I went to the MONROEVILLE STORE BACKBIN SPRIL LOOKING AT A DRESSER, I worked with Diane Stumph, I wasn’t ready for the dresser at that time, but asked Diane to let me no if the dresser was going to be around so I could grab one before they were gone, she contacted me 6 months later to tell me the set the dresser came in was being DISCONTINUED AND SAID THERE WERE ONLY A FEW IN WAREHOUSR, we emailed back and forth about dresser and pricing, I ended up ordering dresser over phone with a gentleman named Steven who was also amazing, I cannot say enough about her CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAKING SURE I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, she didn’t care about splitting the sale, she just wanted me to get what I wanted, I hope Ashley’s Management Team see’s this and Recognizes DIANE FOR THE EXTRA MILE DHE TOOK EITH ME, I will look for her again when I’m shopping at your store

Quality control is a joke. I bought the Omaha sectional and 4 out of 5 pieces had issues. Multiple exchanges later, I still have a couch with issues. I picked up at my local warehouse and when I was assembling it I found issues. So I called the store and they said they would replace them. (Great!!) I’m not happy about having to load everything back up and take it back but I wanted to be able to inspect the new ones.(they offered delivery but with 4 out of 5 being bad I didn’t trust getting good ones which turned out to be a good choice) I went to pick up the replacements and inspected them to find out they were worse than the ones I was returning. The people at the warehouse had to go pull more from the warehouse to find what we thought were good pieces until I got home and found a large staple sticking out thru the fabric again now on the side. Sat down while finishing up and felt something poking thru a cushion only to find out it was a chunk of metal from the interior foam cover zipper that was complete broken allowing the inner cover to pop open. I Decided to check all the other ones and find that another cushion zipper was broken. Ive had problems with Poor assembly, broken zippers, large staples sticking thru the fabric, missing console pieces along with damaged glass, cuts in the fabric, pour upholstering, and structural problems. This is not what I expect for a new sectional for that price. Something is really wrong when there are this many defective items. The staff has been good about it but now I have to call again and tell them one of the replacements are actually bad and that 2 pieces have bad cushions. You can see in the pictures how it looks like a child put some of it together. The bottoms are not assembled consistently. Parts stapled on the bottom and parts on the side. You can’t see the staples poking thru the upholstery really good in the pictures but they are large structural staples sticking out anywhere from 1/4-1/2 in. I can see having a small issue or something but to go thru 3 sets and still not have a good product is horrible business. Definitely wouldn't recommend Ashley furniture Due to quality of the product. Everything else was good and I was going to buy more furniture and add an ottoman to this sectional but now I’m afraid to buy anything. This has been a huge disappointment and wasted a lot of time and energy and still have issues.
