing. I would never recommend Ashley as a company and certainly not the store to anyone. This is been an absolute disaster.

This store completely lied to me about my order & delivery. When I went to the store, I was really treated rudely by Troy, a salesperson. Very nasty & treated me like I was stupid. I knew what items I wanted when I entered the store. So in spite of this total jerk, I decided to purchase the items anyway. He committed dates for delivery & setup. That turned out to be total B. S. I just cancelled the order after speaking to the Manager, who seemed un-concerned about his salesperson's terrible behavior. I then ordered the same items on line, and received just as good a price, with delivery and a 5 year warranty. I would NEVER return to Ashley Furniture, and hope anyone reading this also does not ever buy anything from these charlatans.

The one star is for the customer service experience at this location only. I walked in and was looking for dining room set, sofa, love seat and 2 area rugs I picked online. I was able to find everything in the store myself, there were at least 5 sales people standing around. No one greeted me or offered any help. I was in the store for a least 30 minutes. This is why I shop online, then go to the store to look at the merchandise. The prices online were GREAT compared to the store. I am really happy with everything I picked online or the exception of the two rugs the colors were really off too light). The furniture seems to be sturdy and well made. Once home I purchased dinning room set, sofa and love seat online easy peasy. The dining room set is being delivery by UPS free delivery (never had anything this large delivered by UPS). Fingers crossed The sofa and love seat will take about 5-6 weeks (which is fine gives time to paint) the delivery charge was only $50. 00 they set up the furniture in the house and take away packaging. I'll check in once the delivery is complete.
Sales guy wasnt bad, he needed help and nobody was willing to help, delivery drivers sucked, let my dog out not once but twice and she almost got hit by a car.. store manager is nonexistent.. sofa delivered with minor damage but store manager won't return our calls.. this place should be embarrassed I've never been to a home store before and I'll probably not be back..

We walked into the store with a specific item in mind. Cierra greeted us and took us to the sleeper sofa we had picked out online. We were really just there to see it in person and try it out. Cierra showed us how easy it was to turn the sofa into a sleeper. She was really helpful and friendly and explained the delivery etc.
Bought a recliner. Excellent service all the way around from the salesman (Anthony) to the clerical (Leslie) to the managers (Carlyle and Joe G). The delivery team was on time and quick with a smile. I would highly recommend them!
I ordered furniture in January so I could get it in perfect timing for when I move in March. Apparently they &" keep it in the warehouse&" and you just need to call a few days in advance and it can be delivered when you are ready. So they said. I called a few weeks in advance and they said &" it&'s a popular couch and we have to find a warehouse that it is in and it won&'t be delivered until the 25th.&" I gave them my move in date weeks ago. Today we called to confirm the 25th and they claimed they said the week of the 25th and it won&'t be delivered until the 31st because they only deliver to my area 2 days a week. Ummm why was this not mentioned before? I am extremely frustrated and just canceled the order. I purposely ordered this months ago so I would have it exactly for when I moved in. Don&'t even bother going here. I had issues before when I got furniture here and decided to give them another chance, which I never should have.

Ashley has many options for your home. The great thing is that the furniture isn’t cheaply made yet the prices are reasonable. The sales group is great, very knowledgeable. They encouraged me to shop around, visit the competitors, which I did. I ended up back there completing my purchase. Thanks!!!

Big time buyers remorse. Merchandise is not quality and is overpriced Bought a couch, end table' and 2 chairs. End table was faded and door would not stay closed. One of the 2 chairs had bubbles in the material. End table was swapped out, still waiting on tech to contact us about repairing (bet it will need to be replaced) chair. Customer service is fair at best. Would NOT recommend.

I went to Ashley Homestore in Conshohocken and met Anthony, he was very helpful with everything, if you go there ask for Anthony, he will take very good care of you! Also ask for Carlyle, he was also very helpful!
Approached by 5 different salespeople during our 15 minute browsing stop. We politely responded to each offer that we are only looking around. The final straw was received when a salesperson stated that we were unapproachable. It wasn't said like a whisper, it was meant to be heard. Little did they realize that we had just bought a house and we needed to buy furnishings for almost every room. Maybe judging a book by its cover is still a bad idea? We will happily spend our 15k budget elsewhere.

Carlyle was amazing. After doing some research online I thought I knew what I wanted and asked him some questions on the phone. I then came to the store to see the selected piece and lived it just as much. Had to discuss some details and return. Not once was he pushy. He gave me his info and told me to reach out if I needed anything. I called again that evening to discuss some financing he called me within minutes to discuss. I returned today to purchase and after detailing my measurements we realized we had to adjust the order but everything was so easy and seem less. Thanks for making this easy and painless I will be recommending you and this location.

worst customer support i ever faced. i bought a recliner sofa and the recliner stops functioning in just one month. i tried to call customer service many times, but its also not functioning similar to my recliner.they are not responding to emails, calls, anything. really frustrated with their support and feeling regretted for making purchase in ashley.

We enjoyed today’s shopping experience at Ashley’s with Ciera! She greeted us at the door and let us know today’s deals and let us shop around. Once we determined which couch style we wanted she helped us to determine what would best fit for our living room area, she was very patient as we kept trying to rearrange potential pieces. At checkout, she and Denise were super friendly and they made checkout an enjoyable time. I also bought my bedroom set here back last year and I love how everything looks and the quality is great.

So I went into Ashley just to look around...hoping to find a table to match a desk I have at home. Not only did I get an exceptional, killer price, I got top notch customer service. The staff, especially Anthony who was a tremendous help, are down to earth and relatable! My entire family has purchased from Ashley several times before and we will keep them as our "go to place" for quality furniture at great prices!!

Anthony was delightful to work with during our visit. He was cheerful, polite, had great suggestions and was not overbearing or pushy. He has a great sense of humor. Although he was busy, he made us feel like we were all that mattered.
Jim was super helpful and easy to work with. I was able to order the chairs I came in for very quickly and without any trouble. My only problem is the price game that is played with the furniture. My husband and I have been loyal customers of Ashley for years—our entire home is furnished almost exclusively through this store. My dilemma is the day we ordered the chairs there was a sectional I was very interested in (Savesto 5-piece sectional, Ivory) and I just needed to double check the measurements in our basement. The price online was $1349 (and I had a 10% coupon). Two days later I returned after measuring our living area to confirm the sofa would fit nicely and the best price your team could come up with was in the neighborhood of $1700.. It’s disappointing we weren’t able to end up on the same page. This will be the first large furniture purchase my husband and I make through another company as we’ve found the Ashley Savesto sectional through several vendors online that also offer free, white glove delivery for under $1250. We’ve come back to the store twice to give Ashley the opportunity to come even somewhere close to these other vendors in price, to no avail.

Too eager to sell
I was looking at similar version of this reclining sofa online they were very helpful and their prices where much better. The attendants are friendly and knowledgeable. They offer many different price options and 36 month 0% APR financing which is awesomeness! This sofa was ultra comfortable felt like a cloud. The store is pretty clean and well kept with many different style options.

Lots to see and friendly staff
My bed arrived in pieces with no hardware so the delivery men could not assemble it. The store sent delivery men 3 more times and each time they forgot to bring the hardware. Then they decided to just mail me the hardware so that I can put it together. They have no idea when I will receive this hardware. My bed is still in pieces on the floor. The store manager was supposed to call us but never did. No one in the company seems concerned that they sold me a bunch of boards instead of a bed.
Cierra Dorsey’s assistance was hospitable, courteous, and knowledgeable. I commend her on the outstanding service she provided.
