Adam was great to work with, patient and answered all of our questions! He gave us all measurements we needed and didn’t hover while we tried making our decision but stayed close enough to keep answering our questions. Excited to receive our new couch. Will update when we get our delivery!

I don’t even want to give the store a one star. The first delivery was delayed to begin with. When it finally arrived, the delivery man threw the stuff in the door and refused to put it together. I was given this option when purchasing and I expressly said no. I made them take it back. Second delivery, they put it together, but put the legs on backward. Third delivery, the table was scratched up. At this point, I told them to return everything. They refused to take back the chairs. I am now 2 1/2 months later. Everything has been returned for two weeks. I have taken off three days from work for this. Refund would not be given unless I was present with my ID and original credit card. I was told everything was good and went into the store at 8 o’clock at night. It’s now after nine and I was told I had to leave that there was nothing that they could do. They tried to refund half my money The manager while nice enough is completely useless. Corporate cuts them off, and he cannot even do a simple refund without an approval. For an hour, this manager called his higher up manager, only for it to be approved right before 9 PM. He was still locked out of everything and could not do anything. Why does this company have a manager that is not allowed to do anything? Why is his manager, Joe Gallo, not available immediately when needed if his own manager that he employees cannot do a simple refund. Where were you Joe? At all points of transaction, I expressed I wasn’t being treated correctly, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. Now I have to go back again because they still won’t process the refund and I’m only leaving half of my money that they have had for over two months. Did I mention that I got rid of my table and chairs two months ago for delivery? My family has had nothing to eat on for this long. This place should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!
