Brandon was great. He was very knowledgeable and after talking to us and figuring out what we were looking for in living room furniture directed us to displays that he thought we would be interested in. Spentttt over 15k there…..delivery was fine. Bought the Warren st. and then when we had a n issue with couch they sint us a pieceee that we had to install our selves, which contradicts the purpose of the Warren st, 😕 I mean what is the deal with that 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷‍♀️….. Thennnn…..we bought a showroom bed set(which was really nice 😉😉)….upon moving the head board snapped(poor design)….and they REFUSED to refund or replace…. As a generous buyer of their products….one would think they would rank/prioritize their customers by $ amount purchased; which would directly correlate to the service response and dexterity with refunding/replacing faulty products…… I did notice they had an antiquated crm/db(but it’s simple math)…..customer A spends x amount therefore they receive y service level…. It really ‘grinds my gears’ that this org would not, at the very least, replce the bed set > 2k. The sales person was quite personalble and helpful, it’s too bad that CX was not consistent when it came to servicing faulty products.

They have very nice furniture. We bought furniture from them in the past and for the most part were satisfied with the furniture. We are now shopping for a new living room set. We have visited the store twice in the last few months. Each time the sales person followed us around and were pressuring us to purchase something. It was a huge turnoff. And we decided to purchase new furniture from another store. I understand that they are in business to sell furniture. But, they should let the customer have space and time to shop.

We needed a new dining room table and chairs. Adam was our salesman and did an excellent job in not pressuring us a directing us to the perfect table to fit our needs. The whole thing to less time and hassle I would recommend them to all.
