He went above and beyond to help us choose the right pieces for our space. Travis was professional, patient, and kind, and he offered honest feedback instead of simply trying to make a sale. If every salesperson approached their work the way Travis does, shopping would be a far more enjoyable, fun, and relaxing experience. He truly deserves recognition for his excellent service!

My wife and I came in not expecting to buy a mattress, we were coming in to test out the beds and see where our search was going to take us. Dawan was super welcoming, helpful and a delight to work with while we tested out mattresses. He had TONS of helpful tips, made sure we were paying attention to specific parts of the beds to ensure we picked out the right one and helped us feel relieved of any anxiety and happy with our decision to pick up a mattress that day. Delivery timing is pretty flexible (at least for us since we were looking a little ahead in the future) and the staff/store was nice and friendly to everyone else in the store during our visit.

The advisor was great with helping us choose end tables that would compliment our new couch. He was willing to take the time to help us consider all our options. I never felt rushed or pressured. He found savings wherever they were available. Overall I had a great experience and will be returning.

I am not one to complain or post negative but I had one of the worst experiences of my life with Ashley’s Furniture. It was a total rip-off. The couch I received was damaged and arrived in two broken pieces. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Multiple representatives were unhelpful and had a bad attitude. Despite spending a good amount of money, I was left with a broken product and no assistance.It felt like they were only interested in taking my money. I strongly advise others to stay away from Ashley’s Furniture. Worst Furniture Store Experience EVER.

We looked at quite a few sofas and went back and forth between several of them several times. Steve was always helpful and was kind enough to offer us a drink and a snack as we ended up being there for about 2 hours. We finally made our decision and purchased what we wanted. Steve was a pleasure to work with the entire time. Prior to coming into Ashley Furniture we had come from a competitors store very near by and our experience with the sales person at the other store was nowhere close to the professionalism that we received from Steve! All staff treated our family, kids included, exceptionally well. Steve was extraordinary in his knowledge and demeanor. He was patient and guided us through the entire process seamlessly. Steve Garner was our sales rep! From the moment he greeted us he was professional, friendly, and accommodating. He was knowledgable about the products and so patient as we went from sofa to sofa trying to decide on one…and he was never pushy. He took time to listen to what we needed and wanted in a sofa and gave us many good options until we were able to make a decision. I purchased the mod max sectional. Steve was very helpful in explaining different ways the sofa could be arranged. Steve also gave me a good price. This is my first Ashley furniture purchase hoping the furniture will stand the 5 year test of time :) Follow up review on the mod max sectional; 1.Not comfortable at all 2. The material is terrible , does not ' breathe' fuzzy in feel. 3. I was told the material is pet friendly. 100% NOT. 4.Definitely would NOT purchase this again. I reduced the furniture quality to a one star.

My wife and I went into the store to look at recliners. This was after a meal and we had no intention of buying anything. Bought a whole living room set 3 years ago and the sofa cushion on the right side settled in on the back of the sofa, they refuse to cover it saying it's normal wear and tear, so basically they're saying the furniture only has a 3 year life span, I also bought the 5 year extended warranty. But it will not cover that. Stay away if you want furniture that will last longer than 3 years. Adding to this review Feb 4th 2025 Now my reclining sofa the foot rest is doing the same thing as the other sofa. DO NOT BUY THEIR FURNITURE.

We came into the store on August 18th looking for a headboard and footboard and frame. Found what we wanted and the salesperson Josh Gavin helped us. He told us that we would have this no problem within 4 weeks, 6 weeks max. Was just told now maybe November 5th, but no guarantee. If we had known this I would not have purchased this here. We were assured 4 weeks... I feel like we were lied to so a sale could be made. So in the mean time sleeping on the floor... when I explained to the Manager that maybe they should train their staff not to set false expectations, didn't seem to care. I would be leery to purchase anything from this store, as they will tell you anything to make a sale. If my purchase is delayed again, or I can find something to deliver now, I will be getting my money back for false information given.

If you're in the market for a new piece of furniture, stop what you're doing, drive to Ashley Furniture on Plaza Blvd and ask for RAY! Ray was very friendly and greeted us as such. My husband and I had an idea of what we wanted from a photo we found online but wanted to compare in person. Ray gave us space to browse through the store on our own before returning to him for recommendations (we all know this isn't always the case at some stores with employees chasing you around). We showed him the sofa photo we found online and not only did he provide comparable material options so we could test them out in person, but he also was able to price match and made the entire purchase process a BREEZE. He was extremely personable, and it felt like we've known Ray forever- easy going, conversation was natural, he was very patient and he was very knowledgeable. We've been Ashley Furniture customers for life due to their quality and had good experiences previously, but never did we ever have an employee & shopping experience as great as we did with Ray. Not as much inventory as we had hoped. Every couch store feels like you’re getting attacked by vultures. You don’t have to follow me and tell me every detail about an item or convince me it’s right for me.. if I have questions I’ll ask. Not coming back to Ashley, bobs furniture or any of the big box stores. You can find a local competitor who may buy Ashley’s brand and give you a better discount!! That’s what we did.

We just had a great experience at Ashley! We went in looking for a new couch and Sunny came through! I typically get annoyed by sale people but Sunny wasn’t pushy with my husband and I. Not only that, but was patient with us. After we purchased the couch and were driving to get lunch, we talked about how we probably would’ve ended up checking out other stores before deciding if we dealt with someone other than Sunny. You need a couch and don’t want some cliche annoying sales person helping you? Then ask for Sunny!

Karen had told us how popular it was and about how great the fabric of the sofa set was and all about the special features which was all a bonus on top of us just liking the design and style. We bought the set and were extremely happy with the service and we are excited to receive our new furniture.

As soon as we got in we were greeted by Terry Rutter and she helped us find everything we were looking for. Our experience was outstanding from the time we entered the Lancaster store. Androw greeted us and immediately accessed our needs; he then found a sales associate that could help us with what we were looking for. Paul S. found a recliner in their inventory that had every feature we wanted (Riptyme swivel, glide, recliner). While they didn't have one on the floor Paul took us around to several different but similar chairs so we could see firsthand the different features, textures, and sizes. The price point was comparable to on-line sellers of similar chairs, with the additional confidence of a local store to back the product. Paul looked to save us money where he could and offered us sale pricing and extended warranty options. Lauren also stopped by while Paul was putting the sale together to make sure we were well attended to. We purchased the chair and now await its delivery. Paul, Lauren, and Androw worked together seamlessly to find what we were looking for and give us a deal we were happy with.

Purchased 3 pieces for our living room with zero issues in store. Delivery took longer than some competitors we've shopped with before but quality is no different. Upon delivery one our couches had a broken seat. It was far less firm than the other. Ashley sent 2 brand new cushions so they'd "match" within a week. No one gave us ANY trouble in store or on the phone when discussing issues. I've got a feeling that those people leaving 1 star reviews might deserve what they got...treat people nicely and with respect and you get that back.

I WILL NEVER BUY A PIECE OF ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN. First my wife and I go to the store to look at and purchase a couch the sales lady said she would be right with us after she finished up with prior customers. That never happened. So we ordered online after 2 weeks we get a couch with water damage and a hole in the front that was patched with blue fabric the couch is TAN WE have to wait another 2 weeks and they will make sure it's inspected before loading?

I went into the store looking for counter stools and a sofa and left having purchased counter stools and a sofa! Delighted with the service I received from Zach and Derek -- they were patient, helpful, and nice as pie!

Our stuff came couple weeks latter the Couch part did not match the other 1/2 and they said 6 to 8 week to get another 1 cause they messed up and the big tv/ fire place thing we goo they put tougher and was just 2 brackets for top self and rest was all tougher + the doors did not line up had at fix and adjust the doors and customer service was a joke to my wife no help or wiling to come and fix what was not done and now have to wait more to get the right color and they say can be 6 to 8 weeks just poor service e also other family had problem as well

I take back my five-star review. This purchase has been nothing but a nightmare. I gave a five-star review because my sales person was a young brand new employee and a review was requested before I left the store while I was waiting and I thought no problem. However, delivery... Nightmare protection plan nightmare. Nothing was explained to me in detail. I had no idea that this low budget furniture store gave you 72 hours to exchange or return. I've never heard of such a thing. Off to raymour and flanigan I go! I donated the chair. What a waste of time. Never again.
