Very helpful and friendly

Tiffanie is one of the best sales people I’ve met in a long time!! My husband and I were shopping for a new mattress, which is an important decision as you spend 1/3 of your life in it. Tiffanie was so patient with us as we bounced around testing all the options and I was constantly taking my regularly scheduled pregnancy bathroom breaks. She was helpful, informative and so friendly it made the experience very fun. As far as the store, everything seemed clean, well lit and the furniture well organized. We did end up making a purchase, but it has not arrived yet. So let’s see how delivery goes.

My wife and I went in looking for a full bedroom set and mattress. We were taken care of by Evan and he was fantastic. We had a few sort of vague criteria to start from. It took Evan no time at all to get us looking at furniture that we fell in love with. And his help with the mattress selection couldn’t have been better. Best furniture buying experience we’ve ever had and we’ll certainly be back when we’re ready to update our furniture in the next room!

Tiffanie was AMAZING! She was beyond professional and kind. I look forward to doing business with her again in the near future.

Very clean and well lit. The furniture is spaced out nicely and not crammed together so you can get a good look at it. Sales people were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, our furniture arrived later than promised, and the lack of coordination and communication from staff made the process stressful. We had to follow up multiple times for updates. While they did eventually resolve the issue and made it right, the experience could have been much smoother. We will think twice before ordering from Ashley’s, if we ever order from them again…

Jami did a amazing job showing me couches and trying to help me find what suited my needs and budget. She was very patient and kind dealing with my indecisiveness, and my crazy toddler.

Sean and Trish were very helpful, knowledgable, and accomodating in helping me through my furniture buying process. Good job!

Ashley’s is a joke. Bought a $500+ dresser in the intention of getting a whole set. Got the dresser the whole right side is broken. Went through warranty and ordered parts. The first set of parts are wrong. Ordered another set of parts. They were the correct ones but arrived broken. On top of that, one of the drawers was peeling upon pickup. So now 6 weeks with a broken dresser waiting on parts I have to fix myself. I will never ever recommend Ashley’s furniture to anyone. If someone asks me where to buy a piece of furniture I will tell them “anywhere but Ashley’s”. They sell overpriced junk. Could have gotten better quality on Amazon.

Rob Spaulding was extremely good at repairing our furniture and noticing that some other furniture was having manufacturing defaults before we even noticed that they were becoming misshapen so he has taken great customer care of us and we really appreciate it. There’s not too many people these days that go out of their way to provide such great customer service and satisfaction like he does. Thank you!

They over priced us in store co pared to website. They canceled our original delivery on Jan 5th (got rid of our old furniture Jan 4tg so we was ready. They changed new delivery to Jan 12th. They .are an illegal turn on a one way road that did not have access to our alley. So they canceled our order. Instead of taking the proper route and not turning on no one way. So today is Jan 12th and we have not had no furniture since Jan 4th. They called me a liar even when I provided video proof of them not delivering on proper route and trying by making an illegal turn on a one way road. If they would have taking the LEGAL routes to my house I would have my furniture. Edited to reply back. Please dont act like it did not happen. Yall sent a manager to make sure it got delivered the 13th account under mysti Bailey.

We spent a couple thousand dollars on mattresses which are fine, however we spent over a thousand dollars on a sofa that is basically junk. The sofa is only 9 months old and I called the warranty department only to find we are basically stuck with it and are now screwed. We even purchased the extra warranty and we are still stuck with it. Although I really like Tifanie at the Johnstown, PA store we are done buying with Ashley.

We picked out some furniture but couldn't order it as we were waiting on carpet. When carpet was installed, I ordered the furniture and it will be here in less than a month. I'm pleased that it will be here that soon since it is close to the holidays. And we didn't have to make another trip to the store.

Totally Awesome !. I am so Pleased with the how my wife and I were received and treated by Tiffany The lady who sold us our furniture, she went above and beyond to get me the price that I wanted, and the furniture that I want she was very hospitable and pleasant to work with. And she will be my go to Sales person from now on when I go to Ashley furniture because I will be going back to get a dinette set within a week or so. We’re in the process of purchasing our first home, and Damian at Ashley Furniture made our experience so much easier and enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, he treated us like family. Damian greeted us at the door and asked what he could help us with and we said we were there for a new mattress. He took us directly to the mattress area and asked my wife and I some questions to get an idea of what kind of sleepers we were. From there he showed us several mattresses which we tried to see how they felt and after going through these he showed us how the hybrid was constructed. He had a great deal of knowledge about all the products and never pushed us for a sell. We then got to the price and we were a little shocked so we decided to look at some newer brand of mattresses they had just gotten in a few days earlier. After trying these we felt they were very similar to what we had just tried but considerable cheaper. We made the decision to buy this brand and also bought 2 pillows and a mattress protector. All in all this was a very good experience.

I needed a replacement lift chair recliner for my father very quickly, but I couldn't leave him to go looking in stores. I saw that Ashley's might have one so took advantage of the chat option on their website. Someone got back to me very quickly confirming they had a few chairs in-store and kindly sent me pictures with pricing information. They were very helpful. I did ultimately choose one of those chairs and a friend picked it up for me the following morning. My father was able to start using it as soon as it was set up instead of having to be propped up in bed. He couldn't believe how much more comfortable it was than his old chair and told me his joints don't hurt as much when he gets out of it. He also likes the heat and massage functions. Overall, it was a wonderful choice that improves my father's lifestyle. I appreciate the helpfulness and cooperation of the Ashley's employees.

We were waited on quickly. Friendly helpful staff. Not a lot of pressure to buy extended servive plan. (we didn't). Shop online first and look at the reviews. Don't expect to get LazyBoy quality at Ashley prices.

Associates are friendly, the store is clean and set up so it's easy to shop and look around. Inventory is plentiful. (That's floor models) Not saying how long it would take to have merchandise delivered. Prices are in my opinion are a bit high, but that's everywhere nowadays.

Rob was very kind, informative and professional when he came to our home to do a sofa repair. Even though he could not do the repair, (only because the parts are not available), he made a call to the main office, explained the process to them and assured me that this would be taken care of by replacing the sofa with a new one. He went over and above what he was asked to do by helping resolve the situation for our future delivery~Down the steep driveway, across the foot bridge and into our cottage in the mountains.

I went to Ashley Furniture in Johnstown with my mom and niece after I was finished at work on Friday. The process was made so much easier because of Tifanie. She was kind and had a lot of patience as my mom, niece, and I were deciding to buy a new sofa and loveseat set. I ultimately placed an order for a sofa and loveseat that they didn’t have in stock at the moment. Instead of just trying to make a sale for what was in their inventory and warehouse; Tifanie kindly encouraged us to go with the set that we wanted and not just to buy what was there. Ashley furniture has a lot of great home furnishings. I was looking at living room furniture today and there was a ton of great stuff. My home furnishings consultant, John, took a lot of time to explain everything- all the details and particulars- he was super knowledgeable and nice.

My children and I had the loveliest experience here. Roxy was the worker that assisted us. She was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and knew exactly what we were describing and wanting. She didn't break my pockets and worked with me inside of my confinements. She was amazing. She wasn't pushy like what I'm used to from sales staff. I will 100% come back to Ashley's because of Roxy.

We met Sean McGuire as we walked into Ashley furniture-he was very knowledgeable on his product, but the biggest thing was that he listened to our needs and what we wanted. He had a winning personality and an honest approach. He also was quite humorous. We enjoyed our experience because of this young man and his charismatic personality. He worked with us and at the end of the transaction we were very pleased. His manager, Trish and his coworker. Logan were very helpful and kind and you could see that they all work together very well. Sean is a keeper!!

I walked into Ashley's with the intention of just testing out a Nectar mattress before buying one online. Sean met me at the door with a smile and helped me through the whole buying a mattress with no experience. He answered all my questions and I was as on my way. Searched for a couch and beds elsewhere and was given the run around. I was told I couldn't get anything delivered for 3-4 weeks. Came to Ashley in Johnstown to look. Tifanie greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help. Told her about the other experience and that I needed items ASAP. She grabbed her tablet and away we went through the store to find what she had that was available immediately. She was so sweet and so helpful! She knew the answer to every question and was not afraid to give true and honest feedback. I'd definitely recommend coming in to see her!!!

ABSOLUTELY USELESS in terms of helping people fix their awful furniture that will peel and chip away. The low quality vinyl that they put over particle board WILL wear away quickly. And their customer service team is absolutely useless in any way when it comes to customers seeking some kind of solution to the damages. For the prices that they charge, you'd think it would be better quality.

We had an almost perfect experience here. We knew exactly what we wanted to find when we got there. We were greeted at the door and the sales lady took us to what we wanted. That part was very smooth. However….she told us about the warranty protection but never told us it was $199! And, she never showed us the sale invoice when we checked out. She never told us about the $99 delivery fee either. What we bought we could have easily picked up with our truck. She never gave us a pick up option.We are considering canceling the order because of her not being open and honest about the additional fees!

I contacted Ashley furniture this afternoon inquiring about a loveseat. I spoke with Darnise Winston at the Johnstown store and she went above and beyond to work with me on what I wanted, even going so far as to price match for me to save me an hour trip out of town to another store. I used the text option to contact the store and her responses were fast and informative and she made the whole experience easy and quick!! It is much appreciated and I have told several people already how great she was and when I’m looking for furniture again, Ashley will be the first place I go.

Sean was great! He treated my son and I at the door, Sean gave us the right amount of space to explore on our own and when we needed help he was right there, it made the shopping experience so nice and easy. We can’t wait to see him for our pick up!

Tiffani was great. She showed us around and gave us time to browse on our own and was able to answer all of our questions. No pressure and no rush for us to make a decision. It was a fun and enjoyable experience and I highly recommend Tiffani and Ashley Furniture Johnstown. We did order furniture but had to change it the next day because of my bad measurements. Tiffani got the order changed within minutes and was careful to review it with us to be sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.

It took over half an hour just to buy 2 pillows!! Darnise did her best. The intrusive male became increasingly rude. I almost got the $1,500+ bill for the people sitting next to me; the total wasn't shown until after I entered my signature.

Bought a mattress from them with a 10 year warranty. After 2 years the mattress developed a 1 inch dip and was told it would have to be at least 2 inches before I could make a claim and get a replacement. Ask what qualifies for the warranty before you buy

I ordered a sectional, table and 4 chairs. I had issues with everything!! I was told multiple pick up dates for my sectional, it’s been 2 months now and still waiting. The chairs had uneven legs, and the bolt holes all did align. I called about these problems and got excused but no solutions!!! I’d done with them! For the money I spending on this stuff I expected better quality!

I had a wonderful experience from the minute I walked through the door, and was greeted by Grace. She helped me with measurements and dimensions. I then had a few questions regarding delivery. Grace introduced me to Sean who was equally as wonderful to deal with regarding logistics. Once my questions were answered I decided to make the purchase. At this time the technology was working slower than usual, and they pulled in another employee to assist. This team and their manager made my experience the best possible. Every obstacle and request I presented was fulfilled in a very positive way.

We appreciated the time and attention Logan gave us in selecting a reclining love seat. Logan listened to our concerns and helped us find furniture that suited our needs.

I have had some of the worst experiences with buying Ashley furniture. We purchased thousands of dollars of items when we moved and almost Every one has had an issue. We paid for the extra protection plan that was to “cover everything other than paws and claws” and everything submitted was denied. We have had damaged products since the start and while the store seemed willing to help, they directed us to the warranty company who is absolutely awful. Sad they charge what they do for subpar products that they don’t back, even with a paid for additional warranty. The 5star service company they use is rude and unprofessional, regularly interrupting customers as they express their issue. I’ll be advising my friends and colleagues to stay far from unfortunately.

Our house was in a fire and we had to replace our entire contents. Our sales lady definitely made it easier and was an enjoyment to be around. Beautiful furniture!

I bought a living room suite off of Ashley Furniture and had to have my recliner repaired, Rob called and gave me a time that he would be there, and he showed up at the time he gave me! He introduced himself and started working on my chair, but couldn't fix it cause the wrong part was ordered and shipped. Rob called and told them about it, and said the new rite part was ordered and would be here in a few days, boom!! It was!! Rob called again gave me a time and was there! He came in and fix my chair!! Rob is a very very nice, polite and a very very professional worker that takes pride in doing his work!! He fixed my chair and had it working like a brand new one!! Then multiple staff members came over to us and gave our children fidget toys to play with—some of them even played with them, while we adults hashed out the details of our purchase. Totally a family friendly environment. 10/10 Recommend!

Our bedroom furniture took an additional 2 1/2 weeks to come in. We opted to wait until all pieces were in for delivery. Delivery #1 was made with missing bed rails, nut and bolts. Delivery #2 which was 2 weeks later bed put together but they couldn't put my mirror on my dresser so now I just had to set up delivery #3 to come back this Saturday which inconvenienced me yet another day. They did compensate me $350 on an Ashley's gift card. This beautiful purchase turned into one problem after another. Our sales lady Tiffany though was outstanding. Customer service did rectify all our concerns which was a bonus.

We had an excellent experience at Ashley Furniture in Johnstown. Jami was a great help when it came to choosing a new mattress and a high tech adjustable base! I can’t wait for it to be delivered. As an added bonus we got $300 toward any additional store purchase so I was able to get new lamps for my living room!

I am a long time customer of Ashley. The furniture is extremely well made and holds over the years. I have had my furniture from Ashley for almost 20 years. I was looking to redo both my new living room and dining room furniture. The team was great!! I worked with both Roxy and Jami and they were excellent at making suggestions and helping to bring together my new look! We left the store without a purchase, but well-prepared to continue shopping on the Ashley website and considering the sale prices being offered. We visited the Johnstown store on March 10 and ordered a new sectional and matching chair. Jami was very helpful and patient with us while we walked around making a selection. The delivery was scheduled for April 4th, but they messaged me and said they could move the delivery up a week if we wanted, so they delivered it today March 28. The delivery guys were right on time and very friendly and there were no issues with the furniture whatsoever. Overall, we are very pleased!

I picked up furniture from the Johnstown store. Rob,Ben,Ty,Matt, and Nate were the staff who loaded the furniture into my trailer. It was a great experience because, we all were laughing and joking while they explained how to put it together and answer any questions I had. Definitely a five star place!

I recently had an excellent experience shopping for an adjustable bed frame and purple mattress at Ashley Furniture. Sean worked with me throughout my shopping and he couldn’t have been more helpful…he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and did not try to pressure me into buying anything that I didn’t want. I would purchase from them again because of his terrific customer service. The delivery of my adjustable bed frame was smooth and efficient. The only thing that I have not received yet are my headboard brackets but hopefully those will be delivered soon.

Each time I’ve been to Ashley in Johnstown, PA all sales representatives who assisted me were very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.

Went with my sister in law to look for a mattress. Was greeted by Tifanie who asked all the right questions and was so helpful. Purchased a new sectional over $3,000 it comfortable but feels like after just 1 1/2 months it feels like it wants to break apart not constructed very well at all. The service at the store was very good but when it came to the delivery dates it was postponed and I called to cancel the bedroom set they were apologetic which was a good courtesy but when I asked for some compensation I was give. $100 dollars off for the 3 week delay I refused it and told them to cancel it. The. I was text several times afterwards with a $300 off the bedroom set. But I told them to cancel and please stop calling. So anyone who sees this take some caution please.

My wife and I were just looking for something more fitting for our house. We weren't really planning to buy. We stopped at Ashley's just to look with an idea in hand. They didn't have the set we found, but had shown us similar items. They showed us similar fabrics and styles and took measurements to give us an idea. This was a great experince, and because Tifanie helped us out and we were able to get a great deal we decided to purchase. Customer service was amazing! The entire team in the Johnstown location was great!
