I placed a order at the Cottman Ave store in Phila, that I paid for in full on 11/07/2022, and was given a delivery date of 11/15/2022 @ 11am-3pm, which just didn't happen until 11/16/2022. They offered me a next day delivery with a 7am drop off. My order didn't come in until 9:15am. I was then called by Cottman Ave customer service to inform me that they could not refund me anything on delivery, nor could I get a discount due to a split delivery that the store representative offered, but the could give me an earlier arrival date for my tables which would arrive on 11/19/2022 instead of 11/30/2022. On 11/19/2022 the arrival time for the tables was between 1pm-5pm, I received a call from customer service at 4:56pm, and 4:47pm tthat the driver was running behind, so the new time of arrival was set fir 5:30pm-6-30pm. Needless to say they arrived at 8:37pm. This is a poor representation of the company that I have always received nothing, but the best from. On that note if I could give ZERO stars for this whole fiasco I most definitely would.

I visited the store in August (Cottman) I purchased a sofa, kitchen table and chairs, bedroom queen set and bunkbed with storage. All items came except the bedbunk and storage. From August up until November 5th I have been dealing with the company trying to get my final furniture Let's just say it ended with a refund I will not deal with this company again. L

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! I purchased a bed frame and the five year protection plan on October 1st and I was working with a manager named August Ranalli and I told him I wanted to pick the bed up on November 4th and he told me that my bed would be held until that date and I won’t have any problems with picking it up on that date. After I paid I received paperwork saying the wharehouse only holds the items for 14 days. I later called the wharehouse and they told me that all the manager had to do was put it in their notes. He has been giving me the run around and false information I even called back on the 2nd to cancel and he said he would cancel it for me. I called back today because I didn’t receive any cancellation email and they told me it was never canceled. I went to the store today and he told me I had to pay a cancellation fee. I’m not sure what shady things are going on but this has been the worst experience ever.
