Excellent service from Carters assistance on the floor finding our ideal furniture with his welcoming attitude. To the movers adaptability and problem solving when we misjudged the space for our doorway.

Our salesman John was extremely knowledgeable and friendly throughout the purchasing experience. Our couch arrived in 7 business days which was much faster than expected. Couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Ashley and will return for any other needs in the future.

We worked with Louis and he was very kind, patient, informative and helped us find the best couch for our family. 10/10 best experience we have had in awhile.

So far I have no complaints. The sales woman was nice. She explained everything to me thoroughly. Her name was Sarah Dugan. She wasn't pushy or aggressive. She broke down all the pricing and information in a explainable manner. I didn't get my furniture delivered as of yet though. But if that goes bad which I doubt and hope not. Than, i will write another review. I bought a nice recliner couch. They seem to have some good firm furniture down there. I liked their selection. This is what I bought. Now im waiting for it to be delivered.

Steve was great helping with a sectional couch a few months ago. We had to figure out a good configuration and which pieces. Macys canceled my bedroom furniture order without any notification and I was left with an empty bedroom. I called Steven since he was so helpful with the couch and he helped me get a bedroom set that we love and get it delivered right away. Can’t say enough about the couch, bedroom set and Steven!!!

I had a great experience at Ashley store with a certain recliner (Danemere Manual Leather Recliner) in mind. In about fifteen minutes , I got to experience this recliner and got a quote from the salesmanwithout the runaround. Still shopping around.

I went to the MONROEVILLE STORE BACKBIN SPRIL LOOKING AT A DRESSER, I worked with Diane Stumph, I wasn’t ready for the dresser at that time, but asked Diane to let me no if the dresser was going to be around so I could grab one before they were gone, she contacted me 6 months later to tell me the set the dresser came in was being DISCONTINUED AND SAID THERE WERE ONLY A FEW IN WAREHOUSR, we emailed back and forth about dresser and pricing, I ended up ordering dresser over phone with a gentleman named Steven who was also amazing, I cannot say enough about her CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAKING SURE I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, she didn’t care about splitting the sale, she just wanted me to get what I wanted, I hope Ashley’s Management Team see’s this and Recognizes DIANE FOR THE EXTRA MILE DHE TOOK EITH ME, I will look for her again when I’m shopping at your store

Quality control is a joke. I bought the Omaha sectional and 4 out of 5 pieces had issues. Multiple exchanges later, I still have a couch with issues. I picked up at my local warehouse and when I was assembling it I found issues. So I called the store and they said they would replace them. (Great!!) I’m not happy about having to load everything back up and take it back but I wanted to be able to inspect the new ones.(they offered delivery but with 4 out of 5 being bad I didn’t trust getting good ones which turned out to be a good choice) I went to pick up the replacements and inspected them to find out they were worse than the ones I was returning. The people at the warehouse had to go pull more from the warehouse to find what we thought were good pieces until I got home and found a large staple sticking out thru the fabric again now on the side. Sat down while finishing up and felt something poking thru a cushion only to find out it was a chunk of metal from the interior foam cover zipper that was complete broken allowing the inner cover to pop open. I Decided to check all the other ones and find that another cushion zipper was broken. Ive had problems with Poor assembly, broken zippers, large staples sticking thru the fabric, missing console pieces along with damaged glass, cuts in the fabric, pour upholstering, and structural problems. This is not what I expect for a new sectional for that price. Something is really wrong when there are this many defective items. The staff has been good about it but now I have to call again and tell them one of the replacements are actually bad and that 2 pieces have bad cushions. You can see in the pictures how it looks like a child put some of it together. The bottoms are not assembled consistently. Parts stapled on the bottom and parts on the side. You can’t see the staples poking thru the upholstery really good in the pictures but they are large structural staples sticking out anywhere from 1/4-1/2 in. I can see having a small issue or something but to go thru 3 sets and still not have a good product is horrible business. Definitely wouldn't recommend Ashley furniture Due to quality of the product. Everything else was good and I was going to buy more furniture and add an ottoman to this sectional but now I’m afraid to buy anything. This has been a huge disappointment and wasted a lot of time and energy and still have issues.

I stopped into Ashley Home Store one evening in early November just to browse, with no real intention of purchasing anything that day. I was greeted by a sales associate namedÉphesién, who was incredibly kind, not pushy, and very knowledgeable. I told him I planned to check out a few other stores (Levin and Bob’s) and would return if I didn’t find anything I liked. A few hours later, I did end up back at Ashley and let him know which pieces I was interested in, though I wasn’t quite ready to buy yet because I still needed to get the dimensions for my room. He took the time to work out pricing with me, provided an estimate to take home, and gave me his contact information. I really appreciated how patient and helpful he was throughout the process. A few weeks later, when I was ready to make the purchase, I reached out to Éphesién, only to learn he was on medical leave. He arranged for another associate, Steven, to assist me, and Steven made the entire purchase process smooth and quick. Both associates were professional, kind, and extremely informative, especially regarding discounts and financing options. I haven’t received my furniture yet, but based on the service alone, I’m very pleased with my experience. If you’re in the market for furniture, I highly recommend working with Éphesién and Steven at Ashley. Their customer service is exceptional!

Amazing in-store experience with Louis as our sales guide. I took my time and spent several hours going through the store to find the right pieces, and he was patient the entire way. I changed my mind several times, asked questions about quality and color options, and even added and removed items multiple times. I purchased a couch from ASHLEY furniture just about 6 months ago and its already falling apart.I expected better quality from a company of this size and reputation.The cushions have lost their shape the frame feels unstable and the fabric is already showing signs of wear. This is not normal wear and tear -this is poor craftmanship. When I reached out to customer service, I was met with little or no support or accountability. Its incredibly frustrating to invest in furniture that doesnt even last half a year especially when you think you are buying from a trusted brand. I would not recommend this couch- or Ashley furniture -to anyone looking for durable well-made furniture. I wish I had looked more closely at other reviews before making this purchase.

Went to the Monroeville store this morning looking for new living room furniture. Greeted by Alanna who showed me the furniture I had been looking at online (modmax) looked at several different types and colors. I settled on L corner chair,R corner chair, armless chair, console w/audio, oversized ottoman. She the told me about if I would be over the 3k mark I would receive a 25% discount so I bought a power recliner. (Great upsell) got the platinum protection plan too. Decided on delivery date signed the papers. Done easy peasy. Be happy you have such a nice salesperson in Allana Made my purchase quick and easy

Everyone so helpful and nice. All professionals. They even kept the store open after hrs to help me look for my key fob that had fallen off my key ring. One of the salesmen found it outside, I was so grateful. I could have been stranded in the dark, unable to access my car.

They have a good selection of reclining furniture, which is what we were looking for. Josh was extremely helpful and patient with us. My husband has dementia so he needs more explanation and help than others do. I didn’t buy right away because I wanted to think about it. I thought about buying online but wanted to give him the sale. We returned to the store so Josh would get the sale he deserved. We went during their Labor Day sale so received a decent price.

We were pleased with the large selection of living room furniture available, and even more delighted to deal with the great salesman, Carter Stokes. He is very knowledgeable, and helped us tremendously. My husband and I will definitely be returning in the near future for other furniture.

I was very disappointed. Choosing a new seating arrangement was easy, but it was not in stock, so I had to wait 6 weeks before delivery.Three dates for this were cancelled and on the fourth they brought the wrong color so I then had to wait until the correct set was delivered several days later.The large delivery van was parked outside my front door in a small road, making it difficult for other cars passing by. They refused to move until the office confirmed that I was correct and this took considerable time.it. was fortunate that initially I was served by a friendly and excellent saleswoman whom I called to sort out the problem.

If you want to be able to look around pressure free and then have help from some of the most helpful staff ever this is the place for you. It was nice to have time and not high-pressure sales tactics while I looked around. Ask for Jason as he was amazing with all my questions and help when I was ready to buy. I will definitely come back here for all of my furniture needs.

Unfortunately the chair could not be delivered for 3 weeks so we did not purchase it. Would have given a better rating if customer service wasn’t so horrible. Purchase 2 recliners from the Monroeville Store. Salesman I had was Great (Tim). I went to pick up these chairs at the warehouse and brought them home. As I was unpacking one of the chairs had a rip in the arm. Immediately contacted customer service. Did what they ask. I got an email after I had to follow up twice that it will be taken care of. It’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to get a time when it will be repaired. Not very happy with customer service.

Round # 2... went to Ashley (Monroeville store) to price along with an attempt to find a round dining room table with six chairs. Upon arrival, my wife and I were met by salesman, Steven Arnold, who we had the OUTSTANDING pleasure in dealing with in a purchase of a tempur-pedic mattress along with the adjustable base in March. As stated in a previous review, Steve is GREAT. Not only did we find a table along with the six chairs, but also purchased an all functional reclining chair thanks to his professionalism and assistance.

I just received my bed set and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I had to hire my own delivery company because the furniture was a floor model. During delivery the guys went to put my bed together but the hardware was missing, I called Tim, my sales guy and he took care of that immediately. I was happy with how Tim handled my needs and what they could do to help. I also bought a mattress from Ashley’s but it won’t be delivered until next Saturday. We dealt with David primarily while we were there and he was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about the product and worked very hard to help us meet all of our criteria. He also provided a no pressure atmosphere for us which was important because we wanted to make sure we left with what WE wanted, not what a furniture store wanted to sell us. Because we have limited space we had a lot of unique requests to find what was perfect for us, not only did he check every box but we came in surprisingly under our budget while also feeling like our picks are very high quality. He was even able to help us find complimenting colors since we got multiple pieces. I'm also a big fan of purchasing local or made in America products and nearly every piece but one we looked at was made in the USA. The showroom was neat, clean, and welcoming, multiple times I saw floor staff reorganizing pillows and cushions and displays to make sure every customer had a great experience. If you're looking for a large selection of high quality made in the USA furniture sold by great staff I couldn't recommend this store enough. Couch was delivered broken and with the wrong shaped cushion. Waited weeks to have the correct cushion shipped to me, only to find an empty cushion shell and a box of loose stuffing delivered. That shipment was also missing the inner white casing that holds the stuffing in the cushion, and was told I have to wait two more weeks for that to be delivered. The sales person was nice in store, but delivery and service since then have been terrible. At this point, it will be nearly 3 months from the time I ordered the couch to the time it will be fully intact.

I had a great experience at Ashley Homestore in Monroeville 😊. I visited about 2 months ago and was assisted by George. I knew exactly what I was looking for. Although they did not have the items I wanted on display at this location, I decided to make the purchase anyways. I'm very happy I did. George was great. Very kind and patient. I am very satisfied with the dresser and nightstand and I do plan on purchasing other items very soon 😊. I also had a great delivery experience. It only took about a week. The gentlemen who made the delivery actually removed their shoes (no request from me) when they entered the house 😮. I was shocked and delighted at the same time 😄. I am a satisfied customer 😊.

We went into today to look for a couch, Steven was thorough and answered every single question we had and helped us find the best option for our family. We are pleased!!

I went into this store hoping to find the couch that would fit all my needs. Sales associate, Jason, assisted with this,. I ended up dining a couch that I loved and Jason answered all my questions and stated that this piece did everything I needed it to. I did not order that day as I wanted to check out a few more places, however, was very interested in this piece. That evening, I went home, pulled the piece up on their website and was going to review it and order it. The website stated things completely different than what Jason said it featured. The following day, I went back into the store to look at the piece again before ordering and all the information that Jason shared was wrong. The chaise could not be flipped to the other side like Jason said it could, it also was not a sleeper when though there was a tag physically hanging on the couch that stated it was a sleeper. Needless to say I did not order the piece. I went to a competitors store and ordered one. Please know your merchandise BEFORE trying to sell it to a customer. Also, when a customer mentions they need a sofa under 88” please accept that as an answer. Not everyone has a home big enough to hold a large piece.

Ordered a bedroom set and new bed on December 2nd from the monroeville location. It is December 19th and my order doesn't show up online and i cant search it. I never recieved any emails about my order. I Chatted with customer service and they sent an "internal email". I think i may have gotten bamboozled as delivery is supposed to be December 28th

Two young girls looked at me and immediately went back to texting on their phones, I had to walk to them and say hi before being greeted, I showed them what I wanted from the app and was told it wasn’t available. I Turned around and walked out, a couple items caught my eye in the 30 seconds I was in the store so I probably would have bought two or 3 items should the experience been different but I won’t be buying on the app nor will I be returning to the store…. Stopped in store looks beautiful... Managers very welcoming❤️

I haven’t been to an Ashley’s in a long time and was happy with my experience at this new location. The sales person, Kelly, was friendly and welcoming and I loved that she let us walk around and didn’t bother us much which lead to a relaxing shopping experience. The manager on duty was also great in answering our questions when Kelly called her over. We will definitely be back to get some furniture. Quality seems decent and sturdy for the price!

George was really nice, and very helpful, I will be back. I do love the cleaness of the store..

Ashley is the parent store of Levin’s (never knew) so really no competition. My husband & I for the very 1st time walked into a Ashley store ( Monroeville) this pass Saturday, We weren’t in the front door for 2 minutes and the sales associate walked up quickly getting ignorant, pushy, following us around. My husband turn around and told her to get away. If we need help we will come & fine someone. She walked away talking underneath her breath. ( about she’s doing her job) “ you just lost a sale woman” I understand sales there working off a commission. But, don’t be Aggressive, Annoyed when a customer says if we need help we will come fine someone. We looked around & left. That was the first & last time I ever go to Ashley furniture store.
