Great store with a lot of selections. I was greeted by Val and received one of the best customer service all around. Super knowledgeable and not too intrusive. Most furniture stores reps around are too intrusive and follows you on every step to make the sale which makes it uncomfortable. Not here! Would recommend to anyone

Our initial experience was great. We had Victor take care of us in helping us to identify what furniture we needed/wanted. He provided the necessary information for us to make an informed decision. He was not imposing or pushy; but hovered so we’d know he was available. Our subsequent visits were good until we encountered a sales manager who, in our opinion was unprofessional and inappropriate with what he said to Victor in front of us. When called out on it, he apologized and said “my bad” but his demeanor left a bad taste in our mouths and we left the store. We ultimately returned because we did not want Victor to lose the sale because of the professionalism of the manager. We Recognize that working in the service industry is difficult as you can also come across customers who are less than pleasant. However, my wife and I were not those customers and the sales managers behavior and attitude almost lost them this sale. This was our first experience with Ashley Furniture; As long as Victor is still there, we would likely return to give him our business. However, the sales manager is someone we would like to avoid interacting with in the future. We give Victor a 4/5 but the customer service and professionalism of the sales manager would warrant a much lower rating.

No one greeted us when we came in the store, so wandered around for 20min lost, looking at things. Sales associate (only one in store) did come and assist. All of the items I previously picked out from online were not available. I felt they should not have been on the website.

Jennifer was amazing! Our family came in looking for a mattress and living room furniture, and Jennifer assisted us in finding just what we were looking for m, at all great prices! We had our 7 and 4 year olds along with us, and she kept them well entertained while we took our time choosing just the right mattress. She priced matched and made the process painless, along with Makail, who was also a great help. We definitely recommend the two, as they are a great team!
Good selection however some items seemed cheaply made of faux wood and other materials that didn't seem it would hold up in the long-term.

I have been a customer at the Willow Grove store since 2016 and have made three separate purchases. Allen was my sales associate, but he is no longer working there. I currently have a dinette set, entrainment center, two end tables, a coffee table, a wicker storage basket, 6 ceramic pieces, a living room chair, a reclining loveseat and the reclining sofa that I trashed after they were unable to repair it properly . I have been waiting since September 13, 2023 to have my loveseat repaired, however the technicians, the service department employees and Ethan the store manager all have been giving me different information. I was told that the loveseat was going to be repaired in their shop, then I was told the loveseat was going to be replaced. It’s four months later and there still has not been a resolution. I have even left messages for Mary Rose who I was told was In corporate. The item that I have been trying to get repaired was purchased in 2019 with a 5 year warranty that to date has not been honored. I have referred customers to Ashley, but right now I am not a happy customer. I called the store and spoke with the manager on January 22, 2024. He told me that someone from corporate and the warehouse warehouse would be giving me a call. He told merry that they had the parts for the repair; however if it couldn’t be repaired they would give me a replacement. This same manager told me in November that they would give me a replacement Why continue to inconvenience me , by saying IF it can’t be repaired we will replace the loveseat. Why not just send the replacement since I have been waiting for four months, soon to be five. Also as of today January 30, 2024 the repair department have not called. During this process I have called the store, service department and corporate more than 20 times. This is very poor customer service.. Well on January 31, 2024 I received a call from the repair department to inform me that the parts for my repair will not be in until April. So now they are satisfied with telling me that a repair request from September 13, 2023 will or may not be handled until April 2024. So now I guess it takes seven months to order and receive parts that I have been told on more than one occasion was already ordered.

I have been a loyal Ashley's customer for over 10 year but will never shop there again. We bought 4 chairs and noticed after delivery that the cushions on 2 of them were different. After spending weeks going back and forth finally the GM Ethan said the best he could do is a credit and a 140 restocking fee. They expected us to pay for something that we didnt pick? I said that I would need to get the other 2 reupholstered and asked for a credit but they said no. The chair that we sat on in the store we only got 2 of them. The other 2 were less comfortable. We wouldn't have bought them if we sat on those terrible cushion. Horrible customer service and would recommend saving your money and going to other furniture stores. I know I will. No longer going to be a custom to this place all because of bad service and 140. Hope you are happy Ashley's. Do better!

Beware buying their warranty - they say they'll give you the money back on your next purchase if you don't use it but... When we went back to buy a couch and get a discount with our previously unused warranty, they gave us a runaround about "needing to clear with the wearhouse first" even though it clearly says in their system how many warranties we have, and whether we used them or not. They charged us the FULL amount for the couch, saying we would have to come back (IN PERSON) to get the discount after they confirmed with their wearhouse... Fast forward to over a week later, and they STILL hadn't processed the discount from our unused warranty. Completely unprofessional, and just plain shady. Also, the couch set we got from them noticeably creaks when we sit down - very unsettling.

Do not buy any furniture from this franchise location, bought an expensive dinning room table and completely falling apart. Bought a protection plan and they have the nerve to try to give me numbers to techs in the area I could call on my own for support. What’s the point of the protection plan if I’m doing all the work of calling a 3rd party to fix the table. Every one knows of 3rd party companies, give me a break. Done with Ashley Furniture, u guys lost a good customer over this non sense literally furnished 2 bedrooms last year.

Our salesman was Joe, an older gentleman who took the time to explain everything we needed to know. I would highly recommend asking for Joe if you go to the store. However, there were two other salesman on the floor who were sitting at a table on their phones the entire time. Joe had to take a call and we wanted to move an end table to see how it went with the living room set we were looking at. My husband began to move the end table and was struggling, neither one of the other two salesmen offered to help. In fact, they looked right at us, and turned away and went back to looking at their phones. I found this extremely unprofessional. One of the other salesman, a heavier, dark younger gentleman was eating on the sales floor, and then proceeded to spit into a trashcan on the sales floor. I probably would not return to the store after this purchase

In store, sales ppl are helpful and pleasant, but once purchasing is when the problems begin. We purchased a beautiful bedroom set (entire set) from here. Delivery men sloppily put it together... screws missing, furniture scratched up. We called Ashley and they had a guy come out, but replacement parts needed to be ordered. We kept having issues with drawers likely because they were not properly installed. Eventually Ashley furniture became less and less helpful and we gave up calling. Still not convinced of the stability or structure of our bed. We also had problems with the financial institution they use. Their website was giving us trouble with payment. Whoever we spoke to was really nasty and unprofessional... basically told us we were lying about thr site giving us problems and would not waive the late fee despite us paying on time ALWAYS! I have literally never had a problem like this with a financial institution. Staying away from Ashley furniture and Wells Fargo in the future. Literally an ongoing negative experience since we received the furniture. Cannot wait to pay it off to be done with these awful people.
Very lovely gentleman named Joe waited on us. Answered all my concerns, in detail. The store was well stocked with beautiful furniture choices. I bought a nice living room set because the price was right for my budget. I gave 4 stars because my furniture was not in stock, will take a month for delivery and I needed it in time for Christmas. Very disappointing. But Joe was a gem. I will seek him out when I go back for my kitchen furniture and anything else. Other than the delivery time, I am quite pleased with Ashley.

100% do not buy from here!!! We bought a rocking chair, and it immediately started creaking a little. It slowly got worse and worse, to the point where it can't move without a loud creak. Ashley sent a repairman out, who said it was structural to the wood frame, which he can't fix. Ashley called (from a foreign number, not the store) to say that they won't cover it. I said it's well within the warranty time and the chair is unusable. The foreign number said a manager will call, which they never did. We have a baby who gets fed and falls asleep with this chair, except not anymore since the chair is so loud. So the chair has no use, and we're under a year of having it. We have bought all of our other furniture from Bob's Discount, which has been 100% more solid, and who actually stands by their products.

Stopped by Ashley Homestore today in Willow Grove. Immediately Joe greeted me. He helped me tremendously for the almost hour I was there. His pleasant demeanor made my experience exceptional.
Associate Chris was very nice. Didn’t pressure us or follow us all over the store. He answered my question and gave me the info I needed. Will definitely go back to Ashley to purchase a living room set. Prices are very competitive and not over priced.
This is the second room I’ve done with Ashley Furniture. Liked that the sales person gave us space to explore options with no pressure. No hovering! We didn’t intend to purchase that afternoon but we found exactly what we were looking for and placed the order. The sales team and accounting team were both very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Beware of getting any furniture from this store. They lie to you about customer service and quality of product . I bought 3 set sofa costing me $3000 only to have the sofa cover ripped off in less than a year. I was convinced by the store manager to buy warranty which should cover the maintenance for 5 years but they didn’t even respect it after 1 year. I had to go through mental trauma when I had to call customer service but every time there was long wait period or they just disconnected. If you want to waste your money on bad quality furniture then buy from here. THIS STORE NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS

After 3 failed deliveries. They delivered a bed and installed the headboard upside down and claimed this is the correct way, because it’s defective. This is a child bed and they were ok leaving the headboard like this so a child can easily fall over… We had to fight this with customer service to have someone come out and fix it. Also they gave us a dresser mirror that was incorrect. It’s a shame we paid about $2000 for our daughter’s bedroom set and waited 8 months for it to be delivered with 3 failed deliveries. Ashley’s furniture staff/ customer service is unprofessional and they will give you the run around and not address any issues they caused! Save yourself a headache and don’t shop here!
What a WONDERFUL experience at Ashley Willow Grove. Valerie, our salesperson, was exceptional. The day before we visited Ashley Willow Grove we visited Ashley in Warmnister. Ashley in Willow Grove beat Ashley Warminster by almost $4000.00 in price. Not only was the furniture way less expensive Ashley Willow Grove offered incentives and deals that were not available at Ashley Warminster. I am so glad that we stopped into Ashley Willow Grove. Every employee at Ashley Willow Grove treated us with kindness and walked us through every step. Needless to say, we will ONLY be shopping at Ashley Willow Grove.

I bought furniture here more than a month ago. The staff in the store are very nice and helpful. But it’s the customer care center that’s the problem. If you try to contact them for a problem with your order, they don’t get back even after leaving as many voicemails as humanly possible or sending them endless emails, they won’t reply or call or make any sort of communication! I had to drive to the store twice to enquire about my missing dining table chair and return a bed frame . But the store doesn’t accept returns directly, they ask you to contact the customer care center who say they will call back and THEY DONT! I don’t know where else to go! Also, it’s been 10 months and I’ve only received 7 out of 8 chairs with my dining table.
Bought a sofa and the arms were delivered broken to me. Sent a repair guy out a month later for a guy to only come in and take a pic of it. Waited a month after that (today) for them to fix it and they never showed up after confirming the appointment the day before. Please do yourself a huge favor and never shop here!

Absolutely awful customer service. My wife and I ordered a blue chair based on the display model within the store. The chair that was delivered was teal. We immediately attempted to initiate a return due to the mis-coloring. After a month of never getting a call back, it was determined we’d need to pay a $104 restocking fee and it was blamed all on us. There is absolutely no consideration here for the customer. We will never shop at Ashley again.

A big 'THANK YOU' shout out to manager Randy Norris of the Willow Grove location!! Our recent purchase was delivered with a crucial piece missing. The dispatcher said it would be 5-6 weeks to get the part. When I spoke to Randy regarding this issue, he immediately jumped into action!! Within 2 days the part was delivered and installed!! Randy is all about customer satisfaction!!! THANK YOU RANDY!!!!
I went to Ashley’s today and bought furniture for an entire apartment. Joe, my salesperson, spent a huge amount of time helping me. He was extremely helpful. I received more than I expected for the money that I spent. There was so much to choose from. I recommend Ashley’s 100 percent.

Me and my family came to this store this morning looking for furniture, we walked in the store and seen several employees doing nothing. No one greeted us we walked the whole store all the while NO one attempted to help us with anything. I had to find someone just so I could make a purchase, see what color options they had. Upon me making my purchase they used debit for my card which is not a problem but the problem came when they asked for my identification why do I need identification and I’m using debit. Needless to say after this purchase I will stick to raymour and Flanagan.

Hubby has been wanting the theater style for a while and Chris showed us all the extras! Can't wait for in to come in. Only thing that would have been better but not in anyone's control is the waiting period. But we are fortunate that our current furniture is still ok!!

I began shopping with a very helpful salesman. I was looking for a sleeper sofa and loveseat with firm support. Unfortunately because of the current situation, the set I selected took 7 months to get delivered.I paid an additional $180 for delivery and they do not remove any old furniture.After 2 weeks, the sofa began to sag.I was able to get a company repairman out to look at the cushions, structure and condition of the sofas.He was extremely knowledgeable and stated the loveseat was made with a 'trampoline' style seating, no support.The sleeper has an 6 inch gap btw the mattress and armrests which causes sagging.He did suggest I purchase seating support or place plywood under the cushions for additional support.No additional assistance from the company, no refunds, rebate or cash discount.I would not recommend shopping here.

My husband and I ordered a living room set in October… OCTOBER! Our delivery date has been pushed back four times. I contacted the store today for an update and surprise surprise I am now told our living room set will not be here until April. They never even called with an update. I had to call. To say I upset is an understatement. If I had been told April in the beginning that would have been one thing but the dishonesty is not ok.
It was very easy to shop in this store and they have Great customer service.
I purchased a sofa and love seat 2 years ago and loved it. I purchased a 5yr warranty to cover and issues. Imagine my surprise when I call and report damage they tell me they won't cover it. Only offering 199 store credit. As if I'd ever shop here again. Don't waste your money on a warranty they don't honor it.

The sales people are great. The furniture is decent. The delivery and installation is horrible. They tried to put together our chair outside in the mud. Then when they did come in the broke it and said ok. Ran the heck out. A week after pickup, I still have not been credited for my chair. And in addition come to discover the furniture we kept is built wrong too. Legs are super crooked. Don’t buy from here, same quality at Ikea and at least you put your own stuff together so you know it’s done right.

I originally gave this store 5 stars, because the customer service and amount of seemingly quality furniture at excellent prices. However, delivery has been a bit of a struggle, so I have adjusted my rating accordingly. I ordered a small table with two stools at the end of December. It's now April, and I'm still waiting for delivery. I was told delays would put delivery in mid-February and that I would receive and call with an update if there were any changes to that. I waited until the end of February - no call. So, I called. I was told it would be mid-March before the item was delivered to the warehouse. mid-March comes and goes; no call, no delivery. I call back. I'm assured I will receive a call by the end of March to set up delivery, as it still isn't at the warehouse. The end of March comes and, as anticipated, no call, no delivery. So, I call back today and am told to expect a mid-April delivery. Now, as a rational person, I don't expect to actually receive my table in mid-April, I expect to call back in and be put off for another 2 weeks. I think there is a delay of up to 16 weeks due to Covid, and I'm only at week 13. I just wish I didn't have to reach out to find the status of my order that has been delayed almost 2 months, because I was assured I would be updated by phone regularly. So, I would recommend this store because their furniture is beautiful and I was assisted in every way while shopping for my table, but just be aware that if you need something quick or aren't willing to wait, you may need to look elsewhere.
I walked into the Ashley's in Willow Grove on a Sunday at 5:40pm where they close at 6:00pm. Trevor met me at the door with a kind hello and willing to assist me even though his shift was to end in 20 minutes. Trevor was very kind, very helpful, and very patient. Trevor also spent additional time after hours to insure I was satisfied.

I ordered a table and Stool set from this Store. I was so excited about my new item. I received a call to let me know my items were on the way. The delivery guys did not have on a mask.. my items were not wrapped up. I was confused because I was told the extra $60 was for set-up and delivery. Once everything was inside. I looked at the stools and they were worn.. I was confused as to what had occured to them. I called back to the store to complain about my purchase..I was transferred to another department.. I was then told to send pictures of the damage. I did that and had to call back an Friday and Saturday.... Confused!

First and foremost I come from cooperate America, sales and marketing, worked at 2 car dealerships, and airline contracted companies at the Philadelphia international airport. But when it’s my turn to be a customer , I just wanna be a customer lol. When you walk in to a furniture store like Ashley’s, you will feel like a kid at Disney world for the first time, the most exciting thing to do when you know you are about to move. Ariel definitely made that experience possible, when it was actually time to look at the inventory. The experience turned into one of those warm welcomings into someone’s nice home, where you see the log burned fireplace, “take your shoes off when entering”. And that’s the experience that you are supposed to have, when entering a furniture store, because in essence, you are shopping to furnish your home anyway. Good time spent at this Ashley furniture store location in Willogrove pa. Will definitely be back to furnish my entire house from this store.

My mother ordered a bedroom set from this company When she received the set it was missing the screws for her bed rail . The guy came back 3 time with the wrong screwsI spoke to customer service all the did was give a little discount. My mother is a senior citizen and they got here sleeping on the floor. Unacceptable!!! Get MyMomma off the floor. Poor service 3 times is unacceptable I say again. Don't order anything from these people. They want my mom to wait until Monday after the weekend to fix it. Until I raised Hell !! They are coming again tomorrow , probably with the wrong screws again!!!Literally unacceptable!!!!!

Chris and Trevor are excellent sale reps. They were friendly and helped us find the perfect sofa and end tables. There was no pressure involved and the buying experience was enjoyable. FYI we had two sales persons as Trevor initially helped us with the mechanical aspects of the unique sleep sofa. Chris then assisted us with the purchasing and delivery processing as Trevor was working with another customer. The Labor day sale was awesome.

Ashley's has a great selection of quality furniture. Sales staff was helpful but not intrusive or high pressure. Our salesperson, Chris, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their add on 5 year protection plan converts to full value store credit at the end of the 5 years if you never use it.
I went into Ashley a few days ago, I wasn’t expecting to buy a whole living room set, but that’s what I did. A really nice man, Joe Karol, helped me with everything, and he was wonderful. He price checked all the items from the store and online and got me the best prices for every item I selected. It was quick and easy, and Joe was so nice. I’ll definitely be going back there when I need any more furniture.

Went in to buy a mattress, I didn't know they don't stock items but they do deliver fast when it's at their local warehouse. Joe was super attentive and didn't pressure me in any way. I tried out probably 8 mattresses but the first one I tried was the best one out of them all. Checkout was a breeze and I'll have it delivered in 2 days. Thanks to Joe and Alex for making my first experience with Ashley Furniture an amazing one.

The Willow Grove Store is excellent. Chris, the manager, is top notch. Goes the extra mile all the time. Friendly, courteous and very competent. Sales folks, Mikell and Tim are also very knowledgeable and helpful. I love this store. The accountant for the store, Alex, is also excellent. Really knows his stuff and goes out of his way to help you understand all of the financial details of your purchase. This is just a great store. I would not buy furniture anywhere else.

I really like this store but their delivery is horrible. You have to wait 2 and 3 months for furniture.... We actually cancelled an order because we were able to get it from another store within 2 weeks!!!! They are gonna lose customers and money if they don't fix this ASAP.

Full disclosure: I would never buy from Ashley Home Store. The first time I entered the store, a chair leg broke in half without anybody so much as breathing on it. A salesman and I saw it happen. He went to explain it to coworkers. I left the store. (Welch Rd. Ashley Home Store) My sister insisted on looking for a California King mattress in the same store, even after my telling of the broken chair leg story. It took Ashley nearly 3 months to deliver the mattress, after changing the delivery date 3 times. They eventually delivered the wrong size (a standard King) mattress. The delivery guy convinced my sister over the telephone (sister had a neighbor accept delivery) that the mattress "could" fit inside her waterbed frame if she "simply" repositioned the brackets to make the frame wider. Of course the delivery guy was wrong and just wanted to get out of there without returning the mattress. The saleswoman who sold my sister the mattress recalled a conversation about a California King vs a standard King mattress but didn't recall my sister distinctly. The saleswoman told my sister she would follow-up with her later that day. She has never called, texted or emailed.I would never spend my money at a business that cares so little for their customers. I recommend other do the same. Ashley Home Store is the worst!

Just went to Ashley furniture to look around. We had no intention of buying furniture there, we were planning on going to another store. We met Valeria As our sales person. She was so helpful, so professional, so friendly and took time with us. We ended up paying attention and looking at what she was showing us. Because of her professionalism and her kindness, we decided to get the furniture from her.

This is the absolute worst place to do business with. You order something get forced to pay for a delivery and set up that gets left at your front door. No set up or even providing the legs for the bottom of the sofa & loveseat. It’d be one thing if this store didn’t force you to pay a delivery fee. I even offered to pick it up from their warehouse. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Ordered in August and we have not received our furniture yet! DON’T believe the delivery dates they give you. They’ll apologize and give you later delivery date every time. They will not compensate you for the inconvenience.

We ordered our couch back in July! And since we ordered we wish we never walked into this store. Since July 12 when we ordered our couch I have receive one phone call from staff here in regards to a status about where my couch is every single time they would give us a date and we would never hear anything so then we’d have to call just to be given another date it’s just horrible costumer service! Our couch was supposed to be delivered today and it once again was radio silence from anyone till 30 minutes passed to time period they gave me till I got a call saying that their truck had broke down. It’s just been one thing after another with this location and I advise ppl to not buy anything from here. I decided to come back and add to my review we just went to the store and spoke to the “general manager” and he just like every single employee in there are useless. Don’t have an answer to any question, very standoffish and seemed to not even care and really do not take your money here!
If you want to actually receive your furniture order in less that 3 months (after being give 5 different pushed back dates) by all means shop here. We were told in august our couch would be here end of September ITS NOVEMBER no couch. The customer service experience is a joke as well. Both Tim (salesman) and alleged manager Dan (I say alleged because I can’t imagine putting someone with such lack of people skills in a management position) should be ashamed of the way they have handled this experience. I have tolerated each push back with total understanding and have said nothing but when I asked about a refund of even simply credit for delivery fee for this extended wait they offered nothing. To make it more interesting Dan was asked to provide the corporate office number to me and he in fact gave me another furniture stores number. Make no mistakes I will be posting reviews everywhere and will continue to call corporate myself until something resolved. We paid IN FULL for our furniture so where is it?
If you want to wait for your furniture for 3-6 months after being told it would be in in a month by all means shop Ashley. Infuriated is putting it lightly as we have been told since AUGUST that our furniture would be end of September, mid October, beginning of November, mid November and now end of November. You would think for such inconvenience an offer of some discount or waiving the delivery fee would be offered but apparently Dan (who lacks people skills and couldn’t manage his way out of a paper bag) can’t seem to muster up the intelligence it takes to do so. When asking for the corporate number as I will pursue this to the highest level I can he gave me a number to a different company. Let me here COVID shut down one more time for the reason. I am infuriated and rarely comment on companies sites but I will continue to complain until someone hears me.

Don&'t fall for their scam. They tell you it will be delivered in 6 weeks then they call every week and say it will be delayed another week. Just be honest and tell the customers the truth. The furniture won&'t be delivered for at least 6 months. I&'d rather know the truth than be lied to again and again.

At the end of August my husband and I bought new living room furniture. This is our second time purchasing furniture sets from the Willow Grove store. Our salesperson Tim was so friendly and knowledgeable about everything and answered all of our questions. From the beginning, he was transparent with us about the delays due to the pandemic and since we were not in a rush for the furniture it was fine. I was appreciative that he was up front and honest prior to us signing on the dotted line. He called us regularly to update us when pieces of our order were ready. He gave us the option to split deliveries but we chose to wait until everything was ready. The delivery company called us yesterday and gave us a time frame for delivery today. They were respectful and careful. Tim’s service was exceptional!! We really could not have asked for better service. Yes, there was a delay but there are delays everywhere these days because we’re in the middle of a pandemic! Everyone is doing their best given the circumstances. Thanks Tim! We will be back when it’s time for more furnishings.

Resorting to posting negative reviews across any and all channels along with the 2-3 calls made daily to this store and their distribution center in NJ. Maybe this, in addition to a less-than-friendly in-store visit will light a fire under someone’s *ss to at least have the decency to give me a call back. 2 weeks of calling to address multiple rips in the SECOND set of cushion covers on a couch/loveseat set purchased less than a year ago and I have yet to hear back from any of the 6 employees I have spoken to or have been told would call me. Lauren, some “manager” in the claims department simply never called me back after multiple employees left messages for her to do so. Dan, the store manager was at least entertaining my calls and professional, but has yet to successfully have Sheenalee, the store rep at the distribution center who is the only one who can apparently help me, actually call me back. From someone who manages the sales and customer service department of a wholesale company, I am beyond astounded at the lack of service and even slightest bit of concern about maintaining the store’s reputation. UPDATE: Finally received a call back after leaving the first angry voicemail throughout this ordeal. Full refund in the form of a store credit. Old set will be picked up when they deliver the new one. Happy with the result, but getting there was a pain.

Ordered a couch in July. Was told delivery by 8/16. No one ever calls. I have to call to find out that some of the pieces do not even exists. Told the last piece was to be in by 9/28. They call today...pushed out again. Had to pay for the couch back in July. They had no problem taking my money and withholding some of the parts don’t even exist. If they had just told me that I would have picked another couch.
We purchased outdoor patio furniture 2 years ago and it’s completely falling apart and the coloring damaged. We have contacted the Guardian Insurance plan 3 times, corporate (kept transferring and disconnected), have gone into the store (was told to leave bc of the wait but would call that day, never did)and left multiple phone messages and emails with ZERO response. I was polite and respectful in all of my attempts and would just like some support. I do not recommend purchasing anything from Ashley. The quality is awful and clearly they do not care about their customers bc if they did they would have at least gotten back to us. We spent a few thousands dollars and take care of our furniture by covering whenever not using it. It’s very upsetting because all we would like is a simple response with the hopes that they would live up to what they promise when selling it to you.

I wanna start this off by saying everyone INSIDE the store was great and very helpful. However, my experience after my purchase was awful. I was told that part of my order would come a certain day and they would put everything together for me on my moving day. The delivery drivers only came in and dropped off my bed, didn’t put together or anything. After packing up the rest of my belongings I noticed that I was missing several pieces to put my bed together. I called the customer service line later that day and he questioned me , wondering why I took so long to reach out and was very rude on the phone. Alan , and the other managers there did their best to try and help me with this situation but it’s 8/28 and I still haven’t received all my items I ordered several months ago. I understand with COVID and everything going on it can be hard but at least keep me posted. I will NEVER shop here or recommend anyone to go here ever again.
I've had a very bad experience at this specific Ashley homestore. I originally bought furniture that was 'allegedly' in stock. I found a couch that had the right look and the perfect dimensions for our living room. The manager actually sold us the product and pretty much drilled me to go home to measure my door way for 31inches to make sure the merchandise would fit upon delivery. I later found out that my delivery date was pushed back by an entire MONTH (I thought it was in stock). I was absolutely in love with the couch which is why my husband and I decided to wait until it delivered..... Then, the couch got pushed back 3 additional times! We thought, well we waited already a month, what's 2 more weeks..... After waiting 2 months for the couch, we found out that the couch was just sitting at the warehouse (for who knows how long). They didn't call us to schedule a delivery date, we called them because we were trying to check on the status. We were told that our delivery would be prioritized given how long we waited but yet we were scheduled for one of the last deliveries of the day at the end of week. When the delivery arrived, the delivery told us that the furniture was a 'no fit.' The manager that sold me the product gave us the wrong dimensional information. Ashley gave us the option to have the couch disassembled and reassembled in my home in order to fit our entry for an extra cost. Which we agreed to because we already waited 2 months for it. We had to wait the following week for the 'special assemble' delivery. To find out they had to reschedule our delivery date. When the delivery day came, the delivery man arrived with the furniture not disassembled and told us it was going to cost us double the original price. We were furious and asked for our money back. At the point the cost was not more than the headache. Never again. I felt like I worked for Ashley instead of being treated as a valued customer. Waited 2 months on a couch that we never received.

Salesman was not great, but when I decided to buy a couch I gave him the commission anyway. When talking on the phone, he spelled my name as Kenith (supposed to be Kenneth) and spelled Colorado as "Colorido". I paid the agreed upon price for the couch and loveseat but was immediately contacted again telling me the price was wrong and it was an additional $55. AFTER I paid they told me it would be ready in a month, and after two weeks they just called again to say it will be an additional two weeks. Incredibly poor service. If you can afford it go to La-Z-Boy because this company is apparently full of incompetence.
My significant other & I have recently bought furniture from this location and our experience was great from the time we walked through the front door! The room was filled with friendly smiles and several employes that were eager to help us and answer any questions we had! Highly recommend.
Buyer beware! Their quality is at the bottom of the range and you need to be very careful and read warranty terms. If you relocate from the area served by that particular store, there is no warranty. I found out the hard way in spite of my appeal to corporate and my relocation was to a market where there is a different Ashley store. This is just not a customer centric organization. Again, don&'t be fooled like I was!!!!!
Said warranty would cover everything and of course it didn’t. Now will only bring out a repairman to fix the couch instead of being replaced like the sales person said they would. Horrible sales people that lie to you to get you to buy a $130 protection plan that doesn’t cover anything. Not buying from Ashley again. Don’t even try calling customer device, I waited on hold for 30 minutes and then that was the wrong number so she gave me another number where I waited on hold another 20-30 minutes where I was told that was the wrong number as well. Called a 3rd phone number where I was interrupted while I was speaking and just had a horrible experience with this company. Never again.

I wish there was a no start rating! The worst customer service ever in my life! Was there 20 minutes and no sales person ever approved us. However they were less than 5 feet away taking about the pay process of the company! Upon leaving I asked the salesperson at the door if anyone worked here? He replied " do you need help?" I let him know I did 20 min ago proceeded to leave!
Poor customer service. They sell defective product, and after it is in your home, you own it for life. Not allowed any returns. 2 defective bureau&'s. They will not take them back at all. Stuck with them. Don&'t buy there! They will do nothing to help you!

I Love Ashley Furniture, However, I Would Not Recommend Doing The No Interest Credit... They Tell You You Will Not Be Charged Any Interest For Your Purchase And You'll Pay It Off In 12 Months... HOWEVER What They Don't Tell You Is That The Payments DO NOT Equal The Amount Of The Sale And Therefore At The End Of The 12 Months, The Balance Of Course Is Not Paid Off, Because The Payments Were Low And Then They Hit You With A $400.00 Interest Fee That Can Not Be Disputed... Also, The Sales Aren't Really Sales... They Raise The Price And Then Create These Bogus Sales And When You Go Back After The Sale, The Price Is The Same As The Alleged Sale... They're Furniture However, Is Quality And I Only Buy My Furniture From Here...
We spent over $10K in about a 6 month period at this store and we were initially impressed with our sales person (Sam). However, every delivery had an issue, either they forgot some portion of the order or things were damaged in the warehouse and the delivery could not occur as scheduled. However this was only the beginning of the saga and was the least of the issues. Our $3,000 sectional (the chaise portion) started to show extensive wear issues at about the 10 month post purchase time frame. The home we were furnishing was not our full time residence and was used sparingly so the amount of use was not significant. We requested service on the piece and 3 different persons came out to fix it but we were told that they did not have the right replacement cushions to fix it, even though Ashley had sent out the parts and they had been delivered to the house. This went on for many weeks and still no fix. In the meantime we were moving the furniture to our permanent home in Florida in October 2019. At the time of the move, the issue remained. Upon arrival to Florida I contacted Ashley in Boca Raton to assist us and I was advised that the warranty was now null and void because I was no longer in the service area covered by Willow Grove. (this was never disclosed to us at the point of sale by Sam) Ashley Furniture is not really a national company and Boca had no responsibility to fix the issue. I was given the phone number of Ashley corporate to seek their help, but have yet to reach them as the call is disconnected each time (5x) after an extended hold time. I found a repair company that Ashley uses and he was here 2 days ago to fix the problem (ata cost of $200) using the low density inferior quality cushion material supplied by Ashley in Pa., however the chaise looks horrible still and here I am with no help from this big "reputable" company. During all of this, I found that the Ashley store managers are powerless to fix anything, I spoke to Keith (Manager) numerous times in Willow Grove seeking his help. I also tried many times to reach Sam our sales rep, and she would not return my calls, the customer service aspect at the store level is a joke. This is all a very sad situation.

Home furnishing store offering items for every room in your house, apartment, dorm, etc... Have one of a kind and mass prod items. Salespeople attack you as you enter in round Robin fashion. Prices are high but usually negotiable, even when they say they're not. High attrition with the sales team, so if you don't like who you get the first time, stop by again tomorrow. Oh yeah, just for fun, say hi to the front desk, and run back to an area, then watch the sales people run after you.
If you go to this store, ask for Cheryl, she is beyond helpful and patient when it comes to figuring out your needs. I have bought my family and bedroom furniture from her she was incredibly accommodating. I bought a loveseat, hated it, and she was able to allow me to swap it out for something that better suits me.

Whereas the Service Rep was very courteous, the store itself and the services provided left a LOT to be desired. They host a Black Friday sale with a three week waiting period but a FULL delivery charge without any apology. Can guarantee that after buying two sectionals at one time we will NEVER shop here again.

Ugh furniture begin to fall apart 2 mos after we brought it home. The Seams started coming apart. Upon further inspection of the furniture, we discovered that there was just a frame and some padding on the frame, no actual cushions. These too came apart. I have NEVER seen furniture built this way, it was so uncomfortable after the initial breaking in period ( 2 mos). I would definitely NOT recommend F-
We had a wonderful experience at this store. Our sales person both times was Angel Wen who was a pleasure to work with. We bought a sectional a few weeks ago and that was delivered on time and is so nice and comfortable. We went in on Saturday to order a new bedroom set because Mealey's lost our furniture and our new bedroom set got delivered yesterday with no problems. We had pleasant and efficient delivery people and we are so happy to have a bed to sleep in and furniture to put clothes away. I would recommend this store and Angel to anyone looking to shop there.

In July of 2018, I purchased a sectional from Ashley in Willow Grove Pa. for over $3,000. Some months later I started experiencing quality issues with the chaise portion with an area of that starting to collapse. Two service calls later and nothing is fixed and no attempt has been made as they keep telling me that they don't have the correct parts to do so, despite the fact that a package was sent to me, allegedly the wrong parts. On top of that, the delivery professionalism and efficiency is a joke. They generally forget a part of the order and another appointment for delivery has to be made to rectify the issue. They just don't have their act together. The store manager, Keith who seems nice enough is powerless to fix anything, he always refers me to corporate having to make all decisions, so, buyer beware So far, neither the store or corporate have not fixed my issue, we have spent over $10,000 with them in the past year, so customer loyalty does not seem to be of concern. Very sad and just wrong.

Purchased a recliner 14 months ago. Ashley had to come to our home 5 months after we purchased to replace the upper part of the chair. 5 months after that they had to come to our home to replace the upper part of the chair. 4 months later the upper part is ruined again and there are cracks all over the chair and hard. Ashley insisted we buy Mohawk leather and conditioner which did not do anything to keep the chair soft ($40.00 later). They will not do any more for us. Not a replacement or a refund. Ashley furniture is a terrible company and their customer service in the store in willow grove and there service division is really terrible. Will never purchase at Ashley anywhere😡😡

Crooks selling crappy furniture with bogus warranties and even worse financing &"deal&". I can&'t say enough bad things about them, the crap they sell (it is garbage) and the evil finance (tidewater) company they use to offer you 0 percent financing only to lie their way out. This is the worst experience I have had with any company. I will never set foot in there again and will run from Tidewater finance as they are pure evil. You have been warned.

Don&'t waste your time.Too many other good quality furniture stores to choose from. I bought furniture from here, with the warranty on the furniture.3 years into it with the warranty still in tact, the furniture is squeaking on the most used side. They came out to fix it and stated they cannot fix. It&'s under warranty, they cannot fix it and they do not carry this in store any longer. The corporate office is denying my claim to fix the squeaking wood because they are assuming it&'s pet damage because there was there was pet hair on the couch?? Um when you have pets .. hair will be in things just as well as people hair would be on there. No one can prove or show me where this is caused from a pet as apposed to a person or peopleIt&'s wear n tear on cheaply made furniture. Admit it Ashley furniture. What s true scam to save on replacing and doing right by the consumer. Save your time and money. Go to anywhere but here.

Bought a sectional couch 3years ago paid over 3000 dollars and we had to have them come out and fix it three times so far.I went to the store and talked to a sales person he told me they don&'t even carry it anymore and it should be credited so we can buy something else so I talked to there cooperate office and they said they can&'t replace just fix ,we have insurance but the material flattens at the head and the Wood creaks. Their furniture is junk and overpriced ,never again .I guess they will keep coming out for the next two years until warranty runs out or we get a new couch. And they only reason I&'m giving them one star is because the sales person was trying to help us.

Sam was a super sweet sales associate and very patient with my mom and I as we were indecisive on a furniture to get for my living room. She was also very professional and knowledgeable regarding the items in the store. I would definitely come back to this Ashley HomeStore because of the professionalism that I receive alone. My experience at Ashley HomeStore was excellent. My salesperson was extremely well informed about the products offered by Ashley. She listened to my concerns about my difficulties in finding the correct mattress to meet my needs as a sleeper. There was never any pressure to make a purchase or to select one mattress over another. She understood how difficult it is to make a mattress purchase and was very patient as I compared different mattresses. She answered all my questions and explained Ashley's generous return policy on mattresses the price reduction opportunities available at the time and even called me to let me know when an additional price reductions was available. I could have purchased this mattress anywhere, but chose Ashley because of Samantha, my salesperson, and her genuine concern for me as a consumer. I feel that I made the right choice in a mattress because of the help of my salespersonand made the right choice making my purchase at Ashley.

Bought an all metal queen bed frame for a memory foam mattress. I found that the thin metal slats weren’t strong enough to properly support the mattress. When I called (within the 30 day return policy) I was told that this item could not be returned, I knew mattresses were not returnable, but an all metal bed frame? Good customer service and policy are lacking.

Every time we have gone in the staff has been extremely kind. We went in a month ago just to price shop and made it clear we weren't buying yet they still showed us around everything we looked for. Then we actually bought and due to sales and the staff working with us we got the furniture for about half the original price we first found. They also have a kids corner that my child was able to entertain herself while we filled out paperwork.

My mom came here on Memorial Day to look for a bed set. A lady named Sam helped us! Extremely helpful! She answered all questions asked. My mom then bought a bedroom set. Kim then helped to sign papers. Our experience was very nice in all.

Great experience picking out and purchasing two queen sleeper couches and two recliners for our Philly apartment. From the welcoming greeting after entering to the patience of our saleswoman as we attempted to match color and patterns for well over an hour. We visited two different furniture stores and this was our best experience. We will be buying from here again. Very clean store in a good neighborhood.

If i could leave a 0 star review I would. PSA take your money and go somewhere else. Came into this store february bought a couch outright and was told I would have it by march 10 no problem. I asked the sales lady if shes absolutely sure we would see it by then as our neighbor just had a fire that resulted in the loss of our couch and my girlfriend is due to have our son in march and we need somewhere to sit. She assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Come few days after march 10 I have to call them to find out there is an issue and we wont see it until march 20th. A few days after again I have to call them only to find out that we will absolutely have our couch by april 1-3. Well ladies and gentleman it is now april 3rd again I have had to call them only to be told that now it will be here april 9th. Needless to say I canceled my order and got a full refund. Ashley's home furniture in willow grove doesn't sell furniture just lies and promises.

Good service, Joe is terrific. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because when they delivered my tv, I didn't receive a phone call the day before to let me know they were coming and the tv was left outside my front door and they didn't even bothered to knock on the door ( I was home). I was lucky to find the tv when I went outside.

When you’re lucky you’re lucky. Spent a few days online shopping and pricing with a few different stores and thought I was completely prepared and was wrong as could be. I visited a store I previously had purchased furniture from and they had a few nice pieces but didn’t want to commit until I had gone to compare elsewhere. Best decision I could have made. I walked into Ashley and was greeted by Niki. Ask for Niki, you won’t be disappointed. She was patient, informative and most importantly friendly. She was knowledgeable and made sure I got every available incentive she could muster.I walked away with two bedroom sets and a beautiful couch for a price I feel really good having paid. I will continue to buy any and all furniture from her and Ashley furniture.

I have been shopping at the willow grove location for the past couple months since I bought a new house. I can honestly say I have had nothing but exceptional service each and Every time! I have had the pleasure of dealing with several different sales associates and have had a great experience each time. I recently had the pleasure of working with Angel and Sam who I highly recommend . Lastly I would also like to mention the lovely store manager ( I'm sorry for not knowing your name) but obviously runs a well oiled machine !

My husband and I did not really have the money to spend on new furniture but we did it and financed. Our couches are only almost 3 years old. We were told flat out that our policy covers our couch, our chair and the ottoman for cleaning services that my husband paid extra for. Last year we were denied cleaning services even though they were contacted 1 day after the incident had happened and they didn't contact me until 1 week later to tell me that they would not be coming out to clean my couch because the stains look old. As a parent, we know that it only takes a matter of hours for a spilled drink to dry up and stain, apparently to them that's too long. Today I find out that only 1 of my purchases is covered for cleaning and that putting in a claim would be useless because they don't believe we would get a Yes for someone to come out to clean our couch, chair and ottoman. Now that I know the real story behind everything, I am sad to know that people working at ashley's furniture get paid to lie to people like me and they get away with it. I'll never buy furniture from here ever again and I'll make sure others know about it!
