Disgusting customer service on the phone and every single thing I was told from them was a lie. They said 2-3 weeks for delivery. I paid and immediately the next day they said it’s going to arrive. They said 2-3 weeks so I planned accordingly. I was told in text to cancel by 2:00PM that day. I called that morning and was told it’s too late. From when I paid, it was less than 24 hours to delivery. Other tenants live at that house. I was told they can’t cancel, it’s too late. I I filled email instructions AND followed text instructions and BOTH OF THOSE WERE LIES. Joke of a company. How am I in the wrong when I did everything possible to cancel? I emailed immediately and called before deadline mentioned.

We ordered new dressers and picked them up when they came in. When we opened the box the dresser was damaged. We called to let them know and they ordered a new one for us.
