We needed a recliner due to my husband’s health issues so stopped at Ashley’s in Monroeville. We immediately found a chair that was perfect. Unfortunately the chair could not be delivered for 3 weeks so we did not purchase it. We appreciate the help from Heather and Ephesian and recommend Ashley’s, we would not hesitate to return there for future needs.

Jason did a wonderful job, always ready for questions and giving us enough space to explore the store and not making us feel any pressure. Got a wonderful bed set and delivery/assembly was easily scheduled.

Very pleased with the experience. It started when the salesman noticed my husband who has a disability. He held the door open and offered us a wheelchair. He seemed knowledgeable about the products. We endd up purchasing a lift chair recliner.

Would have given a better rating if customer service wasn’t so horrible. Purchase 2 recliners from the Monroeville Store. Salesman I had was Great (Tim). I went to pick up these chairs at the warehouse and brought them home. As I was unpacking one of the chairs had a rip in the arm. Immediately contacted customer service. Did what they ask. I got an email after I had to follow up twice that it will be taken care of. It’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to get a time when it will be repaired. Not very happy with customer service.

After having a horrible experience at another Ashley Furniture, I was hesitant to work with them again. However, after working with Jim Thompson at this location, I cannot recommend them enough. He solved a huge problem for us that another store created in a quick timeframe and reasonable price. Highly recommend using this store for your furniture needs!

As soon as we walked in the door it was a comfortable experience. The young lady that helped us from the get go was very knowledgeable with the product we were interested in. I wouldn't change a thing that day because she sold us the recliner we were interested in and she got it for us for almost half the price and we were only there for maybe half an hour. The delivery from the warehouse is a little bit long but I can't wait to sit in my new chair!👍👍

We found a better deal, and brought it to Ralphina (the representative we had been working with), and she not only price-matched but gathered approval from management to upgrade our delivery service at the same price! Honestly, never expected them to followthrough with the online price match. Ralphina, and the Monroeville Ashley Furniture just made loyal customers out of us - we will definitely be back for any other furniture purchases! 5 out of 5 stars experience.

I just received my bed set and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I had to hire my own delivery company because the furniture was a floor model. During delivery the guys went to put my bed together but the hardware was missing, I called Tim, my sales guy and he took care of that immediately. I was happy with how Tim handled my needs and what they could do to help. I also bought a mattress from Ashley’s but it won’t be delivered until next Saturday. When they deliver my mattress the guys are supposed to put together my bed. Great experience dealing with Tim and the manager Lisa. Thanks

We dealt with David primarily while we were there and he was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about the product and worked very hard to help us meet all of our criteria. He also provided a no pressure atmosphere for us which was important because we wanted to make sure we left with what WE wanted, not what a furniture store wanted to sell us. Because we have limited space we had a lot of unique requests to find what was perfect for us, not only did he check every box but we came in surprisingly under our budget while also feeling like our picks are very high quality. He was even able to help us find complimenting colors since we got multiple pieces. I'm also a big fan of purchasing local or made in America products and nearly every piece but one we looked at was made in the USA. The showroom was neat, clean, and welcoming, multiple times I saw floor staff reorganizing pillows and cushions and displays to make sure every customer had a great experience. If you're looking for a large selection of high quality made in the USA furniture sold by great staff I couldn't recommend this store enough. This was our second Ashley in person purchase. First purchase was at the McKnight location, the latest was at the Monroeville location. The sales representative, on each visit, asked how they could help, then pointed us in the right direction. We were advised to return to the representative if we needed assistance. No pressure whatsoever to make a purchase. We felt completely satisfied with both encounters, and love the items we took home. We recommend Ashley for your next furniture consideration.

My sales person was professional, knowledgeable, and answered every question without hesitation the new facility in Monroeville is beautiful and has high end, quality merchandise. Couch was delivered broken and with the wrong shaped cushion. Waited weeks to have the correct cushion shipped to me, only to find an empty cushion shell and a box of loose stuffing delivered. That shipment was also missing the inner white casing that holds the stuffing in the cushion, and was told I have to wait two more weeks for that to be delivered. The sales person was nice in store, but delivery and service since then have been terrible. At this point, it will be nearly 3 months from the time I ordered the couch to the time it will be fully intact.

Steven was very helpful and friendly, he helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Levins said we would not be able to find the table we wanted, but Steven found one for us. He was so very nice!

I had a great experience at Ashley Homestore in Monroeville 😊. I visited about 2 months ago and was assisted by George. I knew exactly what I was looking for. Although they did not have the items I wanted on display at this location, I decided to make the purchase anyways. I'm very happy I did. George was great. Very kind and patient. I am very satisfied with the dresser and nightstand and I do plan on purchasing other items very soon 😊. I also had a great delivery experience. It only took about a week. The gentlemen who made the delivery actually removed their shoes (no request from me) when they entered the house 😮. I was shocked and delighted at the same time 😄. I am a satisfied customer 😊.

We were treated very professionally by Rose (along with Alana) in resolving our issue. The staff at Ashley's Monroeville store really do care in building a relationship with customers.

We went into today to look for a couch, Steven was thorough and answered every single question we had and helped us find the best option for our family. We are pleased!!

I went into this store hoping to find the couch that would fit all my needs. Sales associate, Jason, assisted with this,. I ended up dining a couch that I loved and Jason answered all my questions and stated that this piece did everything I needed it to. I did not order that day as I wanted to check out a few more places, however, was very interested in this piece. That evening, I went home, pulled the piece up on their website and was going to review it and order it. The website stated things completely different than what Jason said it featured. The following day, I went back into the store to look at the piece again before ordering and all the information that Jason shared was wrong. The chaise could not be flipped to the other side like Jason said it could, it also was not a sleeper when though there was a tag physically hanging on the couch that stated it was a sleeper. Needless to say I did not order the piece. I went to a competitors store and ordered one. Please know your merchandise BEFORE trying to sell it to a customer. Also, when a customer mentions they need a sofa under 88” please accept that as an answer. Not everyone has a home big enough to hold a large piece.

Ordered a bedroom set and new bed on December 2nd from the monroeville location. It is December 19th and my order doesn't show up online and i cant search it. I never recieved any emails about my order. I Chatted with customer service and they sent an "internal email". I think i may have gotten bamboozled as delivery is supposed to be December 28th

Ralphina was absolutely wonderful! I called the store to ask about in stock merchandise and she texted me photos of all the options. Despite her texting with me all day to find something I could pick up with short notice, we were not able locate an available sofa bed. I appreciated her working so hard to help me and I know she exhausted all avenues. I texted her back the next day to place an order nonetheless.

Walked in ready to buy. Two young girls looked at me and immediately went back to texting on their phones, I had to walk to them and say hi before being greeted, I showed them what I wanted from the app and was told it wasn’t available. I Turned around and walked out, a couple items caught my eye in the 30 seconds I was in the store so I probably would have bought two or 3 items should the experience been different but I won’t be buying on the app nor will I be returning to the store…. I operate 13 businesses in the city and the reality is this, I simply don’t have time for people who don’t have time for me! Best of luck to yall but yeah, yall missed the mark today

First , I got to the store 15 minutes before they officially opened. The manager was very kind and told me take a look around and someone would be with me . Jim came up and introduced himself. I was debating between living room sets. I told him I will discuss with my husband and call him later. I did call and came in the next day to complete the sale. Jim was very kind and professional. I haven’t been to an Ashley’s in a long time and was happy with my experience at this new location. The sales person, Kelly, was friendly and welcoming and I loved that she let us walk around and didn’t bother us much which lead to a relaxing shopping experience. The manager on duty was also great in answering our questions when Kelly called her over. We will definitely be back to get some furniture. Quality seems decent and sturdy for the price!

Ashley is the parent store of Levin’s (never knew) so really no competition. My husband & I for the very 1st time walked into a Ashley store ( Monroeville) this pass Saturday, We weren’t in the front door for 2 minutes and the sales associate walked up quickly getting ignorant, pushy, following us around. My husband turn around and told her to get away. If we need help we will come & fine someone. She walked away talking underneath her breath. ( about she’s doing her job) “ you just lost a sale woman” I understand sales there working off a commission. But, don’t be Aggressive, Annoyed when a customer says if we need help we will come fine someone. We looked around & left. That was the first & last time I ever go to Ashley furniture store.
