Sick and Tired of the harassing sales staff. I walked in to look at clearance options, and I have been there before and knew where it was. The woman at the door, Marianne I believe her name was, greeted me and then would not leave me alone. I told her respectfully that I did not need her help, that I just wanted to browse. She would not accept that and kept prying at personal details. She NEEDED to know what type of furniture I was looking for, why I needed it, and how much I wanted to spend. Legitimately the worst type of helicopter sales staff I’ve ever seen. Likely will not return if that is how I will be treated.
Megan was so incredibly friendly and helpful. After I spent several frustrating days of trying to order a sofa for my daughter through corporate, she was able to help me place the order and arrange quick delivery and set up. Will be returning for my future furniture needs in the Pittsburgh area. Thank you Megan!

Worked with Nate the sales representative. He listened to what I was looking for and directed me to the style furniture I was seeking. No pressure. Nate answered all my questions and let me describe what I was trying to accomplish.it it's now the end of April and still haven’t received my furniture that was purchased in January.. Three times delayed. Today I was told mid June! Spoke to customer service and they didn’t know what to tell me other than they would have the store call me. As of this hour no call from them.
