BUYER BEWARE – Worst Experience Ever! After a month of shopping, we ordered a 5-piece sectional with 3 recliners in store. What was delivered was a 5-piece sectional with only 2 recliners. When I called to correct the mistake, the store told me I would have to pay a $150 pickup fee—otherwise, I’m stuck with a couch I didn’t order. That’s unacceptable and feels like very poor business practice. The office manager, Mel, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I was promised a resolution in 24–72 hours, but it has now been over two weeks with no resolution. The wrong couch is still sitting in my living room. At this point, it feels like a bait-and-switch tactic rather than an honest mistake. Shoppers beware—this store does not stand by its promises. I truly hope the owner sees this review and resolves the issue, because no customer should be treated this way.

Nas was amazing!!! The best energy, knowledge, and assistance! Every experience at this location has been wonderful and our furniture has held up so well. Even better with fast delivery and good deals. Thank you Nas for giving us an amazing shopping experience with no pressure yet all of the support and guidance. Nas was amazing! He helped my husband and I decided on a new sectional. He explained all the different materials and suggested one that would be great for us and our cat. Definitely ask for Nas when stopping into the store.

Horrible , they delivered my furniture dropped it and lost a drawer handle and said they cant do anything. Refused to remove my mattress when setting up new bedroom set. Demanded a tip for lifting furniture after a long day of work and they did not speak English. I had to use me cell phone to translate to speak to them.
