awful petting zoo conditions and one of the cheapest thing for sale was expired (loose) cartons of a protein shake for $3. you would think for such absurd prices for every single thing ($5 for off brand normal syrup) they could afford better conditions for their "petting zoo"

When I walked into Ashley's at Country Junction, I thought this was going to be the first of many stores to visit to find my first pieces of furniture for my new place. My family and I were greeted by a woman named Tawana and I can't be grateful enough for her amazing customer service. Not only did she spend hours walking around the store multiple times with us to find exactly what I wanted, but she made me feel so comfortable during the process. She considered my needs, my wants and my financial position when recommending any product to me. She knew that store really well and put in her steps walking all around to price check, compare and research availability on all the products for me. She put zero pressure on me to purchase anything and actually advised me sleep on it and come back whenever I made up my mind. How amazing! I came back another day by myself and my undesiciveness got the best of me and I spent another hour with her looking at more pieces. She genuinely seemed happy to help me and I was so grateful to have had her help during this entire process. I felt like I was shopping with a friend! Hands down, the best customer service I've probably ever received. Even all the other employees at the desk during my visit were SO kind & caring. Overall, a really great team. There are a ton of beauitful products at this store and is definitely worth the visit. Thank you again Tawana, you're the absolute best! Super grateful for your help! My husband and I went to the Lehighton store today and purchased a complete living room set. It was honestly the best customer service Ive experienced. We were greeted by Hello's as soon as we walked in the door and then we met the most wonderful sales person Irene!!! She was welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and ABSOLUTELY the best person to work with. She answered all our questions and even helped us to find the right fit for our home. Cant wait for our new furniture and will definitely go back to Ashley's because of Irene and the great reasonable prices.

I visited your store in country junction last week and an associate by the name of Michelle helped me select a new couch and loveseat for my family room. I was unsure about what I was looking for and I showed her a picture of the room I was trying to furnish and she helped me find the perfect set. She was so professional friendly and helpful AND knowledgeable with a true eye for design. She’s a true asset to your company and I wanted to be sure to give her the recognition she deserves.

I don't even know how to describe this place. This is the second time we've been there. I feel like last year we were taken off guard going in here thinking it was going to be some kind of classy general store like the ones they have frequently down in places like Tennessee. This is a little like that I guess, but it's also mixed in with a hardware store, a pet store, and a furniture store. The products are not organized in rows and columns but in a kind of maze. They have weird animatronics singing throughout the store. Some of them are themed for the Wizard of Oz and some of them are just random. If you get separated from your group 10 out of 10 you will not find them again. This year they had an obscene amount of Christmas supplies, it was just section after section of Christmas stuff. I wouldn't really say the prices on most things are any great deal or anything. The very end of the store seems to be an over stock warehouse section with random or niche brands on discount, it's worth looking in this section. At the end they have a bakery and a chocolate shop. Other than that and a few coolers of iced tea and such they don't have any other grocery perishables. There is some sort of food court attached to the store but I've never gone in there. I'm not really sure who this store is for, it feels like a tourist trap but then they have the hardware, pet store, and furniture stores part of everything else so that stuff is obviously more for locals. All I know is that once you set foot in here you will feel like you are high on something, as you follow the yellow brick road through some weird land of Oz where they are trying to sell you Christmas towels, it feels like it will never end as you trudge on past talking pigs and life sized velociraptors, you soon become isolated, as everyone you were with disappears and the music drowns out your calls to them. Once you finally make it to the end you will wonder if what you just experienced was real or part of an elaborate sick joke. And the employees don't seem to understand your struggle, to them this is just their everyday. You may or may not be reunited with the rest of your group, those that do make it out might feel some aftereffect sickness. But beware, if you are not careful the store will continually draw you back, no matter how far you run, you will never forget the fever dream that is Country Junction.

We visited Ashley yesterday during a trip to Country Junction and we’re greeted by Michelle. She was friendly and welcoming even though we weren’t ready to make a purchase. We found several sectionals and sofas we think will work for us and will definitely be back to see Michelle when we are ready. Thanks for the great service!

It's like they bought out a dollar tree, and slapped $50 price tags on everything and put it them the shelves. Place was super affordable pre Covid IE) Cute wooden signs for your house were $10, now are $40.100% tourist trap... if you're doing the arcade bring a few $100 bills

horrible horrible experience. my finance and i were shopping for new furniture to furnish our new home. we found everything in the store, we purchased an ottoman with our couch- the lady at check out even was telling me how great storage ottomans are. our furniture gets delieverd and there was no ottomon. come to find out they never gave us the ottoman on the order after we made sure not to leave without knowing everything was on the order we wanted. the end of july i called to see when we were getting the ottoman and they had told me in 2 weeks, in 2 weeks i never got anything so i called again. delievery was postponed 2 months with no one giving us updates. I FINALLY had enough and went to the ashley in white hall ( GREAT STORE ASK FOR TONY) They had the ottoman ( 12 of them ) And they are shipping it to us in 4 days... ridiclous experience. and customer serivce was horrendous

1. They sell puppies. Google where pet store puppies come from. NOPE.2. Years ago, this used to be a fun tourist stop with a unique selection of food items. Now it's more like a lame dollar store that also sells preserves. There were two entire display walls of no-name socks but only a couple of vegetables.

5/14/22 My first time at Country Junction. It's in a beautiful setting and I thought it was a fun place to visit. It reminded me of a cross between a low budget Disney and Cabellas with the animatronics. It's definitely different- there is a carnival area in the back that wasn't open when we were there. It was really unique for sure.The place is large and it's a fun place to visit. There's an Ashley furniture store, ace hardware, a snack bar-restaurant (I did not eat there) home decor items, patio furniture, and a grocery area for shelf items. There was also a good looking candy counter. I felt some of the prices were higher than other places but that's understandable given the size of the building.We had a terrific time here and I kept wondering if I would ever find my way out! I did after 45 minutes. The old lady in me kept thinking "God help you if you have a medical emergency". ‍I'm not sure I would travel a long distance to go but if you're in the area I encourage you to swing by. I didn't purchase anything here but I made up for it by buying a golf cart from Don's down the street.

Believe the bad reviews on here. Stopped by while visiting Country Junction. Saw a couch, chair and loveseat we wanted, but needed to wait till we got home to check some measurements. Called back to get more info to be greeted by a salesperson who was disinterested, unhelpful and flat out rude. I'm now not surprised by the bad reviews on here. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Have been coming to Country Junction for quite some time. It has gone downhill. However, my daughter loves it and asks to go anytime we are in the area. The arcade barely works. One of the stuffed animal machines was 8 points which equates to $8. Not happening. The items for sale are more expensive than you can buy anyplace else. Also, be careful and make sure you check food item Expiration dates. On our last trip there in February 2022 there were some things for sale on the shelf that expired in July 2021. I continuously walk out spending less and less than I used to. The restaurant attached has good food, great ice cream and friendly workers.

Interesting place to check out, all kinds of random stuff in the shop, there's a mini bowling place and some arcades. Walk around and explore the store. Pizza and ice cream are pretty good, great space for kid's parties :) friendly staff too! Good to check out if you're looking for something to do around the area. Kids loved it!

Over the last two year's my fiance and I have ordered thousands of dollars of furniture from Ashley for our home. Every order has come in late and required constant calls to get information. But today was the most frustrating experience to date. I called to check on an order that we paid in full in November 6, 2021. Only to find out that one of the two items has been "in stock" and the other was pushed out almost two months longer than originally expected. NO communication about any of this, NO discounts, NO assistance. We love the Ashley products, but we are tired of the lack of communication or care for their customers.

I ordered this bed set for my daughter in June and arrived in August I still haven't received everything but all the paint is coming off is obviously not a good quality, I paid almost $1,800 and now is on sell for $1,100. No wonder why.

I called multiple Ashley stores looking to order a recently discontinued item. when I called this store I was warmly greeted by an associate named Edie. She went above and beyond, first looking at her own store, then taking my number to do some research and call me back. A few minutes later she called other stores looking for floor items I could purchase... and when that didn't work she went into her other warehouses and was able to find an unaccounted for item. I'm not sure ill receive the item or not based on it being discontinued, but Edie was a joy to talk to and id recommend her 100% for any future purchases.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. They are so rude there it’s ridiculous. For paying $2,000 you would think the customer service would be better and the items wouldn’t be damaged.

Been here twice while visiting Jim Thorpe, once in 2003 on a romantic getaway and again with a young grandchild this past weekend in 2021. Both were two very different experiences.In 2003 we went because we were struggling to find things to do and were told it was a must see. I remember it was large, well organized, and had a good bit of unusual merchandise and either taxidermy or large statues of animals. It was cute but not necessarily a must see, especially for a couple sans kids.Just this past weekend we stopped again. This time around there were outside attractions and activities (petting zoo, ice cream, small playgrounds, etc). I felt underwhelmed by this area. It was dumpy, the animals appeared neglected and uninterested in people, and overall it felt dirty. The play equipment provided was geared towards very small kids - toddler age - and even my 6 year old was bored. The inside is still massive, some areas were set up better than others, and the way the layout is "guides" you thru the store in the same manner an Ikea showroom does. Some depts had cool items, others pretty run of the mill, but it was a complete stop for all your shopping needs. Given the lack of retail shopping in this general area it's probably a godsend to locals. They even had a hardware store. One of the highlights for me was the locally made food items, although they had were had prices geared towards tourists.Just as we thought we saw it all we stumbled upon another guided way which lead us to a pet store, outdoor decor items, to the adjacent furniture store, and a huge arcade complete with bumper cars and a bowling alley. The arcade did not appear to be open or manned, but I wish I would have known about it the previous evening when we were bored at the hotel.I do feel overall the cleanliness. and modernization fell behind the times since my visit in 2003, and it does have a dumpy, dated feel.Overall it's very "kitchy" and Americana. Is it a must see? Probably not but unless you are totally into outdoor activities you will be looking for things to do, especially as a family.

Worst experience I've ever had! Went to get a bedroom suite for my daughter. Was told delivery would be about a month due to covid. No problem, its now been 2 months and I'm still being told it hasn't shipped to them. The salespeople (mostly woman) I have dealt with so far have all been horrible, unhelpful, and unempathetic with the exception of one man who was able to actually get me half of the order. I even tried to take the floor items as is and they refused saying they will still sell... how will you sell items that you won't get for months and are even out of online.. hmmm. A little to shady for me. So now my daughter still doesn't have bedroom furniture and has to live out of boxes 3 months after we moved. Shes so upset but has her heart set o. This design. Needless to say, I will be buying all future home items elsewhere. They don't value you as a customer and this while process has been exhausting. A little more sympathy would have gone a long way but the I dont care attitude has lost my business forever!

Country Junction - World&'s Largest General Store is located in Lehighton, PA. I was first up in the area on 8/31/20 to visit Vena&'s Flag Store further down the road the Country Junction itself. I live an hour away down south in Souderton so I am in this area very often. I must say...I am very impressed with the Country Junction. There was plenty of parking and the building just looks cool. I was even more impressed on the inside! The shopping carts were all wiped down frequently and they had temperature checks to allow entry. Right off the bat I noticed they had an Asher&'s candy stand. We live 2 minutes from the Asher&'s factory in Franconia PA but we still had to get some candy on the way out!! The store acted like a sort of maze where you had to follow &"the yellow brick road&" around the store...a neat touch. Speaking of the Wizard of Oz, they had some statues and replicas from the film around the store in addition to many other near statues that I HAD to get pictures with. That made for a fun time! They had a pet section (both with actual animals and food), they had home décor for the fall/holidays, they had food, toys, gifts, novelties and even a restaurant and arcade too! We didn&'t get to walk around the last two but they looked neat! They even had an Ace hardware with items we needed! The registers leave you where you began bringing everything full circle. I also hear they have a annual Great Pocono Pumpkin Festival where you will find hay rides, pumpkins and the like. Apparently I was here when I was very young but I dont remember it (today felt like the actual first time). This would be neat to attend one day! Overall, it was a very fun day trip to the Country Junction. My parents and I are already making plans to return in the winter time to visit around Christmas time and I look forward to that trip!!

Purchased dining room furniture, sofa and love seat on 7/18/20. Was told delivery was 8/20/20. Due to covid. Fine with this,no problem. Then on 7/24/20 I received call saying they wanted to deliver on Monday 7/27. Normally this would be great news. But because they no longer remove old furniture, and delivery was expected to be 8/20 I had not made arrangements for this yet. So took a day off work for delivery and finding a way to get rid of old furniture. Reclining love seat was delivered broken. One side would not move from reclined position. Delivery people couldn't put it in upright position. After talking to service tech I disconnected seat from frame to at least get it upright. Three weeks later after tech ordered new motor and switch still haven't fixed it. I understand delays due to pandemic but have had no communication from the seller. Called on saturday and was told they have no Saturday customer service. ( in a rude way ). Fyi, the service tech was really good. However everyone else I've spoken to really seem to have no customer/communication skills whatsoever.

The only reason I&'m giving this spot any stars is because they are very conscientious about their covid policies, temperature checks, hand washing, and masks. Bring back the petting zoo.

Update to prior review: Ashley furniture provided me a replacement rail and although I'd have liked someone to come and install it I was just happy that I would have a complete bed to sleep in. However, when I took the mattress and boxspring off I found that when the rail cracked it had caused a piece of wood to splinter off of the headboard so I wasn't able to attach the new rail. I also found the middle slat and attached leg had both cracked. The protective pad at the bottom of the leg was no longer on the floor, the actual leg was against the floor and caused gouges in my hardwood. I've posted pictures of all three legs showing the two whole (unbroken) legs caused no damage to my floor, so clearly the broken leg caused the damage. The customer service rep confirmed I've only had the bed about 5 months. It seems they think these beds are disposable and its common to buy a new bed every 6 months or so. They also said I saw the floor model, I knew what I was getting. I'm not a carpenter. I bought this with good faith that they would make and sell a product that would last at least a few years. To be fair, they did offer to replace the broken pieces, but I don't want a bed that they aren't even surprised only lasted a few months. They clearly knew this was a piece of junk. I asked several times for a refund on JUST the bed, but was told no each time. I spent about $3000.00 at that store in one day. And all I want is the refund for the bed. That's all. I'm still happy with the rest of my furniture. I'm absolutely broken hearted to the point of almost tears on the phone with customer service about my floor that my grandfather put in in 1949 and has little in the way of damage until now. Honestly, I don't know how this company and its employees sleep at night. I'm so angry, but even more than that I'm sad and disappointed. I guess I'll enjoy the bonfire I can make with this bed.

Stay as far away from this place as possible. I went into the store looking for a bedroom set during their 50% off Veteren's Day sale in November 2019. I ended up buying a bedroom set that I loved and a living room set that was 11 pieces in total including decorative pillows. They worked with my budget and all seemed right in the world. Because of the huge sale there was a pretty long wait for delivery so I wouldn't have the furniture by Thanksgiving, but should have had it for Christmas. I could tell this might not even happen, but honestly for the price I paid I was ok with that. I didn't NEED the furniture, but I was buying our first sets of new furniture we'd ever owned. Fast forward to mid-December and I have heard nothing from the company about delivery time. I start calling and cannot get a straight answer. Again, I'm not too concerned, I'm a pretty laid back person and have other things I can worry about if I need to worry. New Years rolls around and nothing. I finally call, get an estimated delivery that's somewhere around mid-end of January. Again, still not too upset because I have to still figure out getting rid of my old furniture. Then BAM! they're delivering it and I have no one at home to wait for it and still have rooms full of old furniture. It's cool. I'll just move things around. Now, before this delivery date was provided I had spoken with the manager, Germaine, who was a very nice, personable fellow. He assured me that if I didn't cancel my order (which is what I'd finally decided to do) he'd issue a $200 refund. Ok, sure, let's keep the order. Everything was delivered and set up. 17 days ago (less than 6 months after getting the bed) the rail on my BRAND NEW bed snapped in half while I was leaning against the side. NO ONE WAS IN THE BED. Ok, covered under warranty. Nope. After 16 days of not getting any reply and after making at least 7 phone calls I finally get an email saying that as a courtesy they're going to order and have a new rail shipped, but no one is coming to install it because its not a manufacturer defect. Now, I understand what they're saying, I'm not an idiot, but come on! Take some responsibility for what is clearly shoddy materials. Let's back up to my refund. I have six months to pay on this furniture. The refund has not been applied as of me writing this and when I asked they told me not to pay the amount in full until the refund is applied. Guess what that means? If I don't get the refund and hold off on paying this I lose my 6 month no interest deal. I will have to pay interest on not just further payments, but all the accrued interest up until now. I have both Ashley Furniture and the credit card company looking into this. And I could have paid this off at the beginning of March, but was told not to. Now let's bring this back to today. I call customer service because I'm not happy with no one coming to replace this broken piece and I will admit I got a bit heated with the customer service rep on the phone, but I did apologize. She hung up on me mid-sentence. I kid you not. I'm still not happy with this being deemed not a manufacturer defect because clearly something is defective if this rail snaps in half when there is no one in the bed. My 14 and 12 pound dogs weren't even in the bed! And there was a very good chance that when the rail snapped and landed on the floor that my toes could have been crushed. Again, I am not a "Karen", I have worked retail and it's a terrible job. I will go above and beyond to be super sweet to retail employees and customer service employees, but this is just an unacceptable response. The bed was less than 6 months old and there was no weight on the bed! I am so upset over their lack of responsibility over defective materials. I can't stress to you enough how far away from this place you should stay. A good deal is worth nothing when the service and product behind it is complete garbage.

We visited the Whitehall store today. We were greeted immediately by the store manager as well as Sharise. Very welcoming! Sharise was there when we needed her, but also gave us the time we needed to look around. She offered to provide us with pricing. She offered recommendations and when asked she provided her opinions. She was very busy with other customers, but she was always there to answer our questions. She was very informative and professional. Sharise is without a doubt one of the BEST salespeople we have encountered in quite some time! She was phenomenal! We were only looking to purchase a few items and ended up purchasing much more thanks to her help! One of the best Ashley Homestores we have been in!

We had bad experience on our first time here. My daughter wasted her points on a claw machine that never moved. Then as we were leaving she dropped the candy pretzel that she just bought on the floor.Nothing but tears!

We had called ahead to make sure the two particular living room sets we wanted to look at were on the floor and were told they were there. It ended up that neither were on display though. Amber, our salesperson, was great at listening to us vent our frustration and immediately showed us to the closest models they had in stock. We weren’t railroaded into the most expensive options and she was wonderful to work with. She spent at least a half hour going through multiple configurations and literally cutting out paper models to help us visualize our living space. She was so wonderful to work that after we finished our living room purchase we moved on to bedroom sets! This was our first visit to the new showroom. The space is clean, well curated, and easy to navigate. Our experience was great and we will be returning for future furniture shopping!

We were at the store looking at some living room furniture and after haggling over prices between Raymour and Flanigan prices and theirs on the same item my wife notices their sale paper which states it's 65% off. Wow, what a waste of time. In the end we purchased a tv stand and then later I find it online on the Ashley web site for over $100 cheaper. The whole pricing scheme is a scam with the percentages off pricing. They are jacked up so high that you aren't saving squat.Will be calling for refund today on that stand.

Cheaper Prices Online (Amazon and Ashely Website)!!! Went there looking for a dinning room table and was given a price that they say was the lowest they could go. The staff was very unprofessional but we still purchased the table and later that night found the table on Amazon through Ashley furniture for $900 cheaper with free prime delivery! The table was also over $600 cheaper on Ashely's website with shipping. We called to address our concern and after 20 minutes on hold, the manager on duty claimed she couldn't match the price or go any lower and that we would have to return to the store to cancel within 72 hours. The next day we returned and when asked why we were cancelling I clearly stated that the online prices were $900 cheaper. We were quickly escorted by the store manager to his private office where he basically scolded us for announcing this in front of customers as "he has a business to run". We basically had a 30 minute conversation about how the store is independently run and how we should feel obligated to buy from him as he had employees to pay. I told him it is not my problem to pay an extra $900 so he can run his business. It felt like we were in the principal's office and I would have walked out but I had not yet received my refund. He then tried to price match but claimed the system wouldn't let him and he finally canceled the order. Will never return but will get the same furniture I want online.

Great customer service . Alex Quaglleri made it a great experience very funny easy going knowledgeable and most of all honest. . Definitely would shop again and recommend this store. Thanks to everyone at Ashley home store . George B

This is my second review because I have never had such a poor customer service experience. In my original review I described numerous cluster screwups, but now I think they are just jerking me around. On November 4 I got another call from their "guest services" asking me to send FOR THE FIFTH TIME photos of the damage. I told them I'd fix it myself because I wasn't sending anymore pics. A short while later, I got another call saying someone would personally come to view the damage and remedy the problem. I repeat, this was on November 4. Pretty sure no one is coming.

PPERWORK ERRORS, LATE DELIVERY, DAMAGED FURNITURE, MISSING PARTS, AND NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought furniture in September. Store staff were nice, but had a problem with paperwork. In spite of the inconvenience of having to go out of my way to return and redo, I could have shrugged it off. However , it was all downhill from there. Delivery was in the middle of dinner and I couldn't inspect the furniture. I called the next day about a hole in one of the pieces and was asked for photos. After several weeks of being told the photos were received, then they weren't, and after sending said photos three times, it's obvious they have no intention of offering any help. Worst customer service ever. One positive note, I mistakenly reviewed a store in Texas, and they were willing to help. . . . until they realized I had the wrong store. I guess they have at least one store with some customer service. Also notice that good reviews got a nice reply. Bad reviews are ignored. UPDATE: Just got another call asking me for photos even though they were confirmed as received, and are in my "sent" email file. This is beyond ridiculous!!!

We visited this store some years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately they had a fire and the store burned down. We were very pleased to see the beautiful new store that was rebuilt. Two days ago, we made the trip out there. We were excited to see the store and figured it was better than ever!! Looked great from the outside...........BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!! I promise you that positive reviews are old, prior to the fire. THERE IS NOTHING YOU WILL WANT TO SEE OR BUY HERE. The store itself is filthy dirty.............and the merchandise is all cheap crap made in china that you can buy in most dollar stores. If it&'s in the dollar store for a buck, it&'s in this store for 5 bucks!! My wife and I were hysterical over the prices, plus there was nothing unique. Just common chinese garbage that is insanely over priced.You&'ve been warned!!! DON&'T WASTE YOUR GAS!!! I will bet this place goes out of business in a year!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible service. They don't listen to you. They don't fully explain anything. Most of all, they deliver the wrong stuff. Went to purchase a new bed and was hassled, practically almost forced to buy the bed that night. Went to check out other stores and options, returned to Ashely to buy the bed I had looked at. Sat there for almost 5 hours while the lady processed my paperwork. She also was trying to help 4 people at once and was not giving me any updates. In return they gave me a free pillow, worth $90, but definitely not worth my time. Finally after all was said and done, they told me that they would call with a scheduled date for delivery. About almost A WEEK later, they called for delivery, when I purchased the bed I was told the base and mattress would be delivered on the SAME day. Upon further talking, I was told the mattress would be delivered one day and the base the next week. How would that make sense???? A mattress but no base???? After arguing on the phone about delivery, they finally stuck to their word and would deliver both at once. Today, delivery day, they have delivered the right base, but the WRONG mattress. This is absolutely ridiculous. They are not reputable, or trust worthy, definitely not worth my money!! Horrible service. Horrible atmosphere. Definitely not the BEST prices around. Over priced for no reason. Will never be spending another penny there. BS.

Nice store, friendly folks. I had help from a few different people, I specifically remember a young lady named Megan who was really helpful, but I'm bad with names, so that's not a detractor from anyone else, all of whom were really great!

Not sure why the reviews for this store are on the low side. We bought a sofa and 2 recliners about a year ago and still love them. We were shopping for another room in our home and decided to go back. We met with Kodi, the salesman, and he helped answer all of our questions without a hard sale of any kind. It takes a little while to check out, probably because they double check everything to ensure the order is correct, but other than that, the people are friendly and the prices are competitive. We will buy here again.

Everyone working at the store was very nice but do not get duped. At the store their prices are outrageous and they make it seem like they're haggling with their manger to give you a better price, don't fall for it. We wanted to buy a living room set we found at the store but it was expensive so we took a few days to decide. During that time we went onto their website and found the whole set $1,500 cheaper. When we went to the store to inquiry about this and ask them to price match, well I never heard such bs in my life. They said that it is a third party that sells the furniture online even though it's Ashley furniture's website and you can't get the insurance (we didn't want it anyway) and that the delivery is unreliable and they dump your furniture on the curb. That was not true at all. We ordered every piece online and the deliver service was great. They came on time and even helped us set it up. It is ridiculous that Ashley furniture would make their prices so much cheaper online and then force their salespeople to try to suck you into paying double or triple. I gave them two stars only because of their employees. They were very nice and patient and a salesman who was not ours still took the time to explain the set to us. Even if you buy at the store you still need to get the furniture delivered and pay for it so save yourself a lot of money and shop online.
