Abdul was a HUGE help! He helped my wife and I find the perfect sectional for our living room. He helped us move pieces of the sectional around and try out different set ups to find the right fit. Highly recommend working with Abdul if you visit the Kingstowne location.

I had one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had at this location. The salesperson, Abdul, repeatedly gave me misleading and incomplete information about pricing and financing. He pushed Snap Finance on me while trying to make it sound like a harmless “invoice process,” when in reality it would have locked me into a lease-to-own agreement. I only discovered this after repeatedly questioning the offer he claimed was a “special deal from the regional manager.” I also provided personal financial information during the process, and I was never clearly shown how it was handled or whether it was deleted when I declined the transaction. That is extremely concerning. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told he had just left. Later I finally received a call from the manager, Jay, who offered no acknowledgment, apology, or accountability for what happened. The only thing he said was that I “should’ve been there,” which added insult to injury. As I left the store, other staff were laughing about the situation. That was unbelievably unprofessional. This entire experience felt deceptive, dismissive, and disrespectful of my time and trust. I spent half a day dealing with this, only to learn that I was nearly pushed into a financial agreement I did not want and was not clearly informed about. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend anyone shopping here read every detail and verify everything independently before signing anything. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and basic respect. None of that was shown here.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and terrible experience, absolutely the worst ever. Extremely disappointed in particular with the manager's (JA) unprofessionalism and change in attitude. Their attitude turns 180, they turn a blind eye, and become very ignorant once the customer begins to proceed with payment of their furniture, doesn't even bother listening to the customer at all. Awful explanations, as well, by the associates with the payment- instead of speaking on for 10 minutes using fancy vocabulary, just ask if they're interested in applying for a credit card, save your breath. Overall, terrible staff and I will NEVER ever consider purchasing from Ashley's again.

Went into Ashley looking to purchase living room furniture. And we had Travis as our sales person and he was great. We feel he went out of his way to help us. I highly recommend him if your looking for furniture, and to shop at Ashley.
