Visisted this store to purchase an adjustable base bed and new mattress. I had a brand in mind and my sales person, Lloyd, took me to the product in the store. He gave me all the options available for the product, but did not push me to purchase any specific model. Listened to what I wanted and was able to provide me with a bed for my needs. Great experience. Beautiful store!! The Sleep Gallery is darker than the rest of the store which I think is genius for purchasing a bed. Excellent experience and would definiately recommend.
Was just in to check product availability and to see if we could possibly find a couch that we liked and fit our budget and we found one that fit just perfect with our budget and family
Went up for a mattresses, met some super friendly staff that helped my wife and i find the perfect matress for our budget.

Great first time experience! Sales person didn’t hover like some do. Told him what I was looking for, he directed me towards the items. I walked around and checked everything out, he checked on me so often then once I found the one I wanted he was thorough and explained everything very well!

Ok experience. Being able to able for credit online and checking things at the store was nice. No one bothers you while u are shopping. And they will also order what u find that is online only.
We went looking for a lounge chair we found what we were looking for on the floor in the store. we ordered it payed for it and it was delivered two days later. We are very happy with the service and the delivery guys. Every thing went smooth and we are very happy we went the Ashely Store.

Hello. Shopped in the Erie, PA today with my aunt (89) and uncle (92). They were looking for a sleeper sofa and a recliner. Ed (our sales guy) helped us out. So patient and accommodating! Let us look around and explore the possibilities. They decided on HER sofa and HIS recliner. My aunt mentioned that my uncle was a veteran and that popped up a little discount. Lol They are happy with their selections. And we didn't have to go all over town looking anywhere else! Thanks again, Ed! And be on the lookout, my sister might be back for one of those recliners too!

After shopping online for a while for something specific I decided to stop in on a whim to check out what was there. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for with the help of Ringo. He was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. After bringing home a fabric sample to see what worked best in my space I returned the following day to finalize everything. Received help from Lloyd and he was also so great to work with. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and will return.

Update. Today was a better experience and the situation was corrected from previous issue. Well, Being with John V 18 yrs..I was hoping fir the best after the last fiasco 2yrs ago involving very poor customer service including a CS rep lying right to me. Well, unfortunately nothing change. Day 1. 1 sales rep Ashley asked to assist me an was very pleasant. But every1 one I counted 4. Ignored me and continued there personal conversation w/teammates. I was the Only customer in the entire building. Day 3, I returned 2 days later and it just got worse. Between the desk CS to a manager telling me multi times just put your return credit on your account. You Can definitely. and he repeated it multi times that I definitely can use that credit On line at Ashley, and John V. No you Can't , per Your on line sales that Credit is only good In store where thete is No item I want. I Called the store asked specifically for that manager and was told by the same CS, he's busy I'll take name and he'll call you. Tha was 3 days ago I'm aware they couldn't care less about this review. But I put it out there anyway.

My wife and I made a stop while furniture shopping in Erie. Our sales representative, Cody, was very helpful. We didn’t intend on buying anything but they had exactly what we needed and Cody answered all our questions and even offered personal advice. Went to Ashley Furniture yesterday. My grandma saw a pillow there a week ago, things happened and she didn't get the pillow. So I went to get the pillow for her. Our sales guy Oliver P. went so far above and beyond for this $29 pillow, I asked if I could go through him to get my next furniture purchases in South Carolina. Unfortunately he said he couldn't do that because they would get shipped to Erie, but if you EVER need furniture and go to John V Schultz or Ashley Furniture on Peach Street, ask for Oliver P. because this dude is awesome and if he is going to help us walk all over a store to find a terribly described pillow that will get him little to no commission, I can only imagine what he will do if you actually buy something big.
julie was awesome. we went in looking for a new mattress, had no idea what we wanted or what to look for. she asked us a few questions & we found the perfect one in no time at all. she was super nice, easy going, & explained everything super well to us. we were very happy with our visit & will be returning when we buy more furniture

We knew what we wanted so we made it easy for Julie to help us. She even helped us save a little money on the product we wanted. We don't have a lot of room for furniture, but if we are looking for something in the. future, Ashley will be one of our first stops.
My wife and I went into Ashley store looking for a couple small end tables our sales associate Brian showed us the one we saw on line. My wife loved them so we decided to get two tables. Told my wife let's look a a recliner for me Brian showed us a few and I saw one I really liked. Told my wife to sit in it big mistake. She wanted one so we got two. Well,.... at this time in erie pa, Saint Pat's day became a day to purchase for my 78y.o. friend a new complete bed outfit. Simplicity, sufficient durability, fair pricing, and nice stuff! was the aim today. So,.... we walked into this plush store filled with sah-wheeeat stuff! Wondering where to look for the bed frame & matress which we had already in mind albeit due online diligence. Through the door and warm foyer entrance way, we were professionally greeted by a sharply dressed sales person whose initials being O.P. and was eager enough to assist. Next up, we found these 2 items, explored every detail, made our selections and we then headed for the register! He helped us fine and furniture too, ending with "will a 4/04/24 delivery do?...." I quickly responded why yes sir it will after the exchange of debit an some green bill too... We thanked all staff and were soon out that front door, eager with puchase heading home for a green Yuengling pour! Thanks Oliver..... Also, happy saint Patricks day no further adue, from me and my new sound sleeper friend Bill.... too... TTYL🛌☘️

The sales associate was great. However, the process afterwards wasn’t that great. We scheduled the pickup for a Wednesday. We showed up & they didn’t have the couch. They never called us to let us know and also didn’t apologize when we got there. Same thing happened on Friday. We had to call to find out it still wasn’t delivered, they did not call us. Schedules were moved around & overall was a frustrating experience after the initial purchase.

She helped us to "scientifically" measure just the right mattress that was just right for us! She handled everything from selection to delivery date and made sure we understood everything! No surprises! Great experience! Did I mention we also bought new chairs for our Dining Room?

We were told by the salesman that sold us our new Mattress that we could get $300 store credit for use in their store for buying our new mattress. He also stated that if we didn't use it by the end of the month, that we would receive a $300 gift card we could use anywhere. According to the manager we spoke with today that was a lie. The only use of the $300 credit was to buy something else in their store. Certainly not what the salesman had told us,

I bought a recliner back in March of this year. Had an issue with it, and they did everything they could to fix it. In the end, I had to replace the chair with a different model. In life, you come across defective products. How the company handles the matter is what counts. Hence, the 5 stars. Wonderful staff working there. Ashley, the manager, made sure it was taken care of to my satisfaction. Thanks guys.

I went in to check out some of the sectionals I saw online and wasn’t planning on purchasing today. Working with Jamie Arnold made the process so simple and stress-free that I ended up purchasing and scheduling delivery for next month when we move. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and allows you to have plenty of time & space to explore all of their options. I would absolutely recommend working with her if you are visiting in-store!
Salesperson Mark spent a lot of time with me, helping me find just what I was looking for, and what fit into my budget. Other stores had literally told me, "not to be cruel, but if you have a budget, this probably isn't the store for you. Perhaps try Big Lots?" Very happy with the sectional we picked out, the price, the 5 year warranty. Would definitely recommend Ashley to anyone.

Out of all the Furniture stores in Erie, J.V.s, is the only one we’ve boughten our furniture from. DeWitt was a big help with my wife.
My pick up for furniture was scheduled for Wednesday 4/12. Per the phone call you could come from 11-7 to pick up. I arrive at 6:01 and pick up door is closed and employees gone. Employee comes and tells me I cannot pick up. Mattress and box spring are there for pick up but rest of my order is missing. After an hour the manager and 2 employees get my stuff and we are able to load. If I was not persistent I would have not got the furniture. When asked to deliver my furniture at a later date I was told no. However the store did not do their part on having my items ready by the date they told me. I was not pleased with the customer service. The person I bought my items from was great and she is very helpful. I highly recommend using her as the sales person.

Trudy, one of the staff who assisted us was so friendly and very helpful. She had to make sure that we get the sofa that we really want and gave us all the options regarding the description of the sofa that we want.
I’m not a huge fan of furniture stores. They typically mark things up too much and then have these big “sales”. But, in reality, they are a necessary evil. I needed a new bed and mattress and they needed my business. Today, every was very kind and very helpful. I didn’t feel bombarded by sales people. The sales person listened to my needs and for me doing right away. I will, for sure, go back again.

While the store was quite busy, I was okay with that. I like to browse and check out my options because being bombarded by sales associates. Honestly this was the easy buying option I've had. Oliver was very helpful and informative. He told me my options, made sure I was comfortable with the process and understood what was going on. He apologized for not being greeted and helped as soon as I got in the store but I was actually okay with that. It was no big deal for me.

Will never order from Ashley furniture again been lied to 3 times on call center 1 disconnected the call and never called back told me it was delivered one day and it didn't even ship the another one said it was being delivered the next day never showed up now it is delayed

Our salesman was excellent as always as we are repeat customers. However the sales manager, Bob, was very rude when our salesman asked a question about financing our purchase. He made no eye contact with us or even acknowledged we were present. He bombarded our salesman with irrelevant questions that had no bearing on what were inquiring about. We recently moved to Erie and choose to buy our furniture from store, thinking the quality will be better than online and better customer service in case of issue. Ashley is a big name so we chose it. But it is the opposite. Our coffee table started peeling within a week. Store has 3 day return policy and high delivery fee. plus a super bad customer service. Don't waste your time, money and energy, just buy online. It is difficult to judge by looking at it, if it is real wood or fake/engineered wood.

Absolutely horrible experience with Ashley's. First thing I will say the staff overall has been pretty good. That being said we waited well over 7 months for the furniture, and 2 of the 4 pieces came in bad. Noticeable bad to where you wonder how they passed quality checks. Got a return rocking chair and that is also bad. Communicating with customer service is pretty hit or miss, And on top of that replacement parts for our table are still another 3 to 4 months out. I know it's not all Ashley's furniture fault. But it needs to be better. We were planning on getting a ton more stuff there that we won't be getting now.
Couch was purchased in August and delivered in late January with loose threads in multiple places, which is fine and I took care of. Since then, there are seams ripped in 3 different places and cushions and ottoman are already deforming. Color has also faded drastically since it was delivered. When I bought the couch, I purchased the Platinum warranty, which apparently doesn't cover seams ripping of any kind. It is unlikely to even claim your warranty because the staff do not respond to email or reach out via calling or texting after emailing multiple times with photos and descriptions. Overall I have been very dissatisfied with the couch, and after only 7 months of light use I don't think I should have any of the issues I'm having considering the amount of money I've wasted on it. Wouldn't recommend Ashley or John V to anyone because of the quality and experience I've had. Photos show when I first got the couch vs now.
DeWitt was the single best furniture consultant we have ever had. Never have a met a man so willing and able to help someone out. He asked great questions, got us thinking about our needs, wants, and actually got us to reevaluate our initial thoughts. He never pushed us towards a product, and I never felt that he was trying to upsell us in any way. I cannot thank him enough for his help, and we will definitely be back to buy from him in the future.

Be careful i order sofa sets and they send me wrong sofa legs so I went to store to exchange sofa legs they said they have to order it and they said it should be in 1week but it’s been 2 and half months I have not got yet and worse customer service
Do not spend your money on the junk that they sell. Very poor quality and extremely poor customer service. They do not stand behind their products. They are in a hurry to sell you the junk furniture but refuse to help their customers with issues that they have with the garbage that they sell. Spend a little bit more and buy from a reputable company.
Trudy was so great with us! She gave us helpful information in regards to sectionals, fabrics, rearrangement and financial options. We were there for about an hour couch hoping and she caught up with us when we found the one. We didn't even have to go find her. She was so nice and informative.

The sales person promised that the items were in stock and would be delivered in 30-45days which was fine. We are now three months in on the wait and I called today and they are now expecting a February delivery. Very unimpressed with the sales staff.
The Ashley Home Store was no pressure sales. Jamie Arnold helped us look up a bedroom set we wanted to ensure the pieces we wanted were In Stock, so we could take them home same day. Frustrated that the same Armoire was across the lot at their Discount store for +$300 MORE!! They sell damaged pieces there for 1/2 off… of Marked Up Prices!! Really made my husband mad. It was the same price UNdamaged with the Black Friday Sale. Ugh Glad we got the nice pieces though.

I’m a patient person, I work in customer service and know how to speak kindly to everyone. Ordered a couch in June, was told End of July, called end of July and was told first week of Sept, called first week of September told middle of Oct, called first week of oct to make sure and was told end of November. Each time I called, I was kind, understanding especially since I know everyone is short staffed and backed up on orders due to Covid. Called to cancel my order and get a refund today, and they told me my couch was in and they could get it from another location ASAP. No refund me for the couch. THIS IS NOT OKAY. If thats a possibility then why didn’t you do this already? Come on guys… should have told me over the phone when you called you mishandled my order straight up. I’m a big girl and can handle it. Lesson: if you aren’t getting your order, call and cancel, your couch with magically appear! Also a side point. I NEVER leave reviews, I’ve never left a written review until today. So you know I’m mad.

We have been waiting since the beginning of July for our furniture. The sales guy lied to our face! The day of sale our estimate date of delivery was middle of September now mid October due to manufacturing. WHAT?!?! The sales guy sat down with his hand held computer and said everything we ordered was in the warehouse that it was the delivery that would be a challenge!?!? These people lie!!! Never would i recommend this place!!!
The experience was overall ok, I’ve had better before. I was in search of a new bed, I found one I like and they had started there Labor Day sale. The financing part was annoying, they had a 17 year old talking how she didn’t know finances and how it worked and kept rolling her eyes. I went back up today because I wasn’t told of getting the additional money off, then come to find out my sales person ordered the wrong bed that I wanted,’so they had to switch it out, today the customer service was top notch and I appreciate the one woman at the customer service and the guy for getting everything taken care of for me. When I told them who did my sale they weren’t surprised it was all messed up. I would still come back because the product is great but definitely will make sure it’s not the older woman that did my sale she was sweet but definitely need to double check to make sure you’re getting the right product and told the right details
I entered the store where I was met by Jeff Marthers. I explained what I was interested in purchasing. He professionally showed me the sofa and recliner. He explained to me how the furniture needed to be ordered. I paid a down payment and was extremely happy. Jeff was helpful and professional.
The sales associate took the time to figure out why the couch I ordered was taking so long to be delivered and even took the time to look up other couches to see if they would be delivered any earlier. She was very patient and helpful.

Ordered my mattress on 5/27 and finally got it 7/3. They told me 7-10 days. Not happy.
My previous experiences with this store were actually very positive. My wife ordered a bed online and it was delivered to our house a month and a half later. We set up the bed and it broke within 5 minutes of us sitting on it. After many calls to corporate I finally got to talk to a human being who said they would send out a replacement but would not offer any time range on when we received it. I offered to keep the bed and repair it for a discount and they offered me 10% of the original purchase price. Meanwhile we have a broken bed and are out the money we used to pay for it. This happened about a month ago and I have not heard a thing from the company. I’m very disappointed in the quality and the customer service. Months later I still have not heard anything from corporate and have not received my new bed. Absolutely zero contact from anyone updating me or offering information. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and the product. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn’t do anything. They said they could send me the broken part of the bed. But the entire bed is broken.
Lloyd was our salesman and he was great! He listened to what we wanted and found choices for us and made our purchase smooth! It was a pleasant experience!!!

I was in the store two different times within one hour. Each time, not one person walked up to me. Very disappointed. If I didn’t already have my couch that I wanted picked out I would of went to another store and spent my money else where. Finally some one asked me if they could help me. He answered my questions and I purchased my sectional. Not a place I would really recommend for costumer service. Like I said if I didn’t have the couch I wanted in mind already I would of went somewhere else.
Went in to look around and find a couch. Actually found one for a good deal. Julie came over after a few minutes and she made it super easy. Wasn't pushy or anything too, and advised on the better delivery option. I won't have the couch for like 8 weeks, which sucks. But hey Julie was cool!
The service was terrible. Our salesperson was rude. She kept making snide comments under her breath and didn't know what she was doing while ringing us up. She basically acted like we were wasting her time by being there. I am being generous giving her two stars. I don't know if I would shop in your store again because of her.

Then of course when i call and complain im told the date i was given was just a estimate. Extremely bad bad buisness done by these folks.
Bought a full set of Couches almost 3 months ago & still haven’t received them. I called today & apparently I gotta wait another month. Never again. & I paid in full!!! Smh. Every time I call it’s a different date for them to be delivered!! And when I called to complain all of sudden “it’s just an estimate” Very bad business!!! Very unprofessional!!!

Jeffrey O’Connell was wonderful to work with. We wanted a new mattress and knew very little about what all was out there. He was patient and explained the differences between each type of mattress. Not only did we purchase a mattress, we got a bed and nightstands too.
We were searching for our first couch for our home. We went to the Erie location and they had a very large variety of sectionals however, none of them were in stock. We went decided we could wait for a couch we liked, 3/4 pieces were in stock and could get us by. When looking on delivery options our items could be delivered December 17th. The salesmen said that the last piece will unfortunately not be able to be delivered until March 9th. We are reasonable and said we could wait. Fast forward to now, we still have not received a bill for the furniture, my credit score is down 50 pts because of this absent bill that I now have to call Wells Fargo to track down. I called the day before March 9th, they said it was on a slight delay for March 20th. I called today and they told me it won’t be in until the first week of May. They have never reached out or communicated any delays unless I called them to ask. Will never buy nor recommend this place to anyone ever again.
Terrible bought a couch in February said it would get here till March 9th well that's tomorrow. Now it's not going to be here till May. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME

First time buying from here. My experience was great! Frank Iacovetta helped me and he was friendly and didn’t persuade me to get a better mattress like some salesman do. I told him what I wanted and he put the order in for it. Would definitely come back when we need other furniture in the future.
When we entered the store it took about 10 minutes to get help and the salesman said to look for him when we needed him. We couldn’t find him or anyone else to help us for over an hour. We finally talked to another salesman who called our salesman to us. He then showed up 20 minutes later and said he was helping someone else and he would be back in 5 minutes. An hour later we found him helping someone else. It took over 2 hours for us to purchase a rug and a fake plant. We would have check out ourselves but there is no place to checkout on your own. We were told our rug would be delivered in 7-14 days tomorrow is day 14 and still no rug. I called on day 8 to see when it will be delivered and it hadn’t shipped yet. The lady said she would call us with an update and still haven’t heard anything. I will not be shopping at Ashley again.

I hate writing a review like this but it needs to be. My fiance and I made our 1st big living room purchase. Its a beautiful sectional that we will love (ONCE WE GET IT!!) We ordered back in the middle of October and were told we should have it middle of November early December. That did not happen. I do understand with the pandemic things are extremely delayed and what not but that is not what my complaint is. Got a call and a text to confirm delivery on 12th of January and it was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 15th. So in preparation for that we gave away our couches to make room for the sectional. Sectional arrived on Friday at a great time delivery guys were super friendly but they never pulled the couch out of the truck do to extreme damage to two of the 3 pieces. (Again I understand these things happen). Was told that new pieces would not arrive at the store until Monday and we would get scheduled for a delivery on Friday afternoon between the hours of 2pm and 5pm. So I call off work again and waited till 5:30pm to call for an update. Was told "you are was the next stop and they were in my town so it shouldn't be much longer". Waited till 7:30pm to call and the offices are closed and no couch was delivered. Called and left a voice mail that night around 8pm or so. I waited for them to return my call until 10:30 am. Called and was told they had no clue what happened but the trucks are already out for delivery for the day and they would not be able to make a delivery till Friday the January 29th. So this will be almost three weeks without furniture and 2 days of worked miss and all they would do was waive my delivery fee. I got no explanation for why my couch was literally in my very small town at 5 but never received it. Very disappointed.
Stopped to purchase replacement part. Took time to write up $11 dollar sale and then was taken to customer service to pay and then told after all that I could pick up parts at warehouse a day later. Salesman said I was rude when I was upset I could not get part I was paying for. He mistook incredulous for rude. Had bought furniture here in past but never again. Not once was I told parts not in store.
At first wonderful, my salesman was knowledgeable and attentive, we went through several different options on bedroom sets until I finally landed on one I loved, I called my wife and told her the price, she asked me to make an offer, so I did, I told this salesman ok, walked out and called my wife, just to ensure we are good spending the money. We were and my salesman, a fat man balding, was very disappointing and very disrespectful. I’m happy another salesman stepped up and If it weren’t for Bob, I would’ve never bought, and would’ve never set up an appointment to furnish my new house. I don’t know who he is, he’s fat and did not want to deal with me, he was defeated and that’s terrible in a commission based job, word of mouth in this town goes a long way, just ask for bob.

Unfortunately, I must give an honest review. We made our first living room purchase. We were so excited to get a sectional and we loved the options we had to choose from. We found the perfect sectional! We purchased it in August and were told to expect it the first week of October. The end of September rolls around and it is pushed back 6 or so weeks. No big deal, we totally understood. We call again to check up on it and get a delivery scheduled for Dec. 1st. FINALLY! We pay off the rest of the sectional to find out that we are looking towards the middle of January-End of January for delivery. They told me husband, "We don't know why you were told it was going to be delivered Dec. 1st, we aren't telling people dates" We would have been willing it wait it out if we hadn't felt like we were lied to and had out hopes up three separate occasions. We are just so disappointed. 2 starts because we liked the style of the sectional a lot and the person who helped up cancel our order was nice and willing to listen.

I was not completely informed about mattress return policy...after a few days my matress was already making my back hurt. I couldn't return or replace it. Needed to pay extra 140$. At time of purchase...so saving up for a new mattress nd will definately buy one somewhere else😖😣

Employees were great to work with! I couldn't give 5 stars because the online system for generating availability dates for furniture did not have information for some pieces I wanted to order. Covid is causing significant delays with furniture among other things which is understandable. My need for furniture is immediate so knowing when it will arrive is the most important factor in my purchase. The items I did purchase have dates of arrival; however, I was told that delays are possible, even likely. I was also disappointed to find that my Ashley CC account was closed due to inactivity. I do not recall getting any notice from Synchrony. How often do people buy furniture?! Overall a great experience and prices are fair.

Ordered a couch on June 13, 2020 and the salesman said that because they were behind the earliest delivery they would be able to do is July 24, 2020. In which I said that was fine and I understood the circumstances. However on July 21, 2020 I received a confirmation text, which was to confirm the delivery for July 24, 2020. I confirmed it and then the next day I get a call from the store saying that the couch is not in yet and the next available date for delivery would be August 14, 2020. I wouldn't be too upset if I received a call a week or two before the delivery date but two days before is just ridiculous. I have a house with no couch and now I have to go almost another whole month without one. If you want a couch from here and they say it's going to be a month, what they really mean is that it will be 2 or 3 months. Very disappointed With Ashley.

If you want decent customer service do not go to this store! Apparently Ashley furniture and the Ashley website are completely different entities. I ordered 2 twin beds online and when they arrived they we’re both missing rails and slats. I went to the local store where I spoke with Dewitt who was completely rude and unhelpful. If Ashley furniture is going to use the same name as the online retailer they should probably back up the product in store. If you want to speak with customer service good luck! You stay on hold and they never call back. I will never order furniture online on in store through this company. Terrible experience!
I bought a mattres a few days ago and it was from memory fom and on Saturday I went to bring it and at night I came taking it out of the box we realize that this was not the one we bought, and we went the next day to say that the mattres was not that and they told us that they were going to call us the next day and nothing would solve the only thing I want. that they change the mattres for which we buy or that they return my money to a vat room to buy but after this. do not feel like buying

Had our sectional delivered 4/2. They were not allowed to bring in house due to Covid. It was dropped off on porch. Which I am ok with. They refunded full delivery fee. We bring the couch in the house and instantly we see strings coming out of every seam on the couch. Not small ones, large ones. Everywhere. Instantly reached out. Sent pictures. And here we are 5/5 with no resolution on how to fix this.

Watch prices on bedding in store. Individual prices on mattresses and frames are cheaper than their combined price. Internet pricing was cheaper than in store. Manager said they are not held responsible for internet pricing through their site and she won’t honor pricing.
If you pick up your own furniture from the warehouse, either have them open it there to inspect it and then have them re-package it(which is a pain) for your trip home OR document everything and inspect it as soon as you get it home. I’ve received damaged goods twice now and the burden of proof was placed on me to prove it wasn’t me that damaged the furniture even though I informed them as soon as I got home. The customer service team is very skeptical and that is carried through into management.

Cody was awesome in helping me pick out everything, I needed from a new bedroom set to a living room set. He never hovered around me, he just let me do my thing, and if I had any questions he answered them. He never pressured me into getting something I didn't think or thought wouldn't have looked right in the house. 10 stars to him for sure, for outstanding customer service. The only reason, I rated this a four star is because of the prices, still alittle on the high side. I Defiling could have went somewhere else and Purchased a lot more for what I paid for the living and bedroom set here.
Delivery of my bed frame and mattress was scheduled a month out from date of purchase. They called a week prior to delivery date stating that there were 2 pieces of the frame that were delayed and had to reschedule for another 2 weeks out. I am satisfied with the mattress; however, the bed frame is a rickety piece of junk! The headboard is wobbly and the frame itself is just not stable. Will never purchase anything ever again from them.

I went in to the store knowing I had a pretty tight time restraint. When I first walked in I was overwhelmed and didnt think I was ever going to find something. I was greeted immediately by Jeff. He was great! He respected the time crunch and listened to what I liked and didnt like. He only showed me options he thought I'd like and he was so helpful! He didnt brush us away thinking he wouldnt make a sale because of the time frame. He was thorough and kind and helped me find the perfect set for what I needed! I would definitely recommend going in and seeing jeff! It was the best furniture buying experience I've ever had!!

I want there during their presidents day sale and was offered 25% off what I wanted to purchase. I was also told that there were 21 in stock at the warehouse. I was hoping for a little more of a sale, so I waited. I went back a week after their presidents day sale because they had a sign up that I thought said 30% (I guess it meant up to 30%, I didn't see the astrik). I asked the sales associate if my item would ever have a 30% off sale and he said it was 30% during the presidents day sale. I was not happy and bonus... I have to wait for my items because they did not have them in stock...but I made my purchase for 25% off because I doubt that a sales associate would ever be honest with me there.
The experience was comfortable. Customer service from staff was helpful , especially with choosing furniture. Prices wonderful/ affordable as well. Can't wait for my new sectional!

Sales associate asked me my name about 10 different times and he had a somewhat meltdown when his computer didn't work. He was pretty pushy and rude when it came to selecting a couch. Waited 2 weeks for delivery only to find out the sales guy ordered the wrong couch formation. Now I am waiting a month for the correct one. A MONTH!!!! Extremely disappointed. About the only good thing was the delivery team. They were polite and extremely efficient. Would not recommend buying furniture there.

***Posting for my father**** When we went into Ashley Furniture in Erie, Pa the woman that helped was was great. She was nice and very helpful. My dad bough a bed that was supposed to have 1 drawer on each side of the bed and 4 at the bottom. We picked up the bed today and there is only 1 draw on 1 side and the 4 at the bottom. We were also told, because we picked up the bed ourselves, we could pick up at 7am at the warehouse. We were told this but not only the saleswoman but also the warehouse worker that called my father to let him know the items were there. We get there at 7:30am and we were told we could not pick up the bed until 10am. We finally get the bed and get it home only to find that the one side rail was broke. We drove into Ashley's so my father could talk with a manager. The manager would not leave his office to talk with my father. We live about 20 minutes away from the store. So ultimately my father got a broken bed that wasn't even what he ordered to begin with.

guaranteed my stuff in a week thats what sold me on it called and only half came in spent alot of money and only thing they want to give me is free delivery that is worth $120.00 it's going to be another week to two weeks I offered to go pick up out of town but they couldn't tell me where it was at
