Believe the bad reviews on here. Stopped by while visiting Country Junction. Saw a couch, chair and loveseat we wanted, but needed to wait till we got home to check some measurements. Called back to get more info to be greeted by a salesperson who was disinterested, unhelpful and flat out rude. I'm now not surprised by the bad reviews on here. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Over the last two year's my fiance and I have ordered thousands of dollars of furniture from Ashley for our home. Every order has come in late and required constant calls to get information. But today was the most frustrating experience to date. I called to check on an order that we paid in full in November 6, 2021. Only to find out that one of the two items has been "in stock" and the other was pushed out almost two months longer than originally expected. NO communication about any of this, NO discounts, NO assistance. We love the Ashley products, but we are tired of the lack of communication or care for their customers.

I ordered this bed set for my daughter in June and arrived in August I still haven't received everything but all the paint is coming off is obviously not a good quality, I paid almost $1,800 and now is on sell for $1,100. No wonder why.

Ordered a bedroom set for our daughter’s birthday and it got delivered today. In our delivery the bed spring was missing and had to be rescheduled for delivery and then while putting the rest of the bed together we discovered the foot board was broken which now also had to be rescheduled for an entire week later so nothing can be put together for another week now. with my last bit of hope i put her dresser together only to find out the legs don’t match up at all they way they are supposed to and are useless! horrible, horrible experience and made for a horrible birthday surprise!

I called multiple Ashley stores looking to order a recently discontinued item. when I called this store I was warmly greeted by an associate named Edie. She went above and beyond, first looking at her own store, then taking my number to do some research and call me back. A few minutes later she called other stores looking for floor items I could purchase... and when that didn't work she went into her other warehouses and was able to find an unaccounted for item. I'm not sure ill receive the item or not based on it being discontinued, but Edie was a joy to talk to and id recommend her 100% for any future purchases.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. They are so rude there it’s ridiculous. For paying $2,000 you would think the customer service would be better and the items wouldn’t be damaged.

Even with the covid rules in place and following them. It was still very much a pleasant experience something fun to do. Very very diverse place.One minute outside you can be taking a hayride or a corn maze in the fall then the next, you see animals.Then moving inside it is very diverse. Many different kinds of foods. Confections. Around the next corner you can pick out new kitchen countertops, the next minute getting Christmas decorations, the next minute having pizza and video games with the kids. They sure offer a lot of options. I never leave without something from the bakery area.

Worst experience I've ever had! Went to get a bedroom suite for my daughter. Was told delivery would be about a month due to covid. No problem, its now been 2 months and I'm still being told it hasn't shipped to them. The salespeople (mostly woman) I have dealt with so far have all been horrible, unhelpful, and unempathetic with the exception of one man who was able to actually get me half of the order. I even tried to take the floor items as is and they refused saying they will still sell... how will you sell items that you won't get for months and are even out of online.. hmmm. A little to shady for me. So now my daughter still doesn't have bedroom furniture and has to live out of boxes 3 months after we moved. Shes so upset but has her heart set o. This design. Needless to say, I will be buying all future home items elsewhere. They don't value you as a customer and this while process has been exhausting. A little more sympathy would have gone a long way but the I dont care attitude has lost my business forever!
