Let me tell you about my boy Winston. I have bough ALOT of furniture from Ashley furniture. I have had some good sales people... and some not so good. Winston was PHENOMENAL. He made sure we were taken care of from the time i called on the phone looking to see if the couch was on the show room floor or not. He made sure we understood every penny we spent and every penny we saved. This man was truly one of the NICEST people. I can't express enough how happy I am that Winston answered the phone yesterday! And that he was able to help my wife and I buy a couch and deal with our 2 year old. You need a new couch? You need a lamp? You need a rug?? Winston is 100% your guy! And congrats on selling the first Mod Max II!! Next time i want the confetti to drop from the ceiling!!

I called today and had the pleasure of working with Winston who not only got me exactly what I wanted, but even found some price savings for me! When I called back 10 minutes later to switch my quote to a sale I spoke with Shirley who was absolutely fantastic! She found out there might be a gap in my bed arriving and my move in date by 2-3 days so I joked about sleeping on my mattress on the floor like I was in college and she said absolutely not we are going to get you a loaner bed in for those days if it doesn’t come in early. I have never experienced such amazing service and throughly enjoyed the whole process over the phone. Can’t wait to meet them and thank them in person!

This is the second time that I have made a purchase from Ashley Store, the first one being online. My husband and I went into the store with an idea of the livingroom furniture that we wanted. Walked in with my twenty-some daughter who is moving this weekend and is looking to furnish her apartment in a different state. The woman at the front desk greeted us; the kid started talking. The saleswoman focused on me and didn't seem pleased when I deferred to my daughter. She showed us the least expensive item on our list and walked away, but only after confirming we couldn't order from her and have it delivered in my kid's new city (where there's another Ashley store). She COULD have helped my kid pick out the exact items she wanted so they could be ordered online and delivered when we arrive in town. She COULD have found a way to reach out to the Ashley store in the kid's new city and helped a salesperson there get the commission (pay it forward, ya know?). She COULD have been helpful and a hero and this review would be glowing about an employee who went over and above. Instead, the saleswoman chose to go back to her post and greet... the absolute lack of customers who came in behind us.

Arlene is the best! She assisted us again in finding the perfect bedroom furniture for our 11 year old daughter. She also helped us find a recliner love seat couch and matching recliner for our game room that is perfect for our needs as well as end tables. She took the time to walk us around to also find a cabinet for our living room (showing us many different options that I had saved online) to make sure I viewed them all in person. We really enjoyed the process with Arlene and would definitely recommend going to her for any furniture needs.

We recently moved cross-country and, while waiting for our moving truck to arrive, decided to invest in a new sectional. Mark Corry greeted me as we entered the store and was helpful as we tried several options. We eventually found a sectional that the whole family immediately felt was "just right." Mark went the extra mile to help me coordinate a pick-up and provided direct contact in case any issues arose (they didn't.) It's only been a week, but we've very much enjoyed family time on our new sectional!

We had such a good experience with Megan. She listened to what we were looking for and is extremely knowledgeable of each store product. This store is lucky to have her! We will not hesitate to come back for future purchases!

First time buying living room furniture and it was quite an easy process! Megan was extremely helpful and made sure I was getting the best prices for the items I was purchasing. This purchase was less than satisfying. When I entered the building someone greeted me said look around and he'll come find me. He didn't I walked around the store not one sales person approached me. I walk back to the front to recieve assistance from the same guy that was to come find me. I walked past several employees and no one offered assistance. I looked around for area rugs which were all over the North Hills store. Once I found what I wanted I took it to the salesman, he began to oder I told him what size rug i wanted it was clearly marked 9'6. I said that's the size I wanted he said, ok. When it arrived of course wrong size. I found out the don't sale the rug in the size I wanted. I actually purchase the same rug in 2 different sizes they sent my different colors. Instead of them trying to fix it the just didn't return the call. North Hills Ashley Furniture is very unprofessional, lazy. Stay away from the guy with the locs. Very unsatisfied with this store stay clear of the North Hills Ashley Furniture.

Winston did an exceptional job from start to finish. We were looking for lamps for our living room and his suggestions were a bright idea. Lamps arrived much earlier than anticipated and we are very pleased. Winston’s sales and service were top-of-the-line.

I have decided to edit my last review, why because the experience that I have gotten from Ashley Furniture has went downhill, as I stated before I was told the mattress I wanted they didn't have then I was pressured into buying a mattress that cost $100 more, what I was not told was you cannot use that mattress with box springs and the mattress was supposed to be a medium ended up being a firm and was hard as a rock, I scheduled a replacement mattress they brought that mattress today there was a misunderstanding about what mattress should be brought what mattress should have been taken back, there delivery driver eventually swore at me several times called his boss and got back in the truck and drove off, I contacted the store manager and I told them I was canceling my order, I was told, well we don't cancel or exchange anything under $1,000, sales under $800 are final I was just trying to be nice to you. Mind you none of this was explained to me in the store, so in other words if you're not Filthy Rich and can pay $2,000 to $3,000 for a mattress you get treated like crap, I was talked to like I was some kind of dog, not only by the drivers but by this gentleman that was supposed to be the manager, I feel if I'm laying out money to pay for something not buying it on credit but paying out right cash for it, I should deserve the same type of treatment that you give those wealthy customers and I honestly believe when it comes down to it, it has something to do with the color of my skin

I wentn today for accessories and was waited on by Victoria. She was very helpful, professional and so nice ! I used my credit from a warranty that I never needed to use. They had sent a reminder letting me know how long I had before it expired! That was so thoughtful ! She also made sure that my purchases were wrapped professionally to prevent breakage. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful working together! This was my second purchase here , always leaving very pleased! I will continue shopping at Ashley's for decor and highly recommend them for great service and quality products! 💯🙂

Misleading Coverage Plan & Poor Quality Table – Avoid Ashley Furniture I purchased a table along with a "Protection Plan" from Ashley Furniture in 2024. The table’s wood veneer began peeling within 1 year of normal use. ###Key Issues### * Low-Quality Materials: The veneer is shockingly thin and started peeling at tabletop. See the pictures attached. * Denied Warranty Claim: Despite purchasing Ashley’s coverage plan, my claim was rejected. The store falsely blamed "normal usage," even though peeling veneer within a year indicates poor craftsmanship, not wear and tear. Save your money—Ashely sells poor quality furniture and do not honor their protection plan.

Simply and seamless ordering process. Called a local Ashley store to redeem a coupon and the entire transaction took fewer than 10 minutes. Outstanding.

I saw something on line that was perfect for my game room, but decided to go to the store to make sure the color was what O expected! A nice lady met me at the door and helped me find the piece I was looking for and explained everything very precisely and I was sold! I haven’t received it yet but the sales part was perfect, friendly, but professional and quick. Oh and she gave me 15% off for coming into the store. A win win

Mike is awesome to work with-he quickly understood what we were looking for and gave us some great ideas but was never pushy. We told her we were at multiple stores and just wanted the dinette set and we ended up buying everything at Ashley because of Victoria. She is a bonus to your store.

I had a poor experience here. My husband and I went on a Saturday to browse and possibly look at power lift recliners. We were greeted by a sales person named Joann when we walked in. We let her know we were just looking and didn't need any assistance. She gave us her card. We decided to look at recliners first, so we walked back. I turned around to test one out and could see Joann not far from us. I did not acknowledge her. I went to test another recliner and she walked over to me. She then told me that I do not need a power lift recliner because I am "young." I let her know the reason I was looking for a power lift recliner is because I have a bad back and past spinal surgery (something that can happen to someone of any age). That was when she decided that maybe I did need a power lift recliner and advised me they are very helful for a bad back. How do you expect to get a sale telling a customer they don't need what they want? Obviously this interaction was very off putting. I walked away to where my husband was in the mattress section and we kind of looked through the rest of the store. Every time we turned around Joann was there a short distance away. We went into the clearance/outlet area and she actually sat at a display dining room table, watching us. It felt high pressure, and was not welcome especially after we told her we didn't want assistance. If we had decided to buy there we would have found her to do that. We left the outlet section near the front of the store and booked it out. We went to a different furniture store in the same plaza and had a pleasant experience w/ a wonderful salesperson & purchased a $2,000 recliner. Joann is the reason I did not make a purchase from this store & also why I will never return. I understand there are different sales people who may provide a better experience, but this was my personal experience. First impressions are lasting impressions.

We've had a lot of success at Ashley's and have purchased a lot of pieces from there. My 1 star review today is due to the lack of accountability and poor Customer Service. I've been dealing with a damaged product since November 2024. They've attempted to deliver the product 4 times. The product quality is horrible and definitely not worth the cost of what I paid. I've gotten the run around from the store and customer service for weeks now regarding a credit or for them to do anything to assist with this ongoing issue.

Do not purchase the platinum protection plan. They will tell ya if in so many years if you have no claims with this protection plan , you will receive a refund. That’s what they tell ya to get more money out of you. Then when the 5 yrs are up. They won’t refund the money. It’s a store voucher so they can make more money off of you.

This store is the absolutely worst furniture store I have ever been to. I bought a dining room set and chair plus ottoman. 2 dining chairs were falling apart and the zipper on the cushion fell apart. The worst customer service they were no help I do not recommend this place.

I don't usually give reviews If I could give 0 stars to this company I would. Experience I had was extremely unpleasant and strongly encourage anyone reading this to pay the extra money and shop anywhere but Levin Furniture and Ashley Furniture in the Western-PA area. I purchased a couch 11/24 and promptly received order confirmation (great). On 11/30 I noticed a charge on my credit card that was not approved by Ashley Furniture. After calling in about this unknown charge I found out that Ashley furniture (corporate) sold some franchises to Levin Furniture and that I needed to speak to Levin. Once transferred I was educated that all Ashley stores and website sales have different internal systems which direct sales orders differently. Since my sale was done online, I needed to be transferred to the website team (which is overseas). After seven transfers I get connected with someone in my local store in Western-PA. He is extremely apologetic and assures me that he can cancel the mysterious charge, no problem. The mysterious charge ended up being a protection plan that was auto-populated on their site and needs you to un-check the box. I un-checked the box and some systems had invoices for my order showing no protection plan, with other systems showing I had a protection plan.. *side comment* the lack of transparency in these systems was astonishing In an attempt to cancel only the protection plan, the representative cancels the entire order. He then tells me I need to speak to corporate to reinstate my order. Upon the eighth (8) transfer I speak to a women named Michele, who was awful. Very awkward and strange conversation that ultimately distills to they cannot reinstate my order and I will have to replace it online and the delivery is going to be pushed out another two weeks. Sad to say I am going to go to Amazon to purchase the furniture I had ordered originally through Ashley. It's experiences like this that make me wonder, why even go anywhere else. Ashley Furniture, you suck. Respectfully,

We found a couch we loved in San Jose at the Ashley store there but when we talked to the sales associate he said that we would have to order our custom Acklen Place reclining sectional from a store in Pittsburgh (since that's where we needed it). We called the store in Ross Township and got connected with Megan - she was AMAZING. Literally like in the middle of her Thanksgiving week with what I'm sure was crazy holiday sales and her trying to be with her family she was able to help us build this custom piece and ship it to PGH on the exact day we needed it. She was so communicative and patient and kind.- we will be an Ashley home furniture customer for life!

We had already found the love seat that we wanted at the Keesler AFB Base Exchange (BX), so it was pretty easy for our sales rep (Megan) to find the love seat. When it came up on the computer, the price was well above the BX's price, but Megan was able to get our price down to below the BX's low price. Thanks for the help, Megan. Also, when she found out that we were going to another store (a jewelry store) she put us in touch with a friend at that store - that was another good experience thanks to Megan's recommendation.

We were very impressed with not only the quality and selection of the furniture but also the very helpful and knowledgeable salesman Nate who stood by us and made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered.

Have had our couch for a year and the seats still aren’t right after customer service rep adding new stuffing and foam. We had to also wait for over a month for some of the stuffing to come in. Called to have someone come out, but past warranty by a couple weeks. Will be buying a Love Sac next time.

This store has a nice variety of inventory to look at, and it is nicely laid out. The staff were helpful with questions but not intrusive as I looked around. I worked with Victoria Scoumis for the purchase of our recliner, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated that she answered questions and found solutions for our needs without pressuring us - we felt she was honest and up front about all our options. We would shop here again for other furniture needs in the future.

We had a great experience shopping for a sofa. Mark was our origional sales rep and he was very cordial and knowledgeable, however, we had to come back another day and unfortunately, Mark was not there, so Rachael helped us. When we were ready to pay, Rachael was busy with another customer, so another rep helped ,Maryanne, and she was awesome. They all do work as a team and that really makes for a great customer experience! As a follow up, we returned again to buy a dining room table, and as always, we had great service, especially, Mark.

The worst customer service experience, since they didn’t help me at all and they rejected my claim because according to them, since it is a factory problem, they don’t cover it. A few months ago my wife and I bought a sofa bed and it has some factory defects, we bought a coverage plan and even so they say that they don’t cover anything, what a disappointment, I’ll not buy anything from that company again and I don’t recommend it.

In all the years of buying items I have never met a man quite like Winston. He was extremely helpful find respectful and the person that I would love to deal with anytime. He was perfect gentleman to my wife and a guy that I would like to hang around with anytime. I would give him a 15 out of 10

High recommend my man John. He was awesome. Greeted myself and my girlfriend with waters as soon as we walked in. He truly cared about what we want and asked us multiple questions to tailor the experience best to our needs. Ashley has great furniture as well which is a win-win. Ashley provided a pleasant shopping experience for my husband and me, even though we aren't fans of shopping! David, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, attentive, and fun; he took the time to review our floorplan, listened to our goals, and provided multiple options for us. Many thanks! EDIT: The excellent purchase process was marred by a terrible delivery experience. Despite being clearly promoted as a "white glove" delivery, the two delivery workers seemed to be prepared to only leave the furniture on our front porch (subcontractors, from the looks of it -- their vehicle wasn't an Ashley branded truck). My husband removed our storm door himself with some help from them, using our tools to do so, allowing the furniture enough room to fit through the door and into our living room. Afterward, the workers said they were too busy to stay and replace the door. My husband talked with them for 10 minutes, resulting in some shouting, all over a task that would have taken three minutes in total if they'd just agreed to work together. But instead, they wasted 10 minutes telling him they didn't have time. My husband called the delivery dispatcher, who said that there wasn't anything they could do -- and then hung up on him. In the end, my husband replaced the door himself, which is a pretty difficult job to do without the help of a second set of hands. My husband refused to sign for the delivery, because it was not even close to what we'd been promised. Your showroom experience was flawless, but the delivery experience was bush league and very upsetting. Do better, Ashley.

Unfortunately, this store did not live up to honest business practices. My wife and I purchased a 'Flanninrook Twin House Bed Frame' from the clearance section for our child. We specifically asked if there were any issues with it, and we were assured that it was in perfect condition. However, when we tried to assemble it at home, we discovered that one piece was defective, preventing us from securing a screw properly. So, one side of the bed remains loose. It's disappointing not only that the defect wasn't disclosed, but that we were directly misled when we inquired about the item's condition. Very dissatisfied.

I Shopped here & Purchased Everything I Needed for a New Apartment. I am Beyond Regretful that I Ever Stepped Foot into an Ashley's Spending more than 5K on ALL New Furniture! First the Bedroom Chest of Drawers came Damaged & I had to wait Weeks for a New one which Delayed my ability to Unpack. Second the Dresser was Broken, but the Delivery Team Insisted on the Drawer going in. That is until the first time I Opened the Drawer & the Dresser Collapsed causing another Weeks long Wait! Third, the TV Stand was ALL Nicked up because the Delivery Team didn't know how to Install the Fireplace Insert & Trying to Install it from the Front instead of doing it correctly from the Back! Causing yet another Weeks long wait for an Exchange which still isn't Perfect by any means. Fourth, I found a Tear in my Mattress undetermined as to How this happened, they had me Submit Pictures & Offered me a $90 Credit or an Even Exchange. That was a No Brainer, as I Chose an Even Exchange & waited even more Weeks for the Exchange! This Experience with Ashley's has been EXHAUSTING! I had No Idea that they are Affiliated with Levin's! That is until a Levin's Delivery Truck pulled into the Parking Lot of my Apartment Complex. IF I wanted Levin's Furniture, I would have Shopped @ Levin's in the First place! Then I was told by one of the Delivery person's that Ashley's is actually BIG LOT'S Knock Offs! I can't even Describe how DISAPPOINTED I am with Ashley's from Beginning to End! I Wish I could Return ALL of it @ this point partly because I Purchased a 5 Year Warranty that I'm told IF I don't use in 5 Years, I will be Refunded my Money for the Warranty! I am 71 Years Old & Highly Doubt I will Ever see the Warranty Money. A Top-Level Huge Mistake was Ever Walking into an Ashley's in the first place. I'm Stuck with a Bunch of Misfit Furniture that I'm Unhappy & Beyond Disappointed with! GO ANYWHERE ELSE, but my Suggestion would be to start with Big Lots!! They're ALL about the Money & Nothing matters but the Money because they will Inconvenience you until you actually give up! Update: Shortly after Posting this Review, I Received a Message. I Returned the Call & left a Message. Kelly Called me back & was very Apologetic & Sympathetic towards my situation & what I have been going thru. She is trying to Resolve the issues, has Scheduled a Tech to come out on 8/1 & said she will Follow Up with me once their Tech has completed his Visit. This is ALL very much Appreciated because I was really Feeling that no one really could have cared less until I talked to Kelly & @ least now, I Feel that they're willing to work with me to @ least try to Resolve some of the issues I've been having. Thank-You Kelly, I look forward to talking with you again after we see what the Tech that you have Scheduled has to say. I Appreciate your time & Genuine Concern. Update: This is my 6-Month-Old Recliner Sofa Cushion separating Fabric. There doesn't Appear to be a Resolution in Sight, so I've reached out to the PA Attorney General's Consumer Protection for their Help now. I am Hopeful for an amicable Solution to ALL of the issues I have faced & continue to face with Ashley's Furniture. As for the Platinum Warranty that I Paid a whopping $369.83 for, I was also told by my Salesperson Diane Stumpf that IF the Warranty is Not used in 5 Years that it is Fully Refundable. I've come to find out this too is a Store Voucher & Not an actual Refund. I don't have any use for an Ashley's Voucher now or in 5 Years from now! I have only had my Furniture for 6 Months & the Platinum Warranty doesn't even go into effect until after the First Year! I can't even get 6 Months out of this Furniture that I have had Nothing but trouble with & I am Heartbroken to say the least. I am 71 Years Old, I do Not have any Pets, I rarely have Visitors, so there isn't anything or anyone to Blame! It is however clearly the Quality of Ashley's Furniture.

Rachel was great. She allowed us to look at different items and also made sure she was available to answer any and all questions. We had interest in one chair that was a new arrival. Rachel did some research and found a better than marked price through price match. We were at 3 other stores and none of the sales people acted as if sales were not important. Sure happy we stopped at ASHLEY and were helped by Rachel. We purchased the chair. Good job folks. Don't see much of that type of service these days.

I was very disappointed with my sales agent. They’re 2 prices, one the store price the other on-line price. . If I hadn’t checked the internet price I would have paid 350 over internet price. Also internet showed free delivery but was charged delivery fee. I felt that if they had my best interest I would have gotten the internet price. From now on I will purchase online.

I was there about an hour ago and I'm extremely disappointed with your store. I drove almost an hour to see your furniture and immediately upon walking in the lady with red hair started harassing me. I said "I'm just looking" and instead of letting me look she followed me again and said "I'm going to tell you how the store is set up" ..i said thank you and she said yet again " what are you looking for that I can show you" I stated again "I'm just looking" and she said if I had any questions to let her know. Not even five minutes later when I was looking at a couch with my boyfriend and our son and she came up again and said she just wanted to help us. I yet again reiterated " I AM JUST LOOKING ". My son is autistic and was being difficult so my boyfriend took him to our car while I continued looking. I was over by the mattresses and she once again approached me asking if I was looking for mattresses too. At that point I said "yes" and she said here I'll show you some" I was so uncomfortable with the fact that even after I multiple times said I was just looking around that I said I was going to go to the car to have my boyfriend come in and just left. Your store had a few couches I was interested in and would have considered purchasing but i will not be returning back to purchase it. I understand they make commission but when someone states multiple times they just want to look and you won't let them and keep approaching them every 5 minutes it's disrespectful. I can't be the only person who wants to look look around and sit on different couches to find out what they want without a sales associate standing there harassing them.

We arrived late in the evening intending to simply look at what we thought we would buy. We had researched outdoor furniture and it appeared Ashley had just what we wanted. We needed to see it and touch it before committing so much money as we are in need of quite a few pieces. We worked with Arlene Hughes both over the phone and then last evening at the store. Arlene was great! She was patient and extremely helpful in ensuring we going to be happy with what we were buying. Unfortunately, because we went so late in the evening Arlene had to stay after closing hours to help us as we decided to make the purchase. Again, Arlene couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. If you are looking for outdoor furniture I highly recommend the quality of what Ashley has in inventory and the quality of Arlene Hughes to ensure you are a happy customer when you leave!!!

We entered planning to look at a new couch for our living room. Winston greeted us and was friendly and unobtrusive as we browsed. We ended up purchasing both, and a great deal of the reason why was the way Winston and his coworkers looked after us, answered our questions, and were not pushy in any way. Our pieces were delivered yesterday and look exactly as we'd hoped. The delivery was professional and friendly, with excellent communication while they were en route. They were kind to my wife and my dog, worked quickly, and didn't leave until everything was as we expected. All around, this was a 5-star experience, and I additionally feel like we got excellent value for our dollar in the quality of the product and the experience of the sale and delivery.

Sick and Tired of the harassing sales staff. I walked in to look at clearance options, and I have been there before and knew where it was. The woman at the door, Marianne I believe her name was, greeted me and then would not leave me alone. I told her respectfully that I did not need her help, that I just wanted to browse. She would not accept that and kept prying at personal details. She NEEDED to know what type of furniture I was looking for, why I needed it, and how much I wanted to spend. Legitimately the worst type of helicopter sales staff I’ve ever seen. Likely will not return if that is how I will be treated.

Hello, I've been to Ashley store many times and they have always been very kind but this time I've met a very nice agent who take care of us to exactly what our needs were and also getting the couch that we needed at the measurement that we needed for our house without over trying to sell us anything that we don't need. Now me and my wife did shop around for a long time looking for a couch such as going from Bob Furniture to Levins and also Value City but the reason why you came back to Ashley store is because the agent was so kind enough to work out a special promo for us which was better than any of the other stores and also the kindness that was shown to us throughout the whole process I would definitely recommend my family and friends to at least take a look at Ashley Furniture due to the fact that they are very nice selection and also very kind agents who are helping us. I ordered on line. A daybed and trundle set. The shipment got mixed up and there was a delay in one of the parts. I was able to get updates whenever I reached out to them. The replacement was shipped out promptly. My suggestion - The updates, which were available, which I got when I called them could have been sent by them to me proactively. Lastly, the quality of the items ordered as well as the instructions to assemble were excellent.

I traveled from the South Hills of Pittsburgh to check out the furniture selection at Ashley’s. Upon entering I instantly felt welcomed and was greeted by various employees. I ended up working with Steven who is wonderful! He took the time to understand my vision and answered my many questions along the way. Steven is extremely knowledgeable about the furniture that Ashley’s offers and he has a great eye for concept and design. Overall my experience was a 10/10!

Great all around customer service staff and delivery! We got the premium coverage on our couch and when a spring broke we thought it could hopefully be repaired. They said we were within warranty but couldn't get the parts and offered credit or cash. We chose the credit because we love the products there. Ask for Rachel, she's the best! Gives you plenty of space & time, finds the best in your price range, explains coverages/discounts well, and understands concerns about pets! Plus the delivery service they use is great, they really care about your house and clean up all the packaging in a quickly & efficiently.

Less than three years ago I made a large purchase in this store, a living room set, a bedroom set with a king size bed and its respective mattress, Beautyrest brand, I went to the store because this mattress, which was supposed to have a 10-year warranty, is totally crafted, it has a pillow top that has enormous gaps, almost channels, making sleeping on it cause back pain to an unbearable point. They told us that we should send the claim to obtain a credit for a new mattress, however today I received a response saying that they could not continue with the claim due to “excessive stains” and that they would not accept a new claim for this mattress, also they “advised me” how to put my mattress to good use by placing it on a good base. Since the day we bought it we have used it with a protector, on the basis that the bed we bought from them comes with, so it is evident that they are grabbing any excuse not to change the mattress, the 10-year warranty is a deception for me, it is a shame that a store that is not economical sells products that are defective and that even though they are not their brand, they are not able to process the claim when it is evident that they have manufacturing defects. Very disappointed in this response.

I was really pleased with me experience. My salesman Richard kept tabs but wasn't hovering. Let us make our decision and answered all questions. Richard gave us all the information for us to make a good decision.

We went in 30 minutes before close after visiting 2 other stores looking for a new bed. We were met by a super nice saleswoman that gave us the opportunity to walk around casually even though it was so close to closing time. She was extremely helpful and very personable making the buying experience really easy and stress free. The showroom was really nicely put together and didn’t make you feel overwhelmed with the amount of choices. We will definitely be returning in the future for our next furniture purchase.

I went to the Ashley furniture on McKnight road in Pennsylvania and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience salesman Steven Arnold was amazing and made process so easy for ordering!

I visited the store on a busy Saturday and I was promptly greeted by Nate F. who helped me find the perfect accent piece for my living room. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient! 10/10 !!

I was greeted very professionally. Nice raychell took my order explained everything that I needed to know before my order arrives. It was a very good experience.

I purchased a recliner from Rachel and she made the process smooth and simple. That same night I decided that I wanted a different color and the next morning I called the store and a sales associate Informed me that Rachel was off and asked me if she could assist me. I told her my situation and she looked up my order and changed my order. She made this experience so stress free and easy. She was super friendly and helpful (so was Rachel) I thought I was going to have to drive back to the store to take care of this and was so glad they were able to do it over the phone.

Fast, efficient service. Disappointed that some of the things I found online weren't available in the store but they did price match the online price and delivery was the cheapest of any store I shopped at. Looking forward to my new sofa.

When you first walk in you get bombarded with employees asking if you need help but a nice gentleman named Richard helped me and it was very smooth. Only 4 stars because of the constant nagging by the other employees.

I bought a table from online. Tim was so helpful and courteous in processing my order over the phone. I had to drive to the warehouse to pick it up as I needed the table promptly. He advised me to call an hour ahead. I did so and the warehouse was ready for me when I arrived. Very happy with the table!

We stopped in Ashley furniture on McKnight Road to look for an ottoman and found what we wanted and then we purchased a mattress also! My wife and I were very pleased with the whole experience.Everyone in the in this store was very friendly and helpful especially Brandon our sales person.

Richard W was my Furniture Specialist at Ashley's Homestore and he was very attentive,patient and kind. He made my experience pleasant when I was becoming frustrated. I am very satisfied with my selection and I felt welcomed by the other Furniture Specialist as well.

So far so good. Stopped at store yesterday to look at particular couch, Arlene helped me out and took my information. She gave me copy of total cost with her number on it. I had to see if it fit first. Next day called back number and she contacted me shortly after. Took card number, explained everything and I should be getting a couch in about a week. What happens next, remains to be seen…

My wife and I bought a bed frame, paid in full cash. We were told it would take 1 month to get. That was a lie, then my wife called & the told her the headboard was done they were waiting on the rails to be completed, that was another lie. Then she called again, they told her the headboard & the rails weren't completed & they were waiting on that. That was a lie. Then they blamed it on shipping. Said they would sent us out a temp bed frame. We waited 3 days for 2 guys to deliver a bed frame in a small box. They put it together in less than 10 minutes. The guys also said they have a lot of these at the store. My wife could've went there & picked it up & we could've had it together that night. Instead, we waited 3 days. We aren't getting our bed frame until March. Last piece of funiture we are buying from Ashley. Not very happy Ashley furniture customers. Never again.
