The staff at this store was super nice to work with. Very accommodating!! We order a sofa and loveseat, when we got it home it didn’t look the same as it did in the showroom. They switched it out with in our 3 day return policy. I was expecting to get a hard time. All of the associates at the store were super. We love our new set.
Matt at the Hazleton store was great.. patient with me choosing the perfect mattress, well informed salesperson. Also gave me the best deal! I recommend Ashley !

The customer service is terrible. The secretary who speaks Spanish is disrespectful to customers, rude, and unprofessional. It's not worth having employees like that in a retail setting to deal with people who are just there to spend their money. It's been the most unpleasant experience, from the first day I went there until today, when I tried to assert my rights regarding my purchase. She's still rude. As a company, please take this into account because no one will be happy to buy from you again.
Recently purchased a nice kitchen table at Hazleton Ashley, in addition to a cabinet. 2-3 years ago we got a living room set and it has been holding up so well. We’ve found some really unique pieces over the years and always appreciate the hospitality when we visit the store. Pat C found us this great kitchen table while walking the floor. It was just what we needed. Communication was great through the delivery process as well.
