I came into Ashley not really on the market for furniture had a conversation with a young lady her personality and her professionalism is what sold me her name is Shamika Thomas I will be back to buy .ore and I highly recommend her services to everyone

2 stars for selection, they have some nice pieces if you can put up with the treatment. We were dumped off in the section needed and abandoned. After 20 min I had to go find someone to help me. I said that no one came back to assist us, and a man gave me a smart ass comment “I will be glued to you from now on.” I’m just trying to make a purchase? Okayyyy so in a drawer is a sale price card. “Oh no, that’s old price, no longer exists.” Then a whole bunch of double talk about it. IDK, you guys left it in the drawer. I then asked to buy one piece of a discontinued set. “Let me talk to my manager.” The one who was going to be glued to me doesn’t come back. I have to go find him again to be told “No, you must buy whole set.” I wanted to leave since we were clearly an inconvenience, but really need the piece for my daughter so I bought something else. This was not a nice experience. My 17 year old actually apologized for needing something and being treated like that. When Gen Z even notices poor treatment, it’s bad. Sad because the store has some great pieces, but I won’t go back here.

If you ever want to see the stupidest people in PA this is the place. I ordered 2 different sofa sets worth around $5000. Evan gave me a good deal and we said that we wanted both the sets to be delivered on the same day. We waited for almost 1 month and during the delivery all sofas arrived of the same style and color. Immediately I called the store to tell them that I am returning the wrong set. I specifically took a day off from office and was very disappointed on their mis delivery. We requested a loveseat to be picked up the very same day and as per Ashley rule 3-days no question asked, however the store made the return request entry on the 4th day. Since 15 days, my mom and I were following with the store to return the loveseat. I was told that $120 will be return fee, but Shourab (store manager) or Rebecca did not properly convey to me that I had to specifically come to store to pay prior to pick up otherwise this return will be cancelled. This is a such basic miscommunication from Ashley Warminster staff. I also contacted Ashley support center and they said it will be picked up 17 Oct and no one turned in, please note at this point Ashley customer service also did not inform me about the $120 fee (I have email proof of it). On the 17th Oct, nobody came to pick up and the next day I went to the store, Shourab himself didn't know what was happening and ultimately they did not accept the return. Can you imagine that we as customers followed up with the store literally every single day and still they did not honor the return and not accepting their fault. I recently bought a new house and thought to buy all furniture from here but now I never doing business with them. Lamis (another manager) heard us out and tried to return the loveseat but she said her "higher authorities" are not giving that option now. I feel like I've been fooled, misguided and taken an undue advantage of the situation and this store played with me and my mother's feelings. After asking the status of the 2nd sofa set, I was informed it was cancelled by us!! How on earth would I cancel, looking at the logs of the order, we found out that the 2nd set was cancelled on the date of delivery because the wrong sofa set was returned to the warehouse and they cancelled it. Which should be Ashley's responsibility to redeliver the right item. When we asked Lamis for the total price of the 2nd set, she said it would alone cost $4000+, I mean this is crazy, I secured a deal in ~$2400 and instead of discounting me on that price she was telling me some idiotic numbers. I am very sad with this, because this store never rectified their mistakes and instead costed me $700 for no reason for their miscommunication on the loveseat. This store has the most shameless, careless, senseless, mannerless, ruthless, mindless, useless, heartless, and hopeless people on ground who are not ready to work properly to the customer's need. I was thinking if my sofa sets would be delivered properly, I was going to spend around $20k more for home furniture but not from them anymore because they don't want to fix their mistakes nor acknowledge responsibility of that. If at the first place they had understood my order properly and did the communication well this wouldn't have happened. Update: fair solution is going to be legal because you disheartened and played with my family's emotions.
