This is what I received on delivery day, half of my order I had to refuse , now waiting for a date when they can deliver my furniture in brand new condition. They also charged me a split delivery fee, they had a Free delivery promotion, because they said my table would be delivered in 6 weeks. To my surprise Everything came on the same day, so no split delivery, no one told me the table was coming with everything else . So I had to call to get my delivery fee returned, only to find out I have to go to the store to do it. Another hassle a new homeowner doesn’t need. I will update when my replacements get delivered.

Last year we bought a couch and love seat at Ashley that we absolutely love. Last week, we purchased a bed and mattress. Both times Grant helped us find the perfect fit for us. He even personally delivered the mattress for us!! We are so thankful!

0 Stars – Unprofessional, Damaging, and Completely Unresponsive This has been one of the worst customer experiences we’ve ever had and we will never shop at Ashley Furniture again. Our experience started when we walked into the store and made a purchase within 30 minutes — what we thought would be a quick and easy process turned into a months-long ordeal, and is still not resolved. First, our Ashley Furniture delivery went to the wrong address. Once the delivery team finally arrived at the correct location, they scuffed our walls and denied doing it, even though the damage was clear. While inspecting the sectional, we found the wedge piece ripped in two places, so we immediately requested a replacement. What made this worse was reviewing our doorbell camera footage later that evening — we were shocked to see the delivery team throwing our furniture cushions into the house from outside. We returned to the store to speak with store manager, Tony and showed him the footage. He agreed to send it to corporate and said they’d work on a reimbursement. Not only did we never hear back, but on a second visit to follow up, another employee even referenced having seen the footage, which means they shared it internally but still did nothing. After all of that, it still took three more delivery attempts for Ashley to get us the correct replacement wedge. We followed up in person multiple times and were given the runaround each time — no reimbursement, no meaningful apology, no resolution. This store was completely unhelpful, unprofessional, and dismissive at every step. The delivery team’s behavior was unacceptable, and the lack of accountability from Ashley Furniture as a brand is even worse.
