Richard was extremely helpful while we picked out our living room couch. He gave us all the details for each couch we looked at (and there were many!) and took the time to even visualize the room set up with us. He was very patient and kind during the whole process and made it fun and easy for us to get our first couch! Would recommend to anyone else looking to buy bedroom/living room furniture and definitely ask for Richard!

No one answers the phone or returns phone calls. When I finally reached someone at the store they were very rude. Worst customer service I have ever encountered, especially for big ticket purchases.
DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY! They delivered our bedroom set weeks after promised and when it was delivered the bed was not assembled correctly and broke days later. It has been over TWO weeks with no response from Ashley in anyway on how they will resolve our brand new broken bed. Customer service has been a nightmare! Save yourself the pain and do not buy anything from Ashley!
Terrible customer service. We were delivered a broken bed as part of our bedroom set and it's been over two weeks with no response from anyone at Ashley. The manager in the Downingtown store did not once apologize or offer to help in any way. All they would provide is an email and acted like it wasn't their problem even though we bought the furniture from them and they delivered and assembled the furniture. Save yourself a huge headache and do not purchase from Ashley.
