Amazing experience. Eric Cain greeted my mother and I nicely and welcoming and helped us from the start to finish on finding the most perfect couch I could ask for to have in my living room. It was the size I needed, the color I wanted, and within the price range of my budget! Amazing experience and I highly recommend asking for Eric when you go to Ashley furniture!
On the day of my sectional being delivered I found a damaged part. I found it about 5 min after the delivery men left. I immediately called the store, they said the piece would be replaced. Instead I somehow get the run around and have to deal with a different department who handles the deliveries only to be told they will send someone to “fix it”. And to add not till the end of March. A brand new piece of furniture should not have to be fixed. It should be replaced. This is the first and probably last time I will order from Ashley, very disappointed.
I went in today to buy a new bedroom set. Mark Houck was great!! He presented me a few different options. Offered me deferred interest financing. I bought a nice bedroom set. I would recommend going to see Mark for all your furniture needs. Very nice, quality, long lasting furniture!!!
