Mickael welcomed us when we entered Ashley Furniture Outlet Store. He was extremely helpful, friendly, cheerful, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and wasn't a pushy salesperson. We ended up purchasing a sofa, loveseat and reclining chair from him. While in the store, we saw other sales associates and employees asking him questions and he was very helpful and patient with them. He was a pleasure to work with and is an asset to Ashley.

Yes, my delivery was in the dark bc the company scheduled 16, yes 16 furniture deliveries for two guys. Sorry, but that's greed and abuse of staff. My experience with AshleyHome was terrible! The sales’ man was suppose to keep me updated because my bedroom set was suppose to be late & I was okay with that I just needed my dinner room table & sofa before Christmas because I was hosting this year since I just got my home. I placed my order November 9 2023, I had my complete order in January 13 2024 & the bedroom set was one of the first things I received which was good for me but bad that I didn’t receive my table on time. I had to keep calling the store in the northeast to get any updates. They made promises they couldn’t keep. For my inconvenience they were going to send me a $50 gift card which the manger never did. The delivery men refuse to wear shoe covers I had for them because I do not allow shoes in my home. I will NEVER use Ashley Home furniture again!

Went for a recliner for my father. Kalvin was Great! Helped in every way. The one my father wanted was not available, so Kalvin ordered it to be delivered to that location. He informed us of our options for pick up/delivery. He was very patient with my father (he is elderly and asked alot of questions). Thank You Kalvin for all of your help!! If you ever have to return furniture or mattresses, beware. It took me over a month to return 2 mattresses that we didn't like. The store did a poor job explaining the return policy both at purchase and then when we requested a return. We were very frustrated. When I finally was allowed to request a return , they charged me $300 per mattress for a "disposal fee." Then, they said that if there was any stain on the mattress they would void the return. So, essentially they admitted they were going to resell the 2 mattresses and charge us more for it. Shocking. Then, after paying out in cash this money and scheduling the delivery, they call me a day before deliver and say I didn't pay the full amount, to an amount of about $50, and that they were not going to deliver! I demanded they deliver and that any "charge" they "forgot" is on them. This saga still makes me angry. I wish this was all, but then at delivery, they delivered the wrong dresser, which I had bought with the extra credit we had to use or lose on the day we requested the return. Terrible. I never write bad reviews, but because of the level of frustration I feel I believe this one is deserved. The only silver lining is that we are now happy with our new mattresses and furniture. I just feel we paid more for it through this whole ordeal--both with our pockets and emotionally.

Staff took time to measure different tables and styles.
Don’t get the couch insurance or whatever it is they offer. They come clean your couch if something happens to it thing. They tell you they will come out if anything causes damage as far as stains from spills, pens markers or things like that and you pay for that service but when it’s time to get them to come out all they do is bring a rag and some solution and that’s it. Literal rag and spray bottle & it didn’t even come off. I could do that myself ! They’re salesman I know but why lie !!! Then customer service is no help ! Go to New Jersey they are way better

I was so happy with my shopping experience. From the moment I walked in, it was a warm and inviting atmosphere, which I must add is so hard to come by. We were greeted by Jessica, who was our sales rep, and she was the best! She was very polite and informative, answering any questions we had. She gave good information on the furniture and what could potentially be a problem because of measurements. She gave time to explore the showroom and make a decision. She went above and beyond in my opinion. I can’t speak about delivery as of yet because I wrote my review prior to delivery but if all goes well, I plan to return for another purchase. I was pleased with prices, selections and warranty. I recommend shopping here!
One word describes the experience I had here and that is PERFECTION!!!!!! I came on a Saturday, 2 days before Labor Day, Kalvin was the only sales person there at that time. He knowledge everyone that walked through that door that day. Which is surprisingly these days. Most of time when you walk into furniture stores they can care less if you are there. Sadly to say. But here I knew I was at the right place and I had Kalvin. He made me feel like we were family and that made me feel real comfortable. Not pushy at all, again surprisingly. Your delivery was not very nice and the company where I send the payments cause payment got to themone day the after the payment due sending credit report was and it's the week of a holiday so I mail it 12 days before it's due
Tom, our salesperson, was awesome. He went above and beyond to help us. Really, this guy worked super hard for us making sure everything was perfect and going over all options. Only 4 stars because once the order was in, the warehouse/corporate didn’t exactly communicate with us and it was mostly me doing all of the follow up work regarding delivery.

It was a terrible experience! My loveseat was received by damaged legs! After 3 days, they called me to send a person for 20 days later to fix it! You know it is so crazy when seller does not care about customers’ urgent needs! I never buy anything from Ashley!

They didn't have what we were looking for late at night on the day we moved to our new apartment. They called the store they're in connection with and found what we were looking for. Went above and beyond for us, tried to find exactly what we were looking for too. Highly recommend

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN STORE! The online price is much more cheaper than the price in store . You can always browse all the products in store and get all the info you need. Then search on their website!!!
Our 2 1/5 year old reclining sofa and love seat are wearing and falling apart. We bought the extended warranty which turns out to be worthless; one side of the reclining of the sofa reclines 3 inches further than the other and they say this is "normal"! The fabric is wearing through and the fabric is no longer available so they want to "color it in". The furniture is disappointing and so is the warranty, very poor service. We will be pursuing it further. I recommend staying away!
2 years ago I moved into my new home I bought living room furniture bedroom furniture dining room furniture the living room furniture the sofas are falling apart the dining room set the table is falling apart and the chairs are falling apart I sent an email to Ashley with pictures of the problem three months ago and no reply I would not recommend Ashley for anything at this point and I will continue to write reviews like this until I get some kind of response thank you

Hi, I just made a huge purchase today at Ashley Furniture outlet in the Grant Mall. I knew today was going to be the day I would make my decision to buy and I did. Dana is a new sales person with her sells skills already intact. I didn't have to navigate the whole store because I already knew what kind of furniture I wanted. With that being said I paid for the furniture and is awaiting it's arrival. Oh yeah, I like the no pressure approach. I felt free to make my own mind up and not feel like they were pressuring me.

I originally went a few days ago to browse & see if I liked anything. I spoke with Albert at the store located in Roosevelt Blvd. he wasn’t the least bit pushy. I did see something I liked and said I’d be back before the sale ended. I received an email inviting me to the VIP sale on top of the President’s day sale. I am now looking forward to the free delivery. The delivery is delayed which I expected due to shipping issues. All in all it was a great experience!

Lets talk about why you should not go to this location and spend your money! Horrible customer service and they always say they have item in stock but what they don't say is that is in stock but 5 months later! I purchase a living room set the sales associate told me the love seat was available by next week but the sofa was gonna be available by the end of the month, I think it was ok he also offers me to send me love sear first then sofa, I agreed since I moved to my new apartment and needed somewhere to sit and relax after work! Next week came and I had my love seat delivered! I made the purchase 03-06-2021 the love seat was delivered 03-11-2021 I was happy with my love seat the left it at my living room and they left love seat was damaged next day when I woke up and walked to the living room saw a bunch of clips coming from the bottom of the love seat so I started a claim! Here we start from the wrong side! Days keep passing and never heard nothing from my sofa I use to called almost every week and there was always an excuse! The manager Andy keeps giving me excuses and really didn't offer me any options I wanted to cancel the order and they told me they can cancel but they cant get the love seat back since The pandemic they are not receiving merchandise back oohhh but here is the funny part they offer me to take the "FLOOR DISPLAY" and take it to my house where everyone put there () in there and leave covid on it! I was nice about it and went to the store since I wanted to get over with the whole situation so I took a look of the Display Sofa guess what! It was BROKEN YES BROKEN and told the manager and he said I can get it fixed for you!? Reallyyyy man how Im gonna pay for something that it was broken and you are gonna fixed like really??? No common sense at all! Day keep passing so he offers me a $150 gift card I said can that amount goes towards my bill he said yes I just say ok, mind I called bunch of times trying to get answers, options just SOMETHING! and the answer always was this is a franchise and there Is nothing else I can do I will talk to the owner! 06-17-2021 finalllyyyyyy my Sofa arrives I was not sure if sad, happy just relief I didn't had to deal with them again! READ‼️‼️ ‼️before purchasing furniture from any Ashley Furniture! So I bought all my furniture from Ashley’s about 2 years ago along with the 5 YEAR PROTECTION PLAN. The protection plan doesn’t say anywhere In the fine print or their website that you have 3 claims on each furniture, nor anyone takes the time to explain it to you. My loveseat started making squeaking noises like it was going to break about 3 mo. after purchase. I called the claims department and they sent a technician out to check it, and he said there was nothing wrong with it. It still continued making the noise and now the armrest was making noise too so I called again the claims department, they sent a technician out and he actually did fix the issues, he said that the frame wasn’t attached well and the first tech didn’t know what he was doing. After some time the armrest started making noise again, so I called the claims department for the technician to come out. The same tech as the first time came out and said that we have to call the claims department again, for them to order the correct parts and to send him again to fix the armrest. I called them this morning and they told me that I have done 3 claims on that piece of furniture and there is nothing they can do since the warranty is over after 3 claims. I said to them that the issue isn’t fixed, the technician didn’t do anything so I don’t see why they can’t send him out to fix it. They said that the technician in his report said that the loveseat is up to the manufacturers standard and the claim is closed. Also don’t purchase the better than boxspring foundation. It started making squeaking noises right away, we exchanged it for a new one and it still made noise right away and it’s not covered in the 5 year protection plan. I don’t abuse my furniture I sit like a human being, I don’t have kids to jump up and down and destroy the furniture. It’s just bad quality furniture. After not finding a solution I gave up and decided to write a review on BBB and on google to maybe prevent other people from having the same issues with me. Bad costumer service on the claims department side and they can’t find no solution for the costumers. I would leave a 0 star if I could.

The 1st time (feels like) in a long time that my wife and I felt like a business wanted to do business with us. Mr. Thomas and the young lady (forgive me for not knowing her name) who both showed us patience and made their recommendations as my wife did her shopping. With Sales Floor personnel like these two young people, I am recommending this location to anyone looking to purchase home decorum.

The service in this store is absolutely disgraceful. We heard cursing from the personnel and when we asked a question, the lady said that she's surprised that something like that even left my mouth to ask her. I took that as a no, but that was rude. And very unprofessional. And my mother had two wait half a year for her furniture even after they said 90 days.

Buyer Beware... Do not buy from these crooks that dont back up their products. Better to go to a reputable company like Wayfair who appreciates the customer. I picked up a desk from these crooks brought it home to assemble and the top was cracked and they wouldn't honor or fix it. It was in a box when the warehouse people loaded it in our SUV. Thy refused to do anything and therefore sent a claim to the Better Business Bureau. These people suck.

We came in since I have a long weekend and I’m about to redo my room and I wanted a bigger bed. And what I get, my brother gets but better 🙄 Anyway, we went in and there were two sales reps there. I recognized the girl who gave me attitude the last time I was there and didn’t recognize the other rep. My parents sat down on the sofas and recliners as we waited and someone immediately came over once they saw my mom’s expression. I guess she was exasperated or annoyed. We managed to make our purchase and the guy helping us was so helpful. Better than the girl we had last time.

This store has a beautiful showroom. Andy the manager was friendly and very knowledgeable about the pieces we were interested in. He placed us with Jessica who was also friendly and very helpful with our questions. I like that they weren't overbearing while we looked around for our style. We chose a beautiful sectional, coffee, end tables, a gorgeous rustic bed frame and nightstands. If you're looking for some great pieces or a whole new look this is a great place to go!!!

To say Thank you to Al at Ashley furniture on Roosevelt Boulevard is not nearly enough! Myself my daughter and her fiancé who is mildly autistic went shopping for furniture approximately a month ago. We started out at a furniture store in blue Bell where he lives and we’re pretty much blown off by the sales rep at Raymour and Flanigan. However I decided to bring them back to our home and go over to Ashley furniture even though it was approximately 7 PM at night. We were greeted very kindly as soon as we walked in the door. Al, The sales rep kindly asked us if we needed any help. I was concerned because it was late and I did not want to feel rushed. Happily it was the exact opposite. For the next hour or so this gentleman helped my daughter‘s fiancé pick out several sets and then narrow it down to two. He even went farther by moving around end tables and coffee tables that were set up with other furniture sets so that Jack could better visualize how they would look in his home. This went back-and-forth many times. I could not ask for a more patient, compassionate and supportive individual. Once the furniture, and tables and coffee table were picked out he then went on to also move around lamps on the end tables that Jack picked out. This way Jack could see what the entire room would look like including a rug to go under the coffee table. In 58 years, having moved three or four times and having to buy new furniture , I have to say was the most pleasant experience I myself have ever had. Now as things are with Covid, it was explained very clearly to us that the furniture could be as late as the end of August maybe even into September. Al wrote up paperwork stating that if the furniture wasn’t there by date we agreed on,We would get a full refund. Al kept in contact with Jack calling make sure everything was OK. To our surprise a week ago Jack received a phone call stating that the furniture was going to be delivered this past Sunday. June 27. What a wonderful experience all around. The furniture looks amazing. It’s funny that sometimes when we buy something new we say everything is great but. How wonderful to be able to just say everything is great! Jack, and Christine, and myself would like Al and Ashley furniture To know how much we appreciate their help and kindness and their diligence to make sure Jack got his furniture even earlier than we ever expected . Last but not least Julio and his assistant, these are the gentleman who deliverd the furniture, We’re also full of smiles and willing to help Jack in every way set up his furniture. This was amazing from start to finish. We thank all who were involved in making sure Jack had a brand new living room that he felt comfortable in. Al, you made it completely stress-free. We ordered a couch set in store with Jessica. There was a good selection of a lot of good looking furniture, we went to a few places but these were the best for sure. Jessica wasn't a pushy in your face salesperson so we really appreciate that because we stopped in a few times to look and she remembered us too. Overall quick and easy sales experience.

Terrible experience , financed furniture set and was absolutely let down in all areas. Waited months for the delivery (which is fine) but received the proper couch (damaged) with the wrong color chase , and the ottoman cancelled off of the delivery without our consent. Note :We ordered some of these pieces at different times and were told they could all be put under the same financing if we called the bank and asked to have that done , was a lie and we pay more than we or the employee in store calculated us out to be paying. The only correct piece delivered was the couch but it was badly damaged (snapped wood ,very visible) along the back. The delivery persons tried to leave , no way they couldn’t see the damages since they have to removed plastic wrap from the entire couch and pushed it up against the wall to hide the damage . Found it right before they took off. So it all went back; a week or so later we get the proper delivery , leaving us with no furniture as we made room for the delivery of the new pieces. We asked for the delivery fee back as a refund to compensate for two days of taking time out of work to see over and sign for the delivery and the negligence to not check the color being delivered or the damages. A lot of non returned calls were made during that process. They were very uncoordinated and occasionally very short on the phone , also seeming to have very little communication between managers and employees, moving managers store to store by the week ? .. managers not coming into work until 3-6pm? They say they print out the order and give it to the manager , so does the manager look at it and just toss the paperwork out? We were told roughly 7-10 times over the weeks/ months ..the same “we will call you back, my managers in soon I’ll give this to him, well call you back” story. It’s been 4 months or so and we are still calling to get the refund. Safe to say we will not order from Ashley in the future. This is the first review I’ve ever left but I’m so taken back by how terrible the customer service and most of the service honestly has been. had to leave this for any potential customers that need furniture .

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a dining set September 2020 it was delivered November 3rd 2020. The next day I sat at the table and was sratched on my finger from a nail that was protruding from the table. I called immediately to notify the store what happened. They gave me the run around and had me calling their corporate office as well as the store multiple times. I then toldvthem that I did not want the item because it was defective and would like to have it removed from my home.. They refused to remove it.The store manager Carlyle refused to speak to me, saying that it was a problem for the warehouse to solve not the store. I filed a complaint with the attorney general's office. A letter was sent to the corporate office by the attorney general's office giving them a time frame in which to respond. They did not respond and a second letter was sent to them. I was then advised that I would have to go to court to get the store to remove the item from my home. Before I could file any paperwork to take them to court they came and removed the item. It took over a month for these people to remove the item from my home. I was a loyal customer for many years and they treated me like trash. They were very uncaring and unconcerned. They preferred to lise me as a customer than to remove the item. They never offered an apology , a discount or anything else to compensate for their behavior or to right their wrong. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
Went to Ashley for a dining set and left with a beautiful set for a great price and decided to go back the same day to check out the mattresses. I was greeted by Albert, who was very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know to make an informed purchase including the proper set up needed for the warranty. He was awesome and so were the others that were involved in the process. Great team!

We stopped in to this location to see what the LR & DR selections were like. While looking around Jessica introduced herself and offered assistance. I have to say she is great. Very personable and knowledgeable So happy to have met her. We actually bought furniture for both rooms and am excited to see the transformation after delivery. Very disappointed with this store, I always shop in cherry hill, the only reason I went to the philly store was because my daughters live in the area. I bought 2 bedroom set. That took 6 months for the first one to come and 8 months for 2nd one. That's understandable due to covid 19. But to get the furniture with scuffed and bad paint. That's not professional at all.

I ordered furniture at the end of September and still haven’t received it (It is December 26th) They just keep pushing back the delivery date. No one calls and informs me of the date being moved. The only way I find out is when I call. If you are looking to buy furniture I strongly suggest you avoid this store!

I purchased a bed mattress at Ashley HomeStore NE Philadelphia branch and was assisted by Albert Rementer. I made known to Albert that the mattress will be situated on the floor and purchasing a foundation or a bed frame will come at a later time. He guaranteed that even without a foundation, my mattress will still be covered by its warranty as long as the warranty claim is not due to an obvious reason that will result from not having the mattress on a foundation/bedframe. He even discussed about giving us a free mattress protector so as not to void the warranty if we stain the mattress. He failed to mention that the warranty will be voided without purchasing a foundation. Had I known that the warranty is voided right there and then, I wouldn't have bought a mattress worth 3300$. I think nobody in their right mind will purchase an expensive mattress knowing first hand that there will be no warranty. I called Ashley HomeStore on 11/11/20 seeking a resolution in this matter but they said that it is written in their invoice that the warranty was voided. I was able to speak to Albert Rementer the next day, he denied guaranteeing that I will get the warranty and he's not even apologetic and even raised his voice over the phone. I felt deceived by a person just to get a commission for selling an expensive mattress. I am not going to do any business with Ashley Home Store again. PS. I attached the receipt as per your request but had to cover my personal details. I made known to Albert that the mattress will be situated on the floor and purchasing a foundation or a bed frame will come at a later time. He guaranteed that even without a foundation, my mattress will still be covered by its warranty as long as the warranty claim is not due to an obvious reason that will result from not having the mattress on a foundation/bedframe. He even discussed about giving us a free mattress protector so as not to void the warranty if we stain the mattress. He failed to mention that the warranty will be voided without purchasing a foundation. Had I known that the warranty is voided right there and then, I wouldn&'t have bought a mattress worth 3300$. I think nobody in their right mind will purchase an expensive mattress knowing first hand that there will be no warranty. I called Ashley HomeStore on 11/11/20 seeking a resolution in this matter but they said that it is written in their invoice that the warranty was voided. I was able to speak to Albert Rementer the next day, he denied guaranteeing that I will get the warranty and he&'s not even apologetic and even raised his voice over the phone. I felt deceived by a person just to get a commission for selling an expensive mattress. I am not going to do any business with Ashley Home Store again.

I walked into this store in super need of a bedroom set,. Jessica T was so amazing, she was up front with me, fully knowledgeable about the different sets. She made an super stressful moment for me, really relaxed and made it feel silly for working myself up into this crazy frenzy. This woman is just so down to earth, understands, and listen to you. She takes her time with Everyone. I was not first in line for her, but she let me know she will be with me right away, she just didn't ignore me. I must say she was worth the wait. This had been by far thee WORST experience I’ve had with a furniture store. When we ordered our furniture back in AUGUST, we were told that the first piece (dresser) would get here 2nd week in September. Called today and it’s still not at the warehouse. The second piece (sectional) would be in by the end of September which arrived last week. After looking at the paperwork, I discovered that sales associate JESSICA lied. She’s a true salesman. She assured us that my dresser would be here mid-September otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it. Trusting her word, we left it alone but now looking over the paperwork she knew that it wouldn’t arrive until the end of October. Why lie to a customer? Be careful y’all cuz she throws you off by offering you 10% off you Bill. Also make sure you get an itemized receipt from here cuz a week after we paid for everything, JESSICA called back and said she forgot to charge us for a piece of the sectional so if we want the whole couch we would have to give additional money. This store does not reach out and communicate with you so if you want to know something about your furniture, you have to call yourself. JESSICA never once called to tell us anything about a date push back which is beyond inconvenient. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS STORE.
Just left the Ashley store on the Boulevard in Northeast Philly. My wife and I walked around for 15 minutes with no one ever offering to help us. We were going to buy the black living room set but couldn't find out how to pay for it or get it home. Worse customer service I've seen in a while. And, I work in Customer Service. Whole staff needs to be fired.

I found a rug that I thought was decent but wanted to take a closer look as I noticed there was an area at the top that looked off shade. Wasn’t sure if it was a stroke in the fabric or a stain. Asked the employee/ possibly manager if they could take it down so we can confirm it was in good shape to purchase and he bluntly said we cannot take any rug down for a customer to look at. Even after being informed we were interested in buying it. Very poor customer service.

Quality customer service has declined. This store is now a outlet. They no longer have the accessories to compliment the furniture sets. I purchased a mattress. I was reported to the credit agency for a late payment in 07/2020. I didn’t receive my first statement until 08/10/2020. I had to file a appeal with the credit card agency. I was told by my salesman the mattress would be vacuum packed and delivered in a box. Well a mattress was delivered extended. But when inspected I noticed that it was not wrapped by the manufacturer. It was a mattress that was placed in a large plastic bag and taped closed. After complaining that this mattress could be a floor model or a return and with COVID-19. I did not want it. The following weekend it was picked up. I was told my replacement was due 08/17/20. I haven’t received any information as to when my mattress will be delivered at this point. I understand that things happen. But how this company resolves issues. Is a big disappointment. Reputable companies resolve issues promptly. With follow up.

I arrived at this store by accident while waiting to meet up with my sister. I didn’t have much time but I went in anyway. Although there were 3 people at the counter, It was one young lady that spoke to me as soon as I came in. Her name was Jessica Tansey. She let me know to take my time and if I needed help to let her know. At first I said no but then I proceeded to ask her if she had dining sets under $400 and they had to be in stock. I was inquiring for my son as he was in need of a dining set and did not want to wait weeks for delivery. Jessica immediately got circled around the store wrote down several dining sets under $400 and then she ran to the computer and urgently looked to see what was in stock for purchase. She was able to find two sets and let me know that they would be available for delivery by that Sunday. I found Jessica to be EXTREMELY helpful , focused, and knowledgeable and I feel as though she went above and beyond to help me. Even though I was not there to purchase , she still took the time to help me and meet my needs. Jessica was a BLESSING (#myangel). I will return in the future although it is not close to my home.
I paid for a couch that never arrived on my scheduled delivery date and I was never notified of a 2+ month delay (Still waiting...), despite multiple calls to confirm delivery. I was told multiple times a manager would call back, and nobody called. Finally I called and talked to a manager Antonio, who told me my sales associate had quit, so nobody was assigned to my order. He offered no help in finding a couch that could arrive sooner, and offered no discount for the couch I paid for that did not arrive. I really have no idea if it’s coming or not, as he also said he’s not assigned the order and will not ensure there is follow up. Feels a lot like a scam.

Jessica T. at the Roosevelt Blvd. store was the sales woman who assisted me with my sofa purchase. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She showed me what I was looking for and answered questions that I had along the way, she was not pushy. She also had another customer she was taking care of as well and managed to cater to both of us, I did not feel neglected in making my purchase. I ordered a sofa and a loveseat got the loveseat called to see what was going on with the sofa was told it was canceled I never told anyone to do that some1 that works there did it Jessica was a big help from the start she is really nice and friendly to talk to and took care of everything and more she went beyond her job to make she everything was taken care of

I was pressured and rushed to make a choice .Then I just brought the love seat and not the couch and paid for the 5 year warranty .Then I realized after the sale , when I come back for the couch ,I will have to pay a warranty for that too but if I had got both together I would just pay for one warranty. And I won't get the loveseat until October. Go someplace else .I was robbed !

Jessica is the one that helped me and my girlfriend who is a new home owner . She was so amazing , listened to us and found us exactly what we were looking for . Being a new home owner is very stressful and she put my friend at ease and just reassured her with out being pushy . This was my first experience at Ashley Home Store. I came in looking for a new sofa. Jessica immediately greeted me kindly and helped me find a perfect sectional for my house. She helped me with measuring, color, comfort and all of the other details that go into a big purchase such as this. She made me feel comfortable and welcome in the store and helped me through the process from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend friends and family to come in to the store and ask for Jessica. She was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be back to purchase more items in the future.

I purchased 4 counter height, dining room chairs for my Pub table at home, from Ashley Home Store Outlet in Philadelphia. The store manager, Carlyle, helped me get the best price possible. The Assistant Manager, Antonio, did a great job of making certain that I received my beautiful, new chairs within a short period of time. Upon delivery, we noticed that the wrong chairs were sent to me. I ordered and paid for counter height chairs, and received bar stool height, which were too tall for my Pub table! Once customer service was notified, they let the store manager know that I needed the counter height chairs. When the counter height chairs arrived, 2 of the 4 chairs were broken!!! The delivery driver got his tool kit and tried to repair them, but, said it was a manufacturers' defect, and could not be fixed!!! Again, customer service called the store manager. I told them I just wanted my money back after this last problem, and since, 30 days had passed, since I had visited the store and purchased the chairs. Long story short, I was finally able to get my money refunded, after customer service had gotten involved!!!

She explained to us all the options that we could do. We decided we were going to purchase the furniture and pay in full she explained the delivery process to us and she was very very helpful we had a very good experience I give her five stars out of five.

My daughter and I were shopping on Black Friday for furniture for our new apartment and decided to stop in Ashley. We were immediately greeted by a gentleman I believe Antonio but he got busy and was no where around. Next, we were greeted by Samantha who was bright, engaging and energetic. We were looking all over the store and Samantha stayed just close enough to answer any questions without us feeling smothered or rushed. Furnishing your entire apartment is a huge undertaking and that day we could decide but Samantha was still gracious and gave us a card. I made up my mind that day that I would definitely be back to make my purchase with her. After calling the store the following Monday and asking for her and being told she was off, I called the next day and spoke with her to let her know I’d be in to make a purchase and did so by buying 2 mattresses , 2 box frames and covers, 1 bed complete with frame and a dresser. I will definitely look to ASHLEY first for all my future needs.

We were pleasantly please when first walking into Ashley Furniture. We were greeted by a friendly sales rep and had our time walking around to take note of the items we were interested in to furnish our entire condo. We ended up purchasing 3 beds (1 King, 1 Full, and 1 Twin). Our order arrived on the originally scheduled date, which we were again pleased with considering we were only in town for 2 days to furnish the condo. The delivery men asked to use my husband's drill... but in order to use it as a hammer. He refused and explained that he was not going to have his brand new drill damaged because it is being misused. If you are scheduled to put together 3 bed sets, please come prepared. Our King Headboard was damaged while being put together, and it was dropped again against our wall, which damaged our baseboards and wall. While we were told it would be fixes, we were not provided with any follow-up on when, and were not given any contact information on how this would be worked out. Once the beds were put together, we were told by the delivery man that we were missing box springs from our order. Why on earth were we sold 3 beds with NO box springs?! I immediately call the store, and was told that our sales rep would call us back. After 4 hours and no call, I called again. I asked the person on the line if they sold box springs in their store, as we needed a bed to sleep in that night because we just moved in. I was told that we would have to come into the store to purchase the box springs as they are first come, first served. Even though we were technically already "served." So back out we go to the store, about 5-6 hours after our delivery. Our sales rep explained that he thought we told him we didn't want box springs because we said we could find them somewhere else cheaper. We were spending over $4,000, including a $200 "premium" delivery fee, and you think we were worried about paying a few extra bucks for a box spring?! We explained we live over 1,000 miles away, and we came back to town on Black Friday, we were limited with our time before flying back home. We were not trying to inconvenience ourselves and not have a bed to sleep in. Our sales rep explained he had 2 out of the 3 box springs available for pick up at a store about 40 minutes away the next day. No thanks. Never again. Thanks for nothing. he delivery man didn't even put all the pieces together on the full size bed. We still have damage to our headboard and our wall. The bed frames are cheap and made of a fake wood. So our fault for not carefully investigating. Now we know.....
My experience at Ashley was truly amazing and so relaxing to go furniture shopping. It really was stress free. My salesman Pelle was very professional and so helpful. I came with a list so he pointed me in the right direction and showed me other sectional which I ended up purchasing. He gave me time to try the sectionals , with my boys. I felt no rush or pressure. Pelle had great customer service skills, just how he interacted with myself and my boys. I will definitely go back and tell my friends.

I had experienced bad customer service by Ashley employee 15 years ago and ever since I shopped with Raymour and Flanigan. Today by chance I stopped by Ashley Outlet and was extremely surprised by kindness, honesty and patience. After long extensive research and comparing prices and products for months. Pelle managed to open a card and sell me more than what I came in to buy. Pelle was very accommodating kind honest and professional. Ashley should be more than proud to have an employee like him. My experience is store was lovely, the lady who helped us out was very patient and answered all of our questions. We ended up buying a couch. The delivery part is what dropped 2 stars from this review. Three men came in to deliver this couch. They brought the couch up the stairs, tried for one minute to get it through the door and proceeded to tell me the couch would not go through the door (anyone looking would've seen it was obvious that the couch could easily get through the door). I had to instruct them on how to move the couch so that it would fit, they followed what I said but not with the happiest faces. Anyway, it worked out. However, as they left I noticed the color of the couch was not the color of the one we had ordered, it was significantly darker. Also, the delivery men left my white walls all dirty and not because of the couch, there are literally very dirty hand prints all over my white walls. The delivery was a bit disappointing but the store was lovely.
We bought an expensive bed and it broke. They came and fixed it and it was so creaky afterwards. When you move at all it wakes up your spouse. The frame was nice but the wood underneath was so cheap. Thought I was getting a good product for my money. The beds not even paid off yet. My sister also bought from them and it took her a month to get her furniture. we are done with Ashley.

Our 2 1/5 year old reclining sofa and love seat are wearing and falling apart. We bought the extended warranty which turns out to be worthless; one side of the reclining of the sofa reclines 3 inches further than the other and they say this is &"normal&"! The fabric is wearing through and the fabric is no longer available so they want to &"color it in&". The furniture is disappointing and so is the warranty, very poor service. We will be pursuing it further. I recommend staying away!
Horrible place to get furniture. They sent the wrong couch to my house . Then the salesman was rude as soon as I walked into the store to tell them what had happened . The manager then continued to talk down to me and telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I will never shop here again !!!

Worst customer service ever. I never received a call on my scheduled delivery 9/8 to find out my 2K couches were on back order till 9/16. I was now promised a delivery of 9/18. That came and went. I called to speak to a manager only to be giving the run around that he’s with a customer, he’s in a meeting, he’s off today. I don’t even believe they have a manager. This store is ran by incompetent morons. The newest delivery date I’ve been told is 9/26. This was the worse experience I have ever had. I canceled my order will never shop here again.
Expensive and forget about getting a sale as things are sold at a much higher price than other stores. Service was great. Delivery was excellent and drivers were wonderful. Paid 2 much but happy with item, service and delivery.

Had a very bad experience for this store, we brought four mattress there and the sales said each mattress we can get free case protector and two pillows and when deliver came we short of one protector and two pillows then we called, sales said we can get later and pick up in store, so last week we went to store to pick up our stuff and the lady over there wants us to pay for that, we explain to them what happened and they said ok and give us the things. I even asked them those stuff will not add to our bill right, the lady said yes, after this I checked my statement the total about $500 add to my bill !!!! Hope everyone can very clear see the paper they show to us and do not trust them too much.

Wanted to send a shout out to Matt Ayres from Ashley Furniture at 9755 Roosevelt Blvd. He was very helpful and extremely patient in helping my wife and I buy a mattress and adjustable base. He helped us get the right bed and base. Also, your delivery guys rock. They could not have been more nice or helpful. They came into my house and the first thing they did was shake my hand. They make the Worstttt furniture. Never buying here again. I am starting to have back problems. I have had the sectional for close to a year and you can still not sit or lay down on it, it feels like sitting on cement or hardwood floor. I do not know how they make furniture. Your bones will hurt even if you are young and have no back problems. This brand is the worst. I need to throw this out and buy something else at Raymour & Flanigan before my back gets worse and I sue Ashley. Do not make the same mistake that I did. Ashley, you should give me my money back and get this back which you claim is furniture. Either there is a defect or you cannot make furniture. One side of the sectional is higher and the other is lower, they are not even, and the higher one is the worse piece. Waited for months for this to become somewhat softer but it is the same as we first bought it. Please send this to management and respond to me.

After receiving damaged merchandise, then waiting almost a month for furniture that was delivered by a 3rd party,. I was told by Matt that an item was &"free&". Well the item was charged to my acct and I am now in the process of fighting the charge. I don&'t need the item and only picked it up because Matt said it is &"free&". What&'s worse and really reflects the integrity of the stores culture is that there were at 4 others at the desk who didn&'t say a word. Never had an issue when I shopped at Raymour and Flannigan, where I&'ll be buying my dining and second bedroom set.

Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, Pa location: Dishonest business practices: Shop Elsewhere: I purchased a living room set form them but i will not be back for my dining and outdoor set. I dealt with someone named Matt who said he was the store manager, he assured me that I was to receive a "free" mattress cover with my purchases due to some sort of sale incentive at the time. I went to pick up the liner and singed for my receipt of the cover. Matt again assured me that this item was free. He gave me an old bait and switch invoice which indicated the item was "$0" however, it was an old invoice!! didn't notice until i got home. I called back and was placed on hold so long i hung up. In retrospect, I found it interesting that that the 3 employees at the desk all had their back turned to me and no one said a word, or turned around; they were all listening to him lie, i guess. A few weeks later, sure enough i receive a charge on my Wells Fargo bill for this mattress cover. I am disputing the charge and will update on the outcome. I am completely annoyed because i already have a cover and only picked this up because it was "free" due to the large amount of money I already spent with them. Buyer beware. I am not wasting any more time with them. I will however share my experience with everyone I know and on social media to warn them to take their time, energy and money elsewhere.

Very nice place to buy furniture
I purchased furniture for my dining room and living room didn't receive the furniture for two months! Was told the in order to get my furniture into my apartment they would have to break my couch in half and I'd have to pay an additional $300 for them to repair it! Worst place to do business with! I called the manager and he could careless. And in the process of all this happening I have holes in my walls in my door the furniture has marks all over it. I asked the movers to please move the couch to get outside and they refused and as I was walking by they let go of the couch it fell on top of me and I have marks all over my arms and legs. The worst place you could purchase furniture from! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! The employees are rude and have horrible customer service!!!!!!!

this could have been a 5 star, the Salesman Daryl and Sandy is very nice and helpful however the store manager Matt is very unfriendly and not professional, he even cancelled my order when I advised I am not happy with the price and not even asked once. I needed a mattress hence I had to get it anyway however not happy with the box they gave me, upon asking they said they only have this mattress. Sandy and Daryl tried their best to help me as much possible however couldn’t do it because of Matt (Manager).I came into the store happily was happy throughout the sale until Matt got involved. Very frustrated and will not ever come to this store again.
Ashley customer service is awful. purchase a sectional with a powdered chaise and a recliner. they delivered a manual chaise and the recliner stopped reclining 4 hours after delivered. won't replace the recliner refuses to have a manager call me. the chaise was a fight to keep what they sent until our new powered chaise gets delivered. the worse

I purchased nearly $9000 pieces of furniture for my house and within about 8 months my sons bedframe broke ! Fortunately I contacted the store customer service and they replaced the bed frame! However months later my bed frame broke as well and my dining room arm chair. This time I got the run around and no one has got back to me and it’s been months. My bed is sunken in and no chair. Then boom my sons bed frame broke again!!!!!! I’m livid and upset I spent all of that money to basically furnish my entire house and haven’t received a replacement
I am happy with the purchase that I made at Ashley Home Store but I am not pleased with not knowing whats going on with my furniture that was not in stock and had to be ordered.

I was able to buy the bedroom set at a sale price so I'm super excited about that. I also needed a couch but having difficulty finding what I want. I got a couch and put it on layaway to take advantage of the sale price. It is a great color, style and is comfortable but it's only 62" long. I was hoping for 85-90" ideally. I cant decide if I can live with it but I've got time to decide. Good customer service and he took time to explain things
Fantastic, full-Service experience from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. Every sale and detail about financing was explained pleasantly and simply by their enthusiastic sales team. I never felt pressured nor did I feel ignored. I will absolutely make Ashley my first stop next time I’m in the marked for a new piece.

Good service and good prices. Shannon helped us get a good couch for our space and the delivery guys were quick and cleaned up after themselves. Sales pitches weren’t too pushy and they let us browse freely.
I just relocated out here from California with my job. I have absolutely no furniture out here, so I needed to completely furnish my place. I walked in and one employee walked by me saying “excuse me”, but he never welcomed me or offered his assistance. I passed by a guy sitting down staring at his computer who never once looked up and acknowledged my presence. As I still looked around, I noticed another employee who was quietly standing near a family. When he didn’t say anything either, I decided I’d just leave. I eyed him as I walked out hoping he’d at least offer a friendly “hi”. He stared right back at me, but he never spoke, so I simply left within minutes after walking in. I’m taking my business to Best Buy Furniture where I received amazing attentive service from the moment I first walked in. Need to teach your employees the value of customer service because I can only imagine how many others have done the same thing as I did..

Ashley replaced an item without telling us they were doing it. The item was a gift for our son and he received delivery without knowing what we ordered. At no time did an Ashley representative tell us they were unable to get something and replaced with another. Their customer service compounded the issue. I was told a manager would call to discuss replacement. I called foutimes over 5 days, no manager ever called me. It was only after I told the rep that i was going to drive to the store with item to return it to the manager personnelly that he got on the phone. In the end it was replaced but at great inconvenience to me. Ashley certainly isn't Raymour and Flanigan. It was my first time at Ashley and my last.

Very unprofessional and careless people had many problems bringing wrong size mattress the bringing wrong size box spring then we discover they tried to sell us a dresser that drawer was broken not an honest furniture store is been a real night mare I don't recommend anyone to go there
