Decent showroom of furniture but a bit over zealous salesman lurking around that made me feel hassled and pursued. I left earlier than I would have.

I had a fantastic experience with Ashley Furniture from start to finish! The sales personnel were incredibly helpful and attentive, taking the time to understand our needs — especially with having pets — and helping us find the perfect furniture that suits both our lifestyle and home. When our original furniture was delivered and didn’t fit the space as expected, the delivery team was wonderful. They were professional, courteous, and efficiently took the furniture back with no issues. Ashley quickly arranged for a new style to be delivered, and the entire process was handled with such care and efficiency.

We purchased a mattress, bedframe, and headboard on Feb. 22, 2025. We also paid for their premium setup service. They sent the wrong frame (we specifically wanted a lower one) and the wrong hardware to connect the headboard to the frame. I am getting no response from their customer service. It is now April 7th and we still don't have a completed bed. Update 7/11/25: 21 weeks after our initial purchase, customer service finally called. They never did install the headboard. Since there was no action from AF, my husband fudged something together, and I have a wobbly headboard. AF sent a $100 check as "compensation", not even enough to cover the premium installation fee. We needed a new sofa - we purchased one from Bob's Discount Furniture.

We visited the store Monday 3/31. We had great service from Donna, Patty and Jill. The great service is what keeps us coming back. This is our 2 living room set and we have a beautiful kitchen set too. Visit the store and tell them Christine sent you.

We bought couches and had a good experience but less than a year later we discovered the couch was defective. The extended warrantee purchased didn’t cover the defect and the couch was apparently discontinued so they can’t order a replacement. They only have one person for customer service after you buy furniture, and she openly admitted she forgot about us after several follow ups. They eventually offered a credit for the amount of the couch, but given that it was a “clearance” item, it’s 590$ which doesn’t cover any new couch in their store. I asked for a credit towards a new set and was told no. I also asked for the 590$ credit in cash so I could go try to find something that I actually like and that will match elsewhere, but was also told no. I’ve been trying to reach Rich at the store because he told me to call him, but I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. To say I’m angry would be a dramatic understatement

Excellent experience at this store. We had furniture delivered and the chair was damaged. They replaced it with no problem. Staff is very professional. We love our furniture.I would buy there again.

Had a great experience at this store. Tawana was very helpful in helping to find us the right Sleeper Sofa for our new home. Got a great deal on a Sleeper Sofa and Rug. Will definitely be back!

Just purchased a kitchen set with some counter stools and had a great overall experience. The furniture is good quality for the price and seems pretty sturdy so far. The staff at this particular store are all friendly and accommodating. There is somewhat of a laid-back sales approach so nobody is following you or pressuring you like in other stores. Our saleswoman Tawana was outstanding. She was very down to earth, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. She answered all questions promptly even after we left the store. She always got back to calls/emails immediately and did whatever she could to accommodate us. She is a true asset to this store. I have an Ashley that is 45 minutes closer to me than this one , but will always make the trip here for the pleasant experience and great customer service. Not all Ashley's are the same. Will definitely be shopping here again in the near future.

I was Mislead. I financed my furniture and was told by salesperson aswell as the financial rep at Ashley that this would be no payments and no interest for 1 year and come to find out the bank required payments all along. I feel like I just got bamboozled..and not to mention after 1 week after delivery the draw tracks are all breaking and a rep came out to fix it and it seems like some other draws are starting to have track issues. I shall call them again to repair.

I purchased the Caitbrook kitchen table with 4 bar height chairs. I really liked the set, it is perfect for smaller spaces, the only thing that makes me sorry i bought it was that it scratches and chips too easily. It seems to be a sturdy set and thegray color is very nice.

The girls in the Lehighton Ashley furniture store were very nice, but the delivery time is out the roof 2 months to be waiting for furniture is ridiculous!! not even sure if I would buy from Ashley again an I definitely would not be too sure I would buy from there again unless they had it on the floor to take .This is terrible an I would not recommend this place to anyone. there is just NO reason for all this ,then on top of it the charge for delivery which is not even 15 miles away from their store if that .terrible company .

Bought a dining set and paid for the assembly in case I wouldn't be home when it was delivered. Nick delivered it. Super friend and professional. And the set is perfect.

When I walked into Ashley's at Country Junction, I thought this was going to be the first of many stores to visit to find my first pieces of furniture for my new place. My family and I were greeted by a woman named Tawana and I can't be grateful enough for her amazing customer service. Not only did she spend hours walking around the store multiple times with us to find exactly what I wanted, but she made me feel so comfortable during the process. She considered my needs, my wants and my financial position when recommending any product to me. She knew that store really well and put in her steps walking all around to price check, compare and research availability on all the products for me. She put zero pressure on me to purchase anything and actually advised me sleep on it and come back whenever I made up my mind. How amazing! I came back another day by myself and my undesiciveness got the best of me and I spent another hour with her looking at more pieces. She genuinely seemed happy to help me and I was so grateful to have had her help during this entire process. I felt like I was shopping with a friend! Hands down, the best customer service I've probably ever received. Even all the other employees at the desk during my visit were SO kind & caring. Overall, a really great team. There are a ton of beauitful products at this store and is definitely worth the visit. Thank you again Tawana, you're the absolute best! Super grateful for your help! PS: This review is about a month after I had my furniture delivered because I wanted to add pictures of the final set up!

My husband and I went to the Lehighton store today and purchased a complete living room set. It was honestly the best customer service Ive experienced. We were greeted by Hello's as soon as we walked in the door and then we met the most wonderful sales person Irene!!! She was welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and ABSOLUTELY the best person to work with. She answered all our questions and even helped us to find the right fit for our home. Cant wait for our new furniture and will definitely go back to Ashley's because of Irene and the great reasonable prices.

Once we decided what direction we were going in with our living room furniture she was wonderful explaining the features of what we chose, bouncing all over the store helping with choosing accessories and quickly prepared an amazing quote for everything we wanted. horrible horrible experience. my finance and i were shopping for new furniture to furnish our new home. we found everything in the store, we purchased an ottoman with our couch- the lady at check out even was telling me how great storage ottomans are. our furniture gets delieverd and there was no ottomon. come to find out they never gave us the ottoman on the order after we made sure not to leave without knowing everything was on the order we wanted. the end of july i called to see when we were getting the ottoman and they had told me in 2 weeks, in 2 weeks i never got anything so i called again. delievery was postponed 2 months with no one giving us updates. I FINALLY had enough and went to the ashley in white hall ( GREAT STORE ASK FOR TONY) They had the ottoman ( 12 of them ) And they are shipping it to us in 4 days... ridiclous experience. and customer serivce was horrendous

Believe the bad reviews on here. Stopped by while visiting Country Junction. Saw a couch, chair and loveseat we wanted, but needed to wait till we got home to check some measurements. Called back to get more info to be greeted by a salesperson who was disinterested, unhelpful and flat out rude. I'm now not surprised by the bad reviews on here. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Over the last two year's my fiance and I have ordered thousands of dollars of furniture from Ashley for our home. Every order has come in late and required constant calls to get information. But today was the most frustrating experience to date. I called to check on an order that we paid in full in November 6, 2021. Only to find out that one of the two items has been "in stock" and the other was pushed out almost two months longer than originally expected. NO communication about any of this, NO discounts, NO assistance. We love the Ashley products, but we are tired of the lack of communication or care for their customers.

I ordered this bed set for my daughter in June and arrived in August I still haven't received everything but all the paint is coming off is obviously not a good quality, I paid almost $1,800 and now is on sell for $1,100. No wonder why.

Ordered a bedroom set for our daughter’s birthday and it got delivered today. In our delivery the bed spring was missing and had to be rescheduled for delivery and then while putting the rest of the bed together we discovered the foot board was broken which now also had to be rescheduled for an entire week later so nothing can be put together for another week now. with my last bit of hope i put her dresser together only to find out the legs don’t match up at all they way they are supposed to and are useless! horrible, horrible experience and made for a horrible birthday surprise!

I called multiple Ashley stores looking to order a recently discontinued item. when I called this store I was warmly greeted by an associate named Edie. She went above and beyond, first looking at her own store, then taking my number to do some research and call me back. A few minutes later she called other stores looking for floor items I could purchase... and when that didn't work she went into her other warehouses and was able to find an unaccounted for item. I'm not sure ill receive the item or not based on it being discontinued, but Edie was a joy to talk to and id recommend her 100% for any future purchases.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. They are so rude there it’s ridiculous. For paying $2,000 you would think the customer service would be better and the items wouldn’t be damaged.

Worst experience I've ever had! Went to get a bedroom suite for my daughter. Was told delivery would be about a month due to covid. No problem, its now been 2 months and I'm still being told it hasn't shipped to them. The salespeople (mostly woman) I have dealt with so far have all been horrible, unhelpful, and unempathetic with the exception of one man who was able to actually get me half of the order. I even tried to take the floor items as is and they refused saying they will still sell... how will you sell items that you won't get for months and are even out of online.. hmmm. A little to shady for me. So now my daughter still doesn't have bedroom furniture and has to live out of boxes 3 months after we moved. Shes so upset but has her heart set o. This design. Needless to say, I will be buying all future home items elsewhere. They don't value you as a customer and this while process has been exhausting. A little more sympathy would have gone a long way but the I dont care attitude has lost my business forever!

Purchased dining room furniture, sofa and love seat on 7/18/20. Was told delivery was 8/20/20. Due to covid. Fine with this,no problem. Then on 7/24/20 I received call saying they wanted to deliver on Monday 7/27. Normally this would be great news. But because they no longer remove old furniture, and delivery was expected to be 8/20 I had not made arrangements for this yet. So took a day off work for delivery and finding a way to get rid of old furniture. Reclining love seat was delivered broken. One side would not move from reclined position. Delivery people couldn't put it in upright position. After talking to service tech I disconnected seat from frame to at least get it upright. Three weeks later after tech ordered new motor and switch still haven't fixed it. I understand delays due to pandemic but have had no communication from the seller. Called on saturday and was told they have no Saturday customer service. ( in a rude way ). Fyi, the service tech was really good. However everyone else I've spoken to really seem to have no customer/communication skills whatsoever.

We had called ahead to make sure the two particular living room sets we wanted to look at were on the floor and were told they were there. It ended up that neither were on display though. Amber, our salesperson, was great at listening to us vent our frustration and immediately showed us to the closest models they had in stock. We weren’t railroaded into the most expensive options and she was wonderful to work with. She spent at least a half hour going through multiple configurations and literally cutting out paper models to help us visualize our living space. She was so wonderful to work that after we finished our living room purchase we moved on to bedroom sets! This was our first visit to the new showroom. The space is clean, well curated, and easy to navigate. Our experience was great and we will be returning for future furniture shopping!
