This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is terrible and does not care about you at all. I worked with Gary when purchasing my couch. He was good until he got his commission check and was now “too busy” to help solve any problems. My couch was missing some pillows and the delivery company broke the lock on my door, leaving me to hire a lock smith to fix it because the company refused. The customer care was very condescending and extremely rude. The company had me running around in circles trying to get reimbursed for the damages they caused to my home. They delivered my couch with a black stain on the back and told me i will be contacted within 3 days to get it fixed. Then it changed to “we will mail you the stuff to fix it and come out shortly after that” to it now being “oh just wait another week, we don’t have anyone in your area just yet to fix it.” I bought my couch on October 11. It was delivered around October 26. It is now almost December and my couch is still stained from their delivery. Please save yourself the headache and time and order from anywhere EXCEPT this company. It is pretty sad when their own employees are telling me never to shop here again due to the poor business structure of the company. I think its also worth noting that the company will only respond to positive feedback they receive. If you look through these reviews, I do not see a single response or apology on any review that is below what they deem acceptable to respond to. Just like these reviews, the company will only respond if you have something good to say. They do not care about helping anyone that has a complaint and good luck getting a response about any complaints or concerns you may have. If you want a smooth and hassle free process, go somewhere else.

I had bought a really nice sofa a few months ago. There was a problem in financing. I had bought it on credit with the understanding that it would be interest free for a year. I was so very disappointed when it came time to send in payments that it was not interest free after all. There wasn't anything they could do to make it right.

We purchased 2 loveseats 2 years ago. We bought the protection plan. In April of 2024 the headrest of one of the loveseats tore because it was so thin. We were referred to the company that the protection plan is with. We were told it is not covered under our plan. We went to the store in York to see if they could help. We spoke to the manager on duty to see if they could help. He said no and walked away from me. I told him it was ridiculous a company won't stand behind their product. I would advise NOT to go there.

While I understand online prices are different there shouldn't be a 600% price difference. Charging 6 times the price is absurd. That's OK, we went to Lancaster and they helped us out for the same price as online.

. My fiancé and I bought a couch from here.. the couch within a few weeks was not working correctly / getting stuck and wouldn’t recline . It felt like pulling teeth trying to get a appointment with Ashley then with their joke of a furniture repair company BP furniture which has canceled twice on us when we have stated the time we work and they still expect us to drop everything to be there. Will never buy from here again. You’re better off somewhere else. We have waited since August to get this couch fixed
