I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Ashley Store, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! Upon entering the store, I was immediately impressed by the layout and the variety of furniture on display. The store has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I was greeted promptly and offered assistance without feeling pressured, which I really appreciated. The selection is extensive, ranging from modern to classic styles, and there’s something to fit every budget. I was particularly drawn to the quality of the pieces; you can tell they take pride in their inventory. I found a beautiful and affordable sofa. What stood out the most was the customer service. The sales associate, Maryanne, was fantastic! She took the time to understand my needs and offered helpful suggestions. She also provided insights into care and maintenance that I hadn’t considered before. Overall, I highly recommend Ashley Store to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning for future purchases!

We had already found the love seat that we wanted at the Keesler AFB Base Exchange (BX), so it was pretty easy for our sales rep (Megan) to find the love seat. When it came up on the computer, the price was well above the BX's price, but Megan was able to get our price down to below the BX's low price. Thanks for the help, Megan. Also, when she found out that we were going to another store (a jewelry store) she put us in touch with a friend at that store - that was another good experience thanks to Megan's recommendation.

We were very impressed with not only the quality and selection of the furniture but also the very helpful and knowledgeable salesman Nate who stood by us and made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered.

Have had our couch for a year and the seats still aren’t right after customer service rep adding new stuffing and foam. We had to also wait for over a month for some of the stuffing to come in. Called to have someone come out, but past warranty by a couple weeks. Will be buying a Love Sac next time.

This store has a nice variety of inventory to look at, and it is nicely laid out. The staff were helpful with questions but not intrusive as I looked around. I worked with Victoria Scoumis for the purchase of our recliner, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated that she answered questions and found solutions for our needs without pressuring us - we felt she was honest and up front about all our options. We would shop here again for other furniture needs in the future.

We had a great experience shopping for a sofa. Mark was our origional sales rep and he was very cordial and knowledgeable, however, we had to come back another day and unfortunately, Mark was not there, so Rachael helped us. When we were ready to pay, Rachael was busy with another customer, so another rep helped ,Maryanne, and she was awesome. They all do work as a team and that really makes for a great customer experience! As a follow up, we returned again to buy a dining room table, and as always, we had great service, especially, Mark.

The worst customer service experience, since they didn’t help me at all and they rejected my claim because according to them, since it is a factory problem, they don’t cover it. A few months ago my wife and I bought a sofa bed and it has some factory defects, we bought a coverage plan and even so they say that they don’t cover anything, what a disappointment, I’ll not buy anything from that company again and I don’t recommend it.

In all the years of buying items I have never met a man quite like Winston. He was extremely helpful find respectful and the person that I would love to deal with anytime. He was perfect gentleman to my wife and a guy that I would like to hang around with anytime. I would give him a 15 out of 10

High recommend my man John. He was awesome. Greeted myself and my girlfriend with waters as soon as we walked in. He truly cared about what we want and asked us multiple questions to tailor the experience best to our needs. Ashley has great furniture as well which is a win-win. I will be back for future furniture for sure!

What an incredible shopping experience I had at Ashley on McKnight Rd.! I actually said they should be bragging about their amazing customer service in their marketing! Megan was truly the best! Patient, knowledgeable, helpful-the whole ball of wax! The prices were unbeatable and the delivery to my new house is flexible depending on when we close. I will most definitely be back! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

I have purchased several furniture items at Ashley on McNight Road. They are friendly, informative, go above and beyond. Reminds me of the old time personal customer service Ma & Pa stores who care about you. That's hard to find these days. The atmosphere there is just pleasant and welcoming.

The junkiest furniture I’ve ever purchased. The cushions on the sofa and loveseat don’t hold up and the side tables are garbage - the table leg broke on delivery and the delivery person said they fixed it, but we later found that evening the table leg was still broken. He Jerry rigged it! Will never buy Ashley brand again!

Ashley provided a pleasant shopping experience for my husband and me, even though we aren't fans of shopping! David, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, attentive, and fun; he took the time to review our floorplan, listened to our goals, and provided multiple options for us. Many thanks! EDIT: The excellent purchase process was marred by a terrible delivery experience. Despite being clearly promoted as a "white glove" delivery, the two delivery workers seemed to be prepared to only leave the furniture on our front porch (subcontractors, from the looks of it -- their vehicle wasn't an Ashley branded truck). My husband removed our storm door himself with some help from them, using our tools to do so, allowing the furniture enough room to fit through the door and into our living room. Afterward, the workers said they were too busy to stay and replace the door. My husband talked with them for 10 minutes, resulting in some shouting, all over a task that would have taken three minutes in total if they'd just agreed to work together. But instead, they wasted 10 minutes telling him they didn't have time. My husband called the delivery dispatcher, who said that there wasn't anything they could do -- and then hung up on him. In the end, my husband replaced the door himself, which is a pretty difficult job to do without the help of a second set of hands. My husband refused to sign for the delivery, because it was not even close to what we'd been promised. Your showroom experience was flawless, but the delivery experience was bush league and very upsetting. Do better, Ashley.

Unfortunately, this store did not live up to honest business practices. My wife and I purchased a 'Flanninrook Twin House Bed Frame' from the clearance section for our child. We specifically asked if there were any issues with it, and we were assured that it was in perfect condition. However, when we tried to assemble it at home, we discovered that one piece was defective, preventing us from securing a screw properly. So, one side of the bed remains loose. It's disappointing not only that the defect wasn't disclosed, but that we were directly misled when we inquired about the item's condition. Very dissatisfied.

I Shopped here & Purchased Everything I Needed for a New Apartment. I am Beyond Regretful that I Ever Stepped Foot into an Ashley's Spending more than 5K on ALL New Furniture! First the Bedroom Chest of Drawers came Damaged & I had to wait Weeks for a New one which Delayed my ability to Unpack. Second the Dresser was Broken, but the Delivery Team Insisted on the Drawer going in. That is until the first time I Opened the Drawer & the Dresser Collapsed causing another Weeks long Wait! Third, the TV Stand was ALL Nicked up because the Delivery Team didn't know how to Install the Fireplace Insert & Trying to Install it from the Front instead of doing it correctly from the Back! Causing yet another Weeks long wait for an Exchange which still isn't Perfect by any means. Fourth, I found a Tear in my Mattress undetermined as to How this happened, they had me Submit Pictures & Offered me a $90 Credit or an Even Exchange. That was a No Brainer, as I Chose an Even Exchange & waited even more Weeks for the Exchange! This Experience with Ashley's has been EXHAUSTING! I had No Idea that they are Affiliated with Levin's! That is until a Levin's Delivery Truck pulled into the Parking Lot of my Apartment Complex. IF I wanted Levin's Furniture, I would have Shopped @ Levin's in the First place! Then I was told by one of the Delivery person's that Ashley's is actually BIG LOT'S Knock Offs! I can't even Describe how DISAPPOINTED I am with Ashley's from Beginning to End! I Wish I could Return ALL of it @ this point partly because I Purchased a 5 Year Warranty that I'm told IF I don't use in 5 Years, I will be Refunded my Money for the Warranty! I am 71 Years Old & Highly Doubt I will Ever see the Warranty Money. A Top-Level Huge Mistake was Ever Walking into an Ashley's in the first place. I'm Stuck with a Bunch of Misfit Furniture that I'm Unhappy & Beyond Disappointed with! GO ANYWHERE ELSE, but my Suggestion would be to start with Big Lots!! Since Ashley's Furniture is actually BIG LOT'S Knock Offs!!!! Never Offered me a Nickle Off for ALL of the Inconvenience is Nonsense! They're ALL about the Money & Nothing matters but the Money because they will Inconvenience you until you actually give up! Update: Shortly after Posting this Review, I Received a Message. I Returned the Call & left a Message. Kelly Called me back & was very Apologetic & Sympathetic towards my situation & what I have been going thru. She is trying to Resolve the issues, has Scheduled a Tech to come out on 8/1 & said she will Follow Up with me once their Tech has completed his Visit. This is ALL very much Appreciated because I was really Feeling that no one really could have cared less until I talked to Kelly & @ least now, I Feel that they're willing to work with me to @ least try to Resolve some of the issues I've been having. Rachel did some research and found a better than marked price through price match. We were at 3 other stores and none of the sales people acted as if sales were not important. Sure happy we stopped at ASHLEY and were helped by Rachel. We purchased the chair. Good job folks. Don't see much of that type of service these days.

Maryanne was the salesperson we worked with and she was amazing! She pointed us in the direction of sofas that we might like and we did not feel pressured by her at all! We ultimately found a couch that we love! She allowed us to price match with online prices for everything and when I found a mistake on our invoice she fixed it immediately and was very apologetic. at the last minute I realized I needed to get a sofa as my grandson was coming to visit and I had just moved two weeks prior. Diane Stumph was waiting for me when I arrived at Ashley store. I had an idea in my mind what I needed, and Diane took me to the exact sofa that fit in my needs. In very short order I walked out of the store with a shipping date that fit my needs. Good selection of items I was looking for. Was disappointed they wouldn't deliver a clearance item along with other items I purchased.

I was very disappointed with my sales agent. They’re 2 prices, one the store price the other on-line price. . If I hadn’t checked the internet price I would have paid 350 over internet price. Also internet showed free delivery but was charged delivery fee. I felt that if they had my best interest I would have gotten the internet price. From now on I will purchase online.

Arlene was wonderful. She was so patient with us as we tried to make a decision. The store has such a large assortment of furniture it was hard to decide. We love the table and chairs we picked out.

I was there about an hour ago and I'm extremely disappointed with your store. I drove almost an hour to see your furniture and immediately upon walking in the lady with red hair started harassing me. I said "I'm just looking" and instead of letting me look she followed me again and said "I'm going to tell you how the store is set up" ..i said thank you and she said yet again " what are you looking for that I can show you" I stated again "I'm just looking" and she said if I had any questions to let her know. Not even five minutes later when I was looking at a couch with my boyfriend and our son and she came up again and said she just wanted to help us. I yet again reiterated " I AM JUST LOOKING ". My son is autistic and was being difficult so my boyfriend took him to our car while I continued looking. I was over by the mattresses and she once again approached me asking if I was looking for mattresses too. At that point I said "yes" and she said here I'll show you some" I was so uncomfortable with the fact that even after I multiple times said I was just looking around that I said I was going to go to the car to have my boyfriend come in and just left. Your store had a few couches I was interested in and would have considered purchasing but i will not be returning back to purchase it. I understand they make commission but when someone states multiple times they just want to look and you won't let them and keep approaching them every 5 minutes it's disrespectful. I can't be the only person who wants to look look around and sit on different couches to find out what they want without a sales associate standing there harassing them.

I definitely recommend going into the store - I was looking for dining sets online for a long time and could never settle on anything because I couldn’t tell if the quality matched the price or if the size was right. We arrived late in the evening intending to simply look at what we thought we would buy. We had researched outdoor furniture and it appeared Ashley had just what we wanted. We needed to see it and touch it before committing so much money as we are in need of quite a few pieces. We worked with Arlene Hughes both over the phone and then last evening at the store. Arlene was great! She was patient and extremely helpful in ensuring we going to be happy with what we were buying. Unfortunately, because we went so late in the evening Arlene had to stay after closing hours to help us as we decided to make the purchase. Again, Arlene couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. If you are looking for outdoor furniture I highly recommend the quality of what Ashley has in inventory and the quality of Arlene Hughes to ensure you are a happy customer when you leave!!!

Our experience today at Ashley was in a word excellent. We were at 2 other furniture stores prior to arriving at Ashley. Tim greeted us and asked us what we were shopping for. Gave us some brief directions on which way to go and told us to reach out with questions. There was never a moment of pressure or “push to sell” feeling. He came back to check on us several minutes later and we asked questions. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We expressed our desire to start the purchase process and not complete it today and he agreeably helped us with that process. We entered planning to look at a new couch for our living room. Winston greeted us and was friendly and unobtrusive as we browsed. I greatly appreciated him letting us look on our own to our content, checking in occasionally to see if we were alright. That made it a pleasant experience, and we decided to look at a new bed as a result. We ended up purchasing both, and a great deal of the reason why was the way Winston and his coworkers looked after us, answered our questions, and were not pushy in any way. We felt comfortable with all of our options, and Winston did a marvelous job of explaining everything to us clearly and until we were comfortable with it. Our pieces were delivered yesterday and look exactly as we'd hoped. The delivery was professional and friendly, with excellent communication while they were en route. They were kind to my wife and my dog, worked quickly, and didn't leave until everything was as we expected. All around, this was a 5-star experience, and I additionally feel like we got excellent value for our dollar in the quality of the product and the experience of the sale and delivery.

Sick and Tired of the harassing sales staff. I walked in to look at clearance options, and I have been there before and knew where it was. The woman at the door, Marianne I believe her name was, greeted me and then would not leave me alone. I told her respectfully that I did not need her help, that I just wanted to browse. She would not accept that and kept prying at personal details. She NEEDED to know what type of furniture I was looking for, why I needed it, and how much I wanted to spend. Legitimately the worst type of helicopter sales staff I’ve ever seen. Likely will not return if that is how I will be treated.

Hello, I've been to Ashley store many times and they have always been very kind but this time I've met a very nice agent who take care of us to exactly what our needs were and also getting the couch that we needed at the measurement that we needed for our house without over trying to sell us anything that we don't need. Now me and my wife did shop around for a long time looking for a couch such as going from Bob Furniture to Levins and also Value City but the reason why you came back to Ashley store is because the agent was so kind enough to work out a special promo for us which was better than any of the other stores and also the kindness that was shown to us throughout the whole process I would definitely recommend my family and friends to at least take a look at Ashley Furniture due to the fact that they are very nice selection and also very kind agents who are helping us. I ordered on line. A daybed and trundle set. The shipment got mixed up and there was a delay in one of the parts. I was able to get updates whenever I reached out to them. The replacement was shipped out promptly. My suggestion - The updates, which were available, which I got when I called them could have been sent by them to me proactively. Lastly, the quality of the items ordered as well as the instructions to assemble were excellent.

I traveled from the South Hills of Pittsburgh to check out the furniture selection at Ashley’s. Upon entering I instantly felt welcomed and was greeted by various employees. I ended up working with Steven who is wonderful! He took the time to understand my vision and answered my many questions along the way. Steven is extremely knowledgeable about the furniture that Ashley’s offers and he has a great eye for concept and design. Overall my experience was a 10/10!

Great all around customer service staff and delivery! We got the premium coverage on our couch and when a spring broke we thought it could hopefully be repaired. They said we were within warranty but couldn't get the parts and offered credit or cash. We chose the credit because we love the products there. Ask for Rachel, she's the best! Gives you plenty of space & time, finds the best in your price range, explains coverages/discounts well, and understands concerns about pets! Plus the delivery service they use is great, they really care about your house and clean up all the packaging in a quickly & efficiently.

Less than three years ago I made a large purchase in this store, a living room set, a bedroom set with a king size bed and its respective mattress, Beautyrest brand, I went to the store because this mattress, which was supposed to have a 10-year warranty, is totally crafted, it has a pillow top that has enormous gaps, almost channels, making sleeping on it cause back pain to an unbearable point. They told us that we should send the claim to obtain a credit for a new mattress, however today I received a response saying that they could not continue with the claim due to “excessive stains” and that they would not accept a new claim for this mattress, also they “advised me” how to put my mattress to good use by placing it on a good base. Since the day we bought it we have used it with a protector, on the basis that the bed we bought from them comes with, so it is evident that they are grabbing any excuse not to change the mattress, the 10-year warranty is a deception for me, it is a shame that a store that is not economical sells products that are defective and that even though they are not their brand, they are not able to process the claim when it is evident that they have manufacturing defects. Very disappointed in this response.

So far so good. Stopped at store yesterday to look at particular couch, Arlene helped me out and took my information. She gave me copy of total cost with her number on it. I had to see if it fit first. Next day called back number and she contacted me shortly after. Took card number, explained everything and I should be getting a couch in about a week. What happens next, remains to be seen…

My wife and I bought a bed frame, paid in full cash. We were told it would take 1 month to get. That was a lie, then my wife called & the told her the headboard was done they were waiting on the rails to be completed, that was another lie. Then she called again, they told her the headboard & the rails weren't completed & they were waiting on that. That was a lie. Then they blamed it on shipping. Said they would sent us out a temp bed frame. We waited 3 days for 2 guys to deliver a bed frame in a small box. They put it together in less than 10 minutes. The guys also said they have a lot of these at the store. My wife could've went there & picked it up & we could've had it together that night. Instead, we waited 3 days. We aren't getting our bed frame until March. Last piece of funiture we are buying from Ashley. Not very happy Ashley furniture customers. Never again.

I had planned to visit this store later this month but ended going today. Tom was my salesperson and he was extremely personable and helpful. No pressure tactics. I have difficulty moving around and thankfully they had a wheelchair available. Tim even pushed me to look at other items. All in all I left the store feeling very satisfied with my purchase and will probably go back once I’m settled in my new place and know what I need. I also witnessed other salespeople going out of their way to assist other customers. Great experience.

I was amazed at how seamlessly I was able to pick out a piece of furniture for a friend. Steve was my salesperson and he never once pushed me into purchasing anything. He took the time to tell me how things would be delivered in the cost for everything. I found the perfect love seat for my friend, paid for it and I think my whole time in that store was maybe 25 minutes. I would definitely go back there if I were looking for any other furniture.

Went in on 3 different occasions to purchase a living room and area rug. Unfortunately we found the same sectional online for hundreds cheaper but we did buy the carpet there. The second salesperson was a little too much but the 1st and 3rd visit was fine. They do have a side selection and my carpet was delivered earlier than expected.

Such a great place, 1st time here, as soon as we walked in the store Tiffini greated us with a smile and was so cheerful and no pressure, she was so helpful and directed us to exactly what we were looking for. They have a Cafe Bar in the back that you can take advantage of for free, how nice! We found exactly what we wanted in the price range we had in mind. I will definitely return for future purchases. She was so calm & knowledgeable about the inventory, she took us right to the couch & loveseat we were looking for. The price was excellent & purchasing was painless! I totally recommend Ashley! I purchased two recliners around November 1. They have both broke because according to the store repair man that came to fix them, that the chairs were no put together correctly. It is now January 21 and they are not fixed. We are waiting for new motors?????. How long should I be waiting. The one broke almost immediately. The other took longer to not work. They are electric recliners. The sales person could care less about the problem. She got her sale.

We purchased a dining set approximately 2 yrs ago, and also got the extended warranty offered. We recently noticed a area on our table that had cluster of areas bubbling up, upon calling, 1. They conveniently couldn't find our account, but finally got that resolved 2. I filled out requsted form a and emailed that and pictures to warranty service. Well we just got a callback telling us it's not covered under warranty because we don't know what caused the issue. Believe me if I knew, I would have stated it. It's absolutely disappointing that they don't honor warrenty (I have a copy of ours, and it states all damage except from pets is covered), but yet they have no problem pushing you to purchase one and taking your money. So buyer beware, do your research before making any purchases from here or Levin furniture who owns Ashley's. We will no longer give them our business.

I was looking to add a piece to a modular sofa I already purchased and Brandon my associate handle with great customer service.

Arlene helped us out and she was absolutely amazing. We had been everywhere with no luck of finding what we were looking for. We walked in and Arlene treated us with the perfect care and professionalism. If anyone is going to Ashley they should ask for no one else other than Arlene.

I was able to find what I went in for. But felt very rushed and sales pressure. When I arrived I told the greeter what I was looking for and stated I needed no help. She continued to follow us around the store. It was very awkward. I would have appreciated space to converse about what I was looking for with my group over feeling like I had to whisper since she was so close.

I had both positive and negative experience at this store. Let me start with the positive. Few weeks back we went to see recliner choices at this store and we was welcomed by Nate Ferrick. He gave details about all the recliners and was patient enough with us and answered all the questions. Though we were not able to decide immediately. We came back in 2 weeks and ordered the one we liked and he gave us the price match and the overall experience was great. Again after 2 weeks we went to the same store and ordered a lift up coffee table and since Nate was no. there we were assisted by another Mary Ann Liga and this time our experience was not great. Though she was smiling but the way she spoke she was not customer friendly. I hope the management should teach people like her on how to be customer friendly so people have good customer experience.

This was soley based on their "customer service" representative Desiree. Who apparently hates her job, i guess God forbid you had to answer the phone and answer a simple question. She clearly was unknowledgable and just didnt care about my concern and was quick to just say her robotic answer. Not my fault that on the receipt YOU all send out you put one delivery company and yet a different one reaches out to say "hey we're delivering your furniture." Her answer was "must have been a typo." Well okay, Desiree , its an automated response when you get a receipt. Pretty sure someone doesnt personally type it out. ALSO the company that says their delivering is NO WHERE on the local ashley website as ashleys delivery company.

See Mary Anne; She makes magic happen. Received my bedroom set in TWO days as well as contact information to a service who cleared out and removed my old furniture. Those who delivered and set up this furniture were careful, efficient, and pleasant. Then I recently ordered a sofa sleeper which will be delivered before Christmas. Ashley's inventory is impressive, pricing is decent, quality is excellent, and the helpfulness of a salesperson like Mary Anne is the grand finale.

We found the dining set that interested us on Ashley's website. We met with store rep Richard Berdy and he directed us to our item. After selecting it, he told us to feel free to wander around the store. We ended up purchasing new living room tables that were much needed. We wanted lighter colored furniture, for both rooms, to brighten up our home and found exactly what met our need at Ashley. Kudos to Richard....pleasant, good sense of humor and pressure free browsing!

Got my loveseat at the height of Covid where nothing was in stock and there was an 8 month wait. My loveseat came with a hole in the back of it. The repair man they sent told me they constructed the couch wrong and used fabric for a 3 seater for a 2 seater. He had to cut the fabric since everything was rushed. After about a year and a half, the couch starts ripping as people are sitting on it. When we further inspect it, there was nothing inside the couch for support. No beams, no springs, no plywood. Just a tarp-like fabric. When I called into Ashley furniture customer service, they said since it didn't break during the manufacturer 1 year warranty, there is nothing they can do. They rushed production, sent me a piece of crap couch and then won't do anything to help. Would rate zero stars if I could. Stay away from here! Terrible products for the price and even worse "customer service." See pics below to see the no support under the cushions.

There were so many options, the store was clean and nicely laid out. The salespeople were kind and offered assistance, but were not pushy. I spent a lot of time there, looking at everything, trying everything out, then narrowing down my favorites, then finally making a selection. MaryAnn answered all of my questions (sometimes multiple times!), went over the contract thoroughly, and also spent some time engaging with my 9-year old son who was with me. UPDATE: My furniture showed up today (15 days late) and the delivery guys promptly shattered my front door. This experience has been a joke. I spent $8500 at the Ross Park store only because I was promised a delivery on 10/17. It is now 10/26, and my delivery date just got moved back to 11/1, which is the THIRD time I have been called with a later delivery date so I have no hope that it will actually show up. I just moved into a new house and do not even have a bed to sleep on. I could have gotten a bed the same day from Bob's instead, but now am endlessly waiting hoping my furniture will arrive.

I ordered two wall sconces and decided I only needed one. I attempted to return it in the store and they informed me that online purchases can not be returned in stores. When asked how I can return it, the store said they do not know. After figuring out how, I returned one. I never received a refund. I have contacted them 3 times now and each time they gave an excuse to why I did not get my money back yet, however acknowledged they received the return. I keep getting the same “please wait 3-5 days”. If you want your money back, good luck.

A little disappointed that I wandered around this store for 15 minutes without any sales person asking if I needed anything. They were more interested in chatting with each other, or eating. I passed plenty of them who weren’t helping anybody, and were pretty much going out of their way to not approach me. I finally went to the person watching the door, and he was extremely helpful! Unfortunately, the piece I was looking for was discontinued by the manufacturer, but my second choice was available, he got it ordered for me. Thanks, Nate!

Was great untill we got the couch to our house. hasnt worked since we bought it in sep. They sent us a used recliner. The main power station doesnt work. Which runs two recliners and all the touch controls. The left recliner didnt even show up with feet on it. so it tips over when u sit on it. Restocking fee is so high. As of right now im so unhappy with their products. See what they do to resolve my issues.

This place is totally awesome! By far the largest furniture store I’ve ever visited. The selection is incredible, with every range of pricing imaginable! And the sales force, specifically Mr. Winston McKeever is a treasure to work with. No shadow pressure here! If you’re looking for furniture, this place has everything imaginable. But be sure to ask for Mr. Winston!!

Most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in a store. The second I walked in, I was greeted with “What can we help you find?” And I said “Just browsing queen bed frames” to which I’m told “well we have 40 something bed frames all around the store”, and I walked away. Whole time I was walking around, the employee was following us, instead of letting us browse. So we just left. As we left, I said “thank you guys” to the woman at the podium, and she gave us a dirty look and said nothing.

Brandon was great. He showed us a lot of furniture, was receptive to our wants and needs, was patient, walked at a controlled pace, and was very easy to work with. We tried another store, and the rep rushed around the store, talked really fast, and wasn't very patient while we worked through what our vision was. Brandon was the complete opposite, and it was really refreshing.

I was really happy with my sales person and everything thing he taught me about picking out the right chair. Super bummed delivery was gonna take so long (almost a month) to have delivered and it is 200$ wondering if I'd do better picking it up myself with a uhaul....

I purchased furniture online. I assumed it would be delivered by Ashley, like the bedroom set I had ordered a couple of years ago. I was wrong, it got delivered 1 day early in the rain by Fedex. The coffee table was severely damaged. I contacted customer service. They expect me to box this back up and take it to a Fedex location to return it!! It was almost crated, wood framing, stapled container, padding and shrink wrapped. Meanwhile, there’s a store not more than 4 miles from my home! Surely there’s delivery trucks in the area that could pick this up for a return! They said it’s “cosmetic “ damage and only offered a 10% refund. I bought brand new, I expect brand new. I am so stressed over this lack of customer support. The big chunk taken out of this coffee table is the very first thing you see when you walk into the room. Online buyers BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

This was our second purchase at Ashley's in the past three months with Nate as our salesperson. We still need a few more pieces. Ashley will be our place to shop.

After speaking w/someone by phone we went to the McKnight Ashley store. We were greeted at the door but chose to look a bit on our own…we don’t like feeling pressured. When we narrowed our choice of power recliners we asked for a sales person. Steven was very patient & knowledgable, willing to spend time on our questions & made great comparisons & suggestions. He did not pressure sell! We left the store to discuss our options & returned shortly to have Steven complete our purchase. We had a very positive experience & we’re looking forward to our delivery.

Mattress shopping made easy! With the expertise of Rachel Haas, buying a new mattress was an easy and educational experience. She explained the differences between the mattress types, helped my try out the different firmnesses to determine which one was best for me, helped me understand the concept of the Split King mattress, and together we made a great selection.

Told them exactly what I was looking for and showed a few choices of that. Not pushes , gave me all the time needed to look around . Very polite and knew his job well.

Megan Horn was our sales associate, and she did a phenomenal job, no pressure and made sure we had everything we needed!

We entered the store and was greeted by Rachel Haas, she was so pleasant and informative. We were in search of two recliner chairs she showed us where they were and directed us to shop for the one we liked and was comfortable for us. She would check back in with us to see how we were doing. We chose 2 we liked and after choosing the colors we decided to finance. Rachel was so very helpful in assisting us in this process, we also choose the Platinum Coverage for both on her suggestion and were very pleased with it. We purchased a living room set and Nate, who was our salesperson took care of us. We had everything delivered and found the furniture did not fit well. We called Nate and he worked it out with his manager to take back the items and replaced with a smaller set. He was able to take care of charges and issued a partial savings return. Very professional and accommodating as was the same with management. We will turn around and spend the savings on other items in the store anyway. Marvelous customer service.!!

This store's choices of what to sell always confuse me. I have bought both a couch and a mattress here now, but both times the thing I was wanting before I came in the store just wasn't there at all, and it took quite a search to finally settle on something else. The salespeople are always great though, and this time I was lucky enough that there was one of the mattress I wanted in the store and I was able to take to with me rather than waiting for delivery.

We wanted to replace our deck furniture. After visiting several other outdoor furniture stores, we stopped as Ashley. They had a square counter table with four barstool height chairs made of manufactured wood materials which was reasonably priced. We can't wait for our new table and chairs to arrive, so we can enjoy eating on our deck.

I had a great experience with Ashley’s. I ordered my sofa over the phone after I saw it in the store in a different state. Unfortunately, at time of delivery, the sofa did not fit in my elevator so they had to take it back. Steven, the salesman contacted me right away and suggested a different similar option which would be in two pieces. In 2 days, the sofa was delivered to my place and was perfect. I was not charged for the first failed delivery either!

Meh! Why would I bother going INTO the actual store when the salesperson, Maryanne was just curt and rude. Obviously anxious to get me off the phone to continue harassing people that come into the store is my guess ($$$$?). Also, not worth spending your money in-store cos you can find their EXACT brand and designs on other websites 30-50% cheaper.

Greeted as soon as we came in. Richard showed us around and gave us space to decide on things. Very helpful and friendly.

The Ashley store in the North Hills is top notch. They have Quality Furniture and their customer service personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful. Tim was extremely helpful and pointing Us in the right direction on things that would fit our room dimensions and coordinate with our colors. He even checked other items that would coordinate with our living room set and suggest them, things that we would not have known about the were online only. I would highly recommend this store for Quality Furniture and outstanding customer service.🙂

She has responded to all of my txts and was prompt at helping me with every piece of furniture I ordered over the last year. Also, Sherry Grall-Schnebel who answers the phone is nothing short of an angel. She goes out of her way to make sure any and all issues are dealt with in a timely manner: it's always a joy to call the store on McKnight road and she answers the phone!

Sales rep ordered a counter height table with bar height stools. I asked repeatedly if the table was bar height also and was told yes. Waited two weeks for delivery, only to find out the day prior to delivery that they ordered the counter height table and bar height stools. Called. Apparently, they did not make this table at bar height. Had to cancel order. Waste of time, she clearly did not know what she was talking about.

Went in today to look at a new sofa. I was greeted (by Winston). I highly recommend you check out this place. They have a great selection of furniture. If you do go don't mind the 2 stars bc the pandemic has ruined a lot of things... and merchandise wasn't shipped when promised... this is the 2nd purchase I made from here n had nothing but great service. I purchased a sectional from Winston, if u go in plz ask for him. He didn't push us into anything, a real down to earth guy. He did a good job with everything and can't wait to sit n relax on my new sofa/sectional.

I was surprised that the delivery could be scheduled within a week. Delivery staff were polite and punctual. Overall, it a very good experience.

Ashley had an excellent selection of high quality outdoor sets. Found the perfect one and it was even on clearance. I'll definitely check back for other rooms soon. Brandon Tallon gave excellent service without being pushy.

Sales gal Arlene was extremely helpful with my purchase. However, this store's return policy is NOT the same as provided by Ashley on line who quotes 30 day return. And was not explained at time of purchase. Beware of the fine print!!! This store only guarantees a THREE (3) DAY RETURN. by 3 days with normal wear, a customer may not know how well the furniture will hold up as far as quality of construction. This store refuses to honor the main Ashley return policy as stated on the website. At 21 days the sofa demonstrated signs of sagging and clearly will not hold up reasonably over time. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT YOU WILL HAVE A VERY NARROW WINDOW TO RETURN; AND ALL FEES WILL BE INCURRED BY YOU THE CUSTOMER WHICH IS CLOSE TO 200.00. It makes us feel like the burden of the purchase and quality of goods is on the buyer. I feel like I bought a used car lemon. I feel taken advantage of with a poor product that I bought expecting a good product.

She introduced herself, gave us some information about the products and where to find product information on their signs then left us to browse the store. She checked on us and by then we had some questions. Purchased a sectional that would fit in our livingroom and the process was a breeze.

Was greeted immediately, very detailed layout of the store. Gave me breathing room to browse after the tour, and got me what I needed very quickly. The price in the store was more expensive than the online price, so she matched it for me too. Miss Maryanne was a big help!

Fantastic experience. Plumm was excellent. I knew what I wanted, we found it and I bought it. Easy peasy and I can’t wait for the table to be delivered!

We were waited on very promptly. We weren’t pressured. We casually look around then found the couch we liked and proceeded to look at mattresses. Our sales women explained the difference in them and we then closed the deal.

Stephen is the best! We walked around the store multiple times trying to decide what we liked and wanted. Stephen listened to our likes and dislikes and pointed out furniture based on these things. We have purchased a bed and mattress, and came back for a dining set. We have intentions of purchasing more and will also ask for Stephen.

Very helpful help me select my furniture

Their service and quality has downgraded from my last year purchase. We bought sofa set in March and the have been delivering used, ragged and with all the black marks. On refusing delivery they said not sure if the other shipment would be better. They were right and second time as well it's the same. It's been 3 months for now, let's see if they can deliver new sofa to us. The problem is nobody is point of contact here or taking the responsibility. It's their process. We called customer care while taking the delivery , they mentioned that they can't help much here other than rejecting the delivery. We had availed their cleaning service as well , but they said it can't be cleaned. Please feel free to suggest us if you are in the similar situation.

My furniture experience with Ashley was a positive one. Megan Horn was a good sales rep who took the time to listen to what we needed and then showed us our options. We were not rushed or pressured and went home to measure and think about our decision. The order process was smooth and the delivery personnel were friendly. We did have one small issue with a loveseat upon delivery and the tech came out within the week to correct the problem. Everyone was responsive and communicative. We are now a month into owndership and furniture has met our expectations so far. I will come here again for future furniture needs.
