Been impossible to get in touch with management at facility. Sales associate is part time and no one is there to answer legit questions or concerns with issues regarding delays with couch we bought. We were told 2 weeks for delivery for our couch which has now turned into over a month before our couch arrives to the store.

Kirk at the Langhorne location was great to work with. He allowed space to look around the store while giving input on the pieces that was informative. His approach to the sale was refreshing and not pushy compared to many other local stores that we visited. The couch quality for the price point was realistic and much better than local competitors. Also, the manager of this store was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

The sales associates trying to sell furniture are great and kind. (Of course, they want the sale). The furniture is fine and we like it. But the lady behind the phone is rude and could care less! The sales guy told me 2 to 3 weeks for delivery and ended up being a month over the delivery date. The few times I called to check on it, I got a different excuse every time. Fine, but at least when I call and ask BE KIND about it and if you promise to call me back when you find out- CALL BACK. ( and I still had to call back for actual delivery. I was not contacted once when it was ready) It's not that I minded the waiting or had a bad experience in store, but it seems once they get your money- they can care less.
Didn't have what I wanted but fine
Triple check your order when going in person and compare to online pricing because when they will try to sneak stuff in charges to up charge the warranty bracket, they charged us $150 over for no reason! I don’t recommend this location they are not trustworthy
I knew what I wanted, but Jasmine helped me by looking up product availability, making suggestions for a similar item and going the extra mile when I changed my mind mid-order. This is the 2nd purchase I made with Ashley & am very pleased with the help I received the selection available & the free delivery

Stopped in to look at a loveseat. Stephen was very helpful. He directed us to the area then came back to see if we needed help. We told him we had to measure & we would come back the next day. We returned the following day and Stephen helped us with the color, pricing, delivery etc. We ended up buying even more furniture. Stephen was helpful, honest and not pushy. Great experience!
First time in this business. Decided to get 2 manual recliners . The young lady helped us purchase them . She was very friendly & even explained a warranty for purchase on the recliners, in which we purchased as well!

Will not be buying here ever again these photos are of my mattress that when I took off the cover looked like this “see below” called ur service they came out took pics and called 5 days later stating the mattress is up to the manufacturer standards ..shame on you ..there are holes in the foam where did this foam go that netting was disgusting cover on top was white and no tears or stains … if there is a zipper remove it before you let them leave your mattress
The sales people are great, the furniture however is HORRIBLE. Bought 2 couches, an entertainment center, and a kitchen table with chairs. The entertainment center came broken, we had to get it replaced 2 times before we received one without broken doors. The couches have exposed nails and I've sliced my hand on it already moving cushions. The kitchen table is chipped. (It's supposed to be chipless). The chairs, ahh the chairs. We can't use 2 of them because the support pole pops out, breaks off, shreds off. The legs are also loose. The repair man has been to our house 5 times this past year to fix the same issues. They put the furniture together by machines, and it falls apart within a year.

I thought the service was horrible, there was no management or administration staff in the store, the sales lady had no clue what to do and we had to keep repeating ourselves over and over. All we wanted was to use our credit that we already had thru synchrony bank, which states we could use Ashley's for purchases. She insisted we had to pay for shipping and she could not offer free shipping. I went online and ordered it and received free shipping. Bottom line, very poor salesperson.

Purchased a love seat from the Fairless hills store less than 6 months ago. The material on the cushions gets wrinkled after sitting on it ...even for 5 minutes! Unless you physically press it out with your hand ,it's like having a cheap slip cover instead of new furniture. ALSO because the cushions are not completely upholstered with the same material on the underside , you can't flip the cushion over to adjust it! This cheap craftsmanship makes this love seat the most disappointing new furniture purchase ever!
Had an amazing experience at Ashley! Christina could not have been more accommodating! Christina helped us pick out our mattress and bedroom frame. She walked us through each mattress option and made shopping with Ashley very enjoyable. When our bedroom set was delivered, our bedroom frame could not fit up our stairs, however, Christina was available immediately to find us another bedroom frame option with the style we were looking for. I needed to get this out there so no one else would be in the same situation as I am! Be very careful of Ashley's delivery company. The delivery men, went through my kitchen and stole an envelope that was a gift with $600. cash in it. They were acting very suspicious and left in such a hurry, they left behind tools and trash. When I called the manager he basically blew me off, "I'll bring them into the office and ask them what happened " I'm sure he expected them to tell the truth? I never heard anything back, surprisingly!! Beware!!!!!
Carleen knew what she was talking about and laid out a few options which were in our price range and interest we went with the Tempur-Pedic like we originally thought we would get but it was nice to be informed of the other options we had as well

Christina could not have been more accommodating. She was knowledgeable and efficient. A lot of sales people at other stores pointed us in the direction of the furniture we wanted. Christina immediately went into action taking us to bedroom sets based on our preference. She was patient and kind. We thought we were going to make a purchase at a competitor, but she turned that around. We will be back when we have another need for furniture.
We just purchased a mattress at Ashley. Store was clean and well designed with lots of nice furniture. Sales rep was fantastic. He provided all the information we needed to make an educated decision. Allowed us time to try the various mattresses, never pressuring us and giving us space to discuss our likes and dislikes. Will update with delivery details in a few days. They will take the old mattress for free.
If I could give this place no stars I would. Absolutely horrible! Furniture that broke in less than a year, you purchase the insurance, but then they do nothing to fix or replace the furniture. The way they treat their customers and disabled veterans is appalling. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in all of my life, with just as bad furniture. Horrible quality, horrible customer service, horrible store.
We went into the store, we were greeted by Roberto he was very nice very helpful and we ended up picking out a very nice dining set. As a handicapped person I really appreciated it that there was a wheelchair ready because I was having difficulty walking. We would choose Ashley Furniture again my daughter's and I thought you had beautiful furniture and we enjoyed our visit

if I could give this store a negative, I would. First of all, we bought furniture, sent in our measurements, mentioned the weird entrance in our door, yet they didn’t plan for it and our delivery had to be sent back due to it not fitting through. We told them we would only be available Saturday evening ( we were willing to change up our schedule for Christmas so our item wouldn’t get delayed!!!), they said OK but called and said delivery would be Saturday 10am!!!!!!! We said no and they rescheduled for Wednesday (with disassembled parts) and promised that we’d receive a call by Thursday to get our furniture assembled. NO CALLS NOTHING!!! And then gave us a lousy rude call way later saying reassembling will be done 1 WEEK LATER. Our living room is a mess with our sofa looking like scrap material!!! We spent a lot of money on this, yet we were treated rudely, disrespectfully and they made it seem like it’s OUR FAULT. Please do not do not do not be fooled and shop here PLEASE DO NOT. Once you buy something, they’ll treat you with rudeness and not cater to your basic needs at all!!!

I was sent a text message to write a review. Overall, my salesman was very nice. He also kept apologizing for the very long process it was, just to buy an area rug. Seemed a bit excessive for something that I could have bought at another store, without giving any personal information. With that, I bought a rug that was on clearance. However, it was not made aware to me, that the rug was used as the floor model, until we were mostly done the buying process. At that point, I would have felt bad saying that I wasn't interested any longer. I get the rug home and open it up, and it clearly has wear and tear. The center of the rug was new, almost like a table had been placed over it. While the outer edge was a different color and had clearly dealt with some high traffic. I paid $125 for the rug, which now seems very high, now that I know it is a used rug and saw the full condition of the rug. I certainly would not have purchased if I knew from the beginning that it was a used rug. Lesson learned. Best, Lindsey S

Stephen was very helpful. Not pushy at all. I'm always apprehensive of shopping in store at certain furniture stores because I feel like they try to push people to make a purchase but that was the opposite of my experience today. He was pleasant and I will do whatever I can to make a purchase with him when that time comes.

The sales man never put my Warranty in the system but I have the receipt saying I got the warranty and now I'm screwed because it's not in the system!!! Thanks Kirk!!! Cassandra helped us so much this morning! Such a sweet young lady. We ended up with a chest, nightstand, dining table and 6 chairs, 4 barstools, and a reclining loveseat! We are moving and had given so much of our old furniture to our kids. We decided to treat ourselves. Cassandra was patient, measured pieces, helped us match colors to pictures of other pieces we own, and knew exactly where to find every piece we mentioned wanting in the size and color we wanted. I don't ever remember having such a good retail-therapy day with one store employee! Labor Day weekend prices and free-shipping sale to boot - really made this a great experience.

Ashley Home Store is a disgrace! We ordered a very kitchen set and they day it was delivered it had 2 scratches at the top of the table and a chair that was completely chipped. Their furniture in the show room is first rate and what they deliver is second hand rejects. We returned the entire set. They actually asked if we wanted to try to have the items fixed! Are you kidding me? FIXED. It should have been in perfect condition when delivered. I can tell you it looks like the chair fell forward and chipped the front and the top of the table had gashes from where they used a knife to open the plastic.It was crazy to refuse delivery and what was worse was it too 3 weeks for the return to show to the fact we returned it. A bill was still sent.The manager at this location is as rude as can be. STAY away from this place. Just so you know they are actually part of Value City. When my set was delivered it came from VALUE CITY! Total joke. Value City is like Big Lots who sells seconds and items that were cancelled or damaged in some way. They sent us a piece that probably refused else where. Will never shop there. Just because it looks good in the show room does not mean it will like like that upon delivery. Value City rejects. Buyer Beware!!!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. We got a replacement credit on our furniture and when we went back the sales person accused us of cheating on the warranty and mentioned on how he was written up for what happened and he lost out on his commission. He was very arrogant and was very rude and obnoxious. I was not willing to take any more blame so I showed him my invoice for the warranty and he completely ignored it. Just a FYI- Please be mindful that the warranty is for 5 years but it is only for three service per furniture that is not mentioned when they are trying to sell you the warranty.

This is the second time in a year we bought from here and both times Kirk A. Has given outstanding service. He is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, nice, funny and makes you feel at ease through the entire process. Christina was amazing! She knew every piece of furniture, and the options you can have with each piece of furniture such as adding pieces or taking pieces away, and moving pieces to opposite sides. She was not a normal pushy sales person. She was there when you needed her and did not try talking you into anything else that you were uncomfortable purchasing. She even drew out pictures for us to visualize the furniture. I am beyond picky, and can not make a decision for my life and she still managed to deal with me. I would recommend this store location 100 times !
The furniture here is really good quality. We went to a different branded store last night (A brand with a good reputation) and I couldn't believe how uncomfortable everything was. I was so nervous that it was going to be the same at Ashley, but as soon as we walked in we were finding sofa after sofa that were soooo comfortable. They use platform bases instead of metal springs, so the cushions are firm yet cozy. Our saleswoman, Carleen, was very helpful. She would check in on us, but then give us our space to check things out by ourselves. Im really happy that we came here, and our new sectional is absolutely beautiful AND comfortable!

If buying from Ashley, confirm with your salesperson the expected date of delivery and hold them to it. We've had an exceptionally disappointing experience with incredibly misleading timeframes for furniture delivery. Bought a nice set and was given an initial timeframe which has changed weekly. We've been waiting on it for six months now, only to receive vague updates on the furniture's location and delivery date when we call for answers. There are global shipping delays everywhere, which is understandable, but please be more honest at initial time of purchase when giving timing estimates. 10 weeks vs 25 weeks are very different and its disappointing to know we could have had a smoother and more efficient/communicative experience elsewhere.
This review is about Ashley Furniture in general, not necessary the Langhorne PA store. The customer service for this store is abysmal. I had to get a cushion replaced, and it took weeks of back and forth on the phone and in the store before I actually got an order place. Neither the person in-store had correct information or the when I called several times. My order comes in for pick up at the store and all I received was a cushion case. Obviously the store can't/won't help, and the customer service chat kept giving me a different team to call. It's absolutely ridiculous and I should've heeded the reviews and firsthand account from people who said not to shop here. I'm sure AF doesn't care about one customer, but they're not getting my repeat business. Hopefully this review helps someone else. (There's more to the saga of dealing with their customer service but I don't have the time or energy to continue.)

I have purchase plenty of furniture from this store and usually had a pleasant experience until recently. My latest couch had some frame issues. Repair guy said it wasnt built properly, CS agent on the phone said they shouldnt even cover it because its excessive, the guys who came to pick it up said that it was damaged during delivery because it doesnt fit well through the door ( I was not the one who accepted delivery ) I have called CS so many times and get No response or get told I need to call you back and NEVER get a call back. They have my couch after a couple months now and i cannot get a call from anyone. Theres other places to shop so im ready to chalk this up as a loss and move on. Such a shame to provide such terrible support.
I was told that my furniture was in stock and two weeks for delivery now I am told it was not and am waiting more like 4 weeks and no guarantees. I would rather have and honest salesman then one who uses deceitful tactics. Very disappointed
Kirk was very helpful as we needed to change our mattress we purchased back in August. I was very heated as we tried to make our original purchase work but it was not the fit for us. We ended up with a different mattress all together and I would personally like to Thank Kirk for going the extra yard to make us comfortable in our exchange. Very happy with the overall experience. "No Pressure" sales rep, who was knowledgeble, and helpful. Went out of his way to get the best deal possible. Product was "as expected" Delivery was a little less than excellent-3 men were in too much of a hurry for us to verify that the correct items were delivered, and after they left the home, we realized that the mirror for the dresser was not installed correctly I .ran out to the truck, and they very courteously corrected the problem.

Had originally went to bobs discount to look at a set and was kicked out bc of my extremely well behaved dog that is my emotional support animal. So I went to Ashley's, I ended up being welcomed with my dog in the store In langhorne . I did buy a whole new queen bedroom set and Christina Caracappa was amazing as sales person after the experience I had with Bob's. I’m rating it one star because I have no choice, my wife Sandra Azevedo bought a sofa and love seat from Ashley Furniture, a relative sat on sofa and it split in the middle,they sell you insurance but don’t cover any damages took them over three months for someone to come over and inspect it and they said sofa is not covered because of the damage on sofa, never missed a payment paid for insurance and was totally robbed by this brand, READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!!!
I will have never ever order from Ashley furniture ever again I spent well over $2500 on an order received my stuff damaged they took back the stuff I waited months to receive new items in a sorry return they gave me a gift card that can only be used at the location which is an hour away from my house and they are denying me using the gift card over the phone to try to get me into the store to spend more than the $200 on the gift card this is a disgrace and a way to take people's money I will never ever order or get anything from Ashley furniture ever again what a waste of time horrible customer service experience Do not Do not buy furniture from this place they are a jokes

Customer satisfaction is not one of there priorities. There warranty is not reliable at all. Purchased a table and chair in June. As you can see this is what has happened to the table. Poor quality cheaply made! Just replace the table. Definitely not shopping there again. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone !
Bought a Queen sized bed, mattress, mattress protector and pillows from them. The mattress was not in their stock but they confirmed that it will be in stock soon. Although they gave an ETA of four weeks to be on the safe side but the stock arrived soon enough and everything was delivered in a week. The delivery was smooth. They called me in advance to schedule the delivery date, called again the day before for a verbal confirmation for delivery and provided a 4 hours window for delivery. The four hour window was 8 AM - 12 PM, but the delivery and assembly took place between 8 and 8:30. So, I am really glad with their professionalism and timely service.
I bought a couch. We usually dont sit on it but my 127 lb friend came over one evening and the material got permanently creased. I called customer service and a very curt woman just send email pics. Didnt give her name didnt ask mine. Nothing happened. Called 3 weeks later another rude employee send we will send replacement cushions i said i dont want them i want someone to look at this. He sent cushions said thats it for your warranty. I was not pleased and called my salesman who said store mgr will call me back. Never happened. Save your money buy someplace else

Pick out furniture and was told it would be in the warehouse November 15 now we are going into April no furniture and when you call they just keep delaying it by another month out. This is ridiculous stop telling people it will be in to get the sale.

If I could give negative stars I would! I spent 10K to furnish my new house in January 2022, still don't have most of it. No phone calls to tell me when things are delayed further (several items pushed back multiple times). Sales person could care less. Talk to her ever other week only when I call. Store manager won't get on phone with me. Cancelled half of the order at this point and bought online or at BoBs down the street. Will never ever buy anything from them again.

We purchased outright a tyler creek server in August of 2021. We have yet to see this furniture. Everytime we contact them to see when it will be arriving we are told an additional two months! Pandemic blah blah blah which I understood for a few months but now it's absolutely unacceptable. They have had my money for this furniture for over 6 months!! And no actual answer on when i will see this furniture!! Stop selling furniture you don't already have made if you cannot make it!!!!

Paid in full and was promised to have mattress, rails, foot board and head board delivered in 3 days. The mattress, head board,foot board were correct but installers had incorrect rails and never returned after saying they would the next day! Ididn't receive my furniture for months. I had to stop at the store and frequently call to only hear the virus is delaying the delivery. Finally after 3 months my son's bedroom set had been delivered. Bedroom set isn't solid wood and kind of flimsy, but it's stylish.
I was in the middle if a t.v. show when they mentioned how 'it feels poor to sleep on a mattress. ' I immediately remembered that on October 1st of 2021, we walked into the store and PAID for a bed. Today's date? January 19th 2022. The bed was to be delivered in December. We were told that it would once again be pushed back to January 18th. 😒😒😒 Called Ashley's Furniture again to inquire as to why we were 'feeling poor' ??? Still no bed🤔🤔🤔 We asked for a refund and were told that we would now have to go, physically into the store to "prove" that the money would be returned to the right card that they had on file!?!?!?!? ... AS IF THEY RECEIVE THESE CALLS EVERYDAY...SMH As I am aware of "covid-19" and the natural strain that it has taken on small business, I was not aware of the fact that it gave big business names such as Ashley's Furniture the right to hold onto monies paid in good favor in advance for a service that they had to have known was available or not available. I mean, this "is" Ashley's Furniture after all. Where has my money been? How much business did they do with it in the course of roughly 4 months. More than a quarter of a year, and still no bed. I would NEVER do business with this establishment again. I would recommend that anyone with sense about themselves, follow suit. It has been an extremely uncomfortable time for both my wife and myself We are handicapped, after enduring a car accident that left us without the ability to walk for quite some time. After therapy to get back on track. We both have metal in our bodies to remind us of that night. The last thing we need is to be reminded each night with an uncThanks to Ashley's Furniture omfortable night's sleep on a mattress on a floor.

The company sent me hardware as if I was a technician and then when I called back to tell them that it was the wrong pieces of hardware they told me I’m not a technician so how would I know what I was talking about. It was all so belligerent. Finally, we were able to exchange the dresser for a new one because obviously we didn’t pay for a broken, unusable dresser. That took until July to get in. So it’s been over one full year since we had purchased this bedroom set. The dresser bottom drawer is awful still and hardware is still broke. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. Everything is made over seas and assembled poorly in the states. Customer service is the worst and nobody within the store itself is willing to help. Worst furniture store ever.

Went into Ashley Furniture today totally expecting to purchase 2 bedroom sets I had seen online. I spent over 20 minutes in the store (as the only customer in the store for about half the time). There were 5 employees there. 3 of them were drinking coffee at a dining room set on display, one was setting up furniture about 5 feet away from me, and one at a desk on the phone. After 2 laps around the store, and standing near the set I wanted to purchase for about 10 minutes, I walked up to the table and asked if anyone was interested in selling furniture today. The response I got was "we didn't see you". Pretty sad. I was the only customer in the store, and had walked around the entire store twice. I'm sure they saw me, but even if they didn't, a sales person should be seeking the customer out, not the other way around. I left and went to Bob's Furniture then Raymore and Flanagan. At those 2 stores, I barely had my foot in the door before someone was asking if I needed help. The difference in service was eye opening. I won't be going back to Ashley.

😕Very disappointed with customer service Ordered January 10 was told 8 to 12 weeks, which was long enough furniture did not arrive until June 27th(over 2 months after stated 8-12 week delivery date) After speaking to salesperson Carleen(who was easily frustrated because she claimed she did not get my picture of coupon in any of my 4 emails) told me to call manager, who of course was not in that day Had to call twice because I did not receive return calm from manager Carlisle who would not honor $50 coupon because he said it would not be work with promotion we purchased dining set under All we wanted was something for this huge inconvenience of not having any couch and dining set for over 5 months Manager did not seem to concerned about losing us as Ashley Home Store customers who just spent $2500 on couch, recliner and dining set We also had to send one of the chairs from dining set back because fabric had flaw We’ll never purchase from any Ashley stores again😕

I was a Ashley store customer since 2008. Previous experience was great and all my furniture in my house is from Ashley store. But my recent experience is not that great. I totally understand the delays. But, not only I didn't get the complete set of furniture ordered in December, but the one that delivered is broke too. Not waiting month after month for the remaining pieces and to get the brokem piece exchanged.
The people at this store were extremely helpful and understanding when our couch was delayed and delivery couldn't be done at the specified time. They made sure to follow up and helped make things right. Would definitely recommend this location as everyone there was great

We had ordered a couch, loveseat and ottoman the last week in February. It was due in the last week in April. As of today’s date they still do not have our furniture. You call up and they say it will be in in two weeks. The week it is due in I call and get told it will be another two weeks. This has been ongoing since April. Again I called and asked for a status to find out it has again been moved to June 29th. It is unprofessional not to have common courtesy to contact your customers who are waiting and let us know that your date has been moved yet again. They offered to deliver the loveseat and ottoman as the couch has yet to arrive in their store. That makes so much sense to sit for weeks on a loveseat with no couch. This is not a place you want to buy furniture. I know we will be begin looking elsewhere. I don’t think I want to wait until next February to get my furniture. Update- 6/29/21: Received a call from Ashley that the furniture is now in. They scheduled for today to deliver. Came in damaged so we were told to refuse the couch. We have tried a half dozen times to speak with a manager to try and have them deliver our furniture tomorrow since they said they could not deliver today to replace the damaged couch. No response callback from a manager and now you just get a voicemail. Trust me, you do not want to buy furniture from a company like this. Won’t ever go back and will definitely not recommend to anyone looking to buy furniture.

Bought a couch 2 years ago. Delivery date I was given wrong by 2 months to start. The couch is now falling apart to the point it's unusable. Tried to use the warranty I had purchased but because I moved out of state they say it's no longer valid. Was told sorry but it looks like you need to buy a new couch. Absolute terrible customer service and horrible products. Would recommend picking something off the street than buying from them again. Probably better quality and you won't have to deal with the smart remarks from the idiots who work there. Would rate 0 stars if given the option.

Buyer beware, do not buy their extended warranty, they will find a way to not honor it. We have purchased most of the furniture in our house from Ashley and it looks nice. We bought the warranty on a sofa 3 years ago. Have a frame issue. Customer service is rude, managers will not believe their service technicians missed something. Still a disconnected frame and they say a solid piece of wood is supposed to be floating in the back of the sofa, connected on one side and disconnected on the other. Then I get blamed for not being home when the service technician came out. I will never purchase from this company again. Already wasted thousands of dollars.

The one couch I would've maybe considered had a big rip where the back cushion was sewed to the top of the couch. That's not a great display & made us walk out with no confidence in the product. Why would you leave a ripped couch on display??

Do not buy from this company, it is HORRIBLE. We ordered our couch December 2020, it was supposed to be delivered in January. It is now not supposed to be produced until 7/2/2021! We have gotten delay after delay. Chances are it’ll be pushed back again. They keep giving us the run around saying due to COVID but that is simply unacceptable. We got our other furniture from Bob’s Discount Furniture in a very timely manner ordering at the same time. This company just simply does not care.

My wife and I purchased a sectional couch from Ashley. Within a few months, seams started to separate, we called and they came out and sowed it up. A few months after that they started to separate once again, we called and they took each section one at a time and replaced the cushions and repaired the seams again. About three weeks later the seams are separating once again and now they're telling us that the additional extended warranty that we purchase does not cover that, and they said that it's "normal wear and tear". The seams are coming apart at the seats that no one sits in. The customer service is rude and incredibly unhelpful. Would not make a purchase from Ashley Furniture again. Would rate 0/5 if it was possible.We paid too much money for this couch and it should not be falling apart already.
They lied to me as to why the johnelle extension table was sold in the store as $539.99 for the table “top” & $250 for base of the table. I asked why is it sold separately she said that is just how ashleys sells this specific table. Then gave me a story about a customer buying it on wayfair and not realizing it was sold separately. I went home and did my research and realized she lied to me. The johnelle table is an ashley exclusive table and they do not sell it at wayfair. And if you buy it on ashleys online it only cost $539. And it is not sold separately! Fairless hills everyone had an attitude once i went in there asking for a price match for an end table. From the sales person to the check out lady. They would cut you off and make up stuff before you even finish your sentence or question. And i am a shy quiet person. Overall i will never shop Ashley stores and will advise everyone not to. Just look at your furniture in store and buy it online. Because they mark up the furniture 20% or more for their commission.

My sister bought a sofa from this store and it was a nightmare from communication to delivery. Stay away from this store because they neither respect you as a customer nor realize that the furniture becomes yours after paying it. Because the delivery person decided that the sofa wouldn't be a good fit for her house and attempted to bring it back to store telling my sister to come pick out something else. Can you believe it!! She was about to call the police on them for not leaving the sofa!!
Be prepared to wait over 4 months for your furniture! And if they tell you 6 to 8 weeks do not believe them! I understand the pandemic has pushed a lot of things back but to give false information is really unprofessional! Especially when I called multiple times to only hear someone will contact you back but they never do. Shame they have a great selection but customer service and communication is horrible! Placed an order in October of 2020 and never received the furniture. Every time I call, the ‘gatekeepers’ claim my sales person is not working, and there are no managers working. When I ask for an update with my furniture, I am told a random date 3 weeks from the time I call. Well, I’ve been told 3 weeks about 6 times now. What kind of customer service is this? When will I get an update on my furniture? I am sick of repeatedly getting lied to by this store. I will definitely not shop here again and would not recommend this store to my worst enemy.
0 star is actually what they deserve! I purchased a sofa set back in either November or December 2020. I cannot even recall it anymore. I was told that “there is 4-8 weeks wait time but it wouldn’t take more than 4 weeks” so I agreed. I was given February 1st as estimated delivery time. I didn’t receive my furniture and no one bothered to call and update that it would be delayed. When I called I was told that I’d receive in 2 weeks again no furniture, no call nothing! I card back and was told that “they never said two weeks! And My furniture will be at the warehouse on March 8th!” I called back on March 8th (today) and was told they are not sure and it should take another week! I was also told that my sale person “Tony” would call me back today when he comes in at 12... well it’s 4.30 and I still didn’t get a call and no one bothered to inform me what’s going on! I already made 4 payments towards these furniture that I don’t even have. I was only delivered one piece within a week of purchase because they had plenty of it in stock but when that delivery was made, delivery guys damaged the sofa. Rips and stains all over and they told me that it was not a big deal and I could clean the stains and noone would see those rips because it was in the back and at the bottom! When I refuse to accept it they threw the delivery paper in my face stormed out of the house and slammed the door. Which caused damaged on my wall and baby gate! They also refused to take their shoes off despite being told numerous times and it was a snowy day so my carpet and floor was left in mud and dirt. Being 24 weeks pregnant I had to clean up their mess! They also tried to so hard to handshake with my 15 month old and when I told them no they kept getting near him. I wanted them to stay away from my son bc of covid so I was so mad. I also tried to contact this store about the matter but no one got back to me. When they showed up to exchange my item they brought in a swivel chair that doesn’t work and I was told they cannot do anything about it! Customer service finally agreed to exchange it again bc I refused the parts to be fixed! I was supposed to receive a call from this store to setup delivery but they never called and I had to go in for it as well. So basically stay away from this store and horrible employees! I will never ever go back and will let everyone know about this horrible experience!!!
Walked into the store and was not greeted at all. And walked around the store and there no basically no associate to help or even offer assistance in whatever I was looking to purchase. Then as I was walking to leave because no assistance was available I noticed an employee sitting down at dining room talking on the phone looking out the window.
Bought and couch and loveseat set, within a couple months my couch had a break in the structure. Had repeatedly called and inquired about how to get it fixed because I had a warranty. Not one person gave me a call back even after multiple trips to the store, customer service is just horrible. They took my money pretty quickly when I paid for the couch! If you’re looking for a terrible customer service this is the place for you.
This is the worst retail furniture store ever!!! I have never had such a horrible experience with a company until now. They have fumbled our delivery not once, not twice, but 3x! From late initial delivery, to two broken piece deliveries, now we're still waiting to get an actual bed! The horror! It's no point to talk to the staff or managers at the location because they just throw the blame on the delivery managers...no accountability whatsoever! I have never felt so under-appreciated as a customer! To think I was going to furnish my entire new house with this company...I would never!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered 15 weeks ago, was told the couches would take 6-8 weeks.. both couches came damaged. Refused delivery for one, realized the other was damaged after they left. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. I waited 30+ mins multiple times to just end up being sent to voicemail. I’ve left voicemails and not gotten returned calls. We ended up ordering new couches from a different company and when we finally (after about 12 attempts) got someone on the phone who said the couches were non refundable (even though they were both damaged). We were told a manager would contact us, they never did and we still can’t get anyone to contact us. We will be disputing the charge with our credit card company and will never order from Ashley’s again.
I went for the first time to Ashley's back in October of 2020. My parents wanted to get my daughter a new bedroom set it would have been an early Christmas gift. Anyways they had a beautiful selection so I picked one out, and the price for everything was $2500 which was all paid in full at the moment. I was told that the furniture would be delivered by the end of October or beginning of November. I didn't receive my furniture until the beginning of January and it was only a partial delivery, the rest of my furniture was delivered a few days ago we are in February. It's ridiculous all I had to wait to get my furniture delivered, I lost count how many times I had to call the sales guy and I was always told we'll call you back and I never got a call back I always had to call. It was the first and last time I will buy from them, I understand with the pandemic a lot of things specially deliveries have gotten backed up but they shouldn't offer specific delivery dates if they can't, well, deliver.

If you don’t mind waiting for months for furniture that shows in stock, shop here. Otherwise go elsewhere. Ordered early November. Was told the latest would be 12/10. (Will probably be beforehand). I called on the 10th to find out it’s now 12/17. No biggie. Only a week. I call on the 17th to get told 1/5. I call on 1/5 to get told 1/28. I call on 1/29 to get told maybe another 5-10 days before it gets to the warehouse and another week or so to get delivered. (Hey, they stopped giving dates just a range). Notice everytime I said, “I called”? That’s because they haven’t called yet.

We ordered a bedroom set for my son's room, and a sofa/loveseat set for the living room in late June, with the understanding that everything was back ordered until mid August. We called in mid August since no one had contacted us, and was told only the bedroom set was available. We schedule an appt, but are told the the dresser may be a couple of days behind. The bed and chest were delivered appx 8/15. Call the store, and the dress is on back order. Told Dresser and sofa set are now 1st week of Sept. Call early Sept, and only the dresser is ready. Dresser is dropped off around 9/9, and the legs are wobbly. After the manager told us our floor was probably uneven, They send a 3rd party out to tell us it needs to be replaced because the legs were cut uneven, which we already knew. We were supposed to hear from the manager about replacement, as well as delivery of the sofa set, which was also due now by mid September. After multiple calls to them, the Manager, Andy, tells us the replacement dresser, and loveseat can be delivered October 3rd(apparently the pieces that were ready were """"damaged"""""" in transit, hence the delay). I asked about the sofa, and they said it may be ready by late Oct, but they don't like to give ETAs. They had no problem with ETA's, no matter how unsubstantiated they were, when we bought the furniture. there were about 15 calls to the store and customer service during this, and every week, they would push delivery back a week. 4 months later, we have had three different appts, 2 pieces of furniture delivered, and a dresser, sofa and loveseat on eternal back order. We will NEVER but from Ashley again! ******* Update. Finally received the last pieces right after Christmas. Horrible service!!!
Terrible! Horrible experience. Good luck trying to get something delivered before 12 weeks. They tell you 4-6 weeks when you buy, then just give the runaround for the next 6 weeks on why it's not in yet.
Our sales person John was amazing and super helpful and deserves to be recognized for his customer service but I just called right now for the status of an accent chair we were supposed to receive before Christmas and the lady who answered the phone , LAUREN was incredibly rude . I was explaining my reason for the call and she completely cut me off and said “phone number” . I work in a call center, “phone number” is a statement not a question. “May I have your phone number please?” is no more than what I would have expected . You are representing a business , act like it . I proceeded to give her my phone number , she provided me with very minimal information , I asked her for a date and she said “I don’t know it just shows the end of the month” in very rude and bothered tone . Honey if you don’t want to work , use your sick hours or PTO and go home. I was calling for my couch not for rude customer service .
Highly recommend reading through reviews here. Don’t fall for the fluff. Sales staff does their job. Making the sale. Goodluck with the delivery. IF you get something delivered it will be partially delivered. If you buy from this location be ready to make numerous phone calls following up on your order. Once you talk with someone they’ll tell you the shipment date has been pushed. And pushed. And pushed. Best of luck trying to get in touch with the manager. “He’s off” is all you’ll get in response. After months of trying to find out about our furniture I cancelled and got a refund. Never returning to this location. Horrendous management and customer care. HIGHLY recommend window shopping then buying it online!!
I think I was going to love my sofa loveseat and chair if I were ever able to get it delivered. I’ve had five delivery dates so far and it’s now been pushed off until the end of January. The sales person who was very helpful at the time of sale can’t seem to give me a concrete answer on anything. I’ve left a message for the manager haven’t heard back yet!
Cait at Ashley’s was fantastic. My husband and I are buying a larger home and needed additional furniture to fill the space. We also needed to replace our old ripped up couch and table. She made sure to get us the best deal possible. She was patient with our back and forth as we couldn’t make a solid choice on a dining room table. Thank you, Cait for everything. We had been looking for a couch for a few months finally (we thought) we had found the right store as well as the right couch. Kirk, was our sales man. We ordered the couch in September on the 13th. We purchased the warranty along with the couch ($170.90) I believe. Our salesman said we would most likely get the couch October 9th. He also explained would give us a call if anything changed. The first time I called (after the 9th) just to check on the couch, I was told the date had been pushed back. That’s okay. I waited 2 more weeks, called back spoke with Kirk. He explained that COVID unfortunately has delayed the process yet again. Although he was very RUDE I explained that all I wanted was a phone call, as courtesy to let us know what was going on with our purchase. 3rd time we called, Kirk did not want to speak with us. We were informed by the lady whom answered the phone that the date was pushed further. I will not purchase another item through this company. We still have not gotten a phone call as a courtesy to let us know the date has been pushed back even further. This situation would have been acceptable, if our representative had given us a call to let us know. He did not. Still no couch, still not happy.

Great experience. My son bought his livingroom furniture there and my mother recently bought a recliner. My sales rep was very helpful leaving me with several options to decide. We ordered a piece of furniture over the phone through a salesperson. We thought everything was squared away with the right piece of furniture (and repeatedly told the salesperson that we had an item #, but the salesperson went ahead with just the name of the product). Lo and behold, the salesperson ordered the wrong piece of furniture! We are now dealing with the repercussions - the salesperson is disinterested and unapologetic with respect to the mistake; the piece of furniture that we did want is now out of stock, and we are trying to get a refund, but only a manager can approve a refund and they are "out until the weekend."

We bought a tv stand and setup delivery, the next available date was a week later so I scheduled that and the date was printed on my receipt. I didn't get a call the day before the scheduled delivery so I called to check on it and was told they had no record of our delivery, had to reschedule for a full week later, pretty frustrating
They have friendly people working there. Our salesperson was great. Only downside is the waiting time to actually get your furniture. I am not sure if COVID is to blame. We ordered a bedroom set the first week of August. Each time we call the store for a status update, they push the delivery time back a week. October 1st and we still don’t have our furniture nearly two months later. We were told again it would be the end of the week, as they’re still waiting on more pieces to come in, but that doesn’t seem likely. Constant delays and misinformation given.

If l could give this store a zero I would. They told me 3 weeks they will deliver the furniture it’s almost a month an half they don’t even contact me. I kept on calling all they telling are lies; we’ll deliver the furniture next week. I should have gone somewhere else I would never recommend this store to my worst enemy.
Marc Anthony was my salesman I bought an extreme amount of furniture I spent a good amount of money I received my dining room table on Wednesday there was no hardware for the legs the The gentleman that delivered the table told my husband that it would be 2 to 3 days before we would get any hardware now the customer service said 2 to 3 weeks so this is not acceptable to me as I called and spoke to the customer service at Ashley they told me that the 2 to 3 weeks that is the proper protocol so my salesman Marc Anthony called me to see how things were going I explain to him the situation and he said let me talk to my manager and I’ll get back to you and we will correct this I know sooner hung up with him he called me within minutes later and told me that they would be out the very next day or so to fix the problem that they had a couple tables in their warehouse that they would put it on my table so that it will rectify my problem I could not Be more pleased at how this conversation ended Marc Anthony was very concerned with my situation and rectified it immediately if you ever need a salesman at Ashley furniture Marc Anthony is the man to go to. I would like to add on a negative note the delivery service is useless, make sure you are firm with Ashley Furniture that they need to improve this

Good products. I love the couch we picked. It’s the only one I found I liked anywhere. Well now it’s been three months and still missing half my couch. Every date they give me they call on that day and push it again. We were never told of all the set backs. We expected it in a week and sold our other couches. I understand Covid set backs and delays. But Raymour had no problem getting me all my other furniture. I got all my flooring redone, new window installed. The worst part about it is their attitude and how dismissive they are. They really don’t care about customer service once they get your money. I hate it because it’s the only couch I wanted...I don’t want my money back I want the products I bought three months ago.

Pray you never need to use your warranty. I had a recliner break about two months into my purchase and they sent a disgusting, homeless-looking guy to my house who smelled like marijuana. After 30 seconds of looking at my furniture he said he was ordering a new part and would be back in two weeks. He never ordered the part and after I called I had to start the whole process over. I'm now at 3 weeks from that date and still haven't heard a word about my part. I purchased at Ashley Fairless Hills. Good salesperson but the warranty is useless when Ashley doesn't stand by their product. I recommend passing on the coverage because you're pretty much wasting money.

I was moving quite a distance during a very difficult time. Andy from the store here in Fairless Hills PA was incredibly kind. He understood my circumstances and showed incredible compassion. His personal attention to making sure we had a couch to sit on was outstanding. He was even able to make sure we had both pieces on the same day. It was a breath of fresh air to find that level of service.

I had a relative who was moving to the area and we looked at numerous stores for the living room furniture that he wanted. The salesman who helped us was very good at finding the type of furniture that my relative was looking for. Only one downside to the store and that is/was that the prices are rather expensive.

We like our new Recliner. The buying process was quick and delivery was smooth. Although, the recliner does not retain the lay back position but swivels well and the mechanism for the foot rest works well. The features that work well are our priority. The recliner is a bit too puffy but with use that would change.

I recently visited the Ashley Homestore at 120 Commerce Blvd to help my daughter pick out some furniture for her new apartment. Pricing was affordable, inventory was extensive, and the customer service provided by Marc Anthony was excellent. Mr. Anthony was knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. I highly recommend Ashley Homestore and Marc Anthony.
The place has tons of quality furniture for your house or apartment. The store is huge and everything is organized to show you how your rooms could look and what you may need to furnish it. They have complete bedroom sets and living room couches too. The salesmen are helpful and dont pressure you to buy things.

Lots of sectionals to choose from, and no gimmicks like at the previous store we were in. Had some with recliners and chaise, many where you can flip the configuration. Got Columbus day sale price, and original price seemed legit. Sales guy wasn't all over us. Gave us a tape measure when asked, and helped hold it so we could figure out which couch was best. Offered us free water bottles. Pleasant, quick shopping trip and spent LESS than I anticipated. Free delivery 2 days later, which went smoothly. They brought it in and set it up.

If anyone is shopping for new furniture do not use Ashley furniture worst service ever. They delivered a broken couch and its been a month and still its broken they will not replace because they say its a fixable part yet we are still here with a broken couch a month later.
We had an issue with a couch not fitting thru the doorway which came from another store. We called Ashley’s, explained our issue, and the manager hooked us up with Frank. He was fantastic. He knew his stuff, what would work for our house, and gave us a great deal. We went from having a terrible experience with another store, to one where we got a better couch at a better price. Could not be more pleased. 10/10 will go back and buy from Frank again.
For over two months now I have been trying to reach someone to fix my adjustable base that came broken. I have been passed around to every number and no one has helped. No manger works at the store apparently, corporate doesn’t care, and it’s a shame. DO NOT SHOP WITH ASHLEY unless you are your own mechanic and can fix everything yourself.

This was my first time at Ashely Furniture and I had the pleasure of working with Roberto today ! I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with him! As soon as I walked in Roberto greeted me, he made me feel welcomed and comfortable! I have never met more of a down to earth, honest and personable &"salesman&". I use &"salesman&" very lightly because he was not pushy and not &"just trying to get a sale&". He took the time to listen to what I was interested in purchasing. Out of all 3 of the Furniture stores I visited today, Roberto made my experience at Ashley Furniture by far the best. I will be coming back in the future.

They picked up my couch to fix it waited for 2 weeks for them to bring it back. They didn't fix it they actually it screwed it up more then when I sent it out. They not only did not fix the minor rip in the fabric they "repaired" the fabric on the opposite side. But! They put the wrong fabric on so the color was completely off. They also put a huge hole in the couch above where they put the new fabric on. Mind you the rip on the fabric is still there never repaired. So we sent it in for 2 week repair AGAIN! and when sthe works came they took the couch apart into 18 peices again mind you it comes Part into 4 the backs come off for easy removal. They scheduled the couch to be delivered between 12/4 and called me to say it wouldn't be here untill after 5. They can't even bring it back at the schedule time and currently waiting to see if they fix it right this them. When I try to talk to anybody on the phone about it they don't seem to care and i keep getting switch from person to person. Keep getting told there is nothing they can do. At this point they should be accommodating us not their drivers!

I was in Ashley furniture yesterday to look for a couch. I was greeted by the sweetest, least agressive sales person (even by furniture store standards) named Doc. He politely introduced himself and offered his assistance if I needed it. I had a few questions and waved him over each time and he was able to answer the questions without bullsh*tting me or anything. You could tell he knew what he was talking about. He wasn't lurking behind me the entire time while I shopped, like every other furniture place in the area I have been too. I finally found the perfect couch and Doc helped me to set up the sale and delivery etc. Very nice sales person and very nice selection at this store. In addition they had a great sale going on while I was there. Will definitely be back to buy a bed and some other items I need and will make sure to see Doc (you should too!) 👍👍

We were approached by Doc when entering the store with a quick friendly greeting that put a smile on our face. First impressions are everything, Doc left a lasting one with us.
With some establishment's you go through issues. I misplace my paperwork i had on a bedroom set that i didn't get, (over 2 yrs ago) Not only were they friendly and understanding not having the p.w.it was still in their system and was applied to a different droom set that I like better. My sales lady very knowledgeable, friendly n patient with me. I ALWAYS like Ashley's furniture we're looking forward to enjoying our new bedroom set. Oh and their customers service Ladies are hilarious enjoy my time with them as well. Thanks to Naomi, Rose, Rachael. Looking forward seeing you are soon.

I don&'t know why there&'s so many negative reviews. We came in at 8:30 on a Friday night. Jared (I think his name was!) helped my mom & I out. He was great! Helped us pick out furniture but didn&'t just go for the most costly one. Was honest, fast, and he got our sense of humor. He was fabulous! Delivery came in two days and the furniture is beautiful! Ask for Jared if you come!
I took down 2 stars coz the person who answers the phone in the store hanged up on me when I was discussing with her the delivery time. When I called back immediately, she said “are you picking a fight?!” I was surprised and did not know what to say. The reason of the discussion was that we were assigned a delivery time slot that does not fit our time schedule back then. We bought our bedroom furniture from there, and the sales team over there is very helpful and not pushy. Delivery was on time, but communication wise was total disappointment to me. Our sales person Kirk, was helpful and patiently spent with us all the time we needed over several visits. He gave us honest opinion and advice when we asked for it. ee are glad with the quality of our purchase.

I really did not want to go here, but was surprised to find a good variety at a good price. Bought 2 full size sofas here that same day after going to 4 other stores in the area. Delivery was seamless communication was 1st rate.

Very Good Staff to Answer questions prior to purchase, but very sub par staff with communication after purchase is made. I ordered furniture in December 2018, and was told that because it was not in the warehouse and I would not get until mid/late January 2019. As I was not in a rush, I said that is fine. Because they never called, I called for an update in late January and they stated would get in another couple weeks. Got a call in mid February that furniture could not be delivered until late March. Salesman highly suggested I cancel the order because “it was unfair for me to wait this long” and they said they would give me my money back. After monitoring my credit card, I noticed they never gave me my money back. I once again called for an update and they said I would have to come into the store to get a refund. Please be aware of this ridiculous policy. I travel a lot for work and now have to make a special trip into their store to get my money back on furniture they could not deliver on! None of this was explained to me when they suggested to cancel my order! Individual on the phone was very rude when I tried to explain my side.
Very unsatisfied! I have no children and no pets, I bought 2 sofas and a coffee table less than a year ago. The coffee table is all dinged up and not made from all wood like the salesman told me. He also assured me that the sofas were 100% real leather not bonded leather and would scratch. I have scratches and tears on both. I bought the warrant and had a tech come out, he acted like it was going to be covered. Today I got a call that only the sofas are covered and the coffee table has “accumulated damage” and they will not be covering it. Again this furniture is less than a year old! I’m very unsatisfied and still need to furnish the rest of my home since we just moved in last year we are doing room by room and I will certainly not be returning to Ashley furniture and I advise anyone who is thinking of going there to spend a little more money elsewhere because their products are junk!

Me and my girlfriend love the bed we purchased and the associate was friendly and walked me through everything. Not 5 stars because the delivery guys were pretty ignorant and they did not get rid of my old mattress even though the store promised that they would take it. Other than that, a good experience.
I had to take my time to look through all the furniture to decide what I wanted to purchase for several rooms in my ccondo. Roberto Hajek, sales associate, made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel rushed. I went through the pricing details over and over again with Roberto until I was happy with the choices I made that fit my budget. I highly recommend this store. The staff were all kind and Roberto Hajek was very helpful and attentive.

After a month of not receiving my furniture due to one excuse or another, I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I will never shop with this company ever again (Crest Furniture, Value City Furniture, Ashley HomeStore, Mealey's Furniture, all the same company).
The Manager Frank was absolutely AMAZING! He didnt pressure me for even a moment about buying anything, but instead gave his professional opinion about everything. By far, the store in Fairless Hills, PA was the best that we have ever visited. I would reccomend Frank to everybody, he was very down to earth and truthful.
