Turning houses into homes is our mission at the Ashley Store in Johnstown. We built our store in Johnstown so that you can build your home here, too. Our team has been filling homes with furniture and mattresses for years. When you shop at the Ashley Store, General Manager, Trish Modic, will make sure your experience is amazing. We want you to love where you live, so our goal is to help you find your own style for a price that can’t be beat. BUYER BEWARE: LOOK ONLINE FOR THE PRICES!! These Ashley Furniture stores mark up their products by a crazy amount, and then "lower" the price to give you a deal. Any sale that they are currently running is a lie, that "up to 25% off" is all for show. They will and do go lower than that. Don't fall for the 40% VIP event either, because most of the time it's still more expensive. If you look online for the furniture you want, they will sell it to you for that price. They'll try to say "oh but we can't combine it with this" or "you can't do it with certain financing". Yes they can, and they have. These stores are too desperate for the sale to let you walk out. If you don't know the name, or don't like shopping online, simply head into the store and look for the name of the set. It'll be on the back of the sign, near the bottom in tiny print. Then open the Ashley Furniture app, type in the name, and look at the crazy price difference. They will price match it. This is not to disparage the employees that work there! They are good people! They are forced to meet monthly goals, or they will be terminated. They can also be terminated for "owing the company too much money". A huge part of meeting those monthly metrics is selling you furniture at the inflated price. Another huge part is selling mattresses, so don't be surprised if they ask you relentlessly to visit their "sleep shop". They also are encouraged to constantly send out texts about their fake VIP events

Ashley sales is a standout in that they are adaptable to customer needs and demonstrated that listening to customers and helping support their needs is greater than the sale. Friendly and warm service with a smile and patience resulted in a great outcome of our purchase experience. We were guided to their specials offers as well as informed on package options that worked out for us for 2 rooms. And, the delivery experience was exceptional!!! Highly recommend.

The staff was amazing! Roxy helped my husband and I find exactly what we were looking for! We were greeted by her RIGHT at the door. This was the best experience we’ve ever had, buying furniture! Then multiple staff members came over to us and gave our children fidget toys to play with—some of them even played with them, while we adults hashed out the details of our purchase. Totally a family friendly environment. 10/10 Recommend!
