I called the store looking for chairs that I saw online. The people in the store went out of their way to help me. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They told me exactly how much the chairs would cost and when they would arrive. It's hard to get good customer service online so go to the store! They'll help you out.

Easy to work with. Michelle helped move things along quickly so we weren't there long.

I ordered a mattress and adjustable base on a Friday and told the sales woman I needed to know the delivery date ASAP. She told me she would call me the next day with a delivery date. No date given on Sat or the following Monday or many days after that. I closed on my new house and needed a bed. I called and told them I wanted to cancel my order. I was told the $1k+ I had to put down (30%) would not be returned if I canceled the order - restocking fee for a product that still didn't have a delivery date. They made the arrangement with me to provide an upgraded base and split the cost of an upgraded mattress (which I tried in the store and did not like, but I needed a bed and couldn't afford to lose $1k+ to their shady business practices). At the time of original purchase, I asked a minimum 3 times if I also needed to buy a mattress cover. I was not only told I didn't need to buy a mattress cover, I was discouraged from buying one by my sales woman. I was also told if I didn't like the bed for any reason to let them know and they could help me out. Fast forward to a month later... I still don't like the mattress. I tried to like it, but makes the bed too high and is uncomfortable on my body. (The entire point of buying an expensive bed, and the specific bed I ordered, was to comfort my body as I go through intense medical treatment, which the sales woman was made aware of.) I called the store and asked what I needed to do to get the mattress I originally ordered instead of the one I have. I was told I would get a call back. I waited for a call back, no call. I called again 2 days later. I got more excuses about the delay. I finally got a call back that afternoon. I was told they will take it back, although they don’t normally if a mattress protector is not purchased and used with the mattress (I always use one anyhow, even though not purchased there), but there will be a 20% restocking fee, even though they will be throwing the mattress away. I asked if I can get my refunded money back instead of bring forced to spent it here, as I choose never to do business with this company again. I was told by the sales woman that she didn't have that answer and would need to talk with the manager. She said she would tell the manager I wanted to speak with her. Days have passed and still no response. I've had better luck with a company in NY that has higher quality furniture and rapid delivery times, even to this area. It's a shame, because I prefer to support local business, but not if they treat customers like this. I encourage everyone reading this to save themselves peace of mind and shop elsewhere.

My partner and I just received our furniture today and after hours of playing around with pictures on the wall and moving stuff around I can finally say it’s complete and looks great! I want to personally thank everyone at Ashley for helping our vision become a reality, You all were great!! Tiffany was our sales rep she was wonderful..

Jessica was so nice! We loved that she wasnt up our butt the whole time we were looking. She gave us just enough space and came back in just enough time that when we had questions we could ask and not wait forever. She was very knowledgable. When we go back I will be asking for her again!

Tiffany walked us through the entire experience of finding which mattress firmness was best for my partner and I, discussing adjustable bases, trying different brands and kinds of mattresses, and finding our perfect fit! She wrote out our quote, set us up with a rewards card, and told us about discounts and Labor Day sales. We could not have asked for a better experience, it was above and beyond our expectations

My wife and I spent a good portion of a day in here selecting all new furniture for our new house. Everyone was nice, we spoke with the owner etc. We made a large order between a brand new sectional, a bed and a few other odds and ends. Which was multiple thousands of dollars. Upon delivery of our sectional, we noticed there was no ottoman with our order, which was part of the reason we bought it. They ensured us it came with the sectional at the store. After some phone calls back and forth, turns out they made a mistake and it wasnt part of the deal. Even the sales person admitted she said it came with it an owned the mistake, but the manger would not give us the ottoman. They offered a nice discount, but I wasnt happy with that. Especially after spending multiple thousands of dollars. Then it took over a month to get our pillows we ordered. They sat at the warehouse for a week and no one called us, even when they said they would call when it came it. I had to do all the calling and following up. As a business owner myself, when I or one of my employees make a mistake, we own it. We take full responsibility and make sure our customer is 100% taken care of. This really irritates me and has kinda left a sour taste in my mouth. The chances I spend anymore money here is slim to none. Word of advice, make sure your getting everything you think you are. While this is only a small misstep on their end, it should have been handled better.

We got quality furniture at a good price. The warehouse workers were very good and helpful in loading our bed room set.

My girlfriend and I visited this store to browse and get some ideas for furnishing our place. While a few pieces of furniture were decent, the overall experience was completely ruined by the staff. We were treated with blatant disrespect and made to feel like we didn’t belong—almost as if we were being profiled or assumed to be up to no good. It was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and unacceptable. Based on this experience, we will absolutely not be purchasing anything from this store and would not recommend it to others. Terrible service.

I was very satisfied with the Ashley store in Dubois. I didn’t feel the high pressure from the sales team as they let my wife and I look around at our own freedom. When we did have questions they were very knowledgeable. Once we narrowed our decision down the salesman kindly made us an offer we couldn’t resist. A couple days later we picked up our item and had plenty of cooperation and help from two staff members. They covered our couch in plastic, secured it with tape, and helped load it into our trailer. Our entire experience was pleasant and will definitely return when needed. ~ RS

My experience with Ashley Store was great from the time I walked into the store through the delivery process. My sales consultant, Heather, was really awesome to work with and she helped me find the perfect pieces of furniture for my living room, as well as a mattress and bed frame. The delivery was flawless; the employees were efficient, friendly and helpful. I love my sofa chaise and oversized chair and ottoman. The Ashley mattress is so comfortable as well. I will not hesitate visiting this store for future furniture purchases.

My husband won a living room suit from a local fire company, so we went to the DuBois, PA store to claim his prize. We chose to receive store credit toward other furniture that we needed. I’m very impressed with the Ashley store in DuBois PA. Rhainnon was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable with helping me choose a lift chair and a recliner. I used their electric scooter to get around the store and everything was positioned so that I could look everywhere. I have back issues and also will be having a hip replacement. After talking with Rhainnon about the lift chair, trying them out and realizing I could afford one, it was the best decision. I will definitely go there for future purchases.

Went in last week to buy a bed for my mother. Rainin was absolutely wonderful and patient explaining the various options and showing us a variety of price points to make sure we could stay within our budget. I do not live in Dubois, PA, but had googled an item which happen to pop up on the website of Ashley Homestore. I called the store and was connected to an associate, her name is Alaina ~ It has been a long time since I experienced such amazing customer service. I was treated as though I was her only customer that day although my purchase was less than $150. She more than exceeded my expectations for friendly, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service. The one quality I remember most of all was the smile in her voice and she re-enforced my hope that nice folks still do exist in a nutty world. I absolutely was very comfortable shopping in that store I met a very nice young lady there she asked for any assistance we kind of told her what we were looking for she showed us the different ones that they had in that type she said I'll let you look I'll let you sit on them see what you think I'll give you a few minutes and I'll come back and if there's none of those you like we'll move on to something else and that is that exactly what she done there was no pressure sales there was no standing over me it was very pleasant I ended up buying from that store and I am very very satisfied with my purchase it is awesome and we love it greatly Mary Craft/PUNXSUTAWNEY.

Easy and beautiful place. Easy to go with. Val and Pam are great and doing great work. Keep it up Update It’s been a month no update about order. Nobody contacted. When you spend $5 k you need to Atleast have updates that what’s going on. Called 5 times no exact time or update yet. They want you to start making payments on things which you never received yet. Worst customer service will not buy anything again. You suppose to keep a client update or Atleast call back with what’s going on. Atleast mention it that you are trying. Called again today and no update. nobody bother to call back with update that what’s going on.

The staff is always kind and helpful. It says a lot these days when they open the door with a smile and say hello. Sandy is great. Always goes above and beyond. Large variety of furniture.

I purchased a dining set from them and it wasn't in stock so it took about 6wks for it to come, which I was totally fine with. One of the chairs was broken when it arrived at my home so they took it back with them and ordered me a new one. About a month later I received my new chair with no issues. They handled everything politely and professionally. The dining set is beautiful and sturdy and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Just on a whim I decided to go in and browse for a dining table/chairs and server. It was close to closing but I was greeted by a sales representative who walked me through the store and helped me find what I was looking for. She was very helpful, informative and had a great personality!! I not only purchased the dining table, I ended up purchasing a sofa, loveseat and chair for my living room. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend shopping at Ashley’s in Dubois PA. I can’t wait until delivery day!!

We initially got a call saying that we had over $200 coming to us, from not using the warranty on 2 chairs we bought from Miller's 5 years ago. We drove to Dubois to pick out something, but when we got there, were told it had to be used on something valued hundreds more. So we left, and I wrote a note explaining our frustration. Dan Furman got back to us the next day, and was simply fantastic. He apologized profusely, and said that he would make it right. He put that $$$ into an account, set it up for us completely, sent us documentation of same, and was as kind as he could be. We ordered a recliner over the phone. We were called when it arrived. I drove up to get it, and the process was seamless. 2 men brought it to the car, unboxed it for me, and loaded it in 2 sections. It assembled easily, and it looks and feels wonderful. A situation that was negative at first, turned out overwhelmingly positive. Our sincere thanks to Dan, and to all the employess there, who made this end up so well! Lindsay and Diane Parks

I'm a very picky person when it comes to big purchases. Andrew was absolutely amazing and patient with me through the whole process and my many back and forth decisions. He didn't hover over or hound us into buying anything. He let us explore, answered all questions quickly and found us the couch we loved for the small space we have to work with. Went looking for living room and bedroom furniture. Bobbie actually moved furniture around for us so that we could see them all together. She also did a rest test on both my husband and I. That was really something I have never done before. She was not rushed, explained everything to us about the mattress and pillows. We had the best experience with her. We were there for 3.5-4 hours. And never once did she seem rushed. Thank you Bobbie for an amazing experience.

We bought our couch a few years ago it was extremely reasonable price, process went smooth and after a few years the couch still looks like new.

I was welcomed the second I walked through the door and felt welcome my whole time there. Ms. Neal was EXTREMELY helpful with pointing me in the direction of what bed and platform I not only wanted but was qouted very well and was told about their upcoming sales to save money. Another sales lady was very informative on warranties and where and how the products were made. This put me at ease as they are not just selling me product but they actully know what they are selling. Will reccomend them over and over again.

I needed to purchases some patio furniture and after looking at the various styles and prices online, I called the DuBois store and spoke with Melissa. She was very knowledgeable about the product and she was also upfront and honest about in-store pricing (compared to the online prices). After a few calls back and forth, her and her manager were able to work out a fair price (that included delivery and protection plan) that was to my satisfaction, so I made the purchase over the phone. Melissa made the whole process a very pleasant experience. I've purchased other furniture from this store in the recent past and have had no complaints at all. I will continue to look here for my future furniture needs.

I went there needing an adjustable bed and matress by the next day....These ladies were on the phone making calls and got me exactly what I needed in less than 30 min. The price was pretty great too? Twice they told me something would he delivered in two weeks. The first time two years ago it took 5 weeks and then when I cancelled they wanted me to pay for it being delivered. Now I have been waiting since May for a recliner. Again they said two weeks.
