Nothing but good things to share about this location. This was third time visiting this location to replace some older furniture in our home. Each representative was welcoming and helpful to our search for our furniture pieces. Delivery was promised at a convenient date and done professionally by the crew. Shoutout to Steven who was helpful with finding our pieces and making the process pain free.

Ordered a bedroom set, the sales person forgot to order the rails for the bed. Delivery men unable to put bed together. We have to wait 3 more weeks for the correct bed and all it's parts. Paid for the bedroom set with Ashley's credit plan but couldn't add the missing parts to the credit plan. We were required to pay up front for the missing part. No one apologize for there error or attempted to get part in reasonable time frame. I'll bate they try to make us pay another white glove delivery charge again. Very dissatisfied.

After exhausting many options, they didn't give up and pulled out a grid to illustrate the exact layout we wanted and then set up some options that met the space measurements we needed. When it was all said and done, we left with a smile on our faces and an order for our new furniture. Very happy with the service we received and lookingforward to our delivery in the next few weeks.

Once purchase something and pay for it they don't want to listen a single word .Ashley Store was my favorite since 2017 but not now anymore. Anybody want to purchase anything from Ashley keep in mind it would be Final Sale no return no exchange buy it from other store where return and exchange could be more easy .Return and exchange could be like impossible ...

Ashley Union Deposit, Harrisburg, PA. Beware of the store policies! I received a defective platform bed and it took a lot of back and forth communication to get to a call to schedule for the bed to be "retrieved" from my home, where it was in the way because it couldn't be set up. They don't want to give you your money back, so don't buy unless you're 100% sure--read the back of the receipt before signing ANYTHING. I also highly recommend paying for them to install so you know if you have a problem, on the spot. Send it back right then and there, if it isn't right! The bed I purchased for $799 was poorly made, isn't made or stocked locally, probably isn't even made in the USA. Defective merchandise should automatically warrant a refund. Period. Without making you fight for it. They did refund all of my cost of the bed, less the delivery fee to bring it and an exaggerated fee of $150 to "retrieve" it, when I finally got that far with them. What you can't see in my photos was that the headboard wasn't square or straight and it didn't stand properly on the right side. I didn't want another one of this same quality, in my home.

I visited Ashley Furniture today in search of a sectional I had seen online. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Stephen, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive. Although the store didn't have the exact sectional I was looking for, Stephen went above and beyond to show me other options that matched the description of the photo I showed him. While I didn't make a purchase today, I was impressed by Stephen's friendliness and professionalism. He even took my phone number and promised to follow up with me in about a month or so to check in. My recent experience buying furniture from Ashley’s was absolutely top notch from the moment I walked in the door! I was immediately and pleasantly greeted by an associate named Ziha. And when I tell you, she is everything you seek in someone assisting you with a purchase.Words are almost a disservice to how incredible she actually is. Not only was she attentive and professional, she was funny and honest. I never once felt rushed or like I was being an inconvenience. We were also joined by the store manager, Sarah, who was also super great in all the same ways! By the end of my experience, from beginning to the delivery of my new living and dining set, was truly a wonderful experience. Ziha, Sarah, and the team at Ashley’s has made this store my first stop shop for anything they may carry. And I will happily use my new Ashley’s credit card. As for my purchase , I am beyond satisfied (Photo is a picture I took from the showroom, but it’s what I bought) :-)

I had just about given up on finding the chair I wanted, but the Ashley store and saleswoman Shirley saved the day! I described what I was interested in, and Shirley took me around the showroom and pointed out 7 possibilities! The showroom was clean, well-lit, and nicely set up. Shirley was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Sales manager Gracie was accommodating and helpful; she explained warranty and delivery options. Nothing bad to say here -- I had a great experience and found the chair I wanted!
Our salesman Mark was amazing! He showed us everything we asked. All questions were answered in great detail. He actually listened to us and understood the inventory in the store and matched it to our request. He was very friendly and easy to work with. Do not hesitate to visit the store and ask for him. I’ll be back again for sure when we get more furniture.

Beware do not except furniture when delivered that need repair. Ashley furniture, technician do not work with their customers. 3 times they scheduled my appointmet and 3 times they canceled.the 4th time they hired another company. They called to schedule with a date and a time and they asked what's a good time for them to come out.I told them after 2 pm, cause I work. 2 days before my appointment. Someone called To tell me they are coming out between 8:30am and 10:30 now things change with this other company. Ashley furniture does not have sympathy for their customers. I purchased a Mattress from another company. Guess what they give their customers 100 days for customer satisfaction to return or replace. Ashley gave me 72 hours. Good luck, I will not purchase a thing from this company
Don’t ever shop there. They don’t properly inform you of their return policy. When you do need something returned, it takes them forever to do so. They do not communicate well. And they wait until you’re in the store to actually tell you that there’s an issue.

After finding the reclining loveseat online, I visited the Harrisburg location to check it out and make a purchase. Shirley greeted me as I walked in and led me right to the one I was looking for. The price was different from the online price and she graciously looked into matching that price for me. She was very helpful and patient, answering all my annoying questions with a smile, and got me set up and checked out in no time. Everyone there was very friendly and informative. If you are looking for a new sofa, go in and ask Shirley to help you!
I bought funiture only a year and a half ago with their protection plan. One of the dining room chairs broke by sitting in it and they won't cover it or even give me a discount on a new chair. Took weeks for them to say we can only cover parts not labor. I'm good on that. Customers deserve better!!!

On 5/16/2024 I came into this store to buy a dining room set. I researched the model online prior to walking into the store and thought it was a going to be a seamless transaction. I was surprised that the store was selling the same exact set I wanted for over $300 more than the Ashley furniture website. The sales reps claimed Skylar the manager would price match it for me and asked me to wait. Skylar never came… the rep then said Skylar would send me a link within an hour to purchase the set online but I had to do it within an hour or the price would increase at 6 pm. The link never came nor did I receive a follow-up call. The sales rep seemed new and very pleasant however the store seems grossly mismanaged. I drove approximately three miles to Raymour and Flanagan and purchased the same exact dining room set. It had a different name but was the same exact table and chairs. I paid around $39 more for the set and more for delivery but I would rather patronize a company that values my business.

Where do I begin. Mark is an excellent sale representative. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He had practical recommendations. I left the store after a huge purchase and a feeling of great satisfaction. Overall his jovial personality made this furniture shopping all worth the while.

Total lack of customer support. Purchased a reclining chair that never came in and now they are making us wait for our deposit back. The customer service rep told us she doesn't care about bad reviews they are making money, so sad, after reading theses other reviews I can see they don't care

OUR SALES GIRL AT Ashley Furniture UNION DEPOSIT RD, ZIA WAS OUTSTANDING. SHE HELPED ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS AND FOUND US A DINING SET THAT IS PERFECT FOR US. WE DID NOT LIKE THE CHAIRS THAT CAME WITH THE TABLE BUT SHE FOUND CHAIRS FROM ANOTHER SET THAT COMLIMENTED THE TABLE AND SHE MADE A SALE!

March 1st I went into the Ashley Harrisburg store, looking for a particular model of sofa. (Originally went to the Lancaster showroom and they informed me it would be in Harrisburg). So walked around the showroom and noticed that it was very quiet and nobody greeted me and I didn't see any employees at first. Later, I realized they were all in the back talking. Eventually, I found the sofa I was looking for and again, not one staff member greeted me. I really wanted to talk about ordering some furniture & had questions. I don't need someone to follow me around, but at least offer a greeting and assistance. There were at least 4 employees in the back behind the counter, and they were so busy talking I wasn't going go up there and interrupt them. Clearly none of those employees could've been bothered to help. They can't argue that they didn't know I was there, when at least two of them made eye contact with me. I thought for sure one of them would eventually walk up to to offer assistance, I was wrong. I left disappointed because I was really ready to place an order. So won't be buying furniture from Ashley. Giving 2 stars because the showroom was a pleasant atmosphere and clean.

The price was good, the product I love, the service was good, delivery was ok. (Rushed, didn’t speak English hard to understand) but the worse part was they actually delivered the wrong facing chaise. It’s ok I made it work, but it’s clear the communication here between customers staff and the delivery company are pretty poor
If you live in Mifflin county, PA they will not deliver your furniture go to my area go to Altoona Ashley Furniture instead if you live near state college aka Penn state university for home delivery, am not driving to Maryland either... when I move to Mifflin County, PA we had to rent a Enterprise Van and the owner some old guy was playing the cheap game and didn't want to pay for rental van until my dad write him a letter he mail us a check for us to rent a van and I had to manually deliver ourselves our own furniture 70 miles away am not doing that again, am not the bad guy here just telling it straight that's all over and out...
I been calling the store for a few days now. Unable to get ahold of anyone. The voicemail box is full. If you try to get an operator or use the directory it just sends you back to the same voicemail. So, I called the 866 number and got an automated system that after verifying me transferred me to the same store that no one will answer.
First time visit to Ashley's. Saleslady Inziha was very professional, friendly, & helpful. I would highly recommend them.
Bought furnature from here. Paid for NEW furnature but they delivered refurbished. Good luck getting it replaced had terrible customer service. Everything is done through emails at coorporate. A coustomer service manager, named Wade, did not honor the resolution and yelled at me over the phone because I went to the other location and found a better refurbished peice and asked if it could be swapped out. He also refused to call me back to resolve the issue. This has been an ongoing issue for a year now. If you buy from here double check that your getting what you paid for. All 3 bedroom peice were refurbished and came with peices missing and chips out of the wood. would not recomend to anyone! Better off buying consignment furnature then from here.
Very unprofessional! No one ever answers the phone, we’ve been trying to return a piece and get a different piece for over a month and we keep getting the run around. They don’t notate the account properly and are a big HASSLE! Very disappointed and dissatisfied!

I had the worst experience with Ashley at this store. On 9/8/2023 I purchased three bed sets. I was told that there would be a split delivery since some items were unavailable in the store. So, the mattresses and foundations would be delivered first; the bedroom sets should be delivered by the 1st or 2nd week of October. I agreed to this “longer than I expected” time-frame. After receiving the foundations and mattresses, I realized that the foundations height appeared to be a bit too much, so I went back to the store and told a store representative and told her that we were worried the beds would be too high for us. Her response was that I shouldn’t worry because the frames of the beds I bought are very low so the bed height would be just fine. I believed her. Bedroom sets finally arrived last Thursday (9 weeks after the purchase day!) and, as I was worried about, beds are too high that we almost have to climb to get over them! I should also mention that since I had not been given any updates about the expected delivery of the bedroom sets, I tried calling many times. Either no one responded or the response was “You should get your items either next week or the following”, which didn’t happen! Also, since the invoice I received included only one Night Stand instead of two, I called the store and requested to add another one. I was told to make the payment in-store or online. I did it online so I expected two night stands upon delivery day but I only got one! To sum up, here are the reasons for anyone to be frustrated and regret the decision to buy furniture from this store: 1. Wrong information about bed heights and the consequences of this mistake by the store rep. 2. Not providing any updates about the changes in the expected delivery date nor responding to phone calls. 3. Not delivering the 2nd night stand.

My husband and I came in to look at furniture after having a horrible time with a different discount company. We knew we wanted to buy similar items to what we had purchased with the other store. We came in and were immediately greeted by Ziha. We told her our situation and explained what we were looking for. She was able to pull up pieces that were exactly what we wanted that may not have been on the floor. She let us walk around and try out different things. Once we had a few pieces we liked she helped us to create the perfect pairs and matches with furniture. She was so patient and attentive with us and our wants and truly listened to our style and wants! She was then able to help us see our options with our budget and then get approved and on our way. She went out of her way to make sure we had constant communication about our items and was so amazing with updating us along the process! They were all so amazing to work with and we couldn't have asked for better products and better customer service!

Do not buy. Without telling me they tried to sneak in a 5 year protection plan that was hundreds of dollars more. Also, they’re average shipping time is 8-12 weeks! They didn’t even bother mentioning that when I was shopping around. If that’s not bad enough, they’re prices online are far cheaper with free shipping and the actual stores won’t price match.

The sales person Sean was great, but thats where the good experience ended. They delivered my dining room set, and 2 of the six bar chairs are defective. Reported immediately when i noticed the 1st one, within an hour after delivery. The 2nd one we did not see until the 5th day, and reported as soon as we noticed. They are REFUSING to replace these 2 defective chairs. Told me there was nothing they could do about the 2nd one because we didn't report it within 72 hours! This a brand new set that we spent alot of money on and now we cant even use 2 of the 6 chairs. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Would give 0 stars if I could

I would never shop at your company nor would I recommend your company to anyone, after you wrongfully fired a great employee due to the threats, and harassment to her by youtube creators who just wanted clicks, views and money from their subs. The 2 women and the husband of one harassed the worker all day first by phone, then by the women going into the store while video recording their interacting with the employee. They planned this, and did it on purpose, and instead of protecting your employee, you gave those women what they wanted, and first suspended her and then fired her, Prior to this that employee was doing a great job for your company. I will not support a company who treats their employees so horribly. 😤
I have purchased living room sets, dining room sets, bedroom sets & even patio furniture from your store. Your delivery service as well as your customer service employees have always gone above and beyond. In saying that, I will no longer be purchasing anything from your store due to not protecting your employees from YouTubers who are into causing issues with employees and anyone else just for clicks and views. You have chosen to suspend an employee who was gaslit all day on the phone and then further gaslit at the store instead protecting your employees. I am disgusted that you are doing this and will take my future business elsewhere if this is how you continue to treat your hardworking employees.

Ashley's has really gone downhill. They carry no inventory, so you have to wait weeks until you get your furniture. Recommend going to Raymuour Flanigan. Made purchase Friday the 25th with a delivery on Wednesday the 30th
Furniture is nice and looks like what we wanted, but the dresser arrived with broken sliding hinge piece. We contacted customer service and it took the company two weeks to order the part, then ship it, it finally arrived in about three weeks. But they sent the wrong part. We contacted them again, and they sent the wrong part AGAIN. It's been two weeks again since we heard back. We haven't been able to use our dresser drawer for 2 months now since getting it. Not good customer service, no matter how friendly their team is. I don't think we will buy from Ashley again. For the price that we paid, I expect better quality and service.

I order 3 pieces of furniture on 7/15/22. Waited over 3 months for it to arrive only to have my couch missing. When I called in to the store, they said they had it down I picked up the couch. Supposedly the floor model. How? When this furniture wasn't even in the store nor any other of Ashley's locations and had to be ordered? Plus why would I order 3 items, pick up 1 and have the other 2 deliveed? Make it make sense. They dropped the ball and need to take accountability. I STILL want my couch and there is no telling when I might get the missing couch I was told possibly December which puts me at a total wait of 5 months if not longer for a couch I ordered in July. To me this is totally unacceptable and I feel this order needs to be expedited and I should receive at least the taxes I paid on this total order back for my inconvenience. Which isn't asking for too much. And I want a check as in which was paid to them, not no issued store credit
NEVER in life will I order furniture from Ashley's again. I waited 3 months for my furniture to arrive only for them to show up today with my couch missing 🤬 waiting to hear from them to show proof that indeed a new couch will be ordered hopefully expedited and I won't have to wait another 3 months. and that I'm offered some sort off compensation for my inconvenience for their mishap

Nice workers, very kind professional and lovely. Horrible delivery although. I ordered a bedroom set expecting it to take 4 weeks to 4 months as they said but it had taken maybe 6 or7. By the time it did come they delivered it without the screws to it so we had to send it back three days ago and now are waiting for them to hopefully send it asap WITH the screws.
Purchased a sleeper sofa, loveseat, & matching ottoman four years ago. Delivery was delayed for a week & when received one of the legs on the sofa had to be replaced. Over time the bottom cushions show wear far too quickly - even with daily rotation and have lost their firmness, the rear cushions need extra stuffing. And the ottoman - with its top cushion over an inch off-center looks lopsided. Also staples and nails have started to protrude. Overall we're very disappointed with the quality and craftsmanship of their furniture. We will not be repeat customers nor do we recommend Ashley Furniture to friends and family.
Do not purchase anything from this store. To say they are incompetent is an understatement. The incorrect table was ordered which by itself is not a big deal however, they have refused to tell me when I am going to get a replacement, they charged my card in full for merchandise not received and they will not talk to my husband or myself. I have been trying for 3 days to have someone call me back and they will not. When I questioned the office manager, she stated I was ignorant and hung up. We have not been rude or unreasonable and have the calls recorded if anyone wants to listen. This will get worked out with the credit card company however, it is much time wasted and now we have to go out and find new tables again. This is the most unprofessional incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and purchase from Bob's if the Ahsley product is the price point you are looking for. At Bobs, they are professional and helpful.
I bought my furniture at the Harrisburg store. It was the worst experience I ever had with buying furniture. I will never buy anything from them again. FYI..delivery times are a suggestion, when my delivery never came I was told I was expected to be there all day, not just during the scheduled delivery time. Rediculous!
The warranty is worthless and the customer service is awful. The furniture had severe internal structural damage and fell apart within weeks of using it. Their technician wasn’t able to repair it and the warranty representative said the damage wasn’t their responsibility. Even though the warranty is 12 months, they claim damage must be reported within 72 hours. Visibly there didn’t seem to be damage so there wasn’t anything to report. The warranty is void if the furniture is moved in any way. The entire conversation was a twisted scam! We will never purchase from Ashley’s again.
After looking around for a while my wife and I found what we thought was the perfect sectional for our house. Our salesperson seemed very informative and quoted us a price definitely within our budget. When her boss came over to verify the setup he sent the salesperson back to let us know we were misquoted and it would be $1,400 more than the initial quote. Shocked to say the least they were that far off from the initial quote and the boss didn't talk to us and sent the associate back to apologize; didn't offer any sort of remedy and we walked out, will take our business elsewhere.

Just got the furniture and everything appears, looks, feels good. If it holds up i give em anither star. Our saleman Will was on point very friendly not over bearing or pushy and when it came time to agree on a price he was fair and practical. Would recomend Will to friends and family.

Ordered a bedroom set in March. Have been patiently waiting since. Called to check on the status of the order and was told the set got discontinued. No one called to inform us. They left us with two options, pick something else or come to the store to refund our card. Sales person didn’t know what he was doing the day we purchased the set. Should have read the sign then.
I visited this store in 2005 when I was looking for new furniture. I was followed around by a white staff member who never once spoke to me but stared at me the entire time. I’ve never been back but see you have a new name and am hoping the service has improved. I won’t return to find out. At the time I worked for Pottery Barn and purchased what I needed from work. Working with Ashley Furniture has been a complete nightmare. This is the first time we have purchased furniture with the company and we will never go back. We ordered a bedroom set on 10/16 and it was delivered 12/31. The bed frame was set up incorrectly, broke while our child was sleeping on it, and we cannot get them to fix it. We’ve called countless times and have made zero progress toward a solution. We were told it would take the manager 7-10 business days to return our calls and respond to our request and it’s been nearly a month. Save yourself time and energy and get your furniture from another company. Update: Yes, we did finally get the bed fixed nearly two months after it was originally installed. Unfortunately, that was not the end of our saga with Ashley, it is still ongoing. We asked for compensation due to missing work two days and Ashley no-showing to fix our bed (even though we had verified appointments) and the furniture being broken for nearly two months. After calling three times, we finally received word we would get a small reimbursement reflected on our next billing cycle. Three billing cycles later it has not yet come off. When we called to inquire a fourth time, we were told no one sent this refund information to Synchrony bank. So again, we continue to have to call and talk to customer service and beg them to do their job. We still don’t have the refund. I have never spent months on the phone with a company like this. Please look elsewhere. No one has this kind of time nor is their furniture worth it.
My husband and I were shopping for bedroom furniture. We found something we really liked at Ashley's and after checking a few other stores and not finding anything we liked as much we returned and purchased a lovely sleigh bed and nightstands. We were helped both times by Stephen Jessee. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, which we appreciated. We will be needing furniture for other rooms soon and will definitely return to Ashley's!
Purchased A sectional and September of 2021 we were advised going in that it could be 12 weeks giver take a little. It is now January the approximate time I was told to to expect delivery no contact I called the store and I was informed March early March and and the individuals I was dealing with are no longer working at the store. No at Some point I may up or lower this review based upon the actions of the store and the honesty and communications.. It seems a little odd when looking at reviews how management only replies to 5 star reviews. Bad CS Will kill a business.

Do not buy furniture at this store! We ordered furniture in May and were told it would be delivered in 12 weeks. We started calling after 15 weeks. They had some furniture but not all of it. At first they refused to make a partial delivery, even though they had no idea when the rest of the furniture would arrive. Every time we called they said the store manager would call us back but they never called us. We had to keep calling. Finally contacted the PA attorney general and then magically they called us. Got the last of our furniture seven months after ordering! And no offer of a discount or refund of any kind. We will never use Ashley HomeStore again.

I had a horrible experience at the Harrisburg PA Union Deposit store. I bought a bed frame there in July of this year. The sales associate told me that the delivery wait period would be up to 12 weeks. I assumed that was a worse case scenario. After 10 weeks there was no delivery, and no delivery set up phone call. I went in to talk to them and an associate at the customer service desk told me that 2 of the 3 pieces are still not in stock. (You buy the frame in pieces) She told me that "I'm her customer now and she will look into it and follow up with me." I told her I might call her and she said that if it is busy they may not answer the phone. She never called me back and when I called again the Sales Manager told me he couldn't give me a new estimated delivery date and never offered to help me further. After almost 12 weeks I finally got a full refund. I went to Boscovs at Colonial Park mall and bought a bed last Thursday (Veterans Day) and it was delivered and set up today! 1 week delivery. The people at Ashley's were friendly, but I felt like no one cared about my sale once I had bought it. I will never shop in there again! (I'm giving 2 stars because the people were friendly.) Otherwise they would only get 1 star.

The person I talked to on the phone told me theyd sell me the floor model since everything is back ordered 12 weeks. When I got to the store, Will, the manager said he wouldnt do it. He was not even apologetic that I ran up there for nothing. I'd had issues with poor service when I bought my livingroom furniture but wanted a matching end table. I will never buy anything there again.
Our sales rep Eric was extremely helpful and knowledge about everything we were looking for. He ultimately helped us find the bed and sofa that we had been searching all over for. A job well done!

My name is Michele White and I have been shopping at Ashley HomeStore for years. I have never had the kind of customer service I received from Kyle Hurston. I have been calling the store for over a month trying to get a issue resolved to no avail. When I spoke to Kyle, he was efficient, concerned, listened to the issue at hand, and it was resolved within a couple of days. He kept me updated on the issue, and genuinely cared. There should be more individuals like him that are truly concerned about their customers. Thanks Kyle and for you, I will continue to be a customer at Ashley HomeStore .
Had the worst experience from the Harrisburg store. Told us our bedroom suite was in Pittsburg. It would be 6-10 days. That was a lie. Then delivered to the wrong warehouse. Finally after 9 weeks later the delivery truck shows up and leaves with my furniture. All because my 18 year old son did not have a valid id. Then it was to be delivered the following week. But, we had to go get it because the manager Amy canceled it and set up for pick up. Get a phone call on the way there. Just, to find out our mattress was not shipped with the rest of the furniture. Manager Amy and employee Tiffany was absolutely rude. They also told us that we would get a $200 refund for our troubles. Yet another lie. 2 weeks after picking up our furniture, crickets. Absolutely the worst experience we’ve ever had getting furniture.And, the most stressful experience for purchasing furniture. Would highly recommend going elsewhere. We will not ever go back again. We will not ever recommend going there. Absolutely disgusted.
We purchased a sleeper sofa at the end of June. The initial delivery date of 09/04 was a ways out, but acceptable. We got rid of our old ragged sofa as it was to be here in a few days and we wanted to make room. Today they emailed stating that delivery was set up for November 30th. So 5 months to get a sofa delivered. If it was going to be that long, we really should have been notified sooner than a couple days out as we wouldn’t have gotten rid of the other sofa yet. Terrible business practices.

We stopped in looking for a couch bit everything is pretty much on back order due to Covid. although we didn't leave with anything, the staff was great and woman stopped and talked to our toddler and was very friendly and understanding. He loved her.
We ordered a sectional mid April 2021. First new couch either of us have purchased and for our first home. When we bought it we were told 12-15 weeks. 15 weeks brought us to the end of July. Justin called beginning of July to see what the status was and we were told end of July. Justin called again towards the end of July because we still didn’t hear from them for an exact day. Now they said most of the pieces are done but the pieces that are missing won’t be here until mid September 🙄. After discussing it with each other we decided to ask them to deliver the pieces they have and they told us they could. When justin called they said they have all the pieces actually. So we scheduled it for Tuesday (august 3) and they called us yesterday giving us a window of 1-5pm. Well we got a call on Tuesday delivery day at like 11:15 that there is a mechanical error with the truck and they can deliver it wednesday with the same window. 🙄 We have a friend visiting who has never been to Harrisburg and thought we would have this couch before she even got here so we didn’t want to wait around all day again. So we went to mini golf early on Wednesday, the new delivery day so we would be back by the drop off window. Also on Tuesday when they had to cancel our drop off the dispatcher told us they would call us an hour before it was to arrive due to the cancellation of the delivery on their part on Tuesday and we didn’t want to sit in the house again all day. But something in me knew that they would drop the ball on calling us an hour ahead of time so I wanted to be back by 1 anyways. Well at 12:15 (45 min before the drop off window) we get a call they are here at our house. No call ahead of time to ask us if we were home outside the window. Well we stop playing mini golf with 3 holes left and are home 20 minutes later and they are gone. Obviously in hindsight we should have stayed here just knowing how our luck has been but we have company and didn’t want to wait around again the entire day. My husband calls the corporate office and they keep trying to get in touch with the dispatcher but no luck. We get transferred to another person in corporate who is higher up on the chain I think. She ends up dealing with this and calls us back about 15 minutes later saying if we are good to stay at the house they will deliver it before the day ends (on Wednesday). We change our plans around even though we were going to take our guest to fun places around Harrisburg. Waste of time because it was NEVER delivered. So today the next day we get a call from corporate telling us that the earliest date they had for a new delivery is next Thursday. We let him know that we are really dissatisfied with that and don’t find it acceptable, and that this experience has made us determine we are not going to do business with Ashley’s anymore. He told us that the logistics people (truck company) know that if they have any earlier opening they are supposed to see if we are available to take delivery. Also, he said that once we have our items we should reach out to Ashley’s corporate again and they will likely compensate us for the delay. I want my items TODAY. We have someone over this week who has never seen our house and it would be nice to have our whole living room done. We just got the walls and trim painted. And I have another friend coming Friday-Monday who I haven’t seen in 3 years and again it would be nice for her to see the finished product. Also we don’t have the time to just sit and wait for this couch. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. We have a 3,000 square foot house ti slowly furnish and will never be buying from Ashley’s.
Terrible customer service. We walked in and was overlooked and no one asked if we needed or wanted help. Went to the desk in the back to ask for help rude lady at the desk stated she would send some one to us. The gentlemen then went to another couple and we were not helped. If your skin color is different they look at you like you can't read or buy furniture. Would never buy or go into this union deposit location again. They are not courteous or friendly at all.

My wife and I ordered 2 full sectionals 12/12/2020 it is now the middle of July we have only received one of our sectionals completed and one piece of our other sectional we received these pieces in the middle of June at the time of purchase we were told 10-12 weeks it has now been 8 months and we still do not have all of the furniture that we have already payed in full for I have gone back and forth with the store on the phone and their corporate office and am still waiting for the day that they call me back not once have they called me during this whole time except to ask for more money since they cancelled one of my items without my knowledge or say so I just want my furniture my wife and I are completely disappointed with the customer service and treatment we have been receiving needless to say we will never shop at Ashley’s ever again
They are terrible I go in December to get furniture I was supposed to get 20 percent never got 6 months no furniture just run around I have to apply for snap.and I can't get my money because it nonrefundable I will never give them my business go so where they fired the people that was there 6 months ago new people show they can't even keep worker
8:32pm I walked into Ashley furniture and by 8:45pm I fully set up with a full couch set that was in stock and had a delivery date within the week following with a full setup. Will is one of the best sales employees they have by far. The lady that check me and my husband out also was very helpful the whole time. The store manger talked to us the whole time which made us very comfortable with our purchase. He personally told us that his brother had gotten the same set of furniture and was great quality for the price. Thank you so much!
Rarely do I comment on furniture store experiences unless they're really bad OR really good....in this case is was really GOOD due to our salesperson, Jayden! We bought nothing, however his sales approach was not only respectfully helpful but had us wanting to buy something just to reward his excellent approach and care for us...we actually felt bad not getting something. Had Ashley's stocked what we were looking for Jayden would have been our man! Thanks Jayden! Keep up the good work!

I am writing to express my utter disappointment in the lack of customer service displayed by the folks at Ashley Home Store's Corporate Offices. In January of this year (2021), I purchased $22,000 of furniture from Ashley Home Stores. It is now almost the middle of April, and I am still waiting for rooms of furniture to be delivered. I am a disabled veteran who suffers greatly from 4 herniated discs in my back, and sciatica in both legs. I recently purchased a $3,000 mattress (as part of the $22,000 purchase). I had the mattress in my home for less than a week. I immediately discovered that the pillow-top mattress aggravated my conditions, and that I would need a much firmer mattress. I called to inform my salesman, who told me of a 30-day waiting period after which I could trade my mattress in for another (firmer) mattress. I met with the salesman that evening at the store to select another firmer mattress, which was actually less expensive than the one I had previously purchased.) I was immediately notified the next day by the sales manager that this was not the case at all. In essence, I was now stuck with this mattress because they could not resell it as new. He gave me the phone number to Ashley's corporate office, where I was informed by Mr. Guillermo Ortiz, that there was nothing that he could do, or that could be done to help me in this dilemma. In my experience, you don't spend as much money as I've spent in that store only to be treated like less than a number! Forget the pledges and promises that they make on their website, Ashley Home Store DOES NOT appreciate, nor go the extra mile for their customers. If they did, they would have found a way to satisfy my need for a firmer mattress in view of the amount of money that I spent in their store, that I could have just as easily spent in another store. I am fully aware that I may come off in this review as an irate and disgruntled customer; however, it is not only me. Don't just take my word for it. I implore you to go to the Better Business Bureau's (BBB) website and note the 323 and counting complaints against this company for the lack of customer service and appreciation for those of us who have foolishly decided to spend our money there. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THEIR 1.2 OUT OF 5.0 RATING! Please, do not reward them with your business. You will be either short-changed, disappointed, or both! You have been thusly warned.In contrast, Will (the salesperson), and Chris (the sales manager) at the Union Deposit store were courteous, helpful, and VERY professional. However, the Corporate Office leaves A LOT to be desired!
BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A EXTENDED WARRANTY from this company! After purchasing furniture for the last 10 plus years from this store & purchasing extended warranty’s on all of our furniture we came across an issue with a chair. One of the legs on our Kitchenette Table broke. I had to call several times, send pictures of a broken chair which on my extended warranty says it is covered! Well guess what? I was told it’s not covered from excessive wear! REALLY? It’s a chair that people sit on everyday! Needless to say Ashley’s basically ROBBED me of my MONEY! I advise anyone to never ever purchase a warranty from them because you’re being scammed!

I visited this store on my last visit to Erie. My mother and stepfather are nearly 70 and were in badly need of a new bed as their current model had been around since Reagan was in office. In order to be as efficient as possible during my trip, I stopped by the showroom by myself to do some quick research. The store was virtually empty, save for the employees, and not once was I greeted nor asked if I needed any assistance. After 20+ minutes of wandering around the floor models, I decided I would complete my research online and return to the store with my parents.2 days later I returned to with the folks in tow. This time, after a few minutes, I was approached by a salesperson. They asked how they could help, to which I informed them, "THEY need a new bed." The salesperson then asks if I am their "caseworker". After that extremely disappointing exchange, I stepped aside and let me stepfather field any questions. Their even more disappointing exchange was as follows:SP: "What kind of bed did you have in mind?"SF: "Something with memory foam I think."SP: "Oh, are you sure? That's going to be expensive."At that point I walked off because I wasn't going to have any further discussion with someone who was being extremely disrespectful. Intentionally or otherwise. After 15 minutes a manager noticed me wandering around the showroom and approached me, offering assistance. I showed him a few options and asked for a quote. At that point I collected the folks and told them we were leaving. The next day I looked up all the items online and ordered them myself.While I do not expect a random salesperson to have a deep knowledge of my family dynamic (stepfather is dark-skinned black, mother is white, I am bi-racial) OR our financial status...what I do expect is for me, and more importantly my parents, are treated as actual humans. Can't say I buy a lot of furniture in Erie, PA, but I assure you we won't be setting foot in this store again.
I had the pleasure of working with the sales associate Marcus. He was awesome. He assisted me in finding a new couch for our new home. He did not attempt to upsale me and he took his time to ensure that we were getting what we wanted and needed for our home. He was patient and funny and made sure that we were helped immediately. Worst consumer purchase experience of my life! Ordered and paid for couch, love seat and ottoman on 11/29/20. Contracted delivery was 8 to 12 weeks. As of today, 3/9/21, the love seat and ottoman have been delivered but no sign of the couch or anticipated delivery date. I have called Ashley more than 10 times and just get the run around. I will NEVER buy another thing from Ashley Furniture!
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience shopping with Ashelys! My couch took 6 months to arrive (was told it would be 3-4). Once it was delivered the delivery team could not fit 1/3 of the sectional upstairs (not their fault). HOWEVER, they completely destroyed my brand new homes foyer/ staircase. It has been a Nightmare trying to get a response from anyone!!!! This happened Feb 16th and has been a battle ever since. Only person I spoke to was Mark and he told me theres no way his team caused this damage. This place is a joke and unprofessional...completely ruined my home and will not take any accountability. While the sales staff is helpful, DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY!!!!! I have had a dining room aet for less then 3 years and have had to have someone come out to repair the chairs 4 times because the screws keep falling out. I've emailed, called submitted pictures and get no response AND get hung up on. I even had a supervisor hang up on me because I requested to have new chairs. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I have to leave some type of rating to have this post, but it should be no stars!!!
We were looking into purchasing some furniture but just walked in here to browse. Chevelle was extremely helpful and she is the best! We decided to purchase and everything was a smooth process. She understood our needs and made sure every little detail matters. Joi helped us in the payment process and she was very nice, and extremely helpful going over everything with us. Wish I could give less than one star rating! Please read my review if you're considering purchasing from Ashley furniture Harrisburg. I don't want anyone else to go through what I have gone through. Ashley's furniture Harrisburg has been horrible to work with. Oh, they are very pleasant the day you go to purchase your furniture, but as soon as they have your money, they are shady and rude. They told us the day of purchase wait times were backed up for COVID, and said delivery would be within 8-12 weeks. It's long, but we thought they were being upfront and understood, so decided to make the purchase. At nearly 13 weeks waiting time, I had not received my furniture and no one had reached out From Ashley's to update me. I called the Harrisburg store where my order was purchased, and I spoke to an associate, Fasha (Not sure of the spelling, but yes I am calling you out!) and she was the rudest customer service rep I have ever encountered. She must be getting a lot of these calls, because she was RUDE from the moment I told her my furniture never arrived. She could not give me an estimate of when my furniture would arrive, only that it "might" be in March. I asked if she could look into it further to get me a better estimated arrival date and she refused, saying it was a distributor issue, not a store issue. She told me that I was not even a priority because other customers have been waiting longer than I have (that's not helping your case). After that, I asked to speak to the Store Manager, and I was told someone would call me by the end of the day. It has been over a week, and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have also reached out to their online support, put in a complaint with corporate and have tried multiple times (after being hung up on) to speak to a manager at the Harrisburg location... all of which have led to nothing. No answer, no help. I've been on quarantine for the last two weeks, otherwise, I would have been in there to confront them in person. Customers have a RIGHT to know (before a purchase) that it will take six months to receive a product. Ashley's is lying to their customers when they go in. Check out other reviews on Yelp and google and on Ashley's corporate page. It is happening all over! Even those who are waiting for refunds have been waiting over 5 weeks for refunds with no word from when money will be received. Please learn from our experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Horrible experience. After pieces of my order sat in a warehouse for weeks because all of the pieces I ordered were not in yet and they didn’t want to deliver separately, furniture was delivered damaged. Placing a call to speak to a manager, you must give them 72 hrs to respond. 72 hrs passes, no call back so I waste MORE time reaching out. Finally speak to a manager who said they would follow up with me the next week AND that never happened. Here I am, a month after damaged furniture delivered and I had no idea when to expect new furniture until I wasted more of my time today. Furniture ordered in early September and if ETA doesn’t change maybe I’ll have my furniture in February.

Really terrible experience all around. Ordered a couch and chair back in July, and we were told it would be here in 2-6 weeks. It’s now December and they told us they have no idea when it will get here. We cancelled the chair and they took a 30 percent restocking fee even though the item was never even ready to be delivered. We understand there’s delays with COVID, but it’s been 6 months and no one will tell us anything. The store keeps telling us to call corporate and when we call corporate they just tell us to call the store. We already paid for this so we are out the money for 6 months as they fail to deliver the furniture. We tried to get a refund and nobody in corporate or the store seems to know how to do that. Super frustrating experience.

Just started shopping for our new family room addition. We went to a few places before Ashley Homestore. We were pleasantly greeted by Will who was so friendly and also gave us space to look around on our own. He checked back with us a few times to see if we had any questions but no pressure at all (like most salespeople). We loved the selection at Ashley and found a few items we liked. Will was able to discuss all the options and prices with the furniture. Once again no pressure to purchase which we liked. We ended up making our decision and Will took us thru the process with ease. We then found out this was Will's first day working at Ashley. We were suprized because he was so knowledgeable about everything. Thanks Will for a great shopping experience and for helping us with our new family room furniture.

Jalen was super friendly, not pressuring, and helped me decide on the color scheme of my couch and table. Paid a recent visit to Ashleys to purchase a kitchen set for the love of my life and enjoyed a wonderful purchase experience...thanks to the great customer service provided by Sales Associate Mark. Mark's customer service skills and knowledge of the merchandise truly made the purchase experience a stressless one!

Spent $7,000 on a discounted bedroom set. The delivery drivers were very nice and you could see they took good care of the furniture. The damage I identified was a manufacturing issue and two pieces need replaced. The scheduling department is unable to reach and my problem is not being resolved timely. It is over a month and I still have damaged furniture and the only follow-up appointment I have to date is November 20th for someone to come out and touch up two flaws with paint. Meanwhile both the headboard and footboard have damage and I have yet to hear when they will be replaced. Now what I would expect from such expensive furniture.

Ordered starmore bed set because it was beautiful and as they state the highest quality. The men they sent could barely carry it up my wide open stairs. I never noticed the damage until 2 weeks later and now furniture just keeps getting worse. 4000$ for a bed set and the dresser just keeps separating. Very dissapointing.
I have had nothing but amazing experiences with the Union Deposit store. The gentlemen that helped me was Joe. He looked up warehouse inventory and ensured I had received my lift chair before surgery for my shoulder. He called the day before and the day of to ensure everything went well. Ridiculous - Bought a new living room set 2 years ago. (I also purchased the extended warranty.) Zipper broke on the couch arm so I called the warranty department “We only repair if it was accidental” ?? I called Joi, Erica and talked with Wayne the customer service Mgr. of Ashely in Harrisburg where we bought it “ the manufacture warranty is for one year” Bottom line - if you want quality furniture who backs what they sell Do not buy from Ashley.

We were at the store on 9/1/2020 to get a small sofa for our tiny living room. We have been looking at many places but didn't find anything suitable until we went to Ashley's. Jalon and Joe were very helpful in showing us several options and answering our questions.
Dylan was super helpful in assisting my 5 year old grandson picking out his bedroom furniture. Dylan made Bradley feel like he was the most important customer. Joe then looked up the other bedroom sets that I purchased earlier, so I could get the rest of the furniture and complete the sets. We are looking forward to the delivery date! Our sales person was phenomenal. Dylan helped us from start to finish and we were never pressured. He never kept us waiting and he helped me to get what I needed. I planned a lot of time for furniture shopping but didn't need it as our sales person helped my family get in and out in great time.

She never rushed us and was pleasant the entire time and answered every question the best she could. 5 stars for her! We wanted our furniture delivered, and it was...in just over a week! Which was awesome. The delivery guys were nice as well, they were quick and set the living up for us. Our only complaint: the dressers we got have some damage to them. And we seen how the items were wrapped so this couldn’t have happened during shipping. So whoever packed the furniture before it was given to be loaded on the truck missed it so that’s a little upsetting But that doesn’t take away from the kindness we were shown at the store. Can’t thank them enough.

The Sales Associate Chris was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and had patience (I'm picky). He was so respectful, and I appreciate that. Elaina, the Guest Services Representative was very polite, and funny. We were having a good time while my payments were being processed. It was so hot in the store (a.c. was not working) but she had a portable fan that she put directly on me so that I wouldn't be hot. I thought that was so sweet of her. Overall the service was great.

We just moved to the area and bought a 4200-square foot house (compared to the 1300-square foot house we moved from). Needless to say, we need quite a bit of new furniture. We decided our first purchase would be a sectional for the living room. We visited Ashley and were greeted by a sales associate named Chris. He was extremely helpful and patient as we made up our minds on what we liked. He also didn't hover over us like many of the other locations we visited. After settling on a sectional, we told Chris we would make the purchase IF the couch could be delivered quickly (sitting on the floor in a new home isn't much fun) and we planned on hosting some friends in the near future. Chris checked piece by piece to see if they could be delivered ASAP and everything could come the next week! We were thrilled and purchased the sectional. When the furniture was delivered, one of the pieces was ripped/glued back together (see picture). Why would anyone think this piece was acceptable to send? Once we pointed out the issue, the delivery men contacted Ashley and I received a phone call shortly after. The lady explained that we would need to refuse the piece and once they received it, they would send a new one. I explained that the reason we purchased this couch was the convenience of the quick delivery. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience (otherwise I planned to refuse entire sectional) and was told that that would be taken care of when the store called to reschedule sending the replacement piece. At this point, I reluctantly agreed. A week later (I was told it would be 24-48 hours) I received a call from the store to set up a new delivery time. I was unavailable to be home the day they wanted to deliver so the next available date was two weeks later! During the call, I asked about the discount again and the guest services representative (Elaina) acted surprised that I would suggest such a thing! She then stated that she would have the manager call me. Guess what?! It is now one month later and I still haven't received a call from the manager. The final piece of the sectional did finally come today and looks good but I can tell you we will look elsewhere for the rest of our purchases! It's a shame because we did really like working with Chris, the sales associate.

In the state of PA, it is required to wear a mask in any business. In fact, they have it posted on their door. He is an older gentleman with white hair and was talking to customers and the staff. Elaina is the best!!!! I needed to receive my furniture before July 4th because I'm having family and friends over... She only had openings for July 8 and after..... She worked a miracle for me. She took the time out of her day to email my request to receive prior to July 4th. Elaina called me back within 10 minutes with the update that my furniture will be arriving on the 26th of June. I had been looking for a new dining room table for awhile. We needed a table that would be small enough for just my husband and I (empty nesters) and large enough for our kids and grand babies on special occasions and holiday meals. We stopped in at Ashley Furniture in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. Our sales associate Heather was so helpful, even moving benches and stools around the store to help us coordinate the set. We got a very good deal on the table, chairs and benches! We can’t wait until the next special occasion with family to use our new dining set.
I had a great experience at this place for years the prices are very reasonable and the staff is very respectful and kind during my last visit I was helped by Heather and she was very patient with us. We are not very fluent in English but she took her time and made sure we understood her and that she understood us. Also Joe was very kind and very playful to my 4 year old son. We bought a new home hence why we needed new furniture and they had originally said that the closes delivery date they could do was not until 3 weeks but we explained to them that we were in a rush and trying to get the furniture in place before we moved and Joe managed to get us a delivery date only 1 week away! I am so pleased with their service and will continue to shop here for furniture for years to come!

I came to Ashley furniture store looking for a living room set to purchase for my new home. When I walked in I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed anything. So I took it upon myself to look for myself. The furniture was beautiful and I was very interested in walking out with something nice that day. So I finally find someone to help me answer some questions . And I honestly got very upset because the associate wasn't personable at all he kept leaving to go help other ppl in the middle of my sale and had me waiting for over an hour. Just to not receive the answers to my questions. Honestly would have bought something if I had someone actually help me go through the process but I didn't have the best experience so I left. Currently still in search of living room furniture and back to square 1. First Experience could have went a lot better .
I can't say enough good things about this store!Long story short, my beagle ate my couch and left a 3 inch hole on the cushion. Unfortunately she ate the fabric as well because we can't sew it back together or replace the cushion because it's attached to the sofa. I was recently in the store to purchase living room furniture. Heather was the fabulous sales person who worked (patiently) with me while I tried nearly every sofa in the store. I was not sure the fit of the coffee and end table we selected and was told that if I did not schedule right away, I could still receive a full refund within 72 hours. Joe was the person who checked me and my son out, he was not a very kind person to be working in customer service. I returned the next day after deciding to not purchase the coffee and end table. Joe said he was busy (appeared only to be sitting there eating peanuts) and I could wait at a nearby table for a little until he had time to help me(there was no other customer there, nor was he on the phone). I explained that I couldn't wait because we were expecting guests for a birthday party for my elderly mom. He said he would call me later. I kept my phone close-he never called. Monday I tried to call and was on hold for over 30 minutes and still no one picked up, so I went online and asked for help on there. I immediately was connected with Elaina who was very helpful. She tried for the next two days to find the price Joe quoted me, to no avail. I cancelled my order all together because the cost was so much more than I was told it would be. The reason I shopped at the one day sale was because I was looking for a better deal. When quoted one price and then given one over $100 more, I was not happy. Not sure I will be back, if the GM is miserable and setting the tone for the service dept, the future may not be too good.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. I placed an online order that was delievered incomplete. I have tried for hours to get through on the phone, in the chat, email, in the store. I have been providee NO ASSISTANCE OR RESPONSE AT ALL, I was to receive a full bed frame and have only a headboard. Which leaves me still asleep on the floor..if anyone sees this message that would be able to provide assistance please help. I do not even want it at this point as i am left sleeping on the floor and still looking for a new bed frame. All i needed was some communication after days of trying.

Chevelle greeted us, gave us time to browse, and then checked in with us after a little white. She was very kind, informative, helpful, and overall great to work with. We found the perfect living room furniture thanks to her. Joe also was great and helped us with a smooth check out. We had a great experience and will gladly shop at Ashley's again. I think that they have great quality furniture as well for a good price.
Elaina the Guest Services Representative was polite and she took her time explaining to me about the Ashley advantage credit card in great details. She answered my questions and was knowledgeable. I left the Ashley HomeStore happy with my purchases and the people.
Heather at the Harrisburg store was such a big help in the process to get a couch and tv stand. I'm pretty indecisive and wanted to look at multiple options and she didn't seem bothered at all. She was more than willing to help. She got us a great deal on financing and checked on a few different deals for us. Would definitely recommend her and this location.

We loved our salesman, Chris, but the store general manager, Joe, was extremely uncooperative. The sales ticket on my two end tables was evidently marked incorrect. I had NOTHING to do with the pricing of the items, and therefore, assumed it was the correct price. Chris told us to go up to the counter to check out and at that time the general manager informed us that the ticket was wrong and he would have to charge us more for the items. I was astounded because the price marked SHOULD BE the price we paid. After considerable amount of time on the phone checking with his VP, Joe informed us that he would have to charge us more for the item and that was all there is to it. He did give me the concession of a book that was on sale for $10.00. We really wanted the two end tables and so we took the tables and paid the extra $50.00. That money is not that much I know, but the whole experience was just off! He should have given us the tables for the price marked!!!!! This leaves a very bad customer service experience for us AND I shop there A lot. Really too bad this guy could not see that the customer satisfaction should be KING!!!!

My furniture was delivered damaged and when I called the store to report the issue I was given the run around. It's a real pity since I just moved into my first home and have several other rooms to furnish. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received this far from Ashley furniture. I made my purchase online .. over $1700, paying for the delivery and set-up only to have the pieces delivered via UPS to my driveway. I not only had to carry in the huge (and extremely heavy) boxes into my house, but was expected to assemble it as well. I don't mind assembling it, it's the fact that I paid for it that service. Additionally, as I started to assemble my son's new bed, I realized that the wrong piece of furniture had been sent to me. A giant desktop hutch. I still have no headboard for the bed and no box springs. (I ordered an extra box spring and mattress for my daughter's bed.). Both of my kids are now having to sleep in bed with me because they have no beds in their rooms. I called Ashley furniture and was automatically put on hold (1st time over 6 min, 2nd time over 7 minutes and 3rd time for 12 minutes before finally hanging up.). Nobody ever answered. Hopefully someone will see this review and DO SOMETHING. This is very unacceptable and I will send a report to the BBB if the situation is not rectified.

Very disappointed. I have a furniture payment. And with businesses closing and people being sent home from there jobs . They still had the nerve to call me for there payment. Why are you open anyway. Im sure its not important to buy furniture right now. Will never use this place again.

Ashley furniture has great selections of furniture. The Manager Oscar at the York Pa Ashley is a great asset to the Ashley and to the cutomer. He is courteous and professional and very helpful . We went in for a living room set, found one we love and Chevelle also showed us the Tempur Pedic Breeze, which we also ended up getting! She was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with our purchases. And Joi and all of the women in finance were incredibly helpful in processing the financial paperwork. We had such a great experience here in the dauphin plaza in Harrisburg! Our salesperson was Heather Richards and she was extremely helpful with all of our questions and getting us exactly what we wanted! We'll definitely be coming here again for any of our furniture needs.
My daughter and I took my mother to our local Ashley in Harrisburg to start looking at furniture. My father died in December and she is planning to move to a smaller house in the end of April. Heather Richard was at the door as we walked in. She greeted us and told us about the many specials going on in the store. She allowed us to walk around on our own and look at the furniture. She met up with us different times throughout our visit to see if we had any questions. When my mother was ready to look at mattresses she took her back and explained them all to her. Heather was very patient with my mother through all of her questions and took the time to answer each one fully. When my mother was ready to purchase, she made sure she was 100% clear on exactly what she wanted. In the end, my mother ended up spending over $9,000 but had exactly what she wanted and was ready to furnish her new home. The really nice part is that they will hold the furniture until she is ready for it and will ship the furniture the 50 miles to her new place. I give Heather and the Ashley furniture store in Harrisburg a 5-Star rating. When I am ready to purchase my new furniture, I will definitely be going there!

I thought Ashley had a great selection; I actually found a couple of sofas and chairs I thought would work in my tiny living room. My sales associate, Jalen Hudson, was really helpful and figured out how I could make the most of the Presidents Day sale. I had to leave in the middle of our discussion for a family issue and couldn’t return until the store was getting ready to close. Both Jalen and Domonique, the customer service rep, were easygoing and understanding about it and made the whole experience so pleasant. Today, as promised, Domonique called with a delivery date. Can’t wait to get the furniture!
Preface... before discounting my review as just having an ax to grind, check out my review history... all others have been 5 stars, so what does that tell you about Ashley's? Unfortunately the personalized customer service and promises of quality supported by a 10-year mattress warranty was just a facade... or maybe even bait and switch. With being 8 years into our 10-year warranty, Ashley's (on Union Deposit Road and their corporate office) appears to be hiding behind their name change for not honoring their warranty. A cautionary warning to anybody considering a purchase of any type from Ashley's, consider other options, or plan on the warranty to be worth less than the paper it is printed on! UPDATE--- again Ashley HomeStore reveals their genuine lack of concern for standing behind their so-called 10-year warranty by refusing to take action to fulfill their obligation regarding our mattress even after being contacted by the PA State Attorney General's Office. Save your time, avoid frustration, and get far better customer service by going to Bob's Furniture!!

However, that didn't stop JOY & DOMINIQUE from assisting and taking care of me with different options and to make up for the situation. MORGAN, who was our sales consultant did a great job helping me to make the perfect choice of furniture.

I ordered my furniture from Ashley's and they said it would take at most 6 to 8 weeks. This ended up taking 3 months and in that time it was me calling daily to get someone to help me. We finally get it and we had it roughly a couple months and an entire piece of our sectional broke. That was on Dec 6th. We paid a good amount for a warranty that they assured me would make the process quick should anything happen. Two months of me calling at least 3 times a week. Each time I called someone would say they would call me right back and never once did anyone ever call me right back, not that day or any other day. I would be told various reasons such as every manager is in a meeting to we are looking into it. Finally they say they have a guy coming out to replace it. Nope this guy comes to look at it to tell me it's broken... SERIOUSLY?? so then he leaves telling me he will have to let them know it's not fixable because the piece was broken because it was never put together correctly by the guys that delivered it and said it looked like a used part to begin with. Once again I call after waiting a week for them to tell me the order to replace it was never put in. Today after two months I finally got the missing piece which means I have literally not had my couch usable half of the time I have had it. No apologies, no offer to rush anything, or maybe give me some money back for all the hassle. I will never again purchase so much as a lamp after the service I received.

We purchased a Leather sofa back on 01092011. I tried numerous times to get a response and the only one I got was DENIED from the warranty company. .....Back on this date we purchased a Ashley 5480188 REC Sofa/Wesley/Sienna Montage Combo for $703.12 with a COMBO Certificate warranty for $99.95. Total payment of 851.25 with tax. Within ONE year or less, the sofa starting cover on the seats started flaking off. We BARELY used the sofa as it was in a room we seldom used at the time. When we purchased the sofa we were sold a warranty and told by Robert Confini, Sales Associate at the HomeStore in Harrisburg, PA that the warranty would cover ANY issue we had with the leather including any rips, tears, stains, scratches, peeling, etc for the lifetime of the sofa. I contacted the warranty provider MFS and was denied any and all claims. So the product was worth $0.00 to us as was the warranty. The pictures show what this sofa looks like with minimal usage. Imagine how bad it would look if we had used it more...... still ticks us off
I had a TERRIBLE experience with Ashley Furniture! They called me to schedule delivery of my furniture. We set it up for Monday Feb 3rd. They said they would call the day before to establish a time. I received a phone call 48 hours before, and they gave me a four hour window for delivery from 10 AM to 2 PM. They said if this did not suit, I could reschedule. When I called to reschedule, they said I would have to pay an additional delivery fee. They said their policy is if you reschedule within 72 hours of delivery, then you have to pay an additional delivery fee. So if that is their policy, why would they not call you 72 hours prior to the delivery and give you the option to change your mind?? Furthermore, why would you have to pay for a delivery that you never received? And what is the sense of calling to confirm the appointment if they're going to charge you for it anyway? I have purchased a lot of furniture in my life, and I have NEVER had such terrible customer service! I was given the option to cancel the order, at a 30% restocking fee! I have purchased furniture from Broyhill, NB leibman, Raymour and flannigan and they're customer service far exceeds Ashley!!! Buyers beware.. Ashley will steal yOur money charging all these fees ! I will NEVER purchase from them again! And for the record, I had an unfortunate situation arise which is why I needed too change delivery to begin with. I spoke with the manger and she was less than helpful , put me on hold, never came back to the phone and then i was disconnected!! When I called back she was too busy to come too the phone! Ashley will never get my businness again and I urge all of you to beware!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently visited Ashley's Furniture because I was at a friend's house and they had a chair that I fell in love with. I found the chair and ottoman to match. It was on sale! I called the store and spoke with Chevelle. She was so kind. She helped place my order and I stopped by 5 minutes before closing. She never rushed me or complained. They explained everything to me. I AM VERY HAPPY DEALING WITH ASHLEY'S.
If I was able to give this company a 0 rating, I would. That would be more suitable for this horrible "furniture" company. What a disgrace and disappointment this place is. They have HORRIBLE customer service, management and false advertise their products. I placed an order with a sales associate and the order finally arrived to the store and was DIFFERENT than what was pictured online. The manager, Joe, stated that he would return the item; however, I would have to pay 30% restock fee. I questioned why I needed to pay that since the item is NOT what it is pictured online and he reported "that's the risk you take from ordering online". He agreed that it was pictured differently; however, cannot do anything. I called corporate who reported in fact that Joe can decide the decision regarding the restock fee. Joe stated that if he removed the 30% fee, his "store" would lose money. DO NOT give them a PENNY. I asked to speak to the store manager on the phone and the response I received was, "they are not taking calls today because it is our busy day". This place is a joke. You would be foolish to purchase anything from these snakes. You would have better luck and quality purchasing from Walmart!

Quality of furniture is questionable. Customer service if there are furniture issues is by far some of the worst I have encountered. I had managers ignoring emails. Not returning phone calls. It takes forever to get a service technician out to fix the issues. I will not be returning.

NOW, after being told we could keep it until we got a new one, we are being told that because we kept it, we no longer have the right to get a new one, they are saying they will come and “repair” the furniture. We refuse to pay almost $3,000 for something that is damaged and repaired. It is not our fault that the driver had no idea what he was talking about and now customer service is refusing to do the right thing and give us what we paid for, SOMETHING NEW. This is completely unacceptable and we will NEVER shop here ever again. We recommend you save your money and go elsewhere.

Went in to look at some couches that i looked at online. Chevelle was the first one to offer me help, and made the process extremely easy, and extremely fast. surpassed my expectations without a doubt.
Ashley Furnture is complete trash and I will never buy a stick of furniture from these rats again. I bought a pretty expensive bedroom set with a 4 year replacement warranty (not cheap). After a year the adhesive which held my dresser drawer tracks in place came unglued. I called on June 4th and was told parts would arrive in a few weeks. After several calls over the next few months, I found out my order information was never placed into the system but they said they would replace my dresser. Cool, until I found out they were charging me delivery fees to replace their trash furniture and that they were not responsible for covering the fees. So here I am, November 8th and my dresser drawer is still sitting on my bedroom floor. Thanks for nothing Ashley Furniture management. Yours truly, not a customer any. December 6: I finally gave in (after many calls) and decided to pay the delivery fee (no choice at this point). I called in to setup the delivery and I was told that they don't take payment for this service over the phoooooooone. Now I have an hour round trip to add to this disaster of a customer service issue.

I had a wonderful experience today at Ashley! I got a great deal on a mattress and several living room furniture pieces. My sales person, Brian, spent time with me and helped me find the right pieces to fit my needs and budget. I was able to finance quickly and easily as well. I usually find furniture shopping stressful and overwhelming so I was very pleased to have had such a positive experience today!

I recently made a purchase at the Union Deposit Store in Harrisburg PA. Chris was the salesman I worked with and was NOT pushy at all. He answered all questions quickly and did not try to "push" me to buy immediately. I would definitely return to this store which was quite clean and laid out in a very "welcoming" and "homey" way. Terrible customer service. I visited the store looking to find a good deal on a couch for Black Friday. When the sales man named Brian asked me what my price range was and I told him, he proceeded to laugh and look at me and remark "for a couch?" He was incredibly rude and should not laugh at a customers price range. It was insulting and I will never shop there again. Stay away if you want to be treated like a decent human during your shopping experience. I ended up finding a higher quality couch at a different store with great customer service.
Any positive experience we had with Jarrett, our salesperson, has been completely erased. We purchased a dining room set in store only to find out that the SAME EXACT SET was available on the Ashley Furniture website for $200 less. When I called the store, I was given a complete runaround about price matching. I was informed that the physical stores and website were two different companies and they did not have a price match policy but would try to “adjust the price” to get it as close as possible. The manager at this store was smug and promised to call corporate on my behalf to adjust the price but never called me back. My experience was filled with one excuse after another and no resolution or follow through. 8 phone calls, 3 days, and a return trip to the store later ... I finally have a refund. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Shopping at Ashley's is like buying a used car in the 70s. Each Ashley store gives you a different price, they are all higher than online. The sales people trash the online site which I have used with no problem at all. Best thing to do is go see it at store and then when your shore of what you want order it on line. This will save you hundreds.
Huge location. Prices where unexpectedly high. However, I couldn't haggle any prices. The store was really populated. Staff was very friendly and informative.

Morgan, our consultant at Ashley Furniture on Union Deposit Road in Harrisburg,, went above and beyond to help us solve some holiday challenges which involved a quick ship sofa bed and trying to blend the design preferences on a 53 year old Dad and a sixteen year old Daughter. Morgan is knowledgeable about Ashley's inventory, had excellent suggestions regarding accessories, and was wonderfully patient throughout the process. We had been to the other furniture store in the area and came away impressed with the selection, value and service at Ashley. Morgan was remarkable, and made our buying experience the highlight of our weekend!

My husband and I went to the the Union Deposit store because a previous purchase had broken for thr 2nd time. Domonique was so understanding and helpful she made the whole night better!! Brian Valby showed my husband some other options while Domonique and I worked on the warranty and at the end of the transaction we were satisfied with the resolution and super grateful for these two and the help they gave!!
My fiancé and I went into Ashley Homestore just browsing around in hopes of finding a new sectional for our new house. We walked in and were instantly greeted by Chevelle Brown and she mentioned all the amazing deals they had on furniture. We never felt pressured into a purchase she truly was trying to get us what we wanted. We were deciding between multiple pieces and Chevelle was great on getting us accurate pricing and helping us customize the furniture piece to how we wanted it. She was very personable and patient with us as we were deciding on our furniture. Finally we decided on a piece and worked out some pricing with Domonique Smith and boom we left the store with payments in our price range and tons of information on our purchase. I definitely recommend them both for future purchases for anyone interested.

Worst experience of my life. Manager is a joke. Laughs at you while you ask questions. Has no control over his team. Blames the deal on the sales person. Late delivery. No communication. When asked to speak with someone else was given the Corp number. And then the manager told me they will just send you back here you will never talk to anyone. No one will help you. My first experience with Ashley furniture and I wish I never walked in the door. 10k Down the drain. I purchased a whole home worth of furniture from Wolfe furniture and when I had a problem the manager of the store came to my himself. That is someone who cares. I was told by the Ashley manager that I'm in sales so I know how it is. I'm sure no one will care, this will go no where and I will never get contacted by a district manager or owner that must be on with how there company runs. But if this helps stop one person from buying there I'm happy. All could have been handled with what was promised. Prob 400 bucks. Ruined a 10k sales and lifetime customers. Very short sighted. Excellent place to go
My fiance and I went to Ashley Homestore just to look around and maybe buy some furniture for our new apartment. Initially we were overwhelmed by how much was in the store and glad we had options. After walking around and browsing we were greeted by Michelle who helped us the rest of the way. We told her what we liked in a sectional couch and didn't and she showed us around to good fits and crowd favorites. She listened to our needs and wants and explained to us the sale that was going on, to where it was more beneficial to spend that $$ to get free shipping and delivery. So we decided to look for a coffee table as well to go with our sectional, and then an end table too to reach that price limit. My fiance and I are not easy customers because we have opposite styles and it's hard for us both to be happy and get what we both want. Michelle learned and understood the both of us and did a great job finding a compromise for us. After long hard decisions and closing out the store, we got a sectional, coffee table, end table, AND a bonus decoration from the floor all for free delivery and at half price. Michelle was so friendly and helpful, and even though we got more than we intended for, we didn't feel pressured or pushed to do so. Jill rang us up and explained all the terms and conditions to us, staying after closing to work with us. A week later and I just went back because we LEFT our decoration item on the counter at the store, and with a receipt and the visual decorator remembering us, we got it back in a minute.

I hit every furniture store in the area from all price ranges. On the way home I passed Ashley and stopped in feeling frustrated that I hadn't been able to find just the right thing at a price I could afford. Peter greeted me and, after explaining what I needed and immediately showed me the perfect couch! Even better, they also had all the other pieces I needed all at a cost way below everyone else without sacrificing quality. I will definitely be back! Stop in and ask for Peter at the Mechanicsburg store!
My husband and I went in on a Saturday to look around for living room furniture because they were having a sale. When we entered we were greeted by many nice sales associates! A sales lady by the name Eve directed us to what we told her we were looking for and we found a set that was the right color and exceptionally comfortable! We told her we would give it some thought and come back Sunday. We went back in Sunday and she mentioned that the set we looked at was an additional 10% off! Eve was extremely helpful and by no means pushy!! We would recommend Ashley's to anyone and we will certainly go back in the future!!
I found a dresser set on Ashley Furniture website. The nightstands could be ordered online but the matching tall chest and long dresser w/ mirror u had to go into the store to order. My husband & I get there and show the sales person the online ad which shows the pricing. WHY is the in-store pricing insanely higher compared to the online prices?? The manager walked over and explained online was diff from in-store. Say what?? Makes no sense! If u list something online w/ a price BUT give no other options to purchase it except going in person to the store then how/why in the hell are the prices different?! Total gimmick. The manager offered us a price comparable to the online price. Which he said he was only able to do because of their monthly sales being so good this month. Felt like one of those used car salesman pitches. Ended up being $80 more than online (which u can't actually order online, smh) so we went ahead and ordered the set. What an ordeal! I never had this issue w/ Value City Furniture.
We were looking to change our furniture style and came upon their sale. Michael and Courtney at the Quakertown store, were very helpful, not pushy, showed us what we had mind and let us explore the showroom. Big shot out. PS we don't have the furniture yet, so right now my review is on employee's. . . . i don't see a problem though. .

pick out a sofa and loveseat that was on the floor in the store, ask for price. Good deal so I bought it. when it arrived the delivery guys were great. But I got a manual recliner set instead of the power reclining set that was on display. ** manager at the Harrisburg store does not return my calls, so I went in to talk to him. He said he would get me the power set and he would give me a call back by 8-13-19, I never got a call back.

I am writing this review because my Daughter and her fiancé bought a Livingroom set from the Harrisburg location, and a couple days later bought a whole bedroom set. The store was suppose to have both sets delivered together, but instead said that they couldn't, so my Daughter had to pay 2 payments of $99 for them to be delivered. The bedroom set was delivered 1st, and they both had to work, so I went over to receive the delivery. The delivery guys put the bed together and had me sign a paper and talk to a woman on the phone, so I could say all was delivered ok. I expressed to the woman on the phone that I was not the home owners and that once they got home and inspected everything, if there was a problem they would call back. Well with the box spring and mattress the bed came up passed my Daughters waist!!! They need a ladder to get on the bed, so they called and ask if they could exchange the box spring for a thinner one. After a few days it was arranged for thinner ones to be delivered, but a whole other $99 delivery fee!!!! My Daughter ask if they could waive the fee considering they just spent a whole lot of money in their store. NOPE, doesn't matter!!! Sounds to me like they don't really care about their customers or how much they spend, and in the end my Daughter and her fiancé spent $300 for delivery of their furniture, which is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. This store and company do not understand the meaning of customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am never buying anything from Ashley furniture again.
Cheap made products
Chevelle was amazing!! Patient, understanding and explained everything to us in detail!! We bought this set because we loved it but she also really helped in just being so honest!
We visited this store 2 weeks ago and were astonished at the beautiful store and taken aback at the great sales. Carl helped us and was great. We were excited and chose a beautiful sectional. Upon arriving at home, we realized the sectional would take over our living room. We came back the next day and Carl was more than graceful and helpful with our difficult dilemma. We were able to choose another sectional that was better suited for our home. Carl was amazing throughout the entire process. We will definitely be back!
Good store
Service was good. Even the manager greeted us while we were there. We purchased an entertainment stand that was on clearance, even on clearance it was nearly $500. Additionally, we purchased a outdoor patio set and a bedroom set, all during the Stars and Stripes event, so it was half off. We go to check out with Morgan and we ask when the furniture can be delivered. She then checks her inventory and tells us that since it’s not in stock, it would take 2-3 weeks, ok I can live with that. Fast forward to a few days later, we then paid in full our balance that was owed, so the order could be processed.. I believe it was Ann that checked me out, and said we’d get a call in a day or so regarding delivery. I let a week go by and never heard anything from anybody. So, I called to check on the status of our order.. and they tell us that they have to wait for the furniture to get shipped to the warehouse, which is planning on arriving at the warehouse on August 20th, now we are at 4 weeks away. Even then, we won’t have our furniture delivered to our house on that date. We still have to wait 3-4 days after the time it is delivered to the warehouse, until it is actually delivered to our house. I wish we were told this in the beginning when we originally placed our order. I find it hard to believe that the entertainment center, patio furniture AND the bedroom furniture was all out of stock. If we have to wait this long for our furniture, shouldn’t they give some type of discount? I mean after all we did spend nearly $3K..
Brian Valley was our sales consultant and he was great to deal with. No pressure and very helpful. Furniture quality appeared better than other stores. We will absolutely recommend.
Alex, Morgan, and Dominique were great to work with! They were professional yet personable. I had a few complicated pieces to my order, but they went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Harrisburg area. I will be working with them again soon!
I was in the other week to look at living room furniture with the help of Brian. He found a great set my boyfriend and I both could agree on, even my mom was on board! Haha. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and funny, making the whole experience great!! He didn't make us feel uncomfortable and pressured to buy, like how we felt when we went into other furniture stores in the area. We actually came in a few days ago and were lucky enough to have Brian help us again, this time finding a wonderful bedroom set along with a coffee table to go with our living room furniture. We are beyond happy with the service we've received and the selection Ashley furnature has. We will definitely be back again!
Our salesman Chris was amazing and so helpful. We initially ordered a bed and family room furniture for a new house. We had complications arise and ended up not moving so we no longer needed the new furniture. We talked to Ashleys furniture to resolve the issue and we were not sure what the outcome would be. We went to the store and Chris and the general manager Joe immediately rectified the situation. They were amazing and extremely customer oriented. We will not hesitate to buy from them again.
Brian V. Was our sales associate and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient during our shopping experience. He is outgoing, funny and a joy to do business with. This is our second purchase here with him and will be coming back.
I’ve always shopped at Raymour & Flannigan when i resided in another state due to the fact that they have high quality end furniture that is “Solid Wood”. Ashley Home store does not carry products made or “real wood therefore, since we currently do not have A “Raymour & Flannigan where we reside. We settled for 2nd best Ashley’s Furniture.
Went to the store a couple weeks ago just to look. Spoke with Brian who was extremely helpful and understood we were just looking. Went back today and ordered our new bedroom suit. Brian is awesome and never tried to pressure us. Would recommend asking for him if you're looking for furniture!!!!
If you like cheap furniture, then it's the place to go because of their sales. If you want better furniture, I recommend going somewhere else

I purchased a new living room suite from Ashley furniture union deposit. I was thoroughly impressed with your customer service and attention to detail. My sales rep went above and beyond to understand my wants Mr. Burch was very helpful and I purchased the perfect set that i wanted , and not pressured like other stores that i have frequented. Great job .
A very pleasant experience nearly ruined by checkout. Both salesmen I worked with (Carl and Brian) were knowledgeable and professional and we found the pieces we wanted quickly and were very happy with the process until we met Ann at checkout. She seemed very confused that we would want to use our Ashley finance card, argued with me about the color of the chairs being ordered and generally was so unpleasant that at one point, I started to think I would just cancel the order completely. This employee is doing you no favors. I hope I won’t have to deal with her again.

Val was the perfect person for my wife and I to deal with. We were looking for a sectional to replace the one we got four years earlier from Lazboy . The material lasted just past the warranty period. Val explained the material and the extended warranty at length and how you get back the credit if not used. We were very happy with the price of the sectional. We shopped around for a year looking but went to Ashley Furniture last. Wasted a lot of time by not going there first. There was a lot of beautiful furniture with competitive pricing in a well laid out store. Will contact Val for our next purchase and visit Ashley first.

Terrible experience. First time shopping here and I ordered a bed for my daughter. They told me it’d come in 3 weeks but when the day came they gave me a loaner instead because the bed hadn’t come in. Never asked if I wanted a loaner which I didn’t because I had a bed already for her to use in the meantime. 3 weeks later and they STILL have me waiting. Called to cancel the order and get my money back and never got back to me. I will never shop here again.
Our sales lady, Valerie was very helpful and answered all of my questions. There was also a Rich that helped us to but I don’t think he was a salesman even though he was very knowledgeable.

No hrlp
Dont waste your time or money here. Bought a leather recliner and leather reclining sofa in October. They sold us on the furniture protection plan. In December had to file a claim and were told parts were no longer available (6 weeks after filing the claim). Yet the set was still for sale in the store and online Called to exchange or get a refund since it couldnt be repaired and SURPRISE! now they are available (apparently they tried to order the wrong part, or so they say). Was then told to call as soon as the part arrived at our house. Which I did. This was 10 weeks after the initial claim. The warranty company has still yet to call me back after multiple messages to them to schedule install. They hardly answer the phone. Was told I'd get a call from them today to schedule. Guess what, no call again. Finally i was given the install company's phone number to schedule with them directly. Isnt this service that i paid for with the protection plan??? Install company still cant give me a date because they dont have a route available in this area yet. Its been 12 weeks+ and still waiting. Buy your furniture somewhere else.
Chris was a great salesman. Really up front about all costs involved in the purchase. Out the effort in and did the ground work with ensuring my bedroom set would actually fit the parameters of my bedroom space. Stayed after closing time to accommodate my sale. Great quality product, great quality service, great hospitality. If you're able to spend the few extra dollars and find something you like here, dont hesitate to get it!

Ashley home store is actually split with the new gym Crunch. Crunch is a great clean gym with new equipment. It also has a sauna, hydro massage, tanning beds, and body scanners. I recomend crunch as a great gym that anyone could go to. They also except silver sneakers.
I was able to come in and immediately e treated with a friendly smile. I was helped to get exactly what I want at a reasonable price and I left happy.

If I could give them no stars I would. I went into the store at the end of January, as soon as I learned I was moving and spent three hours picking out the mattress and couch that I wanted. I ordered everything and then got back to my new apartment and thought that there was no way the couch would fit through my door so I went back into the store and showed the sales associate pictures and told him the measurements and he assured me that it would fit. Two weeks later, surprise surprise the couch didn't fit. I went back into the store to order another less expensive one and still ended up spending more money because they charged me a second delivery fee even though I had been guaranteed the first time around. They told me my new delivery date would be March 9th. I called the store on March 7th to ask about it since I hadn't received any confirmation and the customer service person told me that it wasn't suppose to be in the store until the next week and that they didn't have a delivery date for me. When I asked about canceling the order she told me that all sales were final. I have spent the past month sitting on the floor in my apartment and there is no end in sight and I have never been so upset.
Great prices and customer service. Highly recommend Ashley HomeStore in that field. Ordered furniture in Jan 2021. Promised it would be delivered in early April. Now it's delayed until end of May. (from what I was told a few weeks ago) Ashley's should give a discount for late delivery. Maybe the delays will stop🤷♀️

The experience was awesome. I was greeted by a sales associate name Carl. He asked me if I needed help and I told what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. He took his time and found me exactly what I was looking for online. He was patient with me and took great care of me. He showed me respect and understood everything I was saying. I came into the store looking for a sofa with a chaise lounge which I found two that I loved. I then found a sofa I loved more but unfortunately it didn't have a chaise. Robert suggested a matching ottoman which I did purchase and I couldn't be more happy. My sofa came within the week. My buying/delivery experience was perfect.

HOWEVER we called the store and they were Very helpful and got us a new table ASAP ! and it's perfect! We went to this store to find my husband a recliner to match the furniture that I had ordered online. Not only did the sales rep help us find a recliner but got me a better deal than my online price! They even stayed open late to help us with the order. Everyone was very friendly and very kind to our two small children. I will definitely go back to purchase their in the future and highly recommend this store!

Lorna Woods is the lady that helped us pick out the furniture and she is absolutely incredible at her job ... extremely knowledgeable and very patient. The second lady is Christina Ramos and she is the CSR person that put the numbers together and she went above and beyond her job to make sure we got the best deal possible and she is absolutely fantastic at her job ...
