I ordered an expensive L-shaped couch from Ashley's, spending a significant amount of money. They assured me that the couch was in stock and could be delivered within three weeks. However, it has now been two months, and I still have not received the product. This place is quick to take your money but fails to deliver their products. When I tried to cancel the order and get a refund, I spoke to Elaine, who was quite rude and nasty. She mentioned that they couldn't refund my money immediately, yet they charged my card in seconds. Additionally, she had the audacity to mention a cancellation fee its not cool to charges customers make them wait extra month and then gets talked down to never doing business with this store again and now they ignore my calls. Im convinced half these positive reviews are fake I would just go they extra 15 minutes and go to Willow Grove Ashleys

Horrible service from the moment I walked in the door..someone greeted me and asked if I needed any help, I explained to them what I was looking for and he began to assist me ( what I thought). The store was empty and another customer walked in behind me but instead of someone else coming to help the guy that was supposedly helping me began trying to help them while leaving me numerous times..even the other customer apologized to me for the horrible service your employee displayed..maybe he thought they were a better customer then me..at that point I told him don't bother trying to help me and left I wouldn't spend any money with a business that treats there customers that way..the issue is that the store was empty and plenty of other employees could have help assist the other custimer...it was some of the most disappointing, disrespectful, and horrible service I've ever received. The employee would just run away and leave

I don’t typically write reviews on businesses, especially when I have had a bad experience, but this may be the worst overall service ever received when coupled with poor quality. In November of 2022 I bought a sofa and love seat from Ashley. The product was beautiful and I am happy with the look of the furniture. Unfortunately the quality has been terrible. I am on my second set of cushions due to the sinking you see on the photos. When I called about the first issue, the rep that I spoke with told me that “when I saw this on the showroom floor, I thought this may be an issue.” She then proceeded to send new cushions which without argument, even though the extended warranty which I paid almost $500 didn’t cover. I thought this was the end of the issue, especially because the new cushions seemed to be filled with different materials. Unfortunately within a few months, flipping the cushions almost weekly, the same issue began. I went to the store 4 weeks ago and asked for a store credit to replace the items since they indicated the first time this is a consistent issue with this product. I spoke with Pamela (Manager) who cannot make a decision and she sent an email. I asked her when I would hear back and was told within 72 hours. It is now 4 weeks later and when I entered the store again because I had not received a call and I brought this up, Pamela dismissed my concerns and stated she didn’t say 72 hours and never even apologized for the issue taking 4 weeks. Pamela then spoke to me with her back turned and seemed more interested in leaving for the day than helping solve my issue. I asked her if I am required to throw a tantrum in the store to get a response and she stated, “you can, am I will call the police.” An apology for not responding never happened, instead I was threatened. What makes it worse was when I asked when I would receive a response, she told me tomorrow and assured me by 12 noon and she assured me, she would call herself. It is now 6pm the next day I have not heard from her, her regional manager or anyone else from Ashley furniture. To top this, I asked who the regional manager is and was refused information, a phone number or any contact information for someone who could make a decision and help. I hope this review sparks some interest in bettering your service and making good on your commitment to offering high end customer service and quality products. Adding an update to keep current. It is now two days later and I still have not received a response from the store. Nobody in my house weighs more than 170 lbs, I would think a sofa should be made to handle this weight without this type of sagging. 4 days have past and still no response from the store, the manager or anyone else. Poor service and poor quality. I recommend not to purchase anything from them! 6 days… and still no response!! Believe what you read, the negative reviews are very accurate. The quality of products and the follow up and service is awful!!! Will continue to update my story frequently!! 8 days, I can see why the Better Business Bureau rates them an F!!! 12 days and still no response, customer service speaks volumes. Check out the yelp reviews - only a whopping 1.7 stars!! 15 days… 1.3 stars on Facebook!! Wow, you really keep outdoing More than a month has gone by and as you can see, I have continued to update the review. Although all the great reviews have received a response, This store continues to ignore their customers with problems and issues. Today a letter was sent to Todd Wanek the CEO of Ashley furniture. I am hopeful this may spark the store to treat customer fairly. I will keep you updated! After several weeks, I was contacted by Ashley furniture. I have sent pictures, confirmed in those photos the issues with the furniture. I sent copies of the shipping label that proves they sent me cushions already, simply because they had no record. What have they done? Ashley will only agree to send cushions that I am sure will collapse in a few months. Good luck if you purchase!

I stopped into Ashley furniture with a plan to just look, not buy yet. I was greeted upon entrance by Aaron who was helpful in letting me know about the back to school sale that was happening today. I asked about a loveseat that I saw online. He helped me look it up and gave me a better price for it so I couldn’t turn down the deal. I was also just looking for a coffee table which then Pam helped me look for one that would match the love seat. She showed me a couple options and we found one that would fit perfectly. Together they helped me order the furniture at a better rate and set up shipping within a timely manner. Looking forward to the pieces that were purchased!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Ashley Furniture location. What started as a hopeful furniture shopping trip quickly turned into a nightmare, thanks to the deceitful sales practices and abysmal customer service. I was "assisted" by a sales representative named Aaron, who is evidently new and lacks proper training. Aaron blatantly lied to me in order to secure a large sale. Trusting his word, I made a substantial purchase, only to discover later that I had been misled. When I communicated with the store to address the issue, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive behavior from the manager. Instead of taking responsibility for the actions of their employee, the manager refused to help rectify the situation. To make matters worse, despite canceling the order, they still have not refunded my card. It's outrageous that a company of Ashley Furniture's stature allows such unethical behavior to go unchecked. The lack of accountability and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. Not a single person in the store has taken responsibility or even offered a semblance of help to resolve this situation. I strongly advise against shopping at this location. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere where honesty and customer service are valued. Ashley Furniture has lost a customer for life, and I will be sure to share this dreadful experience with everyone I know.

Delivery is awful!!! You may or may not get your furniture. I finally got my furniture delivered at almost ten o'clock at night, the window was between 10 am to 2 pm. Ashley needs another delivery service company asap.
Purchase a recliner chair at the Warminster store. Our salesman, Aaron, was a great help and very patience.
Just purchased a 3 piece sofa set. Daniel was the sales associate and he was great. No pressure from him, he just answered our questions and showed us some other options. Then, Nicole and Daniel spoke to us about the current sale on mattresses. So, we laid on some mattresses. Now, we may buy one. But, we have to go home and discuss it.

DO NOT BUT FURNITURE HERE!!! I paid over 2k for a brand new couch in August 2021 and have been BATTLING with this store for a replacement since they delivered a BROKEN couch. I have tried countless amounts of times Ashley furniture will not assist with sending me a replacement. After patiently waiting over 9 months for it to be delivered, they sent me a couch that was damaged in the factory, covered up, and sold at full price. I tried multiple times with their third party Ashley furniture doctor and I had a technician come out to inspect my couch, he exposed the damage and told me it is not structurally sound it was damaged in the factory and that they should be sending me a new section because it should have never been delivered this way, it makes an awful noise every time I sit on it and that section of this couch is very uncomfortable. In the technician’s report he wrote that it was “up to standard” and I have been getting the run around ever since. Once I disputed with the credit card company for quality of goods they reached out finally after a full year of going back and fourth with emails and phone calls and said that they will send someone to the house with extra wood and essentially turn my living room into a workshop and take apart and piece together another frame. That is completely unacceptable I did not pay 2,153 for a damaged refurbished couch. The cushions look like I’ve had it for 20 years and it feels and sounds even worse than it looks. I want a new section which is the original product we agreed upon. This place has THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I included a picture of the damaged framework from when the technician flipped my couch over to inspect along with my sunken in cushions and the latest response from the store. Absolute disgrace. I put 1k down and financed the rest on a credit card that’s why it says a different amount on their response

Absolutely horrible individuals to deal with! Furniture selection- great! The people that work there- different story! The manager, Pam, is a horrible human being who has ZERO customer service skills. We will never purchase another furniture piece from this store and will make sure we spread the word. Have some class and human decency, and we would have no problem returning!
Buyers beware! The salesman initially messed up our order, and it took over four months to correct. Then they fraudulently charged our card over $750 after our delivery of the final piece of missing furniture even though we went into the store to pay (mind you they were holding onto two of our end tables until the correct coffee table was delivered so my living room wasn't a hot mess). The Warminster location has not been easy to deal with. New management attempted to correct the initial issue, only to have a second, more serious issue arise. This was our first time ever purchasing from Ashley's, and it will 100% be our last! This was an awful, awful experience. It is a shame as our furniture is pretty. I hate leaving reviews as such, but I would hate for anyone else to deal with what we have. It's funny being charged several times for the same items. Changing to zero stars due to management hanging up when trying to explain I'm being double charged. Absolute disgrace!
The customer service in the store is awesome. However, trying to get your products that you purchased is another story. First, off when we purchased we were told that we would get our furniture in three weeks. Fast forward to week four, called store and they are saying two more weeks because they are waiting for a piece of the furniture that didn't come in. No they didn't call us to give us an update or anything. It's insane that you have to wait so long to get furniture. I think if they were more open and honest up front people wouldn't be so disappointed. Fingers crossed, hopefully it won't go past two months for me. We have an even planned this coming month and was hoping to have our home furnished. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews prior to purchasing so I will take partial blame as well.

We bought a couch less than 8 months ago and even purchased the protection plan. The back cushions are already tearing open along the zipper and the protection plan has been useless as this is excludable damage. The staff was great when we were looking but I wish we had purchased a couch from somewhere else with better quality furniture. To have cushion tears after a few months of normal use shows the poor quality.
Going to edit this down to 2 stars. I think I was a little too nice and understanding with my original review. While the staff has been friendly, there is little to no ACTUAL customer service. Even though it’s been 14 weeks since we ordered our couch, they’ve made no effort at all to even try to help getting it delivered any faster. I really don’t want to seem like a “Karen” - I try to be understanding. But I work in customer service dealing with the supply chain and I’m just shocked at the lack of effort from their end. Now we are in the market looking for accent chairs - I can say with 100% certainty that we don’t even bother looking at Ashley’s because of this experience. ********ORIGINAL REVIEW******** Staff is very friendly. But if I could go back in time I would probably go somewhere else. Ordered our couch and love seat on Black Friday. Still waiting for delivery. We moved mid-January and haven't had a couch in our new place waiting for delivery. I was told it was in transit and delivering to them on Wednesday. Waited Wednesday and half of Thursday still didn't hear anything. Called them and now being told it should deliver to them by Friday. Honestly just sick of waiting. I gave 3 stars strictly because their staff was friendly. Aside from that, in the future I would probably just purchase a couch from somewhere I didn't have to wait 10+ weeks for.

I made my purchase back on November 16,2023. They told me verbally my items would get there in 4 weeks. They wrote 6weeks on the contract. 8-12 weeks was the fine print. After waiting eight weeks I had to argue. With customer service Ashley furniture in warminster. And only with threat of lawsuit did I finally get my items. I finally got my items and it took more than the 12 weeks. Worst experience buying furniture I ever experienced. Horrible customer service. Find a different company. Do not buy from them.
Purchased a desk onsite and came to pick it up a week later. They had, for whatever reason, sold the desk I actually purchased to someone else. There was an attempt to tell me the desk they were trying to give me was the desk I asked for, which wasn’t true. I produced a picture of the desk I purchased and only at that point, and 30 mins into waiting, was there an acknowledgement I was correct. 30 mins later, so a total of an hour of waiting, someone confirmed my desk was sold and they will “get to the bottom of it” and offered me a refund. No apology for what happened or the time I waited or the fact that there was an attempt to convince me I was incorrect. Additionally, NO ATTEMPT to retain me as a customer by way of asking me back into the store to help me find something similar or offer a discount toward my next purchase. I am both disappointed and astounded at the customer service deficiency.
We ordered a sofa and love seat it was delivered and started peeling in 3 days!!!!! Nobody at the store will help us they send us to customer care who claim oh sorry the peeling of the fabric not included in the warranty. Take your money elsewhere. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
I have never dealt with a store like this. From an incompetent salesman who ordered the wrong set of furniture and when asked to fix this within a timely fashion actually told me he has short and long term memory issues and that’s how he ended up at this job to begin with as well as when asked if he had done anything to locate the right set of furniture I was told that he had pretty much not done anything since he was told his fiancé’s femur was fractured during hip surgery… to managers not returning phone calls multiple times to unbelievably rude and unprofessional customer service representatives answering the phones, to contact people being let go and no follow up by whoever took their place. This was the worst experience I have ever had. We finally decided to just let the purchase happen 2 months later because we were literally unable to reach anyone with the ability to cancel the order🤦🏼♀️ Absolutely awful and I will never use this store or Ashley furniture again
Simply put, you have plenty of options to buy furniture and this store (& company) shouldn’t even be on the list. The manager (which seems to change frequently, telling you what you need to know) & owner of the store admittedly made a mistake costing us several hundred dollars and said “there’s nothing we can do about it”, leaving us high & dry. Not sure about you but that’s not a company or people I’d like to support or give business to. Giving this one star only because you can’t give 0.
Would not recommend to anyone and will not be returning for any furniture. Horrible customer service, had to call several times over the course of months to get a hold of a manager who was not able to help me anyway. When I initially put my order in I was given an estimated delivery date of 2 weeks. A few weeks later I went to get an update after not receiving my furniture and they told me it would be another few weeks. I tried canceling my order to go somewhere else where it was in stock and could be delivered sooner because I really needed the furniture however the manager made false promises in order to keep my business. After receiving my furniture over 2 months later I did not receive the additional piece that I was promised by the manager. When I contacted the store the advised that this manager is no longer working with them and he never put in anything for that additional piece he promised. Nonetheless the new manager said he would honor this request and put the order in. After a few weeks of waiting I follow up and he said he has to check with the warehouse. Another few weeks of waiting I call back and he says his management denied it. I am now unable to get a hold of anyone who has the authority to help me with this case and it seems this establishment has no regard for their customers or their concerns.
They are OK. Not Mom and Pop, but OK. Online prices are lower than in-store, but I guess that is to help offset overhead. Some good deals can be had, but it does feel the price point is higher than most.
Literally the dumbest bunch of criminals that have ever tried to scam me. I have an Ashley's card with a high credit limit and went in to completely furnish a new apartment. Found a sectional in the outlet area for $1170. Asked (3 times) what my payment would be and was ready to spend abut $6k total. The guy couldn't even explain it to me and brought over his equally dim manager. After another few minutes of trying to figure it out he says "It's $50 a month for 48 months interest free." Ummmmm what, do you understand math genius? I asked him why and it got worse, he said that is $2000 divided by 48??!!!! Ummmm is he getting dumber? I said " The sign right there says $1170, and he said, "Yea that's the cash price!" ????? It doesn't say it's the cash price, because there is no cash price. I said "We are done here."Don't deal with this store at all, they are either scam artists or morons and honestly both those groups are equally dangerous to trust with your money. Go literally anywhere else.
If you're looking for furniture with great prices, stop by and see Greg. Greg helped us pick out our bed platform, mattress and some decor, and a rug for our bedroom. He is definitely our go-to when we need something. I actually called before I go to make sure he is working. This store is packed they have so many options to choose from. Delivery was pretty fast, not a long wait at all. We will definitely be going back for our living room furniture.

The store is great - very nice pieces. The delivery situation is HORRIBLE !! Was given 1-5 pm delivery times 7pm still no delivery called costume service - all three reps I spoke with we're rude and gave me the runaround one said they were finished at the stop before me the next said oh no they are still there. Awful experience - don't waste your time.
I am extremely frustrated with my whole experience at the Ashley store in Warminster. I went to the store knowing what I wanted, so it was a pretty quick visit. In the short time I was at the store I was bounced around to two store employees and a manager who told me my furniture would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. The first delivery was scheduled two weeks ago, about a month from purchasing the furniture. They gave me a window of delivery from 1:00-5:00pm on a Saturday. They never showed up. When I called the store (the only number I had), they couldn't get the delivery team on the phone and told me it would take 3-4 days before the furniture I paid for was returned to the warehouse and I would be called again to reschedule the delivery. I had a birthday party that night so I left the house and received a text message two hours after the delivery window that the delivery team was 15 minutes away from my house. Needless to say, I missed them. I got a reschedule call a days later and was pushed back another two weeks and rescheduled for Friday. Now I have to take another day off work and hope they show up finally with the furniture I paid out of pocket for. It's very frustrating that I didn't receive any call to notify me they were running late and now I am missing another day of work. This furniture is costing me way more than I had expected as I will not be getting paid for two days of work because of the disorganized delivery processes and lack of communication.
Lots of furniture but extremely expensive. Nothing sold as sets, everything is separate which adds up quickly. Some displays very gaudy, like if you had you wouldn't touch it!

Do NOT shop here!!!!! I purchase a sofa here & when it was delivered it was defective. The back was not properly stapled together & there were staples sticking out. The delivery men, who didn't speak English, would not take the sofa back with them. I called guest Services, & even though I purchased the extended warranty on the sofa, it took them a week to decide to exchange the sofa. A month later I still had not received the new sofa. Called guest Services again to find out what was going on, & was told it would be at least another month before the sofa was delivered. This is NOT acceptable!!! Decided to cancel the order & have my money refunded. Will find a sofa elsewhere & NEVER shop here again. Also, during the month I was waiting for the sofa I called guest services several times to get updates. I was repeatedly told someone would look into why things were taking so long & then get back to me. No one ever got back to me. I always had to call them back to get any information. Horrible customer service!

I bought a queen bed set. I am so disappointed with the purchase. I will never ever buy or recommend anybody to Ashley furniture. They delivered each piece each day. And one important information. If you miss anything, don’t get fooled of them saying they will send remaining item soon. Refuse it when it’s delivered. U can only refuse at the time of delivery, even though all this happened, I was pleased by the manager named Jackie. Who went far and beyond to make everything work out within her limit. I’ve been to Ashley in the Warminster location a few times, and each time Jackie and her crew Kim as well as Mike A. (I mentioned in another review) are amazing at what they do!! You won’t be disappointed by visiting/purchasing from this store; great choices with great prices!!

We were on the fence between a pair of couches here and a sectional at Costco. Salesman was helpful. But when we asked if they could look up to see if we had an account for the financing deal, it took 20 minutes and 3 different employees to tell us we don’t. Then they had a hard time explaining where we would have to pick up the couch and added a $40 delivery fee for them to bring it from their warehouse to the store we were standing in. Also went from 3 week backorder to 4+ if they had to bring it to the store for us. Manager was polite but vaping in the store. Other sales people watching reels while sitting on couches. Decided to go to Costco and get the Thomasville set that was in stock.
Ron helped my parents and I find new mattresses, a new couch and a dining room table - all at our price point. We were at the store for some time and he was patient and gave honest opinions on the items we were interested in. If I ever need anything else for my home, I’ll definitely only work with Ron!

An incredible experience working with Big Mike to buy a bunch of furniture. Then the manager Mike and Melissa helped us to complete the process! Edit: A positive experience in the store but the worst experience upon delivery. Furniture damaged by delivery guys. And after being tipped they ran over the mailbox destroying the post and cover! I’d give this zero stars for delivery and five stars for the sales process. I’ve deducted three stars from my original five star rating. They’re still working on how this will be resolved 21 days later!

I produce two national TV shows, one in PBS and one on Prime and I always look for great crew personnel with great attitudes. That is what we found at Ashley Furniture in Warminster: absolutely fabulous people who were straight and honest. Fatima in particular was so genuine and extremely helpful that it made the process a pleasure and easy. With her help we made a great decision on a new bedroom set. Her patience was exemplary as we asked her to get a number of quotes for different sets. And a special thanks to Jackie who helped as well. Just awesome. Many thanks from my wife and I!!!

His response to my wife's review is that Ashley furniture manufacturer does not cover worn out cushions even though it was only 6 months and the sofa cost $1500, it does not say that on the receipt, I am sure all he had to do is make a phone call but I guess he figures he got his $3000 total sale and their was no need to resolve this issue. Received furniture and was not home. They left broken chair and are now telling me after waiting approxinately 3 weeks the parts will come sometime in March. I must then call back customer service to see when they can come out to fix. Tried to call Corporate Office and was told they could do nothing.Talked to General Manager of store and was told they could do nothing because it was a customer service issue. I would advise anyone not to purchase any item from Ashley. Have never had such poor customer service from any retail.

DO NOT purchase anything from Ashley Furniture!!!. We purchased living room furniture January of 22 and received it the end of April 22. The beginning of December our sofa was sinking on the right side with only 2 people living in the house. After a ton of calls and trips to the store, they are not fixing or replacing our furniture. They actually had the nerve to say that AS A COURTESY they would send filler for the cushion and another piece to replace but we would have to pay $150.00 to pay someone to service the sofa. Well we aren't paying another dime to this horrible company!!!! The sales people were lovely but after they sell it to you the company does NOT STAND BY THEIR MERCHANDISE.......BUYER BEWARE
We purchased $3000 dollars worth of furniture from this store and after 6 months the sofa on the one side wore out ($1500 sofa) we were told to contact customer service which is located in Bangladesh, the store can do nothing to help. After Jumping through hoops to get them to respond we were told we would have to pay for the repair. I wish I read the reviews before going there and also found that they a F rating with the BBB
Our sales rep, Mike M. was fantastic. Very helpful, not pushy, very nice, and was there to answer all our questions. The general manager Patti was also super helpful and very pleasant. They were able to get us what we needed and we enjoyed doing business with them!
Purchased a sofa and love seat in November of 2020. We had problems with the sofa squeaking relatively early on. After numerous calls, they finally agreed to replace the sofa due to the issue. A couple months later, the new sofa started making the same noises. We tried contacted customer again (which is outsourced to Bangladesh), and we were told that they will not do anything more. I called the store and was connected to the General Manager. I forget her name but she was very nice and understanding of our situation. She mentioned that she was aware of the issues with their customer service department but said there is not much she can do from the store level. I asked if there was anything she can do to raise our issue to then necessary party and just point us in the right direction. She agreed and said she was going to make some calls and personally call me back. She has not called back. That was over two weeks ago. It's clear that after the sale customer service is not a priority for this store, or Ashley Furniture as a whole.

I was told I would be called the day before for delivery. Instead I got a text giving me a 4 hour window. I called and told them the window was fine except between 11am and 11;30. I am an attorney who works remotely. I had a hearing at that time. I was told that I was number 2 on the list and they could not guaranty that it would happen at 11. If I wanted to change I was told I had to pay a re-delivery. I called the store that is separate from the delivery people. I was not helped with the simple issue. When I discussed cancelling I was told I would have to pay 30 percent to cancel. Customer service is non-existent. Go to a good store Stay away.

The sales person(avoiding his name here) did not help even though we had some questions and showed up only (and exactly )when we were ready to buy. Did not tell us the delivery of the furniture will 5-12 weeks! There was no contact from from him later on even after we tried to reach him several times. The furniture we received was also mediocre quality. The headboard is pathetic, the screw holes do not line up with the standard bed frame. The dresser has no way to secure it to wall, tends to tilt forward every time we open any drawer. Wont be shopping from Ashely again.

This company does not take any responsibility for any issues with their furniture. They use second parties to deliver the furniture and they do not know how to properly assemble the furniture. I learned this the hard way after my 4 year old daughter’s bed came crashing down as she slept. The box spring was not assembled correctly! Ashley continues to not replace it or come out to fix it. They told me and my husband “we shouldn’t have accepted the delivery.” How were we supposed to know the bed-wasn’t put together correctly?! we waited 9months for it to be delivered and we paid in full, which is a mistake. We had to go out to BJ’s to buy a new box spring and wood to add under the bed. Till this day Ashley has refused to give us money back for the box spring or replace it. They also have yet to replace the mirror since we paid for a more expensive model and they sent us a cheap one. Save yourself the headache and don’t shop here!!!

I walked into the Warminster Ashley's today, it was my third furniture store on the fourth of July. I was in search a recliner, loveseat sofa, and t.v. stand. The woman employee with the long blond hair greeted me as I walked in the door with the agriest look and tone. It was VERY erie, I had not said a word to her. I definitely was not going to do my business there. Very stern, angry demeanor. I purchased at Lazy Boy in Montgomeryville. It was enough to turn me away from Ashley Furniture forever.
Couch was supposed to be $699 on tag, they charged $779. lawn signs read free delivery, they charged $119.99. Call customer service who gave me a phone number to call to cancel, no one picked up. forget the name Ashley furniture all together
I agree with another review once they get your money they take no responsibility for making sure your delivery goes smoothly or at all!waited for delivery for nine hours only for them to go home for the day because there was a detour they didn't feel like dealing with and never called us. Called the store and Courtney basically said out of the stores hand deal with delivery service and wouldn't refund my delivery charge of $90just for one nightstand! Had to wait another week for delivery!

I do not know where to begin. We received damaged furniture and filthy dirty. I am surprise we don't have bugs. We received the furniture paying FULL price. Had ran to the hospital appt . after delivery. Next day realized the chairs were perused or just old sample furniture. I started calling. The gentleman said you examined the furniture before you accepted them . I said I know what you are trying to say. He had me take pictures and send them in an e mail. He said wait 48 hours for an answer. This went back and forth till today. Alessia whom I talked to last Thursday said she would call on Sunday June 5th, 2022. I waited . We are waiting for furniture ordered On 2/2/2022. We were guaranteed in 16 weeks, however they told us it probably will be sooner. We are now given a June 19 date over 20 weeks waiting. The young women was not concerned at all - she just kept saying you can cancel and get a store credit. They broke the guarantee! And they will not refund they are only saying you can get a store credit. They have lost our business FOREVER. Don't waste your time and money....
They sold me a $3000 couch and delivered w missing back pillow - have been struggling with them and their distribution team to get it - been 5 weeks and am embarrassed by couch - and pissed about treatment- avoid them at all costs!!!
By far WORST place to order from!! Ordered in SEPTEMBER. waited, waited, waited……. Got a delivery date over and over and over again. FINALY got a confirmation dated for today. Confirm time between 3-7. It’s 4pm and I got a phone call that the “truck broke down” and can’t get my furniture until Monday between 4-7pm. I previously visited Raymour & Flanigan where the salesmen were super pushy and followed me around the entire store. Mike M. from Ashley's was the opposite: kind, proffesional, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and I didn't feel rushed into making a decision. I went back a few days later and purchased the Calion loveseat and sofa. The checkout process was fast and easy. Really great prices with wonderful staff. Definitely would purchase from here again!

Worse place to shop ever. The delivery guys were complete racist to my wife. They were way to lazy to even deliver my new sofas. All they said was they won’t fit through the door. Never even attempted to take off the feet of the new sofa to get the sofa through the door. Said we can take your door off for a extra charge. So now we have NO sofas in my living room for my children to sit on. They never even offered to deliver my coffee table. Now I have to go to a different company and buy all new sofas for my living room. I will never shop at Ashley’s Furniture in Warminster Pa or any other Ashely business again. $2000+ down the drain.
Shopped here for the first time last night. We were looking for a bedroom set and mattress set for my daughter. Greg was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. The set isn't in stock, so I was given an estimate of 2-16 weeks. I will revisit my review after delivery to give an update. All in all a positive experience compared to other stores.
Terrible place to shop. We were told our order would take 60 days, but it took 7 MONTHS. When called and asked about our order we were told be patient or cancel it. There was 0 empathy. When we recieved our couch it had nails sticking out through the fabric and a creaky arm rest. We are still battling them to have the arm rest fixed after a year even though we bought the warranty. Entire place is a joke and will just steal your money. Shop anywhere else

Ashley furniture stated that if my furniture didn't come in to the warehouse by 16 weeks I was able to cancel the order. My furniture came in at JUST before 16 weeks, however upon delivery on October 2nd my sofa was torn. They left all other items except the sofa, upon my request as this was my first real furniture set that I've purchased and I wanted it to be nice. The next sofa was brought to my house October 4th with it's entire back broken . I called Ashley's distribution center, as no one from the company has EVER made a means to contact me, and was told that the next sofa would be available February 17th. Today, Jan 31st I called and the date is March 29th. I realize with covid that there are hang ups, as a health care worker I see it first hand. But this is unreal. No attempt has been made on my behalf to hasten a sofa. No attempt has been made to rectify the situation. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied. I have paid for my furniture in full, as they requested, and even added a five year protection plan on. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service and the flippant attitude towards their customers.

I have not purchased any items, but found the sales people to be very helpful and yet not too intrusive. I find that many of their products are lower quality and that old adage 'you get what you pay for' applies. However, they do have some name brands that are mid range quality and they were competitively priced, but I still found prices better elsewhere for the same item.
0/10- do not recommend. Shop elsewhere unless you want to spend 6 months waiting for a recliner. I bought 2 chairs here (one of them was even in stock but they won't do a partial delivery) in the first week of September and am being told they could POSSIBLY be delivered in March. I've had better luck at Raymour and Flannigan or even Costco. Save yourself the frustration and DON'T BUY YOUR FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY! Funny how they don't mind taking my money up front, though.
Store sales people were great. Delivery was a major issue. The delivery guy tried to take the piece of furniture back since he could not get it through the door. My husband and I carried it through the door. I had to speak to customer service so the guy would not put it back on the truck. I will not purchase any more furniture from Ashley due to their delivery issues.

I took a gamble buying furniture here and LOST! One piece of my sectional was delivered broken over a month ago. I reported it the next day as per their policy. I've yet to receive a SINGLE phone call or response to rectify the situation despite visiting the store and calling customer service numerous times.
We had an absolutely ridiculous time trying to order a bedroom set from Ashley’s in Warminster. The only reason they are getting 1 star for their review is because I wouldn’t be able to leave one otherwise. I would NOT recommend ordering ANYTHING from this store.. VERY disappointing. 0/10
We ordered several big items from Ashley’s. Our recliner came in broken & had to be repaired. Also, our Headboard came in cracked. Another one was sent out and came with more chips and cracks than the first one! Finally, a third one was sent AND MORE DENTS, SCRATCHES, AND CRACKS. I called costumer service and it ends the call after waiting for 15minutes because no one is available to answer. We’ve been patient waiting for our furniture since January and we were patient waiting for the replacement(s). I have been patient waiting on the phone and I have been patient wasting my days waiting for deliveries. I am NOT patient anymore and I will not buy ANYTHING else from Ashley’s. I will make sure my family and friends know not to buy from here either. & I would appreciate it if a costumer service rep would call me since I CAN’T get through.

I cannot get my money back or have the damaged table removed from my house. Again, do not buy from Ashley Furniture or Regency Furniture located inside the store. Would give zero stars if i could.
If you want someone to talk down to you like you don't know there is a shortage when you're just looking for a estimated lead time THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! They kept repeating themselves when all I wanted was a short answer. Thanks for assuming I don't know what's going on in the world. All I needed was a general timeframe to discuss with the wife about what we wanted to do. The one associate, Steve Gross, was very informative and nice though unlike the lady on the phone.
Everyone in the store is friendly and helpful. So many items to choose from.

I purchased a queen size mattress and based with a remote. The price was extremely reasonable. The employees were very helpful and nice especially Lisa Williams who checked over my order twice and gave me particular instructions about what to do and not to do once I received my order. The day before my order arrived, I received a missed voicemail about my order and the phone number to call back to confirm my order. Well, the phone number didn't work. When I reached out to Lisa Williams, in the Warminster store she was once again very helpful, knowledgeable and gave me a different telephone number to call. The delivery guys arrived @ 3:30pm which was a plus since they gave me a delivery window between 3-7pm. I am VERY pleased with my order and the customer service was OUTSTANDING. What a giant space of trash of a store. They will SCAM you. They will sell you broken things offer warranty which will not cover anything.
Wow where do I begin? Purchased a couch for $316. Had a delivery guy that they recommended. They got there and said the couch would not fit through the door. They refused to take it back. I paid them $200 plus tip. They left it outside. So now I have this couch sitting outside my apartment praying no one takes it and it does not rain. They were very rude. “ no one told us about steps”... “you should have measured the doorway”. So now I have to pay the same mover another $200 plus another tip to return it to the store. Luckily Ashley’s said they would make an exception to the rule as long as it was returned in 48 hours with no damages. After all that we got screwed over $700 with no couch to show for it. Don’t trust them!
Ordered our furniture January 1st and was told 8-12 weeks and still have not received our delivery 6 months after our purchase. We have called multiple times and every time we were told it would be in within 2 weeks. We are now in June and still have no answer as to when we will get our furniture. Highly disappointed- recommend you go somewhere else.
The worst experience ever. I bought 3 pieces Jan 1 and still weighting. There is a different excuse each time and I’m always told it should arrive with in 2weeks. No apology just blaming everything on the pandemic. Spend your money some where else. I wish I listen to other reviews before shopping there.
Worst customer experience of my life. Paid for furniture in 11/2020, received broken furniture which they refused to take back. Same story waited all day for arrival, shows up at 9pm...fought with someone until 2/2021 when it was finally resolved, new furniture for deliver 5/2021...they didn t show up at time frame, arrived at 9pm again, took away the broken furniture and drove off WITHOUT delivery of replacement furniture...I now am out $2000 and have literally no furniture...would give "0" stars if that was an option

Paid in full for my couch in January. They told us then it'd be early April to get it delivered. Covid supply problems. Fine. Then when I called around that time to see what's up they said July. We said we paid in full, in January and we have a contract. They were supposed to look into it and get back. Twice. They never did until we said we were going to stop the payment. Two days later we get the call that today would be the day. No confirmation until after 9 this morning. And now it's 4 hours after the latest time in their window. I lost money taking off from work.
Was told my sofa would be delivered today however 8 hours after constantly being told that it would be delivered ...it is still not here. Safe to say it’s not coming today. I waited from 10am until 6pm for this delivery which was my only day off from work. I called multiple times for this and was told that I was the next stop. What a terrible delivery service! Waited long enough for this. No one seems to care.
Purchased a bedroom set with additional pieces in August of 2020 and was told 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Had to call multiple times to follow up on status after the first 8 weeks because Ashley was not proactive in providing me updates. -Partial first delivery in February (4 months later than original lead time)- 2 pieces damaged -Second delivery in April TOTAL DISASTER - 1 piece damaged, also the delivery team didn't even attempt to knock just tried to open the door on their own. best of all this time the delivery came with property damage. Tried to get the Property damage resolved with Ashley/Regency ATLEAST ten times. Has been a month and they (Ashley/Regency) says they are not responsible, the delivery company is, only problem is They refuse to tell us who the delivery company is. No bill of lading was supplied from the delivery company. No one has reached out to make this right or once apologized for all the inconvenience or lost time we have spent on this, ie being on hold for hours and hours on the phone just to get no where. We are currently shopping to purchase furniture for are our living room and family room, a shame because Ashley has the set we want but will have to look elsewhere after this experience.
I ordered full bedroom set and also table and chairs from Ashley. I was told 12 weeks until delivery. The actual time was 15 weeks. I can understand that thing take longer due to COVID. What I didn't expect was to have my furniture arrive DAMAGED, FILTHY , poorly assembled and for the delivery people to leave a giant mess in my house. On top of that when I attempt to contact the store to remedy these issues they told me to call customer service. I called customer service and they are no help whatsoever. It has been 10 days since I sent them pictures of the problems with my furniture and no word back. I would never purchase from this store again.

Purchased furniture on January 10th, waited 3 months and had to pursue the store to get it. We still do not have it to date and not confident I will ever get it. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. They are short, rude and unhelpful. I do not suggest ever buying from this store. They do not work with you and they certainly do not help you. They are evasive and nebulous in their responses. "Customer is always right" is something that is not a motto or slogan. Worst buying experience I have ever had. Will never go here again. Awful store

This place sucks !!! I’ve spent a fortune here. I’ve been waiting 6 months still haven’t gotten all my furniture. They brought the wrong bed and said there old manager changed my order for no reason . The delivery person I tipped lied and said if I wanted them to fix it I had to keep the furniture . They delivered a piece and never gave me the shelf ...still don’t have the shelf ...I had another delivery scheduled for last Tuesday and they called and said the driver called out , I can make this up . Your a major retailer please get more than one driver . I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone sense . The girl that answers the phone is very unhelpful and more than rude . Now no one answers I literally don’t know if they will deliver it .

This has been the worst experience of my life as far as any shopping goes. I was told ten weeks for a kitchen table and chairs to be delivered. I called every month for 5 months and I still have no table. I call the store often to no one picking up the phone. No manager calls me back when I ask. No one contacts me. The table was finally scheduled for delivery today after I called them and they said that it was in the warehouse. They called today at almost 5:00 after I waited all day to tell me that their truck broke down. I called. They now can’t get me in for another week. I asked for a discount, a coupon, get me in tomorrow...nothing. They have absolutely no customer service at all. I am beyond angry and I am an easy going person. I will never ever buy something from them again and neither should you. My son just bought a house that needs to be furnished. I told him not to go there!! They have two thousand dollars of my money and I still have nothing to show for it 5 months later. I think at this point, I am being scammed. They better pray that this table gets delivered next week.

Worst ordering experience and customer service ever. Ordered a living room set in August. We were made to sign off to accept that delivery would take up to 8 weeks, but were assured by the sales person it would probably only be about 3-4 weeks. Did not receive the full set until mid December. Ordered a bedroom set in October and were again told this would take “up to” 8 weeks. (At this point we were still under 8 weeks of ordering the living room set - would not have ordered the bedroom set if we realized it would take well over 8 weeks). Received that after about 20 weeks (yesterday) but it was missing a nightstand. We are now being told the nightstand will arrive a minimum of 12 weeks. We understand the delays related to the pandemic, but the disconnect between Ashley & their manufacturers was unacceptable. They never seemed to be able to answer any questions we had to the point that we wondered if they even communicate at all with their manufacturers. We would have been much more understanding if there had been more transparency. Will never order here again.
I ordered a sofa and love seat 20 weeks ago and still Have not received it. I was told it could be up to eight weeks because of the coronavirus. We called every two weeks for updates, and were told someone would check on the status and get back to us. No one ever returned our call, or bothered to give us delivery updates, and we never received any communication from anyone at the store. It was the same blow off every time we called. Terrible customer service. Additionally, they do not answer the store phone or have an option to leave a message.
Do not buy from here. My boyfriend and I ordered a couch back in July and it was only delivered today about 6-7 months later and became damaged. They kept trucking us a long giving us more wait time using C0V|D as an excuse. How can that make a piece of furniture 6-7 months unavailable: My boyfriend called the store to complain and ask for input for best outcome of suggestion for replacement and/ or repair and all they did was laugh at him and hang up on him. The only reason we accepted the couch into our home is because the delivery men sent my boyfriend in the right direction where a woman gave us a solution; that to which includes waiting ANOTHER 2-4 weeks (but who knows with cov|d and this company's excuses) for the piece and than having a "couch doctor" come out and fix it for us. It has been nothing but bu|| sh|t excuse after excuse with poor customer service. We were lucky to have a couch in our home otherwise we would've been sitting on floors for months. And when they told that we can come in and look at stock as other alternatives there was nothing available/ nothing available that would be work able with the shape we wanted/ needed as best fit for our house. Do not go here, they do not care. They will just keep giving the lightest of time when in reality I am sure they knew that the couch was going to probably never be delivered within a short amount of time. And our multiple times of contacting them about it, there was never persuasiveness made to the factories/ wherever the couch sits to help push our delivery along to keep us satisfied customers. We will never purchase from there again. Do not either unless you already have pre existing furniture in your house. Or you will be sitting on the floors.
Usually furniture shopping is a NIGHTMARE. I’m used to walking into a furniture store and getting bombarded by the salesperson; this just ruins the sale for them! When I walked into here, it was much different. Gary approached us and asked us if we looking for something specific and we told him we were just looking. Once we had questions and asked him to show us around, he recommended amazing items. We ended up purchasing a sofa and loveseat set and a bedroom set! Would highly recommend this location and Gary!!

I ordered a couch on Labor Day 2020. The deal was fantastic and the couch was exactly what I wanted. I was so excited about this purchase. We paid with credit card which was immediately charged even though we were told delivery would be between 6-8 weeks because of COVID backlogs. I understood this and wasn't upset at the expected delivery timeframe. In October I called to get an update on the delivery date. At first no one answered my call and there was no option for a message, so it just rang for 20 minutes. I tried multiple times that day to get through to someone. Eventually I had to drive 55 minutes to the store to actually speak with someone. I was told they needed to email buying department to get the update, and they would call me later. I drove 55 minutes for them to send an email. I was frustrated. Finally I received a call that my delivery was pushed to the middle of December. This was tolerable for me but annoying that I had to seek out this update. It would have been nice to have them reach out with this pushback. In the middle of December I hadn't heard anything so I called again. They emailed buying and called me back to let me know it now won't be delivered until the end of February or beginning of March. 6 months was too long for me to wait for this couch so I cancelled the order. They refunded the entire order. Very disappointed with this process. They had our money from day 1 and it felt like I was being misled. Understanding that COVID created issues, but I feel like it would have been courteous to reach out to inform me of all of these changes; especially because a 6-8 week order turned into over 20 weeks. Because of this experience, I will not order from Ashley again.
This has to be the worst shopping experience ever, I do not recommend anyone to shop in Ashley, we have purchased a sofa in September, they told us that our furniture would be delivered in October then they pushed to November then to December, but finally they called us and confirmed it that they will deliver the furniture past Friday 12.04.2020 between 3 PM and 7 PM but no one showed up, when I called the furniture store they told me to wait until 10 PM, but again no one showed up, when I woke up on Saturday morning I had a missed phone call @ 11:46 PM when I called the phone number it was the delivery crew, he told me since I did not pick up the phone they will have to charge a fee and deliver it another day, I called the manager and he told me that he will straighten up the situation but 4 days have passed and I still did not get the delivery, horrible customer service and worst shopping experience.

Don't buy here!! I just left the store in Warrington PA,we almost bought a chair that was 499.00 that was not part of the black Friday sale . Online price for the same chair from Ashley Furniture has a normal price of 269.00 and as a black Friday sale of 199.00. So dishonest it make me sick to my stomach. I will never buy from them again!! Ever!!

I purchased a sofa bed, a week later it went on sale for $90 less on the website and they are unwilling to give me any kind of credit and the website is offering free delivery which I paid $119.99 for, so now I&'m out $200. If I cancel the order they want to charge me a 10% fee for them doing absolutely nothing.
We had a very successful experience shopping at the Ashley Outlet Home Store in Warminster, PA. Our salesperson, Greg, & store manager, Barb, are both excellent at their jobs...knowledgeable, efficient with no pressure to buy. They were very busy on Saturday afternoon yet did their best to provide us with all the information we needed to make our furniture choices.
Ordered and PAID for a couch on Aug 13 2020. Still no couch and they don't know where it is, but want me to believe it will be in their warehouse in 2 weeks. Paying interest on this missing couch. And sitting on the floor. Never ever again!!!!!

Went there yesterday to purchase a sofa. The price was listed for 699. They increased the price and removed the sign right away. The lady that was helping us looked annoyed assisting us. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
Terrible experience. Similar to many other customers I purchased the set in June, paid in full, was promised delivery in 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks passed - no update. Called the store was promised a delivery in October. Called back this store in October - have been told that my set is no longer available, No update, nothing. Came back to store in person , got very cold reply and refund. Terrible service, worse sales team, no customer support. Don't buy there, they don't care about customers.
Manager went out of his way to help us find a box spring. He was very friendly and helpful. The price was great the store is nice and clean and organized! Good place to go if you need furniture! They also allowed us to come back to pick it up on our time they did not give us a deadline and when we got there to pick it up they were there waiting with a smile! Everyone is super nice there I would and will go back anytime! There was only one gentleman (Gary) who was quite rude but the manager quickly handled the situation and made that small incident into a great experience. Definitely highly recommend!
On Saturday, we went to Ashley Furniture in Warminster's grand opening to look for bedroom furniture and a sofa/bed. The store was beautiful, clean, neat and set up very well. All employees were masked. They have an outlet and a Regency Store at the same location. They had a drawing for some gift certificates to their store so we entered. You had to be present to win. I, the person who rarely wins anything, won a $1000 gift certificate!! 👏👏 I don't remember ever getting and spending that kind of money in an hour. We had already picked out what we were going to buy before I won. With their sales and my gift, well, it was a good, good affordable day! 😄 stop by. You'll be pleasantly surprised. 🤷♀️ See Greg. We purchased our couch on 8/16/2020 from Robyn Nemchik and have had nothing but issues since!! We were told the estimated delivery would be 2-4 weeks but becauee of covid, they are obligated to tell people 8 weeks. 8 weeks was no issue, as we understand that because of cov8d there are delays. However, I called the store over 6 times asking for updates on the delivery and was told different estimated dates everytime. However, we went into the store last weekend (10/4/2020) and were told that the couch delivery date was back on track and to expect to hear from them to set up delivery by 10/16/2020. Well of course we heard nothing and went back unto the store and were told that now the estimated delivery is sometime at the end of DECEMBER! Which is beyond frustrating as they have had our thousand dollars for over 2 months now and haven&'t called us a single time with any updates... and we are told different stories everytime WE call. Well today on 10/10/2020 we had the most AWFUL and traumatizing experience in store with the manager (i believe his name is doug) . We came in to see what our options are and coke to find out THEY ordered the wrong couch for us!! We have been waiting 8 weeks now, for the wrong couch! A mistake that qas made entirely by them!!! We weren&'t even aware of the color option that they went ahead and ordered for us. And the manager told us that because they placed an order for the wrong couch, we would have to start completely over with a new order... after waiting over 2 months!!!!!! And they said the wait could be up to 4 months for the correct couch to come because our order would start from scratch. The reallt traumatizing part of our experience qas when the manager (doug) refused to talk to my husband and walked away from him in the middle of the store and never sent another employee to help him. He walked away and said he didn&'t feel comfortable serving him. Yet, I walked into the store 10 mims later and led the conversation and doug was willing to speak to me (although he offered no resolution to the issue). He didn&'t feel comfortable serving my husband because he is African American, and felt comfortable serving me because I am white!!! This is blatant racism!!!!! We left the store crying and so upset for how we were treated and discriminated against. The worst part is that we received no apology for the HUGE mistake they made, and we can to no resolution. They told me it&'d be 2-4 weeks to get a refund (which is absurd!!!) And this doesn&'t benefit me because I will not be able to purchase a new couch without a refund... when I paid in cash over TWO months ago, I should be able to get my cash back. In conclusion, I feel as though ashleys STOLE from us. They have had pur money for 2 months now, ordered the wrong couch (which never even came)... and now we have NO clue when pur actual couch would come. They are RACIST, IGNORANT AND THEIFS!!! I have been sure to tell everyone I know about this awful experience and plan to go to corporate and the better business bureau because we don&'t know what else to do!!! Terrible!!!!
i have had the worst experience with this store!!! everyone here is beyond rude and are not helpful at all!! my daughter and her husband have also had a terrible experience with them! they take your $$$ then that&'s it!! no furniture! no delivery updates, no help!!! they are thieves!!!! no one should ever buy from them, they will take your $$$ and then be of no help when you try to get an answer from them as to when to expect delivery! and no refund either to go elsewhere! do not shop here!!!!! btw, they&'re racists too!!! giving 1 star is being extremely generous.....
There's nothing like buying a new furniture set when you are wearing your current furniture out because of COVID.I was greeted with a smile and left with a great deal.What more can I ask for. Sales man Dan hooked me up and got the deal done in no time.He even complimented. I was looking for a curio. I stopped in the Ashley homestore in Warminster. I was greeted by a young lady named Maggie. She directed me to the Regency side of their store and showed me the different curios they had. I am on a budget and Maggie involved the store manager Doug who gave me a great deal. Thank you so much Maggie and Doug!
Went looking for items for my grandmother, started online then headed into the store. All the sales people were lovely, but the online ads seems better, free this/that ... No one was pushy, but the GM was called over, Doug, well all I can was is what a trip! He was personable, knowledgeable, and very transparent with regards to what his store could offer vs online. At the end of the day, it was an easy choice. We saw what the store had to offer and we will be picking what we want online, but we will purchase at the store with the sales rep because of Doug. Genuinely interested in getting us what we want, great attitude, and transparency on the whole process!
What a wonderful furniture store!! They have a huge variety to select from and the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. I'm definately going back!!

Doug said we will have to pay extra for delivery if we order from their online site instead of him directly (online delivery is free). – Lie #1 Site charges "$150" for assembly, Doug quoted us the “Cheaper” price of "$250". – Lie #2 After catching Doug in multiple lies, I asked him “What’s our incentive of buying from you, instead of the online Ashley HomeStore?” Doug replied “Then bye! Go shop somewhere else, and don't come back!” This is the general manager. The incident has been reported to corporate.

The most beautiful Ashley store I’ve ever been to! I was promptly greeted by a sales associate, Chris, who was courteous, knowledgeable, and gave me my space to walk around the store. I’m always hesitant to go to furniture stores because there are always people on your coattails, which makes browsing uncomfortable. Chris let me know about the wonderful Labor Day sale, and then told me that he would just give me my time to walk around… I really appreciated that. The store is massive: the outlet portion on the right; then the main store, which is large, and to the left is an extended part of the store where Mealey’s used to be. I’m very pleased with my experience and look forward to getting my item in the near future. To everyone complaining about shipping delays, consider the environment we are in- Covid 19 has impeded all facets of life and our postal system is no exception.
I went there about a month ago and was greeted immediately by Barbara. I explained my need snd she got right at it. I looked at on piece of furniture after another. When she noticed my difficulty of getting up. She then told her associate Steve to get me to what may work for me. Oh boy was she right. I told them. Let me get my finances in order. No pressure no constant calling They let me get everything in line. Then I was able to get on there Snap program. Yes! I am bring my family to this store

Ordered a living room set back in June, and paid in full. We were told it would be 4-6 weeks. Well, that timeline came and went, still no word from them. Went back to the store to inquire about the status, was told end of July. Okay, fine. End of July, still no furniture or word from them. Went back to the store, and was told end of August. So here we are, still waiting. The reps at the store could not have cared less. They got their commission so I guess that’s all that matters. It’s bad business to accept that kind of money from people, without the ability to fulfill an order. I understand that delays happen, and that’s fine, but reach out and give people a call. Terrible customer service. Hopefully we’ll get our furniture soon.

I stopped in here on Sunday for the first time and again tonight to seal the deal on my new furniture. Ashley Homestore replaced Mealey&'s Furniture that was at this address. There&'s a parent-store next door called Regency Furniture, which is connected to Ashley on the inside and has an equally impressive showroom. Currently, this Ashley Homestore has the largest showroom in PA. It took us a few hours to go through the whole thing. During our first visit, we were introduced to Doug, the General Manager. He was the most pleasant person (and only person) we came in contact with on Sunday. He gave us his card and told us to come back and see him. Today, we purchased what we had our eyes on over the weekend. Doug introduced us to one of his salesmen, Kyle. Kyle was helpful, attentive and gave us just about every piece of information we needed. We must&'ve went over the order and the protection plan details 3 times. I liked that throughout the entire process I didn&'t feel pressured to buy something I didn&'t want and felt like both gentleman cared about what we wanted. They helped us out tremendously. Kyle noted that they opened up last Friday, but didn&'t advertise their opening and still had a decent amount of people in the store browsing. The prices were slashed in half (as shown in one of my photos) and they were offering free delivery for a limited time only. There were various signs throughout the store with the social distancing rule and for the most part, the customers were respectful of that rule. I loved the service and the selection of furniture. I would absolutely recommend this Ashley Homestore location to anyone looking for stylish home furnishings.

I ordered a sofa. People that were delivery it called I asked them to come here first so can tell them need to use stairs instead they put it on a elevator damaged it didn't see it till they left I called right away still no call back as said by them to exchange it 😠
It is so utterly irresponsible of the owner of the company to keep it open (and require employees to work) during the National Emergency that is the Covid-19 Pandemic. I won't ever be shopping here again. How is the store being disinfected?
Poor customer service. They sell defective product, and after it is in your home, you own it for life. Not allowed any returns. 2 defective bureau's. They will not take them back at all. Stuck with them. Don't buy there! They will do nothing to help you!
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I went into the store today to look at at a queen upholstered bed i saw online for $399. They handed me a 15% off coupon that was useless for what I wanted. With the delivery and set up it was going to actually cost me $484. The manger and salesman did nothing but double talk me regarding online price being cheaper than store price blah blah blah . I left the store completely dissatisfied with my experience. I and ended up getting a beautiful bed on Wayfair for almost $200 less and it will be delivered 10/28. Ashley delivery was somewhere between 1 and 2 weeks! Never again will i waste my time with Ashley!!
Crooks selling crappy furniture with bogus warranties and even worse financing "deal". I can't say enough bad things about them, the crap they sell (it is garbage) and the evil finance (tidewater) company they use to offer you 0 percent financing only to lie their way out. This is the worst experience I have had with any company. I will never set foot in there again and will run from Tidewater finance as they are pure evil. You have been warned.
Don't waste your time.Too many other good quality furniture stores to choose from. I bought furniture from here, with the warranty on the furniture.3 years into it with the warranty still in tact, the furniture is squeaking on the most used side. They came out to fix it and stated they cannot fix. It's under warranty, they cannot fix it and they do not carry this in store any longer. The corporate office is denying my claim to fix the squeaking wood because they are assuming it's pet damage because there was there was pet hair on the couch?? Um when you have pets .. hair will be in things just as well as people hair would be on there. No one can prove or show me where this is caused from a pet as apposed to a person or peopleIt's wear n tear on cheaply made furniture. Admit it Ashley furniture. What s true scam to save on replacing and doing right by the consumer. Save your time and money. Go to anywhere but here.
Bought a sectional couch 3years ago paid over 3000 dollars and we had to have them come out and fix it three times so far.I went to the store and talked to a sales person he told me they don't even carry it anymore and it should be credited so we can buy something else so I talked to there cooperate office and they said they can't replace just fix ,we have insurance but the material flattens at the head and the Wood creaks. Their furniture is junk and overpriced ,never again .I guess they will keep coming out for the next two years until warranty runs out or we get a new couch. And they only reason I'm giving them one star is because the sales person was trying to help us.
This store has been terrible both in product and customer service. We recently bought an indoor sectional and a patio sectional. The patio sectional arrived without a portion of the cushions and the indoor sectional arrived with a broken back. Customer service was supposed to call back with a fix, but did not. I called the store and they transferred me to Customer Service who kept me on hold for 20 min and then hung up. I called back and they put the manager on the phone. He was incredibly condescending, spoke to me like a child and was no help. I found out toward the end of the call that he was not the manager as I was told. I would stay VERY far away from this store. I've spent $3500 and no one seems to be interested in fixing the issues.
My mom came here on Memorial Day to look for a bed set. A lady named Sam helped us! Extremely helpful! She answered all questions asked. My mom then bought a bedroom set. Kim then helped to sign papers. Our experience was very nice in all.
I ordered a set of tables in February. After numerous calls to the store and asking to talk to a manager it is now mid may and my tables still have not arrived yet. When I call the store they put me through the salesperson. He tells me that there is nothing he can do. I ask to speak to a manager, they tell me the manager is not working that day but rest assure that the manager will call me back the next day. two weeks latter and never heard from the manager. I am going to call their corporate and see what they say but if it is anything like the local store this is not good business. I am extremely dissatisfied. I have never been treated like this from a business. They charged my credit card for the transaction and 3 months latter I still don't have the product. Unbelievable. Update. The store canceled my order and they didn't even notify me of the order cancellation. Nor did they refund my money. After I called back then they told me to go to a store so I can get credit on my card.
