My experience from the one I walked into the store until I left was top-tier. The manager greeted me in a very friendly manner and asked how he could help. I had been there the previous week to look around / get some measurements and Valerie was very helpful and even sent me off with printouts of the two pieces that I was considering. Valerie was already busy helping a client and had another one waiting. The manager came and found me and let me know. While I was waiting, I noticed another sales person who was also working with a client. He was super friendly and informative. As he was walking past me, I asked him a few questions which he promptly answered. His name was Adam. The manager came to check on me again and see if he could help me and I mentioned that if Valerie was not available, I would love to deal with Adam. I’m happy with the purchase that I made and I can’t wait for it to be delivered. I also want to mention that upon checkout, Adam made sure to request that they also put Valerie onto the sale as she had been the first person to help me. That speaks volumes of integrity and I have a lot of respect for that. I would absolutely come back to this store, which by the way is an hour away from my home for my next purchase and I would absolutely seek out Adam again

Our salesman Chris was super nice, no pressure, and very helpful when needed. We purchased a dining table set and are waiting for it to ship. We have purchased other things from Ashley in the past.

We went in to see a couch we found online to make sure we really liked it. Our sales associate was Kirk, he was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated his laid back approach, we didnt feel smothered or pressured. We even seen an extra piece to the couch we didnt see online. Very happy we purchased from the store.

Our experience was a positive one. We were able to browse the large inventory at our leisure with help from our sales representative when information was requested. We were informed of the qualities of the item we decided to purchase as well as warranties and protection plan available. Our item was available from their warehouse and delivery was scheduled promptly. We will be visiting Ashley for future purchases.

Update: still no furniture. I’ve called the store now twice, I get the same run around answer “sorry product is delayed”. Brian signed an updated contract that we would have a delivery 1/22 or 1/23 and now being told 1/29. It’s been 80+ days without furniture and I have not been offered a single solution or at bare minimum a partial refund. I’ve emailed the support@ email and nothings. Insane a customer buys an entire bedroom set and hasn’t even been offered the floor model. Why should I wait for product, they should wait instead. Beyond comprehension the level of dissatisfaction I have. I ordered an entire bedroom set on 10/26. Was told pieces would arrive within 2-3 weeks. Bed arrived within that window, now it’s 1/13 and been given extended timeline after timeline on dresser and night stands. Roberto has repeatedly told me items will arrive but every time I call it’s another 2 weeks. Contract now states I could ask for a refund but I can’t return the bed as it’s already been accepted (no mention of that in contract). I purchased a set and not a bed. Insane it takes 3+ months and chasing the store down to get no where. They should have offered me the floor model at a reduced rate and they waited 3 months for the items, not a customer. No fan of this store and will not purchase any further pieces until I get answers

BEWARE. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. BEWARE. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from Ashley's Furniture. The Fairless Hills PA location or any for that matter. They sell absolute junk of furniture. Do not buy the extended plan as it's absolute SCAM. After little over two years my just under $3k sectional is ready for trash, mind I bought the 5 year extended plan. The elastic cushion support is garbage it eventually rips and couch is no longer usable "Sorry no parts available there's nothing we can do for you". Went to the store to talk to the GM named Brian. Told him the story and he couldn't believe it. "They should replace it for you if they can't fix it I was told. Took my info and I was assured I get answers. Next day I received a phone call from the warranty company stating they can give me store credit for the extended warranty plan cost. Haha, right because I want to buy more garbage from you. You will get zero help and they will tell you to have your attorney contact them. Sadly this was a decent company at one point but no longer is. Unfortunately small claims court here I come. Also state attorneys general office will hear about this shady practice.

I had the best experience with the people who took care of me. The salesman Roberto was excellent at explaining the difference between the mattresses and made the shopping experience great,including the time at the register with all of the paperwork. He isan outstanding salesman who knows the people he is working with. When the mattress was delivered the two guys who delivered it were on time ,polite and clean and quick. A great experience!

Receive my daddy room set on November. 11th delivery was fine. Check my email with my furniture receipt for $599. The manager of this stor the person. Who sold me the furniture? Brian Kenner told me that the 5 year warranty was free. Shipping was free and come to find out that I pay for All of It. And the furniture wasn't even new. It was on display, and he act like I was getting a deal. I will be putting in a dispute with my bank and good thing that you record thing because I have it on Voice Recorder. What he offered me and I repeatedly asked him. Was I getting this stuff for free? And he said yes. Crooks!

When we initially went to the store we were looking for a new living couch for our new home with no expectations. Chris greeted us at the front door and was helpful throughout the whole experience. He showed us a couple options and was knowledgeable on the different qualities of couches for our specific comfort. We didn’t leave with anything that day. We came the next weekend and again there was Chris ready to help, figured out the great deals and numbers for purchase, and assisted with any remaining questions we had. We left purchasing our new living room couch and ottoman very pleased. Thanks Chris for your help and expertise. Can’t wait for our delivery to arrive!! If you stop pass this specific location of Langhorne ask for Chris if he’s not already at the front ready and waiting for you!

This location constantly disappoints us. My husband and I bought all our furniture from this location in 2017 when we bought our home. Everything went perfect and we were so happy with how smooth the buying process was and the delivery . Fast forward to 2019 and I bought my husband a recliner for Father’s Day. The recliner kept getting pushed back, we were told one date after the next. It got so frustrating that i cancelled the order and went to the Northeast location, placed the order and got the chair delivered 3 days later. 2020 we bought the matching sofa to the recliner, when it was delivered there was a tear on the back. Trying to get someone to come out to repair it was difficult. But in the end they still came and fixed it. Now-2025, we placed an order for a bedroom set for our boys, we spent about 5k on everything. We were told 2 weeks for delivery, it’s 2 weeks now and it’s pushed back past 1 month of us buying it. I have called several times trying to speak with Brian- the store manager and the one who made the sale, I’m told hes either not in or he won’t return my calls. I feel as this location only cares about making the sale then they wash there hands of you. I as the paying customer should not have to keep calling for updates on our order. If the furniture is being pushed back, it would be nice to get a phone call from the store letting me know. This will be our final purchase at this location, we’ve had to many mishaps and it’s stressful, especially when your paying a lot of your hard earned money.

I did my research ahead of time, but still walked around the store and tried out a bunch of sofas. Everyone was very nice. From the Associate (Adam) that wrote up my order to the young lady (Brielle) that helped look up my account and took my payment. A very good experience.

Stephen was a phenomenal salesman. We never felt pressured to make a purchase. He was knowledgeable and if we asked a question he wasn't sure about, he asked someone else whether in the store or over the phone.

Had a great experience mattress shopping, salesman was nice and didn't bother us while we decided. Ashley furniture decided to take the phone number from my sales order and sign me up for text notifications. Not acceptable. My future business lost for this reason alone.

I don’t even want to give the store a one star. The first delivery was delayed to begin with. When it finally arrived, the delivery man threw the stuff in the door and refused to put it together. I was given this option when purchasing and I expressly said no. I made them take it back. Second delivery, they put it together, but put the legs on backward. Third delivery, the table was scratched up. At this point, I told them to return everything. They refused to take back the chairs. I am now 2 1/2 months later. Everything has been returned for two weeks. I have taken off three days from work for this. Refund would not be given unless I was present with my ID and original credit card. I was told everything was good and went into the store at 8 o’clock at night. It’s now after nine and I was told I had to leave that there was nothing that they could do. They tried to refund half my money The manager while nice enough is completely useless. Corporate cuts them off, and he cannot even do a simple refund without an approval. For an hour, this manager called his higher up manager, only for it to be approved right before 9 PM. He was still locked out of everything and could not do anything. Why does this company have a manager that is not allowed to do anything? Why is his manager, Joe Gallo, not available immediately when needed if his own manager that he employees cannot do a simple refund. Where were you Joe? At all points of transaction, I expressed I wasn’t being treated correctly, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. Now I have to go back again because they still won’t process the refund and I’m only leaving half of my money that they have had for over two months. Did I mention that I got rid of my table and chairs two months ago for delivery? My family has had nothing to eat on for this long. This place should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

I rate this location 5 ZEROS! My family and I had an unforgettable and TERRIBLE experience with the store manager and one of the front desk helpers at this location. In mid August, we were PROMISED false September furniture delivery dates by the store manager. Before I even purchased the furniture I asked for a SPECIFIC delivery date. Before I agreed to buy a throw pillow, I explained that I needed everything by September 19th because I am having a gathering at my home. The store manager confirmed the furniture was available at the warehouse, and would be deliverd by September 6th. From that information being told to me, I bought the living room set. Then a few days later I called to check the status and confirm the delivery date, I was notified that my furniture would be delivered on October 13th. I was shocked because the condition that I made clear with the manager before I purchased the set was that I needed it delivered by September 19th. On September 7th I went into the store. The store manager looked me in my face and promised another delivery date, for half of my set for Wednesday, September 10th. To.my dismay, noone called and no delivery was made! I was lied to for the second time! Gratefully, a store clerk, Andrea, was understanding of my frustrations with being lied to on a constant basis. Andrea was able to magically locate my entire living room furniture set, not the half he promised, and secured a delivery date of 9/15. She used a professional tone of voice and was empathetic to the challenges I encountered with the store manager's seemingly incompetence and lack of concern for me as a buying store customer. I wish I could give 0 stars. This store is a nightmare. Please run away to save your hard earned money!!! We bought a bed with them and they talked us into buying the protection plan. The bed was not assembled correctly during delivery and few years later started making creaking noise so we checked the slats only to find out the wrong assembly and slats had cracks. We were still covered in the plan and received no help from customer service or store. The technician they said agreed to the issue and put up wrong notes against our order. We are still being dodged from customer service to store. Don’t buy furniture here if you care for you money. Wayfair and IKEA are much customer friendly options.

New Update for our claim: So Ashley store somehow send the slat bed frame for our king size bed and send the technician to fix it. So now we have the update set and I am good now. But this happened with so much drama. So I will change my review from 1 start to 2 star. Just for helping us and fixing our bed. I would give zero stars to Ashley furniture fair less hills store. We purchased a king size bed in November 2022 and purchased a protection plan costing $400 for 5 years. The bed was not assembled correctly at delivery, the slat started Making creaking noises and slat was tearing down from 3 to 4 places. so we called Ashley store to check our bed frame they sent one technician after inspection the person put in wrong notes about our bed frame slat that it is in good condition and we are not getting any help. He said in the inspection at our home that the slat is broken and needs to be fixed but in the report to Ashley he said the bed is in good state only normal wear and tear and they will not fix it. Such a waste of money buying protection plan when it is not being used. Now we are constantly calling Ashley and they keep on saying that customer service can help you and customer service person is saying store will help you. We will not purchase anything going forward with Ashley store, huge disappointment. Please save your money and go to IKEA they have better products and no drama. The store lady Lauren keeps on saying that you used your protection plan just to call a unprofessional and inexperienced technician who provides incorrect responses to the store. And they cannot help us.

Zero rating the communication in this store is horrible from corporate down to the manager.

I have had an issue with my broken bedframe for over 2 months dealing with store management Devin and Joe on getting the repair completed. The.repair center seems to not communicate with the store because the technician came to my house without any parts which caused me a day of work lost.I am not happy with the unsatisfaction customer service I have been treated with and not getting returned calls from the store. Does anyone know where I can escalate my issue with within Ashley home store?

It seems like the store and the delivery department don't have a proper communication. Everytime I call for follow up about my delivery, nobody can give me a real date and nobody knows where is my couch. The mangers were nice but I am so disappointed about the delivery dates. It would be nice if they can give me an estimate date or at least update me of where is my couch is but nothing.

I went into the store to try and get a dresser and see if I could match nightstands I got a couple years ago. Kirk A & Joe G. Were phenomenal! Usually, when I go into a furniture store, everybody will follow me around and kind of hover while I shop. whereas these two guys were super helpful and tried to match my nightstand as much as possible. I’m gonna be getting new furniture in the future and I’ll make sure I come back here To work with them!! :)

This store is a nightmare! They're holding my $2,500 hostage! I ordered furniture on May 5th, and on June 2nd, after they miss led me and couldn't provide a delivery date, I canceled that damn order. To this day, I haven't gotten a penny back! The transaction is hanging like a ghost, and the money for the tax I paid right away is still gone. They're totally ignoring me! After my third visit, I begged for a callback, but of course, no one bothered. Thieves, that's what they are! And the best part is, I bought the same furniture online on June 5th for $1,000 less, and delivery is on June 20th. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

Show me a postcard telling me that I would have free delivery. I was told by the salesman they would match the price on their own website. After spending 45 minutes there with the salesman, and speaking to the person in charge they would not do both, so I walked out.

We had been to almost every furniture store in the area looking for the right couch—seriously, we were starting to feel like it just didn’t exist. Then we walked into Ashley’s and met Roberto. The best part? He didn’t hover, pressure us, or try to upsell us the second we walked through the door. When we said we were “just looking,” he totally respected that—gave us space to browse, take our time, and really figure out what we liked. Once we were ready with questions, he was right there, super helpful and patient, answering every single one. He walked us through customizing our modular couch (which we’re OBSESSED with now), helped us figure out the best configuration for our space, and made sure everything worked with our style and budget. We truly felt like he was there to help, not just to make a sale. That made all the difference. If you’re furniture shopping, go see Roberto—he made a stressful process actually enjoyable! 🛋️👏

Great customer service! I was being very indecisive over two bedroom sets, and Kirk was helpful in talking through the differences between them but was never pushy. He even walked around with us to find an end table that was the same color as our floors and brought it halfway across the store so that we could see how the finish of the bedroom set would look next to it haha. Most importantly, I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Kirk was nearby in case we needed anything but gave us plenty of space to talk and make our decision. 5 stars!

The sales staff were very friendly and helpful with guidance towards what we were looking for and were helpful in setting up delivery of the furniture we wanted. Unfortunately they didn't have a rocker/recliner that matched the couch we ordered. I'm guessing that the manufacturer didn't create that as part of the furniture set. Overall a good experience and I will return there for at least another piece of that living room set when I can afford it, a few months hopefully.

Great salesperson, not too pushy, didn't actually push at all. Just provided information when necessary and that is what sold the dining set today. My wife came out without any intension of buying today and she made the decision to buy, not me.

I would give them O stars if I could ! There furniture stinks we bought a table with 5 chairs & 1st of all the chairs nail or screws was falling out with in a week & the table was not coated & scratched so bad so now we need to use table clothes ! Then we went to get a recliner because I could not sleep on my back because I have lung cancer & its very painful . So we got the floor sample a power one & did Not know it didn't come with the cord to charge the battery for it to work . They didn't even check & when we called they didn't do anything about it ! They could of ordered one for us but all they care about is making money & there commission. We had to order it ourself! I WILL NEVER GO HERE FOR FURNITURE AGAIN ITS THE WORST FURNITURE STORE WE E ER WENT TO !!!!!!!!

It is a frustrating experience.. We ordered few items more than 3 weeks back and have been hearing all stories for definite delivery date. Every time I hear as some one will call from warehouse to confirm the delivery date since asked to deliver only new items.

The sales associate was great with a amazing personality no problem with him at all. However the repair center and delivery department is horrible to say the least. The legs on the dining room table and chairs were installed using a rechargeable drill causing the bolts to be stripped due to being over tightened. A repair technician comes out and I explain the situation to him he completely agrees and understands also that technician is extremely professional and nice. It's been over a week and I haven't heard anything from ashley. I call and the representative (Sebastian) on the phone is very rude and unprofessional giving me the run around and mis informed if I had this to do again I wouldn't purchase anything from Ashley due to the horrible and unprofessional customer service from the delivery and repair center .

Jasmine was our sales associate. As someone who works in sales and appreciates the craft myself, Jasmine knocked it out the park. She led with questions about our situation that showed her primary focus was to help us get what was best for our situation. We never felt like we were being led in any certain direction other then what was best for us. She gave us space to think things over when appropriate, but also was around for insight and support when needed. 10/10 shopping experience. In a world where you get bombarded at the door in most furniture stores, this was the ideal buy experience for me. Please hire more Jasmines.

Nice staff decent prices

We got a centre table for the living room and it was delivered broken. We returned it and were asked to come back to the store.l to get refund (and it couldnt be done without swiping the card 🙄). During regular hours, the manager was not there and we were told we needed to come back later. We live 45 mins from the store. Never purchasing from this store. Update We called to check if the manager is in store and he was out for lunch at 3 pm. Extremely poor customer service- stay away

We bought section sofa in this store while purchasing they told us product quality and service support is highly rated. and for this they add 5 years warranty with extra amount. Service person explained any kind of issues with product they will do service number of times without hesitation. After 2 months of purchase sofa covers get peeled and lint coming out for this they provided service with minimal repair and after few months same issue with whole sofa, while asking customer service they are saying quality of the material is not under warranty and not providing service for sofa covers and ask store if you need any help, if ask this store personnel they said contact customer service. Ashley is very cheap, worst, ugly everything..... Not even one star rating " 000000000000000 rating" .Pls don't buy from Ashley it my genuine experience. Please buy Costco at least they will support and replace if product genuinely got problems.

Kirk is hands down the best salesman! He allowed us time to look around, without acting like a hawk. He answered any and all questions and set us up with the perfect plan for payment. Very helpfull but not pushy

My son and I came into the store for a new mattress. Our salesperson, Mr. Riley was very nice and helped us find exactly what we wanted in less than 10 minutes. We were in and out quickly. Thank you very much for a nice experience.

We were greeted by Roberto at the door. He was friendly, helpful and polite. We had to go to another store to see it in person and sit on it to make sure it was comfortable. Kirk was patient and very informative and then the store manager informed us of the mattress event going on and we found a great buy for us.

Been impossible to get in touch with management at facility. Sales associate is part time and no one is there to answer legit questions or concerns with issues regarding delays with couch we bought. We were told 2 weeks for delivery for our couch which has now turned into over a month before our couch arrives to the store.

His approach to the sale was refreshing and not pushy compared to many other local stores that we visited. The couch quality for the price point was realistic and much better than local competitors. Also, the manager of this store was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Christina Caracappa was super friendly and very helpful. We found what we needed immediately. Update: Unfortunately it has been about 4 months since we got the couch and one of the couch cushions is damaged . The fabric is shredding. I had to send pictures to two different emails because the first time I was given the wrong one . I never received a call back so I had to call them. I finally got through to someone and they told me they’re going send me the casing to the cushion. I’m pretty sure You’re not supposed to remove the casing from these cushions.i can see fabric glue holding it in place. I asked for just a new cushion instead and I was told no. I pay all this money for a new couch and I can’t even be fixed properly. I’m very unhappy.

The sales associates trying to sell furniture are great and kind. (Of course, they want the sale). The furniture is fine and we like it. But the lady behind the phone is rude and could care less! The sales guy told me 2 to 3 weeks for delivery and ended up being a month over the delivery date. The few times I called to check on it, I got a different excuse every time. Fine, but at least when I call and ask BE KIND about it and if you promise to call me back when you find out- CALL BACK. ( and I still had to call back for actual delivery. I was not contacted once when it was ready) It's not that I minded the waiting or had a bad experience in store, but it seems once they get your money- they can care less.

Didn't have what I wanted but fine

Triple check your order when going in person and compare to online pricing because when they will try to sneak stuff in charges to up charge the warranty bracket, they charged us $150 over for no reason! I don’t recommend this location they are not trustworthy

I knew what I wanted, but Jasmine helped me by looking up product availability, making suggestions for a similar item and going the extra mile when I changed my mind mid-order. This is the 2nd purchase I made with Ashley & am very pleased with the help I received the selection available & the free delivery

Will not be buying here ever again these photos are of my mattress that when I took off the cover looked like this “see below” called ur service they came out took pics and called 5 days later stating the mattress is up to the manufacturer standards ..shame on you ..there are holes in the foam where did this foam go that netting was disgusting cover on top was white and no tears or stains … if there is a zipper remove it before you let them leave your mattress

The sales people are great, the furniture however is HORRIBLE. Bought 2 couches, an entertainment center, and a kitchen table with chairs. The entertainment center came broken, we had to get it replaced 2 times before we received one without broken doors. The couches have exposed nails and I've sliced my hand on it already moving cushions. The kitchen table is chipped. (It's supposed to be chipless). The chairs, ahh the chairs. We can't use 2 of them because the support pole pops out, breaks off, shreds off. The legs are also loose. The repair man has been to our house 5 times this past year to fix the same issues. They put the furniture together by machines, and it falls apart within a year.

I thought the service was horrible, there was no management or administration staff in the store, the sales lady had no clue what to do and we had to keep repeating ourselves over and over. All we wanted was to use our credit that we already had thru synchrony bank, which states we could use Ashley's for purchases. She insisted we had to pay for shipping and she could not offer free shipping. I went online and ordered it and received free shipping. Bottom line, very poor salesperson.

Purchased a love seat from the Fairless hills store less than 6 months ago. The material on the cushions gets wrinkled after sitting on it ...even for 5 minutes! Unless you physically press it out with your hand ,it's like having a cheap slip cover instead of new furniture. ALSO because the cushions are not completely upholstered with the same material on the underside , you can't flip the cushion over to adjust it! This cheap craftsmanship makes this love seat the most disappointing new furniture purchase ever!

She walked us through each mattress option and made shopping with Ashley very enjoyable. When our bedroom set was delivered, our bedroom frame could not fit up our stairs, however, Christina was available immediately to find us another bedroom frame option with the style we were looking for. Christina immediately went into action taking us to bedroom sets based on our preference. She was patient and kind. We thought we were going to make a purchase at a competitor, but she turned that around. We will be back when we have another need for furniture.

We just purchased a mattress at Ashley. Store was clean and well designed with lots of nice furniture. Sales rep was fantastic. He provided all the information we needed to make an educated decision. Allowed us time to try the various mattresses, never pressuring us and giving us space to discuss our likes and dislikes. Will update with delivery details in a few days. They will take the old mattress for free.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Absolutely horrible! Furniture that broke in less than a year, you purchase the insurance, but then they do nothing to fix or replace the furniture. The way they treat their customers and disabled veterans is appalling. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in all of my life, with just as bad furniture. Horrible quality, horrible customer service, horrible store.

We went into the store, we were greeted by Roberto he was very nice very helpful and we ended up picking out a very nice dining set. As a handicapped person I really appreciated it that there was a wheelchair ready because I was having difficulty walking. We would choose Ashley Furniture again my daughter's and I thought you had beautiful furniture and we enjoyed our visit

A wonderful and stress-free experience moving through the store with the help of a lovely clerk to get myself a new bedset for a reasonable price and financing!

if I could give this store a negative, I would. First of all, we bought furniture, sent in our measurements, mentioned the weird entrance in our door, yet they didn’t plan for it and our delivery had to be sent back due to it not fitting through. We told them we would only be available Saturday evening ( we were willing to change up our schedule for Christmas so our item wouldn’t get delayed!!!), they said OK but called and said delivery would be Saturday 10am!!!!!!! We said no and they rescheduled for Wednesday (with disassembled parts) and promised that we’d receive a call by Thursday to get our furniture assembled. NO CALLS NOTHING!!! And then gave us a lousy rude call way later saying reassembling will be done 1 WEEK LATER. Our living room is a mess with our sofa looking like scrap material!!! We spent a lot of money on this, yet we were treated rudely, disrespectfully and they made it seem like it’s OUR FAULT. Please do not do not do not be fooled and shop here PLEASE DO NOT. Once you buy something, they’ll treat you with rudeness and not cater to your basic needs at all!!!

I was sent a text message to write a review. Overall, my salesman was very nice. He also kept apologizing for the very long process it was, just to buy an area rug. Seemed a bit excessive for something that I could have bought at another store, without giving any personal information. With that, I bought a rug that was on clearance. However, it was not made aware to me, that the rug was used as the floor model, until we were mostly done the buying process. At that point, I would have felt bad saying that I wasn't interested any longer. I get the rug home and open it up, and it clearly has wear and tear. The center of the rug was new, almost like a table had been placed over it. While the outer edge was a different color and had clearly dealt with some high traffic. I paid $125 for the rug, which now seems very high, now that I know it is a used rug and saw the full condition of the rug. I certainly would not have purchased if I knew from the beginning that it was a used rug. Lesson learned. Best, Lindsey S

Stephen was very helpful. Not pushy at all. I'm always apprehensive of shopping in store at certain furniture stores because I feel like they try to push people to make a purchase but that was the opposite of my experience today. He was pleasant and I will do whatever I can to make a purchase with him when that time comes.

Cassandra helped us so much this morning! Such a sweet young lady. We ended up with a chest, nightstand, dining table and 6 chairs, 4 barstools, and a reclining loveseat! We are moving and had given so much of our old furniture to our kids. We decided to treat ourselves. Cassandra was patient, measured pieces, helped us match colors to pictures of other pieces we own, and knew exactly where to find every piece we mentioned wanting in the size and color we wanted. I don't ever remember having such a good retail-therapy day with one store employee! Labor Day weekend prices and free-shipping sale to boot - really made this a great experience.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. We got a replacement credit on our furniture and when we went back the sales person accused us of cheating on the warranty and mentioned on how he was written up for what happened and he lost out on his commission. He was very arrogant and was very rude and obnoxious. I was not willing to take any more blame so I showed him my invoice for the warranty and he completely ignored it. Just a FYI- Please be mindful that the warranty is for 5 years but it is only for three service per furniture that is not mentioned when they are trying to sell you the warranty.

He is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, nice, funny and makes you feel at ease through the entire process. Christina was amazing! She knew every piece of furniture, and the options you can have with each piece of furniture such as adding pieces or taking pieces away, and moving pieces to opposite sides. She was not a normal pushy sales person. She was there when you needed her and did not try talking you into anything else that you were uncomfortable purchasing. She even drew out pictures for us to visualize the furniture. I am beyond picky, and can not make a decision for my life and she still managed to deal with me. I would recommend this store location 100 times !

The furniture here is really good quality. We went to a different branded store last night (A brand with a good reputation) and I couldn't believe how uncomfortable everything was. I was so nervous that it was going to be the same at Ashley, but as soon as we walked in we were finding sofa after sofa that were soooo comfortable. They use platform bases instead of metal springs, so the cushions are firm yet cozy. Our saleswoman, Carleen, was very helpful. She would check in on us, but then give us our space to check things out by ourselves. Im really happy that we came here, and our new sectional is absolutely beautiful AND comfortable!

If buying from Ashley, confirm with your salesperson the expected date of delivery and hold them to it. We've had an exceptionally disappointing experience with incredibly misleading timeframes for furniture delivery. Bought a nice set and was given an initial timeframe which has changed weekly. We've been waiting on it for six months now, only to receive vague updates on the furniture's location and delivery date when we call for answers. There are global shipping delays everywhere, which is understandable, but please be more honest at initial time of purchase when giving timing estimates. 10 weeks vs 25 weeks are very different and its disappointing to know we could have had a smoother and more efficient/communicative experience elsewhere.

This review is about Ashley Furniture in general, not necessary the Langhorne PA store. The customer service for this store is abysmal. I had to get a cushion replaced, and it took weeks of back and forth on the phone and in the store before I actually got an order place. Neither the person in-store had correct information or the when I called several times. My order comes in for pick up at the store and all I received was a cushion case. Obviously the store can't/won't help, and the customer service chat kept giving me a different team to call. It's absolutely ridiculous and I should've heeded the reviews and firsthand account from people who said not to shop here. I'm sure AF doesn't care about one customer, but they're not getting my repeat business. Hopefully this review helps someone else. (There's more to the saga of dealing with their customer service but I don't have the time or energy to continue.)

l love this store, i am a “bling” decorator and they don’t disappoint. The sales people acknowledge you and allow you to roam the showroom without hounding you I like that a lot, their selection of furniture is very nice!

I have purchase plenty of furniture from this store and usually had a pleasant experience until recently. My latest couch had some frame issues. Repair guy said it wasnt built properly, CS agent on the phone said they shouldnt even cover it because its excessive, the guys who came to pick it up said that it was damaged during delivery because it doesnt fit well through the door ( I was not the one who accepted delivery ) I have called CS so many times and get No response or get told I need to call you back and NEVER get a call back. They have my couch after a couple months now and i cannot get a call from anyone. Theres other places to shop so im ready to chalk this up as a loss and move on. Such a shame to provide such terrible support.

I was told that my furniture was in stock and two weeks for delivery now I am told it was not and am waiting more like 4 weeks and no guarantees. I would rather have and honest salesman then one who uses deceitful tactics. Very disappointed

Kirk was very helpful as we needed to change our mattress we purchased back in August. I was very heated as we tried to make our original purchase work but it was not the fit for us. We ended up with a different mattress all together and I would personally like to Thank Kirk for going the extra yard to make us comfortable in our exchange. Thank You Kirk we really appreciate your help when we really needed it.

Very happy with the overall experience. "No Pressure" sales rep, who was knowledgeble, and helpful. Went out of his way to get the best deal possible. Product was "as expected" Delivery was a little less than excellent-3 men were in too much of a hurry for us to verify that the correct items were delivered, and after they left the home, we realized that the mirror for the dresser was not installed correctly I .ran out to the truck, and they very courteously corrected the problem.

Cindy C was so knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction. They had exactly what I was looking for.

Had originally went to bobs discount to look at a set and was kicked out bc of my extremely well behaved dog that is my emotional support animal. So I went to Ashley's, I ended up being welcomed with my dog in the store In langhorne . I did buy a whole new queen bedroom set and Christina Caracappa was amazing as sales person after the experience I had with Bob's. I really do appreciate the level of customer service Ashley's Furniture provides.

I’m rating it one star because I have no choice, my wife Sandra Azevedo bought a sofa and love seat from Ashley Furniture, a relative sat on sofa and it split in the middle,they sell you insurance but don’t cover any damages took them over three months for someone to come over and inspect it and they said sofa is not covered because of the damage on sofa, never missed a payment paid for insurance and was totally robbed by this brand, READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!!!

I will have never ever order from Ashley furniture ever again I spent well over $2500 on an order received my stuff damaged they took back the stuff I waited months to receive new items in a sorry return they gave me a gift card that can only be used at the location which is an hour away from my house and they are denying me using the gift card over the phone to try to get me into the store to spend more than the $200 on the gift card this is a disgrace and a way to take people's money I will never ever order or get anything from Ashley furniture ever again what a waste of time horrible customer service experience Do not Do not buy furniture from this place they are a jokes

Customer satisfaction is not one of there priorities. There warranty is not reliable at all. Purchased a table and chair in June. As you can see this is what has happened to the table. Poor quality cheaply made! Just replace the table. Definitely not shopping there again. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone !

Bought a Queen sized bed, mattress, mattress protector and pillows from them. The mattress was not in their stock but they confirmed that it will be in stock soon. Although they gave an ETA of four weeks to be on the safe side but the stock arrived soon enough and everything was delivered in a week. The delivery was smooth. They called me in advance to schedule the delivery date, called again the day before for a verbal confirmation for delivery and provided a 4 hours window for delivery. The four hour window was 8 AM - 12 PM, but the delivery and assembly took place between 8 and 8:30. So, I am really glad with their professionalism and timely service.

I bought a couch. We usually dont sit on it but my 127 lb friend came over one evening and the material got permanently creased. I called customer service and a very curt woman just send email pics. Didnt give her name didnt ask mine. Nothing happened. Called 3 weeks later another rude employee send we will send replacement cushions i said i dont want them i want someone to look at this. He sent cushions said thats it for your warranty. I was not pleased and called my salesman who said store mgr will call me back. Never happened. Save your money buy someplace else

If I could give negative stars I would! I spent 10K to furnish my new house in January 2022, still don't have most of it. No phone calls to tell me when things are delayed further (several items pushed back multiple times). Sales person could care less. Talk to her ever other week only when I call. Store manager won't get on phone with me. Cancelled half of the order at this point and bought online or at BoBs down the street. Will never ever buy anything from them again.

I was at a competitor looking for furniture with my spouse we walked in and received no greeting we wandered about the product sales staff walked on past without a word after 15 to 20 minutes we left We came in the front door at Ashley’s and were greeted by Steve who introduced himself asked if we had ever been there before and when we replied no he ask what are interests were and told us the entire floodplain of the showroom We found what we needed found Steve and bounced him around the showroom to the furniture we had picked Steve was kind and professional, laughed at my bad jokes and treated my wife and I with respect His customer service skills are exemplary

We purchased outright a tyler creek server in August of 2021. We have yet to see this furniture. Everytime we contact them to see when it will be arriving we are told an additional two months! Pandemic blah blah blah which I understood for a few months but now it's absolutely unacceptable. They have had my money for this furniture for over 6 months!! And no actual answer on when i will see this furniture!! Stop selling furniture you don't already have made if you cannot make it!!!!

Sales people were great just didn’t have what I was looking for .

We needed to purchase just 2 chairs, a small sale. Salesman went out of his way to check availability, and managed to find 2 that could be delivered within a week.

Paid in full and was promised to have mattress, rails, foot board and head board delivered in 3 days. The mattress, head board,foot board were correct but installers had incorrect rails and never returned after saying they would the next day! Ididn't receive my furniture for months. I had to stop at the store and frequently call to only hear the virus is delaying the delivery. Finally after 3 months my son's bedroom set had been delivered. Bedroom set isn't solid wood and kind of flimsy, but it's stylish.

I was in the middle if a t.v. show when they mentioned how 'it feels poor to sleep on a mattress. ' I immediately remembered that on October 1st of 2021, we walked into the store and PAID for a bed. Today's date? January 19th 2022. The bed was to be delivered in December. We were told that it would once again be pushed back to January 18th. 😒😒😒 Called Ashley's Furniture again to inquire as to why we were 'feeling poor' ??? Still no bed🤔🤔🤔 We asked for a refund and were told that we would now have to go, physically into the store to "prove" that the money would be returned to the right card that they had on file!?!?!?!? ... AS IF THEY RECEIVE THESE CALLS EVERYDAY...SMH As I am aware of "covid-19" and the natural strain that it has taken on small business, I was not aware of the fact that it gave big business names such as Ashley's Furniture the right to hold onto monies paid in good favor in advance for a service that they had to have known was available or not available. I mean, this "is" Ashley's Furniture after all. Where has my money been? How much business did they do with it in the course of roughly 4 months. More than a quarter of a year, and still no bed. I would NEVER do business with this establishment again. I would recommend that anyone with sense about themselves, follow suit. It has been an extremely uncomfortable time for both my wife and myself We are handicapped, after enduring a car accident that left us without the ability to walk for quite some time. After therapy to get back on track. We both have metal in our bodies to remind us of that night. The last thing we need is to be reminded each night with an uncThanks to Ashley's Furniture omfortable night's sleep on a mattress on a floor.
