Dealing with cancelled deliveries. Been waiting months for my furniture that was said to be delivered by the end of December by the sales associate who helped me with my purchase in Lancaster, PA store. Today I was notified that my delivery for tomorrow had been cancelled along with the entire order. They are reordering and the earliest it could be delivered will be March sometime. I understand things are delayed and taking longer to arrive these days but this is ridiculous. I was lied to in the store and would have never gave them business or paid in full. They need to be upfront about their order times. Stop lying to make sales.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a sectional and a bed frame. When they delivered it only half the sectional arrived. Took them 2 days to find where they’d sent the other half and it was a warehouse 3 hours away. They told me they couldn’t get it delivered for at least 3 weeks, but I could go pick it up myself. I asked if I need an appointment they said no. So I went down to get it myself, only to find the warehouse closed for a week. 6 hours of driving and gas money and still no couch. Went down next week to get it, they loaded it in my truck, got it home to find it broken when I unwrapped it. I went into the store, they created a claim and said I’d hear back…never did. It’s been over 2 months know and still no replacement for the broken couch. Save yourself the headache do not shop here.

We have had a wonderful experience working with Sunny at Ashley! She helped us take measurements and met with us twice this past weekend to order the perfect couch for our home! She walked us through every step and was incredibly knowledgeable about the products. Excited to get it delivered to our home!

They kiss up to you until they get the sale. Then you get crap delivered, HOPEFULLY on time. Then they give you a "runaround" to make things right. But they STILL don't make it right . It's more red tape and BS than what should be legal. How does a company with SOOO many horrible reviews on different sites, stay in business. Go to your nearest family owned shop. The quality will be better and they will most likely give you WAY better service, in EVERY department.

Items shipped and delivered by a delivery team were perfect. Other smaller items sent were damaged. Was able to get a quick replacement for one item, an end table was damaged. I was told to donate it and send voucher for replacement. No one wanted it. Still trying to get my damaged end table replaced. Making the entire experience totally aggravating.

Do yourself a favor and do not purchase furniture from these people. The underside of our couch tore/caved in within 2 years of purchase (no kids, just normal use). When contacting Ashley for a repair we were forced to pay a $150 repair fee (the extra warranty/protection package also did not cover a tear in the base). This was over 2 weeks ago and we still have not been contacted to schedule a repair. Useless furniture, useless customer service.

We had Tonya help us with a sectional purchase we didn’t even realize we were getting. She was personable and helpful. She answered all of our questions and eased us through the process of finding the right one for our space. We cannot wait for it to be delivered!
