I ordered a couch and coffee table together from Ashley Furniture expecting a smooth and straightforward delivery. Unfortunately, that has not been the case—this has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The coffee table and couch were supposed to be delivered together, but only the couch showed up. The coffee table and two end tables has now been postponed by TWO WEEKS after the original delivery date and to make matters worse, there's still no scheduled delivery because they don’t even know where the coffee table is or what happened to the order. The first time (5/28) I called, I was told Ashley’s had recently switched systems, and somehow my coffee table was still sitting at the store instead of being transferred to the warehouse for delivery. I ended up getting an automated call from Regency Delivery(the delivery service Ashley uses) on 6/2/25 to confirm a delivery for the coffee table. Great, right? Wrong. The very next day, to my surprise someone else called me to schedule a delivery and I immediately explained my delivery dilemma and he looked more into the order said my order showed up as “canceled” in their system and that there was no scheduled delivery at all. He offered to reschedule the coffee table for the following week, which meant another day I’d have to take off work. At this point, I’ve had to take off work three times for what should have been a single delivery of both items on the original date. I’ve talked to multiple reps at this location and none of whom seem to communicate with each other or have any real answers. And despite repeated calls, the manager Calvin has not returned a single one, apparently because he’s too “busy.” That’s not just poor service AND it’s disrespectful. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. There is zero accountability, and once they get your money, you’re left on your own to chase down your own order. What should’ve been an exciting and simple furniture purchase has turned into a complete headache. Avoid if you value your time, money, or sanity. I will now have to take a trip to the store to seek some answers on why my coffee table which was purchased in march still hasn’t been delivered yet.

The store had a lot of options without feeling cluttered or overwhelming. Raheem, the salesperson who helped us, was helpful from when we walked in the door without being overbearing. He explained the protection they offered well, and he helped us get the best deal with the Memorial Day sale going on.
