It was ok. There are a lot of furniture store in the Lehigh Valley that carry Ashley furniture but their delivery fees are not outrageous. I was also told by the salesman I would get my order in around 2 weeks. BUT, when the woman rang it up, she told me it would be over a month. Since I am not getting my furniture until, January, you should not charge my card until it is delivered.

Nico Perez was a very professional and very kind. He was patient tried to give me the best pricing. He was available for me and he really should be a Manager on how gentle he was. Thank you Nico for your expertise.

Awful. We bought a couch in August and the frame broke on it a month later. I assume from hidden damage at the warehouse or during shipping. The told me it was covered under the manufacturer warranty and sent a technician out. He informed me that there was more repair work then what Ashly had told him. I received a small stating that Ashley would send additional materials to my house and a technician would come back out to fix it. A day later they called me and said the repair is not covered. So now I have $700 couch that broke in a month and Ashley will not stand behind their product and replace or repair it!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from Ashley. The delivery of my bed was significantly delayed, taking over a month, and the headboard arrived damaged. The replacement process also took an additional month. Furthermore, the mattresses delivered were not what I ordered, and when I requested the correct ones, I was informed of an additional charge. I acknowledge that I should have recorded the mattress item number, as it appears to have been altered. Due to these issues, I will not be making future purchases from Ashley nor will I recommend your company to my family or friends. Very Disappointed 😞

We went to Ashley for a bedroom set and a sectional couch for the living room. The showroom had a very large selection to choose from and helpful staff. I would recommend stopping there if you are looking for any furniture to fill any room in your home and if you do ask for Savannah! She was amazing! Very knowledgeable on all the products on the floor and extremely helpful and friendly.

We had a great experience shopping for a bedroom suite. Nico was polite and friendly and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

We walked in there ready to buy new living room furniture after shopping around and decided that we liked their items and prices the best. When we arrived they told us that Sara would be helping us again since she helped us last time and she told us to look around and she would check in with us. She was busy assisting another customer that had a lot of questions so we decided to ask the nearest worker, a gentleman at the door, but close enough to us to get his attention, some questions. He didn't seem to want to answer us and we seemed like too much of a bother and inconvenience to him, he instead told us that he was too busy watching the door and that we had to wait for Sara. We waited a good amount of time before we decided that we were out of there and that if between the four people behind the counter and gentlemen watching the door couldn't help us then they must not need our business that bad. We ended up going to Raymour and Flannigan across the street where we felt like we were treated much better as customers and we ended up buying a full living room set.

I had an amazing experience working with Jessica at Ashley Furniture! She helped me furnish my entire apartment and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Jessica has incredible sales skills, she really took the time to understand my style and budget, and found pieces that fit perfectly. Her communication was outstanding from start to finish, keeping me updated and answering every question with patience and care and never made me feel rushed or pressured. If you visit Ashley:, definitely ask for Jessica, you’ll be in great hands!

Purchased furniture on September 1 from a nice salesperson. Must have measured or not remembered our measurement specifications and sold us furniture that did not fit in our basement. Prior to this, we were informed that we would be called to set up delivery later the week following our purchase. We received no call and I called on September 9 and was informed it was not ready to be scheduled and that I would be called back. I called again on September 15 to be told to call back "after September 24". I called a third time and scheduled delivery for October 2. The sectional that was too large to fit through our door frame was returned on the same day. I was told the warehouse would call us to inform us they received our returned product and they did not. I was also told that the store would contact me to begin the refund process the next day October 3 and they did not call. I called several more times to the general Customer Service line and the store. I informed them I did not want to purchase any additional furniture, that I just wanted a refund. They informed me of a store policy that I must be in the store in person to execute the refund and I am not able to do that because of my current work and volunteer schedule. The store has had my money for almost seven weeks and the merchandise for two. They've taken a lot of my time up following up when they informed me they would. From the order, we also got couches for our living room that we love. They are well made, comfortable, and the kids love them. But they have both my time and money and I got a lot of broken promises of communication - honestly that stinks. This would be a 5* review even with the return had I simply been able to send the furniture back and receive credit back on my card within a reasonable time of the transaction and not had to wait for calls that never came or jump through hoops that no customer in 2025 should have to. Zappos had sight unseen immediate refunds for shoes of all things in 2006. Many major online retailers adopted it shortly shortly thereafter. Ashley's personnel had eyes on my merchandise the entire time. It is rough in 2025 when a company will not issue a refund for something that never left their chain of custody when all they have to do is reverse a credit card charge. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company with the details of the phone calls that are on recorded lines at Ashley Furniture's call center. The process will cost Ashley more in both the immediate and the long term and is extremely customer unfriendly. I had someone sell me furniture that they either did not know or did not care to remember would not fit. Sure, I could have measured, but that was completed for us by the salesman and we trusted them. And you know what? Mistakes happen. Mismeasurements happen. I'm not even mad at the salesperson. I was promised calls and customer service and literally none of them happened. Had I not called, I may not have received delivery and had I not be diligent about this, I may never resolve getting a refund. In the short term, the disputed charge on my end will cost the store and their company more time in person power than it would have rather than simply issue me a refund back onto my card. It will require time to research and engage. In the long term, I won't be buying from Ashley Furniture ever again and my family will not either.

My husband and I just had our first shopping experience with Ashley furniture and we certainly were not disappointed! Jaz was our sales assistant, and by the time we were done, she seemed like a friend. She was knowledgeable of what they had in the store. She was attentive to what my husband and I needed and she was extremely patient walking us through the whole store to make sure that we found exactly what would make us happy in our home. everyone at this Whitehall store was very nice and friendly and they all seem to work well together. I look forward to the furniture being delivered and if that experience is even as half as good as the experience in the store, I will be pleased.

Gladys was amazing and so helpful. She was patient as we spent at least two hours in store. All the ladies working were so helpful and outgoing, they even semi watched our kids while we shopped. Gladys is definitely a great workwe, she knows her stuff and helped us decide and let us borrow a tape measure for deciding.

I had the best experience today at Ashley’s Furniture , my sales person was Nico! When I tell you he got the job done he did just that and more .! I was able to walk in getting approved for more than I expected and walked out furnishing two whole rooms plus a rug and pillows (when I thought I was only going to be able to do only sofas ) . He made today go very smooth. I would deff recommend him to anyone ! I appreciate all he done for us on our shopping experience! I highly recommend heading over to Ashley’s furniture and request Nico!

BUYER BEWARE – Worst Experience Ever! After a month of shopping, we ordered a 5-piece sectional with 3 recliners in store. What was delivered was a 5-piece sectional with only 2 recliners. When I called to correct the mistake, the store told me I would have to pay a $150 pickup fee—otherwise, I’m stuck with a couch I didn’t order. That’s unacceptable and feels like very poor business practice. The office manager, Mel, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I was promised a resolution in 24–72 hours, but it has now been over two weeks with no resolution. The wrong couch is still sitting in my living room. At this point, it feels like a bait-and-switch tactic rather than an honest mistake. Shoppers beware—this store does not stand by its promises. I truly hope the owner sees this review and resolves the issue, because no customer should be treated this way.

Nas was amazing!!! The best energy, knowledge, and assistance! Every experience at this location has been wonderful and our furniture has held up so well. Even better with fast delivery and good deals. Thank you Nas for giving us an amazing shopping experience with no pressure yet all of the support and guidance. We will make our next furniture purchase here again.

Horrible , they delivered my furniture dropped it and lost a drawer handle and said they cant do anything. Refused to remove my mattress when setting up new bedroom set. Demanded a tip for lifting furniture after a long day of work and they did not speak English. I had to use me cell phone to translate to speak to them.

This company was like dealing with the Keystone Cops ! Wrong delivery of bed, drawer not working on night table , still waiting on repairs! Mirror for dresser shows up without mounting bracket. Show up to complain at sale site, and they say that they can't call the warehouse, and have to send them an email. They don't answer the phone and when prompted to leave messages they don't return calls. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST !!!

I originally gave 5 stars to the sales person. But then I got my delivery today and my bed came with no slabs. So now my son has a bed that he can't sleep on. They are now asking me $67. To have it delivered. The salesman who sold us the furniture said it was included but didn't write up our order correctly. The salesman even sold us the mattress so you would think he knows what you need when making the purchase. I advise you if you buy from this store to please check your receipt and every part that comes with your purchase or you my not receive a full set. They will hold you responsible and say it's your fault to get extra money out of you. I will never buy from here again

Well i bought my furniture at this store and got home. Tried to call the manager on several occasions about the problem with the bill and the damages done by the delivery drivers. I have had no success. I will be calling the state attorney general and the BBB to report on this management of this store. I should have went to Windgap

The people at Ashley's are very nice, and helpful. I fell in love with a certain table set for my dinning room.

I bought a L shape black sofa and was disappointed because it was totally defective. Armrest was broken. Backrest didn’t have enough cushion in it and the seat cushion for the corner chaise was sinked in the corner like if someone was sitting in that same area for years. Called customer care and first they were going to send someone to fix the armrest that was broken on it. Didn’t even bother to offer a discount and I was like yea no I want someone to come and swap it out. Ok they got a manager to approve. A week later they brought the new sofa, and as we were taking it out the wrap it was also defective. The armrest was also broken. Ashley furniture, the quality for this sofa is garbage. Its a beautiful sofa but it is garbage. The price is not worth it.

Wrong furniture delivered. Parts missing and was told I have to PURCHASE these parts. I have to keep following up on correct delivery…they do NOT CALL BACK when they say they will!!!! I keep getting transferred to different departments and have to explain issue every time as if it was my first time calling! VERY FRUSTRATED

Had the worst experience at this Ashley store! The sales person was very dishonest.. we purchased the furniture and area rug that was on displayed with it, but the sales person neglected to inform us of the damage that it had .,being it was underneath the furniture and the stains and just poor condition of the carpet , we were finalizing the purchase when he rolled the carpet up ..he knew this carpet was not suitable for sale, he did not notify us, just looking for the sale and the fact that they do not give returns or refunds on floor samples.. was a big argument... it took me two days of arguing with them to get my refund in over an hour and a half to finalize the return making all kinds of excuses of the order is locked the manager has to approve it which he is not here we can’t get the shipping removed so we can’t finalize the return blah blah blah .. this particular store has dishonest people and management !

Was shopping on the Ashley Whitehall PA store website found 5 pieces of furniture I liked. The website for that store said prequalify for Ashley advantage card so I did and was approved. Got my account number so my husband and I went to the store to see if they had the furniture and or order it. They said they did not have that particular model but would show me something similar. Now I also told them that the sofa and loveseat were advertised as $679 on sale. The set they show me was $700 just for the sofa. The saleswoman said we are not affiliated with Ashley we are privately owned but I can match whatever the online price of this set as shown online. I looked it up and it was $700 for each piece. Bait and switch is what I thought. I got an attitude and started to leave and then I believe a manager said I’ll match the prices that I saw for the set I was originally interested in. So we wrote up the order then I said well I just was approved for the Ashley advantage card she said great you can get 0% for six months. We were ok let’s do it then she said we had to pay the delivery and the sales tax today. Well I didn’t like paying a delivery fee for something that wasn’t delivered but against my better judgment I said ok. We get to the counter I gave her my credit info, they can’t find me in the system. I showed them my approval info and she says oh we don’t take that card. I’m like why not it’s for Ashley. She said it’s really a worthless card. She said I don’t even know if you can use online for Ashley. What? So I left in a big huff then called 2 other Ashley home stores and specifically asked if they take that card and both said yes. So I called back the Whitehall store waited 15 minutes for the manager to com to the phone and I explained the other 2 stores. She wanted to know the locations, which I did not tell her. It even says when you google it….. yes you can use in store or online. Whitehall store hounds you the moment you walk in that store so it’s bad enough but if they “don’t affiliate with Asleybthen they should not be called Ashley Home store!!!! Would not buy anything there and will definitely pass my experience onto others

I spent about 3 hours in the store looking, measuring, and returning another day to finalize all selections. If you want help, she is there to do that for you. Johnny is the manager and there are other associates to assist. I am relieved and thrilled with my selections. Nowcwaiting delivery to her facility. Went into the Whitehall store to scope out a dining room table for my apartment with the possibility of not finding what I wanted. Before you think of buying from this store please read! We purchased a couch on August 10th. When you leave the store after making payment you do not have a delivery date set you have to wait for someone else to call you. The couch arrived about 2weeks later. The couch did not fit so we paid $150 to get the couch picked up. We went to the store to arrange this we picked out another couch and paid the difference. This is when our issues began. The plan put in place was to have the old couches picked up and the new ones dropped off the same day. This did not happen as the store employee did not send in our invoice so a delivery to be scheduled. When I inquired about this they stated they never had one so I was emailed the invoice (which I already signed at the store) for me to print, sign, scan and email back(very convenient) A $2000 invoice just lost?? No apology either. Our old couches were picked up on 10/4. This was never noted and as of today 10/11 no one knows where this is at. Just imagine my stress for possibly being charged another $2k for lost inventory. Also I only know of this because we went to the store today and they mentioned it to us. The new couches were scheduled for 10/9. Our phone records show no call was placed to both phone numbers on file. So now we are obligated to pay $150 to set a new delivery date. We have to wait for our next month statement for T-MOBILE to release our phone records to prove no call was placed. With no guarantee that they will refund the $150. Store employees, customer service and delivery department are not connected so one can’t help you with the other. There’s also no accountability or no escalation to management in these situations. The lack of customer service and empathy in this situation has been almost unbelievable. I would not recommend going to this store or purchasing from Ashley furniture.

I had the most pleasant experience shopping for a couch at this ashleys. I had gone to a different one and wasnt sold on the couches there. Coming to the whitehall location the sales associate greeted me right at the door! Anthony and the one manager Cyara were SO knowledgeable about their sofas. They didnt rush me and let me try out every couch I was interested in. At the end I was super torn between two different sets when Anthony showed me a hidden gem in the one sofa and I was SOLD did up the paperwork and it took less than 5 minutes. We were in need of a new dining room table, and Ashley was on our list of stores to check out. We ended up buying here because we really liked one of the tables and the price was fair, especially since we caught it in sale! The salesperson was helpful and hooked us up with another discount on the shipping because we asked for it to seal the deal (remember, as the consumer you have the power, so make sure you ask for more discounts! 😉). We are very happy with our new table and the quality is great! We would shop here again. Now, for the couple of criticisms that I think need to be mentioned - First, the store is not set up not by department, but by room design, so if you want to look at tables for example, they're strewn about the whole building and not all conveniently located in one area. Second, my wife is disabled and there are no ADA ramps or elevators for her to access the store entrance (she had to get out of her wheelchair and get back in when the chair was placed on the sidewalk), nor the upper floors which in 2024 is inexcusable. Ashley definitely needs to address the requirements of their handicapped customers.

While the sofas are beautiful, the hassle I went through to receive them wasn’t worth it. When ordering the sofas in store, it took the sales associate over an hour to get the order placed due to several issues on their end. The one sofa arrived with a huge rip on the back. Due to going with threshold delivery, Ashley said they technically didn’t need to replace the furniture because I have to accept it as is upon delivery with threshold delivery. This was never made clear when ordering and in fact, it was recommended to me to go with threshold delivery because there is very little assembly required with sofas. Ashley eventually agreed to exchange the damaged item. Both times I set up delivery the items arrived outside the 4 hour window. Due to the hassle and impact the delivery time had on my schedule, I asked to be reimbursed my delivery fee (especially because I asked if I could pick up the sofas myself at the store and I was told no). While Ashley issued a small refund, I had to go to the store to get the money put back on to my credit card. Everything was a hassle from start to finish with them.

I love the couch itself, but likely wouldn't order furniture from Ashley's again due to customer service.

It's really bad experience I bought twin bed in middle of August when they delivered it was missing parts so I told them to take it back then I want to store in the same day and they said we will get you the right bed and in that day I bought 2 more sofa and they promised me the bed and the sofa will be delivered on the first week of September I needed the bed in August for my kids now we in middle of September nothing showed up so I decided to call and cancel the bed and mattress since I need the bed asap they told me if I want to cancel I have to lose 30% of the purchase price for stocking fee like it was my fault was delivered bed missing parts unprofessional customer service bad management their manager so rude I will never go there again I don't recommend Ashley for anything.

I purchased a couch through Ashley's based on the customer reviews. Needless to say I am very disappointed with my decision as this as been a complete nightmare working with the Ashely's team. I have been waiting weeks for them to come and pick up a couch that was just left at my home after it did not fit up my stairs. The delivery team damaged the couch (under warranty), and did not speak any English making it impossible to communicate with them. After many failed attempts to communicate they became frustrated and aggressive making me feel extremely uncomfortable. The day the couches were delivered I spoke with the sales manager Greg who made me feel confident that Ashely's would come and pick up the couch that was too large and place the order of my new item and have it delivered. Since that call the Ashley's CS team has made me feel anything BUT confident. I call multiple times weekly looking for updates and receive no action plan. I am very disappointed in my experience. Save yourself some time/peace and shop somewhere else.

Gladys at the Whitehall Ashley’s was awesome helping us get our furniture order and walking the showroom to find a matching chair for our new living room. She was not pushy and took all of our concerns into account, making the purchase process seamless.

so upset after four tables that were damaged. I still have the chairs.Manager there Greg said I'm stuck with them.If I bring them back to store I could face dumping charges. Two months later chairs are still here.Asked for refund .Said only for table .What am I going to do with 8 counter height chairs with no table to match. this has been going on since 2/15/23. tomorrow is another 4 days. then I file with BBB .

Walked in today and was greeted by Michael. He was very understanding and was interested in what I really wanted. He was not a pushy sales person. He made my buying experience an extremely pleasant. I appreciate all of Michael's assistance today. I walked out with dining room set and sofa set. Thanks Michael.

Garbage company! Decided to splurge on a high quality kitchen table, picked one out and waited for delivery. Table came and was damaged, so were some chairs so we sent them back. A week later another table. This too was damaged . Then a third table came and you guessed it. Damaged. Today the FORTH table came and was HEAVILY damaged. Told them to refund our money then they informed us we have to keep the chairs since they were in our house over 72 hours., and they cost almost half of what the table cost. They could care less. So I'm out alot of money, with chairs I can't use. If you buy anything from Ashley furniture your CRAZY. We filing a report with the better business bureau, just please learn from our experience. BTW Google will not allow zero stars, its what they deserve

I have been going to another furniture store for years because of their friendly staff and fair prices, but after going here I’m now an Ashley Furniture Fan. LeSean helped my family and I pick out a dining set and living room set for our first home. Not only was he professional and kind but he truly was looking out for our best interest. Alma, another staff member assisted us and she was also pleasant and professional. Prices were fair and quality is exceptional! We left the store proud of our purchases and happy for the next chapter in our lives and Ashley furniture was part of it. Thank you LeSean!
