Extraordinarily nice staff. We recently moved back to the area. Our cross country move was less than ideal with the movers damaging/breaking most of our items. We went into the store to see what was in the warehouse & available for fast delivery. The staff took the time to go through line items to see what we wouldn’t have to wait for & could get delivered quickly. Then, when we found out delivery would be the following Tuesday at the earliest, they contacted the shipping team to see if it could be bumped up. And it was! We got our furniture 4 days after purchase. Greg, Nancy & Justin worked to make sure we had what we needed to start fresh. Highly recommend!

customer service is TERRIBLE here… employees seem MISERABLE and don’t seem to care to make a sale or even be kind to customers. their attitude was eww and uncomfortable. so glad i did not purchase anything from their store, HIGHLY recommend you go to whitehall instead, employees there are way more happy to be working, comfortable and friendly. i felt way more satisfied making a purchase at the whitehall location.

Employees are not so nice in this location but i bought here anyway coz we were already in the area and needed the furniture soon since its backordered. First they change their mood if u show them the price online thats cheaper and if you say I went to other locations already and this is the price they told me. They asked me a proof if they really gave me that price in the other location. Seriously. Once you signed the invoice theyre super quick bye goodbye. They dont even explain clearly what i bought and the policy of the warranty and the sales lady was like thank you it was nice meeting u thats it. not much of a help. They literally just add it to cart for me and make the invoice. Never coming back here. My husband was like lets get out here but i still bought it anyway well i wish i did not. FYI its normal for people to shop different locations. we dont pick money from the tree.
My mom and I had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture and Nancy helped us as best she could to get the chairs we need for our dining room. When we got home, however, we never got our 25 percent discount. After making a phone call, we learned that instead of the discounted price on the first bill shown to us, we got charged the original price, which did not include the 25 percent we were supposed to get. To all who go here, do not show your phone with the price from the online store. You will get charged the original price from the online store and no discounts will be applied.

Our sofa that we purchased elsewhere about 3 years ago, broke out of nowhere and broke again about a year later, after being repaired by my husband. My girlfriend and I went into this Ashley furniture with only the intention of gaining some ideas for our rooms and looking at new mattresses. We were greeted by Greg who was incredible, he left us to look around ourselves for a while and then asked if we needed any assistance which we explained we were both looking for a new mattress and after spending a long time testing out multiple mattresses, we both ended up purchasing 2 of the same ones that day. We never felt pressured into buying anything or spending more than we were comfortable with and we genuinely enjoyed the experience which is why I’m leaving this review. We both highly recommend this store and ask for Greg!

Purchased a full size bed frame, headboard and footboard for 8 year old child. Bedframe broken where connects to headboard and bed frame snapped under box spring 1.5 years later. Save your money & buy better quality furniture else where. Junk!

I'd advise seeking another option. Initially, the customer service seemed great upon my arrival. However, when I showed a photo of a bed I wanted to purchase to the staff member assisting me, a concerning incident unfolded. Another staff member noticed the price tag in the corner of the photo, which was higher than that of the store. Without informing me, they adjusted the price to match the one from the store where I took the photo. It appeared they intentionally raised the price but failed to disclose this. After signing the paperwork and returning to my car, I realized something was off. Upon checking the price online, it became evident they had indeed inflated it. When I contacted the store, they mentioned that they supposedly deducted the price from the box spring that I also purchased, although I remain skeptical. Despite the efficient delivery team, I'm deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and integrity in their pricing practices. I won't be returning to a place that resorts to such deceptive tactics, as it erodes trust and customer confidence. While I'd give them zero stars if possible, the swift delivery keeps it at one. My advice: refrain from sharing price information from other stores with this establishment, as they may exploit it to extract more money from you.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible experience, bought a $2300 table it was delivered 3 separate times broken. Every time I contacted customer service (I don't believe it was it was the quakertown store, but Ashley's general customer service number) I was told I'd receive a call back within 24-72 hours. I never received calls back and always needed to call them and follow up and each time I did I was once again told "24-72 hours". Finally, a week and a half later I received a call back and they refunded $220 which is absolutely ridiculous, for them to screw up the delivery 3 times and refund such a small amount. Mentioning it to multiple people, we agreed it should have been a MINIMUM of 25% considering I had to leave work multiple times early because of their mistake. And then to top it off the final delivery was scheduled for 8-12PM and they didn't show up until 7:30PM, I was waiting for them for 12 hours, they gave a 4 hour time window and still showed up almost 8 hours late. Yet another day I needed to take off. Needless to say, Ashley has always had a bad reputation and I will never shop there again. I'd rather spend a few extra bucks and go to a reputable place like raymour and flannigan
I was greeted at the door by several friendly staff. I was then invited to walk around the showroom. Ray Humphreys checked up on me after a while to see if I needed help. Once I narrowed down my choice Ray was very helpful in checking on colors and sizes of the furniture. The ordering process was easy. I would recommend Ashley Furniture!

Customer service is poor. I ordered a recliner and was told it would be delivered at the latest by Feb 23. This was ordered the end of December. Was not happy about waiting this long, but whatever. 2/17 and I havent heard anything from Ashley so I called the store. 5 times I called, 4 times I got a message to call later. One time I was hung up on. Won't be shopping Ashley again!!

I found a sofa online it was on sale. It gave me some monthly payments option one of them was 60 months for 20 dollars but you have to go in for it. I'm a single parent so financially I need to find something that fits my price. I went in and they told me no you can not got the sale price if I do the finance option even tho the website told me I can and told me what my payment would be. Then told me they have other options and brought me to a 4000 dollars one knowing I can't afford it. Then brought me to a 700 dollars white one I told him I have a kid white will not last then he told me it's only 700 you can always buy another one if it gets dirty. They don't respect your finances

I purchased an ASH U8300447 Catanzaro - Mahogany 2 seat pwr rec sofa on 02/20/2023, delivered 03/08/2023. delivery team professional and careful. After 1to 2 months of use, it was observed a misalignment of the one powered side. Investigation revealed a broken frame, this was confirmed by the service man to which he could not fix. multiple photos where taken for the report. After months of a run around. Today (07/03/2023) the store could not help and customer service finally revealed that Ashley was blaming me and I would have to pay $150.00 in order to have it fixed. This sofa is treated better than normal wear and it still broke. This is the disgusting service Ashley provides when you decline the several hundred dollars for an extended warranty (translation - more profit) despite having the sofa for less than six months and still under manufacturer warranty. They will not provide the manufacturer contact information nor will provide assistance. Additionally you do not have a right to the report but that won't matter since they will not provide assistance with manufacturer contacting or help. Do not purchase any Ashley products due to there irresponsible business practice. There customer treatment of deflection is sickening. They truly deserve to be out of business. The customer is not always right but they also do not damage there purchase. The short of this is Ashley is irresponsible and they won't own up to there portion of rectifying this issue.
We had a great experience today buying furniture. We came for a dining table and dresser but left with a table and a whole new bedroom set. Olivia was great! Helpful but not overwhelming. Such a sweet person to work with. Thanks!
Delivery is SO bad. They initially gave us a date, and then *whoops lol we forgot to ACTUALLY schedule it.* We've been sitting here for well over an hour past our delivery window. Called the absolute WORST customer service people at the number they provided. There's still 3-4 more stops. Can they give me a time estimate? Nope! Will I be sitting here til midnight? Possibly. Glad I had to cancel my plans for a mediocre couch and paid for delivery that is an absolute joke.Update: the truck is no broken and it may or may not be delivered sometime in the near future. That delivery fee is sounding more and more like fraud to me!

We bought a sofa, loveseat and end table. The sofa and loveseat were delivered without any concerns. However, the table i purchased had to be picked up at the store to avoid shipping fees. Once I got it home and removed from the box, there were noticeable defects. The store referred me to a customer service number. I was asked if I inspected the boxed end table prior to leaving the door. No, why would I feel the need to do that! The customer service dept then told me I'd have to return the table to a warehouse in Philly for resolution. Why should I have to drive three hours to Philly to return a defective product? Beware, the store wants nothing to do with you once they have your money and customer service police's are anything but customer friendly!

My partner and I recently moved in together and we thought it was time to get a few items for our little apartment to make it feel more like a home. We went to the Quakertown location and found the store to be well organized and very friendly. We were able to browse around on our own after the staff gave us a general layout as to where to look. We quickly fell in love with a small dining room table set and then we moved onto why we were there, to look at some couches. The manager Jackie, quickly jumped in to help us look around and was never under any pressure to purchase anything. Having been being in the sales industry for over 23 years, I really appreciated her approach. I'm pretty picky and needed some additional guidance, and that's when Olivia stepped in and we found a couch set together. We all sat on the couch in the showroom and just joked around and had a chance to just enjoy what it would feel like to have it. As you can see by the pictures, we decided on a new couch and even got the dining room set! The whole team was there late with us and got us the financing we needed to make this a reality. I must say, I was very impressed with the sales process and overall experience. Kudos to Jackie and her staff for being so well educated and personable. I also didn't want to write this review until everything was delivered. We had to wait a little bit, but it was worth it. The folks who made the delivery were extremely efficient and fast! They made sure we were completely happy before they left as well. In summary, this was a very pleasant experience and for whatever it's worth coming from a stranger, I highly recommend them if you're in the market for some good quality furniture. We went in to look at a couch that we saw online. Unfortunately it wasn't what we wanted. Our sales associate Jordyn listened to what we were looking for. We have a narrow living room so we were somewhat limited to what we can get without it looking too "crowded". She showed us a few others and then pointed us to the PERFECT sofa that was functional and comfortable!! can't wait to get this for the holidays to enjoy quality family time. Thanks Jordyn!

Had an awful experience here. Was given a delivery time between 3-7pm, the drivers showed up at roughly 9:30 pm without giving me a call, email, or any notification that they’d be late. When they arrived, they told me that they didn’t know how to get the furniture into my apartment. The person who told me that then told me I had to cancel my order. The people in the store were incredibly helpful and friendly, but if this is the people that they allow to do their deliveries you’re better off going elsewhere.
Terrible experience with delivery. First they tried to take our sofa that was clearly too large to enter the elevator into our apartment. I asked if he had the measurements of the furniture prior to trying to shove it into the elevator. He said no and then proceeded to shove it into our apartment breaking the exit sign. Then he tried to shove it into the elevator that clearly was to small. After that I let him know that it would probably be best if they just used the staircase. He then said that they will not take any thing up more then 36 stairs. When on our contract says on line 2 section F anything higher than the 3rd floor (which is the floor we live on) Would need to be delivered via elevator. Then it was a back and forth from their manager to the customer service and the store where we purchased it from. We got different answers from each person we spoke to. Then the delivery person stated that he would do it if we paid him directly. Then he quickly changed his mind after we mentioned his offer to one of the customer service reps. I will say that Jackie the manager of this location was by far the most helpful. After about an hour and a half going back and fourth about how to get our sofa into our apartment we gave up and had them just start taking our other products into our home. while we tried to figure out what to do. But then after all that, we received our other item broken! This most likely occurred from the delivery guys using too much force to get things to fit in the elevator because they refused to use the stairs or how it was stored in the truck! ( which was a mess I'm sure others peoples items were damaged in there with their lack of knowledge on hoe to do their job)I'm in shock at how terrible this experience was. We spent 3k on our furniture and this is not the quality we were expecting or paid for. So unhappy with our service and the delivery process that cost us 300 dollars and it non refundable along with the furniture we purchased. We just want our money back after all this trouble also reached out to the BBB. to get our money back after this whole situation. Buyer Be Ware!

Save yourself a huge headache and go elsewhere. I ordered a sectional, waited about a month and the wrong one was delivered. I spent 3 hours on the phone to find out they ordered us the wrong one. Long story short, we were given a bunch of different *wrong* answers. They left us without a couch for 10 weeks before I went ahead and canceled the order due to the holidays quickly approaching. This was a problem that they created. I should have received a pay check from them for all the work I put in on my end plus the days I needed to sit and wait to for the wrong couch to be delivered and picked up. The communication with the store/ higher ups is horrendous. Don’t expect any sort of answer from them for approximately 3-4 weeks and you have to reach out constantly to get it. The store called me maybe 2 times during the 10 week period any other communication was done on my end. Plus side of the story, I now have a couch being delivered in less then a week from a different company. Can’t wait to sit on my stress free sectional in 5 days time.

Spent nearly $5000 on a new sectional and table on 8/14. I was told in-store that the table could be delivered immediately, and the sectional was TBD. Received a call the next day and was told "We have your furniture in our warehouse and we can schedule delivery for 8/18. Threw away our current sectional the morning of 8/18 to make room for the new one only to find out "We have your furniture " meant ONLY the table and not the sectional. Called the store to try and find a resolution and was told the sectional *might* be available by 9/11. Unacceptable. I was then told I would receive a call back in a little bit with a resolution, 2 days later and nothing. So, I called the corporate number to file a complaint. They said the store would call me before the end of the day (8/20). Nothing. Again. I'm done, this is absolutely ridiculous and I'm stuck without a sectional for 3 weeks. I'm going to the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased a sofa with chaise lounge back in June 2022 and the in-store experience was very good. However, once I received the furniture (three weeks later), there were some major defects that needed to be addressed and repaired. Over the course of 5 weeks, I received the material for the arm repair and the fiber fill for the understuffed cushions, but I'm still waiting on the other piece of material for the chaise lounge that had glue stains. All in all, I would not return to purchase furniture with this dealer because the communication has been choppy and 5 weeks later, my sofa still isn't close to being repaired. Very disappointed because the staff at the store was wonderful.
I wish zero Stars was an option, absolutely disgusting service I would not advise anybody to purchase from the store, it was failure after failure of them scheduling me, called in multiple times multiple different places and they still scheduled me for the wrong time for the third time. Then they proceeded to still charge me fees for their lack of professionalism, and still tried to charge me for delivery. Absolutely disgusting and will not ever return to this location or this store!!!! Also spoke to corporate and they were the worst corporate I've ever spoken to, they were not interested in what I had to say she kept cutting me off and not allowing me to speak and then at the end of it just told me to flat out cancel my order. She did not do anything or help anything worse service ever!!!

Understaffed and maybe some unskilled staff. Nancy, the sales associate, seemed knowledgeable and was running around doing her best with several customers. She was the only sales associate there at the time. There was a receptionist and the manager. The younger male manager seemed put out when it came to helping his sales associate. He was not professional, helpful, or kind to her or the customers. He seemed "very busy" on his cell phone and disgruntled to be bothered.

We have bought our furniture from Ashley’s furniture for years never had a issue great quality!! I love the fact sales people aren’t following you around. Well we ordered our new living room furniture from them and the wrong cocktail table was delivered I told the delivery guy I didn’t think that was my table he said it’s what they gave him to deliver here so I went to Ashley’s and talked to the GM on today she took the wrong table back and ordered the right table for us!! She was very friendly and knowledgeable!! I’m so glad we continue to buy from Ashley’s!!
My 87 yr old mother purchased a bed less than a year ago and one side rail split in half dropping her and her 90 yr old husband to the floor. When I checked out what happened, I was stunned to see it was made from pressurized compressed paper fiber!! I managed to patch it so they could use it. It's been over a month since first contacting them about it and it has been a nightmare. We're heading back today as phone calls with customer service are a runaround. Never again will we ever buy another item there. Beware, they simply don't care. Update! The saga continues and get worse. Store says out of their hands and we have to contact Corp customer service. Did that and they won't have a replacement side rail until mid August. Philly warehouse has dozens of bed parts in stocks and Corp doesn't care. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!

I am giving one star because my salesperson was pleasant. I had to deal with tight quarters, so size of the sofa was paramount. I measured the couch and went home to remeasure space. Upon return to formally order the couch, they backpeddaled on the previously discussed price. Once that was settled, I ordered it for delivery a week later... great. I measured multiple times, however the measurements did not include the wrapper that came on the couch which was unable to be delivered upon arrival. Although the delivery personnel were also pleasant, there was a major language barrier and they were unable to maneuver the still wrapped couch up the staircase. Believe what you hear about Ashley. I begrudgingly went anyway because we were in need of a sofa. My $250+ mistake for non-refundable delivery fee and 25% restock, lesson learned. Dont make the same mistake, look elsewhere.
The process for buying furniture was fast and the staff was very friendly. Jane was a great help and was able to answer all questions we asked her.
My husband and I are new to the area and were in search of a coffee table so we went to the Quakertown Ashley Furniture, located in what looks to have previously been a Country Junction. From the moment we walked in to when we left we had a wonderful experience. Toni helped us and showed us all of the tables that matched our description. We saw some beautiful pieces but none that were big enough to fill our space. I showed them one that I saw online, and they said they'd be able to order it for us and that it would come in 10-16 weeks. To our surprise our table came in 3 weeks, was delivered fully assembled and in perfect condition. I see past negative reviews, but it's my understanding that the store is under new management. I can honestly say it was an extremely pleasant experience and everyone we came across was lovely. We LOVE our beautiful new table.

We walked into the store and were greeted by Jordyn. Their selection of furniture has vastly improved over the years and we were pleasantly suprised with the showroom (it had been quite a few years since we had been there). Jordyn was a newer salesman but was extremely friendly and helpful in driving our purchase at Ashley today. We were not pressured into anything and our questions were handled immediately. Would definitely consider purchasing here again in the future.

I went in for the one day 30% off sale they were having upon entering no one greeted me once I even heard the lady behind the counter ask the customer who walked in after me was she being helped anyway I’m walking browsing finally a sales person come and ask me what I was looking for I tell her she showed me about 3-4 items and disappeared I seen her again As I was walking out she walking from the break room with her mouth stuffed and said oh yea hold on I began walking out there were MULTIPLE people at the door upon my exit no one said anything to me not did you find what you were looking for or even have a great day! I felt very uncomfortable in this store setting I would NEVER return

3 staff members including the manager stood and watched as I struggled to get my mother in a wheelchair in and out their door. Not one person offered to help. The quality of the furniture is terrible. How can you have distressed furniture with chipboard underneath…
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience for multiple reasons and I don’t even know where to begin. Our sales person (Eve) was pushy to begin with and informed us our delivery would be 10-16 weeks upon sale. Of course it wasn’t, and we found ourselves calling to check in multiple times to check on our order. Our sales person also made a few strange comments about my fiancé’s size when looking at beds/mattresses. It made us a little uncomfortable and she clearly cared more about the sale. We were totally understanding of the delays in delivery with production of furniture at this time. What took a turn for us was after that. My fiancé was very transparent on availability of delivery, which a few weeks ago when discussed, didn’t seem like a problem. We received a call that the delivery was going to be in the morning (which is not what we were told to begin with), and we made sure someone was there. The delivery person went to the wrong house and then showed up and informed us that our bed was damaged. We really appreciated his honesty and transparency and totally understand that sometimes that happens. What really surprised us was when I called the store to speak to someone about our experience. The woman who answered the phone was rude the second she picked up. I have heard many stories about rude staff at that store, but we wanted to give Ashley a chance. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor or manager about my experience and she literally said “for what.” I told her about my experience and frustration with Ashley. It turns out the lady who spoke to us on the phone was our sales person, Eve! She then refused to put a manager on the phone and simply said “no.” I asked her if there was anyone else I could talk to and I got “no.” I could barely get a word in because she was incredibly defensive and very rude on the phone. She constantly was cutting me off and didn’t seem to care what I was expressing. When I told her my frustrations, she said “well that’s not our problem. That’s not Ashley’s problem” when I told her we had to arrange having someone here due to sudden delivery changes which, again, were previously discussed. She was mumbling things to coworkers when we ended the call. I have never had such a negative experience in customer service and the crazy part was that it began the second she answered the phone. My fiancé then called to follow up on this and she hung up on him. Ashley then refused to answer our phone calls. We have never had such a negative experience in purchasing anything! We highly recommend Raymour and Flanigan down the street. They have been wonderful to us!

We had excellent service from Michael Brooks. He helped us purchase a beautiful sectional couch and wall clock. He provided a very thorough explanation of everything, and made our experience very positive.
Terrible customer service, they seemed bored and unwilling to help, maybe cause it was a sunday afternoon or we caught them on a bad day. We went to purchase a dining room set, very helpful showing us around but the positives end there. Gave us a different printout than the set we bought, couldnt find us in the system, overcharged us for the set, (discovered the lower price during online search when we got home) and when we spoke to the manager she said we can honor the difference AFTER you pay in full and take delivery (10-16 weeks!), cancelled order immediately.Found a way better deal, half the price and a 2 week delivery at Raymour and Flanagan which ironically purchases some of their furniture from Ashley's.

Bought a 3,800 $ tempur -proadapt firm. King mattress from Jane Taylor at the store. I was told that they would take the old mattress when the new one was delivered. At the time the new mattress was delivered the driver stated that he can’t take the old mattress because it didn’t state that on his paperwork I called Ashley’s at 9 am when the new mattress was delivered to talk to Jane The store didn’t open till 10am. The driver left and left the old mattress sitting in the middle of the living room, I called Jane at 10am and she said it was her fault that it didn’t state on the paperwork to pick up the old mattress and I asked her if anyone could pick it up today and said there is nothing she can do after taking to her manager. So now I’m stuck with the mattress and I have to pay some one to remove it. Poor business practices. Never go back there again. Purchased a lot of furniture there

Very nice things. Somehow we went unnoticed by the staff and were almost ready to leave when someone from sales, in a hurry to go somewhere, matter of factly said...oh hi and kept going. We've heard bad reviews on their delivery but do not have experience with them and when the sales person came back didn't seem to have a glowing review either. Really would love to purchase from them but when you pay for delivery ...well getting the furniture is a big part of buying furniture.

Our salesman was Michael, GREAT SERVICE!!!! Yes service! He was very kind and helpful, yet not Obnoxious and pushy when giving us information on what we were looking for. It was very easy to talk to him, and he k ew all the facts about the furniture. That was very impressive, when he didn’t know the answer to a question, he didn’t pretend to know. He said he would go get the facts about it, which I appreciate so much that someone cares to tell me the right information versus guessing or the wrong information. Very disappointed with this place. We ordered our kids a full bedroom set, 14, almost 15 weeks ago. We were told delivery would take no more than 8-12 weeks. When I called to check if our items were in, the woman argued with me on the phone saying that she had my paperwork in front of her and it says 15 weeks for delivery. I also had my paperwork in front of me that clearly states 8-12 weeks delivery. I asked to cancel my order, this woman told me I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee, for something not even in stock. I asked to speak with a manger, AJ, who called me back hours later and assured me that I was in fact given a 8-12 week delivery time frame. Anyways, fast forward a few weeks, my order still is not in. When you call the store the customer service is awful, the people are rude. They’re very quick to take your money but then act like it’s not their problem or any inconvenience at all that they can’t hold up on their end. I called again after waiting 14 weeks, they still couldn’t tell me anything. I asked for the manager to call me. It’s been 3 days and they still have not returned my call. We will be cancelling our order and will never, ever do business with this place again.
We ordered an entertainment center with an electric insert 13 weeks ago today. Each time we call there is one piece in and we are waiting on another. Then when we call again the pieces that were in are no longer in and now new pieces are in. We were told today that the pieces we are waiting on will not be in until mid October and then it is another estimated 2 to 3 weeks shipping schedule... of course that is if they don't give away the other pieces that are currently there. 🙄 we have kept records of what they tell each time and then the make us feel like we are making it up when we read what was there and now gone. We asked for them to bring the items as they come in so that we have some control over this craziness but they only ship complete invoices. Wow is the word for the first experience dealing with this company. Good luck if you decide to buy furniture here as you may see it by spring.
Bought 2 power love seats and 1 power recliner on 18 Aug 2021 after seeing them on Ashley Furniture web site. Was overcharged from the price on website by $850.00. The first recliner damaged on delivery. @nd recliner frame bent. Get no response from either the store or Customer care. sent photos. This was the Quakertown store It'sbeen almost a month with no end in sight

Awful experience. Will definitely never be ordering from them again. Delivery men were disrespectful, cursing in my house. They broke my stairs and molding of my brand new house. I filed a claim over a month ago and haven’t heard anything back. They damaged a chair which I did not accept delivery for, and have yet to hear back from Ashley Furniture store, despite calling multiple times. Once speaking to family and friends of this experience, they all told me they experienced similar issues with this company. I wish I would’ve spoken to them earlier. Bad customer service, and overall awful, frustrating experience. For the price we paid, I should not being having this experience.

We purchased a sectional sofa from this Ashley location in May. The in store service was fine. The delivery was scheduled for about 6 weeks away. There were several issues with the delivery service. The first attempt, "the truck broke down", so the delivery was rescheduled. The second delivery was scheduled for the following Friday between 3 and 7 in the afternoon. They didn't show up in the allotted time frame. The delivery service called at 8 to say were on their way, unfortunately we had plans and had to reschedule again. They did show up on the third attempt, but it was an hour earlier than scheduled. There was no call beforehand, luckily I was home to receive the deliver. The sofa had a tear in the fabric on one end and a blue scrape on the other. I told the delivery drivers I did not want the damaged furniture. They insisted that I keep it and filed a damage claim during the delivery. When the delivery men left, they left garbage on the street, see picture. It's been well over a month and Ashley has not sent anyone to replace or repair the sofa. They initially responded to the e-mail damage claims, but I have not heard anything from them in weeks. They just don't respond to calls or e-mails. Not sure how to proceed to get this situation remedied, Update 1/21/22 - Ashley still has not repaired the furniture. I've spoken with them several times and they keep saying they will call to schedule and appointment, but they never call back. It's been over 6 months. At this point I give up, they are obviously never going to repair the damage. Go elsewhere for your furniture needs.
If you are smart you will shop elsewhere. On March 13, 2021 I purchased a cocktail table ,2 end tables and a sofa table. Delivery was to be 8-12 weeks. I received no call by end of 12th week so I called the store. Was told they were waiting on the cocktail table and should be by the end of the following week. I finally get a call at the end of 13th week to set up delivery. Unbelievably, delivery was not going to happen for another 4 weeks! On July 16th delivery did arrive within the 4 hour window.,(yeah). They rushed the furniture into the house and handed me a paper to sign. I told them I had not looked the furniture over yet, but the guy just stood there. So off they went. I started looking over each piece, finding an area on cocktail table that needed Repair, one end table the finish was flawed. Then I removed a piece of cardboard On the sofa table.....OMG.... a large gash and ,scratches in the whole right side of the table.Drawers worked hard and the finish was rough. I called the number given for concerns and in turn was given another number to call. So frustrating!!!!! They asked me to send pictures and then I would hear from someone in a few days. Haha I let another almost 2 weeks go by and no call , so I called again Monday 8/2/2021 Told me don't know what happened but will be sure someone calls me within 24 -72hours. Get a call today 8/5 while not home on answering machine saying that my sofa table is under review and someone will contact me. What! It is not acceptable!!! Totally damaged!!! Why need a review??? Just get me a new one. I was going to purchase dining chairs on same order solid I waited. Never stepping foot in any Ashley store again. At this rate , it will be December before things get resolved.
After waiting weeks for my couch I was told they would deliver between 3-7pm they showed up hours early. Fortunately I work from home for the State Dept. They set up my sectional & I said this is too big it was so big & I said a couple pieces need to go back the one guy came in from the truck & said they were calling about the next delivery & he said it's my first day we can't take it call the store & work it out with my them. I called the store as they were leaving & they said I should have refused the pieces I didn't want & that they told me that when they sold it to me over a month ago seriously I'd remember that & I was supposed to argue with the 2 big strange men in my home about taking them?! Called customer service they said they called dispatch & he couldn't reach the drivers but would call me back Anthony at dispatch never did I called CS back same poor woman & now I'm furious he can't reach his drivers?! Yes he could he did when they were here! I can't move in my livingroom & I wanted this settled bc my son is coming home on leave from the Marines on Wednesday they need to come get the 2 pieces that don't fit ASAP!!! I am still waiting on an answer as to when they're getting them & it better be tomorrow bc I never write bad reviews but this is ridiculous

I got my couch 2 years ago. In the first few months a cushion ripped. Then pieces of wood started coming out of the couch and poking people. Now the frame on the back of the couch is busted and starting to poke out of the couch. Delivery was a hot mess as well. I have called the store so many times and they keep telling me to call customer care who don't answer the phone or the line is disconnected. I would recommend not risking your money and going elsewhere. I will now have to spend another grand on a new couch from somewhere else because they don't take care of their customers.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE that the owner ONLY replies to good comments... just like their sales reps -they have ZERO cares for the customers with issues. This is very telling. Similar to other posts... placed and PAID for an order in February. Told 8-12 weeks. That came and went. Called - promised next week, nothing. Called again, promised end of the month. That came and went. No calls. No cares. Now, almost 5 months later. Still nothing. Still promising the end of the month. THE WORST COMPANY EVER. They don't care. We have so much time invested into this sofa now, I'm beyond angry. As stated in other posts - delays happen once they get your money you are invisible.
We purchased two couches in February was told 8-12 weeks for delivery we purchased along with paying for delivery when they arrived. We called three times after 12 weeks and were told either by the end of the week or the following week. After 16 weeks we stopped in asked again about the couches and told next week or by the end of the month but then it could take weeks for delivery no apologies about delay or concern from lady helping us just tapping her fingers on the counter. I said we were supposed to get the couches in 8-12 weeks received NO calls regarding the order and still have no confirmation on delivery and was told I could cancel the order which I did with no hesitation and once again no concern from anyone behind the counter about unhappy customers. NEVER again will we shop there.

I recently bought a power recliner at this store. Sale was 60% off.Total price came to over $1,100. With No free shipping. Later that evening I found the exact product same description and sku number for $736.00 on line. I immediately went to to see if they could match this price. Or take something off. The manager said no. I said to then return it. They needed to charge me a restocking fee of $114.00. Restocking fee for what?? It was less than 24 hrs that i bought the item but because i scheduled a delivery date they needed to charge me.. Even with paying the fee it was still cheaper on line also with free shipping. So with there sale of 60% off and free shipping over $2,000.00. The regular price of that chair they told me was over$2,400.00. And the manager tried to tell me there is No mark up. Go somewhere else for your products this store will rake you over the coals. With buying the chair on line it saved me a couple hundred dollars for the exact same product. Never will I ever shop at your store again. I don't need the smoke being blown up my butt either.
We love the furniture we selected from Ashley. We had a few issues with delivery due to the shortage of delivery persons, but we had help from Laura and AJ, the General Manager at the store to help expedite. We will definitely shop here again!
Great selection great prices
I was told in January that my order would be 8-12 weeks --mid/end of March; that time frame was longer than I wanted but I placed the order anyway. Once 12 weeks arrived I called and was told it is "delayed" and to expect it mid April. It is now mid April and haven not heard from them so I just called again and was told "still delayed..now expected mid May". If they would have had even the slightest bit of customer service and called to let me know there are delays, maybe I would not be so frustrated. Delays happen, but there is no excuse not to keep customers informed.. very very poor customer service.
Horrible customer service!!!!! Do your self a favor and go to Raymour and Flanigan down the road. I purchased a coffee table and two end tables from this store and within a month they’ve started splitting and cracking along the legs. I put in a claim on 3/23 to their Guest Services Center and was told that I would hear back from them within 7-10 business days. By April 11th I still hadn’t heard back from them so I called again and the representative, Rachel, said that I would hear back from someone that day or the next. It’s now April 14th and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. On top of this I paid the additional money for a 5 year protection plan that’s obviously useless considering they told me this issue wasn’t covered by my protection plan. Update - I finally was able to speak to a representative from guest services. Unfortunately I was told that since we picked up our furniture from the store, rather than having it delivered, I voided the warranty. Nobody from the store informed me that picking up my furniture would void the warranty. I contacted the manager from this store, Isaiah, he stated that what guest services told me wasn’t true and they should honor the service call to rectify the situation and provided another number to call - same response, I voided my warranty picking up the furniture. I spoke Laura the office manager and and she suggested that I call the manufacturer of the furniture but couldn’t provide a number. I’m so disappointed in the customer service that received from this store and I refuse to purchase anything else from them ever again. Since purchasing the coffee table and end tables from this store, me and my husband have purchased a sectional sofa, a dining room set, bar stools and an entire bedroom set from Raymour and Flanigan down the street and have had exceptional service!!!

MY PICK UP VOIDED THE LIFETIME WARRANTY.???? Bought two couches 2/2019 Picked up from store. 4/2020 I called for a broken frame was told Service would call me to set up repair. I called 6/2020 told same thing. Called 11/2020 told couldn't find me in the system. I should call the Whitehall store. Ended back calling Quakertown. Now 1/2021 They found our invoice number. I should call the 888# they gave me. First attempt 30 hold. No one. Second attempt 45 min.. not in the system. Handed off to another department. She said picking up the couches myself voided the lifetime warranty. AVOID ANY PURCHASE YOULL VE TAKING WITH YOU.
Big place with a lot of furniture in display. The sales people are nice and managing well during this pandemic. You can always buy at discount price so just keep an eye for a promotion. The furniture is good quality.

Very rude salesperson. The moment we walked in the door I was told it was an 8 to12 week wait and every furniture store was the same. Then they directed me to recliners which is what I was looking for. But, it was almost all leather or microfiber which I did not want. She got into an argument about that with me. I told her I didn't want leather or microfiber and she said there are lots of sets that are not leather or microfiber. I said there were only 2 and both were either the dreadful dark gray or too had to close. She went on to tell me that microfiber was not leather and I should be fine with that. I said AGAIN I do not want microfiber. Apparently she felt her decisions on MY furniture were more important than my choice. Then she led me to sets that didn't include recliners and I said no, I want recliners and she was very upset that I did not pick what SHE selected. Ugh!!!
Poor customer service last night walked in the door not one person offered help an one Landy never got off her cell phone. Was as shopping for a sofa. I'll be buying from bob's furniture.
Ordered a couch in July and I still have not got it. Everytime I call they push back the date.

I ordered a desk and hutch from the Quakertown location and paid to have it shipped to Delaware. We were told we would get it in about four weeks since they had them in stock. It took over eight weeks, and a couple of inquiries as to where it is, till we finally got it and, it looked used and was damaged!!! I called the Quakertown store and was advised to call the Philadelphia store since it supposedly came from them! I called the Philadelphia store and was told to call the Maryland store since they handle the deliveries to Delaware. Needless to say, I called them, the woman took my name and info and said someone would get back to me. No one ever called me back and when I called several times to get this straightened out, they still haven't returned any of my calls. I called the Quakertown store again, since that is where I paid and ordered it from, and spoke to Laura, who I explained what has been going on, and she advised me someone would get back to me to help me with this on-going issue. Once again, no one has attempted to contact me! My furniture was still under warranty and at the very least they should have attempted to fix the damage to the furniture, which technically they should have given me a whole new set since that is what I expected to get!! but once again no one is willing to help me with my several attempts to resolve this matter. I will never order anything again from Ashley Furniture!!! It is CLEARLY OBVIOUS all they care about is taking your money and show no concern about anything after that!!!
Worst customer experience ever. I would rather pay 10x than ever shop here again. They are no better than a scam artist. Payed in full for my order on Sep 12. It’s now Dec 21 and still don’t have what I ordered. They have missed their delivery date 4 times now and never called me to tell me they were going to miss it. I had to call them every time after they missed a delivery date. I called yesterday (Dec 20) and was told it will now be sometime in January until my order comes back in. That is over 4 months since I ordered and payed for it. I asked what they could do or offer to try and make this right. I was told there is nothing they can do abs the delivery dates are just estimates. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they would tell me the same thing and they would not get the manager. Stay away from this store if you actually want what you order.
We ordered bedroom and living furniture from Ashley Furniture in Quakertown on Sept 7, 2020 and were told it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks, closer to 4. Well, almost 13 weeks later I finally was frustrated enough to cancel the $4,700 order and go down the street to Raymour and Flannigan and spend $1,000 for furniture that is guaranteed to be delivered on 12/17. When we went in to cancel the order the customer service rep didn&'t ask why, is there anything they could do to save the order, etc, so that&'s telling me it&'s happening a lot right now. I would give this store 0 stars if I could.
12 weeks still no order... I&'m not the type of person that buys a couch every few years because I wanna redecorate. I actually needed a couch. With being stuck in the house with the covid on the loose it was time to make the purchase. ( I had to talk my wife into this) so off we went. First stop Ashley Quakertown. This was two weeks before Labor Day. The sales person told me it was a 4-6 week wait... we walked because I needed something like... now. Next stop was BoBs. They said 4-8 weeks.... nope! Then flash forward to the next weekend. It was Raymore and Flanagan... too expensive. Then Ashley in Lehighton.... nothing we really liked but we settled on a couch they said was in stock.... perfect! Then.... whoops sorry... it&'s not available for 4-6 weeks. So we bailed. Then Ashley in Whitehall.... 4-8 wait and nothing we loved... so nope. Flash forward to Labor Day... I guess we&'re gonna have to face the fact we gotta wait for a couch... back to Bobs... I wasn&'t feeling good about what they had so then back to my first choice in what I thought was right place to make a solid choice Ashley Quakertown.... ( boy I regret that decision!) we had pictures of what we wanted and went in with a plan. But something really caught our eye. Grab a sales person... bam!!! We&'re doing this!!! The sales person told us 4-8 weeks. I scoffed at at 8 weeks! The sales person told me I shouldn&'t be that long but they have to say that because of the covid shut down. I thought I guess I have no choice? As we approached check out I noticed a couple really pissed off and arguing about getting a refund. ( I should&'ve went with my gut and walked) but I thought they were just assholes or something. ( little did I know that&'s gonna be me and my wife very soon) so at checkout the sales person was entering my information and kept putting our order in wrong. 3 times she entered it wrong then she tried to pawn it off on another worker which flat out refused to do her job. It ended with me correcting her step by step to make sure I didn&'t get the wrong couch. ( wtf??? I don&'t work there!) smh.... anyway now the wait... No email... no call... nothing for 6 weeks. Finally I call to check I was told it was end of October. I was not happy but what could I do? Then flash forward to 7 weeks and 6 days. I get a call... YEAY!!! Delivery....NOPE! Now I&'m scheduled for mid November.... huh??? Meanwhile there seems to be sales every weekend. How are you having sales on items you can&'t produce??? So 10 weeks I guess??? Mind you coincidentally my boss went to BOBs on the same day we ordered ours and got his in 6 weeks.... back to the story.... the day before the 10 week mark I get another call.... guess what they said????...... good news!!! It&'s set to arrive in our warehouse on December 23!..... huh?!? So guess what I&'m sitting on for Thanksgiving with my family? Nothing I paid for OVER 11 weeks ago!!!!!!!!! So if you&'re reading this do yourself a favor..... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The only good thing that came out of this is my new sense of community I have with the numerous Facebook groups I had to join that have my same exact problem. Yea.... there&'s like 10 separate Facebook pages all dedicated to this company.... I wish I would have read the room better that day and listened to my gut. DONT BE ME!!!
Absolute garbage service from trashy people. Sales manager was extremely defensive to the point of being rude when asked about basic finance questions. Sales people on the floor aren't aware of what sales prices actually are or atleast thats what the sales manager said. Lastly we clearly heard the sales manager and someone else scoffing at me and making comments as I left. Happily took my money else where and I hope absolutely everyone else does the same
If zero stars could be an option that’s what I would choose. The absolute WORST costumer service I’ve ever had anywhere. We’ve been waiting for our couches since the beginning of JULY and it’s NOVEMBER. We call all the time and have been lied to every week for months about when we’re supposed to get it. No one cares and would rather tell you a lie to hang up. We asked for some of our money back after not having something we purchased for months and no one tried to accommodate us at all. They said they would email their district manager and get back to us. But of course no one did. Canceled it after waiting almost HALF A YEAR and getting lied to! Absolutely horrible, do not shop here unless you want your thousands of dollars wasted and sitting in their cash register while you don’t have the product you purchased.
I purchased these items and was assured that the items would arrive in 2-8 weeks. At the most, 10 weeks. However I was then contacted and told that the furniture would not arrive until 11/14, which is 11 weeks past the date. Additionally I called and learned that the particular sectional I want is on backorder until 2021 and I am not prepared to wait any longer. I attempted to cancel but received no response. I have also seen many quality issues on the Ashley Furniture Complaints Facebook page which makes me less than assured I'll receive a good product. Check them out before you decide to order from here.

Utterly disappointed in my entire buying experience. I totally understand processing and shipping delays due to COVID-19 complications; however I was told a 2-6 week delivery range when I purchased my living room set, 2 week later I receive a call my order would not be delivered until OCTOBER. If you try and cancel your order (for a reason that's neither parties fault) they will charge you 30% of your purchase. I expressed my concern to the manager at this location, and they truly could have cared less. Hopefully corporate will be more caring. UPDATE: While they were able to deliver my couch in the time frame promise, it was completely damaged. The did not handle the couch with care during the moving process.. and it came COMPLETELY damaged. They sent us the WRONG parts to fix the couch, and I have yet to hear back from the company. Absolutely horrible experience. Will never shop here again, and will NEVER recommend shopping here.
I entered the store to 3 employees behind the counter without masks on and at least 2 were just sitting there talking to each other. Then when I asked where something was the only employee working just pointed to the back corner of the store. After I found something I was interested in I could not find an employee. As I walked back to the front an employee walked past me, commenting on my mother's shirt, then asked to help people behind me. I left after that commenting to the still maskless people at the front that we received no help. Their response, "....", nothing. I will not come back to this RUDE location again.

Unbelievably expensive for furniture made out of particle board and glued plastic made into fake wood boards. This store should close or rethink their pricing. Everything looks nice until you put your hand on it and discover that it is manufactured wood or something. What normal person would spend hard earned money on JUNK!!!! JUNK!!!

I've always loved the furniture they sell here. All the staff here is wonderful. We were in this store today and bought a mattress, this also isn't our first purchase through Ashley's. Our sales associate was Nancy and she made the entire process so easy. She was a delight to be around and made such a large purchase fairly simple for us. Highly recommend this place and Nancy for future sales!

Do not do business with Ashley furniture. We paid a lot of money for a bedroom set that we patiently waited over a month for. Delivery day came and conveniently the truck broke down and they can’t deliver for another week. I sold my furniture the day of delivery since I had confirmation of delivery. Wish I never gave them my business they don’t care. Never again will I do business with you liars.
Staff was very helpful, but not overbearing. We financed our purchase and, even with a change to our order the next day, everything went smoothly. Nancy was especially helpful and attentive. We would most certainly go back to Ashley again.
I had been shopping around for a new bed and mattress set for a while. In store and online. I found one that I really liked and it was on sale online. I went back to the store again to make sure it was the right one. I talked to the sales lady Eve. She was supper nice and very helpful. I also found it was cheaper in store than online. It's much nicer talking to someone in person, she answered all my questions. Was a great experience, will definitely be shopping their in the future.

We went to the Ashley store in Quakertown. A friend had moved their furniture across country and, of course, lost the bolts for the headboard and foot board of their Ashley bed. We spoke to Courtney who told us they were no longer being produced. However, she said let me check in the back. She came back with the bolts we needed. I asked her how much? She said free! Now, that's customer service. Thanks Courtney!!

A few weeks ago we were shopping around for a king size bed frame and mattress. Ashley had good prices compared to its competitors, but what won us over was how amazing all the staff was! Michelle was very patient, kind, and helpful with use deciding what we wanted. She did not try to oversell us, but was understanding and supportive when we decided to go with a lower cost option. Patty was amazing when checking us out. We opted in for the warranty and spent enough for free delivery and she did an amazing job of explaining how it worked to us and all the rules. We highly recommend them for both their prices and customer service!
My husband and I came in, were greeted and told that no one would hover over us...i loved that!! When we needed assistance we got it immediately and never felt uncomfortable..

I was looking to buy a new table for home deciding to go to Ashley furniture as they had a special President's Day promotion. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Nancy. What a lovely personality so personal not pushy. She made me feel very comfortable like a true friend. I ended getting a kitchen set at a great price and feel like I made a forever friend.

I was in the store today to purchase furniture. The staff was very helpful and kind from the start. Maggie, my salesperson, showed me numerous bedroom sets to choose from. When checking out Jill M, the cashier, continued that great service as well. I will be coming back again thanks to the professionalism of Jill and her ability to quickly process my order.
I visited Ashley to look at Recliners. The sales Representative, Eve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. At first I did not find what I was interested in until leaving the store. I saw a recliner that had potential, rather pricey I may add, but I would consider. I visited three other stores to compare items, likes and dislikes. After reviewing with my wife, I decided to return to Ashley and review the chair once more. I decided to purchase, but had to obtain a better price than what was on sale. Not only did I purchase the Leather Chair, but an end table to compliment the chair. Eve and Patty (the lady who rung up my sale, along with the five year protection plan) was very helpful. I would consider purchasing other items when needed. Great store in Quakertown, PA. Thank you for the great service and attention to my needs. Buyer Beware. I purchased this chair specifically because I was told not once, but twice that the chair was Made in the USA. After receiving a call last evening, 2/19/20, I was informed that my chair would be delivered in early March, this is after a week from the original order date, 2/11/20. I asked why does it take so long if the chair is made in the USA. They had to check. By the way, the store makes you sign a document that your furniture will be delivered in 2-6 Weeks. Now I know why. I questioned what State the chair was made in and who the manufacturer was. They could not answer and I had to wait for a call back. I received the call, and was advised the chair was manufactured in Vietnam. Explains the delivery time. I was not happy and informed them I was lied to and that they committed a fraudulent act - to do business. I was advised I could come to the store and get a complete refund, which I immediately did. I was not a happy person, and I can assure you I would never do business with Ashley Furniture again.......

I just purchased 2 chairs and a loveseat for my living room and Roseann Horvath was VERY helpful. She spent a great deal of time with me coordinating fabrics and was just as helpful when I brought my husband back to make sure he was as comfortable in the furniture as I am. patty got us through the payment nd delivery schedule as quickly as possible . Both women were quite pleasant.

I purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture in September of 2019. The furniture was delivered on 10/10/2019 and in the process the delivery company broke my floor lamp. This was not a cheap Walmart lamp, it was from an upscale Scandinavian store and cost $300.I phoned Ashley and was told that I had to take it up with their delivery company. I phone FGO Logistics and have been given the run around ever since. Every time I call Ashley I am told that there is nothing they can do. To me, if you as a company hire a company to deliver YOUR PRODUCT, YOU should make good when they destroy someone&'s property. And you YOU don&'t want to YOU should be concerned enough about YOUR customers to contact the freight company and insist that they reimburse the customer. Ashley Furniture had NO problem taking my money, but they won&'t step in on my behalf and address this with FGO.The best advice I can give is save yourself aggravation and do not shop at Ashley Furniture. If a company will not make good when their delivery company damages a customer&'s property it isn&'t worth shopping there!I rated this a one because I had to. I wish I could have given them zero!

I hate when I walk into a furniture store and the salespeople won&'t leave you alone. When we stopped in Michelle introduced herself and asked if she could help us, I told her we would prefer to look on our own. We told her what we were looking for and she brought us over to the area we should be looking in. She periodically checked on us which was great because after some shopping my boyfriend and I realized he liked a hard, uncomfortable sofa lol and I liked a more comfortable, relaxing sofa. We asked if there was something in the middle and she showed us some great options. It was crowded that day with orders at the front desk. I thought we were going to be there forever but the manager or at least I think she was the manager kept the line moving smoothly answering a few questions we had and got us to the right place to do financing....I think her name was Tracey, hope I got that right. Anyway, the furniture came and we love the way it looks and feels. Thanks ladies for the great experience. We&'ll be back when we are ready to decorate the next room.

She periodically checked on us which was great because after some shopping my boyfriend and I realized he liked a hard, uncomfortable sofa lol and I liked a more comfortable, relaxing sofa. We asked if there was something in the middle and she showed us some great options. It was crowded that day with orders at the front desk. I thought we were going to be there forever but the manager or at least I think she was the manager kept the line moving smoothly answering a few questions we had and got us to the right place to do financing....I think her name was Tracey, hope I got that right. Anyway, the furniture came and we love the way it looks and feels. Thanks ladies for the great experience. We'll be back when we are ready to decorate the next room.

The sales consultant that assisted my daughter and I as we searched for new living room furniture was terrific. Maggie spent time with us, let us browse independently and was there when we had questions. I would definitely ask for her when I return to this store. The only reason for me taking off one star, there are no color selections to be had for any of the sets that I looked at. They were all various shades of grey... and my color palette is more warm colors... brown, beige, green, maroon, etc. If they would have had those colors, I would have all new furniture today, thanks to Maggie.

Stopped in to browse the store on their advertised Sale Of The Year.We liked a sofa with a price tag of 1200$ but a discount of 50% We purchased it for $600 When I returned home I wanted to check on the dimensions via a internet search only to find the exact sofa At 399$ just down the street.Other locations in the area had it also at considerably lower pricing.Needless to say I returned for a refund the next morning.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! We said we can get it ourselves and she let us alone which we loved, so when we found the set we wanted, we asked for her. Jill was also very helpful finishing everything up and putting it all together. Great experience.
I found a kitchen set on Wayfair and noticed through Facebook that Ashley Furniture also sold the same exact set. I called Ashley to receive a quote in hopes of ordering local since I live in the area. Ashley REFUSED to help me over the phone and said I had to come in the store. As a working mom who has little time to shop in stores or especially drag two kids under the age of 5 to a furniture store ... this customer experience doesn’t even qualify for one star. I told the sales rep they just lost a sale and they made no effort to help. Unbelievable.

My wife and I were looking to update our end tables for our home. We walked into the store and were greeted by a young Lady by the name of Rose Ann. She asked us what we were looking for and gave us some ideas and we proceeded to walk around the store for awhile. She then came over to us and we had just found what we were looking for, she helped us out with the pricing and were really happy. She did not push us in anyway to purchase something we didn't want. All in all she was very polite and we would go back to her if we need anymore furniture. I do want to say though... I drove to Philadelphia to pick up my furniture because I cannot see paying an additional $ 99.00 for delivery. Thank you Dean and Donna Schleppy
I have never seen a furniture store care less about its customers than Ashley's. Scratched bed. Workers came without tools. Accent table wasn't put together correctly. Kitchen table had been messed up and they tried to fix it and give it to us as brand new. NEVER NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE!! They do not care about you. There are better furniture stores out there that will give you great furniture for your money.

I am SO disappointed with Ashley Furniture. We went in to the Quakertown location and purchased a couch, a chaise, and a coffee table. It took a month before our delivery. When delivery day came and dealing with a 4 hour delivery window things became disastrous. The 3rd party delivery men were very sweet and courteous however. The couch was ripped all the way down the back, the coffee table had ball bearing spilling out of the drawers and wasn't the right color plus the paint was super splotchy with paint missing in many areas, and the chaise had seams popping everywhere and stuffing coming out of the pillows. When we called about the issue we were told that we would get new furniture but we'd have to wait another week. We had given our other furniture away and had nothing to sit on in our living room besides my one power recliner. The manager refused to pay for rental furniture or to send us floor model furniture until we got ours even with me being disabled. We had to use a folding table and dining room chairs as temporary furniture and I had to stay in bed on my bad days. We asked if they could make 2 exceptions for us due to the issues and the manager agreed. We asked that the warehouse manager or supervisor unwrap our furniture and inspect it before putting it on the truck for delivery and that it be noted to deliver after 4pm when my husband would be home. Delivery day came and they delivered at noon and the furniture was not checked before hand. The delivery people showed me that there were no specific instructions given. We did let Ashley furniture know about this too. We will never use them again and we have friends that have had issues with them as well.

On 11/10/19 we ordered a Sofa, Chaise and Dresser. On 11/21/19 the Dresser came fine. The Sofa was damaged and the Chaise DESTROYED on the truck. Over several weeks Ashley played games of what they would do. Despite us telling them we preferred they pick up the damaged Sofa & REFUND our $1,164.00 they played more games until they said they would replace the set in mid January. then it was 12/19/19. On that date they came...damaged our NEW HOME, did not have the tools to put legs on the set properly and did not bring the 4 pillows bought and paid for with the set. Despite MANY follow up emails NOT one response since 12/21/19. Many letters to the Ashley CEO Todd Wanek & NOT one response. The INVISIBLE Guest Services (Oxymoron) Manager has NEVER responded. So, where do we go from here? We will warn the public in every way possible to avoid Ashley Home Stores. They give you the idea that they care until problems persist and then they disappear. Everybody in the Ashley Chain blames someone else in the chain. Wonderful back biters! But, I will NOT stop until we get a REFUND preferably because having given Ashley multiple chance since 11/10/19 we are nowhere. Ashley used to be a highly respectable company that I allowed to furnish a large part of 3 homes over the past 5 years. We were out looking for a mattress for our new home. Originally we were helped by an unfriendly individual who undermined us and told us there were no mattresses available in a California King. Telling us "I wouldn't even bother looking at them if we don't have them", And then proceeded to walk away. Then we were approached by this amazing worker named Jane who did everything possible to make our wishes happen. Other than that one individual, Eve, our experience was awesome and we walked out with a brand new California King set. Thanks to Jane and the rest of the awesome employees that helped us we greatly appreciated their business.
I have had to wait weeks for my sofa, after they asked me to get rid of the old one because their drivers don't remove. We had to have people come in the night before to remove. Ashley called the next day a couple hours before the delivery, to say that the only sofa of the kind we ordered that they had in stock was damaged. They have continued to put the delivery date back. This is for our den, the room which we are in most of the day.
Took way too long to deliver. No wonder Amazon is taking over.
Ordered Furniture on November 4th - they said 2-6 weeks, and I was like hold on I can't wait that long. So they said they would check in to it and get an updated delivery -- called me back that afternoon and said 11/16. I could live with that - now it's 12/4 and I have been through not 1, not 2, not 3, but I am now past my 4th "it will be here" date. Horrible, rude customer service. No one will help you nor do they care. Can't get my money back without paying a restocking fee (would have cancelled in the allotted time had I not been told it was going to be in 11/16!! Convenient constructed lie on their part. ) My favorite part was the sales girl who lied and said she was the district manager -- yeah, you didn't make district manager in 2 days, but kudos to you for being so committed to your lie. Don't even bother trying to track down the convoluted customer service numbers -- you'll only get more lies, more BS, and absolutely no help. I wouldn't buy another thing from this place if my life depended on it.

We stopped in to look at sofas last week and Michael was a great help and answered all our questions. We explained we were just looking that day but would return the following weekend. Michael gave us his card and assured us that even if he wasn't available any sales associate would be able to help us, but we made sure to return when he was there because he was so kind and professional. Took off work for the delivery and they finally call at 1045pm waking us up to tell us we need to call and reschedule again?! And no one answers the phone? Bought bedroom furniture from them then there online price was cheaper the manager refused to honor the company policy of getting the cheapest price, we will never shop here again.
James and Tracey helped us pick out an amazing bedroom set. We gave them a basic style idea and they showed us so many options and helped us narrow it down to exactly what we wanted. They were nice and helpful and answered all of our questions. Will definitely be coming back for more furniture needs.

We had a very good experience at Ashley this week. We were looking for a sleeper sofa. It was nice to see that most of their sofas can be sleepers. The mattress used in the sleepers is very comfortable. Our sales associate Michelle was very helpful. I didn&'t feel like she was pushy and really let us take our time with our decision. She also saved us $500. She asked the manager if we could get the Black Friday sale early. Great experience. We will return for future purchases.

My boy Kobi was the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure with dealing with. Went in not knowing what I was looking for in a couch and he was incredibly informative which made the whole process not a process at all. He was funny and very knowledgeable about anything we had a question on which there was quite a bit from us the buyers and nothing was left unanswered by him. Can't recommend him enough. Nerian checked us out and did all the paperwork and was a gem too. We were in and out with a smile on our faces about our new couch. 10 out of 10 would shop here again

The sales associates at the store were very pleasant and helpful. We were told a date the furniture would be in the warehouse but it was delayed. We were to receive a delivery between 1 and 5 PM, but the delivery didn't arrive until around 9:30 PM and we never received a phone call about the delay.
We have purchased from Ashley's many time's and have never been disappointed. Michelle & Jill M. were a huge help in getting us the best possible price. We were so pleased we came back the following day to purchase additional furniture. Thanks for a great experience.

The saleswoman was very nice and kind. However, the store does not match the online prices on the website. As explained to me, by the manager, if a customer orders online, they are required to pay a delivery fee, therefore the store wanted to charge me the same price as online with the delivery fee. I was hoping to get the item for the price listed on the website and pick up the item myself. Instead I found the item online with another company and free delivery.
I have bought furniture from Ashley before, and it was always was good service- no pressure. . . . just shop around and say "Hey" if you found what you wanted. The other day, Veterans Day to be exact (Thank you for our freedom) and I went in to Ashley's for a deal. Lemme back up and say, I was there the day before and the store was super crazy with customers. . . . and instead of waiting I had the time to go back on Monday, Veteran's Day. , figuring it would be less hectic, and around supper time it was. I was greeted by Eve - and let me say- I work in retail and know was prepared for any smooth moves. I was totally taken aback. . . . Eve just gave me a warm greeting, Hello Yada yada yada and went on my way. . . . I had an idea what I was looking for, but I wanted to "find" it, instead of being led to something I might not like. So, longest story short, I fell in love with this one couch - and anyone that knows anything about buying furniture, sales people are basically equivalent to car dealers. . . . they will work with you to meet in the middle. The price was more than I could afford, and without letting on, I told Eve I was really interested in this couch, but I can't afford the price offered. . . . I was ready to walk out the door with my tail between my legs, because I'm not gonna be talked into a debt. Eve simply walked me to the front, and I met Tracey, decider of the bottom line. I was ready to tell her Don't bother, I knew a few dollars wasn't going to make a difference. Honestly, I didn't expect what she dropped on me. . . . she came back with a price lower than I had found on the internet (always do your homework). . . . I had that price on my phone as a last resort. It was not a hard decision to make - either have a third party drop my couch off, and they only provide the driver to move the couch (you have to be responsible for someone else to help pick it up the other end) and you're pretty much on your own when it comes to finding any damage. . . . , or they can deliver it, bring it in your home and make sure you are happy with everything and take the trash away. . . . although I am a stickler for delivery charges, with the delivery price included, it's worth the few extra dollars. I am not affiliated in any way with Ashley, I am a common person working at a grocery store. I did not receive any extras for writing this review. BUT - I have read about the horrible reviews of people ordering online, and it is well worth it. I don't often feel compelled to write a review, but I was seriously and totally amazed without having a price shoved down my throat. I will say, Ashley is more the realistic everyday furniture you expect, it's not the hands off don't touch the leather kind of place. . . . but then again, I don't bother even going into a place I feel looked down upon because I don't want to spend a Zillion dollars on furniture that is gonna have the same life span as "average furniture ". I am very very happy with the customer service and even happier I was in charge of what I was going to afford and pay.

I purchased furniture here 11 days ago was $369 cheaper online at Ashley these store manager Tracey refused to price match when I called told me the amount was only $200 and said that even that was too much money and her computer wouldn’t let her match it.I say remove your price match guarantee on your paperwork if your not willing to honor it instead of falsely advertising something you refuse to give.A complaint has been filed with BBB would cancel the order of it wouldn’t cost me money .Wish I could give zero stars!! Will never buy another Ashley product ever !
Michael was very helpful with showing us the store and the products that we were intersted in looking at. He offered alternatives and explained the different fabric choices. I would have given 5 stars, but the actual online prices were less expensive than the instore prices. That being said, Tracey and Michael worked and got as close as they could on the price, which was good enough for me, so we purchased a new sofa and recliner.

I felt a little overwhelmed in the store, wasn't finding much within my budget but once I found what I felt was perfect for what I was looking for the associates that assisted us, Kobi, Tracey and Jill were all very pleasant and made sure we left happy and with our purchase. Anyone that shops here will definitely find what they are looking for and have good customer service. I can't say anything about the delivery service yet but am hoping it all goes well.
I'm disappointed that we are first time buyers and while we were 'warned' our furniture may take up to six weeks, two sales associates told us 'oh we hardly ever see it take more than a week' .. however a week later and our projected date of delivery is the 19th. And we asked to take the couch separately from the ottoman so we have a couch... but we aren't allowed. After the money we pay we should be able to at least get the couch if it's sitting in the warehouse! Will not buy again from ashley.
Recently bought living room set for new house. Very happy with service and prices. 10/31/19. Sad to have to edit. No matter how much you like the furniture or in store service DO NOT ALLOW DELIVERY! Our experience has been a mess. Going on almost a month now. Ashley takes no responsibility. Guest services told us they would contact the 3rd party freight company FGO, to resolve. At this writing no resolution, going on a month. Delivery company broke a lamp in our house. Admitted it. We sent pictures as requested. Cant get a call back. And when we call, they will not credit, give us a new lamp. Nada. So basically, Im beat. At same delivery we got a TV console that was put together wrong. Driver called Ashley guest services. We were told "no problem we'll have somebody out to fix it" Today Im told another 5 to 10 days just to be called to schedule a repair. Same guest services tells me "they wont refund, exchange, return because we signed for it" I get it. We should have known better. What am i going to do? Hire a lawyer over a $200 lamp and tons of agg? No. But if you read this just be careful. Hard to believe a company could have such medieval customer service in the internet Google review age. Oh well. If i can come back and edit with any resolution in the future i will. left 1 star so this would post.
We purchased furniture from the Ashley store in Quakertown for our new home. The customer service was very good. We waited a little over a week and the furniture was delivered. The delivery company was horrible. They broke a floor lamp and one of the items was not put together properly. The delivery guy called "guest services" and I was told by Jasmine "No problem we'll call you in 24-48 hours to schedule the service". I waited four days and no call. I called back and spoke with Tamika and was told the same thing. It has now been almost a month and NO RESOLUTION for either issue. I call the Ashley store and am told that "guest services" has to contact me. I finally got Jerry on the phone in that department and was told that the store has to issue the refund. They honestly do not believe in customer service. The best advice I can give anyone interested in shopping at Ashley is save yourself the stress and go somewhere else!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! So we walked in and were greeted by a bunch of employees standing by the door, everyone was friendly, so started off ok. We were approached by a salesperson and I informed him that I would just like to browse and would let him know if I needed anything. This man followed us around the store and was extremely pushy, I get wanting to make a sale, but come on, I have told you NUMEROUS times that I would find you if I needed. Then I mentioned that I had found a mattress that I was looking at somewhere else for over $100 less and he told me that that was not a substantial difference. Maybe to him it isn’t, but to my family that is. Fast forward to picking out furniture despite my now seething dislike for this man, it took him THIRTY MINUTES to add 3 numbers together, apparently the delay was because it was only his third day on the floor, (Ashley’s maybe you need to train your employees better) all while I’m standing there waiting with 2 children. Needless to say I left the store without purchasing anything and went to another store where I was not harassed by salespeople and bought my furniture there.
Had a good experience, no sales associate following us around and pushing sales. Bought a sleigh bed and side tables, just what we were picturing in our minds. Sale was terrific!
Bought the Darcy sofa, loveseat, and chair collection. The lady at the register tried to get me to order $250 more to get the "free" $100 shipping. It took 4 weeks to arrive at the store for pickup. My husband went to pick it up and they were very unprofessional. They tried to get him out so quickly he didn't realize that all the furniture were the wrong color. He said they were super shady and decided to disclose details that should have been disclosed prior to purchase. The lady at the store told him we would have to drive to Philadelphia for our warranty because we didn't pay for shipping. I feel so swindled. Of course they were closed by the time my husband got home. I should have gone to Raymore and Flannigan.
We worked with Courtney when we went into Ashley Furniture. We have been going to Ashley furniture for years for our furniture. This is the first time that we had Courtney she is the new manager. She was easy to deal with and she took the time to work wth us and walk around and show us stuff. We even came back to change a chair to a loveseat and add a nightstand again easy to deal with her. The sales person was very nice. However I don't like the long wait for the furniture to arrive. When u purchase your furniture I feel you should leave the store with an arrival date in hand. Having a 2 to 6 week window at the store is ridiculous when the website has a 2 to 3 week window. Yes had I known I would of purchased my sofa on line especially since I would of saved 100.00 dollars. Plus I would probably have my sofa by now. Next time I will look for the furniture in store then purchase it on line if the delivery window is the same 2 to 6 weeks.
We did like going to this store, however they show low prices but then hit you with a delivery fee just to their store and I still need to go pick it up. Unacceptable! We will not be buying anymore furniture from this Ashley furniture store in the future.

We went to Ashley, just to browse and see what sectional couches ranged in price. We were greeted immediately walking into the store by several employees and were told about the specials going on. We decided to walk around and try out the sofas and sectionals to see the options. We met Michael Brooks, who let us browse, and then answered all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He, and the rest of the staff, were courteous, welcoming, and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we are so happy with the products that we purchased. We can't wait until the furniture is delivered to our new home!
Our in store experience was fine we made a $500.00 purchase, and was told it would be 2 to 6 week before delivery. We were treated great. When we returned home my wife wanted to show our daughter what we bought on the web site. Well guess what the same purchase was $163.00 cheaper, and available for delivery in 2 days. We canceled the store purchase, and ordered the same item off the Ashley Website. And the same item was available on Amazon for almost the same price as your website, with one day Prime delivery. I feel bad for the sales staff at the bricks and mortar stores. Couldn't pass up the website savings.
Not the best customer service experience. Felt rushed to make a decision. Still made a purchase and would fo back again , but I would recommend the staff be trained better on customer service.

Had to look for an associate 3 times, because she kept walking away though there were only three families in the store and all had an associate with them. When I did the associate acted annoyed. (Older female short blonde hair) Guess I didn't appear to be the type of customer she wanted to deal with. Or any other for that matter because nobody approached us. That's ok though, there are stores who want my business who can get me the same exact Ashley brand furniture for less, and DID.
Bought an entire bedroom set from here under a year ago and had them put everything together. I'm moving now and when I went to take apart my bed frame all but 2 bolts are stripped and one has the head completely missing! I called to see if they could help but they gave me a different number that just goes straight to a voicemail with no answering machine massage. I have to have everything out tomorrow and now the only way to take this apart is to break it. I will NEVER buy anything from here again. If you do, DO NOT have them set anything up unless you never plan to move it. I've had better experience and customer service from Walmart.

Great service in store. They actually assisted us in our selection of funiture that would fit our style. Although their delivery dates were a bit far out, the delivery itself was great and the delivery people were excellent.

This was a very pleasant shopping experience. We were greeted upon arrival asked what we were interested in, and directed to that specific area. I like that we were given the freedom to browse on our own, rather than being “hounded” by a salesperson like most other stores. Whenever we had questions it was easy to find someone . Jane helped us narrow down our choice, showing us the different options available for each piece, and Jill M. helped us with finalizing our sale and financing. While the wait time is a bit long, up to 6 weeks, we did order multiple pieces, and prefer everything to be delivered together.
OMG never had a sales person be so helpful. Jane was the best, she looked all over store and on line to see what she could find for me. She took her time with me. Did not just point to where I may find the cradenza but she looked. All staff there was very nice. Jane found the perfect piece for my home.
We were shopping for a leather sofa/ sectional. We were highly impressed by Michael Brooks, the salesman who showed us what was available. He was so helpful and answered our many questions. Although we have not yet found exactly what we're looking for, we will definitely return to this store.
I recently ordered an item from Ashley. The salespeople who assisted me were helpful and answered all of my questions. After ordering, I had second thoughts because of the measurements of my space and decided to cancel my order (within the terms of their policy), and they were understanding/helpful with that also. I would definitely consider returning to Ashley if I were looking for something else in the future.
Difficult to determine stars! Went to Ashley HomeStore in Quakertown, PA. GREAT staff there and helped by Courtney. Wonderful products, as we've bought Ashley multiple times over the years. Selected a new mattress. Negotiated a great deal on a floor demo. BUT they are under new management and would NOT honor our Ashley Credit Card as it is backed by Genesis instead of one of their other providers. Called the Wilkes-Barre store and talked with Donna. She found our mattress, gave us a BETTER price than the demo price at Quakertown, accepted our current Ashley card, AND threw in free delivery. GREAT job; and THANK YOU SO MUCH.
I was very impressed by the excellent service the staff provided. The item I found online was offered at the store at the same price. Despite that the sales personal found the item online, ordered them and arranged for delivery. Excellent service!
Dont waste your time at this place. Place is super shady. Dont tell you anything until you pick up the furniture and they have your money. They wanted me to inspect 50 pieces in a box to make sure my furniture was in good condition or I'd have to return it to Philly after I paid a $20 fee to have it shopped to me from Philly if something was wrong. Wasted $1000 at this place. Dont waste your time! Get quality furniture elsewhere. This is NOT the place!
Our salesman, Michael Brooks, was very professional and attentive and assisted in getting us the best deal possible. Overall a great experience. I would definitely go back to the Quakertown store again in the future. Management was also very helpful!

March 8 2019. Paid in advance for new furniture as policy dictates. No problem. Issue with remote for power recliner upon delivery. Temporary solution given with promise to replace used remote with new remote. Today is May 23,2019. Six calls to guest services have not provided resolution. I paid for new not floor model product. VERY disappointed and frustrated with Ashley Furniture customer service process.

We had a fantastic experience with Tracy! We never once felt hounded, pressured, or over contacted as some sales groups can hover like crazy. She was there to help us with any questions at the perfect times and we found everything we wanted for our new home. We happened to be there on a sale day and our dreams were made true because of the incredible prices. Thank you Tracy and Jill!

I was delivered a power recliner with no power. Power controls damaged--already waited 4 weeks for delivery of this piece. Replacement chair would be another 4-6 weeks, replacement controls will be another 3+weeks.All the while they have my money. Beyond frustrated at this point !
Awesome!! I just bought an entire rooms worth of living room furniture/office furniture, for a little over $1000, yeah that's it!! Lillian was an amazing sales rep, not pushy, I told her my style and vision and she went above and beyond for me, plus I got everything 50% off because they were having an amazing sale; plus I received an additional 20% off, thanks to the invite Lillian gave me!! Courtney the GM was amazing and so helpful and accommodating to help us with our pick up. I have bought several pieces from Ashley, but this last experience was by far the best!! Thank you Lillian and Courtney for making my new office/lounge space, buying experience awesome! You'll definitely be seeing me again!! I will post a photo of my complete project room, when I'm all finished!!

Purchased several pieces of furniture here and also the warranty. One of our recliners broke and the Warranty company couldn’t replace it so they sent me a gift card in the amount of what the recliner cost. When we went up there yesterday to pick out two new recliner’s because they don’t have the one we have now and we want to make them match I was told they can’t help me because a new owner took over. They won’t honor an Ashley furniture home store gift card. I don’t get it, your Ashley furniture what does It matter if a new owner took over. I Purchased from Ashley. Stay away from the store they are not about customer service at all.

Buyers beware. We went in to the MLK weekend 50% off sale. Found something we liked and purchased. Later I looked up what we bought on Ashley online to get some information and saw that the online price per piece was significantly lower than the store. Were are talking in excess of 25% per piece. Called the store and was told the higher price in store was a premium for faster customer service. Decided this is not a company I care to do business with. Canceled our order.
I bought furniture the day before New Year. I figured I would have my furniture within a week. I waited two weeks and called they told me the furniture hadn't even been made yet it was a new line??? So it will not be in for 3 months??? Really??? I asked them to just refund my money and they want a 25% restocking fee??? Wow! I will never buy anything from them again!!! No one told me it would take 3 months to get it when I ordered it!! Stay away from this store!!!
