I had my first Ashley experience yesterday we came in bought a BEAUTIFUL couch ! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, we brought 2 of our babies that are under 2 years old and everyone was so sweet towards them , we had such a great experience with them we actually came Back today ! Today we bought a whole Bedroom set ! Both days we were asssisted by Gladys & she’s AMAZING ! Very helpful & so down to earth you can tell her your budget and what you like and she is great at picking things perfect for you & your family ! So make sure y’all ask for her when you go! :) also this is the Ashley In Whitehall PA ❤️

I had come one day to just look at what loveseats and recliners they had. Gladys met us at the door and was very pleasant and directed us to where the area for what we were interested in were. She gave us time to look around and never pressured us and when I told her we were going to come back on the weekend with my husband to look she gave us a card with all her contact information on it. Fast forward now it’s Saturday and we returned and went looking around at the loveseats and recliners again and Gladys came and met up with us to see how we were doing. When we were debating on style and colors she was very patient and helped us in making our decision. We only intended on buying 1 piece of furniture but wound up buying 2. We definitely were grateful to Gladys for her help and patience. But I will say this… when we met the Manager Greg he was not very pleasant. Greg definitely needs some training in the customer service field. Ashley’s had a large selection to choose from and a very nice showroom.
