We purchased a mattress, bedframe, and headboard on Feb. 22, 2025. We also paid for their premium setup service. They sent the wrong frame (we specifically wanted a lower one) and the wrong hardware to connect the headboard to the frame. I am getting no response from their customer service. It is now April 7th and we still don't have a completed bed. Update: It will be 12 WEEKS this Saturday. We still don't have a complete bed. There has been NO contact from Customer Service.
We visited the store Monday 3/31. We had great service from Donna, Patty and Jill. The great service is what keeps us coming back. This is our 2 living room set and we have a beautiful kitchen set too. Visit the store and tell them Christine sent you.
We bought couches and had a good experience but less than a year later we discovered the couch was defective. The extended warrantee purchased didn’t cover the defect and the couch was apparently discontinued so they can’t order a replacement. They only have one person for customer service after you buy furniture, and she openly admitted she forgot about us after several follow ups. They eventually offered a credit for the amount of the couch, but given that it was a “clearance” item, it’s 590$ which doesn’t cover any new couch in their store. I asked for a credit towards a new set and was told no. I also asked for the 590$ credit in cash so I could go try to find something that I actually like and that will match elsewhere, but was also told no. I’ve been trying to reach Rich at the store because he told me to call him, but I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. To say I’m angry would be a dramatic understatement
Excellent experience at this store. We had furniture delivered and the chair was damaged. They replaced it with no problem. Staff is very professional. We love our furniture.I would buy there again.
Had a great experience at this store. Tawana was very helpful in helping to find us the right Sleeper Sofa for our new home. Got a great deal on a Sleeper Sofa and Rug. Will definitely be back!

Just purchased a kitchen set with some counter stools and had a great overall experience. The furniture is good quality for the price and seems pretty sturdy so far. The staff at this particular store are all friendly and accommodating. There is somewhat of a laid-back sales approach so nobody is following you or pressuring you like in other stores. Our saleswoman Tawana was outstanding. She was very down to earth, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. She answered all questions promptly even after we left the store. She always got back to calls/emails immediately and did whatever she could to accommodate us. She is a true asset to this store. I have an Ashley that is 45 minutes closer to me than this one , but will always make the trip here for the pleasant experience and great customer service. Not all Ashley's are the same. Will definitely be shopping here again in the near future.
I was Mislead. I financed my furniture and was told by salesperson aswell as the financial rep at Ashley that this would be no payments and no interest for 1 year and come to find out the bank required payments all along. I feel like I just got bamboozled..and not to mention after 1 week after delivery the draw tracks are all breaking and a rep came out to fix it and it seems like some other draws are starting to have track issues. I shall call them again to repair.
I purchased the Caitbrook kitchen table with 4 bar height chairs. I really liked the set, it is perfect for smaller spaces, the only thing that makes me sorry i bought it was that it scratches and chips too easily. It seems to be a sturdy set and thegray color is very nice.
