First visit to Ashley Furniture on McKnight Road. I saw a bed I liked on-line, but once I entered the store, Richard greeted me and I ended up purchasing the bed and more. The showroom was clean, organized and offered a diverse mix of styles. I will go back for more.

Upon entering the store we were approached by a sales woman Arlene Sabatini-Hughes. She was so wonderful! Very helpful patient and so down to earth we loved her. She helped us with a purchase and made everything so easy. Everyone in the store was great and down to earth it was refreshing. Great 1st time experience will definitely be a return future customer for any of our house hold needs. 🏠

Morgan is the go to gal. She is very knowledgeable of the products and their construction.

My salesman, Richard, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He let me look around without any pressure and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond giving me the best price on my purchase

I came into the store knowing exactly what I wanted where I was promptly greeted by Craig H., who escorted me to the sectional I wanted. Craig took the time to review details of the couch and Ashley’s 5-year warranty which I believe to be a bargain as someone who loves spending time in their living room. He even price matched the online sale price. I can’t wait until I get my couch!

Rachel at the store on McKnight Rd Pittsburgh found us the exact stools in the warehouse for pickup and even matched the price of another retailer. Very impressed with the customer service and urgency to help find same day furniture. Highly recommend Rachel at this location!

Experience was fantastic! I actually had visited the Pittsburgh Ashley Furniture Store months before I made my purchase. I was so impressed by the sales person(Ben) that took the time to show us the furniture selections that we described. His approach was completely the opposite of what we were used to with furniture sales people, he didn’t circle around like a shark and he didn’t apply any pressure at all. It was such a great experience when we were walking in the door ready to shut down the sales people. Honestly, I didn’t see any of the sales people doing any “hounding” of any kind. I returned months later, Ben remembered us and remembered the type of furniture we were shopping for, which we bought our original selection from months earlier. So happy!😁

Winston helped me choose a mattress and adjustable frame. He got as many discounts for me as possible and explained the process well. He was friendly and cheerful but professional and knowledgeable. The Ashley store was beautifully designed and well lit. I would recommend the store.

Outstanding service from start to finish. We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. We approached a staff member and asked about the specific recliner we were interested in buying and she told us that there was a similar one in the section in the back of the store that we call the "scratch and dent" section section. She was able to order the chair we wanted in the color we wanted for delivery the next week. Unfortunately, we had to pay a delivery fee and a fee for them to bring the recliner inside and set it up and they do not take away the old chair, but otherwise we were very happy with the service they provided.

My wife and I were looking for Family room furniture and our sales representative was Rachel Haas. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. We told her what we were looking for and after viewing several similar items we still were looking for something a little different than what was on the floor. She went on line and printed out several options. We really liked a pic of one but it was not on their floor. She checked inventory and found it at two of their other locations. She then called the stores to make sure it was displayed on their floor. We went to one of the suggested stores and absolutely loved the furniture. We called Rachel and ordered the furniture she recommended. Rachel was very easy to work with and we will be needing some other furniture since we are moving into a new home in the near future and we will definitely ask for her on our next visit. We would give her 5 out of a 5 star rating! Rich and Judy

Quality of the sofa we purchased was awful ! The fabric was threadbare and worn thru after 20 months of mild use!! We did file a complaint which was dismissed without any even looking at a picture….when we called the corporate office we were told that someone from the store would contact us, which never happened…. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED..!!

I had a fantastic experience browsing and choosing a new bedframe and mattress. The prices were a bit high but the quality from what I saw inside the showroom appeared worth it with the included delivery. This is where the experience falls short. I had my bedframe delivered and set up with my mattress and the installer not only dented a few pieces of wood, but also missed handles and stripped out screws. The bedframe now incessantly squeaks where the slats are stripped out and at some points it sounds as if it might break. I brought this up with Ashley and was supposed to have a technician come look at the bedframe, however if you need service from their technician you will need to be available the entire day(Monday-Friday 8-4) and then they will give you a timeframe for the technician to arrive the day before. As someone who also works Monday through Friday I cannot afford to request an entire day off to sit around and wait for this technician, I already did that once for the delivery and I would expect that to fix a mistake Ashley would be able to work around my timeframe. So I suppose I will be fixing it myself. So, if you are like me and work a traditional 9-5 I cannot recommend purchasing furniture from Ashley. Their delivery and install techs that are included in the price are careless and the repair tech has a limited schedule that doesn't accommodate outside of business hours or weekends. If I was able to purchase without the built in delivery and install fee I would have done that.

Rachael met us at the door with a big smile. After visiting several other stores and failing to find the love seat we needed, my initial reaction was - - - ok, here we go. With the store as "fancy" looking as it is, I thought the prices would be sky high. But Rachael listened to what we were after, and took us directly to what she had in stock. There were three options my wife liked - - - astounding given none found at all our other furniture store visits. We throught the listed prices were fair on all three, but then Rachael informed us that all three were "on sale" for substantially less. Not sure if this was really a "sale" or not, or just designed to make a customer feel good about getting furniture listed for one amount for less. But, regardless, we chose the one my wife liked the best, and Rachael had us all checked out very quickly and efficiently. Was in stock, and to be delivered next week. This was out first ever visit to this furniture chain, but won't be our last. Great expeience, and Rachael was very helpful, knowledgeable, non-pushy, and pleasant.

Was in search of a power lift chair. They had six different models to choose from. Would like to thank Mary for her help and understanding.

I can revise once the furniture arrives; however, I am disappointed with the communication and execution from Ashley furniture. We had a scheduled white glove delivery of some bedroom furniture slated for tomorrow. Had I not called in, I would never have found out that the delivery was rescheduled for a month later due to a delay in 1 piece (no email or call). Our 4 year old now does not have a bed and is disappointed as he had been looking forward to getting his big boy bed all month. We were able to work out getting the non backordered items delivered, but the lack of communication on the issue is frustrating and makes me reconsider purchasing from Ashley in the future.

This is the second time that we have been to the Ashley store on McKnight Rd. The employees are very helpful and don't annoy you as you look around. Our first visit was with our son, who was looking for bedroom furniture and mattress for his new house. The second visit, he was looking for living room furniture and we were looking for a new mattress. My son found his living room furniture and we found a mattress. We're looking forward to the day everything is delivered. I know when we walk into the Ashley store we will be greeted and helped with no pressure. Oh, and Rachel waited on us. She is very friendly and knowledgeable.

we ordered a couch to be delivered today but when the guys showed up they told us that they weren’t going to be able to fit it into our house without even trying or making an attempt and left. Now we are couch-less and have to buy one from somewhere else

My wife and I purchased a bedroom set from this location and the delivery and install process has been a nightmare. At first, we were sold a bedframe for a king mattress when we purchased a california king. We were told at the point of sale the delivery drivers would move the furniture to the bedroom and build it, however they only moved it. When the delivery drivers came the second time to take back the wrong bed frame and put together the correct one (3 weeks later), they said they did not have everything they needed to build the correct frame, so they left. Upon reaching out to our sales representative and the Ashley store, they not only said 'the drivers should not have done that and they in fact did have the correct parts', but they also took no ownership over the delivery drivers mistake. We are still with the incorrect bedframe 3+ weeks after we moved into our new home. I would highly recommend you purchase furniture elsewhere.

She stayed with us the entire time and helped us through choices and then financing once we chose what we wanted. Very easy shopping and will go back again for furniture in the future.

Let me tell you about my boy Winston. I have bough ALOT of furniture from Ashley furniture. I have had some good sales people... and some not so good. Winston was PHENOMENAL. He made sure we were taken care of from the time i called on the phone looking to see if the couch was on the show room floor or not. He made sure we understood every penny we spent and every penny we saved. This man was truly one of the NICEST people. I can't express enough how happy I am that Winston answered the phone yesterday! And that he was able to help my wife and I buy a couch and deal with our 2 year old. You need a new couch? You need a lamp? You need a rug?? Winston is 100% your guy! And congrats on selling the first Mod Max II!! Next time i want the confetti to drop from the ceiling!!

Walked in with my twenty-some daughter who is moving this weekend and is looking to furnish her apartment in a different state. The woman at the front desk greeted us; the kid started talking. The saleswoman focused on me and didn't seem pleased when I deferred to my daughter. She showed us the least expensive item on our list and walked away, but only after confirming we couldn't order from her and have it delivered in my kid's new city (where there's another Ashley store). She COULD have helped my kid pick out the exact items she wanted so they could be ordered online and delivered when we arrive in town. She COULD have found a way to reach out to the Ashley store in the kid's new city and helped a salesperson there get the commission (pay it forward, ya know?). She COULD have been helpful and a hero and this review would be glowing about an employee who went over and above. Instead, the saleswoman chose to go back to her post and greet... the absolute lack of customers who came in behind us.

Mark Corry greeted me as we entered the store and was helpful as we tried several options. We eventually found a sectional that the whole family immediately felt was "just right." Mark went the extra mile to help me coordinate a pick-up and provided direct contact in case any issues arose (they didn't.) It's only been a week, but we've very much enjoyed family time on our new sectional!

This purchase was less than satisfying. When I entered the building someone greeted me said look around and he'll come find me. He didn't I walked around the store not one sales person approached me. I walk back to the front to recieve assistance from the same guy that was to come find me. I walked past several employees and no one offered assistance. I looked around for area rugs which were all over the North Hills store. Once I found what I wanted I took it to the salesman, he began to oder I told him what size rug i wanted it was clearly marked 9'6. I said that's the size I wanted he said, ok. When it arrived of course wrong size. I found out the don't sale the rug in the size I wanted. I actually purchase the same rug in 2 different sizes they sent my different colors. Instead of them trying to fix it the just didn't return the call. North Hills Ashley Furniture is very unprofessional, lazy. Stay away from the guy with the locs. Very unsatisfied with this store stay clear of the North Hills Ashley Furniture.

I have decided to edit my last review, why because the experience that I have gotten from Ashley Furniture has went downhill, as I stated before I was told the mattress I wanted they didn't have then I was pressured into buying a mattress that cost $100 more, what I was not told was you cannot use that mattress with box springs and the mattress was supposed to be a medium ended up being a firm and was hard as a rock, I scheduled a replacement mattress they brought that mattress today there was a misunderstanding about what mattress should be brought what mattress should have been taken back, there delivery driver eventually swore at me several times called his boss and got back in the truck and drove off, I contacted the store manager and I told them I was canceling my order, I was told, well we don't cancel or exchange anything under $1,000, sales under $800 are final I was just trying to be nice to you. Mind you none of this was explained to me in the store, so in other words if you're not Filthy Rich and can pay $2,000 to $3,000 for a mattress you get treated like crap, I was talked to like I was some kind of dog, not only by the drivers but by this gentleman that was supposed to be the manager, I feel if I'm laying out money to pay for something not buying it on credit but paying out right cash for it, I should deserve the same type of treatment that you give those wealthy customers and I honestly believe when it comes down to it, it has something to do with the color of my skin

I wentn today for accessories and was waited on by Victoria. She was very helpful, professional and so nice ! I used my credit from a warranty that I never needed to use. They had sent a reminder letting me know how long I had before it expired! That was so thoughtful ! She also made sure that my purchases were wrapped professionally to prevent breakage. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful working together! This was my second purchase here , always leaving very pleased! Misleading Coverage Plan & Poor Quality Table – Avoid Ashley Furniture I purchased a table along with a "Protection Plan" from Ashley Furniture in 2024. The table’s wood veneer began peeling within 1 year of normal use. ###Key Issues### * Low-Quality Materials: The veneer is shockingly thin and started peeling at tabletop. See the pictures attached. * Denied Warranty Claim: Despite purchasing Ashley’s coverage plan, my claim was rejected. The store falsely blamed "normal usage," even though peeling veneer within a year indicates poor craftsmanship, not wear and tear. Save your money—Ashely sells poor quality furniture and do not honor their protection plan.

Simply and seamless ordering process. Called a local Ashley store to redeem a coupon and the entire transaction took fewer than 10 minutes. Outstanding.

I saw something on line that was perfect for my game room, but decided to go to the store to make sure the color was what O expected! A nice lady met me at the door and helped me find the piece I was looking for and explained everything very precisely and I was sold! I haven’t received it yet but the sales part was perfect, friendly, but professional and quick. Oh and she gave me 15% off for coming into the store. A win win

I had a poor experience here. My husband and I went on a Saturday to browse and possibly look at power lift recliners. We were greeted by a sales person named Joann when we walked in. We let her know we were just looking and didn't need any assistance. She gave us her card. We decided to look at recliners first, so we walked back. I turned around to test one out and could see Joann not far from us. I did not acknowledge her. I went to test another recliner and she walked over to me. She then told me that I do not need a power lift recliner because I am "young." I let her know the reason I was looking for a power lift recliner is because I have a bad back and past spinal surgery (something that can happen to someone of any age). That was when she decided that maybe I did need a power lift recliner and advised me they are very helful for a bad back. How do you expect to get a sale telling a customer they don't need what they want? Obviously this interaction was very off putting. I walked away to where my husband was in the mattress section and we kind of looked through the rest of the store. Every time we turned around Joann was there a short distance away. We went into the clearance/outlet area and she actually sat at a display dining room table, watching us. It felt high pressure, and was not welcome especially after we told her we didn't want assistance. If we had decided to buy there we would have found her to do that. We left the outlet section near the front of the store and booked it out. We went to a different furniture store in the same plaza and had a pleasant experience w/ a wonderful salesperson & purchased a $2,000 recliner. Joann is the reason I did not make a purchase from this store & also why I will never return. I understand there are different sales people who may provide a better experience, but this was my personal experience. First impressions are lasting impressions.

We've had a lot of success at Ashley's and have purchased a lot of pieces from there. My 1 star review today is due to the lack of accountability and poor Customer Service. I've been dealing with a damaged product since November 2024. They've attempted to deliver the product 4 times. The product quality is horrible and definitely not worth the cost of what I paid. I've gotten the run around from the store and customer service for weeks now regarding a credit or for them to do anything to assist with this ongoing issue.

Do not purchase the platinum protection plan. They will tell ya if in so many years if you have no claims with this protection plan , you will receive a refund. That’s what they tell ya to get more money out of you. Then when the 5 yrs are up. They won’t refund the money. It’s a store voucher so they can make more money off of you.

This store is the absolutely worst furniture store I have ever been to. I bought a dining room set and chair plus ottoman. 2 dining chairs were falling apart and the zipper on the cushion fell apart. The worst customer service they were no help I do not recommend this place.

I don't usually give reviews If I could give 0 stars to this company I would. Experience I had was extremely unpleasant and strongly encourage anyone reading this to pay the extra money and shop anywhere but Levin Furniture and Ashley Furniture in the Western-PA area. I purchased a couch 11/24 and promptly received order confirmation (great). On 11/30 I noticed a charge on my credit card that was not approved by Ashley Furniture. After calling in about this unknown charge I found out that Ashley furniture (corporate) sold some franchises to Levin Furniture and that I needed to speak to Levin. Once transferred I was educated that all Ashley stores and website sales have different internal systems which direct sales orders differently. Since my sale was done online, I needed to be transferred to the website team (which is overseas). After seven transfers I get connected with someone in my local store in Western-PA. He is extremely apologetic and assures me that he can cancel the mysterious charge, no problem. The mysterious charge ended up being a protection plan that was auto-populated on their site and needs you to un-check the box. I un-checked the box and some systems had invoices for my order showing no protection plan, with other systems showing I had a protection plan.. *side comment* the lack of transparency in these systems was astonishing In an attempt to cancel only the protection plan, the representative cancels the entire order. He then tells me I need to speak to corporate to reinstate my order. Upon the eighth (8) transfer I speak to a women named Michele, who was awful. Very awkward and strange conversation that ultimately distills to they cannot reinstate my order and I will have to replace it online and the delivery is going to be pushed out another two weeks. Sad to say I am going to go to Amazon to purchase the furniture I had ordered originally through Ashley. It's experiences like this that make me wonder, why even go anywhere else. Ashley Furniture, you suck. Respectfully,

We found a couch we loved in San Jose at the Ashley store there but when we talked to the sales associate he said that we would have to order our custom Acklen Place reclining sectional from a store in Pittsburgh (since that's where we needed it). We called the store in Ross Township and got connected with Megan - she was AMAZING. Literally like in the middle of her Thanksgiving week with what I'm sure was crazy holiday sales and her trying to be with her family she was able to help us build this custom piece and ship it to PGH on the exact day we needed it. She was so communicative and patient and kind.- we will be an Ashley home furniture customer for life!

We had already found the love seat that we wanted at the Keesler AFB Base Exchange (BX), so it was pretty easy for our sales rep (Megan) to find the love seat. When it came up on the computer, the price was well above the BX's price, but Megan was able to get our price down to below the BX's low price. Thanks for the help, Megan. Also, when she found out that we were going to another store (a jewelry store) she put us in touch with a friend at that store - that was another good experience thanks to Megan's recommendation.

We were very impressed with not only the quality and selection of the furniture but also the very helpful and knowledgeable salesman Nate who stood by us and made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered.

Have had our couch for a year and the seats still aren’t right after customer service rep adding new stuffing and foam. We had to also wait for over a month for some of the stuffing to come in. Called to have someone come out, but past warranty by a couple weeks. Will be buying a Love Sac next time.

This store has a nice variety of inventory to look at, and it is nicely laid out. The staff were helpful with questions but not intrusive as I looked around. I worked with Victoria Scoumis for the purchase of our recliner, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated that she answered questions and found solutions for our needs without pressuring us - we felt she was honest and up front about all our options. We would shop here again for other furniture needs in the future.

We had a great experience shopping for a sofa. Mark was our origional sales rep and he was very cordial and knowledgeable, however, we had to come back another day and unfortunately, Mark was not there, so Rachael helped us. When we were ready to pay, Rachael was busy with another customer, so another rep helped ,Maryanne, and she was awesome. They all do work as a team and that really makes for a great customer experience! As a follow up, we returned again to buy a dining room table, and as always, we had great service, especially, Mark.

The worst customer service experience, since they didn’t help me at all and they rejected my claim because according to them, since it is a factory problem, they don’t cover it. A few months ago my wife and I bought a sofa bed and it has some factory defects, we bought a coverage plan and even so they say that they don’t cover anything, what a disappointment, I’ll not buy anything from that company again and I don’t recommend it.

In all the years of buying items I have never met a man quite like Winston. He was extremely helpful find respectful and the person that I would love to deal with anytime. He was perfect gentleman to my wife and a guy that I would like to hang around with anytime. I would give him a 15 out of 10

High recommend my man John. He was awesome. Greeted myself and my girlfriend with waters as soon as we walked in. Ashley provided a pleasant shopping experience for my husband and me, even though we aren't fans of shopping! David, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, attentive, and fun; he took the time to review our floorplan, listened to our goals, and provided multiple options for us. Many thanks! EDIT: The excellent purchase process was marred by a terrible delivery experience. Despite being clearly promoted as a "white glove" delivery, the two delivery workers seemed to be prepared to only leave the furniture on our front porch (subcontractors, from the looks of it -- their vehicle wasn't an Ashley branded truck). My husband removed our storm door himself with some help from them, using our tools to do so, allowing the furniture enough room to fit through the door and into our living room. Afterward, the workers said they were too busy to stay and replace the door. My husband talked with them for 10 minutes, resulting in some shouting, all over a task that would have taken three minutes in total if they'd just agreed to work together. But instead, they wasted 10 minutes telling him they didn't have time. My husband called the delivery dispatcher, who said that there wasn't anything they could do -- and then hung up on him. In the end, my husband replaced the door himself, which is a pretty difficult job to do without the help of a second set of hands. My husband refused to sign for the delivery, because it was not even close to what we'd been promised. Your showroom experience was flawless, but the delivery experience was bush league and very upsetting. Do better, Ashley.

Unfortunately, this store did not live up to honest business practices. My wife and I purchased a 'Flanninrook Twin House Bed Frame' from the clearance section for our child. We specifically asked if there were any issues with it, and we were assured that it was in perfect condition. However, when we tried to assemble it at home, we discovered that one piece was defective, preventing us from securing a screw properly. So, one side of the bed remains loose. It's disappointing not only that the defect wasn't disclosed, but that we were directly misled when we inquired about the item's condition. Very dissatisfied.

I Shopped here & Purchased Everything I Needed for a New Apartment. I am Beyond Regretful that I Ever Stepped Foot into an Ashley's Spending more than 5K on ALL New Furniture! First the Bedroom Chest of Drawers came Damaged & I had to wait Weeks for a New one which Delayed my ability to Unpack. Second the Dresser was Broken, but the Delivery Team Insisted on the Drawer going in. That is until the first time I Opened the Drawer & the Dresser Collapsed causing another Weeks long Wait! Third, the TV Stand was ALL Nicked up because the Delivery Team didn't know how to Install the Fireplace Insert & Trying to Install it from the Front instead of doing it correctly from the Back! Causing yet another Weeks long wait for an Exchange which still isn't Perfect by any means. Fourth, I found a Tear in my Mattress undetermined as to How this happened, they had me Submit Pictures & Offered me a $90 Credit or an Even Exchange. That was a No Brainer, as I Chose an Even Exchange & waited even more Weeks for the Exchange! This Experience with Ashley's has been EXHAUSTING! I had No Idea that they are Affiliated with Levin's! That is until a Levin's Delivery Truck pulled into the Parking Lot of my Apartment Complex. IF I wanted Levin's Furniture, I would have Shopped @ Levin's in the First place! Then I was told by one of the Delivery person's that Ashley's is actually BIG LOT'S Knock Offs! I can't even Describe how DISAPPOINTED I am with Ashley's from Beginning to End! I Wish I could Return ALL of it @ this point partly because I Purchased a 5 Year Warranty that I'm told IF I don't use in 5 Years, I will be Refunded my Money for the Warranty! I am 71 Years Old & Highly Doubt I will Ever see the Warranty Money. A Top-Level Huge Mistake was Ever Walking into an Ashley's in the first place. I'm Stuck with a Bunch of Misfit Furniture that I'm Unhappy & Beyond Disappointed with! GO ANYWHERE ELSE, but my Suggestion would be to start with Big Lots!! Since Ashley's Furniture is actually BIG LOT'S Knock Offs!!!! Never Offered me a Nickle Off for ALL of the Inconvenience is Nonsense! They're ALL about the Money & Nothing matters but the Money because they will Inconvenience you until you actually give up! Update: Shortly after Posting this Review, I Received a Message. I Returned the Call & left a Message. Kelly Called me back & was very Apologetic & Sympathetic towards my situation & what I have been going thru. She is trying to Resolve the issues, has Scheduled a Tech to come out on 8/1 & said she will Follow Up with me once their Tech has completed his Visit. This is ALL very much Appreciated because I was really Feeling that no one really could have cared less until I talked to Kelly & @ least now, I Feel that they're willing to work with me to @ least try to Resolve some of the issues I've been having. Thank-You Kelly, I look forward to talking with you again after we see what the Tech that you have Scheduled has to say. I Appreciate your time & Genuine Concern. Update: This is my 6-Month-Old Recliner Sofa Cushion separating Fabric. There doesn't Appear to be a Resolution in Sight, so I've reached out to the PA Attorney General's Consumer Protection for their Help now. I am Hopeful for an amicable Solution to ALL of the issues I have faced & continue to face with Ashley's Furniture. As for the Platinum Warranty that I Paid a whopping $369.83 for, I was also told by my Salesperson Diane Stumpf that IF the Warranty is Not used in 5 Years that it is Fully Refundable. I've come to find out this too is a Store Voucher & Not an actual Refund. I don't have any use for an Ashley's Voucher now or in 5 Years from now! I have only had my Furniture for 6 Months & the Platinum Warranty doesn't even go into effect until after the First Year! I can't even get 6 Months out of this Furniture that I have had Nothing but trouble with & I am Heartbroken to say the least. I am 71 Years Old, I do Not have any Pets, I rarely have Visitors, so there isn't anything or anyone to Blame! It is however clearly the Quality of Ashley's Furniture.

Rachel was great. She allowed us to look at different items and also made sure she was available to answer any and all questions. We had interest in one chair that was a new arrival. Rachel did some research and found a better than marked price through price match. We were at 3 other stores and none of the sales people acted as if sales were not important. Sure happy we stopped at ASHLEY and were helped by Rachel. We purchased the chair. Good job folks. Don't see much of that type of service these days.

Good selection of items I was looking for. Was disappointed they wouldn't deliver a clearance item along with other items I purchased.

I was very disappointed with my sales agent. They’re 2 prices, one the store price the other on-line price. . If I hadn’t checked the internet price I would have paid 350 over internet price. Also internet showed free delivery but was charged delivery fee. I felt that if they had my best interest I would have gotten the internet price. From now on I will purchase online.
