Huge selection for a variety of spaces and rooms. I bought beds and dressers in the past. A bit pricey but it's good quality furniture. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Peggy went out of her way to show me around and explain options for purchasing items. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a 3 seat sofa costing $1,274, I took the 5 year protection plan and paid for delivery so the final total was $1,499, the salesman--Tom Gray-- was outstanding and made it a great shopping experience,when I stated it was my first time visiting this location and what I was looking for, he took time to explain the layout and yes it is large area layout inside the store and where best to look for the type of sofa I wanted, he was not pushy or aggresive, he made it a great shopping experience. I received my items on 17 January, the delivery team lead and his team took care in unloading and setting it up, he installed it quickly without issues and ensured I was satisfied with the delivery before I signed, Ashley Furniture Outlet definitely needs to give him a pay raise. My overall experience was great. So, you maybe wondering why I gave 4 stars and not 5. The individual that normally handle finance and payments was out sick and the manager that assist was also out sick, I had to wait almost an hour before I could pay and it was charged to my credit card for immediate payment even though the sofa would not be delivered until 2 weeks later, the person that was handling charges and financing that day normally do not work that position, it was very busy that day so I know he was somewhat overwhelmed, he apologized to me for the long wait and thanked me for my understanding. He definitely should receive a pay bonus for going above and beyond. Yes, it still doesn't exactly explain why I gave a 4 instead of a 5, my issue is that management should had a backup plan for such a scenerio in the era of Covid and numereous mutating viruses, especially on a Saturday which is most likely their most busiest day, maybe hire a part time employee or train all on financing and charging payments. Overall it was a great experience and I reccomend you give them a visit for your furniture needs at the very least you will have an excellent shopping experience even if you decide to not make a purchase.

Taichi was so patient and helpful in helping us select furniture. From the fabric and color to the stain protection and even will this fit in my door? Taichi had it covered. He was very knowledgeable and was able to suggest items that meet our criteria. The massage chair was an added perk. We highly recommend.

Changing my prior review that James was very helpful. We received the delivery last night of our ordered furniture. For context, when we were in the store, we told James we were re-furnishing a bedroom. We selected a bed (headboard/footboard), nightstand and mattress with his help. AT NO POINT did James tell us that we would need a box spring. Had he done so, we would have included one in our purchase. It was not until the delivery arrived last evening that the delivery driver told us we needed the box spring. Upon calling the store and speaking with the Manager, we were told Ashley would not address the missing box spring because, according to James and the Manager on duty at the time we made the purchase, they told us we needed the box spring and we refused to purchase it. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE!!! We are quite displeased with how this matter was handled. A simple acknowledgement and apology that we were not told we needed a box spring would have been the appropriate response. We will never purchase anything from this store and will discourage other from doing so as well.

Unfortunately, I had to update my review. Cody Cutler helped us select a brand-new couch, and despite being very clear about what we needed, the wrong couch was delivered to our home—wrong color and including a sleeper feature we did not order. When we reported the mistake, Ashley offered to correct it; however, the prospect of waiting several more months for another delivery left my fiancé and me feeling defeated, so we ultimately decided to keep the couch. After using the sleeper one single time, we were unable to fold it back into the couch. This was clearly a manufacturing defect. Despite this, Ashley Furniture and the extended warranty company—which I paid extra for—have been pointing fingers at each other, each claiming the other is responsible for replacement. Meanwhile, we are left without a usable couch and effectively forced to purchase a new one ourselves. While the staff who assisted with reporting the issue and filing the claim were courteous and understanding, the product quality and company policies are unacceptable. There is a complete lack of accountability. The furniture itself has been subpar, and the resolution process has been frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly recommend purchasing furniture elsewhere.

She shared theirs more options so we walked around and nothing compared to the recliner she initially shared so i bought it and await my much needed Christmas gift! My visit to the Mechanicsburg location started out well. The sales rep Thomas was friendly and helpful in assisting us in our purchases. Once we left the store, the customer service stopped. We noticed online that 2 of the pieces we purchased were $100 cheaper. I tried calling to inquire about this and the phones didnt work. We drive back up there and were told their phones had been down for a few days. Upon explaining why we came we were told they would have to consult with the manager who was currently busy. After walking around the store for a bit we were paged up front to be told they dont match their own online prices. I even offered to take it in store credit and add to my delivery and was told no, we cannot. Today I was thinking about adding a piece to my order and wow, the phones are still down. That's weeks and they cant fix their phones? May drive up and cancel our 9k furniture purchase as I have lost faith in them.

Wanted to find a matching dresser for a bedroom set purchased in October 2019. They said they had no record of my purchase as “not the same company. Purchased the king size bedframe online in 2022. No record of that either. Walked around the store for 30 minutes checking out other dressers and the quality seems much less than what I purchased in 2019. Bought a floor display vase for $10 and had to sign 4 pieces of paper for the purchase.

I am soooo disappointed in Ashley Furniture, I have been a big fan since 2008, love the selection, quality and pricing but the customer service after they get your money is lacking significantly. Today I was in Mechanicsburg for other business and I needed a mattress for a Murphy Bed, nothing extraordinary, just a plain Jane no memory foam mattress so I stopped in Ashley Outlet. I was also looking for a new dinette set. A lovely sales person assisted me, I purchased the mattress thinking I can take it home, ha! Nope, it MUST be delivered and of course there is a small $80ish delivery fee, got it no problem, I am in. So I pay and then I am told they will contact me today to schedule delivery, awesome 👌 Life is good, oh wait, the cheap mattress I purchased is on back order and it will be at least 12 days if not longer, seriously? That is longer than I have so I call Ashley to cancel the order and get a refund, this is where the fun really started. Ashley customer service cannot refund only the store you purchased from can refund so I call the store, got voice mail, seriously I got voice mail 3 times 🤣 The store called me back, I explained the situation and was then told by the person I was speaking to they heard the sales person tell me 2 to 3 weeks which was completely untrue but OK, moving on. If the sales person said that I missed it so let's cancel this order. Ya no, the person I was speaking with said they had to get corporate permission to cancel the order and I would have to come back in for them to process the refund because they already charged me and they dont keep credit cards on file, what the heck? I can get a refund over the phone from every business in the world except Ashley, they are making me drive 50 miles round trip for a refund. You have got to be kidding me! No more Ashley furnishings in my house, I am out! Perhaps Value City Furniture would like my business, their quality and prices are about equal and they are easier to work with. Update - Went in to get my refund and was met by the new manager, a lovely young woman who took care of the refund, apologized for me experience and said she hopes we give them a chance to make it up. This is the customer support I am used to from Ashley!!

Purchased a kitchen table and chairs set on 9/13/25 and was given 3 dates to be delivered that works best for us. We chose today, Monday 9/30/25. Just got off the phone to confirm the set will be delivered today and a given window of time it may get here. To my surprise, I was told the table and chairs were at the warehouse waiting to be scheduled for delivery. Apparently this coming Saturday 10/4/25 is the soonest available date. So much for "what works be for you?" During this phone conversation I was informed the Mechanicsburg store should have contacted us shortly after the kitchen set arrived at the warehouse. Do they not realize when a customer "CHOOSES" a "what works best for them date" the said customer may have to arrange their schedule or take time off to ensure someone is home to receive the product they bought? I normally don't participate in giving reviews, but I tried contacting the associate then another call for management but all I got was an answering machine to leave a message. Hey, koodos to them. On 9/13 they made a sale. Had I known then that the items wouldn't be delivered before 10/4 I definitely would not have made a purchase and gone somewhere else.

I have recently decided to make a 'few' changes with my current furniture. Home furnishings are an investment and they can be expensive. With some apprehension I decided to shopping btick and mortar style. I was pleasantly surprised! I am very pleased and impressed with Ashley's customer service. I parked in the handicap parking spot closest to the store and there is a giant curb right when I stepped out of the vehicle and i tripped. Never EVER ordering from Ashely furniture store again. They provided me no tracking number on my order. I even called around the estimated delivery date and they told me it wasn't delivered. Called back 5 days later to find out it was delivered a week ago but I had no idea because I only have a package room and to top it off it came broken. Biggest waste of time and money. I waited over a month to get the product. Then to call someone you can only make complaints through the store and you can't call corporate directly.

I called recently with an unusual situation, I purchased furniture in December 2023 with my now ex, we broke up, I moved and the furniture never got picked up.. so when I called over a year later to inquire what could be done and fully expecting to have to eat the money (it was a pretty large sum of money) Seanie was VERY sympathetic and understating of my situation and looked for a way to remedy the situation immediately. He was able to get me a full refund with very little hassle. I am so appreciative of Seanie and his attention and kindness on this matter. Update, our white couch had issues after issues with zippers and other items after spending 3k here and NO ONE is helpful. The woman manger is even worse. All they do is take notes and everyone says not their problem. They told us 950 for a new piece… when the couch is less than 9months old!

My experience was great here! Nate was very helpful and patient with me while I contemplated pieces and shape multiple times to see what would fit in my space. We even mock built arrangements and got out the tape measure before settling on a final arrangement. He came in early to complete the purchase with me. He’s great! This is my first Ashley furniture purchase and hopefully more to come in the future!

I have had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Ashley Furniture, specifically in regard as to delivery. My first delivery team left trash in my home and a razor blade on my sidewalk where small children walk to and from school. And yes, I know it was there blade as it was from a Purple mattress which was one of the items I had delivered. Now, I’m waiting for another 5 hours on a different day for delivery of a damaged item. The Corporate Customer Service manager named Wade has told me it’s my problem. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE AND USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE!

My husband and I have bought furniture for our home, and also bedroom furniture for our grandchildren, from Ashley Furniture for over 12 years. We’ve been very pleased with each furniture purchase and especially love shopping at the Mechanicsburg location! The store is so nice and clean with plenty of beautiful furniture to choose from and friendly and helpful store associates. Recently, we had the pleasure of meeting Ziha Duffie, Furniture Consultant, during a visit there. She greeted us with a beautiful smile and was very welcoming. We were looking for a lift chair for my elderly father that day to replace his current one and Ziha immediately showed us all of our options and answered some questions that we had. She informed us of the warranty and delivery information and in no time we made our decision. She made everything super easy and we really appreciated the opportunity to work with her. In the future, should we have any other furniture needs, we will definitely be going back to the Mechanicsburg store and will definitely ask for Ziha to assist us. She was very friendly, professional, so easy to talk to and we thank her for making our experience an enjoyable one!

Mom could have kept her antique table, but for the chairs. I was disappointed about the seam in the dining room table for the money she spent, which was well earned with her working at the CIA, and dad 30 years in the Army Corps of Engineers. Apparently I can't add the photo.

The folks - Terry in Sales and Skyler in Management - have been great getting me outfitted with new furniture for the house. And, when the new mattress didn’t fit my needs, they worked hard to get my mattress exchanged for something that fit my needs perfectly. The furniture at Ashley is about what you expect - decent mid-grade quality that will generally wear well. Price to value is definitely there. Even better when you can catch a good sale.

Nice showroom. Nice sales staff. Delivery sucked. Steve dropped the coffee table, broke it, and tried to laugh it off. His co-worker was able to repair it. I attempted to call and complain and could get in touch with no one. Apparently, they contract out their delivery.
