I purchased a sectional from this store about a year ago, and initially, everything seemed fine. However, after about 9 months, the sectional started to show defects. The store did honor the warranty and arranged for a repair, and the workmanship was guaranteed for 90 days. Now, the same issue has resurfaced 60 days later, and I’m being given the runaround between the store and the repair company. Each one is pointing fingers at the other, and neither is taking responsibility for fixing the problem. It’s extremely frustrating, and the customer service has been disappointing. I expected better for the amount of money I spent. Avoid this place if you want reliable furniture and support, and forego any extended warranties because even the simplest of repairs will take several weeks, if not months, to resolve.

Ordered our couch on line. The couch was delivered within a week. We absolutely love the quality of this couch. It is firm, sturdy and very comfortable. Absolutely Love It !

The sectional is very comfy. Great deal. The sales associate made the sale extremely easy and the order was delivered in less than 3 weeks. The delivery went smooth and fast.

What an amazing shopping experience during their Grand Opening! The staff was attentive, professional and fun. I won $1500 during the furniture sweepstakes giveaway and I cannot wait for my delivery!!!! Fingers crossed that it doesn’t take 8-12 weeks :). It sure would be nice to host my family for Thanksgiving dinner with my new living room & bedroom furniture.

Worst possible experience of shopping at Ashley store in Downingtown PA. - The sales associate at this store can't be trusted to provide accurate information - I made an order with different items. I was told I could delete items from my order or cancel my order and get full refund anytime. - I wasn't told that there was a special order item in my order as well. Due to this, I couldn't get anything deleted from my order. I was told I will have to either pay 30% restocking fee on all items on the order or I will have to accept all the items in the order. - I was told that delivery fee is not being charged. However, I got to know it was actually charged. - I asked to make a change in an item from the order. Instead, the sales associate added 1 more unit of same item. - Ashley and Regency customer service don't help with these issues at all. They just route you to the store manager for any issues with the orders. - The sales associate was fired from her job and I was told she no longer works there. The Ashley/ regency store manager forced me to get as many items to avoid the restocking fee instead of owning up to mistakes of their employees. - I visited the store to get my refund. I met an employee named Stacie who was very rude and didn't trust me at all. I asked her to provide credit on the delivery fee as it was promised and again I was told that the person who talked to you doesn't work there anymore. She also snapped at the other employee at the front desk. I asked her if she think I am lying. I am not sure about the hiring practices of Ashley/ Regency. Their furniture is of good quality but the people they hire to talk to customers are of poorest quality. - I would never recommend Ashley/ Regency to my friends. If anyone is still buying from them, get everything in writing from employees or store manager. Because you never know, some employee may quit and you end up getting a bad deal.

I had a great experience with salesman Dominic. He was super helpful and friendly. He was pretty new and any answer he did not know he went and got an accurate answer. I spent about an hour with him and had a really good shopping experience until the end. Apparently there was some issue with my order and his manager by the name of Stacey had to come assist. She was horrible. Her attitude was awful. She put her hand up in his face while he was talking and then motioned to shew him away. I couldn’t believe that was happening in front of me. if my order wasn’t paid for and Dominic wasn’t so great i would have cancelled. I called into the store today to ask about my order and was told he was no longer working there. Good for him but a loss for the store. I decided to share my review because that encounter still isn’t sitting right with me.

Dominic Brown was wonderful. He hasn't been with the company long but he customer service was top notch. Gave me room to look but kept in touch with me..even helped carry chairs to my car.
