From the moment I walked In the door and met my sales associate Janet, she made my experience One of the better ones I ever had Shopping for furniture. She was not pushing, She told me to Just walk around and see if I find anything I liked. She actually asked me if It was okay for her to check on me in a little bit. It was very nice to have somebody ask me instead of Just following me around like a hawk following their prey. I think a lot of sales people could learn from her. Worst customer service ever. Don't bother getting the insurance on the furniture as you lose more work days and could have just bought other furniture with all that time missed from work. They are not helpful at all. We have 2 identical recliners and one has been constantly breaking from the day we got it. They have been out multiple times ( over 5 or 6) that's a lot of missed work days for me and still frustrated as it's completely broken again. Our other recliner works like it should. Why don't they just replace this one with a quality one and be done.
we bought a sectional and 2 identical recliners. We have had trouble with the one recliner ever since they dropped it off and yes i mean dropped it. The "3rd party" delivery guys dropped the one recliner but we couldn't understand what they were speaking to eachother as it was not English. We paid for the insurance (scam) that you can buy when purchasing. they have come out multiple times to "fix" the problem and it keeps breaking. the money I'm losing taking off work so they can fix it is not worth all this trouble. we don't have trouble with the other recliner at all. this is Terrible service

Great experience. Glad I selected the store instead of online. Price was less and my saleman Janet was great. Update: 2 weeks later my couch was delivered by two very nice gentlemen. They unwrapped everything outside, cleaned up and placed everything right where I wanted.

Amazing service! Travis was “rizz” as my son stated and such a super help to me and very patient as I changed my mind a couple times and each time I was back in store everyone was consistently friendly and helpful. Very nice decoration advice as well as I got the Nuvella and Isanti set and looks really nice. I do wish online only selections were a available for order as well as there is also some very beautiful pieces online for commission but that is beyond control of the management. Thanks also to Tiffany, Asa, Jen, & Alex, Tina, Janet who made it such a nice buying experience. Trust me I would fill my place with more Ashley furniture and hope to do so! 😊

Bought our new sectional here today. Actually a really great experience as far as furniture buying goes. Have done other major retailers and the pitches are very heavy handed. I appreciated that the folks over at Ashley let us shop but also popped up when needed. Our salesman Matt was awesome! Haven’t had so much fun furniture shopping in years. The whole team was lovely. Clearly could vouch for the product but wasn’t shovey and was the fastest purchase of furniture I’ve ever made. Other big brands have taken over an hour to do paperwork and it’s so frustrating. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Lynda was fabulous, however the experience after sale was horrible. Ordered furniture at the beginning of July, wasn’t all in until end of September. Two of the chairs were incorrectly ordered when they finally did arrive. I was then told it would be another 4 weeks? What?!?! Ok nevermind. I will order them on Amazon (and they were cheaper). Had them next day. I then call them for a refund for the chairs and according to their policy you have to come into the store or they just keep your refund. Like unbelievable what an inconvenience! Not even our fault, they can’t issue the refund over the phone. Just beware, they are great with sales, past that point is a headache!

My 5 year old son needed a mattress for his big boy bed, so we went to the Ashley store. I wanted my son to pick out his own mattress and Lynda helped us out with this. She was great about letting my son try out the different mattresses. Lynda listened to what he said about how it felt, and then she showed us the next one. He was even excited about the pillow she let him use to lay on the different beds! If you are in need of a new mattress I recommend going to see Lynda!

Visited the store for the first time a few weeks ago, Linda was very helpful, professional, kind, friendly as well as her associate but I forgot her name. I purchased a queen mattress and adjustable frame floor models To my surprise the delivery guy they use never showed up to deliver as we spoke and clearly made the arrangements together while I paid for my purchase. How disappointing it was after moving into a new place with no bed to sleep in. He placed blame on me stating he was waiting for me to call to make the arrangements yet he was the one who said as early as possible then he chose 10am which I had agreed to. I thought I misunderstood when he said $250.00 for delivery! Nope, I heard right. From Pottstown which isn’t a far drive to where he was supposed to deliver to. Gas wouldn’t even cost that much so not sure where he came up with that price! I went back to Ashley the day my bed never arrived and the ladies apologized continuously and did refund me. I think they were just as shocked as I was about what had happened. Everything happens for a reason. I ended up going to Moore furniture and bought a brand new mattress and adjustable frame with built in massages for less money than floor models at Ashley, so in the long run I benefited from the inconvenience. I also ended up also purchasing a sectional couch at Moore as well. My bed arrived first thing this morning and what a difference in customer satisfaction not too mention the difference in professionalism! Never ever would I step foot at any Ashley furniture store ever again, nor would I ever recommend them. I will however recommend Moore furniture instead! The quality of their furniture is lot nicer and they have been in business a lot longer.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever received and everyone is so rude and condescending. About two months ago we bought a couch from this store – the buying of it was fine, that’s not what I’m here to complain about. The couch was on backorder so it took us about 11 weeks to get it, which is not a big deal. We waited until we got a call and they told us the date and the time frame (12-4). My boyfriend took a half day to be home by 11:30. He works a job where he is unable to be on the phone. Well, day of, he gets out of work at 11. Apparently, without telling us, they changed the time frame to 11-3. They had gotten there at 1030, waited until exactly 11, and then left. We called day of, confused, and were told that they should’ve let us know the time frame changed. We called multiple times and they said they might be able to get it delivered that day, but we weren’t. We had to schedule it another two weeks out. We asked for some kind of compensation, and multiple people have said that we would likely be able to, they just had to get it approved from the higher ups. They told us repeatedly that the manager was assisting someone else and would “call us back.” And they never did. Well… a month goes by, no communication. About a week ago, we decide to try again. Told that the manager was busy, would call us back. Tried 3 more times over a week (all being told the same thing, we would get called back) and finally, today, got in contact with a manager. She told us that it’s policy that the time could change, that she could send us the policy we signed if we wanted, lmao. My problem is — if we had KNOWN that this was subject to change, my boyfriend would’ve just taken the day off!! No one TOLD US that! Not everyone has the money to be able to take a day off to wait for a couch that could come at any time of the day! And she kept saying “we can’t give you a refund because your couch came early.” it’s not even ABOUT the couch coming early at this point, it’s about the horrible customer service we have received from every single employee at this company. And she also said that we have been told a “dozen times” that we were unable to get a refund, oh yeah ?? Why tf would i still be wasting my time then? I would’ve accepted that a month ago if that were the case, the last manager I had talked to from that building told us that they sent it from approval from the higher ups, and we were calling for an update on THAT. not to waste my time being told, once again, that we should’ve spent the whole day at home twiddling our thumbs for this couch. Annoyed. No one gives a crap at this company so I’m ranting on here. I love this couch but rather be sitting on the floor. Byeee
when i went to ashley’s i loved my helper hector. he was so amazing and was so sweet to me and my family. we had just come from raymour and flanigan and they so rude to my family so it was great to get treated well at ashley’s.

It's amazing that when you are purchasing an item, you receive great customer service but when you have a problem, EVERYONE that I have had to deal with has been absolutely horrible. So the associates that work there are choosing to behave this way and treat you in a horrible manner. Purchased furniture on November 10th and as of today 1.2.24 still waiting on my 100.00 refund. My 70-year-old mother has visited this location 6 times for a status and still nothing. And Jessica from customer service is just as bad. PLEASE CONCERN SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I had paid for premium delivery and we ran into a problem where the couch couldn’t fix. So I had to pay an extra fee for a third party company to put it inside my house. On top of that I didn’t even receive premium delivery because my couch was left outside my door. I tried to get a refund since I didn’t receive the service, but the manager said they can only do a “review” and I wouldn’t receive any form of payment. I am disappointed and will NEVER EVERRR BUY A COUCH FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!! ZERO STARS***

In store experience with Amanda was a good one. Unfortunately, we slowly discovered over the week after the furniture was delivered that 3 pieces of the 7 piece sectional we purchased were damaged. One of the power recliner mechanisms was bent, causing metal to catch on metal when an adult sat in it and reclined. The frames of both armless chairs were broken in ways that were not immediately obvious; one so badly that the entire back of the chair collapsed when someone sat in it. It appears the back supports were cracked just enough to stay in place until someone leaned into the chair back. Dealing with customer support has been a drawn out nightmare. Furniture Doctor was able to repair the recliner with replacement parts that were shipped. They recommended replacement of the armless chairs, but 7 business days out, we are still waiting for a response from Ashley.

I went in to Ashley Furniture store in Pottstown. The store is laid out very nice and the sales people seemed very professional. As I was looking around salesperson by the name of Janet help me out. She was not at all pushy but rather informative. I ended up buying a loveseat there and I thought I got a real good deal for a real good product. I was happy when I left.
We LOVE KIM! We came back 3 different times before deciding on which furniture to go with. She dealt with my mother, my mother in law, and my very pregnant self. Great experience dealing with Janet, sales person. She attempted to satisfy my need for a recliner to be delivered ASAP by searching multiple sources. I was able to be satisfied but with a higher end solution ($) than I wanted but the need required. Delivery service was excellent with notification the prior day and arrived early. .
Told us they would wrap our old mattress and then said they couldn’t day before delivery. Should have gone to a real mattress store. 30% restocking fee and they haven’t delivered yet and it was in stock. Have to find a way to do this or I lose 30%. Will make sure everyone knows stay away from Ashley’s
Delivery is SO bad. They initially gave us a date, and then *whoops lol we forgot to ACTUALLY schedule it.* We've been sitting here for well over an hour past our delivery window. Called the absolute WORST customer service people at the number they provided. There's still 3-4 more stops. Can they give me a time estimate? Nope! Will I be sitting here til midnight? Possibly. Glad I had to cancel my plans for a mediocre couch and paid for delivery that is an absolute joke.Update: the truck is no broken and it may or may not be delivered sometime in the near future. That delivery fee is sounding more and more like fraud to me!

Do not buy anything from this store! I bought a king size bed less than a year ago. From the start we had nothing but trouble. From the delivery where they lost and broke pieces to now. This bed is put together with glue and staples! It fell apart after a few days of sleeping on it. Now the headboard is constantly loose, the boards in the middle holding the mattress are breaking and sagging, so now the bed is on a constant lean. I have tried to contact Ashley’s multiple times but cannot seem to talk to an actual human being. The original store that I have bought it from has been less than helpful and just keeps passing me around and giving me phone numbers that no one picks up. This company is horrible and does not try to fix their problems. They sell poorly made products to high amounts of money. Do yourself a favor and buy furniture form somewhere who has good quality and cares about their products!

We bought a sofa, loveseat and end table. The sofa and loveseat were delivered without any concerns. However, the table i purchased had to be picked up at the store to avoid shipping fees. Once I got it home and removed from the box, there were noticeable defects. The store referred me to a customer service number. I was asked if I inspected the boxed end table prior to leaving the door. No, why would I feel the need to do that! The customer service dept then told me I'd have to return the table to a warehouse in Philly for resolution. Why should I have to drive three hours to Philly to return a defective product? Beware, the store wants nothing to do with you once they have your money and customer service police's are anything but customer friendly!

Amanda was great, trying to help us find the right sofa set for our home. She spent a good amount of time showing us different sets throughout the store. Unfortunately the set we originally ordered did not come delivered in sections like we thought and would not fit in our door, so we had to cancel the order before delivery. Tiffany Ray and Abby were fantastic at helping us find a new set and process all the necessary paper work to cancel our original order and purchase the new set. Tiffany found us a set we had not originally considered and actually liked better than the first set. We left feeling 100% satisfied and confident in our purchase! Thank you!
Don't buy anything from Ashley Furniture Red Flag, the majority of these google reviews are clearly fake. "Regardless of the condition of the item upon delivery. You have a 72 hour window after the purchase date to cancel your item. Otherwise, you will incur a 10% cancelation fee and 30% restocking fee." So, this item could have shown up to my house in literal pieces and I still would have incurred a fee if I wanted to cancel. THIS IS THE ONLY MAJOR BRAND THAT DOES THIS People only write reviews when they are upset or extremely pleased. No other organization will charge you a restocking fee and a surcharge when THEY mess up the order, except Ashley furniture. The terms of service are also absolutely absurd. A 30% restocking fee for returning an item that arrived broken and had missing legs. What are you restocking? The non existing couch? How does this company support their employees with this completely absurd policy? I wonder how many BBB claims this company has against it? Regardless of your arbitrary return windows and in person returns, this item should have been canceled when I called the dispatcher no questions asked. You messed up my delivery, you didn't accommodate a bad situation in any way. There is no ownership of any of the mistakes made by this company. The delivery company was a mess. One of the guys was moving my $1300 sofa while he's on the phone. One of them moved the chaise by himself! That's clearly a two person job. The delivery time was slow beyond comprehension and they only communicate with you the day before delivery. Now they want a 30 percent restocking fee of the original purchase price. ($900 USD) I escalated this and I will continue to drag this company all over the internet for the most predatory purchasing policy I have ever seen. Now I just have to take a random call from their guest services line at a moments notice.

If I could give zero stars I would. My wife ordered her dream furniture set from the pottstown location... paid for a 5 year warrenty. Less than a month after the set was delivered, we moved to a dream location to help take care of retired farm animals and rescue cats and dogs. We moved 3 weeks after the furniture was delivered, keep in mind, we did not assemble the coffee table and end tables until our move was completed. After assembly, we noticed one of the leg supports was cracked, causing the table to be unstable. We contacted the warrenty center and were told that since we moved, the 1 year warrenty on the tables was null and void?? WHAT??? Knowing we were moving, she paid 3,000.00 for the furniture set she wanted! So now we have a coffee table that is rickety and broken from their faulty manuacturing... I guess people are not supposed to leave their homes in fear of voiding ashley furnitures "warrenty". What kind of FURNITURE store just pawns off their shoddy craftmanship and when the customer simply wants the item they paid for in the condition it was guarenteed to be in.... So here we sit... waiting to see if the 350.00 5 year warrenty she paid for will cover it. I will be updating this once we find out what they will or wont cover. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FURNITURE STORE. I will be letting the many people I know and other small business owners as well that we had recommended to this store, will be getting a call pronto to cancel or take their business elsewhere... I know one of the local businesses was considering a 20 thousand dollar plus furniture order that I know hasnt been completed yet, I have already sent them a text and they were far from impressed... Also, their customer service is rude, unfriendly, my wife was treated so badly I found her in tears after I was feeding and grooming the senior horses on the farm.... terrible.. top to bottom, this company should be ashamed to treat their customers the way we have been treated.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales woman was wonderful, also assured me if we ordered the wrong size I could call back and cancel. It was even written on my order form with the number to call to cancel. The conversation with the sales woman was that I would be back in when she was working to order the correct size. (We didn’t intend to buy the night we went so I failed to measure, but Kim was awesome!) Jenn refused to permit me to cancel over the phone and said I had to come in. I was several hours away and we had several inches of snow where I was. I had to return from my trip or she was going to charge me a 30% restocking fee. There was no one else I could speak to besides Jenn. And my card was charged twice. Unacceptable customer service. I will never return.

If I could give it a negative 0 I would. Never buy furniture from Ashley furniture in Pottstown Pennsylvania. If you buy something cheap especially a mattress that you were unable to try they do not return it. So you are stuck with the most uncomfortable sleep you will ever have. I will not recommend Ashley furniture in Pottstown Pennsylvania they are horrible.

Terrible experience with delivery. First they tried to take our sofa that was clearly too large to enter the elevator into our apartment. I asked if he had the measurements of the furniture prior to trying to shove it into the elevator. He said no and then proceeded to shove it into our apartment breaking the exit sign. Then he tried to shove it into the elevator that clearly was to small. After that I let him know that it would probably be best if they just used the staircase. He then said that they will not take any thing up more then 36 stairs. When on our contract says on line 2 section F anything higher than the 3rd floor (which is the floor we live on) Would need to be delivered via elevator. Then it was a back and forth from their manager to the customer service and the store where we purchased it from. We got different answers from each person we spoke to. Then the delivery person stated that he would do it if we paid him directly. Then he quickly changed his mind after we mentioned his offer to one of the customer service reps. I will say that Jackie the manager of this location was by far the most helpful. After about an hour and a half going back and fourth about how to get our sofa into our apartment we gave up and had them just start taking our other products into our home. while we tried to figure out what to do. But then after all that, we received our other item broken! This most likely occurred from the delivery guys using too much force to get things to fit in the elevator because they refused to use the stairs or how it was stored in the truck! ( which was a mess I'm sure others peoples items were damaged in there with their lack of knowledge on hoe to do their job)I'm in shock at how terrible this experience was. We spent 3k on our furniture and this is not the quality we were expecting or paid for. So unhappy with our service and the delivery process that cost us 300 dollars and it non refundable along with the furniture we purchased. We just want our money back after all this trouble also reached out to the BBB. to get our money back after this whole situation. Buyer Be Ware!

Today I went into look at beds sets and bought instead! I went into the store thinking I’ll look for ten minutes and be out. Instead I was shown all the possible options by Sheldon. Sheldon was my sales consultant and never pressured me to buy, but simply showed me that I had options. I appreciate his help and leading me to make an informed decision. When it came down to making the final decision, the best person to talk to is their General Manager: Mason. Mason was transparent and made the process easy. Never did I feel pressured or treated wrongly. I recommend to see both Sheldon and Mason for anything you may need!

I purchased a sofa with chaise lounge back in June 2022 and the in-store experience was very good. However, once I received the furniture (three weeks later), there were some major defects that needed to be addressed and repaired. Over the course of 5 weeks, I received the material for the arm repair and the fiber fill for the understuffed cushions, but I'm still waiting on the other piece of material for the chaise lounge that had glue stains. All in all, I would not return to purchase furniture with this dealer because the communication has been choppy and 5 weeks later, my sofa still isn't close to being repaired. Very disappointed because the staff at the store was wonderful.

This review is for the store in Pottstown. Sales person in the store was nice and everything after from furniture delivery to post sale customer service was horrible. I will never buy again from this store. Ashley lied to me about delivery date, did multiple reschedules, furniture delivered had missing parts, some items were missing in the delivery and it continues to be a nightmare to get an update on the status of items not delivered. To top that all despite the extended delay, I was not allowed to cancel the order and was told if I do, there will be a 10% cancellation charge. According to me this is as bad as it gets in terms of furniture buying experience. Stay away from this store to avoid painful furniture delivery and customer service experience.

I am giving one star because my salesperson was pleasant. I had to deal with tight quarters, so size of the sofa was paramount. I measured the couch and went home to remeasure space. Upon return to formally order the couch, they backpeddaled on the previously discussed price. Once that was settled, I ordered it for delivery a week later... great. I measured multiple times, however the measurements did not include the wrapper that came on the couch which was unable to be delivered upon arrival. Although the delivery personnel were also pleasant, there was a major language barrier and they were unable to maneuver the still wrapped couch up the staircase. Believe what you hear about Ashley. I begrudgingly went anyway because we were in need of a sofa. My $250+ mistake for non-refundable delivery fee and 25% restock, lesson learned. Dont make the same mistake, look elsewhere.

We walked into the store and were greeted by Jordyn. Their selection of furniture has vastly improved over the years and we were pleasantly suprised with the showroom (it had been quite a few years since we had been there). Jordyn was a newer salesman but was extremely friendly and helpful in driving our purchase at Ashley today. We were not pressured into anything and our questions were handled immediately. Would definitely consider purchasing here again in the future.
Charles was absolutely wonderful. We walked in looking for a sectional and Charles was knowledgeable and professional. He would check in periodically as my partner and I looked around and we didn’t feel pressured and hovering. I highly recommend this location and Charles specifically! We didn’t find anything that fit what we were looking for that day but we will certainly be back for our other furniture needs!

Cheaply made furniture that they do not stand by whatsoever. A $900 chair Started falling apart within weeks! Can’t wait to see what moves into that space when they finally go under.

Can’t fulfill orders. Unless you want to wait a year to get it don’t place your order. If they can’t fulfill the order and you want to cancel then they will charge you 10%. Stay away bc corporate can’t even help you with their individual stores.
The absolute worse service I’ve experience ever!!!! I’m beyond upset, and very disappointed. Do not spend your money at this store. The delivery service is horrible . And not only are they awful ,but when I reached out to the store they did not help me in a timely manner.Firstly, my headboard came damaged, then I had to wait two weeks for a replacement as if I’m at fault for it coming damaged. On top of that, the delivery men damaged a wall in my hall way. And did not complete setting up the bed due to the boards “being sent too long and not having the proper tools to complete the job”. I only wish I would have read the reviews before making this purchase .*update*it would seem as if they sent me a full size bed frame instead of a queen .my mattress and box spring won’t fit .bed frame is too short. A queen bed frame should be 88.5 in length and it’s measuring 80in in length ! Yet another disappointment! At this point I want a full refund.

We had excellent service from Michael Brooks. He helped us purchase a beautiful sectional couch and wall clock. He provided a very thorough explanation of everything, and made our experience very positive.
Terrible customer service, they seemed bored and unwilling to help, maybe cause it was a sunday afternoon or we caught them on a bad day. We went to purchase a dining room set, very helpful showing us around but the positives end there. Gave us a different printout than the set we bought, couldnt find us in the system, overcharged us for the set, (discovered the lower price during online search when we got home) and when we spoke to the manager she said we can honor the difference AFTER you pay in full and take delivery (10-16 weeks!), cancelled order immediately.Found a way better deal, half the price and a 2 week delivery at Raymour and Flanagan which ironically purchases some of their furniture from Ashley's.

Nightmare! STAY AWAY. Unless You Want: Months of frustration, hours of calls with customer service, rude delivery drivers who lie to you and their superiors, numerous days of delivery windows to not receive your furniture, haggling over "credit" for a delivery fee you pay up front to not have your furniture actually delivered. This store outsources everything to a 3rd party. If you have any issues whatsoever you will have to communicate with 3 different parties that don't communicate whatsoever to each other.
*This review is specifically for the store in Pottstown. * Horrible experience. Went in for a twin mattress for my daughter. Salesperson showed me 3 mattresses - $1400, $1500, $1600 - and they were supposedly having a sale? For a twin mattress?? The less expensive option was some piece of foam mattress for around $300. So, we were about to head over to the competitor, when my husband and I spotted a canvas we decided to purchase on the way out. The salesperson got it down for us, gave us a great discount, then told us we couldn’t purchase it with our Ashley account because people buy floor items, take them, and then never pay it off. ??? What in the what does that have to do with customers who pay their bills??? We had JUST gotten through paying off, in full, $4000 worth of furniture, and we’re going to make off with a $200 canvas? The salespeople act like they don’t care if you purchase or not, the so-called sales are questionable when there’s no placard with the actual price on display, and some items are just downright gaudy and overpriced. We went elsewhere and not only got a mattress, but an even better canvas, AND we ended up purchasing a new tv stand. What a loss for you Ashley. Will never walk through those doors again!
The holiday’s are approaching fast! I ordered and paid in full on March 3, 2021 an entire living room set that included a sofa, love seat, recliner, 2 end tables, coffee table, two lamps, and an area rug. I was told with CoVid delays I would receive my new living room in 8-12 weeks. I had to call Ashley’s the beginning of July and get approved for a split delivery apparently they only had 4 pieces in the warehouse so they delivered the sofa, love seat, recliner, and 1 end table August 5, 2021. I had to pick up the two lamps the 2nd or 3rd week of August and I have yet to hear anything in regards to my coffee table, 2nd end table or the area rug. So disgusted not happy at all with this purchase and most likely will be shopping for new furniture before I even receive the remaining pieces. I will NEVER again purchase anything from Ashley Furniture!!
Stay away! Zero star would be more appropriate for the type of service they offer at this place. Terrible customer service. Store manager is rude argue with customer for no reason.

Horrible experience from the moment we purchased the sofa. This company has no customer service. the sofa didn't arrive on the day it was confirmed to be there. I had to make contact the store several times to get a new delivery date. they were supposed to refund the shipping cost. Every person I have spoken to has lied about when I would get the refund, how I would get the refund, and the store manager Justin told me to go to the store for the refund. I arrived there to be told a email could be sent and it would take 2-3 billing cycles to appear on my credit card. It is a nightmare delaying with this company. I wish we never walked thru the door of that store. It is shameful the amount of time i have spent resolving this matter.
I purchased my living room set (2 sofas and an ottoman) and the so-called protection plan. The furniture was delivered on July 16, 2021. The delivery drivers unloaded my furniture from the truck, removed the wrapping, and placed my furniture including the pillows on the ground in the driveway of my development. The couches were dirty and damaged with stains on the sofa, the ottoman, and the pillows were frayed. The delivery drivers were not wearing masks, gloves, or shoe coverings when they entered my home. I called Ashley Homestore in Upland Square where I purchased the furniture the same day it was delivered. I was given a number to Guest Services aka Regency Furniture. I called the same day it was delivered and spoke with Jose. He gave me a claim number and sent me an email instructing me to send pictures in jpeg format within 72 hours. I sent the pics within the 72 hours on 7/18. The email also stated I would receive a response within 7-10 business. Welp, I received no response within 7-10 business. I sent a follow up email and phone call, no response or acknowledgment. I went to the Upland Square Store on 7/28 and they reached out to the Care Dept. I was told it would take another 7-10 business days on Aug. 5 I received an email from Kaycee at Guest services identical to the email from Jose. I resent the pictures and provided detail of all the damage. I received a generic email asking me to wait another 7-10 business days due to being them being short handed. Guess what happened in 7-10 business: Absolutely nothing! No response. I sent a follow up email on 8/28 and demanded a response by 9/3. I was not nice and no I didn’t mince my words. I received an email yesterday (8/31) from Kaycee stating the following: “I called in but mailbox was full. Calling in regards to ottoman and what damages that has , we would need more information and pictures of that piece in regards to the sectional we unfortunately will not be able to service being as thought it is in home damage ., yet we can still service ottoman.” Please note the call was made on 8/31 at 4:40pm the same day I got the email. I immediately responded to email stating that there are no kids or pets in the home. I just purchased my home and everything is still boxed, how can you determine it’s in home damage when you’ve never been to my home to assess the furniture. Not to mention the fact that I’ve I sent the same 12 pictures multiple times and reported the damage the same day it was delivered. I spent over $2200.00 in full for a damaged living room set plus I purchased the protection plan and now I’m being blamed for in home damage. Are you kidding me? If I could give Ashley Homestore and their affiliate Regency Furniture negative stars I would. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness is abysmal and subpar. There has been NO attempt made by Ashley Homestore or their affiliate Regency Furniture to remedy this. I’ve kept all receipts and records of the few and far in between communications because I’m going to have to seek alternative methods in order to get this resolved. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture or their Affiliate Regency to my worst enemy.
We had our furniture delivery two weeks ago and had property damage. From that date we have had Ashley tell use they call us in 7-10 day never have. And then call us in 24-72 hours and never did. And it frustrates me and my husband that we just like some answers on our claim. And to know if we are getting our door fixed
I never in my whole life of shopping and you guys all know how much I love to shop had this happen to me before! I'm in Ashley Homestore shopping and I picked out a shoe rack. The girl was waiting on her regional manager to get back to her on pricing meanwhile her co-worker sold the shoe.rack to someone else. (It was the floor model already put together) Really? who does that? I also wanted to buy a new dining room table but after that happened I walked out. Seriously who does that especially to your coworker and and customer? He said, we should be getting more in on Friday to me and his coworker! I know this world is falling apart but again seriously over $420 shoe rack on sale. So very sad. Well Raymour and Flanagan here I come!
I will not purchase from Ashley in Pottstown again. I ordered a dining room table, 2 couches and an ottoman in November. Just received the last of the order 9 months later. They don’t answer their phones, they don’t update you about where your order is, they don’t follow-up. Customer service is a joke! Once you purchase something, they no longer care. Do yourself a favor, find another store! Once the ottoman was delivered, it collapsed, after only 2 weeks! Took another 6 weeks to get it repaired! Delivered the dining room set, the bench was damaged, took another 4 months to get that delivered. I was told it was no longer being manufactured, except the set I purchased is advertised all over their websites. They are horrible!
Wow! I should have read the reviews before I shopped here. Everyone is ready to take your money but if there's a problem you're screwed. The store didn't record a call I made for a return and then store manager talks to me like I'm an idiot. The distribution center is worse than the store. On a $500 table they wanted a 30% restocking fee and on top of that a pickup fee to return the table. People were very condescending and I felt myself turning into a "Karen" so I left. Run away!!!!!!
I needed a chair and ottoman. I saw the sales signs on the highway and went in. I let the salesperson know repeatedly that I was there because of the sale. I purchased an item and paid for it and *then* realized I paid full price. The salesperson never once mentioned that the sale didn't start for another two days. Fortunately I was able to cancel my order and I'm glad I did because I found the exact same items at the Amazon Ashley store for half the price and way less expensive delivery fee. Also, at the store I was told my items wouldn't be available for at least twelve weeks while my online purchase was delivered in less than two weeks.

Very friendly helpful people. After directing us to what we wanted to look at we were allowed to browse on our own for awhile. When we had questions the sales lady came over to discuss options. Though we didn't buy there but elsewhere it was the best experience of the 3 stores we visited for sales people.
I highly recommend Ashley Furniture in Pottstown Pa. Charles was hands down the best sales person! I went into Ashley’s in March and they told me I would have my furniture by July. July came around and still no furniture, I went into Ashley’s and they explained to me the piece I had picked wouldn’t be available for a couple more months. So Charles shared with me that if I chose something different I would get it within weeks. I shopped around and ended up getting something 10x’s better than what I originally chose AND I had it delivered to my home within 2 weeks!! But I cant stop there, delivery was just as amazing ! I got a call 30 mins prior to delivery letting me know they were on there way which was awesome so I could make sure I got home in time, they came in saw where I wanted it and within 15 mins had the entire sectional together and trash taken out with smiles on their faces! Three young gentlemen very kind and well mannered! I will 100% be back to shop at Ashley’s as long as Charles is there ! They work with you and make sure you are pleased with there service before you walk out that door!

Went to purchase furniture for our bedroom. We had ordered a bedroom set for our daughter a few months prior and had a great experience so we came back. We had Charles again. He was our salesman before. We think he is great! He is very laid back and not pushy. He always let's us shop and asks periodically if we need help. We were very happy again! Thank you Charles for your help! ( Also, orders can take awhile if not in stock. We had to wait for our daughter's set for about 8/10 weeks. Our furniture is scheduled for 2/3 weeks this time. We had a great set up and delivery the first time so we came back a second time. )

Never will I buy Ashley furniture again ! Worst experience thus far waited 3 months for a whole bedroom set. As promised when buying the set was to be set up upon delivery, the only piece that was set up is the bed frame , the delivery man refused to take the remaining pieces up my stairs. Than to realize that 5 of the 6 pieces were damaged . Called customer service they said to send pictures , I did just that and it’s been three weeks and no response. I made three attempt to reach them and no response. And to sum it up we payed 2200 for the bedroom set that was a problem from the beginning.
Awful business. Told 8 weeks for delivery got it in 5 months and was the wrong color. Then got told nothing can be done until the chair they sent that wasn’t even ours got scanned in. Was told they probably wouldn’t be able to get anything done this weekend because of their grand opening sale( has been open for months but ok) because they would be “to busy”. Don’t bother with this place rude workers and bad business

We stopped at Ashley Homestore in Pottstown yesterday to look at living room sets and we were assisted there by a lovely lady named Tiffany. She was friendly and pleasant and answered all of our questions fully and was very patient with us as we made numerous phone calls home to our son to find out door measurements, pictures of our living room, etc. Tiffany was kind enough to check out all of the numerous measurements of the sets we were interested in (there were four) to see if they would fit through our doorways at home. We were impressed with the courtesy extended, too, at the service desk at the end of our visit and the support we received there with our purchase. The paperwork was clear and direct and we got everything in writing. We told Tiffany we would be back with a picture of our new living room set once it's delivered...we're very excited to see how it will all look. We would highly recommend looking for and buying furniture from Ashley Homestore; was a great shopping experience.

Tiffany was an amazing sales rep and store experience was pretty good overall. However, delivery crew who came to install couch which I paid $1500 for was very unprofessional. Threw a drill on the couch, cracked a leg on couch, and screwed on another crooked. Paid over $100 for this delivery. I called the store and manager said there was nothing she could do until I talked with guest services to report this. I’ve called guest services eight times and waited on hold over 25 minutes until the line disconnected. Manager told me she would call me back which never happened so I called her and then was told my contact info would be given to guest services for them to call me which hasn’t happened five days later. Talked to manager said “nothing I can do on a store level in terms of post sale refund” so I have a $1500 couch with a mark in the back of it from drill, cracked leg, and another leg crooked with no help from Ashley. Disappointing customer service to say the least.

Xavier from the Pottstown store was so helpful. I picked out and purchased the first sectional and looking forward to getting it. Xavier was so informative and made everything so simple.
I tried to call the Pottstown store twice leaving the phone ring 50 times each before Bre answered the phone. I was informed at the time of purchase 8-12 weeks for delivery. I now am advised 12-16 weeks and if I choose to cancel my order it has to be canceled by 12 weeks or a fee will be charged. I wasn’t informed it would take 16 weeks, I wasn’t informed of a fee. Advising a customer of extra fees should always be acknowledged BEFORE the end of the sale! I strongly suggest Ashley have a customer service seminar for management and associates. Inform the customers that put the money in your wallet of the pros and cons ... it’s called honesty! Also, any business that provides exceptional customer service knows a phone shouldn’t ring more than 3 times without being picked up, a customer should not be on hold for more than 3 minutes without acknowledging you are seeking resolution for the call. Hence why management and associates need customer service training.
My wife and I ordered two couches in Sept 2020. We waited two months and did not receive any feedback as to their availability. I called and they miraculously just arrived at their warehouse and I was able to schedule delivery. We also ordered at the same time an extra cushion for the couch. Now we are in May 2021 and nobody can give me any input as to when this will be available. I've called the store 3-4 times and I keep getting the runaround. I've called customer service and I learned that the store never ordered the cushion correctly. The lady I spoke with at customer service was fantastic. However, I called customer service in March of 2021 and I still have no answer as to when this cushion will be "available." I have tried calling the store again to just return the order and I am unable to do so over the phone. At no point has this store ever tried to help me other than take and hold onto our money. Our whole house has pretty much been furnished by Ashley Furniture. This however has soured my view of the company and no longer will be receiving any further business from us.
8 months and counting for our furniture and no explanations on why the long delay either. Really frustrating. Will never shop here again
Ordered furniture in Nov 2020 and was told we would have delivery in Feb. Today we had a delivery time between 2pm and 6pm and we had to call them to find out our stuff was not being delivered today. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture if they were the only place around. 1 star out of 5
Tiffany was so professional and honest! They gave us 60% off as well as free delivery! Tiffany was up front with the ETA of our delivery. The furniture we choose looks great ! We HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for good quality furniture and a hassle free experience .

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. They will never let you speak with a manager when you ask. Ordered a sofa and recliner. Was told it could take up to 12 weeks because of Covid issues. Fine. We understand. But when we hit 16 weeks of not receiving our furniture they kept giving excuse after excuse. FINELY after calling a bunch of times they shipped the sofa with still no eta of the recliner. We were also told we would be compensated for the trouble. We decided to cancel the recliner because....16 weeks with no eta in sight. Then we were told that we were no longer going to be compensated for any troubles because of canceling one piece. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go to Raymour and Flanigan. We were able to get the same recliner in less than a week and cheaper.
There was a Super Saturday yesterday. The prices are ridiculous! You can't get a price on a set everything is individually priced. The cost was way too much! The price of a sofa, love chair & ottoman was over $3000! No Super Saturday for me!
The only reason I am giving Ashley Homestore a single star is for the enjoyable shopping experience while in the store. Everything went downhill from there. I ordered 2 sofas, an ottoman, two end tables and a large picture. I was told that all items would be delivered to my home, over an hour away. Two days after the sale, I was called and told that I needed to pick up the picture and they would not deliver this item. If I wanted to return the item, I still needed to physically go to the store to be refunded. They didn't have the technology to refund my credit card over the phone. As I stated earlier, I live over an hour away and did not have a vehicle large enough to store this picture. AND I couldn't even return the picture without driving a distance to return to the store. If I had known this, I would have never purchased this item. 8 weeks later, I had to initiate communication with Ashley by calling the store to find out if any of my furniture had been delivered to their warehouse. They agreed to deliver part of my order since only some of it had been delivered to their warehouse. They scheduled my order for the next week and stated they would call me the day before with a 4 hour window. They confirmed an 8am-12pm time frame with a phone call at midnight the day before... Delivery day arrived and no delivery. I received a phone call at 2:30pm (2.5hrs after my delivery window) stating that the truck never left the warehouse that morning because of a maintenance issue. They would need to reschedule my delivery for the next week. I've spoken to multiple individuals throughout the day, none of which are able to provide any answers, any compensation, any idea of what delivery time I will have NEXT week or why I have to wait so long for these items to be delivered. I'm still waiting for a return call from the store manager. It looks like I will now have to take another day off from work in order to receive my furniture. If I hadn't already waited this long, I would be cancelling this order. I will NEVER shop at Ashley Furniture again. Clearly, their internal processes are failing and the customer ends up being the one who gets the short end of the stick.

This was the WORST experience ever trying to get information on a delivery date, everyone passing the buck you get no answers & if you do there guessing. Called Pottstown store over 30 times in one month and the phone was NEVER answered. Pretty bad you have to drive to the store to get no answer. I was more than happy to pay they're 10% restocking fee (more of a donation) to cut my loses and go to a REPUTABLE company. All you will get are excuses. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Sales people were very friendly when my wife and I went and purchased our furniture. Unfortunately the delivery contract that you are given when you purchase furniture doesn't provide you with all of the information or policies of the delivery company. Our delivery date was finally scheduled, and we saw the truck pull up to our house, then just pull away. a few minutes later we received a call from "Corporate" stating that delivery was impossible due to my front door being covered in snow. I let them know that I was expecting the delivery people to come up my driveway then bring everything through the garage which was completely clear of snow. I was then told that the delivery service is only allowed to come in through the front door and that it's a company policy. Had I known that, I absolutely would have had the front door cleared of snow. However, there was absolutely nothing in any paperwork or communications that I received that stated that. it is now almost two weeks since my furniture was supposed to be delivered and I still do not have it due to lack of communication on their part. Calling into the Ashely furniture store in Pottstown is useless as you get told that there is nothing they can do for you and you need to call their customer services number. Calling into customer services gets you pointed to call the delivery company, and the delivery company says you need to call customer services. it's a massive circle and everyone that I have dealt with has been extremely unhelpful.

Store is nice and good customer service from Ashley employees. Delivery is a NIGHTMARE! Plan on 12 plus weeks for your order to get to the warehouse and then another 3-4 more weeks for delivery. If my delivery stays on schedule, I will have waited 16 weeks for a couch. Definitely shopping local next time.

We ordered bedroom and living furniture from Ashley Furniture in Quakertown on Sept 7, 2020 and were told it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks, closer to 4. Well, almost 13 weeks later I finally was frustrated enough to cancel the $4,700 order and go down the street to Raymour and Flannigan and spend $1,000 for furniture that is guaranteed to be delivered on 12/17. When we went in to cancel the order the customer service rep didn&'t ask why, is there anything they could do to save the order, etc, so that&'s telling me it&'s happening a lot right now. I would give this store 0 stars if I could.
12 weeks still no order... I&'m not the type of person that buys a couch every few years because I wanna redecorate. I actually needed a couch. With being stuck in the house with the covid on the loose it was time to make the purchase. ( I had to talk my wife into this) so off we went. First stop Ashley Quakertown. This was two weeks before Labor Day. The sales person told me it was a 4-6 week wait... we walked because I needed something like... now. Next stop was BoBs. They said 4-8 weeks.... nope! Then flash forward to the next weekend. It was Raymore and Flanagan... too expensive. Then Ashley in Lehighton.... nothing we really liked but we settled on a couch they said was in stock.... perfect! Then.... whoops sorry... it&'s not available for 4-6 weeks. So we bailed. Then Ashley in Whitehall.... 4-8 wait and nothing we loved... so nope. Flash forward to Labor Day... I guess we&'re gonna have to face the fact we gotta wait for a couch... back to Bobs... I wasn&'t feeling good about what they had so then back to my first choice in what I thought was right place to make a solid choice Ashley Quakertown.... ( boy I regret that decision!) we had pictures of what we wanted and went in with a plan. But something really caught our eye. Grab a sales person... bam!!! We&'re doing this!!! The sales person told us 4-8 weeks. I scoffed at at 8 weeks! The sales person told me I shouldn&'t be that long but they have to say that because of the covid shut down. I thought I guess I have no choice? As we approached check out I noticed a couple really pissed off and arguing about getting a refund. ( I should&'ve went with my gut and walked) but I thought they were just assholes or something. ( little did I know that&'s gonna be me and my wife very soon) so at checkout the sales person was entering my information and kept putting our order in wrong. 3 times she entered it wrong then she tried to pawn it off on another worker which flat out refused to do her job. It ended with me correcting her step by step to make sure I didn&'t get the wrong couch. ( wtf??? I don&'t work there!) smh.... anyway now the wait... No email... no call... nothing for 6 weeks. Finally I call to check I was told it was end of October. I was not happy but what could I do? Then flash forward to 7 weeks and 6 days. I get a call... YEAY!!! Delivery....NOPE! Now I&'m scheduled for mid November.... huh??? Meanwhile there seems to be sales every weekend. How are you having sales on items you can&'t produce??? So 10 weeks I guess??? Mind you coincidentally my boss went to BOBs on the same day we ordered ours and got his in 6 weeks.... back to the story.... the day before the 10 week mark I get another call.... guess what they said????...... good news!!! It&'s set to arrive in our warehouse on December 23!..... huh?!? So guess what I&'m sitting on for Thanksgiving with my family? Nothing I paid for OVER 11 weeks ago!!!!!!!!! So if you&'re reading this do yourself a favor..... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The only good thing that came out of this is my new sense of community I have with the numerous Facebook groups I had to join that have my same exact problem. Yea.... there&'s like 10 separate Facebook pages all dedicated to this company.... I wish I would have read the room better that day and listened to my gut. DONT BE ME!!!

Ashley in general has great products at a reasonable price. Watch out for insane shipping times but there is a pandemic so we get it. The reason for one star at this location is unlike the Conshohocken location, no one here tried to sell me at all. Being a sales manager myself, I appreciate a salesperson that is hungry and wants to make it happen. Salesperson walked me so fast I couldn't believe it. I know you just opened but train your people to be creative and find something for every customer!!
An unmasked salesman. Even the manager was unmasked. Seemed not even interested in making a pretense of masking up. Sad. Good furniture though.
When we walked in, no one came to greet or even acknowledge us. As we walked in as far as the sales desk a young man came over and introduced himself as floor manager. Asked what we were looking for, took us over to a small display of power recliners., didn’t have any wing back chairs, and all sofas could be turned into sleeper sofas. Period Did not seem interested in helping us at all. Couldn’t And then took off. I saw who appeared to be sales clerks with clip boards, but no one offered assistance. We wondered around a bit but just left.
Went in to get information on a bedroom set for my FL home. Ashley locations are independent and the pottstown location had nothing to gain to help me out and yet took the time to provide model numbers needed and overall guidance. Well done! And to boot the person who assisted me was Ashley!

I have had problems with customer service. Two months after receiving my living room set the love seat fell apart , they sent a repair person to fix it instead of replacing it. The repair person did fine repairing the broken places , but one month later another part fell apart, the product was cheaply made this time they replace love seat. Now the couch has broken piece on the of it and it's been three weeks after I called to have this repaired with no response. Every time I try to call I get the run a around or no answer, I will not buy from Ashley again !
Courtney and Eve helped me find the right furniture at the right price! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good selection to choose from. There are multiple materials to satisfy anyone&'s taste! They have a guarantee on their delivery in case something doesn&'t come as expected!
We went to the Ashley store in Quakertown. A friend had moved their furniture across country and, of course, lost the bolts for the headboard and foot board of their Ashley bed. We spoke to Courtney who told us they were no longer being produced. However, she said let me check in the back. She came back with the bolts we needed. I asked her how much? She said free! Now, that's customer service. Thanks Courtney!!
Michelle was super helpful on the floor. She asked about our budget and made sure to show us what we were looking for. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the different couches and helpful in picking out one that would be best for our lifestyle. Jill was also great with helping with the Snap finance program there! We will definitely be going back for more furniture!
I was looking to buy a new table for home deciding to go to Ashley furniture as they had a special President's Day promotion. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Nancy. What a lovely personality so personal not pushy. She made me feel very comfortable like a true friend. I ended getting a kitchen set at a great price and feel like I made a forever friend.
I was in today and spoke with Eve about a sectional sofa for our living room. Eve took the time to show me many, many options. Her expertise was incredible. This made my decision making an easy process. Thanks for all the help!
I purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture in September of 2019. The furniture was delivered on 10/10/2019 and in the process the delivery company broke my floor lamp. This was not a cheap Walmart lamp, it was from an upscale Scandinavian store and cost $300.I phoned Ashley and was told that I had to take it up with their delivery company. I phone FGO Logistics and have been given the run around ever since. Every time I call Ashley I am told that there is nothing they can do. To me, if you as a company hire a company to deliver YOUR PRODUCT, YOU should make good when they destroy someone&'s property. And you YOU don&'t want to YOU should be concerned enough about YOUR customers to contact the freight company and insist that they reimburse the customer. Ashley Furniture had NO problem taking my money, but they won&'t step in on my behalf and address this with FGO.The best advice I can give is save yourself aggravation and do not shop at Ashley Furniture. If a company will not make good when their delivery company damages a customer&'s property it isn&'t worth shopping there!I rated this a one because I had to. I wish I could have given them zero!

She periodically checked on us which was great because after some shopping my boyfriend and I realized he liked a hard, uncomfortable sofa lol and I liked a more comfortable, relaxing sofa. We asked if there was something in the middle and she showed us some great options. It was crowded that day with orders at the front desk. I thought we were going to be there forever but the manager or at least I think she was the manager kept the line moving smoothly answering a few questions we had and got us to the right place to do financing....I think her name was Tracey, hope I got that right. Anyway, the furniture came and we love the way it looks and feels. Thanks ladies for the great experience. We&'ll be back when we are ready to decorate the next room.

Stopped in to browse the store on their advertised Sale Of The Year.We liked a sofa with a price tag of 1200$ but a discount of 50% We purchased it for $600 When I returned home I wanted to check on the dimensions via a internet search only to find the exact sofa At 399$ just down the street.Other locations in the area had it also at considerably lower pricing.Needless to say I returned for a refund the next morning.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Staff was great
I have never seen a furniture store care less about its customers than Ashley's. Scratched bed. Workers came without tools. Accent table wasn't put together correctly. Kitchen table had been messed up and they tried to fix it and give it to us as brand new. NEVER NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE!! They do not care about you. There are better furniture stores out there that will give you great furniture for your money.
On 11/10/19 we ordered a Sofa, Chaise and Dresser. On 11/21/19 the Dresser came fine. The Sofa was damaged and the Chaise DESTROYED on the truck. Over several weeks Ashley played games of what they would do. Despite us telling them we preferred they pick up the damaged Sofa & REFUND our $1,164.00 they played more games until they said they would replace the set in mid January. then it was 12/19/19. On that date they came...damaged our NEW HOME, did not have the tools to put legs on the set properly and did not bring the 4 pillows bought and paid for with the set. Despite MANY follow up emails NOT one response since 12/21/19. Many letters to the Ashley CEO Todd Wanek & NOT one response. The INVISIBLE Guest Services (Oxymoron) Manager has NEVER responded. So, where do we go from here? We will warn the public in every way possible to avoid Ashley Home Stores. They give you the idea that they care until problems persist and then they disappear. Everybody in the Ashley Chain blames someone else in the chain. Wonderful back biters! But, I will NOT stop until we get a REFUND preferably because having given Ashley multiple chance since 11/10/19 we are nowhere. We are in Bechtelsville, PA. reach out to me and I&'ll give you full details with names, dates, places and Ashley addresses etc that might be relevant. Ashley used to be a highly respectable company that I allowed to furnish a large part of 3 homes over the past 5 years. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Delivery never showed after taking off work and now we are sleeping in the floor. The store literally said they can&'t help us as they have no contact for their 3rd party delivery service. ??? So what now?? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!
We had a very good experience at Ashley this week. We were looking for a sleeper sofa. It was nice to see that most of their sofas can be sleepers. The mattress used in the sleepers is very comfortable. Our sales associate Michelle was very helpful. I didn&'t feel like she was pushy and really let us take our time with our decision. She also saved us $500. She asked the manager if we could get the Black Friday sale early. Great experience. We will return for future purchases.
Michael was very helpful with showing us the store and the products that we were intersted in looking at. He offered alternatives and explained the different fabric choices. I would have given 5 stars, but the actual online prices were less expensive than the instore prices. That being said, Tracey and Michael worked and got as close as they could on the price, which was good enough for me, so we purchased a new sofa and recliner.

Great atmosphere and great furniture. Staff was very friendly and inviting. Didn&'t push me to buy anything I didn&'t need. Hadil was very generous and provided great service!
I was delivered a power recliner with no power. Power controls damaged--already waited 4 weeks for delivery of this piece. Replacement chair would be another 4-6 weeks, replacement controls will be another 3+weeks.All the while they have my money. Beyond frustrated at this point !
